How many of these patents, if granted, would be game changers for planet Earth? Who knows?

Buckle up. Here we go.

From FAS (Federation of American Scientists), Secrecy News, Oct. 21, 2010, “Invention Secrecy Still Going Strong,” by Steven Aftergood:

“There were 5,135 inventions that were under secrecy orders at the end of Fiscal Year 2010, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office told Secrecy News last week. It’s a 1% rise over the year before, and the highest total in more than a decade.”

“Under the Invention Secrecy Act of 1951, patent applications on new inventions can be subject to secrecy orders restricting their publication if government agencies believe that disclosure would be ‘detrimental to the national security’.”

“The current list of technology areas that is used to screen patent applications for possible restriction under the Invention Secrecy Act is not publicly available and has been denied under the Freedom of Information Act. (An appeal is pending.)…”

“Most of the listed technology areas are closely related to military applications. But some of them range more widely.”

“Thus, the 1971 list indicates that patents for solar photovoltaic generators were subject to review and possible restriction IF THE PHOTOVOLTAICS WERE MORE THAN 20% EFFICIENT. Energy conversion systems were likewise subject to review and possible restriction IF THEY OFFERED CONVERSION EFFICIENCIES ‘IN EXCESS OF 70-80%’.” (Emphasis is mine.)

“One may fairly ask if disclosure of such technologies could really have been ‘detrimental to the national security,’ or whether the opposite would be closer to the truth. One may further ask what comparable advances in technology may be subject to restriction and non-disclosure today. But no answers are forthcoming, and the invention secrecy system persists with no discernible external review.”

If you’re one of those people who maintains that advanced technology is being held away from the public, here is an overall smoking gun that validates your stance.

And you can see that breakthrough energy tech, which would radically lessen the need for oil, would be on the secrecy-do-not-release list.

What else is on the list? Old Tesla patents, for example?

The US Patent Office is an official chokepoint for the “planned society”—or should we say the “restricted society.”

But this is not to say advanced technology is always shelved or scuttled. The patent applications, in suspended animation at the US Patent Office, can be quietly disclosed, for example, to government researchers engaged in black-budget projects, where the data and the research are turned to “other uses.”

Innovative inventors, who can revolutionize society for the good, incur risks if they submit their patent applications to the State. Getting trapped in limbo, while outright theft of their research occurs, is one of those risks.

On the other hand, if a giant corporation has an invention that deploys the genetic engineering of food crops, and adds millions of tons of toxic pesticides to the environment, its patent application sails through review at the Patent Office.

    It is worse than that. The kind of system we have KILLS innovation. We have socialism for the wealthy transnational corporations that get funded by tax payers and pervert the entire system, putting their lobbyists into administrations to decide what will be allowed.

    Regulatory agencies were set up by the wealthy corporations and the 1% specifically because they gave the illusion that the government was actually working for the people, and corporations could use federal positions to maintain their corporate advantage.
    (most of CIA and NSA works for wall street interests, they don’t give a damn if Americans get killed, only if something hurts their big corporate interests profits)

    And worse than that, large corporations will hound and persecute inventors (especially if the invention threatens corporate strangleholds (oil is a big one), or attempt to steal their inventions outright; if those inventors won’t sell their patents to the corporation…Many of transnational corporations have their own spies and assassins and have been known to kill off inventors. Mostly they just steal though.

    No surprise to me that there is a bottleneck, the system works for the benefit of the largest corporations

    Imagine we have a long transmission line hooked to a generator and we are swinging this generator around in a large circle, a circle so large that the generator approaches a circular velocity at half the speed of light. Time dilation would occur on the moving component. This would also imply that if we could send energy (as electrical amperage) between the time frames, since wattage is expressed as joules of energy per second: and each second is not identical to each other: that more energy would come out from the expanded side then that which came from the constricted time side. We would literally be converting time into energy. But because the moving and non moving parts could not be connected together to exchange energy we need something called “localized relativistic effects” to accomplish this, and science does not accept this as being possible. Now with three phase electricity we can measure how far apart in time each phase is; and when all three measurements are added together they should add up to 360 degrees, simply because there are 360 degrees of time in the time circle.
    I have forwarded this info to numerous universities to their facebook physics pages as a comment; all to no avail; as if the readers think it is some kind of prank or something. One would think that an advancement of this nature would be universally heralded. It is the result of a lifetime of work in researching what we call source frequency resonant air core transformers . The 666 machine was so named because it uses a 3 phase electrical source to establish SIX predominantly magnetic compression’s between a center element and the phases above and below that center element; which then creates SIX magnetic expansions on the exterior magnetic poles; all created from a manipulation of 3 phase to create a SIX phase effect from a 1/6th cycle interference pattern. Ask yourself the question; “How many times does the minute hand cross the hour hand in 24 hours?” If you replied 24 you have discounted the fact that during the time period of 24 hours where the minute hand made 24 rotations; the hour hand also made 2 rotations in the same direction; so we must also consider the RELATIVITY between those two rotations to derive the correct answer. In fact this clock analogy is quite apt to describe the actions of the 666 machine. The 1/6th cycle interference pattern creates an EXTRA magnetic field that rotates faster then what the line sources of voltages would create. In three phase there are three sources of voltages divided three ways in a 360 degree time circle so that each signal is 120 degrees apart in time. We can measure how far apart in time each signal is; but when we measure this standard with the 666 machine poles we find a paradox that LESS time is between each signal then should be. By every definition we have created a “localized” time distortion. Again we refer to the clock problem as an example of why this can occur.
    In the invention of the 666 machine I was able to make the magnetic fields circle themselves one extra time for every 24 times the line voltage cycled itself. This process “pushed” the magnetic fields into space by employing nine elements attached to three phases separated in time by creating six interior magnetic compressions 1/6 cycle out of phase, further creating 6 magnetic expansions on the poles. What is involved in the 666 machine is “splitting” cyclic 3 phase magnetic fields placed in mutual induction and resonated so the one part rotates faster in time then the part it proceeds from. It returns and hits the point of its origin after 24 cycles. There are 23 cycles of self interaction after the original “splitting of magnetic fields”
    In a ordinary “non- twisted” 3 phase magnetic system, because the north and south poles of each phase come out identically in time, no “splitting of magnetic fields” in time occur. And each of three separations in time as measured from an adjacent plane of 3 phase secondaries will measure 360 degrees of that separation in time. Now however with the introduction of torsional effects, only 345 degrees of separation in time will be recorded on such a plane, and this is due to the one part rotating faster in time from the part it proceeded from exactly according to theory.

      Electromagnetism is the torsion of spacetime, and gravitation is the curvature of spacetime. Since torsion can be viewed as spin, one concludes that spacetime has both curvature and spin. The spinning/torsion of spacetime was neglected in Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, and that kept him from developing his unified field theory.

      I don’t know of anything that could stand being rotated at half c without flying apart way before that is reached.

      Of course there is the little known theory that time has 3 dimensions (Present, Direction and Density, or Erternity that work within the 3 dimensions of space (Length, Width and Depth) or Infinity, However this is Alien to earth physics.

    The disheartening truth is that if you have a patent that is suppressed, you have to give up your dreams of fortune and release it on the web. IOW give it away to the garage / basement tinkerers who might make it a reality. Today you can find some of these online free or at a nominal cost. Freedom from the system controllers will NOT be given BUT it can be TAKEN.Like so many things on this prison planet the patent office has become a trap, insuring the monopoly of power to our overlords

    Governments from time immemorial have been the gatekeepers for the large multi-nationals looking after their vested interests. For an example, a friend of mine who is still living was a prime adviser to BP plastics for many years and where he saw inventors come and go with their creative inventions.

    He told me that there were gatekeepers there who were just there to make sure that if anything appeared that would affect their bottom-line, they would snap it up. This was not to use the invention, but just to shelve it so the day-to-day process of making money out of the present products went on for as long as they could. But where this is a process that all the big corporations use of course and where they are not one bit interested in humanity or making the world a better place, but just making vast loads of lovely lolly all the time.

    Indeed the worst person for an inventor to see within these mega-corporations is the R&D director, as he or she has very high personal vested-interests to see that independent inventions that can affect his position through being seen as obsolete entity within the organization never see the light of day in the markets.

    Government departments in the UK and Whitehall are all in on the act and subdue and suppress inventions that would make the world a better place, but because they are hand in glove with big business behind closed doors, they act as gatekeepers indefinitely for major external interests. For all major corporations feed our universities with vast inputs of money in the guise of doing research and not to find solutions in reality, as that could upset the apple cart, but to simply control the market continually by not allowing new entrants to emerge onto the markets. That way big business keeps control and why the world’s advance is controlled not by the people, but by big business interests and it runs at their pace and their pace alone.

    what some innovative inventor needs to do, specially if they have some alternate energy invention or similar world changing invention – is to GIVE IT AWAY FREE to the world, put all the plans all over the net for anyone to build

      Tesla was probably the greatest inventor in thousands or years and his inventions were squelched because he wanted to benefit mankind, not enslave us with things like montly electricity bills.

    I’ve warned people for years about this danger. If you have something that you believe the world needs, distribute it to the world for free. The patent office is just a protection racket that works this way: “bring us all of your ideas, if there are any that we want we’ll take them or suppress them, but we’ll protect your investment for those that we don’t have an interest in”. So if you have a great new skateboard wheel idea, go get a patent; but if you discovered ‘free energy’, a ‘cure for Cancer’ or something similar, give it away. And in order to give it away you’ll have to break many other laws. The internet is censored heavily so it can’t be your first line of distribution. Mail (physical mail) out the blueprints to foreign individuals that you know are capable of furthering your work. You’ll also have to have a team of people willing to go to embassies (including North Korea, Iran, etc) at the same time and hand them the blueprints too. This is the only way that your world-changing technology will ever see the light of day. You won’t get the credit, but your discovery might just eventually be brought to light.

    It is because most people either are not aware of or do not believe in COMMON LAW.

    The Patent office is Statutory NOT Common Law, thus if one is to truly protect ones invention, issue those SAME documents, CERTIFIED by at least one NOTARY to at least one TRUSTED Lawyer, firstly and then as many in the MEDIA, as a PUBLIC NOTICE, including some Alternative Media by REGISTERED MAIL and preferably World -Wide

    Hand Delivered would be preferential, to the most reputable Media and on Bulletin Boards in Public places.

    Your TRUSTED,HONEST, Solicitor may have ADDITIONAL ideas

    THAT process is COMMON LAW.

    That should “do the trick” !!!

      The Patent Office has been around since the 1790s. Prior to 1871 and/or the civil war, where some inventors choosing the “common law” approach over the “Patent Office” approach?

      The USPTO mission is to “maintain a permanent, interdisciplinary historical record of all U.S. patent applications in order to fulfill objectives outlined in the United States Constitution”. The legal basis for the United States patent system is Article 1, Section 8, wherein the powers of Congress are defined. It states, in part: “The Congress shall have Power…To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries”.

      On July 31, 1790, the first U.S. patent was issued to Samuel Hopkins for an improvement “in the making of Pot ash and Pearl ash by a new Apparatus and Process”. This patent was signed by then President George Washington.

      Yes there are pretty close to zero intellectual property rights for individuals, corporations on the other hand have all the rights, and a huge amount of money to wear the inventor down in court…many inventors past and present die penniless and homeless because corporate has not only stolen their idea, but persecuted the inventor into an early grave.

      Most mega-corporations are gifted at stealing.
      Back when science was bankrolled by government instead of corporate; scientists and inventors would invent experiment and perfect their wares “For the greater good” on THE TAXPAYER’S DIME.

      Unfortunately these ideas and products are often HANDED OVER TO A MEGA-CORPORATION BY GOVERNMENT FOR “DEVELOPMENT”..REALLY DEPLOYMENT.

      In other words pharmaceuticals, the internet, microwaves, etc- developed by inventors and scientists funded by taxpayers are turned over for mP[RIVATE PROFET.

    I knew Dr Sam Chachua, an Australian medical doctor who was working in Tijuana, Mexico. He recently was in the news due to Charlie Sheen’s confession of having AIDS. He is the doc who injected himself with an HIV virus claiming he had the wherewithal to prevent his becoming sick with AIDS. He was treating AIDS and cancer patients in Mexico successfully with serums he developed. He gave samples of these serums to Cedar Sinai hospital and U of CA-Berkley on the condition they would publish the results in a major medical journal. I have a copy of the results with cancer being 87% cure rate and similar results with AIDS.
    When both institutions failed to publish results he asked for the serums back, he was faced with several assassination attempts. Poison, stabbings, shootings and finally beating with fiberglass baseball bats to the point of near blindness, an inability to talk or hear. This was the day before he was to testify in a lawsuit he brought against both institutions. He was awarded $10,000,000 but has never been paid. I do not know if he ever applied for patents, however, I do KNOW for a fact, ALL the recent attention to telomeres and aging were the direct results of the serums he developed. He spoke to me about telomeres back in 1997 and his results of stopping aging and preventing viral diseases. I saw with my own eyes the patients who came to him for treatment. My son received treatments for a tragic medical condition. We were never charged due to our circumstances. My son would be a thousand times worse were it not for Dr Chachua’s therapy.
    How many medical discoveries and inventions have been with held because of BIG Pharm’a monopoly over therapies? Look up Royal Rife and read how he found the cause and cure of cancer along with many other diseases of a micro-organism causative factor.

    Modern jet airplanes run on free energy….The turbine spin creates energy. The engine is primed on compressed air. There is barely a drop of fuel in the airplanes they only need enough fuel to start and then it runs the whole plane on over-unity power. How do i know ? an A-380 plane which is a little bigger then a 747, supposedly holds 85,000 gallons of fuel in the wings!!!
    That would be equivalent to about 9 tanker trucks…ha ha ha. Those big ass trucks you see delivering gas to the gas stations, they are 9,000 gallons!!! They reveal the truth of our shitty world. Air lines describe the cost of our flights based largely on the fuel needed, but there is no fuel needed. Free energy is right in front of us.

    No one has mentioned it here, but an alternative to a patent is the International Passport Document, which has been challenged and defended by the SCOTUS. It is of wider scope protection and longer duration than patents. It is analogous to copy right, but different.

    Isn’t it remarkable how little technological breakthroughs, real “gamechanger” types like the lightbulb or AC power have failed to continue to materialize over the last 60 years.

    The only things that have occurred with rapid development and distribution are computers, the internet and cell phones.

    Interesting that these three technologies are all perfect tools for integration of complete surveillance coordination on a global scale.

    It is almost as if other technologies have been intentionally stalled to make way for their ubiquity.
