False flag at the Capitol: it’s all about the effects and after-shocks

False flag: an event staged to make it appear one’s opponent caused the event and is the guilty party, thus justifying an all-out response.

This is a follow-up to my article about the engineering of a false flag assault on the Capitol building Wednesday—possibly led by Antifa actors.

The events of Wednesday at the Capitol achieved a Jackpot for the Political Left.

The televised discussion and debate, in the Joint Session of Congress, about vote fraud, was derailed.

When Congress reconvened, at night, no one had the stomach to vigorously assert that Trump won the election. No one cared anymore. The viewing audience, if there was one, couldn’t have cared, either. 100% of the attention was on the Capitol break-in.

Trump himself was welded to the “shocking assault” on the Capitol. The media made sure of that. “January 6th, 2021, is a day that will live in infamy forever…” “The day Trump betrayed America.” “He whipped up his supporters in a frenzy, and then they invaded The People’s House…”

The media will play this tune for the next 20 years. One aim? To destroy any chance Trump can come back in 2024 to run for the presidency. To completely snuff out his future—or the future of his son, Donald, Jr.—in politics.

Another aim? To discredit all Trump supporters and cast them as violent lunatics.

Even the shooting death of a Trump supporter inside the Capitol, by the police, is subliminally implied as “a necessary action to stop a revolution-in-progress.”

There is more. Efforts to protest the COVID lockdowns will be equated, by the media and the government, with the Capitol assault. “It’s all the same thing, the same unhinged people, the crazed deplorables and the dangerous anti-vaxxers…”

New rounds of brutal COVID lockdowns will be justified on the basis that “there are violent groups in our country who don’t care about infecting other people with the virus. You know who they are. Many of them wear MAGA hats. There is only one way to defeat this pandemic. Shelter in place long enough, until it’s over…”

Media, of course, conveniently ignore the months of violent Antifa-led riots, violence, and crime. Media will continue to bury those events behind a wall of outrage against the Capitol break-in.

Crackdowns on “dissenting behavior” are now on the table as a National Security issue. “We must approach certain kinds of dissent as acts of war. Look at the attack on the very core of our Republic, the Congress of the People, at the Capitol building. That began as simple angry rhetoric, but it built into an attempt at ‘violent overthrow’…”

What’s happening now has parallels to the Oklahoma City Bombing of 1995. At the time, I wrote about that false flag extensively. There had been a great deal of anti-government sentiment in the country. There was talk of secession. On both the Left and the Right, decentralization of power was a prominent issue. Media were focused on “the dangers of right-wing militia groups.”

Then, after the explosion—which was far more sophisticated than an ANFO truck bomb—President Bill Clinton gave a key speech in which he basically said, “Come home to the federal government. We will protect you.”

Aided by an outpouring of media praise for the speech, Clinton won the day.

Biden will now try the same thing. He has no rhetorical skills, but he will play the peacemaker and the unifier. “It’s time to heal wounds. The nation can’t survive in this climate of divisiveness and hatred. We must make peace with our brothers and sisters. Come home to the government…”

However, the level of government surveillance and tracking will escalate—not only because of COVID, but (we’ll be told) in order to make sure another “January 6th” does not occur again.

Translation: we need to copy the Chinese model of control.

The Capitol break-in is a MAJOR covert op. And like all such staged events, the planned after-effects are the most important pieces.

Think of these effects as a gigantic “equals sign” planted in the public mind. The CAPITOL BREAK-IN equals dissent equals protests against the lockdowns equals Trump the betrayer equals anti-vaxxers equals MAGA equals nationalism equals outrage against lockdown governors equals people who don’t wear masks equals racism…

That’s how propaganda is done. By connecting one reaction to other reactions, across the board.

Imagine a Trump supporter who lives in a blue state. He looks in his closet today, and sees his MAGA hat and American flag…and wonders what will happen if he puts on that hat and walks down the street…

Was the assault on the Capitol building a false flag?

I’m writing this hours before posting it, so events may unfold that add more information.

The first thing you need to ask yourself: was the break-in at the Capitol, while Congress was in session holding a debate about election certification, an attempt to stop a transfer of power to Biden, or an attempt to stop the debate itself—during which legislators would have laid out evidence of fraud?

The assault did achieve a stoppage of the debate, which was being carried live on television.

The legislators were evacuated.

We do know that, going back months, Antifa was issuing memos to its members to appear at Trump rallies posing as supporters of the president, wearing appropriate gear, so that when Antifa caused trouble and committed violence, their actions would be blamed on Trumpers.

I’m not saying all the people who broke through into the Capitol today were Antifa, but their members could have led the way, stirring up anger and moving at the head of the hundreds who knocked down barriers and forced back the police.

Shortly before the break-in, C-Span was airing a senator’s rebuttal to Mitch McConnell’s speech. McConnell gave one of those smooth clichéd-filled presentations, claiming there was no evidence of fraud on a scale that would have overturned the election. His main (irrelevant) point was, the courts found no reason to rule against Biden’s victory.

The rebuttal was quite sharp, basically accusing McConnell of acting as a “ceremonial” performer. And this was only the beginning of the action today in Congressional session. Who knows what would have popped up out of the hopper, as the day wore on and the nation watched?

Vice-President Pence—castigated by Trumpers as a betrayer—actually declared he would preside over an open Joint Session of Congress and allow full speeches re vote fraud, from states in which one senator and one congressional legislator filed objections to rubber-stamping certification of the election.

But that process was sidetracked by the people breaking into the Capitol building.

Instead, we now have incessant media coverage portraying the million protestors in Washington and Trump as destroyers of the nation and “all the values we stand for as Americans…”

I’ve read and seen reports of Antifa members (from Philadelphia and Tempe) being inside the Capitol building. A close-up photo of one of the protestor’s wrists shows a hammer and sickle tattoo. There is a claim that Antifa members were bused into DC a day before the rally.

Obviously, if the assault on the Capitol building was a false flag, all the blame cascading down on Trumpers paves the way for Biden and his handlers to carry out even more draconian measures on the American people, under the rubric of National Security—piled on top of the COVID lockdowns.

The short attention span of television viewers shifts further away from the violent Antifa riots in US cities over the past six months.

And whereas media portrayed Antifa riots as “largely peaceful disturbances,” we can look forward to months of pompous posturing about Wednesday’s events in DC.

Biden will be “the sane president” who restored peace and order.

Trump resisters who refuse to acknowledge Biden’s election will be characterized, over and over, as dangerous lunatics.

For the next 20 years, media will play up Wednesday, January 6, 2021, as the dark day America almost broke apart. You can bet a few dozen production companies are already editing footage for “stunning, award-winning” documentaries.

Democrats are feeling a burst of confidence that Trump’s career as a politician is over—since he will forever be linked to “The Insurrection of January 6.”

In their eyes, this is far better than a physical assassination.

On the night of February 27, 1933, a fire was set in the German Reichstag, the national parliament. It burned a significant portion of the structure. Many historians state Hitler’s people set that fire—which at the time was successfully blamed on his main political opponent, the Communist Party. The tactic allowed Hitler to consolidate his final needed piece of national power.

Alongside the endorsement and support of IG Farben, the biggest pharmaceutical and chemical cartel in the world, the Reichstag false flag gave Hitler control over the fate of Germany.

False flags do work.

Is Attorney General Barr a coward?

Has he sold out?

“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,” Barr told the AP. [1]

That’s because he isn’t looking. Here are several sites, among hundreds, that carry evidence of vote fraud on a continuing basis: American Thinker [2], Infowars [3], Gateway Pundit [4], Revolver.news [5], the Air Vent blog [6].

Barr has now appointed a special counsel, John Durham, to look into…what? Russiagate? The man in the moon? Richard Nixon? I’m sure we’ll get a report by 2026.

Slick Willie Barr’s remark to AP sent a signal to judges and lawyers: the Justice Department isn’t active, relax, no need to rush, feel free to dismiss cases, you won’t be risking adverse consequences.

That, from the number-one law enforcement man in the nation.

Meanwhile, if you visit those sites, I just mentioned, you’ll find all sorts of evidence of fraud. Ballot stuffing. Invented ballots. Backdated ballots. Failure to allow observers to monitor massive amounts of vote counting. Statistical anomalies showing impossible vote results. Vote switching. Electronic machine vulnerabilities. Software back doors. Fractional vote counts instead of raw number counts. Dominion and Smartmatic connections to foreign entities. The vote-count apparatus connected to the internet and therefore vulnerable to switches in numbers. Battleground states stopping the vote count on election night, after which huge numbers of votes changed from Trump to Biden. Alarming numbers of affidavits from poll workers attesting to fraud. Boarded up windows to block observers from watching vote counts, even from a distance. Observers intimidated and ordered to move away from vote counting personnel. Reputable data analysts stating vote fraud was occurring on a large scale.

Other than THAT, not a hint of impropriety. Nothing to see, forget about it.

And Barr didn’t need to say he was sure the election was a fraud; he only needed to say there was reason for the DOJ to do an immediate and far-reaching INVESTIGATION.

But he wouldn’t even say that.

And lest we forget, this election was CALLED BY THE NEWS NETWORKS. That’s what “election result” MEANS so far. That’s all it means.

Some of the networks take their election information from the Associated Press. But the AP is a consortium OF those same networks.

In other words, the news networks take their election information from themselves.

And on the strength of THAT, Attorney General Barr believes the result of the election has been decided; and there is no reason to mount an all-out investigation of the “result.”

Pundits are worried that Trump’s attack on the outcome makes the US look like a banana republic, in the eyes of the rest of the world.

Sorry, too late for that concern. When news networks call the election based on projections from themselves, we’re looking at a closed system, a bubble, a banana 3000 miles long.

Barr is a banana plantation boss, protecting the terminally corrupt territory from prying eyes.

In an act of extreme kindness, he should be busted down to hosing off dust and sand from cop cars in Death Valley.

He’s made himself into—or he already was—a double agent. While professing support for the president, he was preparing to undermine him.

Trump, throughout his term in office, has shown an uncanny ability to choose key people who are actually out to destroy him. I believe he thought Mike Flynn would be his main protector and buffer, and when Flynn was taken down, Trump didn’t know where to turn. He was at sea. A CEO or Commander-in-Chief is supposed to be better than that.

Barr’s refusal to declare an all-out war on election fraud creates a gigantic confusion. While court cases and state legislative hearings move along, and evidence of fraud piles up, the DOJ stands aside, as if these momentous events are of no more interest than a spring baseball game.

CRIMINAL CHARGES are at the bottom of this national disgrace. And there are no criminal charges.

Although extreme dereliction of duty ought to be a felony, Barr has a built-in protection. Prosecutorial discretion. It means a government lawyer can pick and choose his cases. He can go to court or not go to court.

“Let’s see. We have the murder weapon. The suspect’s prints are on the gun, which the cops found in his hand as he was standing over the dead body of the victim. We have surveillance video which shows the suspect shooting the victim. But you know what? We’re going to pass on this case. The killer has no previous record. He’s from a good family…”

For readers, and for Slick Willie Barr, I want to describe one expert witness to fraud who has already stepped forward. He is just one of a number of such witnesses. Just one. But if he doesn’t sound alarm bells for the Justice Department, indicating that an IMMEDIATE investigation must be launched yesterday, nobody will sound those alarms.

Navid Keshavarz-Nia. His credentials include extensive work for the US intelligence community. This is not necessarily a positive recommendation. However, such people are often cited as reliable by the press and the government. They’re courted and coddled and quoted and used to make cases.

Andrea Widburg, writing at American Thinker, headlines her piece, “The ‘smartest man in the room’ has joined Sidney Powell’s team”: [7]

“Dr. Kershavarz-Nia’s name may not mean a lot to you, but it’s one of the weightiest names in the world when it comes to sniffing out cyber-security problems.”

“We know how important Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is because, just two and a half months ago, the New York Times ran one of its Sunday long-form articles about a massive, multi-million-dollar fraud that a talented grifter ran against the American intelligence and military communities. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is one of the few people who comes off looking good”:

(Quoting the Times) “Navid Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, ‘was always the smartest person in the room.’ In doing cybersecurity and technical counterintelligence work for the C.I.A., N.S.A. and F.B.I., he had spent decades connecting top-secret dots…”

Widburg continues at American thinker: “Not only does Dr. Kershavarz-Nia have an innate intelligence, but he’s also got extraordinary academic and practical skills in cyber-fraud detection and analysis…”

“His qualifications include a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in various areas of electrical and computer engineering. In addition, ‘I have advanced trained from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Security Agency (NSA), DHS office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A) and Massachusetts Institution of Technology (MIT)’.”

“Professionally, Dr. Kershavarz-Nia has spent his career as a cyber-security engineer. ‘My experience,’ he attests, ‘spans 35 years performing technical assessment, mathematical modeling, cyber-attack pattern analysis, and security intelligence[.]’ I will not belabor the point. Take it as given that Dr. Kershavarz-Nia may know more about cyber-security than anyone else in America.”

“So what does the brilliant Dr. Kershavarz-Nia have to say? This:

1. Hammer and Scorecard [an alleged package of CIA vote-hacking programs] is real, not a hoax (as Democrats allege), and both are used to manipulate election outcomes.

2. Dominion, ES&S, Scytl, and Smartmatic [electronic vote-systems companies] are all vulnerable to fraud and vote manipulation — and the mainstream media reported on these vulnerabilities in the past.

3. Dominion has been used in other countries to ‘forge election results.’

4. Dominion’s corporate structure is deliberately confusing to hide relationships with Venezuela, China, and Cuba.

5. Dominion machines are easily hackable.

6. Dominion memory cards with cryptographic key access to the systems were stolen in 2019.”

“Although he had no access to the machines, Dr. Kershavarz has looked at available data about the election and the vote results. Based on that information, he concluded:

1. The counts in the disputed states (Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia) show electronic manipulation.

2. The simultaneous decision in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia to pretend to halt counting votes was unprecedented and demonstrated a coordinated effort to collude toward desired results.

3. One to two percent of votes were forged in Biden’s favor.

4. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots.

5. The scanners failed to keep records for audits, an outcome that must have been deliberately programmed.

6. The stolen cryptographic key, which applied to all voting systems, was used to alter vote counts.

7. The favorable votes pouring in after hours for Biden could not be accounted for by a Democrat preference for mailed in ballots. They demonstrated manipulation. For example, in Pennsylvania, it was physically impossible to feed 400,000 ballots into the machines within 2–3 hours.

8. Dominion used Chinese parts, and there’s reason to believe that China, Venezuela, Cuba interfered in the election.

9. There was a Hammer and Scorecard cyber-attack that altered votes in the battleground states, and then forwarded the results to Scytl servers in Frankfurt, Germany, to avoid detection.

10. The systems failed to produce any auditable results.”

“Based on the above findings, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia concluded with ‘high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a [sic] hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred [sic] to Vice President Biden’.”

Here’s a question: If you’re William Barr, what else do you want, in terms of qualifications, from an expert witness?

From all appearances, Navid Keshavarz-Nia is exactly the sort of person you would be looking for in serious cases.

Except, perhaps, in THIS case. Because this case not only cuts across the grain, it proposes a titanic refutation of the announced result of a presidential election. And not only an election, but one in which the sitting president is despised by the press, millions of Democrats, untold numbers of government employees, foreign government leaders, and rioters-in-waiting, who would stage mass destruction in cites, if the election is resolved in favor of the sitting president.

So, Mr. Barr, in this case, who qualifies as an expert witness, to whom very close attention should be paid? Or does the qualification of a witness come down to WHAT he will say?

Are you calculating which threat from which side of the political spectrum can visit the greater harm on you?

Have you already sold out? If so, to what or whom?

Your own fear?

Open letter to patriots everywhere

In the modern secular church of fakers, they tell us anger is wrong, outrage is wrong, acceptance in hypnotic sleep is what we must aim for.

Always bow to “smooth transitions.” When there is disagreement, swallow your bile, give in, make peace with tyranny. The pain will only last for a little while. Then you will reach a higher understanding.

The authorities and their minions of the press have the final word. Our job is to fit ourselves into their scheme of things.

WE must be flexible. THEY can be inflexible.

If these rules seem backwards and upside down, that is OUR problem, not THEIRS.

This is the position of our would-be masters.

I realize your attention is focused on the election and vote-fraud right now. But I want to comment on the disaster we’re all facing these days:

The COVID restrictions. Lockdowns—de facto in-house arrest. Limits on public gatherings. Economic devastation.

Cutting to the bottom line: There is NO state of emergency that justifies sweeping away Americans’ basic freedoms. No war, natural or manmade disaster.

NO emergency can override the meaning and spirit of the Constitution.

There is a line that can’t be crossed for any reason. Otherwise, an official or legislature or court could, armed with an excuse, cancel the Constitution.

That’s exactly what’s happened. COVID. It’s diabolically clever, because officials will say: “You can’t make a choice about how to live your life, because what you do affects other people. If you carry the virus and live out in the open, you’ll infect those around you. Therefore, you must obey the commands we lay down…”

You must agree to in-house arrest, if a gangster governor deems it necessary. You can’t go to church. Your children can’t go to school. You have to shut down your business. You can’t earn a living. You need to go on the public dole.

The infernal logic of this is inescapable, once you allow the crossing of the Constitutional line. Then, freedom is gone. The United States is gone.

I’ve spent the past nine months proving that COVID is a medical and scientific fraud. There is no emergency or great danger. But even if there were, that bright line from freedom to slavery cannot be breached. Or we all go down.

Instead, we have to rise up. We have to live life, work, move forward. WE HAVE TO OPEN UP THE ECONOMY OURSELVES, every which way we can, regardless of orders from governments—federal, state, or local.

Protests? Yes. But more than that, we go back to work.

All over this country, we stand on our natural and Constitutional freedoms. We don’t give in.

Our government is based on the consent of the governed. WE decide. We aren’t property of the State. We aren’t products shaped by the State. We weren’t born to be medical patients all our lives.

No one said this would be easy. We aren’t living in easy times. It does no good to park ourselves in a swamp of complaining about what should be and spin our wheels.

Again: WE OPEN UP THE ECONOMY EVERY WHICH WAY WE CAN. We FIND a way. We barter and trade, if necessary. I’m told that, during the Depression of the 1930s, local citizens in America created 3000 currencies. Their own forms of money.

It’s an option. There are many options, if people think and plan. Right now (and I receive reports), there are pockets all over the country where the economy is wide open. People are ignoring government mandates. And they’re not wearing masks or distancing.

What about the political Left? They seem to want the COVID restrictions. They want to obey political dictates. They are willing to submit to governors’ edicts. They bow down and believe and accept the statements of public health officials as if they were written in stone.

What was written in stone, with a war just past, was the Constitution. And that law of the land has remained visible, despite all attempts to erase it.

“The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.” Thomas Paine, 1776.

Should we be sidetracked and tricked and bedeviled now, by these politicians and their official experts, we will find ourselves in a new world not of our making; surely not a world matching our desires.

Instead, we will be nothing more than units and numbers, organized to fit into slots, our labor harvested for purposes beyond our control, in a new normal no free human can tolerate.

We are being told to walk on a road that leads to that place.

As strong as the State seems, this is an illusion, because if enough of us refuse—millions of us—we will win. The State and its machinations will be exposed as just another tyranny, in a long line of tyrannies that fell and failed.

Be free. Live free. If there is Rescue From Above, isn’t it possible the Rescue is waiting to see, first, whether we show the courage that signals we will use that help?

Whether you believe the COVID operation was designed to wreak economic destruction, or whether the devastation was an offshoot managed and directed by lunatic politicians, the effect is the same—and the giant X painted across the Constitution is apparent to those who can see. We are living in a post-Constitutional America. That has been the case for a long time, but the violations are so egregious now, no one who is a patriot can look away without betraying his principles.

We are in a tunnel. We are carrying the light. Around us are sheep and doomsayers and hostile actors. They have redefined freedom in Orwellian terms to mean obedience. They now see privation and isolation as consecrations to a new cause: allegiance to a phantom germ.

That America could be brought down in such a preposterous way is evidence of how far this country has traveled from its origins. Its founding ideas.

Our enemies want to destroy those ideas. They attack them from all sides. They say justice never existed here, and they will bring it about now.

But all they know is destruction.

We will outflank them if we have the will.

Yesterday, I took Trump attorney, Sidney Powell, to task for her lack of court-case filings.

Where’s the beef, I asked.

Because time is of the essence.

From everything I’ve studied, the amount of vote-fraud is titanic. Court cases are obviously necessary.

I want to read Sidney’s filings. I want to see the progress of cases through the courts.

But after the monster press conference yesterday, during which Rudy Giuliani, Sidney, and surprise star Jenna Ellis spoke, I believe I understand what’s really going on here. Ultimately, it has nothing to do with Sidney. I’ll speak to that in a minute.

First, the press conference was a hell of an event. Rudy broke through and hit home runs out of the park. Sidney made a stalwart presentation. Jenna Ellis, legal advisor to Trump, served up MAJOR high heat to the gathered press.

She hammered on the distinction between an opening presentation (the press conference) and a court trial, in which evidence is presented in detail.

She told the press they wouldn’t even accurately report this very press conference the next day. Her tone was iron conviction heated in a forge.

You don’t learn that in school or in a courtroom. It comes from someplace else.

Rudy took the reporters to school. He told them their claims of “lack of evidence” for fraud were ridiculous. Affidavits are evidence. He waved a list of sworn statements at them, from on-site witnesses, which asserted:

Fake ballots. Back-dated ballots. Unobserved ballots. Unsigned ballots. Mountains of them. From multiple states.

Sidney spoke about Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic, and their Swiss Cheese software with back doors. The easy opportunities for hacking into machines. The algorithm set up to flip votes from Trump to Biden.

Jenna said a prosecutor could take days to prepare a case about a single crime that was committed during the course of a few minutes. Here, the lawyers were dealing with a case that stretched out across a massive amount of space, and went back in time.

AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM.

Trump’s lawyers ARE under the gun. The moment Trump settled into the Oval Office, after the 2016 election, he should have appointed a high-IQ, loyal-to-the-death, grim reaper to prepare for this moment: his next election.

Because it was obvious the Democrats—if they couldn’t impeach him first—were going to call in all their markers to take him to the cleaners in 2020: They’d assemble foot soldiers, enforcers, journalists, bureaucrats, city-machine politicians, computer pros, straight-out thugs, agent provocateurs, every usual suspect and bribable piece of scum in every big city in every key state. All hands on deck.

But a Trump team to plan for that kind of 2020 didn’t materialize. Not soon enough. Not good enough. Not thorough enough. Not relentless enough.

And because Trump is a salesman, and a deal maker, and not a detailed planner, he didn’t button up that team and discover their deficiencies.

So, when the time came, and the 2020 election votes poured in, he wasn’t ready. Not in the way you have to be ready for this kind of war.

Therefore, the whole battlefield has to be occupied by his lawyers. Right now. For the multi-dimensional fraud case of a lifetime. With deadlines looming.

No small band of lawyers, no matter how sharp, could handle this on the fly, without breaking into a cold sweat. Especially when some of their attorney colleagues are jumping ship, because their careers are being threatened by fanatical Left Democrats from Nome to Tampa.

And every day, the bloated news network slugs calmly twiddle and twaddle about the brand spanking new president Joe and his plans and possible choices for cabinet posts, as if the sky is clear and the course is fixed, and all’s right with the world. Justice has been served. The people have spoken. The US is most certainly not a banana republic.

Right. Sure. Down in those forlorn places, troops with guns take over the radio station, which is all you need to stage a coup. Up here, our very best coiffed and powdered professional liars are ALREADY the radio station. And they call the election.

If they say Rex the shaggy dog is the next president, the nation of viewers nods and goes back to sleep.

But not this time.

The millions of Trump voters want to live in freedom, work, earn a living, raise their families with the least possible government interference. They don’t want more lockdowns, economic devastation, and unconstitutional COVID mandates from gangster governors.

The millions of Biden voters want, or will dutifully submit to, those mandates and lockdowns. They believe government can not only establish equality of opportunity for all, but can guarantee “equality of outcome” across the board. That way spells the long night of disaster.

That is why I want the Trump voters to win.

To see if that happens, there must be an honest count.

So far, we have a news-network count. That’s all.

So the lawyers go to court.

I don’t profess naïve faith in the judicial system. But it’s a road that has to be traveled.

Win or lose, this isn’t over, because the truth isn’t over. Ever.

Slavery is always waiting and percolating in government halls and offices and conference suites that make Las Vegas money-counting rooms look like church chapels.

Freedom is in homes and in the open air of adventure and striving.

That dream, that reality isn’t dead in America.

No tonnage of lockdown or fraud can kill it.

OK, Sidney, OK, Rudy, you shouldn’t have to carry all this freight, but you’re in the slot. The Department of Justice should be all over the case with warrants blazing. Unfortunately, we’re not in a pre-packaged movie about Eliot Ness taking down Al Capone.

This is you, and the election system of America. The decades of cash-and-carry City Halls in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, and Milwaukee.

Just make sure we know where to go to read your court filings, and the evidence you can disclose in those filings. Show us every step of every case.

What we’re facing now is all part of the ten thousand year war for freedom.

Sidney Powell, Trump’s lawyer, says she has the precise Dominion Voting Systems algorithm used to flip the election from Trump to Biden. She says she doesn’t make claims she can’t back up.

But this what we need to know. Where are the court cases? Where are the court filings? We’re on the clock.

Something doesn’t seem right here. High-powered lawyer makes many claims about having the goods. The election was stolen from Trump. She knows how. She has whistleblowers with slam-dunk evidence ready to come forward.

Yes, we all know US voting has been very sketchy for a long time. We know both Democrats and Republicans in Congress have been complaining about it for years. This is nothing new. The major voting-machine and software companies are problematic, to say the LEAST. There are back doors in software.

But that’s a long way from HAVING FILED COURT CASES CONCERNING THE 2020 ELECTION AND THE SPECIFIC DETAILS OF THE FRAUD.

I know a little about court cases. The lawyers often give you links and references to their ongoing efforts. You can read their filings.

So, Sidney, where are they?

In which states? What are the case numbers? What is the exact status of each case?

I know you’re doing interviews. I know you’ve made reference to fund-raising. The Democrats, backed by major media, are trying to run out the clock. They want to push Joe Biden over the finish line. This is not a six-month or one-year situation. This is now.

I’m not aware of one case you’ve actually filed. Tell us, where is it?

If this isn’t going to work, then publish everything you have. The “precise algorithm,” the whole of the evidence.

What are you aiming for, Sidney? An actual overturning of vote totals in states, awarding those states to Trump? New elections? Recounts? Criminal prosecutions? What is it?

STEP UP TO THE PLATE.

Are we looking at cases that are GOING TO BE FILED? You’re not bloviating, are you, Sidney?

In other news, Scott Atlas, the only sane member of Trump’s coronavirus task force, has made an extraordinary statement in response to Field Marshal Whitmer’s decision to impose a brutal new lockdown on Michigan.

“The only way this stops is if people rise up,” Atlas said.

In other words, Atlas knows the solution to fake science and fascism is revolt. Things have gone too far. He’s tried rational argument. He’s tried to show that massive testing gives a distorted and fake picture of the truth—and the truth is, there is no danger from living out in the open and going to work and gathering in groups and reverting to the old normal. I’ve spent nine months proving that from every significant angle.

I hope to hell the few hundred thousand Trump supporters or more who gathered in Washington DC last week understand this fully. A key element of rising up is: LIVE OUT IN THE OPEN. OPEN THE ECONOMY EVERY WHICH YOU CAN. FORCE THE DICTATORS TO ARREST A FEW MILLION PEOPLE. THEY’LL HAVE TO BACK OFF. OVERWHELM THE BASTARDS.

Meanwhile, “national leaders” Trudeau and Macron are babbling about installing a new world order and a great reset. Capitalism is finished; we need a different system; inequality must be solved; some nations disappear and others emerge, Macron says. What? He’s challenging Biden for the global gobbledygook championship. I want to see the two of them live, in an intimate conversation. Brrzzzzip fnfrgy givfsgt…indeed…ghdfert hgnjto…

The major news networks keep saying Biden is president-elect. Translation: “If we were wrong about who won the election, if people find out we flipped the truth upside down, we’re finished. We’ll collapse. Who could we blame? Edison Research? The Associated Press? WE’RE the Associated Press. No more Scarsdale, no more Chappaqua, no more Beverly Hills. We’ll be pumping gas in Death Valley…”

France, Germany, and the UK are locking down again. The US press isn’t covering sizeable COVID protests in Europe. How about a new and vastly improved OCCUPY movement?

Take those crowds to 10 Downing Street and other headquarters of national leaders. Camp out. Surround the buildings. More and more outraged citizens will show up in the days and weeks ahead. Millions.

More women have to be out front in this movement. They create an entirely different problem for the authorities. For example, mothers have been leading the charge against the vaccinators who’ve been injecting autism into their children.

A report from an observer on the ground in India: “Everyone is scared to death, except the poor, who either have no TV or do not watch the news if they have one. The story from the villages of India is still the same—No, no corona in my village. No, no one sick with anything else either. In Delhi however, you only have to have a blocked nose, to get yourself tested and be corona positive…”

The blocked nose pandemic.

CBS’s 60 Minutes went to the mountain and the great peacemaker, Barack Obama, for sacred words of wisdom and sideways pops on Trump’s head.

Obama: “I think that there has been this sense over the last several years that literally anything goes and is justified in order to get power. And that’s not unique to the United States. There are strong men and dictators around the world who think that I can do anything to stay in power. I can kill people. I can throw them in jail. I can run phony elections. I can suppress journalists. But that’s not who we’re supposed to be. And one of the signals I think that Joe Biden needs to send to the world is that no, those values that we preached, and we believed in, and subscribed in, we still believe.”

Where is Obama these days? I NEED him. He’s a much better target than Trump. Obama is the share and care we’re all in this together saint of justice for all. He goes the distance.

For example—The [politically Left] Guardian, January 9, 2017, “America dropped 26,171 bombs in 2016; what a bloody end to Obama’s reign”:

“…in 2016 alone, the Obama administration dropped at least 26,171 bombs. This means that every day last year, the US military blasted combatants or civilians overseas with 72 bombs; that’s three bombs every hour, 24 hours a day.”

“While most of these air attacks were in Syria and Iraq, US bombs also rained down on people in Afghanistan, Libya, Yemen, Somalia and Pakistan. That’s seven majority-Muslim countries.”

“Obama authorized over 10 times more drone strikes than George W Bush, and automatically painted all males of military age in these regions as combatants, making them fair game for remote controlled killing.”

“President Obama has claimed that his overseas military adventures are legal under the 2001 and 2003 authorizations for the use of military force passed by Congress to go after al-Qaida. But today’s wars have little or nothing to do with those who attacked the United States on September 11, 2001.”

And then there was that little thing where Obama and Hillary hit Libya with massive bombing runs and turned it into a failed-nation terrorist nightmare.

But 60 Minutes has to have Obama, to make disparaging remarks about Trump and cement Joe Biden as the next president.

On yet another front, what is the reaction of New Yorkers to the months of lockdown measures unleashed by those two sociopaths, Mayor Bill De Blasio and Governor Andrew Cuomo? Are residents of the “city that never sleeps” (Sinatra) still in a New York State of Mind (Billy Joel)? Apparently not.

NY Post, November 14: “New stats reveal massive NYC exodus amid coronavirus, crime.” “More than 300,000 New Yorkers have bailed from the Big Apple in the last eight months, new stats show.”

“The escape from New York is fueled not only by coronavirus concerns but economic worries, school chaos and rising crime, experts say.”

The greatest city in the world, reduced to a boarded up desolate psych ward. With the loss in tax revenues, the Indians might not buy it back for $24.

What HAS been bought is a fake story about a fake virus.

People, places, and plans are reshuffling in the middle of the COVID hoax. Hustlers, con artists, and madmen are trying to leverage us into their new normal. We don’t need it.

We don’t need a new currency, or the “Chinese model” of behavior modification, or a winter of lockdowns, or an old Delaware man who can’t think straight in the Oval Office, or masks, or restaurants with takeout only, or devotees of the Church of the Germ, or news networks that are PR agencies for the Democratic Party, or a million more business closures and bankruptcies and suicides.

I told you in advance of the election that, with Trump, we get glints of light, but with the Biden plan, it’s all darkness.

Could something like this happen? Biden is installed as the next president; and then, a few months later, a civil suit reveals that, yes indeed, the vote was flipped. Think about that. The moon comes up in the morning and sun comes up at night.

“Today, it was revealed that the Biden-Harris ticket lost the election by three million votes. Trump won with 320 electoral college votes…”

Half the country would come to Washington DC for that rally.

A reader wrote claiming my articles on the election are “divisive,” when we should be smoothly transitioning to Biden as the next president.

“Divisive” is a strange word. It’s often used to claim that covering up a crime is in the best interests of everyone.

If I committed a grave offense, and as punishment found myself teaching a college course in political science, I would pose a question the first day: If telling the truth causes conflict, should you a) lie or b) tell the truth? And we would spend a year answering the question.

If millions of cases of COVID-19 can be forged because no new virus was ever proved to exist; and because the test for it is a fraud on several levels, even if you assume a virus does exist; then fixing an election is walk in the park.

In domestic policy news, several NY state sheriffs say they won’t enforce Gov. Cuomo’s order to limit home gatherings to 10 people for Thanksgiving. I want to see some sheriff go all out—home invasion, cops standing around the dinner table where 14 people are enjoying their meal. Video. Cops cutting into the turkey to look for an explosive device. Mom and Dad put in cuffs. Grandma Wilma, age 90, picks up a dish of cranberry sauce and throws it at a cop.

Video posted online. 14 million views in an hour. Citizen outrage. A march on the governor’s mansion.

“…Other marches have occurred in nine states with COVID restrictions. People are throwing turkey legs at governors’ homes. They’re calling it the Thanksgiving Revolt. It’s gaining momentum. People are shouting, WE’RE THE ECONOMY, WE’RE GOING BACK TO WORK, AMERICA ISN’T AFRAID. What’s the weather looking like, Jill?”

“It’s raining turkeys, Bob.”

“Yeah, well, it’s been raining turkeys for nine months now. Fauci, Birx, Redfield, Bill Gates…oops, my bad. In Washington, president-elect Biden said it’s time to collect on the moral debt accumulated by President Trump. Nobody is quite sure what he meant. Standing next to him at a brief press conference, former President Obama tried to clarify Biden’s remark, but he broke off in the middle of a sentence and gave up, switching to remarks about the Prophet of Islam, Jesus Christ, Buddha, various Hindu deities, and the need for all Americans to come together and get their news from qualified sources…”

“That would be us, Bob. What are your qualifications?”

“I did voiceovers for used car ads. How about you, Jill?”

“I was third runner-up in the Miss Peek-a-Boo modeling and talent search at the county fair in East Wumfield.”

“And…we’re fired. OPEN UP THE ECONOMY! GO BACK TO WORK! SCREW THE GOVERNORS!”

I know there’s been a ton of fraud in this election…but where’s the beef, Sidney?

The election vote: the deeper you look, the worse it gets

In this article, I’m going to discuss two companies, Dominion, and ES&S. I would advise investigators not to go to sleep on ES&S.

I’m not going to repeat all charges that have been leveled at Dominion Voting Systems. But look at what happened in Texas, when the Secretary of State had an analysis done in the fall of 2019.

The report was titled, “Voting System Examination Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite 5.5-A.” [1] It was prepared by James Sneeringer, Ph.D. Designee of the Attorney General of Texas.

The devil is in the details, so here they are:

“Adjudication results can be lost. In the [prior] January exam, during adjudication of the ballots in the test election, one of the Dominion representatives made a series of mistakes that caused the entire batch of adjudication results to be lost. We did not see this problem again during this exam, but the adjudication system is unchanged, so this vulnerability is still present. Recommendation: Certification [approval of the Dominion system] should be denied.”

“Installation is complex, error prone, and tedious. I counted 184 steps in their installation manual before deciding to estimate the remaining steps. I estimate a total of about 500 steps are required to install the software. I did not count steps that merely said something like ‘Click OK’ or ‘Click Next.’ This installation manual is 412 pages long with an additional 23 pages of front matter — contents, lists of figures, and the like…Recommendation: Certification should be denied.”

“Test Voting. During our voting test, we discovered that some party names and proposition text were not displayed, and one scanner was not accepting some ballots. These all turned out to be errors Dominion made in setting up the standard test election used by the Secretary of State. In the case of the scanner, it had accidently been configured not to accept machine-marked ballots. The other problems were caused by leaving some fields empty during election setup, something that the EMS software should not allow, or at least highlight. Recommendation: Certification should be denied.”

“Misleading Message. The ballot-marking devices incorrectly informed voters that they were casting their ballots, when in fact they were only printing them. The ballots are not be counted until they were scanned on a different device. Recommendation: Certification should be denied.”

“USB Port Vulnerability. The ICX ballot-marking device has an indicator light on top to show poll workers when the station is in use. That light is connected by a USB port. When Brian Mechler’s phone was attached to the USB port, the ICX scanned the files on his phone and did not complain, although Dominion later showed that the event was logged. When a USB drive with files was inserted, the ICX sometimes complained and sometimes did not, apparently according to the content of the USB drive and whether it was present when the ICX was first powered up or inserted later.”

The examiner’s final conclusion: “I cannot recommend certification. Computer systems should be designed to prevent or detect human error whenever possible and minimize the consequences of both human mistakes and equipment failure. Instead the Democracy Suite 5.5-A is fragile and error prone. In my opinion it should not be certified for use in Texas.”

If that doesn’t give pause for thought, nothing will.

Now we turn to ES&S, another voting machine company in use in the US. It has a long track record. The source here is a PROPUBLICA article, “The Market for Voting Machines Is Broken. This Company Has Thrived in It,” [2] dated October 28, 2019, by Jessica Huseman. Key excerpts:

“In Georgia, where the race for governor had drawn national interest amid concerns about election integrity, ES&S-owned technology was in use when more than 150,000 voters inexplicably did not cast a vote for lieutenant governor. In part because the aged ES&S-managed machines did not produce paper backups, it wasn’t clear whether mechanical or human errors were to blame. Litigation surrounding the vote endures to this day.”

“In Indiana, ES&S’ systems were plagued by mishaps at the local level. In Johnson County, for instance, the company’s brand-new machines faltered in ways that made it difficult to know whether some people had voted more than once.”

“The vote in 2006 in Sarasota, Florida…There, ES&S machines lost around 18,000 votes; it is still unclear why. The loss was far more than the margin of victory, and a lawsuit followed that ultimately resolved little. The company said in a statement that a variety of testing done on its machines supports its claim that the devices were not at fault, but the county wound up canceling its dealings with the firm shortly afterward.”

“Despite such stumbles, ES&S — based in Omaha, Nebraska, and employing roughly 500 people — controls around 50% of the country’s election system market, the company says, meaning that some 70 million Americans vote using the company’s equipment.”

“A ProPublica examination of ES&S shows it has fought hard to keep its dominance in the face of repeated controversies. The company has a reputation among both its competitors and election officials for routinely going to court when it fails to win contracts or has them taken away, suing voting jurisdictions, rivals, advocates for greater election security and others.”

“ES&S files many such suits. In May 2016, for instance, ES&S unsuccessfully sued Colorado over its decision to buy statewide uniform voting equipment after the state moved to a vote-by-mail system. The company also sued Colorado county over the issue, and it lost these cases as well.”

“In Wisconsin, after the 2016 national elections, ES&S sued to prevent Jill Stein, a Green Party candidate for president, from obtaining information about its machines that might have assisted her in her bid for a recount. A judge rejected ES&S’ argument that submitting to Stein’s request would compromise its proprietary technology.”

“ES&S has also threatened lawsuits against voting rights activists. In 2018, it warned it would sue Audit USA — a small nonprofit that advocates for election security — for posting the company’s manuals for scanners online (it hasn’t done so). The same year, the company repeatedly said it would initiate litigation against security researchers who bought old ES&S machines and attempted to hack them at a conference on cybersecurity. The company also sent letters to its own customers, saying it would sue them if they participated in such conferences or provided ES&S equipment to the events.”

HOW DO YOU LIKE ALL THAT?

I’ll close for now with excerpts from an American Thinker article by Jay Valentine, “Big Data to the Rescue: The Electoral College Meets Data Pattern,” [3] November 13, 2020:

“Here’s the summary: For the election returns in many precincts to happen the way they did, Biden would have to flip a coin 1,000 times and get heads every time. We aren’t done here.”

“He would also have to do it over and over again, in scores, perhaps hundreds of precincts.”

“Welcome to big data analysis.”

“Industrial fraud is always discovered with statistical analysis… Industrial fraud is pretty cool because from the outside, it is invisible…”

“When subject to statistical analysis against known patterns, industrial fraud stands out like a dinosaur walking through a field of peanut butter. It is unmistakable.”

“Is such analysis proof?”

“Yes, it is proof that there is an anomaly of such proportions that it must be investigated. And this isn’t hard. Remember, all the data you need to do the analysis is after-the-fact voting data. You do not need to see a single ballot.”

“…you just need to know that in precinct after precinct, there is an unmistakable pattern that the more people vote for Trump over Biden the greater the number of Trump votes the counting machines scoop from Trump to Biden.”

I TOLD YOU Joe Biden’s handlers have a plan to put America into the darkness. They want a death-march. Dr. Michael Osterholm, the newest Biden Covid-19 advisor, is calling for a national lockdown.

Since he’s an economic genius, he claims the government can bail out everyone in the country with $$ to keep us from suffering.

So if you don’t think the election and vote fraud are important, think again.

Here is the basic fact: the only stage props standing between The People and the truth about vote fraud are the major news networks.

Read that again. Get it into your head.

If the networks can’t hold back the truth, their wall falls.

And THEN everything changes.

Have you been seeing what’s happening at FOX? That part of the wall is already down. FOX is disintegrating.

The straight pork-head news people are carrying on with their usual line of nonsense about the election and the new president; Biden. Meanwhile, Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity are exposing vote fraud. The executives at FOX are sitting in a very large frying pan and the heat is ratcheting up every day. It’s a circus of schizophrenia.

That leaves NBC, CBS, ABC, and CNN. They’re the “remain calm” crowd. They have a big problem. They don’t want to engage in an all-out fight by arguing the election was damn real and damn honest. That would send a signal there IS something to fight about.

So instead they run stories about the “new Biden administration” and its plans for the country. But that’s not going to work. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is telling Democrats to stop lecturing Republicans about the need to concede the election. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo bluntly told FOX that verifying the actual and legitimate vote count is part of the electoral process.

When these men talk, it’s automatically news. You can’t pretend they’re not talking. So the networks do report their statements and THEN pretend nothing has happened.

It’s like the old Soviet Union trying to keep its citizens from learning about the Beatles.

The television anchors at CBS, NBC, ABC, and CNN know what’s going on. They realize the vote-fraud story is exploding all over the world. They know it’s not going away. They also know it’s legitimate.

After all, the networks made the calls and projections of victory for Biden. They’re in the middle of the fraud, up to their necks.

It only takes one. One anchor, or major reporter, reaching the end of his rope. He blurts out: OK, WE DON’T KNOW. WE DON’T KNOW WHO WON THE ELECTION.

Some unhinged loon over at CNN, where they hire anyone off the street to report the news, might say: “This whole thing’s a farce. I just parrot the party line. You want the truth? I have no idea who won.”

Here’s a Zen koan for you: what’s the sound of a thousand virtual information systems crashing all at once?

These news networks look like a giant iron wall. But they’re not. Not anymore. Imagine an ocean at night, and in the middle of that vast expanse, there is one aircraft carrier. On the carrier, under bright lights, sit these networks, floating and bobbing, transmitting gibberish to the rest of the world.

The networks’ stand-in, social media, are trying to contain and black out comments about vote-fraud, but that’s a losing battle. Twitter is a sieve. Jokesters are now calling themselves president-elect Jack and president-elect Mary and president-elect Carl. Anybody can be a president-elect.

For years, I’ve been writing about the severe decline in the network-anchor talent pool. There is no Walter Cronkite, no Harry Reasoner, no Chet Huntley anymore. They don’t breed them. We’re down to the third and fourth string benchwarmers.

Lester Holt, the Lurch cadaver. David Muir, the Sears underwear model. Norah O’Donnell, baton-twirling runner-up in a county fair. Wolf Blitzer, air-raid warden from the first Iraq war, whose name alone gave him gravitas, because it fit with the US bombing runs.

They can’t hold the line against the army of vote-fraud fact-finders.

THIS CAN BE THE MOMENT.

The networks are ready to fall and collapse.

If the thunderous avalanche of vote-fraud reveals keeps rolling, millions and millions MORE people will realize, and speak out about, the farce that is mainstream news.

The networks reported the election results. They cooked the results. They projected their winner. They lied on cue. Afterwards, they refused to face facts. They covered up the facts. They lied about their own lies. They fixed an election.

No matter who is inaugurated as the next president, this isn’t over. Make that promise. Take that vow.

The rabid culture-cancelers are celebrating their victory, their hero, the old man who can’t talk straight and should be sitting on a back porch staring out at pastures and hills. These cancelers have no idea what a real fall of a real institution looks like.

They will have an idea, if we keep going. The news networks are ready to go down below the waves.

The term, Fourth Estate, was once used to describe the press. It meant journalists were supposed to provide a check against the runaway power of government. Now it means: mouthpiece for dictatorial government and advocate for a chosen political party.

So be it. The networks have made their bed. A bed of lies on every vital issue we face. So let’s put them to sleep in that bed and say good night.

Let’s make a world in which they have no part. Why the hell not?

Anything is possible. If you can’t see that right now, you’re making yourself blind on purpose. It’s a nice trick, but stop doing it.

Get to work, end the steal. The WHOLE steal. The steal of the news. The steal of reality.

Stop the vote-steal, stop the Biden plan for federal slavery

Thomas Paine: “…the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated.”

The nation and the world are awash in growing chaos. Addled minds are reaching out for rescue from the very governments who have locked them down, who have destroyed businesses and jobs and the right to work.

Freedom is not “everything for free.” Freedom is not forever on the dole. Freedom is not dependence on tyrants who babble on and on about “the virus” and “case numbers” and “the need for more containment.”

Those false citations are the occasion for their real objective: humans in chains.

If you still know, in your belly and your heart and your brain, what freedom means, what freedom is…and if you WANT freedom…

Then these are times that try your soul.

This is the time that still has hope.

This is the time to join the people who want freedom.

Here is the acid test. Look around. Which group of people are more for freedom? Those who support Trump or those who support Biden?

For the past month, I’ve been explaining that Biden is worse than Trump. I’ve made that case. Trump offers glints of light, Biden wants darkness. [1] [2] [3]

Biden’s “national plan” for COVID is slavery. Masks for everyone; testing and contact tracing and lockdowns and the vaccine, commanded and organized and expanded from the federal level—brushing aside all objections from the states.

That plan is now taking shape. Biden’s handlers are reaching out to governors to sign on to one grand system for dealing with the “pandemic.” [4] It’s happening. The steamroller.

Brushing aside all objections from The People.

Can you see that? I hope to God you can.

After reading many reports of vote-fraud in the election, I’m convinced all the battleground states are up for grabs. The announced totals are not to be believed or accepted. Neither are the networks claims of a Biden victory.

STOP THE STEAL is a legitimate movement, with evidence in hand and righteous purpose [5]. Getting people to show up at all 50 state capitals is being orchestrated by Patriot Ali Alexander [6] to great success. Independent media stars Alex Jones and Mike Cernovich have jumped on board. So have other influential independent media personalities. So have truckers. So have bikers. And many more. There is a major rally/march for Trump in Washington DC this Saturday, Nov 14, 12 noon. I’m with the truckers and the bikers, and the millions of people who voted for Trump, not because of Trump, but because the millions who voted for him want freedom.

“National plan” and “cohesive strategy” are code for bringing down the hammer on all of us, based on a fake COVID test and fake case and death numbers.

Read this, from the Associated Press—“As cases rise, states say they’ll work with Biden on virus”: [4]

“The incoming Biden administration is promising a cohesive national strategy to combat the worsening coronavirus outbreak, something many public health officials and Democratic governors say they welcome after months of mixed messaging under the Trump administration.”

“Consistency about the need to wear a mask to reduce the virus spread is just a start. Among other things, they say they need help with testing and contact tracing, deploying an eventual vaccine and more money to shore up their budgets, including to help keep schools open.”

“Biden on Monday announced members of a coronavirus task force and his staff started reaching out to governors. In New Mexico, Democratic Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham praised Biden for ‘leading with science and de-politicizing the federal government’s pandemic response’.”

“’New Mexico is an example of the fact that even the best state-level policies are insufficient on their own,’ she said in a statement. ‘The entire country, including the people of New Mexico, deserves the full force of the federal government to address the ongoing emergency and it is encouraging to see President-elect Biden preparing to do exactly that’.”

“Another Democrat, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, praised Biden’s embrace of a national strategy to combat the virus…”

“’Conscious decisions were made in states to approach this differently, and some states had better outcomes. But here’s the deal: it was only a matter of time before we’re in this with all 50 states, and it’s bleeding over,’ he [Walz] said. ‘So I have been asking for a long time for a concerted national strategy around this. I think that starts today’.”

“Biden’s announcement of a virus task force on Monday coincided with tougher actions or statements from a number of governors, including Republicans, as COVID-19 cases soared past 10 million in the U.S. and deaths were approaching 240,000.”

“In Utah, Republican Gov. Gary Herbert ordered a statewide mask mandate for the first time late Sunday. He also is pausing extracurricular school activities, along with most sports and social gatherings with people outside the household.”

“Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts, also a Republican, required masks Monday in businesses such as salons and massage parlors where customers and employees are in close contact for more than 15 minutes…”

“While the federal government under Trump set up testing centers in some places and has funded tests, public health experts have said there has not been an adequate national strategy for testing or contact-tracing, which is also carried out largely at the local level…”

This is a doomsday machine.

Life on Earth is not meant to be lived this way.

Technocrats must always have a plan, in which we are units to be fitted into slots. This is their sickness.

We are the cure.

This is the war.

Dispatches from the War: vote fraud, lawyers, COVID vaccine, Biden plan, police powers, the Constitution

Here is an immortal statement every independent thinking person should frame, hang on the wall, and re-read often—

Gerry Spence, American lawyer: “Everyone wants to argue. Everyone does. Everyone needs to.” “While birds can fly, only humans can argue. Argument is the affirmation of our being. It is the principal instrument of human intercourse. Without argument the species would perish. As a subtle suggestion, it is the means by which we aid another. As a warning, it steers us from danger. As exposition, it teaches. As an expression of creativity, it is the gift of ourselves. As a protest, it struggles for justice. As a reasoned dialogue, it resolves disputes. As an assertion of self, it engenders respect. As an entreaty of love, it expresses our devotion. As a plea, it generates mercy. As charismatic oration it moves multitudes and changes history. We must argue — to help, to warn, to lead, to love, to create, to learn, to enjoy justice — to be.”

VOTE FRAUD:

Contesting the election on the issue of vote fraud is not a violation of “playing fair” and “accepting results” and “remaining calm.” It is an argument being made. It is also a question of fact.

What is unhinged is demanding a smooth transition from one president to another, since it is the news networks who made the projection of a Biden victory, and it is those same networks who are featuring the need for that smooth transition “in a democracy.”

“We project Biden as the winner. Therefore it is a mathematical certainty. Therefore, do not resist. We are in charge.”

THAT’S the banana republic.

That’s the military busting in the door and taking over the radio station…except there is no need for the military, because the networks are the radio station.

Here are a few comments, based on my observation of a vote-count in the LA County Registrar building, when I ran for a seat in the US Congress in 1994.

EVERYTHING BECOMES ELECTRONIC.

Paper ballots, mail-in ballots, punch cards, touch-screen—it all goes into the hopper. It’s all translated into computer sub-totals and totals.

There are various stops along the way, where the numbers are transferred into other machines and systems.

Fraud can occur anywhere during this route.

As an observer standing there, in various rooms, staring at machines, you see nothing on that level of fraud. How could you?

Only real pros can tackle the job of discovering electronic/computer fraud, and I’m not even approaching the fraud that can occur earlier, inside touch-screens in voting booths.

I’m not trying to downgrade any of the discoveries people have made so far that point to vote fraud—which include software/electronic fiddling. Startling crimes have already come to light. And yes, as a close-up observer in a counting room, you can spot obvious felonies. But never ignore what you can’t see.

I don’t know how competent and skillful Trump’s lawyers are. I don’t know how determined they are. They need to be relentless. They need to be counting how many votes they’re trying to overturn. A few minor victories aren’t going to matter.

LAWYERS GROUP and COVID VACCINE:

Here is another group of lawyers; the New York Bar Association. On November 7, as the New York Law Journal reports: “The New York State Bar Association on Saturday passed a resolution urging the state to consider making it mandatory for all New Yorkers to undergo COVID-19 vaccination when a vaccine becomes available, even if people object to it for ‘religious, philosophical or personal reasons’.”

In case you think this resolution has anything to do with the law, think again. Yes, the Bar Association is criminally convinced the State has the Constitutional power to force a vaccine on the population, but their resolution is recommending the State should actually do it. That’s not law, that’s health policy, that’s medical policy, that’s “science.” That’s also Police State. What is a lawyers’ association doing recommending medical decisions?

It’s lining up with Joe Biden and his forthcoming “national plan to conquer the pandemic.” It’s signaling, “We’re on board with you, Joe. Don’t worry about us. We’re for sale, we’re for hire.” It’s old-fashioned partisan politics and deal-making masquerading as some sort of legal brief. It’s a message to card-carrying lawyers everywhere: Mandatory vaccination should be your bias in all cases.

The New York Bar Association is quite a bunch of bottom-feeders.

BIDEN PLAN:

Biden has already led with his first priority: appointing new people to the coronavirus task force. As I’ve warned, he and his handlers want to issue edicts from the federal level on testing, tracing, masks, distancing, lockdowns, and vaccination, in an effort to override any defections from state governments.

The devastating economic destruction which has already been forced on America is not enough. There must be more. Not only through enacting new COVID restrictions, but also through moving climate change back up to the top of the federal agenda. This means reducing overall energy-output from US industry.

That also translates into greater federal control of the economy. It’s even possible we could see price freezes on goods.

Dreamers will, of course, applaud all these actions, because dreamers believe jobs and money and security will come flowing magically from the White House. Joe is the great healer. Trump argued and insulted. Tsk, tsk. Joe placates. It’s nicer. It’s a sign of love.

Joe’s social justice agenda is an odds-on favorite to include defunding police departments and restructuring them as “community share-and-care projects.”

“We saw you rob that liquor store and shoot the manager. What do you think produced that level of anger in you? Let’s sit down and talk about it.”

COVID, as planned, accelerated tyrannical trends. COVID’s new preacher is Joe Biden.

Current revelations about his dealings with China and Ukraine aside, Biden is an old con artist from Delaware. In 1987, shortly after launching his campaign for the presidency, a few of his lies surfaced. He plagiarized a speech by a British politician. He plagiarized lines from a Robert Kennedy speech. He lied about his past academic record and law school student ranking.

Moreover, the mainstream press roasted him mercilessly for these lies. Some of the same big-time news people who excoriated him then as a fraud and a hustler, and drove him to withdraw from the presidential race, in 1987, took up a whole new position in 2020: Puff-o-fantastico; Joe was good, Joe was clean, Joe had no problems.

Perception may be reality, but when media perception is miraculously elastic, and can expand or contract at the drop of a hat or the drop of cash money, all bets are off.

POLICE POWERS, THE CONSTITUTION:

On the subject of lawyers, vaccines, police powers, the Constitution, and the elasticity of perception, get a load of this:

Guess what? There is now a BELIEF clause written into the Constitution. “If the right people THINK something is so, it IS so.”

Note: The full-on legal lunacy I’m going to cite is…

Defended by many lawyers and public health officials. They say the State’s police powers, during a pandemic…

Can’t be challenged.

Fortunately, lawyers like Tom Renz and Bob Kennedy disagree.

Buckle up.

In April of 2006, the AMA (American Medical Association) Journal of Ethics published an article, “Is Mandatory Vaccination Legal in Time of Epidemic?” by Sarah Fujiwara, MD.

Referencing prior US Supreme Court decisions, the article states: “The courts do not become involved in legislation formed under the state’s police power…”

If that sounds like the preface to a bad storm rising; if it sounds like courts abdicating their most basic duty to keep tyrants in check; it gets much, much worse:

“Furthermore, it is immaterial whether or not the vaccine is actually effective, so long as it is the belief of state authorities that the mandatory vaccine will promote common welfare and is a reasonable and proper exercise of the police power.”

WHAT?

It’s immaterial…?

It doesn’t matter whether the vaccine is effective?

It only matters whether politicians BELIEVE…?

Believe what?

That the vaccine will promote “general welfare?”

And also the politicians BELIEVE the mandatory vaccine is a proper exercise of their POLICE POWERS? That’s all that matters?

This is on the order of saying, “If public health officials believe the use of poisonous snake oil to treat the population is effective, mandated snake oil can be enforced by the police. The US Constitution was embedded with this meaning.”

Sure it was. Obviously, the Founders were struggling to create a new Republic based on random declarations of emergency, mass police raids by men holding needles and vials containing anything from aluminum to mercury, who would hold people down and inject them.

This is what the Revolutionary War was fought for. Anyone should be able to see that.

The basic meaning and spirit of the Constitution WAS ALL ABOUT forced medical treatment, wasn’t it? I seem to remember Ben Franklin and James Madison announcing that very thing as they strolled along the streets of Philadelphia and educated early Americans about the Law of the Land. Ben said, “Needles and vials, that’s what we’ve been fighting and dying for…”

And much later, a poem was engraved in a plaque on the Statue of Liberty: GIVE US YOUR HUDDLED MASSES, YEARNING TO BE VACCINATED.

“As long as it is the BELIEF of state authorities…” This opens the door to: “Well, the committee BELIEVES an army of underground porcupines holding shotguns has emerged from caves and is marching on New York. Therefore, the State must set fire to sixty million acres of land between Albany and NYC. Citizens should evacuate as soon as possible…”

“…it is immaterial whether or not the vaccine is actually effective, so long as it is the belief of state authorities…”

But listen, don’t worry, be happy, let’s cancel the Second Amendment, because we have nothing to fear from politicians and government. Back in the 18th century, the whole business about an armed citizenry was pushed, don’t you know, because of the dire threat of giant roaming Mastodons.

Or was it roaming lawyers and judges, who picked and nicked and scraped and sliced at the Constitution, developing all sorts of key cases that diverted freedom into dead-end alleys and gullies and landfills and empty lots surrounded by barbed wire?

—Let’s revert to sanity. When a State of Emergency is declared, public officials must justify it on the facts, and those facts are up for challenge.

“It’s Science” is not an acceptable generality for explaining why a population is put into house arrest or stuck with a mandatory needle and injected with a brew.

Millions upon millions of us have delved into the details of vaccination. We’ve come out with our conclusion.

NO.

And in our legal research on the Constitution, and the extent to which it favors wide-ranging police powers, based on BELIEF, we offer this highly technical ruling to government officials and their attorneys:

STOP BULLSHITTING.

And to the AMA Journal of Ethics, where such an illuminating confession was published, we say, “Thanks, boys and girls, for letting us know where you really stand. Now there can be no doubt. You’re out of your minds and your conception of ethics is straight out of the Soviet Union and China. You’re the Medical Police State. Message received.”

And listen, old Joe. You and Hunter can take the COVID vaccine first, and all the boosters. The real vaccine, not a saltwater placebo shot for the cameras. You know, the DNA vaccine that alters your genetic makeup permanently, or the RNA vaccine that starts a cascade of auto-immune reactions, as the body basically attacks itself. THOSE vaccines.
