New York Times: JUDGE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED HOLDING CHAUVIN TRIAL ON THE MOON.

Washington Post: JURORS HAD TO BE TRANQUILIZED TO CONVINCE THEM TO SERVE.

NY Post: ‘DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT PUTTING THIS SHIT ON US,’ SAYS CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT.

New York Times Pulitzer-Prize-winning journalist, Maxwell Marmaduke Hoglicker IV, interviewed the Judge after his groundbreaking ruling in the Chauvin case:

Judge, why did you suddenly cancel the trial after its eighth day, dismiss the jury, and declare Derek Chauvin guilty of murdering George Floyd?

Well, Max, it was obvious to me there were overriding concerns about public safety. You know—burning cities, for example.

The legal community has hailed your ruling a breakthrough precedent.

I’m sure it is.

Were you personally threatened at any point, sir?

No, except for the letter the Minneapolis City Council sent me.

What did the letter state?

The title of the two-page message was: TRIAL? WE DON’T NEED NO STINKIN’ TRIAL.

I see. Talk to us about the safety concerns.

Well, Max, I weighed a preemptory verdict of guilty against the possibility of not-guilty, plus the destruction of several hundred US cities. And in the process, I realized I had new standard of jurisprudence in my hands.

What is that new standard?

Public safety takes precedence over actual evidence. That’s the sparkling distillation of 5000 years of the law.

Remarkable in its simplicity.

Let me give you an analogy from a different venue. It’s possible we have half a million adverse reactions to the COVID vaccine already. But we must continue to give the shot.

Because?

The idea of vaccination makes the public feel safe. It convinces them the government is in charge and everything is all right.

When you dismissed the jury yesterday, as a witness was detailing the crucial role George Floyd’s ingestion of a highly dangerous opioid could have played in his death…

I envisioned Minneapolis going up in flames. I believe that vision was sent to me by a Higher Power. A few hours later, I spoke with my pastor, who is in prison, and he confirmed he had the same vision.

So that was verification.

Yes, Max. And I want to say this. Going forward, I believe many, many cases will be decided on this new principle of public safety. In other words, if the threat of violence is sufficiently high, and the threat comes from inviolable groups, a judge will make a decisive and immediate ruling.

What is an inviolable group, Judge?

That would be an organization whose overall stance on matters of justice cannot be challenged. If that group threatens violence, a judge must act. In accordance with the group.

Did jury members speak to you after you dismissed them?

Yes. Several of them expressed relief. That was heartening to me. One juror claimed I was short-circuiting the evidentiary process.

What was your reply?

I had him arrested.

On what charge?

Malicious interference with a court proceeding. It’s a serious felony. The Department of Justice is investigating.

What about Derek Chauvin’s attorney? Did he have anything to say?

I imposed a gag order on him. I will tell you we had a private conversation in my chamber.

Can you reveal—

I told him he had laid on a spirited defense of his client—just as I would expect of any lawyer, because every citizen of this country has the right to legal representation. That is the core of our judicial system.

What about colleagues of yours? Are you hearing from other judges?

My phone is blowing up, Max. Judges have been waiting for a moment like this. Hopefully, what I did will free them up to take a wider role in criminal cases.

Judge, before you made that momentous decision to pronounce Derek Chauvin guilty, did you seek advice from a respected mentor? A close friend?

I spoke with a US Supreme Court Justice. I won’t reveal his/her identity, but after considerable back-and-forth, John said, “Listen, if you do anything to put this shit on us, so we have to consider an appeal for any reason under the sun, your whole career…you’ll be passing up an opportunity to declare Chauvin guilty out of the blue and make new case law and free this nation from the burden of having to go up against threats of violence and actual violence.”

Did that piece of advice tip the scales for you?

It certainly helped. To know I had support from the highest level of our judiciary…it was a relief.

A CNN poll, just released, gives you a 97% favorable rating among Americans from all walks of life.

I’m glad to hear that, Max. I did receive a complimentary text from Bill Gates.

Really? Mr. Gates?

Yes. He said my decision could reduce vaccine hesitancy.

What about the President? Anything from him?

A member of the Committee to Appoint Kamala Harris President expressed delight that I had “cut off violence at the pass.”

When is Derek Chauvin’s sentencing?

Sometime next year. We want to let things settle down first.

Can you offer us any hints?

I’ll be watching polls and news reports. I have to gauge the mood of the country.

Life without parole?

It’s one possibility. Or death. Or eternal damnation in a burning lake filled with crocodiles on meth. The Department of Justice and FEMA are preparing an island prison for domestic terrorists. So there’s that.

What about BLM and Antifa?

Since the major threats of violence were coming from them, I may hold a few meetings and solicit their advice on sentencing. I believe George Soros provides funding for those groups. He’s a man whose opinion I respect.

Is it possible your groundbreaking decision in the Chauvin case could be folded into the New Normal?

Well, Max, I think that’s the whole idea. The Great Reset certainly has to take the court system into account. After all, that’s the last stop along the line for public morality. Courts and trials. That’s where we test our principles. It’s where the rubber meets the road. How we define justice in practice.

Today, sir, many Americans have a warm feeling in their hearts for you.

Eternal threats of violence are the price we pay for a New Civilization based on control.

Who is doing the controlling?

I’m late for an appointment. Ask Klaus Schwab. And no, he doesn’t keep an old Gestapo uniform in his closet. That’s a mere rumor.

One cheese glob, indivisible, with deception and takeover for all

by Jon Rappoport

March 31, 2021

(To join our email list, click here.)

SF Weekly, 3/14/2012: “[During the Cold War] The L-shaped [CIA] apartment boasted sweeping waterfront views, and was just a short trip up the hill from North Beach’s rowdy saloons. Inside, prostitutes paid by the government to lure clients to the apartment served up acid-laced [LSD] cocktails to unsuspecting johns, while martini-swilling secret agents observed their every move from behind a two-way mirror. Recording devices were installed, some disguised as electrical outlets.”

The CIA comes to town.

The Senate Committee for Public Trust held a secret hearing, to determine whether the White House and, indeed, the Congress, had violated the separation-of-powers principle enshrined in the Constitution.

Had the traditional walls between the states and the federal government been violated beyond repair?

Late in the afternoon, the Chairman of the Committee introduced a surprise witness, James Williams, a CIA executive.

—Mr. Williams, you understand we’re focusing on a bill currently before the House, which would increase federal COVID assistance and economic stimulus. Several trillion dollars are at stake.

Yes, Mr. Chairman. I’ve read the bill.

Since the CIA plays no role in this issue, please explain why you’re here today.

I received an order from the Director to engage with this Committee.

Again, why?

Because my Agency would like a piece of the action. We feel we’re underrepresented.

Piece of the action?

Yes. This bill before Congress is a landmark operation. It gives federal money to the states at levels no one has ever contemplated before. Money for COVID testing and vaccination, for education, for highway construction, bridges, tunnels, for paying off state debts, including giant budget deficits and pension fund shortfalls. There is money in the bill for colleges and universities, churches, foster homes, prisons. There is money that would allow poverty-stricken families to buy homes. There is money for sports teams, clubs, non-profits, farmers. Money for expanding Welfare so it applies to every citizen. Money for medical research institutes, for libraries, animal rescue facilities, insurance companies, data processing corporations.

We get the idea, Mr. Williams. You can stop now.

And the amounts of money are staggering. The federal government is pouring a Niagara of cash and credit into all 50 states.

Yes? And?

It’s clearly an effort to federalize the states. To bring them into the fold of the central government. To erase what’s left of their independence, once and for all. It’s a gigantic bribe, a payoff, under the cover of parading as a COVID relief and stimulus package.

Well, I wouldn’t exactly—

But we at the CIA are getting NOTHING. You see, Mr. Chairman, we’ve operated, since 1948, as an independent Agency. We’ve ignored subpoenas from the Department of Justice. We’ve refused to appear in federal court on charges. We’ve trampled and traipsed all over the world, doing exactly what we wanted to do with no federal monitor on our actions—and we’ve screwed up badly on dozens of occasions. Frankly, we’re a failure. We take most of our intel from public sources, like newspapers. Now we want to be swallowed up by the federal government just like the states. We want you to take us over. We’re looking for money to seal the deal.

That’s absurd.

Why?

First of all, your budget is enormous, and most of it is secret. Congress has no idea how you spend the money. Second, we’re not running a peace treaty conference here. This bill is about funding for the STATES. The CIA is not a state.

You want to eat and digest the states with enormous forced bribes, so they don’t exist anymore. There’s a provision in the bill that would force the states to submit to federal control of all elections—how they’re run, who runs them, who counts the votes, who can vote, mail-in and Internet ballots…the whole nine yards.

We want to ensure vote integrity.

Don’t kid a kidder, Mr. Chairman. Anyway, I’m empowered to offer the Congress full access to the CIA’s books and records. The details of every operation we’ve conducted since our inception. You can do anything you want to with those records. Expose them, hide them, burn them, blackmail people with them. The Agency SURRENDERS to the federal government. We’re total screw-ups. We want in. We want the kind of money you’re giving the states. We want to be Welfare recipients. Big-time.

You’re telling this Committee the CIA wants to get down on its knees and lick our boots and humiliate itself for money?

Absolutely.

How much money?

We want three trillion dollars up front and another three when our surrender is complete.

Plus you offer a full secret statement admitting the CIA has done far more harm than good for the past 80 years?

Yes. Not a problem.

Did you kill JFK?

Allen Dulles handled that individually. It was his op.

What about RFK?

We used cutouts. They screwed up, and we covered for them. We leaned on the LAPD, who were investigating the murder, and they cooked the evidence.

All right, listen. Yes, this bill before Congress IS, in fact, an effort to erase the states. We shower them with so much money they give in and go along with every single federal program we saddle them with. We unify the country. Nebraska does exactly what New Hampshire does. Kansas does exactly what New York does. Florida does exactly what California does.

That’s what the so-called pandemic was FOR. Right, Mr. Chairman?

Financially speaking, yes. The country had to be brought to its knees before we could get this bill passed. The economic picture had to be so dire, the states would cave in and trade what was left of their independence, in return for major money. Money the likes of which they’ve never seen before. This bill isn’t COVID relief. It’s a mob payoff. Only in this case, we’re the mob and we’re making the payment. No skin off our nose. The money is invented out of thin air. As usual.

Well, Mr. Chairman, that’s what we, at the Agency, thought. We were blown away when we realized it. You’re pulling off the kind of operation we could only dream of. You make us look like pikers. Amateurs.

Coming from a man like you, Mr. Williams, that’s high praise.

Not really, sir. I could tell you lots and lots of stories about our failed ops. Blown covers. Agents we thought were ours who turned out to be doubling. If we had anything to recommend us, it was our enthusiasm. We enjoyed subverting governments and staging revolutions and assassinating enemies. It was fun. But we were always short on smarts. And after the Cold War was over, we were screwed. All dressed up and nowhere to go.

The CIA is already part of the federal government, of course. So what would this takeover look like, Mr. Williams?

As far as the public is concerned, nothing would change. But under the surface, we would take our marching orders from Congress, from a special committee that tasks us with specific operations inside the US. For example, as you erase the 50 states, we’ll pitch in. We’ll help bring their legislatures to heel. We’ll infiltrate the governors’ offices and make sure they’re toeing the federal line. The money you’re laying on them is the key, but a lot of details will have to be worked out. State officials aren’t all going to fold up overnight.

I don’t know, Mr. Williams. The FBI and the Justice Department aren’t going to jump for joy when they see CIA people carrying out domestic ops from Alaska to Florida.

That’s the thing, Mr. Chairman. We see what you’re doing as part of a larger merger.

Meaning what?

Look at all these federal agencies. How many are there? Does anyone know? They cooperate with each other in some ways, but they also compete and protect their turf. They’re very inefficient. The whole federal government should be merged, like a giant cheese glob. From the top. From the White House and Congress.

Don’t just eradicate the states. Combine all the federal agencies as well.

Exactly. We could help there. We have dossiers on hundreds, if not thousands of federal officials. We could apply pressure.

What about the news media?

Mr. Chairman, we’re already very well positioned inside the news business. But with your backing, we could tighten up that sector, too. Make their relationship with the federal government even closer.

Big, big picture? You’re talking about something on the order of a 20-year plan, Mr. Williams. This is a complete overhaul of the nation.

Yes, sir. That’s how we see it.

You want to climb on our bus and ride it all the way with us.

Yes.

It’s quite a vision.

Thank you.

Just out of curiosity, who at the Agency came up with this idea?

A Russian defector we’ve been keeping under lock and key for 50 years.

Really.

He has a lot of time on his hands.

There’s another way to go, Mr. Williams. We could just surrender to China. They’re much better at organizing than we are.

We thought of that, but we don’t believe their methods would be acceptable to the American people. They come down all at once on the population with tremendous force. And they’ve been holding a grudge against the West since the Opium Wars.

The first problem I see, Mr. Williams, is the Pentagon. They fancy themselves as a separate Empire.

Sure. But you’re already making great progress there. You’ve got them installing so many social justice programs their heads are spinning. It wouldn’t surprise me to see them build a transgender Special Forces outfit based in San Francisco.

We could increase their budget, with strings attached.

Absolutely, Mr. Chairman. Double it, on the condition they merge with CIA, NSA, and the State Department. I admit, it would be tricky, but over time, with the right people in place, wonders can be achieved.

Now you’ve got MY head spinning. The federal government is so large. Trying to reconstruct it as one massive integrated unit…I don’t know. I wouldn’t want this to degenerate into some kind of clown show.

We believe the key is the Department of Justice, Mr. Chairman. That’s where the overall plan would go. Into creating Justice for All. By our definition. With the right slant on propaganda, we could bring every social justice program under that roof.

“The federal government is all about securing real justice for every man, woman, child, and the other genders.”

Correct. All federal roads lead into and out of the Department of Justice.

A new dawn.

Fifty years from now, Mr. Chairman, no one will be able to recognize the America we’re experiencing right now. This America will be gone. In its place, a much different operation. What you and I would consider the absurd upper reaches of preposterous propaganda about WHAT PEOPLE DESERVE AND WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THEM TO HAVE…that will be par for the course, like having a stove or a TV set.

Mr. Williams, something in me rebels against what we’re envisioning. It DOES seem as if we’re clowns describing our new circus.

Believe me, at the CIA we know all about clowns. We’ve cooked up and launched operations you couldn’t imagine. From a distance they were so crazy, you’d think we were living and working in an insane asylum. And yet…some of those operations succeeded. And when they did, they transformed governments and people’s states of mind. That’s the key. CAN YOU CHANGE PEOPLE’S MINDS SO THEY ACCEPT LUNACY AS NORMAL?

Well, can you?

Look at America these days. It’s happening under our noses. Government officials and news outlets are saying and doing things that, 15 years ago, would have been laughed at and ignored, as the ravings and psychotic outbreaks of madmen.

I guess that’s reassuring. Or very disturbing. I’m not sure which. Just the other day, I read an article about a court backing a six-year-old child’s “reasoned decision” to take puberty blockers…

Actually, Mr. Chairman, you could trace that all the way back to the 1960s. We had an op we called CK. Crazy Kid. It was a long-term program based on the premise that children were wisdom creatures, the most intelligent members of society. What kids saw and wanted was what adults should follow and provide. Let me lay out the general pattern for you. You get various groups to believe they need all sorts of rights and rewards—the weirder and more outrageous, the better. It’s clear that only one entity can provide these rewards—which are characterized as necessities. And that entity is the government. The government is positioned as the leading edge of a multi-front social revolution. And we’re back at JUSTICE. That’s what everyone wants and demands. So you give it to them. But you convince them that the specifics of Justice are completely foreign and bizarre, contrasted against traditional norms. This is how you create a new society. And it IS a clown show. It’s designed that way.

That’s frightening, Mr. Williams.

It looks frightening until you’re in the middle of it for a while. Then it seems normal, like the latest fashion, or form of music. Which takes us into another old propaganda op called Cultural Relativity: There is no single standard. Every culture or group has its own practices, and we must respect them. That was one of the first modern clown shows. People call it Marxist, but it’s really TAKEOVER. That’s all. Doesn’t matter what you call it. Somebody’s got to run things, Mr. Chairman. May as well be us.

Now I’m suddenly feeling confused. Listening to you, Mr. Williams…I don’t know…I’m torn…maybe we should vote DOWN the bill before Congress, and instead preserve what’s left of the independence of the states.

Why would you want to do that, Mr. Chairman?

I’m not sure I want my children and grandchildren to have a president who says he’s three different genders at once.

But, as I say, your grandchildren will believe that’s NORMAL.

Then I have an obligation, now, to try to protect them.

That would be a losing proposition, Mr. Chairman. You’d be fighting against the tide of history. And by history I mean propaganda.

This vision of yours, Mr. Williams. Remind me? Why would we follow it?

For the same reason you’re trying to erase independent states. CONTROL. Control over the population.

And we achieve that by—

By controlling minds. By planting in minds the idea that all sorts of rights and all sorts of forms of justice are absolutely essential. Bizarre forms, to be sure. Group A has the right to bring their miniature genetically engineered pet zebras to work every day, because in their native country, zebras are sacred. Group B has the right to obtain, free of charge, a surgical procedure that places an ornamental third eye in the middle of their forehead—because they came to America from a country where the third eye is the religious symbol of wisdom and the god Ooblahdee.

Mr. Williams, I’m leaning the other way. I think you’re arguing against yourself. You’ve gone over the edge. We should reject your offer of CIA surrender. You’re terrifying. Controlling people and their minds—there must be a limit on that.

Me. Chairman, I think you’re too late.

Why do you say that?

Because, if the world is to be made over into a New Normal, you can’t have one highly visible nation that still has significant freedoms and values which elevate THE INDEPENDENT INDIVIDUAL. Especially not America. We have to drive all Americans crazy.

And who is this WE?

The CIA. And its associated partners. That’s why I’m here today, Mr. Chairman. To tell you that you should go along with our plan…

A plan to produce sheer widespread insanity.

Insanity that, in time, will look entirely average.

Mr. Williams, if Congress erases the 50 states and brings them under total federal control, and if people like you are the leading edge of federal government, then I would want to leave all the states to their own devices—in the hope that they will somehow preserve the America envisioned in the Constitution.

Well, Mr. Chairman, in that case, this is a war. A culture war. So my question to you is: how much money—or other inducement—is it going to take to bring you over to our side?

Alert: the operation to squash protests in America

by Jon Rappoport

January 14, 2021

(To join our email list, click here.)

PART ONE

The Department of Justice has announced it’s mounting a full-scale operation to arrest and charge people who broke into the Capitol on January 6.

There will be a wide-ranging menu of charges, starting with criminal trespass, and moving all the way to weapons possession, theft of National Security data, assault, and sedition.

The DOJ list of charges is meant to impress the American people.

Of course, an impressive DOJ list could have been leveled against thousands of people who participated in Antifa/BLM-led burning, looting, theft, and assault across the US over the past six months.

But that didn’t happen.

Those violent riots were a form of “insurrection,” but the label was never applied.

And Big Tech never considered banning social media users who planned and supported the riots.

From here on out, people will need to announce quite specifically what they’re protesting against. I’m talking, of course, about protests against the brutal COVID lockdowns.

Because you can be sure the government/media complex will paint such people with the “Capitol-break-in” brush. That’s part of this operation to squash dissent.

On a related note, social media are censoring users, and news media are censoring their own talent, if the issue of the stolen election continues to be raised. However, there is no expiration date on accusations of vote fraud.

Remember, after Trump won the 2016 election, Democrats spent the next three years claiming he didn’t win, but instead was part of a Russian conspiracy that handed him the presidency. Who was censored for saying THAT?

Back to the protests: As I’ve mentioned in prior articles, equating distinct events, and thus turning them into “the same event,” is part and parcel of mind control.

A hundred bereft business owners, who have been driven into bankruptcy by the COVID lockdowns, gathering near a governor’s office to protest, will be equated with “crazy dangerous Trumpers who believe the election was stolen.”

This is no accident. It’s standard operating procedure in the world of intelligence-agency campaigns.

If the CIA wants to maintain a foreign dictator in office, because he makes favorable deals with mega-corporations to loot and plunder his country, they’ll spread vast disinformation about the rebels who want free elections:

“The rebel force threatening to unseat the president is led by the cult of child-killers who have been ravaging families in the countryside…”

Closer to home, imagine something like this: “The group called Citizens for a Free Nation, who showed up at the governors’ mansion last week to protest COVID safety measures, is largely composed of unhinged anti-vaxxers and Trump supporters, some of whom may have attended the January 6 rally at the Capitol, which resulted in an act of insurrection. Police and FBI are investigating…”

Behind it all? A determination to suppress resistance to the COVID lockdowns, aka mass imprisonments.

The Police State knows the months of lockdowns and economic destruction have driven more and more people to the wall. The US population is a dry tinder forest in a season of high heat and no rain.

Controlling the population is a major problem. So those who stand up and visibly break out of jail have to be made into despicable illustrations of Something Else.

What label is at hand? By mere coincidence: INSURRECTIONISTS, “who broke into the Capitol on January 6, the day that will live in infamy.”

That label can now be applied anywhere. It’s a major item on the game board of intelligence-agency operations. When dissenting heads pop up, paint them with it.

Nevertheless, protests are still legal and legitimate. People who run them need to articulate what they’re about, over and over, in very clear fashion.

Americans, who’ve lived with more freedom and security than people in other parts of the world, tend to think their government, when it muscles in, signifies The End and Total Defeat.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Freedom never dies.

It is an eternal quality.

PART TWO

You see, it wasn’t just Trump waving six loaded machine guns and a Stinger missile in the air and ordering his million troops to march on the Capitol and break in. It wasn’t just the Trumpers inside the Capitol looking for legislators to kidnap and ransom. It wasn’t just that.

No, it was/is Trumpers planning and carrying out assaults on all 50 state Capitols.

INSURRECTION against the very foundations of our democracy and way of life.

Domestic terrorism (unless somehow the Russians could also be dragged into the story).

It’s NATIONAL SECURITY.

And…we’re clear. That’s tonight’s news broadcast. Thanks, everybody. Get some sleep. We start this same train moving again tomorrow morning. Same story. New made-up details.

What’s going on?

Here’s one thing: stop the COVID protests.

Conflate people breaking out of COVID lockdowns because they’re desperate…with evil plots to blow up Capitol buildings because of Trump.

Mix and match. Merge. Melt one into the other.

Broadcast the impression that “it’s all one thing.”

This is a rerun of the old playbook strategy from the 1960s. Conflate marches against the Vietnam War with kids dropping LSD and trying to fly off buildings, with Black Panther members committing murder, with the Weather Underground planting bombs, with the Yippie-led street riots at the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

Outcome? Nixon won the election and kept the War going. FBI agents were infiltrating Leftist groups and urging “violent solutions.”

Don’t you think we could be seeing some of that FBI COINTELPRO action now?

In the 1960s, roughly speaking, the playbook was used against the Left. Now it’s being used against the Right.

It’s the same op, different players.

In both cases, “Democracy is hanging by a thread…” That’s the message. “Insurrection must be stopped.”

Then, the short-term goal was to keep the Vietnam War humming. Now, it’s destroy resistance to the brutal lockdowns.

Paid propaganda pros don’t care which messages they’re hired to spread. They only care about technique.

In the 1960s, the political Right was the Establishment. Now it’s the political Left. They’re both controlled by Money.

Big Money. New World Order money. Call it Fascism, Socialism, Communism, Globalism, Technocracy, it doesn’t matter. All these names mean: top-down control.

The elite players are bent on destroying the essence of the Constitution and individual freedom.

Here is a backgrounder I wrote on this whole subject:

Socialism: triumph for corporate criminals

In several recent articles, I’ve exposed the myth that socialism is a revolution of and for the people.

I’ve presented evidence that socialism is actually a movement owned, operated, and funded by ultra-wealthy elites.

Dupes, foot soldiers, blind idealists, indoctrinated students, and low-level thugs are recruited through cutouts to serve the agenda of Rockefeller Globalists, for example, who are determined to bring about worldwide socialism.

Socialism, in a nutshell, equals ultra-rich elites (represented by the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg, etc.) owning the free market, cutting out competition, and creating more powerful, overarching, central governments.

Hidden in the plan is the granting of greater dominion to mega-corporations. This is a key fact.

The US Constitution was a document that established extremely limited central government. Regardless of the motives of the authors and the state legislatures that ratified it, the ideas contained in the Constitution were, and are, extremely oppressive toward large centralized structures controlling the people.

But there was another factor present at the beginning of the American Republic.

At the dawn of the United States, corporations were chartered and thus allowed to operate by the individual states. If a corporation, in the eyes of a state legislature, violated a basic trust by harming the people, committing offenses against the citizenry, the legislature could summarily cancel their charter and literally exile them from the state.

This power followed, in part, from the fact that corporations were not and are not individuals. They do not have the rights and freedoms of individuals. Corporations were not granted the rights of citizens in the Constitution.

Richard Grossman, an activist and scholar of US corporate history, unearthed and made lucid these facts.

At the birth of the American Republic, therefore, there was a double limitation on power. Central government and corporations were both strapped and shackled.

Of course, just as the federal government has been allowed to expand like an unchecked fungus, so has corporate power.

Under socialism (aka Globalism), mega-corporate power is the prow of a ship that sails on and on and conquers the economies of the world.

Corporate crimes go unpunished.

Contrary to popular belief, the real agenda of socialism has nothing to do with prosecuting those crimes.

The idea, for example, that greater socialism in America would defeat Monsanto [now Bayer] is ludicrous in the extreme.

Monsanto [Bayer] is one of the components of actual socialism—the real, not the fake, version.

Again, socialism is by, for, and of the ultra-wealthy elites. It is not a movement on behalf of the downtrodden.

As Gary Allen puts it in his 1971 classic, None Dare call It Conspiracy: “…pressure from above and pressure from below… The pressure from above comes from secret, ostensibly respectable Comrades in the government and [elite Globalist] Establishment, forming, with the radicalized mobs in the streets below, a giant pincer around middle-class society. The street rioters are pawns, shills, puppets, and dupes for an oligarchy of elitist conspirators working above to turn America’s limited government into an unlimited government with total control over our lives and property.”

“The American middle class is being squeezed to death by a vise. In the streets we have avowed revolutionary groups… Virtually all members of these groups sincerely believe that they are fighting the Establishment. In reality they are an indispensable ally of the Establishment in fastening Socialism on all of us. The naive radicals think that under Socialism the ‘people’ will run everything. Actually, it will be a clique of Insiders in total control, consolidating and controlling all wealth. That is why these schoolboy Lenins and teenage Trotskys are allowed to roam free and are practically never arrested or prosecuted. They are protected. If the Establishment wanted the revolutionaries stopped, how long do you think they would be tolerated?”

Gary Allen wrote that passage in 1971. Does it ring a familiar bell now?

As philosopher George Santayana famously wrote in 1905, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”

Equally famous is the prescription for all advertising: repeat the same message over and over, so it sinks into the mind and forms a false impression of truth.

Thus it has been with the basic message of socialism. “This is a form of government that finally serves the people. It is the people rising up to take the reins of power.”

Once that notion is rigidly fixed in consciousness, it is impossible to believe socialism is actually emanating from the elite of the elite.

Fortunately, more and more people are waking up to the basic con of fake news, which doesn’t only broadcast distorted current events spooling out through screens, day by day.

Basic themes of fake news also span decades and even centuries.

What will happen when enough young people, who want to tear down the structures of the monopolists, realize those same men are bankrolling them in the streets?

What will happen when these young people realize their teachers and mentors and handlers and professors have been feeding them the precise reverse of the truth?

As long as independent media continue to proliferate, that day is coming.

To the people of lockdown California: it’s jailbreak time

by Jon Rappoport

January 7, 2021

(To join our email list, click here.)

First, a bit of background.

Your governor, Gavin Newsom, is a predator, but within the context of a failed state.

For decades, the government of California has been underwater. As of five or six years ago, it was on the hook for future unfunded liabilities of a quarter of trillion dollars.

That debt was handled by issuing bonds. That’s always the response. Who underwrites those bonds? NY investment houses like Goldman Sachs. They’re satisfied as long as California keeps pulling in taxes and paying down the interest on those bond loans.

But now the tax base of California is rapidly shrinking, owing to the lockdowns, and businesses packing up and leaving the state.

So Newsom is in the position of a small grocery store owner who, failing to pay his protection money to the mafia, is forced to give his store to the mob and work for them…

That’s a bit of context. Newsom is in prison and he wants everyone else to be in prison, too.

Now let’s dig in—

In case you hadn’t noticed, Governor’s Newsom’s brutal lockdowns have done nothing to stem the raging tide of COVID case numbers.

Of course, those numbers are fake, owing to intentionally rigged flaws in the PCR test, but we’ll leave that aside for now.

The point is, lockdowns are meaningless—except they devastate your lives.

Newsom is seeing the handwriting on the wall. He’s never going to become president of the United States. That was his cherished goal. He’s spent years developing his image and persona as “the open, honest, articulate, caring junior JFK in the making.” That’s all gone.

He’s now the punisher who steps out on his own lockdowns and has dinner indoors at a high-priced eatery, unmasked, with a dozen friends.

He follows in the footsteps of other Democrats who thought they could play JFK: Gary Hart, John Kerry, Ed Markey, Jerry Brown. They all went down.

But Newsom isn’t going to back off his COVID lockdowns.

The whole state of California is dry tinder, on the verge of exploding. I’m not talking about forest fires. I’m referring to millions of you who are ready to step outside your homes and re-open the economy, no matter what.

The knowledge is seeping in: if enough of you rebel against the governor’s imprisonment dictates, there is nothing he can do about it.

He’ll look like the fool and the deranged fascist he is, behind his carefully crafted disguise.

And I’m here to reassure you the COVID fear porn is just that; it’s not real; never was; never will be. But you’ve already figured that out, right? You’re in jail because Newsom and the layers of Globalist operators behind him want you in jail. It’s simple.

So admit what you know to be true. Face up to it.

Stop worshiping the preposterous virus.

I lived in California for 50 years. I know the liberal mindset forwards and backwards. I’ve seen all the variations of virtue signaling. I understand how those fetishes stand up as long as the money holds out. But when the money vanishes and the business vanishes, and whole economy is wrecked and lying in ruins, you start to come to your senses.

Supporting BLM, Antifa, riots and looting, open borders? New Age jive? The hell with all that. You’re secretly looking to rough and ready bar owners, who are defying the cops and trying to stay open. You’re looking at your own dwindling bank accounts. You’re measuring martyrdom against rebellion.

You’re part of the dry tinder, ready to explode.

So DO IT.

The history of California is a history of war and crime. Once upon a time, Spanish conquistadors smashed the indigenous people of Mexico and extended their reach into California. VERY wealthy Spanish families owned huge swaths of land from Tijuana all the way to Santa Barbara and beyond. They also owned off-shore islands.

Gradually, the criminal California and federal governments moved in on these criminal Spanish families, and in partnership with criminal American financiers and developers, took over that land.

Eventually, a movement arose to open the California-Mexico border. This wasn’t meant as a compensation to the indigenous Mexican people. It was an entry corridor for the descendants of the Spanish conquistadores.

And, of course, for major drug cartels. Hollywood, the entertainment industry, was an open target for laundering cocaine and heroin cash. Production companies and movie studios on the brink of collapse suddenly got well.

I sketch out these bits of hidden history to show you that California is far from a share-and-care liberal fortress. California has always been a long con and long hustle and a long war.

And now, that war has come home to you.

So fight it.

Offload the dream that your governor and you are partners in an unprecedented liberal revolution for The Good. Newsom is just another player in a long line of players who have sold what remained of their souls to bigger money bosses.

The Good is not dead. You just have to rethink it. You have to put FREEDOM at the top of the page, and realize what that struggle of centuries means. You’re now in unique position to understand, because you’re under house arrest, at the whim of your leader.

It’s jailbreak time for you.

FORCE THE ECONOMY OPEN.

To genuine black leaders: what works and what doesn’t work

by Jon Rappoport

September 9, 2020

(To join our email list, click here.)

There are some hard facts.

Your greatest victory would be ridding your inner city neighborhoods of major gangs.

They are holding back your communities from any hope of gaining a secure economic foothold in society.

To accomplish this awesome task, you need help. Think about how the New York mafia stranglehold was broken. It took the passage of a federal RICO law; and then the use of that law to prosecute and convict significant numbers of mafia members and leaders, for running “continuing criminal enterprises.”

If you want to stage meaningful efforts, there you have it. You want RICO applied to major gangs in American cities. And you want it now.

Of course, you’ll have to give up the strategy of blaming the police as an overall strategy for explaining your troubles.

Every ethnic and religious group in the history of the world has two common denominators. A story about oppression, and a desire to gain a firm economic foothold in society.

Every oppression story contains truth, and it’s also embellished, in the sense that it’s sold long after its most violent period is past. The story can be useful at times, but it doesn’t carry the necessary freight to accomplish economic goals. Far from it. It can have negative blowback. It can turn into widespread “blame the oppressor”* as a device to force economic progress. Which, at the root, is counter-productive. It doesn’t work.

You have more pressing problems. Gangs. Drugs. Black-on-black crime. Absent fathers. Too many people living on welfare—which was designed as a palliative to pacify and hold down the population. It has worked far too well.

Forget about tapping government money as a main source for boot-strapping your communities into long-term economic prosperity. Ditto for charity doled out by the rich. These sources don’t make a black economy succeed, long-term. In the end, they drain money and resources away from that struggling economy.

Here’s a recent report you should be interested in. During the COVID lockdowns, 440,000 black-owned American businesses have shut their doors, and most of them won’t come back. That’s a missile attack aimed at the heart of progress. Consider the blood, sweat, and tears the business owners have poured into keeping their enterprises alive for years and years. And it’s all going up in smoke now.

On a related note, those black groups who are dead set on promoting socialism (or outright anarchy) as an economic solution are not your friends. Find out where their funding is coming from. Take a deep dive into the background and activity and agenda of George Soros.

Do you really think Black Lives Matter and ANTIFA have a clue, or care, about black economic prosperity? They’re running your future into the ground.

If you don’t want widespread black economic prosperity—via free enterprise—you’re going against the history of how every ethnic and religious group has achieved stability.

Once an ethnic group gains a strong and permanent economic foothold, other benefits follow. For example, relations with police automatically improve. And where they don’t, you could exert the kind of effective pressure that deals from a position of strength.

Teaching the young to “stand up for their values” turns into an empty suit in about five minutes, unless there is a pathway to some kind of economic prosperity. It becomes “blame the oppressor,” which is ultimately a dead end.

Where pro athletes are going with their protests will not be productive. They kept their mouths shut when NBA relations with China suddenly wobbled. They protected their shoe contracts, and turned a blind eye to what are euphemistically called “human rights abuses” in the People’s Republic. And now, they want…what? They know they collectively have the power to destroy their leagues, but is that an advantage?

If these athletes re-routed the money they give to “black community improvement,” and instead, with competent advice, and with major discipline, invested in black-business start-ups, and existing black businesses that have a chance of success, the whole framework of progress would be shifted.

Face it, the athletes are getting incompetent advice. And, in the pomp and circumstance of “social justice,” they’re being enabled by white liberals, who don’t really care about authentic black progress at all. Malcom X figured this out 60 years ago. The forgetting that then set in was no accident. The so-called liberal establishment is morally bankrupt. The men behind the curtain who control the establishment are intent on using the black community to sow chaos and destruction across the landscape, and lead the nation into a new normal that no one in his right mind wants. That is its own story for another time.

I will say this. The current defamation campaign and assault against capitalism and free enterprise will have no greater negative impact anywhere than in the black community. It will undermine every effort launched toward finding a better life. So why are black groups leading that campaign? Obviously, somebody wants destruction.

Meanwhile, if you have an open channel to LeBron James, ask him when he’s going to demand immediate RICO prosecution of inner-city gangs…

Once he recovers from the shock of the question, tell him a winning RICO case would earn him the championship ring of a lifetime.

*Instead of “blame the oppressor,” first engage in “find the most serious oppressions.” Then find the oppressors, expose them, and demand change. I’m talking, for starters, about environmental toxicity in black (and Latino) communities. See, for example: Center for American Progress, “5 Things to Know About Communities of Color and Environmental Justice,” April 25, 2016.

Lockdowns, tracing, testing, vaccinating, and Liberty

Liberty: “the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one’s way of life, behavior, or political views; the state of not being imprisoned or enslaved.”

by Jon Rappoport

June 17, 2020

(To join our email list, click here.)

These are the days. These are the days when men and women accept draconian measures as if they were trifles.

The nation and the world come grinding to a halt, and it is just another “interruption.”

In 1776, there was a revolution against restraints from a foreign power. Now there is bleating from domestic governors about lockdowns, tracing, testing, vaccinating, and the majority of the populace obeys these tyrants without question. Even with loyalty.

Birthed after blood and sacrifice, national government in the United States was severely hamstrung, in order to prevent abuses of power. But it has become the teat, the Giver and the Taker. The wanton parent.

And now for decades, people have shrugged: “What harm could come from a government giving gifts?”

People say, “What harm could come from schools that don’t teach history? We already have freedom. Who cares how we got it?”

The exalted nature of Liberty has been disposed of in a sea of amnesia.

“Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end. It is not for the sake of a good public administration that it is required, but for security in the pursuit of the highest objects of civil society, and of private life.” (Lord Acton, 1877)

“There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty.” (John Adams, 1772)

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” (Samuel Adams, 1776)

“The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion.” (Edmund Burke, 1784)

Does none of this matter now? Are pacification and passivity the cardinal virtues? If so, I suggest a new Constitution, where we can enshrine these qualities with official language and be done with it.

BILL OF RIGHTS:

ONE: Shout “this is science!” when anyone threatens the power of government.

TWO: Censor dissent for the sake of public safety, according to guidelines laid down by government and corporations. Disrupt the lives of dissenters.

THREE: Give up Liberty when the authorities demand it.

That is all. Done.

We threw off the King of England so we could have YouTube and Facebook.

Exalted Liberty, tossed overboard into a sea of hypnotic assurance.

“Perhaps the enemies of liberty are such only because they judge it by its loud voice. If they knew its charms, the dignity that accompanies it, how much a free man feels like a king, the perpetual inner light that is produced by decorous self-awareness and realization, perhaps there would be no greater friends of freedom than those who are its worst enemies.” (Jose Marti, 1893)

“What light is to the eyes, what love is to the heart, Liberty is to the soul of man. Without it, there come suffocation, degradation and death.” (Robert G Ingersoll, 1887)

If I had a child, I would home school him, and for a year we would do nothing but delve deeply into these and other remembrances of Liberty, re-establishing its exalted nature. For those of you who do have children, that is what I suggest.

An education of mind, body, heart, and soul.

Where Liberty once was.

That creature called socialism is, in effect, the transfer of any remaining Liberty to government, based on the fatuous hope that giving complete power to a tyrannical force will somehow reform that force and transform it into a messiah. And this is the best formulation. A more realistic appraisal would be: socialism is a notorious promoted enslavement, whereby elite men behind a curtain preach Centralized Authority as Kindness and Fairness, in order to raise an army of idealistic ravening wolves who will dispossess the people of everything they own.

Obviously, in order for this operation to succeed, the people must have forgotten that ANY quality of The Individual could occupy an exalted and eternal position—a quality such as Liberty.

Once upon a time, defiant poetry about Liberty from oppression could move armies. The stakes were as high as they have ever been.

From history.com: “…General George Washington’s troops were encamped at McKonkey’s Ferry on the Delaware River opposite Trenton, New Jersey. In August, they had suffered humiliating defeats and lost New York City to British troops. Between September and December, 11,000 American volunteers gave up the fight and returned to their families. General Washington could foresee the destiny of a rebellion without an army if the rest of his men returned home when their service contracts expired on December 31. He knew that without an upswing in morale and a significant victory, the American Revolution would come to a swift and humiliating end.”

“…[Thomas Paine’s] Common Sense was the clarion call that began the revolution. As Washington’s troops retreated from New York through New Jersey, Paine again rose to the challenge of literary warfare. With another pamphlet] American Crisis, he delivered the words that would salvage the revolution.”

“Washington commanded that the freshly printed pamphlet be read aloud to his dispirited men; the rousing prose had its intended effect. Reciting Paine’s impassioned words, the beleaguered troops mustered their remaining hopes for victory and crossed the icy Delaware River to defeat hung-over Hessians on Christmas night and on January 2, the British army’s best general, Earl Cornwallis, at the Battle of Princeton. With victory in New Jersey, Washington won not only two battles, but also the love and thanks of man and woman.”

Paine’s famous words: “THESE are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated.”

Paine wrote more: “…I have as little superstition in me as any man living, but my secret opinion has ever been, and still is, that God Almighty will not give up a people to military destruction, or leave them unsupportedly to perish, who have so earnestly and so repeatedly sought to avoid the calamities of war, by every decent method which wisdom could invent.”

“Neither have I so much of the infidel in me, as to suppose that He has relinquished the government of the world, and given us up to the care of devils…”

“…in the fourteenth century the whole English army, after ravaging the kingdom of France, was driven back like men petrified with fear; and this brave exploit was performed by a few broken forces collected and headed by a woman, Joan of Arc.”

“…Let it be told to the future world, that in the depth of winter, when nothing but hope and virtue could survive, that the city and the country, alarmed at one common danger, came forth to meet and to repulse it.”

“…Say not that thousands [of soldiers] are gone, turn out your tens of thousands; throw not the burden of the day upon Providence, but ‘show your faith by your works,’ that God may bless you. It matters not where you live, or what rank of life you hold, the evil or the blessing will reach you all. The far and the near, the home counties and the back, the rich and the poor, will suffer or rejoice alike. The heart that feels not now is dead; the blood of his children will curse his cowardice, who shrinks back at a time when a little might have saved the whole, and made them happy. I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. ‘ Tis the business of little minds to shrink; but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death….”

The contest is not over. It is never over.

Free states: radical decentralization; the war for hearts and minds

Dedicated to my friend and compatriot of many years, Robert Scott Bell

by Jon Rappoport

June 16, 2020

(To join our email list, click here.)

It all starts with the IDEA of the germ. Once people buy the idea and the story, everything follows. The planners build the story of the germ for a hundred years, so it transmits fear, and then one day they use it to spring the trap.

Fake pandemic. Real slavery.

The truth is, we’re far stronger than any germ or any tale about a germ.

Dozing off thinking about the tale and the trap and what it’s brought to our door, I had a dream. Went something like this—

“South Carolina is happy to report the stunning success of our new treatment law. As you know, three years ago, we certified a bill allowing ANY healing method to be practiced on consenting adults, for any condition, so long as that method was not overtly destructive. The result? A flood of practitioners and patients moving to our state. Our economy has nearly tripled in size. We are awash in new prosperity…”

New York: “Curfews must be more drastic. Only protesters and rioters will be permitted on streets after 2PM. We are issuing four color codes. Green, blue, yellow, and gray. They tell you when you may appear in public to pick up your food for the month at our government-dispensing canned goods centers. State income taxes are hereby raised to forty percent of gross earnings. All churches are permanently closed. Stop moving to South Carolina. If you do, you can never come back…”

“Nevada is announcing a new form of state money. Anyone who moves here will automatically be given four thousand dollars in casino chips, and a free hotel room for seven weeks. Masks and social distancing are forbidden. Vaccination is entirely voluntary. Anyone forcing a vaccine on another will be buried up to his neck in the desert, his face smeared with honey…”

Oregon: “The marijuana state is now entirely collective. No more private residences. Everyone must live in a commune of at least 60 persons. In each commune, the profits from growing pot will be equally divided among all members. No guns are permitted in the state. To achieve our goal of the cleanest air in the nation, cars are allowed on roads only between the hours of 7-9AM and 4-6PM. Trucks loaded with weed may move product at all hours. Come live with us.”

Maryland: “Our state is run by a consortium of mega-corporations and intelligence agencies. Everyone works for these organizations. There are no small businesses. Move here. You’ll be guaranteed a job after four weeks of training. Housing included. Stop fighting the Man. We are the Man. Free vaccinations.”

California: “Have you always yearned to be a Communist? Come to Cal. We’ve got Stasi, KGB, real-time satellite surveillance covering every inch of the state, as well as free Snitch Training. Unlimited immigration from all countries. We care. We have zero unemployment. Everyone works for the government. Are you wanted for offenses in other states or nations? No background checks. Warning: selling off-the-books black market items without paying sales tax is punishable by death.”

Idaho: “Free market economy. Make and sell just about anything. No state taxes. Gun rights guaranteed. All property is private. No welfare. Our cops only care about two offenses—encroaching on another’s freedom, and selling overtly harmful products. Public education is canceled. Only home and small community schooling are allowed. Want to make your own way? Idaho is the place for you.”

Illinois: “We are now a monarchy. As the hub for all street drugs distributed throughout the US and Canada, our king is chosen by the Sinaloa Cartel. Our police forces are gangs. We have disbanded our court systems. Personal and business protection is for sale. If you want to ‘live the life,’ move to Illinois. Free ballet lessons.”

Wyoming: “It took a long revolution to expel the former state government. In our free market economy, two prominent industries have emerged—hydrogen-powered car manufacturing/refitting, and water turbines for energy production. Our sales are soaring. Through state taxes agreed upon in a recent state referendum, we are financing research into several suppressed methods of energy innovation. Every citizen must own a gun, and must receive training in how to use it. Don’t move here expecting a free ride. Career criminals from other states—don’t even think about it. We’ll find you and root you out.”

New Jersey: “Our new state motto is ‘Graft, Gossip, and Waste Management.’ Our highway tolls are the highest in the nation. We are on permanent lockdown. If you want to pretend you’re important and have no credentials of any kind, move here and join us. The southern half of the state is being built out as one giant hospital complex, to treat and house those from the northern half. Free health coverage. Wear a badge of honor for each medical or psychiatric diagnosis.”

Massachusetts: “Aside from hospitals and Harvard global money laundering, our largest industry is selling rewrites of history to colleges. The American Revolution never happened. John Adams was an ambulance chasing personal injury lawyer. Thoreau was a petty criminal, fishing without a license. Plymouth Rock was once a popular form of cocaine trafficked along the east coast…”

Within two generations, New York and California turn into patchwork quilts of sparsely populated farm land and urban hell holes.

A declared woo-woo pandemic in one state is nothing more than a joke in another.

Enforced and fake togetherness dissolves like sugar in water.

—As I started to wake up, I wondered, is this a good dream or a bad dream? A voice said, “Decentralization of power is good, but you can’t control how it works out. If you could, YOU’D be the central power.”

I fell back asleep.

I was standing on a street corner in a city. In the distance, buildings were burning. A crowd marched toward me, broadcasting waves of fear.

They stopped moving. A platform rose up and a speaker in a mask fiddled with a mic stand. Silence.

“This is our place,” he said. Calm voice. “Just remember, it’s free.”

He looked over at me. He lifted his mask for a second, then put it back.

It was Mao Zedong. Chairman Mao. He told the quiet crowd, “I’ve got money. Rockefeller money. You understand, right? We’re going to start over. We’ve got important friends. We’ll use them and keep them safe for a while. In the new Republic, everything is free. You work for it, but it’s free. You don’t get ahead on your own. That’s over. You’re my troops. We’re burning down the northeastern United States and taking the land.”

Silence.

“It’s freedom,” he said. “Forget all your old causes. Forget why you came here. It doesn’t matter anymore. We’re new. We’re finally getting justice. You know what justice is? Rice. Growing rice. That’s all. Everyone works. Everyone bends over and works, from the lowliest drug addict to a fat old Congresswoman, to the President, everyone works the soil, and admits their guilt. Their sins. After six generations, their descendants can be raised up. They’ll be clean. No taint left. That’s the new world. That’s what you’ve been fighting for. No more privilege.”

Suddenly, I was standing outside my house in the dark night.

There was somebody out there. I couldn’t see who he was.

He spoke. “Don’t let them take everything away. You have no idea how many of us there are. We’re not going to let this happen.”

Utopian fantasies vs. a better world

What happened to the Republic? Democracy happened

by Jon Rappoport

January 9, 2020

(To join our email list, click here.)

“When you come to the subject of who should ‘fix things,’ the government or private individuals, you could throw up your hands and confess that neither choice works, in which case you’re left with a terminal disease, and a fine excuse for doing nothing; or you could refer back to the principles of the Republic, and understand why the Founders put chains on government, and you might a find a clue for navigating out of the maze.” (The Underground, Jon Rappoport)

This piece is for anyone who can understand it—but it’s also for THE ENTREPRENEUR, who in his soul wants to do something large and bright and radical and successful, to turn the tide of human affairs in an enormously good direction and, yes, still make a substantial profit.

And no, “the universe” doesn’t rule out those two motives existing side by side.

The United States was created as a Republic.

That meant severely limited central government.

Why?

Because the Founders knew the long experience of Europe: overarching tyrannies; bloated kings emboldened with the doctrine of divine right to rule; theocracies; gigantic theft of land; force, coercion; slavery.

The new 18th century American central government, through enumerated powers and checks and balances, had to be limited and even hamstrung.

On that basis, individual freedom would be maximized.

That was the whole point of a Republic.

The individual would be free to do whatever he wanted to, as long as he didn’t interfere with the life and liberty of others.

INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM—THE HALLMARK OF A REPUBLIC.

However, in order for a Republic to have a chance of success, the population would have to remain small. A Republic is not for an enormous population. The people are too remote from the federal center of power.

And there needed to be a population of moral people, who understood basic rights and wrongs, beyond legislation and law.

As the American population swelled, there should have been many Republics founded on this continent. Unfortunately, that never happened.

Instead, men in and around central government conspired to multiply their own power through a variety of means, thus creating monopolies of great strength, in government and business and money.

And gradually, these men and their descendants came to see they could foist a grand illusion on the people: they could promote the idea that “the people’s wishes were paramount” and should be served at all times.

Thus arrived Democracy.

Rule by “everyone.” Rule by “popular decision.” Rule by “meeting needs,” whatever they might be.

Meeting needs, of course, necessitated a more powerful and extensive government—shattering the severe limits originally imposed in the Constitution.

Marry these democratic elements to a decline in general morality—grab whatever you can at the expense of your neighbor—and the fate of the Republic was sealed.

The Republic was never perfect. Far from it. Perfection wasn’t its goal. But it was a noble effort, and the ideas on which it stood still survive.

Particularly, freedom of the individual.

That freedom is the launching pad for everything the individual can imagine and create, in order to build a greater future.

And the rule barring the individual from interfering with the life and liberty of others is still a basic principle.

Democracy cultivates mobs. It embodies the idea that any group which can gain attention must have its purported needs met.

Just one step to the left of that, we find the socialist/Communist maxim: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.”

What able individuals produce will be taken from them and given to those of “lesser ability.”

Limited government, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights—these are mere pieces of paper, old pamphlets trampled on in the streets by the mobs shouting their endless demands.

If the ancestors of these groups, at one time, had legitimate objections to the way government was being run (against them), now all that is swept away in a sea of base anger and revenge—which turns out to be the elite plan for the end-game…

If the elites can pull it off:

Chaos. Out of which a new level of order will be imposed—which takes us back to the kind of tyranny that existed before the struggle for individual freedom and limited government was won.

And all the while, these elite planners pose as utopian altruists. Socialists.

And yet…as of 2010, there were 27.9 million small businesses in the US.

Somehow, the heritage of the Republic still lives.

Freedom of the individual.

The core idea on which America was founded.

Liberty of the individual is more than an invented “construct.” It’s a reflection of an inherent truth: the individual is at the heart of what life is all about.

A major point needs to be entered into this mix: ABUNDANCE. Planet-wide abundance of resources, technology, and energy.

As Buckminster Fuller made clear 80 years ago, there is “enough for everyone”—which is to say, every person on Earth can have the essentials of survival. Food, clothing, shelter.

However, Fuller (and others) stalled on the vital question: WHO WILL DELIVER THIS ABUNDANCE TO THE GLOBAL POPULATION, AND HOW?

In the arena of fuzzy thinking, the answer is, of course: “the government” will deliver abundance.

This is fatuous, idiotic, and impossible.

“The government” is controlled by men who, amidst their many crimes, have no intention of sharing the wealth of Earth’s resources and technology. I can’t emphasize this fact enough.

The government is there to promote socialism and technocracy as “better-world” answers right around the corner. THIS IS THE MASK.

Behind the mask is cruel top-down scarcity, upheld and maintained, despite the truth that there really IS enough for everyone.

No, government will not be the provider of abundance.

NOR SHOULD IT BE.

That task falls to…wait for it…private business.

What?

Here is the capper: if private businesses—including major corporations—realized they could sell food, clothing, and shelter to the global population for relative pennies—and make more profits than they’re making now—because of the size of that consumer base—they might reassess their position.

They might…but they won’t. Not without our help.

Boiling down the situation: you have the potential consumer base of some eight billion people; you have the means to sell this base the means of survival—food and clothing and shelter—for pennies; you have the technology needed for the job; you have the bright promise of a better future.

And you have the individuals who, armed with this understanding, could create businesses to bring such a vision to fruition.

Actual capitalism is preserved. Free market is preserved. Profit motive is preserved. Doing good is preserved. And all this WITHOUT GOVERNMENT CONTROL.

No one said this job I’m proposing would be easy. Of course it’s not easy.

But, for example, the next generation of techies—after this generation of air heads who seek to worship at the knee of brain-computer mysticism has faded away—the next generation might be persuaded to revisit the core ideas of the Republic and see how free enterprise, freely undertaken, could work a true revolution and distribute abundance to the planet at the same time.

Imagine a near-future corporate boardroom meeting. The CEO stands up and says:

“OK, people, I’ve brought you here because we’re going to try something new and radical. Face it, we’ve been selling crap to our customers for a long, long time and gouging them in the process. Today, that stops. We’re going to shift over to a different theme. Our board will approve, because we’re going to show them this new effort will expand our bottom line. WE’RE GOING MAKE NUTRITIOUS FOOD PACKS AND SELL THEM FOR RELATIVE PENNIES TO A BILLION PEOPLE. That’s the initial goal. We can do it. On another front, we’re going to sell a billion people good clean food seeds for growing food crops. We’re going to buy acres of land in the so-called Third World and then sell parcels, for farming, to the poor for pennies and take a small share of their profits…

“Now, at first, we’ll have to work through a bunch of foreign governments, because they control their people. This is tricky. But if we give these tinpot leaders enough money, they’ll go along….”

Of course, there will be problems. Serious problems. The CIA, for example, which supports government control and scarcity around the world.

That’s where GOOD AND RIGHTEOUS PUBLIC RELATIONS ENTERS THE SCENE. That visionary CEO and his company will have to publicize the hell out of their radical new plan and expose the problems and barriers and ops the old guard throws up against them.

Wake up the people to what is going on.

“Are you kidding? This will never work.”

That’s what was said in the middle of the Dark Ages, when a few people said THE INDIVIDUAL SHOULD BE FREE.

“This will never work.”

But it did.

With enough courage and determination and intelligence and vision and work and imagination, over a very long period of time, it did work.

Up against forces of evil and deception, it did work.

And it can work again.

“But this time it’s different. The situation is worse, much worse.”

No it isn’t.

Here’s a clue. It’s always worse. That’s the way it always looks. But it’s always possible.

The free and independent and creative individual has been lulled into thinking that he has to limit his entrepreneurial vision and goals to a few self-contained enterprises in a small corner of a much larger space.

That’s called brainwashing.

He can think and plan and work in as large an arena as he wants to. If he wakes up.

If he’s a rocket ship with a range of 100 light years, and he’s operating on an old route that travels 50 miles, back and forth, something is seriously amiss.

There is much more to say…

But this is an introduction. This is a sketch of the core. This is about the individual unleashed. This is about sacrificing nothing in the pursuit of individual success while making abundance into fact.

This is about wiping away the delusion that “the government will generate a new and better world.”

If you want a better world, if you want abundance, you can choose government or the individual as the carrier. You can put your eggs in either basket. You can analyze both answers and decide.

You can roll the dice on either choice.

You can put aside the mantra of “nothing works” and look into the psychology of the individual and government and find truths.

An analogy: you’ve got a gigantic oil tanker that’s been heading in the wrong direction. You want to turn it around. Who is going to take the helm and do it?

On one side, you have 50 individuals, 47 of whom are corrupt and consumed with criminal greed. The other three are different. They glimpse the possibility of doing the right thing.

On the other side, you have that amorphous swollen blob called government. It’s not only consumed with greed, it preaches The Good as a deceptive front to cover its crimes. A few individuals who might want to do the right thing are laden with connections which command the continuance of crimes.

Your choice.

Live in the collective and forget who you are

We are now told it’s selfish and greedy to promote freedom for the individual. It’s old-fashioned. It’s passe. It’s dangerous. It’s nothing more than a ruse floated by the rich to hold down the poor.

Forget about the fact that the next Einstein or Tesla, growing up in what has become a collectivist society, could be slammed with Ritalin, Prozac, and even heavier drugs—because they’re “abnormal.”

Some day, when America has been forgotten, an anthropologist will write a celebrated history of this country, and it’ll be all about cultural trends and group customs, and no one will even remember there was such an idea as The Individual.

By that time, the population of what was once the United States will live in a theocracy dedicated to Mother Earth, and every day for half an hour, the people will kneel and pray, together, from coast to coast, for mercy from this Mother.

And the people will be happy doing it—such as they understand happiness. They will glorify The Group. They will live under the great dome of the Flying Drones and they will rejoice in their solidarity.

They will willingly submit to all forms of surveillance, because it is in the interest of the Whole, the collective, the mass. After all, who would depart from the rules and sentiments of The Group? Only the outcasts. Only those bitter clingers who still believe they are unique individuals and have desires and power. Who needs them? Who wants them? They’re primitive throwbacks. They’re sick and they need treatment.

Be grateful you’re living in the time of the great transition. If you look, you can see the changes taking place right in front of your own eyes. You can see The Individual fading out as a concept. You can see its replacement—the group and its needs—coming on strong. You can know where we’re heading.

One day, you’ll be able to tell your grandchildren there was once a time when there was a completely different conception of existence, and you’ll be able to regale them with stories of the impossible. Stories of individuals.

Of course, they won’t believe you. They won’t be able to fathom what in the world you’re talking about. But that doesn’t matter. They’ll listen in rapt wonder, just as we now admiringly contemplate tales of strange creatures and mountain gods of the ancient Greeks.

It’ll be fun to look back on our time.

Don’t worry. It doesn’t matter. History is merely an anthropological catalog of trends, a series of customs. We pass from one epoch to another. What was true and important in one time becomes meaningless later.

Just “come together for the great healing.” That’s all you need to think about now. It’ll all work out. And if it doesn’t, you won’t remember the failure anyway.

Coda: What’s that? I can’t hear you. Speak a little louder. Oh…I see. You’re saying we the people are getting ripped off by our leaders and their secret controllers. Yes. Well, sure, that’s true.

And yes…if we all came together perhaps we could throw off these controllers and assert our independence once again. Yes.

But then I ask you this:

After we’ve won the great battle, what do we do next? Do we parade around, from town to town, from city to city, a hundred million of us, a great caravan, extolling our group victory? Is that what we do for the rest of eternity?

Or did we fight and win the great battle for another reason?

Did we perhaps fight and win so we could reestablish the individual as the basis and the object of freedom?

Wasn’t that really the reason we were in this fight?

Or are you already too humble and progressive and submissive and enlightened to think so?

If you’re going to fight and fight to win, it helps to know why you’re in the battle, why you’re really in it.

Secret Societies Revisited

by Jon Rappoport

November 29, 2019

(To join our email list, click here.)

As many of my readers know, I wrote a book called The Secret Behind Secret Societies (included as a bonus in Exit From The Matrix and Power Outside The Matrix). This article adds a few pieces to the puzzle.

Bilderberg Group, CFR, Trilateral Commission—I called these and other such groups Architects of Reality. Among their actions, they try to build our perception of the world.

What is that perception? It’s an endless string of crises and half-hearted resolutions—that’s how we’re supposed to see things. We’re not supposed to see what actually works about the world.

Because what works is freedom and everything that flows from that.

In other words, secret societies are trying to bury the idea of freedom under an ongoing process of manufacturing desperate situations that can only be dealt with by large organizations—governments and so-called public interest groups.

“THE GROUP WILL SOLVE EVERYTHING.”

“THE INDIVIDUAL IS TOO WEAK.”

“FREEDOM OF THE INDIVIDUAL IS PASSE, BECAUSE ONLY LARGE GROUPS CAN INFLUENCE THE COURSE OF EVENTS.”

With an estimated 40-60 million people in the US taking tranquilizers every year, it appears this program is working. One chronic user frankly told me, “I can’t deal with reality anymore. Unless it’s a chemical reality.”

Over the years, I’ve spoken with a number of teachers in the US. They tell me the areas variously known as Civics, Social Studies, and Government no longer place emphasis on the individual or individual freedom. Instead, it’s all about “group rights” and “victims.”

So again, the agenda of burying freedom is working.

In 1776, the Illuminati was announced as an operating society in Europe. The most important political tenet of this group was the abolition of private property—and that principle can be historically traced all the way down to the formation of the USSR. And beyond. These days, private property is under attack, albeit in a “softer” manner. It, too, is a concept no longer given emphasis in our schools—and when you de-link private property from the individual, you are attacking a significant aspect of what freedom translates into, in everyday life.

An American Studies professor at a prominent Northeastern university told me, off the record, because he was afraid he might lose his job if he went public, “Political and economic crises are being manufactured all the time. It’s basically psychological warfare, because one feels these endless crises can’t be solved. People just give up. And when they do, who do they turn to? Government. Government will handle things. That’s a sign that freedom is no longer a priority. It’s going into the dustbin of history.”

He was suggesting that, in wider and wider circles, freedom is no longer considered a solution to any serious problem. And since we seem to be awash in a sea of problems, freedom goes on the shelf.

As I’ve been writing for years, creative power of the individual is the prow of the ship of our society. Great innovators are the people who keep us moving into the future. Well, if the legs are being cut out from under freedom, we will be seeing fewer and fewer of these innovators. As has been pointed out, we will be “naturally selecting” away from those people and toward groups.

This is no accident. This is an agenda. To say the loss of freedom is simply a trend overlooks the keynote of coming global government and management—it is groups, not individuals, who have access to larger and larger structures that run our affairs.

One small example: 90 years ago, the rise of labor unions was achieved through legislation passed by the federal government. In other words, government would protect the right of employees to organize and bargain with management. But now we have public unions—government employees who bargain with “themselves.” It’s an absurdity. The real purpose is to expand the size of government by making its jobs more attractive and intractable.

In our schools, children are being taught to think of themselves in terms of a group identity. To what group do you belong? What are the problems of your group? What are your group’s grievances? How is your group being mistreated? What does your group need?

Is this development an accident? Did it happen by chance?

It’s on the agenda of legislated equality, which replaces the idea of equal opportunity to succeed. Legislated equality supposes that, instead of freedom, we will have group rights and group privileges.

This leads to the development of “positioning”—a hierarchy of groups who have assigned degrees of power—in hopes that the notion of the individual will disappear. The individual will be placed in a context, will be given what he “deserves,” will occupy a place in life that is suitable for the benefit of overall society.

Adam Weishaupt, the founder of the Illuminati, stated: “It was the full conviction of this, and what could be done, if every man were placed in the office for which he was fitted by nature and a proper education, which first suggested to me the plan of Illumination.”

Earlier, in 1755, a Frenchman known only as Morelly (possibly a pseudonym), wrote a treatise called Code of Nature. In it, he spells out what “fitting into society” means for those who oppose individual freedom:

I. Nothing in society will belong to anyone, either as a personal possession or as capital goods, except the things for which the person has immediate use, for either his needs, his pleasures, or his daily work.

II. Every citizen will be a public man, sustained by, supported by, and occupied at the public expense.

III. Every citizen will make his particular contribution to the activities of the community according to his capacity, his talent and his age; it is on this basis that his duties will be determined, in conformity with the distributive laws.

Today, we are moving in this direction. A pseudo “share-and-care” philosophy, that claims to be the ultimate in humane concern, wants to “distribute” individuals within the fabric of society, in order to achieve “a better world for all.”

These days, instead of brusquely elevating society beyond the scope of the individual, the agenda works by tapping into empathic and sympathetic emotions—using others’ suffering as the tool by which people can be turned to “help everyone.” But what slips under the radar of this program is the institutionalizing of aid out along broad political and economic platforms that change the nature of society in its official functions.

Society, in other words, in the person (or non-person) of government, takes in order to give. Takes more to give more. A great leveling, which in essence ranks the free individual at the bottom of the ladder.

Nothing appears to be lost in this effort, if people have already forgotten what the free individual means and is.
