Mandate or Freedom: An open letter to corporate CEOs

Let’s be frank. Who in his right mind would appeal to corporate CEOs on fundamental issues of ethics and freedom?

But this is 1776.

We’re at the crossroads.

Are you going to order your employees to take the COVID vaccine? Are you going to fire those who won’t? Are you going to take away their freedom, for a vaccine that has already caused 700,000 injuries?

And by the way, that number represents vast underreporting. The well-known Harvard Pilgrim study concludes vaccine injuries should be multiplied by 100 to arrive at a true number.

Let’s get real. There will be many lawsuits filed from many quarters, to stop a vaccine mandate; but the outcome of these legal actions is vastly uncertain. Therefore, you CEOs must…

Stand up and refuse. Stand up and say you will not impose a mandate on your employees, NO MATTER WHAT.

No mandates, no more lockdowns, no further destruction of the economy, no destruction of millions more lives.

Except in a few states, governors can’t be relied on. You CEOs are a prime line of defense, if you have the courage. If you don’t, if your hard-charging reputations are built on a foundation of sand, if your prime loyalty is to a federal government that offers you cash bailouts in return for treachery against the system of free enterprise—what is left of it—then you are lost in a darkness of your own making.

Do you remember these words? “And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.”

This was the final thought expressed in the Declaration of Independence by the signers.

Do those words ring hollow for you now? Is that where we are?

Are you going to let a boot stamp on your face forever?

Are you going to grind your boot on the very freedom that allowed your company to grow and prosper?

Are the echoes of 1776 so faint in your minds, you can’t imagine how this dire 2021 has anything to do with you?

You need to step forward and make bold uncompromising statements and pledges: No mandates. No lockdowns. No destruction of the right to earn a living. No federal dictatorship. No backing down.

You and your fellow CEOs must leave your offices and travel across the country and tell the people you’re on their side, and you must mean it. This is not your usual public relations campaign. This is honesty and honor and duty. If you have it in you.

First, there was the story of a virus. Then a story of a test for the virus. Then the story of case numbers. Then, the masks and lockdowns and distancing and blasting of the economy. Then the vaccine. Then the announced vaccine mandate. Hasn’t it occurred to you that this serial story, with each succeeding phase, is really the pretext for tyranny and dictatorship and takeover?

You have to start forging new alliances that go far beyond your workaday world; alliances with nurses, pilots, sheriffs, soldiers and others who are refusing the vaccine. Alliances with unions who are pushing back against the mandate.

It’s not, strictly speaking, your “business,” but business in America is heading toward the edge of a cliff, in case you hadn’t noticed.

Here’s the story of one your own. Alfie Oakes. He has 3,200 employees. His store is based in Florida. He owns 3,000 acres of farmland and a food processing plant. Watch him speak in this video. He understands what’s at stake. He knows this is 1776. He’s a good man who’s doing the right thing. He’s a hero.

We are talking about values. We are not talking about political correctness or endlessly sucking on the teat of socialism.

I realize many of you CEOs have embraced a form of socialism already—a close collaboration with government—because you believe it is the best guarantee for your survival. But you’re wrong. You’re wrong in strategic terms, and wrong when it comes to values and principles.

You now have to revolutionize your thinking. You have to help overcome the forces you’ve been aligning yourself with.

You have to find, embrace, and work with the people, wherever they are, whoever they are, who stand for freedom. And the work you do must be conceived along new lines.

“I’m the CEO of XYZ. I stand here today talking to you, alongside sheriffs, policemen, union workers, nurses, soldiers, business owners, parents, state representatives; people who want freedom in America again. We’re pledged to stand against vaccine mandates, lockdowns, closures, and all the failed measures that have kept us in isolation. We’re taking back what is ours. You’re going to hear from these people standing up here. You’re going to understand how their stories of freedom denied are your stories…”

This is an issue of character.

For decades, you’ve thought of your relationship with the public as Public Relations, with all the manipulations that profession entails.

This is 1776. You can’t travel that way anymore.

“THESE are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated.”

Do you want to keep selling what you’ve always sold, until the people’s money to buy your goods runs out? Because surely you realize this is the Plan. One government restriction and interference after another, until the only alternative is a structured and managed economy, from the top down.

Are you willing to live with that?

Those of us who are awake and have eyes to see can fight this war without you. We’re not waiting to reclaim our freedom. I write this letter because you can, if you will, become our allies.

Or you can sink into a pool of obscurity and never be heard from again.

Not even footnoted in the books of history.

What are you going to do now, in this crisis?

You have a chance to be great. You have a chance to help save this country. Somewhere inside you, haven’t you always wanted a battle worthy of your deepest efforts?

You can form a line, beyond which the wolves in power cannot cross.

In this hour, the authentic spirit of America reaches out to you.

The spirit of freedom, which never dies, taps you on the shoulder.

Will you turn away, or will you come to the aid of your country?

Will you try to maintain your customary position, with blinders on, only to realize, soon, that your position is untenable; or will you forge a new connection with The People and pledge your fortunes, your honor, and your lives to a new Declaration of Independence from this latest version of the Crown, which seeks to colonize us in a landscape of despair?

Whether you choose to retreat or advance, you’re risking everything you’ve earned. In the one case, you willingly surrender it, because as sure as the sun comes up, the government is going to keep devising ways to take it from you. In the other case, you risk it all for the right reason:

The dream of what America should stand for.

There is still no “hundred-employee” vaccine mandate

First, the broad strokes. Just over a month ago, Biden directed the Department of Labor and OSHA to develop the details of a COVID vaccine mandate for all US companies with 100 or more employees.

It appears (but it is not certain) that this mandate will allow several escape hatches: medical and religious exemptions, and weekly testing as a substitute for vaccination.

If there are exemptions, we don’t know under what terms they’ll be permitted.

The Department of Labor has not yet issued the regulations framing and detailing this mandate.

Indeed, as the law firm Eckert Seamans states on its website: “The President did not give a deadline or timeframe for the New COVID ETS [Emergency Temporary Standard], but it is likely to take weeks or months to be issued. Though it is a simple directive on its face, there are complex issues that OSHA will have to work out in preparing the ETS. Moreover, even though it is an emergency standard, OSHA still must build a basis for meeting the statutory criteria for emergency standards, and that takes time.”

“Recall that in January the President directed OSHA to issue a COVID ETS…and he imposed a March 15 deadline for action on that. However, OSHA did not issue the First COVID ETS until June, and even then, it applied only to healthcare settings…”

“However, if the New COVID ETS toes the line the President has drawn, it will be considerably broader and certainly more heavy handed, so it is more likely to draw court challenges from employers and others who already are declaring their opposition to such a broad mandate—and that could mean further delay.”

So we don’t yet have a set of rules for this 100-employee mandate, a month after Biden made his speech, and perhaps we won’t have those rules for some time.

Therefore, the question is: Right now, does the mandate exist?

The Eckert Seamans law firm has an answer: “The President’s statement [on September 9] itself imposes no immediate legal obligations or penalties as far as private employers under the OSH Act. It is simply an announcement that he has directed OSHA to promulgate the New COVID ETS, and provides a few details of what he expects it to contain.”

There is no mandate now. There is only an announcement that there will be a mandate.

There will be a mandate when the Department of Labor issues its regulations.

If an employer went to court now, to challenge the mandate, the judge (assuming competency and honesty) would say, “Your challenge has no merit, because there is no mandate yet.”

And if there is no mandate yet, no employer with 100 or more employees is under obligation to order his employees to take the vaccine.

Note: I’m not talking about the Biden order that all federal employees and contractors must be vaccinated. That is a different situation.

Right now, all employers with 100 or more employees who are ordering their employees to take the vaccine are doing so voluntarily.

If they are ordering their employees to take the vaccine “because we have to, because the federal government is ordering it,” they are making a factually incorrect statement.

This possibly opens the door to an employee filing an action against his employer: “I was told to take the vaccine under false pretenses…”

I’m not saying such a charge would stand up in court, but it’s worth thinking about.

On September 10, Biden Press Secretary Jen Psaki took questions from reporters. She couched the 100-employee mandate this way:

“So, Congress passed a law in 1970 — the Occupational Safety and Health Act. And the reason the Department of Labor and OSHA is able to take the strong step to protect Americans from COVID [with the new mandate] is that Congress passed that law. Yesterday’s announcement by the Department of Labor is proceeding under that law. And the law basically requires the Department of Labor take action when it finds grave risk to workers. And certainly a pandemic that killed more than 600,000 people qualifies as ‘grave risk to workers’.”

“And so, if the Secretary determines workers are in grave danger, he has an obligation to issue an emergency temporary standard [ETS]. That’s exactly what he did.”

I believe this is incorrect. Psaki is implying the 100-employee mandate already exists. Her words can certainly be taken that way. But the mandate doesn’t yet exist, because the Department of Labor hasn’t issued the regulations which CONSTITUTE the mandate.

Again: ALL EMPLOYERS WITH 100 OR MORE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ORDERING THEIR EMPLOYEES TO TAKE THE VACCINE, OR ARE FIRING THOSE WHO REFUSE, ARE DOING SO VOLUNTARILY.

They’re caving in. They’re issuing orders to their employees before the regulations are issued, and before the many legal challenges against those regulations pile up—challenges which, if they chose to, they could help spearhead.

More on the missing Biden EO and the missing vaccine mandate

Yesterday, I wrote that there is no Biden Executive Order mandating the vaccine for all companies with more than 100 employees.

Several readers have mistakenly pointed to the EO that mandates the COVID vaccine for federal employees, federal contractors, and (now) sub-contractors. That’s NOT the EO I’m talking about.

Now I’ve learned that, apparently, Biden (his handlers) are pursuing a different strategy to mandate the vaccine for all employees of companies whose work force is more than 100.

Biden has issued a directive to the federal agency, OSHA, ordering it to frame a set of regulations that would, indeed, compel private sector companies with more than 100 employees to mandate the vaccine to those employees.

This Biden directive is operating under what’s called an ETS—Emergency Temporary Standard.

Three things to understand here, in my opinion.

ONE: Since OSHA has not yet issued any regulations, there is no binding legal reason, at the moment, for private-sector employers with more than 100 employees to mandate the vaccine to those employees. Unless those employers are federal contractors.

TWO: As I suggested yesterday, this whole operation smells like a stall on the part of the feds. The stall is already occurring, since OSHA hasn’t issued any regulations, and it will continue after OSHA acts, as various state governments and other parties file legal actions against the government.

Meanwhile, on the ground, companies are folding up and following Biden’s “decree.” They’re falling in line. This fait accompli is exactly what the White House wants.

Legal challenges to the OSHA ETS could take months, even years. If enough companies voluntarily go along with the decree, the feds will win.

The feds aren’t looking for 100% compliance. The mechanics of enforcement alone could be a logistical nightmare. The feds just want MORE. More compliance. More employers ordering their people to take the shot. More needles in arms. More fascism. More tyranny. More power. More control.

THREE: It seems to me that not issuing an EO, and instead going the OSHA ETS route, is less direct, more muddy, and easier to wrangle about in court for a longer period of time. Which is what the feds want.

Meanwhile, back in the every-day world…back under the rule of the medical cartel…the beat goes on. And what is that beat?

For the past 30-plus years, I’ve been revealing, chapter and verse, the devastating effects of pharmaceutical medicine. The huge numbers of deaths, the huge numbers of maimings.

The overall result of this program is the massive debilitation of the population.

In other words, the gross weakening of health and vitality, which translates into the lowered ability to resist the power of the State.

This is fact. This is outcome. This is what, under the surface of society, has been happening for decades and decades.

And now, in the US alone, reported COVID vaccine injuries have surpassed 700,000. This figure is patently false, meaning it represents underreporting. For example, the well-known Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare study concluded that reported vaccine injuries should be multiplied by 100 to arrive at a true number.

It’s long past the time when any doctor, nurse, or public health official can claim they’re unaware of the destruction pharmaceutical medicine is causing. They WANT TO be “unaware.” They WANT TO turn a blind eye. They WANT TO keep their jobs, paychecks, reputations, and status.

So, with that, I’ve republished my piece citing mainstream revelations that detail the amount of human devastation the medical cartel has been creating, for a long time. Consider the possibility that, for the moment, I’m the New York Times which has inexplicably received a heavy shot of Truth Serum.

Where is the Biden Executive Order mandating the vaccine? Does it exist?

I’m talking about the Executive Order (EO) commanding all US companies with more than 100 employees to mandate the COVID vaccine for those employees.

I can’t find the EO. I don’t see it in the Federal Register, where it’s supposed to be published. (Note: the following two Biden EOs only cover Federal employees and Federal contractors.)

If it hasn’t been published, then there is no mandate.

If there is no mandate yet, then obviously, none of the companies are under any obligation to enforce it.

OSHA is apparently the federal agency responsible for framing a set of regulations for the mandate, including fines. But federal agencies only construct regulations after a law has been passed or an EO is issued.

If I’m correct, and no EO has been published, we have an odd situation, to say the least.

Governors and lawyers have been threatening to sue, because the EO is unconstitutional and overrides state powers. But if there is no Presidential EO, then all these legal cases would be meaningless, because, again, there is no official mandate.

Is the White House stalling? Do they realize the EO and the mandate will be overturned in court? Are they hoping to achieve corporate compliance without an official mandate?

I’ve queried several lawyers. One suggested that so far, in this situation, the feds are mandating by bluffing.

That indeed would be extraordinary.

Maybe the EO is forthcoming as we speak. Possibly (though I can’t imagine it), it’s been published somewhere other than the Federal Register. But until it’s visible and official, there is no private-sector mandate.

Unless speeches and press releases and media coverage suddenly, all by themselves, have the force of law.

California, you had your chance to recall Newsom; now he’s putting the poisoned needle into all your children

Gavin Newsom is your vampire, California.

His new mandate for injecting devastating COVID vaccines into all schoolchildren in 7th grade and above—which will eventually be expanded to ALL schoolchildren—is a gold rush quite different from the 19th century voyage.

This one is pharmaceutical-profit gold.

Maybe the following self-congratulatory and forward-looking business statement from the state government, on its website, has something to do with Newsom bringing down his doomsday machine on millions of innocent children:

“California has a history of leading innovations in life-saving biomedical technologies. We are the long-time home to the nation’s number 2 biomedical sciences research institution and at nearly $4 billion annually, California’s universities lead the US in earned National Institutes of Health grants.”

“California’s life sciences industry generates nearly 1 million direct and indirect jobs and over $178 billion in annual revenue. More bioscience and biotechnology patents are issued to California companies and researchers than any other state. California leads the pack across the board for patent generation from microbiology and genetics to bioinformatics and health IT – creating more than 2.5 times as many patents as the next ranking state.

California life science companies saw over $18B in venture capital investment from 2016 – 2018, more than any other state, and our businesses have 1,300+ therapies in the development pipeline. These investments keep California at the forefront of biotech innovation.”

Newsom is one of those creatures who mistakenly believes he is physically attractive. And this, he reasons, is an asset he should deploy whenever possible.

In point of fact, he resembles a synthetic hothouse low-hanging fruit that is turning bad under the skin.

He also thinks his earnest front is believable. Please. Only the deaf, dumb, and blind assume his mission in life is “helping.” But apparently, many such disabled souls live in California.

And they are ready to sacrifice their children to him.

Newsom is a leftover Yuppie from the 1980s. Genial, relaxed, cold, mad for more power. I assure you, if the day comes when he senses a real threat to his position, he’ll turn out the lights in California. He’ll bring on an Australian-style lockdown.

The VAERS count of COVID vaccine injuries in American has risen past 700,000. As acknowledged by the well-known Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare study, reported vaxx injuries should be multiplied by a hundred to arrive at an accurate figure.

Newsom takes no notice of this. He’s living in his own bubble, and seeks glory from colleagues and friends who occupy the same bubble and shower him with praise. For the record, if there is a record anymore, this makes him quite dangerous.

But look who I’m talking to. Californians.

Don’t worry, be happy. It’s all good.

The state of California lives under a lucky star. Big tech, big movies, big defense industry, big pharma.

Maybe your children, commanded to take the shot, will somehow scrape by. No mind-boggling “unexplainable” heart problems. Perhaps only micro-clots, whose effects won’t show up until later…and then, who would be able to point to you, the parents, as collaborators?

All the nurses who are refusing the injection, even though that means they’re being fired from their jobs and losing their careers…what do they know? They’re obviously just a bunch of ingrates.

And with a man like Gavin Newsom at the helm
Why o why would you be lying in bed at night sweating
Waiting for the sun to come up
The sun that cures all problems in California
Why would you sense you’re sinking into deeper darkness
And you have to make a move to save your soul
And rescue your children
Why would you wonder how you arrived at the crossroads
When the people you know aren’t concerned at all
There must be some mistake
You need a small dose of reprogramming and then
The world will resume its former shape
As it always does
Especially in California
The guns in your mind will go silent
The governor is equipped to do the right thing
He must be
Otherwise the whole STRUCTURE was built
To capture you and your children
Look at the dawn
Look at the sun
The Pacific rolling in
The white houses sitting on the cliffs
The time is exactly right for another day
Like other days
And that is your strongest clue
Pointing to the need for censoring from your mind
Possibilities over which you have no control
As you well know
Everything beyond your control in California
Is good
That’s what living in California has always meant
And this is what the smile on Gavin Newsom’s face tells you
So send your child into the line

The Individual vs. the digital platform; the global rebellion vs. the machine

Washing away the stink of obedience

Using fascist vaccine mandates and passports, governments are expanding their digital platform, which is a surveillance and control system.

The excuse is: “We have to keep track of everyone who receives the vaccine…we have to make sure they update their booster shots…we have to know the people who are refusing the vaccine… ”

Of course, the platform reaches out into, and collects, all sorts of personal information about every person. Medical records, social media presence, consumer habits, political preferences, etc.

Underlying this massive and ongoing effort is the assumption that The Individual is a social construct. A unit. An assemblage of data.

This unit is entered into algorithms governing millions of units.

Thus, the living individual disappears. He is now an abstraction.

The repressive State takes on the shape of a technocracy:

“We regulate what units (humans) can and can’t do. We fit these units into an overall pattern of enforced behavior that achieves the greatest good for all…”

It turns out that many people, badly educated, trained to think of themselves as eternal victims, and resentful toward Constitutional liberties, are content to be plugged into systems that track them and tell them what to do.

These are the people who are always thinking about what other people are thinking of them. They are the foot soldiers of the Great Reset.

On the other hand, The Individual who knows he is alive, independent, and far more than a biological machine, who wants freedom…that Individual has a vision of his existence that outstrips any platform, algorithm, or fetid version of “greatest good.”

That Individual is who I write for.

I don’t write for ant colonies of the 21st century.

In 1928, the father of modern propanda, Edward Bernays, stated: “This is an age of mass production. In the mass production of materials a broad technique has been developed and applied to their distribution. In this age, too, there must be a technique for the mass distribution of ideas…The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society.”

For Bernays, and his political descendants, “smoothly functioning society” has meant mass mind control.

Indeed, Bernays also wrote: “It is sometimes possible to change the attitudes of millions but impossible to change the attitude of one man.”

The one man is the disrupter of the machinery.

The vaccine mandates and the passports are a large jump in the direction of mass/group surrender.

In this expanding technocracy, it’s no accident that the main component of propaganda is “science.” Technocracy itself is based on the misapplied “scientific” notion that, since a properly functioning machine is composed of many connected and integrated parts, human society should be built in the same fashion.

COVID “science” is a structure made up of interconnected facts—all of which turn out to be gross lies. I’ve spent the past year exposing those lies (see here and here for boil downs).

The best propaganda appears to be true to those who can’t think, who can’t summon up the desire and will to break out of the system.

The life-force inside every person, whether he knows it or not, wants to break out.

Rock-bottom materialists, who try to deny this force exists, will sooner or later succumb to some piece of propaganda and surrender to The Group.

In these times, The Group wants a digital platform to control their actions. The Group wants to submit to authorities who claim to have altruistic motives. The Group wants to fight for the right to be slaves.

However, as the vise tightens on the population, more and more individuals are realizing the mass and the group and collective and the digital platform and the prevailing propaganda narrative are spelling doom for them. They made a mistake in joining up and surrendering.

The altruism they’ve been supporting is a fake.

Their false gods have gone too far.

Before they slip into the final Big Sleep, more and more Individuals are stirring and waking up.

Their mind shackles are loosening.

More and more Individuals are realizing the talking news heads and the governors and presidents and prime ministers and premiers are puppets. The governments and bureaucracies are Police States. The promised new day is really a long night.

And so comes the rebellion. It is widening.

There is now a clear choice. Be a free and independent Individual, or be a loser, an ally of inhuman technocracy and tyranny.

History.com: “’These are the times that try men’s souls; the summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph’.”

“When these phrases [written by Thomas Paine] appeared in the pages of the Pennsylvania Journal for the first time, General George Washington’s troops were encamped at McKonkey’s Ferry on the Delaware River opposite Trenton, New Jersey. In August, they had suffered humiliating defeats and lost New York City to British troops. Between September and December, 11,000 American volunteers gave up the fight and returned to their families. General Washington could foresee the destiny of a rebellion without an army if the rest of his men returned home when their service contracts expired on December 31. He knew that without an upswing in morale and a significant victory, the American Revolution would come to a swift and humiliating end.”

“Thomas Paine was similarly astute. His Common Sense was the clarion call that began the revolution. “Washington commanded that the freshly printed pamphlet be read aloud to his dispirited men; the rousing prose had its intended effect. Reciting Paine’s impassioned words, the beleaguered troops mustered their remaining hopes for victory and crossed the icy Delaware River to defeat hung-over Hessians on Christmas night and on January 2, the British army’s best general, Earl Cornwallis, at the Battle of Princeton. With victory in New Jersey, Washington won not only two battles, but also the love and thanks of man and woman.”

Catherine Austin Fitts’ approach for dealing with vaccine mandates

“If I taught a college course, I’d take students through a year of tracking a descending trail of government documents, moving down into finer and finer detail as we go; and at the bottom of the trail, which is Hell, we would either find a vacuum, nothing at all, no meaning, a blank; or the clear evidence of intent to do great harm, and to evade discovery. That’s where the details take you, when you break them down far enough.” (Richard Bell)

My longtime friend and colleague, Catherine Austin Fitts, who founded and heads up a marvelous and essential organization, Solari (solari.com), has suggested an approach to dealing with vaccine mandates.

This is an individual strategy, and it’s much more. It could open a wide legal and financial doorway for every person who wants to exercise free choice when it comes to COVID vaccination.

Quoting from our email exchange, this is what Catherine wrote:

“My approach would be to demand from the [company or agency mandating the vaccine] to specify who is legally liable, the employer or the vaccine maker or both, and how that relates to my health insurance, my disability insurance and my life insurance as well as workman’s comp. I would always work the money angle.”

“I would file a case to demand FDA give clear guidance for employers for the informed consent required to explain who has liability for adverse events and related immunosuppression and toxicity and death, in terms of [vaccine] manufacturer, health care person administering the injection, employer, health care insurance, workman’s compensation, disability insurance, job protection and benefits, life insurance.”

I see Catherine’s approach as a method of getting many players to lay their cards on the table:

“Before I decide whether to take the vaccine, I need to know how lability for potential injury works. Who would be legally liable? What about insurance coverage and payouts? I need all this spelled out…”

The government, corporate employers, and insurance companies spend a great deal of time putting together policies regarding these two basic issues—legal and financial liability. They have teams of lawyers who design their policies.

Half of modern society runs on preparing for potential liability claims from the other half.

The thing is, despite their standard liability policies, corporate and government employers aren’t ready for a blizzard of well-formed and pointed queries that put them on the spot, regarding their VACCINATION RESPONSIBILITY. These queries shake them up. It’s a bit like investigators getting a very shady hedge fund owner to open up his books to scrutiny.

So…a corporate supervisor sits down with an employee who’s just been told he must get the COVID vaccine. The employee says, “I’m not saying no. I just want to know the conditions.”

“What conditions?”

“Nothing unusual. Who is responsible, in case I happen to suffer an injury.”

“An injury from what?”

“The vaccine.”

“Oh.”

“I want to know who has legal and financial responsibility in that case. This corporation, government entities, my health and life insurance, workman’s comp, disability insurance, the person administering the injection…”

“That’s a lot of people.”

“Just covering my bases. My brother-in-law is an attorney. He’s requesting some of this information from the FDA.”

“An attorney? He’s going all the way to the FDA?”

“This is just routine. When something is mandated, a responsible person wants to understand the consequences of following the mandate.”

“You’re the first employee who’s raised all these issues.”

“I’m sure the company lawyers can help out here. Everybody has liability policies these days.”

“Uh…let me get back to you on this.”

“Sure. Of course.”

This is round one. The opening gambit.

The second conversation might start like this:

“Well, the word from our attorneys is, the federal government has issued blanket immunity from liability, in case of COVID vaccine injury.”

“Yes, I know. My attorney is querying that with the FDA.”

“He is?”

“For example, what about medical personnel who don’t follow correct procedures? The vial of vaccine wasn’t stored at a low enough temperature? But with you and the company, I’m interested in knowing what responsibility you would take. I’m on a company health insurance plan. What is the payout, and under what conditions, if I’m injured? I’ll need that information in writing…I’ve been reading my insurance policy. You see here, on page 14, where there’s a mention of a doctor’s confirming report? Would this be my doctor, the company’s, the insurance carrier’s? I asked my physician about this, and he wasn’t sure…”

Bit by bit, piece by piece, the employee gathers information. If he’s going to mount a challenge to the mandated vaccination, he wants to know where he stands, in detail. And he wants to let his employer know, in every way possible, that he’s serious and competent. And he wants to get his employer to go on the record with as many assurances and confirmations as possible, relating to the employer’s financial and legal responsibilities.

When you think it through, it turns out that what the employee is asking for is quite reasonable.

I’m picturing this approach where parents are up against fascist school boards as well.

In addition to raising hell about COVID restrictions at school board meetings, several parents could be making dozens of recorded requests for information:

“What happens if my doctor certifies that my child has incurred an infection from wearing a mask all day in class? Are you prepared to take financial and legal responsibility in that situation? I want to see your policy on this in writing…”

“I want assurances that the other children are wearing masks that actually block the virus. I can provide documentation confirming that many types of masks are incompetent in this regard—including a statement from Dr. Fauci…”

At solari.com, Catherine and her team have put together highly useful, penetrating, and original documents that people can use, in a variety of situations where vaccinations are mandated.

The ceaseless propaganda about the need for vaccination produces a trance-effect in the public. Many actions are necessary, in order to break the spell.

Active intelligent people working their way into the Policy Beast of the Establishment create dissonant chords.

As a matter of course, officials and corporate employers sit smugly on their little thrones, believing they have the situation well in hand.

But when they’re put to the test, they often come up short.

The devil is in the details. When free and independent people drill down deeper and deeper, demanding those details, throne rooms shudder.

Question: “If I follow this approach, is there any guarantee I can avoid receiving the vaccine?”

Answer: There are no guarantees, except rock-bottom refusal to take the shot, no matter what. With the above approach, you may discover the mandating entity backs off, makes unexpected exceptions to the rule, inadvertently confesses to committing violations. All sorts of things can happen on a relentless fact-finding mission.

Refusing the COVID vaccine; setting the record straight

In this article, I’m cutting through a few miles of new verbiage circulating on the issue of refusing the COVID vaccine.

People have recently announced “an extraordinary discovery”: there is a legal way to reject the vaccine. “It’s still experimental,” they say, even after the FDA just fully approved it, and under federal law, a person has the right to refuse an experimental medicine.

So…take a breath, let it out, take a step back, and consider the following:

Since the moment COVID vaccines were launched, a person has been able to refuse them. Since they were first mandated, a person has been able to refuse them.

“Mandate” means: if you refuse, you pay the price.

Consequences. You’re fired from your job. You can’t enter certain restaurants. And so on.

After the August 23 FDA approval of the Pfizer shot, nothing in that regard has changed. You can refuse the shot, but you take the consequences.

Even in the Army (so far), they can’t hold you down and force the needle into your arm. They put you in a cell, they discharge you dishonorably, they court martial you; whatever.

Perhaps a lawyer can argue that the consequences of refusing the shot are egregious, too severe, are tantamount to “forcing the shot,” but that is a different issue. I would like to see that issue raised.

But let’s not confuse huge numbers of people by telling them they now have a clear path to refusing the shot. That clear path has always existed (with perhaps the exception of prisons and nursing homes and hospitals where some people were forced to take the shot illegally).

What people are dealing with is, how can I avoid the consequences of refusing the shot?

I’ve suggested strategies that entail getting employers wrapped up in answering probing detailed questions about financial and legal responsibility for vaccine injuries—

But the ultimate bottom line is the individual refusing the shot, No Matter What.

In my MANY articles about vaccines, detailing how they are dangerous, destructive, ineffective, and unnecessary, my aim has been to bring people closer to making their own stand.

That is what this is all about: No Matter What.

It’s a test of faith, conviction, courage.

Will you refuse the vaccine no matter what?

Believe me, I support all sorts of legal case filings and challenges to vaccine mandates. I don’t care how slim the chances of success are.

But in the end, every individual has to decide what he will accept and what he will reject.

No matter what the consequences are.

We are the cure. This is the war.

California, a COVID police state is coming at you; the legislature is tuning it up now; will you lie down and take it?

It’ll be the California of East Germany if the people don’t act now:

I’m talking about large visible protests on all levels. Including in the streets.

The LA Times has the story: “…state lawmakers are now considering one of the most politically challenging government mandates yet: requiring Californians to show proof of vaccination to enter many indoor business establishments and forcing workers to get vaccinated or regularly tested.”

“[State Senator Richard Pan said] there is enough uncertainty about what will happen in the coming months to potentially reach a consensus to act now. Lawmakers wrap up their session on Sept. 10. [Governor] Newsom faces a recall election on Sept. 14.”

“The Times obtained a draft of [Assembly Bill] AB 455, which was dated Thursday. That version calls for anyone entering a bar, restaurant, gym, hotel, event center or sports arena to show proof that he or she is fully vaccinated.”

“It also calls for all employees, job applicants and independent contractors to show proof that they are fully vaccinated or take a weekly COVID-19 test with proof of a negative result.” READ THAT SENTENCE AGAIN.

“Those who are too young to be vaccinated or a person with a valid medical reason would be exempt from the provisions, according to the draft language. The California Department of Public Health would be tasked with determining by Nov. 1 how to enforce the requirements.”

“The draft bill is listed as an urgency measure, which would allow it to take effect immediately if passed by two-thirds of lawmakers and signed by the governor.”

Don’t assume getting a medical exemption is going to fly. The California Medical Board has been coming down very hard on doctors who write exemptions.

Parents who’ve decided to take the vaccine for whatever reason—and have kids who are old enough to be required to take it—those parents would have to plan on leaving the kids at home or in the car whenever they visit a place that demands a vaccine passport, unless they’re willing to have their kids hit with the vaccine.

This IS the Medical Police State. The enemies of freedom, sanity, and humanity have been planning vaccine mandates for A LONG TIME. They were waiting for full FDA approval of the shot, which took place on August 23rd.

We’re under jackboot tyranny.

Did FDA really approve the Pfizer COVID vaccine? Wait. What?

The pressure is building. “Take the vaccine.”

Many people are looking for a successful way to refuse the COVID vaccine in situations where the shots are mandated. I fully support such efforts.

Some people believe they can make the argument that the FDA didn’t actually give full approval to the Pfizer vaccine on August 23rd. Therefore, these people can refuse the vaccine on the grounds that it is still experimental, meaning it has only been granted Emergency Use Authorization.

I’ll discuss that practical strategy later in this article.

But first, I need to analyze the claim that the FDA didn’t truly approve (license) the Pfizer vaccine.

OK. Here we go.

The first FDA document I’ll reference is “Comirnaty and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine,” dated August 23, 2021. The document opens with this statement:

“On August 23, 2021, the FDA approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty, for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals.”

“The FDA approved” means full approval. The FDA has fully approved the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine.

And this vaccine “will now be marketed” as the Comirnaty vaccine.

They are the same vaccine, medically speaking. The ingredients are the same.

The FDA document ALSO says the vaccine will continue to be available under the prior Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), for uses that are not yet fully approved. For example, injecting children 12-15, and as a third dose for certain immunocompromised people.

The full approval and the EUA status are riding together, side by side. The EUA status covers uses of the vaccine not covered under full approval.

The rest of this FDA document offers links. One of the links leads to an FDA news release, dated August 23, titled, “FDA Approves First COVID-19 Vaccine.” The release states:

“Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty…”

“To support the FDA’s approval decision today, the FDA reviewed updated data from the clinical trial which supported the EUA and included a longer duration of follow-up in a larger clinical trial population.”

The FDA, in this news release, is again asserting that the Pfizer vaccine is now approved, and makes a clear distinction between the prior EUA and this new approval.

Next, we move to a letter, also dated August 23, sent from the FDA to BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH, and Pfizer Inc. The letter is marked, “BLA Approval.” BLA stands for “Biologics License Application.” Here are key quotes:

“Please refer to your Biologics License Application (BLA) submitted and received on May 18, 2021, under section 351(a) of the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act) for COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA.”

“We are issuing Department of Health and Human Services U.S. License No. 2229 to BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH, Mainz, Germany…Under this license, you are authorized to manufacture the product, COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA…You may label your product with the proprietary name, COMIRNATY…”

The FDA officially licensed this vaccine. This is approval. It is not merely a continuation of Emergency Use Authorization (EAU).

And now we come to another key FDA document, a letter sent to Pfizer Inc. on August 23, 2021 (addressed to Ms. Elisa Harkins). It also mentions the full licensure (approval) of the vaccine:

“On August 23, 2021, FDA approved the biologics license application (BLA) submitted by BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH for COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) for active immunization to prevent COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 in individuals 16 years of age and older.”

This letter is further acknowledgement that the vaccine has been fully approved.


Now we enter the thick weeds of the letter, during a discussion of how Emergency Use Authorization will continue to be used. The language is very dense. It’s taken me a while to separate out the strands.

To help you with what I’m going to untangle, understand that the FDA is making a distinction between what we could call the “old Pfizer vaccine” and the “new Pfizer vaccine.” They are identical in their ingredients. They are the same vaccine. But the “old vaccine” vials were granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) before the August 23rd FDA full licensure of the vaccine; and the “new vaccine” vials will certainly be used under full licensure (approval).

Splitting hairs? Yes. But in order to understand what the FDA is saying in this letter, you have to grasp the distinction between “the old” and “the new.”

The “old” vaccine is labeled “Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine,” and the “new” vaccine is labeled “COMIRNATY.” Again, they are exactly the same vaccine.

The FDA letter to Pfizer (the one addressed to Ms. Elisa Harkins) states:

“On August 23, 2021, having concluded that revising this EUA [Emergency Use Authorization for the vaccine] is appropriate to protect the public health or safety…FDA is reissuing the August 12, 2021 letter of authorization in its entirety with revisions incorporated to clarify that the EUA will remain in place for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for the previously-authorized indication and uses, and to authorize use of COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) under this EUA for certain uses that are not included in the approved BLA.” [emphasis added]

The “old vaccine” will continue to have EUA status: it can be injected in people 12 and older, and it can be used as a third dose for certain immunocompromised individuals.

The “new vaccine”—which has full FDA approval—CONTINUES TO ALSO HAVE EUA STATUS—and therefore it too can be injected in people 12 and older, and used as a third dose for certain immunocompromised individuals.

Strange? Yes. The “new” and fully approved vaccine retains its former EUA status. It’s BOTH fully approved and certified as an emergency experimental product.

I believe the FDA reasoning goes this way: the agency wants to make sure vials carrying the label of the “new” fully approved vaccine can be injected into people to whom the full approval doesn’t apply—people between 12 and 15, and certain immunocompromised people, as a third shot. In other words, people covered under EUA status.

If you continue to read this FDA letter, you’ll see this reasoning spelled out.

Bottom line, and my conclusion: The FDA has fully approved the “new vaccine” AND it has also retained the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the “new vaccine.” Both.


—So what does all this mean for people who want to find a workable reason for refusing the vaccine?

For example, suppose you work for a major corporation or a government agency, and you’re told you must get the shot. You say, “No, I won’t take the shot, because the FDA never approved it. It’s still an experimental medicine, because it only has EUA status.”

I believe you’ll lose. You’ll be told, “The FDA HAS approved it.”

Suppose you take a somewhat different approach. You say, “I’ll need to see the actual vial containing the vaccine you want to inject me with. Is it labeled ‘Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine’ (the ‘old’ vaccine) or ‘COMIRNATY’ (the ‘new’ vaccine)?”

Your boss says, “What difference does it make? Either way, it’s the same vaccine.”

And you say, “Not legally speaking. I understand it may take some time for the new shipments of the COMIRNATY to arrive. I won’t take the Pfizer-BioNTech shot because it only has Emergency Use Status, and therefore it’s an experimental medicine. Under federal law, I have the right to refuse an experimental medicine. I’m invoking that right.”

Will that fly?

I’m giving you non-lawyer opinions here. Understand this.

It’s possible this approach could buy you time. Maybe your boss will suddenly become a bit nervous—he tells you he’s going to talk to his company/agency attorneys, and he’ll get back to you.

Or maybe he threatens to fire you on the spot, and he tells you to hire (and pay through the nose for) a lawyer. You do. Do you think your argument will stand up in court? I don’t. Maybe I’m wrong. I’d like to be wrong about that.

Maybe your lawyer will suggest other approaches. A religious exemption, for example. Or, depending on the circumstances, a medical exemption.

But after reading the FDA documents I’ve cited above, I say that if you think the FDA hasn’t actually approved the vaccine, you’re mistaken.

This country, and other countries, are being split into the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. Communities are dividing. Families are dividing and fracturing. It isn’t a pretty picture.

Here in America, we’re used to living life as usual and believing that coercion isn’t going to come to our front doors. Despite the lockdowns and the mask mandates and the vast financial destruction of the past year, many people still think things are “all right.”

That’s not true.

I support all legal efforts to keep freedom of choice alive. I support the unions that are demanding NO VACCINE MANDATES. I also support those governors who are defending their states against COVID restrictions and vaccine mandates. People who criticize these governors because they aren’t perfect or are partially compromised are barking up the wrong tree. We need all the help we can get.

However, as far I’m concerned, putting all our eggs in the basket of court cases, legal filings, unions, and governors is shortsighted, to say the least.

Freedom always needs more. Freedom needs brave business owners to stay open and maskless, despite government edicts. Freedom needs parents to keep showing up at school board meetings, to demand an end to COVID restrictions and mandates.

Most of all, freedom needs patriots, in the best sense of the word, to do what people in Europe and Australia are doing: come out in the street in great numbers. Over and over.

Not by the thousands. By the millions.

The enemies of freedom have to feel the heat. They have to see that the people can’t be forced beyond a certain point.

Whether we like it or not, whether we know it or not, the day is coming when, not the minority, but the majority of us will know we are living under tyranny.

Not just insanity; tyranny.

We will know it in ways that are undeniable.

Some of us already know it.

We’re all living through a test of faith. Each individual; and whatever he/she has faith IN. How deep is that faith? How strong?
