New York Times: JUDGE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED HOLDING CHAUVIN TRIAL ON THE MOON.

Washington Post: JURORS HAD TO BE TRANQUILIZED TO CONVINCE THEM TO SERVE.

NY Post: ‘DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT PUTTING THIS SHIT ON US,’ SAYS CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT.

New York Times Pulitzer-Prize-winning journalist, Maxwell Marmaduke Hoglicker IV, interviewed the Judge after his groundbreaking ruling in the Chauvin case:

Judge, why did you suddenly cancel the trial after its eighth day, dismiss the jury, and declare Derek Chauvin guilty of murdering George Floyd?

Well, Max, it was obvious to me there were overriding concerns about public safety. You know—burning cities, for example.

The legal community has hailed your ruling a breakthrough precedent.

I’m sure it is.

Were you personally threatened at any point, sir?

No, except for the letter the Minneapolis City Council sent me.

What did the letter state?

The title of the two-page message was: TRIAL? WE DON’T NEED NO STINKIN’ TRIAL.

I see. Talk to us about the safety concerns.

Well, Max, I weighed a preemptory verdict of guilty against the possibility of not-guilty, plus the destruction of several hundred US cities. And in the process, I realized I had new standard of jurisprudence in my hands.

What is that new standard?

Public safety takes precedence over actual evidence. That’s the sparkling distillation of 5000 years of the law.

Remarkable in its simplicity.

Let me give you an analogy from a different venue. It’s possible we have half a million adverse reactions to the COVID vaccine already. But we must continue to give the shot.

Because?

The idea of vaccination makes the public feel safe. It convinces them the government is in charge and everything is all right.

When you dismissed the jury yesterday, as a witness was detailing the crucial role George Floyd’s ingestion of a highly dangerous opioid could have played in his death…

I envisioned Minneapolis going up in flames. I believe that vision was sent to me by a Higher Power. A few hours later, I spoke with my pastor, who is in prison, and he confirmed he had the same vision.

So that was verification.

Yes, Max. And I want to say this. Going forward, I believe many, many cases will be decided on this new principle of public safety. In other words, if the threat of violence is sufficiently high, and the threat comes from inviolable groups, a judge will make a decisive and immediate ruling.

What is an inviolable group, Judge?

That would be an organization whose overall stance on matters of justice cannot be challenged. If that group threatens violence, a judge must act. In accordance with the group.

Did jury members speak to you after you dismissed them?

Yes. Several of them expressed relief. That was heartening to me. One juror claimed I was short-circuiting the evidentiary process.

What was your reply?

I had him arrested.

On what charge?

Malicious interference with a court proceeding. It’s a serious felony. The Department of Justice is investigating.

What about Derek Chauvin’s attorney? Did he have anything to say?

I imposed a gag order on him. I will tell you we had a private conversation in my chamber.

Can you reveal—

I told him he had laid on a spirited defense of his client—just as I would expect of any lawyer, because every citizen of this country has the right to legal representation. That is the core of our judicial system.

What about colleagues of yours? Are you hearing from other judges?

My phone is blowing up, Max. Judges have been waiting for a moment like this. Hopefully, what I did will free them up to take a wider role in criminal cases.

Judge, before you made that momentous decision to pronounce Derek Chauvin guilty, did you seek advice from a respected mentor? A close friend?

I spoke with a US Supreme Court Justice. I won’t reveal his/her identity, but after considerable back-and-forth, John said, “Listen, if you do anything to put this shit on us, so we have to consider an appeal for any reason under the sun, your whole career…you’ll be passing up an opportunity to declare Chauvin guilty out of the blue and make new case law and free this nation from the burden of having to go up against threats of violence and actual violence.”

Did that piece of advice tip the scales for you?

It certainly helped. To know I had support from the highest level of our judiciary…it was a relief.

A CNN poll, just released, gives you a 97% favorable rating among Americans from all walks of life.

I’m glad to hear that, Max. I did receive a complimentary text from Bill Gates.

Really? Mr. Gates?

Yes. He said my decision could reduce vaccine hesitancy.

What about the President? Anything from him?

A member of the Committee to Appoint Kamala Harris President expressed delight that I had “cut off violence at the pass.”

When is Derek Chauvin’s sentencing?

Sometime next year. We want to let things settle down first.

Can you offer us any hints?

I’ll be watching polls and news reports. I have to gauge the mood of the country.

Life without parole?

It’s one possibility. Or death. Or eternal damnation in a burning lake filled with crocodiles on meth. The Department of Justice and FEMA are preparing an island prison for domestic terrorists. So there’s that.

What about BLM and Antifa?

Since the major threats of violence were coming from them, I may hold a few meetings and solicit their advice on sentencing. I believe George Soros provides funding for those groups. He’s a man whose opinion I respect.

Is it possible your groundbreaking decision in the Chauvin case could be folded into the New Normal?

Well, Max, I think that’s the whole idea. The Great Reset certainly has to take the court system into account. After all, that’s the last stop along the line for public morality. Courts and trials. That’s where we test our principles. It’s where the rubber meets the road. How we define justice in practice.

Today, sir, many Americans have a warm feeling in their hearts for you.

Eternal threats of violence are the price we pay for a New Civilization based on control.

Who is doing the controlling?

I’m late for an appointment. Ask Klaus Schwab. And no, he doesn’t keep an old Gestapo uniform in his closet. That’s a mere rumor.

Thought to mention, is odd more people didn’t notice the timing of this supposed chauvin thing last year, same time as masks dictates.
Same time as gov/states and media were dictating masks, and corproration stores doing the same, this thing came along, and those who jabber to spread memes etc, put ‘i can’t breathe’ slogan onto it, same time masks were being dictated.

In other words it seems more vile and clever than it seems coincidence, something so isolating and identity stripping was/is being dictated, and the same time the very thing everyone should have been saying – I can’t breathe, in resistance to dictators, was ‘taken’ and used as slogan to only apply to black people and supposed chauvin thing. Seems too convenient imo.

I can’t breathe if I wear a mask. Any mask.

    • Margery Riviers says:

More people may in fact have noticed the temporal link per the first comment. Speech, however, has become the IED of American culture, and language the blunt instrument of the federation, such as it is. And it is unrecognizable.

    • Jim S Smith says:

That’s a very good approximation of it!

I was thinking somewhat similarly, as the “media” seem to be so well-versed in “gas-lighting” on various issues, as well as co-opting various movements and slogans/chants – to the detriment of the original intended message.

  2. David Bolton says:

Absolutely brilliant! Have you considered doing an audio version of this? I’ve done acting: it would be a delight to play the “judge”…

  3. ReluctantWarrior says:

No doubt that if office Chauvin were given a truly fair and impartial trial he would probably be acquitted. It is my view that no jury on earth would acquit him unless of course it was in the more enlightened states of say Texas or Florida. I believe that violence will erupt either way. Even if he were found guilty and executed on the spot the BLMers and Antifa folks would riot because it supports their narrative about ‘systemic racism.’ They seek to encourage anarchy and any excuse is a good one.

    • JJ says:

“They seek to encourage anarchy”…. What? They seek to encourage precisely the opposite to anarchy – a state controlled totalitarian, fascist regime. The Big government, high taxes, equality of outcome etc. The antithesis to what anarchy sta ds for: minimum government and maximum personal freedoms. These scum fights for Total government control and zero personal freedoms.

    • BoogeymanSlayer says:

I live in Texas, in a “sanctuary city”, and the people all around this area proudly display their sniveling approval-seeking devices, BLM signs. They also demand mask compliance from everyone and most melt down at the first sign of a mentally healthy adult who appears sans mask. They vow to boycott any business that doesn’t enforce mask wearing, even though no law ANYWHERE in this country requires them in public. Can’t fix stupid.

Reading this article is a little like a LSD trip. So I’ve heard.

For the uninitiated, & because of the storyline portrayed by The Powers That Rule, many “believe” that LSD causes hallucinations. At terribly high doses, I reckon that may be the case.

However, there is also the thought & more importantly, the experience that LSD somehow uncovers The Truth of things. Or, at least, provides a differing viewpoint, which tends to be striking in its clarity & deep in its reach.

People fear disorganization under its influence. However again, it JUST MIGHT be peeling back layers of subterfuge, imposed on the surface of things.

    One needn’t LSD to See.

One might also think that the breadth of this article’s premise is too-far-in-the-future.

    I’m not so sure.

We ought to peek around the corner, to be sure.

George Floyd killed himself when he put an overdose of dope in his body and went to a store that believed he was passing counterfeit bills.

Another instance of a possible “conviction by the court of public opinion” is in store here.

Though this article is posted as a “prose” more so than an actual news article, the disturbing trend in today’s politics and politicized “trials” has a history – that keeps repeating itself too!

  9. Lewis Papier says:

Another brilliant blog by Jon. It points out the complete breakdown of the rule of law in this country. In essence the government has granted a monopoly on health treatment to a cabal of doctors. Never have they been vetted and called upon to justify their draconian policies. Like Jon points out, no evidence is necessary. It’s all faith-based as the majority of people simply “trust” the experts. But don’t think the cabal hasn’t worked out their “talking points.” Their package is a slick one and the layman will not be able to penetrate it. Our only recourse at this point seems to be through the courts–but who knows how many judges are brainwashed too? We live in very sad times!

  10. Eluard says:

“I spoke with a US Supreme Court Justice. I won’t reveal his/her identity, but after considerable back-and-forth, John said…”

I just spat up my Ovaltine. Thanks for keeping it funny, Jon. Humor, as the matrix frays at all its edges, is supremely important. It kicks our butts gently down the road. Did Roberts give the Judge a cookie upon parting (a-la Rickles?)

  11. Roundball Shaman says:

“If Derek Chauvin acquitted, ‘all hell will break loose’”

This “Due Process” and “Fair Trial” stuff has become so messy and time-consuming. Looks like we need to just graduate fully into Trials By Public Opinion.

But we can further streamline the process from there. Who sets “public opinion”? Why, it’s the CNNs of the World and other Bought-And-Paid-For-Media-Sluts who tell We The People what to believe and we just mindlessly go along with their faux divine proclamations. So just cut out the middle-persons, We the People. Go straight to asking CNN how any trial should be adjudicated and let their script writers give us their quick verdicts. After, of course, they’ve gotten the word from their true bosses. And ultimately, ours.

Send the judges home. Send the jurors home. Send the lawyers home. Close the courtrooms and court houses. Turn them all into shelters for the invading hordes coming through the Southern border.

Let We the People just mindlessly spend all day looking at the little magic box in our hands while they wait patiently for the next Stimulus Payoff and our daily instructions from the Media Harlots on what we are supposed to think and believe for the day. And don’t worry about the judges and jurors and lawyers and everyone else. Their checks are on the way, too…

  13. Michael Burns says:

    The ‘NEW’ BLM

We at BLM would like to response to this post…

The ‘NEW’ BLM, a movement with three entities, BLM Global Network Foundation, BLM PAC, and our exciting and fast-growing BLM Grass roots…BTW BLM and its subsidiaries are a registered trademark and cannot be used under strict guidance of the law, and without written permission from our governing counsel.

Were not happy fucking campers, we think this is an atrocity we were expecting the traction of a long, long court battle where the racism of the system could be exposed in every-single-detail, of the white cracker authority of this country that has been institutionalizing racism in the system of the courts for decades. And the righteous court battle between the good and the bad would have exposed that corruption, but as this article shows the power of that corruption in nay saying a final and legal result in a passing thought.

Pushing off, brushing to the side a righteous event of history of the black slave American.

In our 2020 Impact report, we came to a conclusion that racial consciousness is not an instant thing, we were moved to re-imagine a NEW Black America where Black Lives Matter. And not through some patch work of distillate fixes. No! We understand the nature of education and that true racial consciousness will take as long as it has taken to become a racism cracker society.

We at BLM are looking for the long shot. The big pay-out. What is rightfully ours.

So, the shortening of the righteous trial of the cracker assed white war pig cop who shot down one our brother in cold blood. Well knelt on his neck.

But it is not the matter of the way of his death as much as it is the end result, another-wasted-black man. And Black Lives Matter!!!

In July we took a bit of time off to contemplate the opportunity of the deluge and great surge of interest and the recognition by our friends and allies in the east.
With well over twenty chapters world-wide we were deluged with response, and above and beyond the very generous donations from the many holding companies globally, and special interest groups, we decided to parry our interests both locally and on a global base without losing the dire connection to youth and the tremendous potential of that grass roots programs.

With 750,00 FACEBOOK followers, an astounding 1 million Twitter followers and a staggering 4.3 million Instagram followers we were moved to explore the awesome potential of this moment.

Our interest has sparked to inspire us to greater heights — we are looking to schools and churches and installing school scholarships to establish young black global leaders and regional leaders, and the future of our organization. We are looking to establishing a charity and are looking to boys and girls’ clubs and the de-racism of these institutions; our support of the arts in general and its inclusion of the black African -American ideal; ad campaigns, with some fascinating and truth bearing advertising info about the blatant racism in the clothing manufacturing and cosmetics industries, we are ahead of the curve to expose the racism in advertising industry.

And finally the power of this particular case to create a political party bound on truth and exposure of the sins of racism.

So, we at BLM would like reinstatement of the jury of his peers, forthright, for the white racist pig cop and the return to an extensive and highlighted, and fully advertised and televised, and internet ready court case.

We have had some interesting propositions by interested parties to fund such a historic endeavor, an evolution of human consciousness.

And of course, preferably in the prime-time slots on the appropriate media — as this is vital to a nation striving for Black Lives Mattering.

Be advised and govern yourself well.

      A Prayer for Humanity

      LORD, I saw you
      In love’s first smile,
      And in the stars
      That winked at me
      From above,
      Bathing me
      In the healing tears of
      Your forever light,
      And I began to wonder
      About this life
      Where our draught of love
      Turns bittersweet,
      Let me offer this day
      A prayer for humanity
      And for our dear
      Mother, whose
      Fecund womb
      Bore the burden
      Of all creation,
      Who Intoxicates me
      With her glorious spark
      Of mystical wonder,
      Who nourishes us
      With the fragrance of
      Sweet blossoms
      In the wind,
      Who shares with us
      Her chrysalis dreams
      Inspiring my soul
      With butterfly wings
      And dewy rose petals,
      For as the darkness
      Is dispelled by the sun
      I know at long last
      That you are both one,
      And in your dreams
      I have discovered
      The passion
      Of My being
      Kissing the
      Poetry of the moment,
      Let us share
      Your infinite creative love
      With others,
      For we are your joyful
      Co-directors
      Of this carbon phantasm
      Tomb of our passions,
      Tho we may be
      Crucified on the cross
      Where time meets space
      We can see your love
      Reflected in each
      Other’s face,
      Let us learn
      To bring peace
      To broken hearts,
      To heal
      Our mortal incision,
      Sealing it
      With the blood
      Of Eternal love
      Suffering in time,
      To cleanse our vision,
      To follow freedom’s road
To feel the joy of the journey
      In each sweet breath
      To see a life
      Beyond our torment
      To feel
      With our heart’s delight
      Eternity in a moment
      And
      As the world turns dark
      Let the human race
      Join souls
      To advance
      The cause of mankind
      To lift us above
      This whirlpool of fleshy brine,
      Where we aspire to
      A much greater destiny,
      For beyond
      This beautiful horizon
      Etched with Ridges Blue
      Lie the seven veils
      Of nothingness
      That separate me and you,
So let us sing our songs of love
      And together
      Our hearts mend
And as there is nothing new
      under the sun,
      Tho touched by
      Your terrible beauty,
      At long last, we realize
      That we are one!

It was a staged event. You would think someone in law enforcement or military or the legal profession would step up and speak out. But they don’t want to lose their salaries or their jobs, or their pensions. Yet they are going to lose it anyways.

I’ve been pretty sure this was a fake event for a long while. First, we have someone on the ground who really doesn’t look much like the “Floyd” we see in other pictures… seems possibly too large (the arms), and maybe darker… complexioned. I don’t always trust a certain Canadian, mm, MaKow, but his website had a picture of Ben Bailey, the host of an ol’ t.v. show, CashCab, right beside that of the “Derek Chauvin” glaring up in the still capture, and I’ll be damned if it’s not the same guy, I saw this instantly.
(Almost as obvious, with one guy, this being Ben Bailey, having the longer face, e.g. the 2 Paul McCartney’s.)
I would, however, acknowledge at least some possibility of the sad bastard on the ground having been killed, as he may have been an only, y’know, partial volunteer. In a Masonic game.

  18. JJ says:
