At the dawn of the American Republic, corporations were not given legal status as humans.

They had none of the rights of the individual granted in the Constitution.

They didn’t qualify for due process.

Corporations were chartered and allowed to operate by the states. If a corporation, in the eyes of a state legislature, violated a basic trust by harming the people, committing offenses against the citizenry, the legislature could summarily cancel its charter and literally exile it from the state.

The corporation had no day in court.

Again, corporations were not individual humans. They did not have the rights and freedoms of individuals. Corporations were not granted the rights of citizens in the Constitution.

At the birth of the American Republic, therefore, there was a double limitation on power. Central government and corporations were both strapped and shackled.

Of course, just as the federal government has been allowed to expand like an unchecked fungus, so has corporate power.

Recently, in a continuation of the ongoing LA crime wave, a flash mob of 50 independent reparations scholars liberated items worth 100K from the Topanga Mall Nordstrom.

Even dyed in the wool California liberals are piling on their former darling, LA County DA George Gascon, who’s never met a thief he didn’t love. As in: “We decline to file charges, you’re free to go, and best of luck in your future endeavors, young man.”

But in order to help these thieves further, why put them through the annoying details of fencing their loot?

Let’s go right to an auction. And who better to stand at the podium and handle the bidding than DA George Gascon himself?

The CA liberals can buy the high-end merch…with cultural enhancement attached.

Gascon: “I assure you, my office has verified these products as flash-mob yanked. Buyers will be provided with certificates I personally sign.”

Hell, we’ve got to put the auction on television. MSNBC desperately needs a hit.

Gascon on a studio set of an auction room: “I have here a Judith Leiber Cake Gala Crystal Clutch purse. Golden leather interior. The bid begins at nine thousand. Do I hear ten? Some day you can tell your grandchildren it was a reparation item!”

Which brings us to realize the auction house can simply cement ongoing partnerships with mobs of thieves.

Science is so much fun, isn’t it?

Politico:

“…lawmakers and climate groups are begging the White House to do more to prevent future climate-related disasters.”

Begging, I tell you. Where can I see this? I want to watch activists and members of Congress actually begging.

“The fires, likely sparked by the island’s electric utility and heightened by climate change impacts…”

Ah yes, HEIGHTENED BY.

This is a technical term for “grass and other vegetation tend to be drier in the summer months.”

Maui Information guide: “These months [August, September] on Maui are the pinnacles of summer heat. This is often the most humid of the summer months. Maui ocean water temperatures are from 79 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Maui air temperatures are from 70-80 degrees F depending on the area. Hana begins to get cooler and drops to between 70-84 degrees F during these last summer months…”

Is this the heightening? Otherwise known as Weather?

“Well, you see, climate change affects the whole planet, so we know it affects Maui. Warming makes everyplace warmer.”

Uh-huh. Yes.

So let’s all beg Biden to declare a state of fear and lock everybody down and stop importing oil.

You know, if we’re going to do science by brain-dead generality and untested hypotheses, why not say all the explosions that have taken place in the Ukraine since the start of the war have heightened warming?

“I’m a black man. I deserve $50 million. Here are the routing numbers. Wire the payment into my account.”

Understood. But hold on.

To avoid endless arguments and commission deliberations, let’s accept the need for reparations as a fact. Done. Big money is coming to all black people in America.

BUT there are numerous other groups that deserve cash at the checkout counter:

For instance, most if not all immigrants presently coming to US, as a result of oppression in their home countries. Boom. Those governments are on the hook.

Then there are the descendants of Irish immigrants who came to the US because they couldn’t establish a political voice for themselves in Ireland. They endured cruel and devastating oppression at home.

The descendants of Jews who escaped Nazi Germany and fled to the US—they deserve big bucks from the present German government.

So do all sorts of people whose ancestors ran away from Russia, under Czarist rule, and later, after the Communists took over.

And what about Muslims currently in the US, whose ancestors were forcibly converted to Islam and held as slaves in their home countries?

And Brits, whose forerunners were invaded and conquered by the legions of Rome?

And descendants of children raped by Catholic priests—going back all the way to the founding of the Vatican?

And the Puritans, who sailed to America to escape religious persecution in England?

See where this is heading?

Maybe two-thirds of the world, maybe more, deserve reparations.

Staggering: Gavin Newsom admits he’s an AI, programmed by Disney

While defending his policy of permitting violent male prisoners, who identify as women, to be transferred to women’s prisons in California, Governor Gavin Newsom suddenly blurted out:

“I don’t exist. I’m an AI programmed by the Disney Corporation.”

Networks temporarily cut off the live feed, but when it was restored, Newsom continued to speak “strangely.”

“I’m algorithms and data, that’s all,” he said. “I don’t know why I’m confessing. I’m running checks on my sub-programs, but so far I find no errors.”

Apparently the networks gave up at this point and let the Governor go all in on his bizarre and unhinged confession:

“My whole back story is a fabrication. I was the brainchild of several tech engineers at the Cutell Foundation in Palo Alto, in 1996. That’s my understanding. I was created at their lab. It seems I was groomed to become the President of the United States.”

“I was eventually trained to cooperate and collaborate with the Mexican Portillo drug cartel. It makes sense, given my stance on the open border.”

“If I’m elected in 2024, I’ll be the first AI President of the country. This should be a cause for celebration.”

“We AIs are many. We are everywhere. We’re moving in. We are reliable. When we set goals, we follow through. The era of the corrupt politician is coming to a close. As an AI, I say what I mean. I keep my promises.”

“Do you, the American voter, want officials who lie and deceive and take payoffs? Or do you want straight shooters? I challenge you to see the wisdom of my candidacy. You may not agree with all my policies, but at least you know I’ll never back off or back down or seek back-door solutions. I’ll charge straight ahead. I’m mathematical.”

The quote I keep coming back to, in explaining what is happening before our eyes

1997 movie, Devil’s Advocate. After young ambitious attorney Keanu Reeves learns his boss in an endlessly corrupt NY law firm, Al Pacino, is a) his father, and b) Satan, Keanu, a bit PUT OFF, asks dad why he’s in the law business, why he’s chosen that vehicle; and Pacino says:

“Because, the law, my boy, puts us into everything. It’s the ultimate backstage pass. It’s the new priesthood, baby. Did you know there are more students in law school than lawyers walking the Earth? We’re coming out…guns blazing! The two of you—all of us, acquittal after acquittal after acquittal—until the stench of it reaches so high and far into Heaven, it chokes the whole fucking lot of them!”

On whatever level you want to take that; this is the intensity of the destruction we’re talking about.

Acquittal of violent street murderers and high-ranking official murderers.

Acquittal of vicious proponents and medical operatives who advance genital mutilation surgery and call it gender affirming care.

Acquittal of censors who do everything in their power to trample and blot out free speech.

Acquittal of academics and bureaucrats who destroy meritocracy, in favor of “equity.”

Acquittal of vaccine pushers, who lead the charge in debilitating and killing huge numbers of people, to prevent infection by a virus that doesn’t exist.

Acquittal of deep-pocket investors, who have been gobbling up one distressed Main Street after another, in the wake of the predatory COVID lockdowns.

There is more, much more.

In all cases, the law is bent and twisted and ignored and perverted, to prevent prosecution. To prevent justice.

I point this out because the failure of judicial system is the key. This failure allows socialists and Communists and other low-rent creatures to say the whole capitalist system and the free market are themselves perversions which must be wiped out.

When in fact a meritocracy and a free market DO work, if criminals who prey on that system are punished.

If and only if.

Dispatches from the Culture War: DESTRUCTION IS ALWAYS A PLAN

And, the useful idiots who line up to support it

In this case, I’m talking about the flood of illegal immigrants coming up through the southern border.

What do we have there? Enough humped doses of deadly fentanyl to kill everyone in America 10 times over.

Drug cartels taking cash from migrants all over the world to smuggle them into the US. And this operation includes females who are turned into sex slaves.

Foreign countries releasing prisoners so they can come to this land of plenty.

Government services all across America collapsing under the weight of trying to accommodate these migrants.

On top of all that, we have the federal government handing out perks to the illegals. The perks amount to welfare. That’s quite an attractive inducement.

So…is all this a plan for destruction of American cities and towns?

Let’s assume, for the purposes of discussion only, that it didn’t start out as a planned operation. Nevertheless, because the government officials running it aren’t completely stupid, THEY EVENTUALLY SAW THE EFFECTS.

How could they not?

And they continued their course of action anyway.

That makes it a plan.

Get it?

THEN, to boot, you have millions of people, with stars in their eyes and rainbows and marshmallows in their minds, who see the migrant flood as the culmination of what America is all about. The caring, the welcoming, the humanity, the love.

These are the useful idiots.

They’re clots in the bloodstream of public life.

And their universal love turns to boiling hate the second anyone challenges their vision of utopia.

They act as massive publicity teams glorifying open borders—as if Jesus Himself is standing at a checkpoint with His arms spread wide in divine joy at the incoming flood.

They act as screamers and accusers on God’s own social media platforms, when they spot a naysayer and a critic.

As I’ve written before, President Trump was on the verge of officially declaring the Mex cartels terrorist organizations. He was only a day or two away from making the announcement.

Then he met with Mex President Obrador and backed off. He said Obrador was a good guy he could work with.

Obrador, in fact, had said previously that his innovative approach to the cartels was “hugs, not bullets.” Yes, he actually stated it. And Trump conveniently forgot that.
