An economic pattern anyone can grasp

This is a companion piece to my article running right now at substack. I suggest you read both.

Here we go:

You take a rundown city neighborhood; high crime rate, poverty, buildings boarded up, rats, roaches, broken streetlights; and you buy up the whole area at a bargain basement price.

You tear down everything and you put up new buildings and you clear out all the residents—and you bring in new renters and owners. Now you’ve got nice apartments and cafes and art galleries and bike paths.

This is called gentrification.

Then you enact bullshit claims about a pandemic, you lock that neighborhood down, businesses close, many renters and owners go broke and move away. Decay sets in. The crime rate rises. Illegal immigrants are bused in and placed in empty buildings.

THEN you do exactly what you did the first time. You buy up the whole distressed neighborhood at rock-bottom prices AGAIN, and you rebuild.

It’s profitable economics as it’s practiced these days.

I’ll present you with a good example. NEW YORK CITY. Pretty much all of it.

Go out on the streets of New York and document all the changes. Hopefully, you’ll make a deal for a 10-page photo-spread in Vogue Magazine.

You’ll need a big glossy media outlet to give you lots of space every year for an annual update. The up and the down and up of the Lower East Side, the Upper West Side, Soho, the Village, etc.

Pump, dump, and pump again.

On and on.

Just like the stock market.

—Actually, this whole method of economics is based on the notion that you’re never going to find major paradigm-changing breakthroughs. You have to keep cycling through the tearing down and building up, because nothing new is really on the horizon.

And by new, I mean, for instance, a new source of energy. Such an abundant supply that it changes the game forever.

Which brings us to this question: has such a source already been discovered, and is it being hidden?

Is it in one or more of the several thousand patent applications which the US Patent Office has sequestered in limbo?

If so, and if such technology is real and valid, what economic model would best support it—assuming you could bring it to market.

Yes, bringing it to market is the rub. But I believe there are ways to accomplish it.

I hope to have more on these issues in the near future.

One thing I’ll say for now. The idea of abundant energy for everybody for free is misguided. There is no free lunch. Think, for example, of all the streets and roads and highways in America. People tend to take them for granted. Some people claim they’re there for everybody’s use—at no charge. Those people have never heard of taxes.

Stay tuned—and go to my substack page and read about JFK’s vision of abundant energy.

Interesting documents and patents on this website regarding energy.

It would seem that limited energy is another construct of tptb. The intention behind such suppression? The usual suspects spring to mind, power, money, control, sense of entitlement? Anyone who has awakened kundalini will know the dangers and the potential. All opposites are complimentary as they are inseparable within the perpetual flux of energy. The freer it flows the brighter it glows.

    “This is called gentrification.”

    “I name this GENTRIFICATION 2.”

All this is just a Planet-wide sized Monopoly Game with real life people and buildings and lives and futures being coldly and calculatingly moved around by Dark Hidden Hands like game pieces for Their sole fun and profit. Treating people as things to be used for personal gain and having no other value whatsoever. In other words, dehumanizing people and treating them as being worthless except as a source of revenue and abuse.

    I name this BULL…SNOT.

“Actually, this whole method of economics is based on the notion that you’re never going to find major paradigm-changing breakthroughs. You have to keep cycling through the tearing down and building up, because nothing new is really on the horizon.”

They want people to think there is nothing new on the horizon. Keep people’s hopes and expectations and aspirations down. Keep sapping their spirit and drive. Make them question and ignore their inner passion and creativity. Keep them easily discouraged and controllable. The Hidden Hand has all kinds of things behind the curtain. All for… Them.

“… a new source of energy… has such a source already been discovered, and is it being hidden? If so, and if such technology is real and valid, what economic model would best support it—assuming you could bring it to market.”

There is one and only one economic model for Planet Earth: THE RIGHT PEOPLE HAVE TO MAKE ALL THE MONEY. Always and forever.

And who are the Right People? The Insiders. The manipulators. The connected. Anybody but a member of We the People.

Great sources of energy will be released when ‘They’ have exhausted all of the current old energy systems and then They are ready to unleash the latest version of public fleecing.

And We the People will be mesmerized by the new wonders we will see and we won’t even notice that for generations we’ve been totally screwed.

    My Myth

    What is my myth
    That guides my very soul
Through the maelstrom of this life
    To reach its final goal
    Where am I headed?
Battered by the winds of fate
    Where to next?
Must I go through hell’s primrose gate?
And staggering out of the corner bar
I feel the warmth of another sunrise
After a few last rounds of liquid courage
Where I crooned my song wrung blue
To the lusty little barmaids of doom
Before riding down the River Styx
Where I hailed the demons as I passed
Thanking them for giving me a taste of life
Where I have kissed the dark forces
That dance with the shafts of light,
    To awaken in the dream
And flee the nightmare of history
To savor the esters of creation
    That scent today’s unique
    Rendition of the eternal mystery
And like some modern day Parzifal
I must travel to the wasteland
    Where spring arrives no more
    And courtiers languish obediently
    Locked behind convention’s doors
    And what miracles
A grain of compassion can work
    To restore a barren land
    Bringing it back to life
    Resurrecting the race of Man
To touch the wounds of kings
    Creating new worlds
Where with the angels the devil sings,
    For through the enchanted forest
    We must find our way,
    To discover its treasures
That bless each and every day
To live our silent hero journey
Without adulation from the stars above,
    To joyfully pass through
    The thicket of love’s roses
    Brushing her bloody thorns
Whose droplets leaven the bread of wisdom
    Beneath our very feet
And as the forest gives up her secrets
We fall gratefully on our swords
Weary warriors cut to the bone
As we kiss our ladies fair
    Happy to be home.

Interesting Jon, Catherine Austin Fitts pointed out that the BLM protests (RIOTS) destroyed a lot of infrastructure in “economic opportunity zones” whereby Corporations will be able to swoop in and buy up real estate for pennies on the dollar.

I live in the Yukon Territory of northern Canada – we share a western border with Alaska’s eastern border. I have two neighbours who have been doing micro hydro for 30 + years. They live a few miles more remote than we are and while we decided to go with conventional electrification in the early 80’s – they went with a government granted alternative project. Their stream had enough volume and enough drop plus it ran all year round. With a small holding pond on top it has been most successful. There has been the odd glitch – a day or so at times without power, but that is it. I don’t believe batteries are involved or if there is it is one to work the generator to regular electric change. I have been envious for all this time – the cost was the same as what we paid for an electric bill each month since – and though we had the creek, we had neither the volume nor the drop!

One of the fellows did a similar project for the Canadian Customs enclave – Fraser – between the Yukon/BC/Skagway Alaska border (on the Canadian side). Also most effective and I am sure it is within the internet somewhere.

I have always wondered why the ocean had never been involved in making power – I worked 16 summers up on a mountain looking for wildfire and was about a 1/4 mile from 2 wind generators that were broken down more than they ran and when they ran you could hardly hear yourself think if walking nearby. And of course, they killed birds. Actually, 8 yrs before I left the mtn to retire they had brought poles/power up the mountain to help these generators run! Thus taking power from the grid rather than putting it in. Now our government is putting up 6 more – in the same place – larger, but not higher, where they would be more effective – I am a quilter at heart and even I can see that from miles away. This world has become an odd place and makes little sense anymore – unless of course, someone can make a load of money. I am thankful for where we live – out of the path of whatever is to happen in the next year. We have lived without power and running water, are prepared for that again and have been putting food away like there is no tomorrow that we will recognize. I am enjoying your information. Thank you much! Dawn B

Ps- If you are inclined – go to – they have done 2 movies – both of them good, but on the 2nd Thrive 2 there is a young man in Africa – making power for 300 homes from the radio waves in the air. Very interesting – his sponsor died in a car crash last year – they say noting to do with this amazing project. He has been beaten, kidnapped, poisoned and still he persists. They do know about the alternatives… they just aren’t interested [in] them coming out!

I think that you could refute this article. The author is offering a huge cash reward to anyone who can effectively refute the existence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Note from Jon Rappoport: ” In my latest podcast, I take up the current proposal for a debate about the existence of the ‘COVID virus,’ and show how one side of that debate has a massive misconception about real science. To learn more, click here:

I thought of you right away. Because the other side of the debate does have a massive misconception of what constitutes real science it is doubtful that they would even acknowledge a clearly winning argument against them.

  8. Richard says:

Our current economic system is based upon growth. If a town has 100 homes and 100 families and no one new wanting to move there building another house there would have no buyer. Our system of new homes being built mainly needs a growing population. If the population declines then new homes would not be necessary. I believe this is one reason for allowing illegal immigration. A better system might be to have homes of a certain age or condition to be torn down and replaced.

  9. Doug says:

Catherine Fitts and Patrick Wood have been discussing rezoning metropolitan inter city areas as opportunity zones Since circa 2019…. everything is a scam to impoverish people into slavery and yheir demise

  10. Larry C says:

I’ve long suspected that The Powers That Be, have a keen eye trained on all patents pending looking for brilliant inventions that might make a staggering leap in energy and other technologies to better our world. When a possible candidate comes across the screen, it is taken offline, under the rubric of National Security (please bow, scrape and bless yourself)… and developed by the deep state for their personal use…
