“What is as yet uncreated in the imagination of The Individual is the most potent force in this or any other universe. And to make things even clearer, the failure to understand that fact constitutes the most potent form of mind control in existence.” (The Magician Awakes, Jon Rappoport)

If an elite news anchor delivered the same “vital information” from a cheap motel room, with one camera, no field reporters, no graphics, no music, and if he wore street clothes instead of an expensive suit, who would believe him? Who would believe his information if they didn’t know who he was?

“I swear, I’m the national CBS news anchor. I swear it. I am.”

“Sure, pal. And I’m Cary Grant, after I’ve had a few drinks.”

Television News.

What does the viewer want?

The viewer wants Story. Beginning, middle, end.

It’s such a deep mind program, few people question it. “Why would I want anything else? That’s what a Story is. Beginning, middle, end. What else is there?”

However, it turns out that television news does not cover events in that fashion. Rarely is a story wrapped up. Rarely are things taken to a conclusion.

Rather, it is the news broadcast itself that is the story. It is the show that has a beginning, middle, and end. Six o’clock to 6:30. Eleven to 11:30.

This is quite an accomplishment. Networks make their own broadcasts the central story.

Viewer: “Well, tonight they covered about 10 different things. When I think about it, they left me hanging on at least eight of those. But I do know the news started at six and it ended at 6:30. That’s good. I got my daily fill.”

Every night: the illusion of beginning, middle, and end.

The role of the anchor is to impart the impression that everything he’s talking about is important. It doesn’t matter whether it is. It doesn’t matter whether a particular story is covered to a conclusion. It doesn’t matter in what order the little stories are presented. It doesn’t matter how many lies are embedded in the broadcast.

It only matters that the anchor can deliver the impression of importance.

Viewer: “I watched the news tonight. It was important.”

An interesting thing happened during the most recent Republican Presidential debate: the candidates turned against the network moderators (“anchors”). The candidates assailed the moderators for asking ridiculous questions. They broke the spell.

This was not supposed to happen.

Or was it?

The overall impression of the debate was chaos, as if the event were nothing more than a cheap argument in a bar.

The cheesy display was promoted by moderator questions. Absurd questions. “Tell us your biggest weakness, in thirty seconds.” That was the first question of the night. Apparently, the moderators were trying to revive encounter groups of the 1970s, or were fronting for Chinese-style self-criticism campaigns.

And then the candidates were asked to discuss problems connected with burgeoning fantasy football betting sites. I’m surprised nothing came up about deflated footballs or who favored the Broncos over the Packers.

It was either a major display of idiocy and incompetence, or an effort by the CNBC people to cast all the Republican candidates in a decidedly unfavorable light.

Something else is happening, as well. With the rise of alt. news sites on the Web, enormous bottom-up pressure is building, and mainstream news is feeling the effects. Their con game isn’t working so well anymore. So they’re grasping at straws, any straws, trying to hold on to their audience. Their financial bottom lines are sinking. They’re decades-long hypnosis program is falling apart.

For example, untold millions of people now know that the upcoming climate summit in Paris is going to be the occasion for forcing global energy cutbacks—but of course the major media aren’t covering this with any vigor. Neither are they covering exactly how Obama intends to eliminate Congress’ role in approving such an international agreement.

The television viewer is expected to sit still for the mind programming of the news. But that egg is showing cracks.

However, the viewer still has a vested interest in fake network news. It allows him to do: nothing. In other words, if he knew how absurd and insane the news really was, he would feel an unbidden urge to take action—and then he would really feel lost.

Why? Because he would see himself as just one person up against the gigantic machine, system, establishment.

What I’ve pointing out in one fashion or another for the last several years is: THIS IS A FALSE CONSTRUCT.

It’s not “one person up against the whole system.”

It’s one person who has yet to deploy his imagination.

What?

That’s right.

This is something to ponder deeply. A human being has no idea what he is capable of as long as he is cut off from his own imagination. And, being cut off from his own (unlimited) imagination is THE DEEPEST FORM OF MIND CONTROL ON THE PLANET.

I repeat: a single human being has no idea what he is capable of, when he is cut off from his own imagination. He has no idea what he is capable of creating.

He will, instead, see himself, like a tiny cipher, arrayed against the power of The State and its allies.

He will not be able to see things any other way.

Thus, he will prefer to accept whatever lies the news dispenses, in order to maintain the fantasy that things are basically all right and under control.

This deplorable situation also applies to many people who have seen through lies and false realities and recognize something about how the planet is being run:

They see themselves as very, very small, when it comes to “confronting the powers-that-be.” They too have not connected with their own imaginations; and they too would disparage any attempt to encourage that connection.

So be it.

exit from the matrix

But there are others who conceive of their own creative power far differently. They may not have embarked on that road, but they sense it is without limits. They want whatever that is.

It turns out there are many such people all over the world.

There are thousands and thousands of ways of outflanking the powers-that-be. They exist, in a form of potentiality, in the imaginations of individuals. There is no list. No one can predict what can be imagined and created.

This is the opportunity.

This is the difference between today and tomorrow.

This is the potential of the endless cascade, against which the masters who desire unlimited rule would stand no chance.

Official science: the grand illusion for all robots

Official science: the grand illusion for all robots

by Jon Rappoport

November 2, 2015

(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, The Matrix Revealed, click here.)

“Government science exists because it is a fine weapon to use, in order to force an agenda of control over the population. We aren’t talking about knowledge here. Knowledge is irrelevant. What counts is: ‘How can we fabricate something that looks like the truth?’ I keep pointing this out: we’re dealing with reality builders. In this case, they make their roads and fences out of data, and they massage and invent the data out of thin air to suit their purposes. After all, they also invent money out of thin air.” (The Underground, Jon Rappoport)

Introduction: Since 1987, one of my goals as a reporter has been to educate the public about false science.

Between then and now, I have found that, with remarkably few exceptions, mainstream reporters are studiously indifferent to false science.

They shy away from it. They pretend “it couldn’t be.” They refuse to consider facts. They and their editors parrot “the experts.”

Official science has a stranglehold on major media. It has the force of a State religion. When you stop and think about it, official science is, in a significant sense, a holy church. Therefore, it is no surprise that the church’s spokespeople would wield power over major information outlets.

These prelates invent, guard, and dispense “what is known.” That was precisely the role of the Roman Church in times past. And those professionals within the modern Church of Science are severely punished when they leave the fold and accuse their former masters of lies and crimes. They are blackballed, discredited, and stripped of their licenses. At the very least.

Totalitarian science lets you know you’re living in a totalitarian society.

The government, the press, the mega-corporations, the prestigious foundations, the academic institutions, the “humanitarian” organizations say:

“This is the disease. This is its name. This is what causes it. This is the drug that treats it. This is the vaccine that prevents it.”

“This is how accurate diagnosis is done. These are the tests. These are the possible results and what they mean.”

“Here are the genes. This is what they do. This is how they can be changed and substituted and manipulated. These are the outcomes.”

“These are the data and the statistics. They are correct. There can be no argument about them.”

“This is life. These are the components of life. All change and improvement result from our management of the components.”

“This is the path. It is governed by truth which our science reveals. Walk the path. We will inform you when you stray. We will report new improvements.”

“This is the end. You can go no farther. You must give up the ghost. We will remember you.”

We are now witnessing the acceleration of Official Science. Of course, that term is an internal contradiction. But the State shrugs and moves forward.

The notion that the State can put its seal on favored science, enforce it, and punish its competitors, is anathema to a free society.

For example: declaring that psychiatrists can appear in court as expert witnesses, when none of the so-called mental disorders listed in the psychiatric literature are diagnosed by laboratory tests.

For example: stating that vaccination is mandatory, in order to protect the vaccinated (who are supposed to be immune) from the unvaccinated. An absurdity on its face.

For example: announcing that the science of climate change is “settled,” when there are, in fact, huge numbers of researchers who disagree. —And then, drafting legislation and issuing executive orders based on the decidedly unsettled science.

For example: officially approving the release and sale of medical drugs (“safe and effective”) which go on to kill, at a conservative estimate, 100,000 Americans every year. And then refusing to investigate or punish the purveyors of these drug approvals (the FDA).

For example: permitting the widespread use of genetically modified food crops, based on no long-term studies of their impact on human health. And then, arbitrarily announcing that the herbicide, Roundup, for which many of these crops are specifically designed, is non-toxic.

For example: declaring and promoting the existence of various epidemics, when the viruses purportedly causing them are not proven to exist and/or not proven to cause human illness (Ebola, SARS, West Nile, Swine Flu, etc.)

A few of you reading this have been with me since 1988, when I published my first book, AIDS INC., Scandal of the Century. Among other conclusions, I pointed out that HIV had never been shown to cause human illness; the front-line drug given to AIDS patients, AZT, was overwhelmingly toxic; and what was being called AIDS was actually a diverse number immune-suppressing conditions.

Others of you have found my work more recently. I always return to the subject of false science, because it is the most powerful long-term instrument for repression, political control, and destruction of human life.

As I’ve stated on many occasions, medical science is ideal for mounting and launching covert ops aimed at populationsbecause it appears to be politically neutral, without any allegiance to State interests.

Unfortunately, medical science, on many fronts, has been hijacked and taken over. The profit motive is one objective, but beyond that, there is a more embracing goal:

Totalitarian control.

The Matrix Revealed

On the issue of vaccines, I’ve written much about their dangers and ineffectiveness. But also consider this: the push for mandatory vaccination goes a long way toward creating a herd effect—which is really a social construction.

In other words, parents are propagandized to think of themselves a kind of synthetic artificial “community.”

“Here we are. We are the fathers and mothers. We must all protect our children against the outliers, the rebels, the defectors, the crazy ones who refuse to vaccinate their own children. We are all in this together. They are the threat. The enemy. We are good. We know the truth. They are evil.”

This “community of the willing” are dedicated to what the government tells them. They are crusaders imbued with group-think. They run around promoting “safety and protection.” This group consciousness is entirely an artifact, propelled by “official science.”

The crusaders are, in effect, agents of the State.

They are created by the State.

Androids.

They live in an absurd Twilight Zone where fear of germs (the tiny invisible terrorists) demands coercive action against the individuals who see through the whole illusion.

This is what official science can achieve. This is how it can enlist obedient foot soldiers and spies who don’t have the faintest idea about how they’re being used.

This is a variant on Orwell’s 1984. The citizens are owned by the all-embracing State, but they aren’t even aware of it.

That’s quite a trick.

Life as matter and matter only: the fraud

Life as matter and matter only: the fraud

by Jon Rappoport

November 1, 2015

(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, The Matrix Revealed, click here.)

“The refutation of philosophic materialism is as easy as stepping off the sidewalk. An astonishing amount of professional nonsense has been written to obscure this fact. Physics has boxed itself in. Its pronouncements about the constituents of matter and the so-called laws of motion result in a series of absurdities only a charlatan could defend.” (The Magician Awakes, Jon Rappoport)

Recently, I was opted into an ongoing email debate about the nature of consciousness. I have no idea how I got there, but here is an edited version of what I wrote to the group of scientists and scholars:

Conventional physics posits sub-atomic particles and/or waves as the basic constituents of all matter in the universe. This would include the human body and brain.

Nothing in these particles/waves is said to have consciousness, sentience, awareness, a capacity of knowing, such as you have right now as you read these words.

Therefore, the brain does not have such consciousness, since it is entirely composed of particles/waves that have no consciousness.

If there is any consciousness to be found anywhere, it is not in the brain.

Understand: I’m not pushing an esoteric definition of consciousness here. I’m talking about you sitting there, knowing that you understand the meaning of these words. I’m talking about the conscious capacity to grasp meaning.

I’m also talking about the capacity to make choices. Why? Because if the brain is composed of particles/waves that have absolutely no freedom, but merely behave according to laws of motion, then, if the brain is the progenitor of all human action, there is no reason to posit freedom of choice as a fact.

Therefore, in the view of conventional physics, you are sitting there reading these words, but you have no consciousness that you understand them, conscious understanding of meaning is a delusion, and you have no freedom of choice at all. We are all engaging in gibberish, pretending to ourselves that we are aware and free, when we are not.

Don’t even bother to wonder whether you should respond to what I’m writing; you have no choice.

For a longer treatment of this argument, read my “Interview with a dead Einstein.”

As a reporter on matters of science and medicine for 30 years, I’m well versed in scientists’ “maybe-could be-possible” statements about issues around which they are groping:

“Consciousness remains a mystery, yes, but we are getting closer to answers every day…some illuminating work is coming out of studies of fish and grasshoppers…mapping the brain will provide a new level of understanding…it is the job of science to keep pushing back the curtains of superstition…”

And my favorite: “Of course the brain is the source of consciousness. The proof of that is the fact that we are conscious; and where else could awareness be coming from?”

Unassailable logic, if you’re a fan of tautologies and circular reasoning.

Do you know what you’re reading right now as you sit there? Or is that conscious knowing simply a grand delusion, by which something inside your skull ‘pretends to be aware’?

Are “knowing” and “understanding meaning” only translatable as “particles in motion?”

Through the aether, I’m attempting to contact the authors and signers of the US Constitution. I want to inform them that all their mumbo-jumbo about human freedom was a vain attempt to circumvent the laws of matter in the universe. What idiots they were. On the other hand, they can now rest easy. Serenity is never having to worry about the future.

“No one is free. No one ever was. No one ever will be. Don’t worry, be happy, as happy as a rock or a sidewalk.”

the matrix revealed

And remember: I’m not really asking you whether you understand these words on your screen. I’m asking if you KNOW you understand them. If your honest answer is yes, where does that knowing come from? The sub-atomic particles/waves in your brain? Really?

Since when does conventional physics attribute knowing and consciousness to quarks and wavicles, which are the exclusive constituents of your brain?

The whole notion of “emerging consciousness” as a function of evolution, via puddles of amino acids in mud or hot sea-vents, is a titanic waste of time, as long as the ultimate composition of all matter is the sub-atomic particle/wave, which is non-conscious.

Thus ends the argument. QED.

Public relations outside the elite agencies

by Jon Rappoport

October 31, 2015

(To join our email list, click here.)

“Public relations is all about coordinated actions over a sustained period of time. When it isn’t about that, you’re going to see a brief flame erupt and then die out, and you’re to see a great deal of time, energy, and money squandered on what could have been, but never will be.” (Notes for Discussions with Jack True, Jon Rappoport)

This is my second article on public relations. You can read the first one here.

In the past, I have had some critical things to say about PR efforts by non-mainstream groups.

Their work tends to be monochromatic. One-trick.

With knowledge, these groups could spend their money and time and energy more wisely.

When I consider taking on a client for PR work, I want to know if he can see his mission in terms of multiple vectors. This vision is essential, because coordinating various angles of approach is more effective than simply ringing the same bell over and over.

Two attitudes usually infect good and righteous causes, when they are forwarded from outside the establishment:

One: “We are the underdogs.”

Two: “We must convert mainstream people by matching what we say to what they can accept.”

Neither of these attitudes wins the day.

The first comes close to an admission of defeat; the second fails to realize that “what people can accept” is so superficial, trying to match it with PR will cause no more than a mild ripple in a pond.

Whether the PR campaign mainly concentrates on a flood of positive communication or an attack, the attitude needs to be very strong. It needs to project great energy.

In ads, a young bland woman walking toward the camera with a toothy smile, and a message that comes across like an operator standing by on the other end of an 800 number, isn’t going to do the trick.

There is currently a PR campaign underway (whose name I won’t mention), in which the desired audience is American mothers. The attitude is: “We have to be both polite and firm. We have to present them with objective facts, in order to change their minds.”

Perhaps that doesn’t sound too terrible, but I can assure you it will bring very few mothers into the fray on the side of the angels. They may agree with the PR messages, but they aren’t going to be motivated to do anything.

Net result: zero.

Likewise, polling target audiences is largely meaningless. It makes the PR people themselves look good, but that’s all.

Polling takes place in an artificial atmosphere: “I’m going to ask you a question, and then have you select, from four answers, your best choice…”

And what a polled audience thinks is their best choice, before and after a few rounds of really effective PR, will differ wildly.

PR for a good cause needs to deliver more than a message. It has to make a deep impact. Merely courting agreement comes up short.

Several years ago, I wrote a series of highly critical articles about the GMO “right to know what’s in your food” ballot initiative campaigns.

(To see two of these articles, go here and here. The complete archive is here.)

The leaders of the movement relied heavily on a number of polls, in which Americans repeatedly chose “right to know” as the preferred reason for wanting GMO labeling.

The ensuing TV ads taken out in several western states were mild and vapid.

Promises to educate people about the dangers of GMOs were never fulfilled across a broad spectrum of voters.

The leaders of the “right to know” movement had a plan: the ballot initiatives were the first step in what would later become a far more penetrating attack on Monsanto and the other biotech giants. But this attack has never materialized in a coordinated, timed, effective fashion.

The movement’s leaders, those who genuinely wanted to win, were lacking in the knowledge of how to operate a sustained PR campaign.

They spent a great deal of money on step one, and after that they began to react to Monsanto’s victories. Successful PR is not about reaction.

Authentic PR on behalf of a righteous cause changes many, many minds. Over time, it can turn a tide. At no point can those in charge back away and “do other things.” That would be the sign of a half-plan, a half-effort, and a great deal of confusion.

Then you’d begin to hear, “We’re under the gun, we need your help now more than ever,” and, “These are desperate times,” and “Step up now before it’s too late.”

Those statements are all versions of: “We’re the underdog.” Saying “underdog” may feel good, it may provoke sympathy, but it won’t win.

power outside the matrix

(To read about Jon’s collection, Power Outside The Matrix, click here.)

I admire anyone who is trying to lead a campaign for a cause that is noble, no matter how badly it is going, but when the objective is winning, knowledge about PR, up-front, is indispensable. It makes all the difference.

It turns ineffective actions into a plan that can have extraordinary results.

We are not talking about performance trophies for showing up. We’re talking about breaking the tape and crossing the finish line.

“Information is power.” True?

“Information is power.” True?

by Jon Rappoport

October 31, 2015

(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, Power Outside The Matrix, click here.)

There are several important responses to this question.

First, of course, the quality of the information needs to be dependable. And the person receiving the information must be able to analyze it, using logic, to decide whether the author’s conclusions drawn from the information are valid or faulty.

The second response is: what is the person receiving the information going to do with it? What are his goals, and how does the information fit into them?

Thirdly, does the person have the ability/power to use the information to good effect?

I closely considered these issues, when I put together my third collection, Power Outside The Matrix.

That’s why I included a long section on the analysis of information; and specific exercises aimed at expanding the power of the individual—creative power, plus increased stability.

Logic, imagination, creative power, stability—these are the hallmarks of a better life, and greater success in fulfilling goals.

The art of public relations, and why it matters

by Jon Rappoport

October 30, 2015

(To join our email list, click here.)

“Most PR tries to program people’s beliefs. True PR wakes people up to the truth.” (Notes for The Matrix Revealed, Jon Rappoport)

When I handle public relations for a client, the first thing I decide is whether I agree with his objectives. If so, I proceed. If not, I bow out.

This initial vetting is the most important thing I do. Granted, it’s not the normal approach PR agencies take, but it is mine.

PR is the art of persuasion. When it uses true facts alongside goals whose fulfillment would benefit people, help lift them up, and make them more self-sufficient, you are deploying a potentially powerful force.

Three basic questions are:

What does the client want to accomplish? Toward what audience is the PR being directed? Who is opposed to the client’s goal?

Once these issues are understood and clarified, a PR campaign can be designed.

The campaign follows two paths. The first is the obvious route: releasing information that promotes the client’s goals; obtaining press exposure (alternative and mainstream); drumming up support for the client by reaching individuals and groups who can wield influence; and sometimes, going after opponents who would try to block success.

Another path is less traveled. It is asymmetrical. Assessing the overall situation reveals opportunities an active imagination can take advantage of:

For example, suppose we have a situation where a local population is under the gun, as a result of constant corporate toxic-pesticide spraying.

There are other such populations, in distant places, who are facing the same dire problem.

Bring half-a-dozen representatives of these other populations to the town or island of the original client. Hold press conferences highlighting the widespread global crisis. Stream live video to alt. news websites all over the world. Put on the pressure. Name the criminal corporation.

At the same time, have individuals from these populations file lawsuits against the corporation, and publicize them.

If corrupt judges dismiss the lawsuits as frivolous, or illegal, that simply adds grist for the mill. Publicize that. Make that the occasion for more PR.

At the same time, produce and release videos that relentlessly expose the corporation in every possible truthful way: its pesticides are toxic; the science on which these chemicals are based is flawed, false, and corrupt; the corporation colludes with government agencies to curry favor. Etc., etc.

At the same time, find people who have been injured by the corporation and release their on-camera testimonies.

Coordinate all these actions. Time them to work in concert with each other.

This is how a real PR campaign begins. It’s just the opening salvo.

Don’t play defense. Go on a sustained offensive thrust, from a number of different directions.

Note: Never, ever rely on just one strategy, such as a ballot initiative or a class-action lawsuit. If you do, you’re playing on the opponent’s turf, where he is the expert and can control outcomes. He knows you’re coming. He knows how to turn you away. But if you’re showing up from half-a-dozen directions at once, you’re a different kind of asymmetrical creature. Unpredictable, powerful, agile.

Or…suppose the client wants to build a private educational center where students can learn trades, like carpentry, plumbing, electrical repair.

You can predict a certain amount of opposition from the town council, because politicians and bureaucrats always find ways to gum up the works and stall proposals, licenses, and permits.

In this case, one strategy is to assemble and release a huge amount of positive PR extolling the project. Overwhelm some of the objections before they can get off the ground.

In PR releases, nail down all the specific positive benefits of the educational center.

At the same time, secure the endorsement of as many community leaders, groups, and visible figures as you can.

At the same time, hold public events at which speakers explain the project and its rewards for the community.

Don’t stop there. Expand your vision:

As an inventive wrinkle, indicate that this center can become a model/example for the rest of the country. When it’s up and running, you will invite leaders from many towns and cities to show up and study the center and its operations, first-hand, so they can implement them back home and create jobs. Local businesses will benefit as these visitors spend money.

Consider even wider implications. Suppose a handful of local successful businesses join the operation, offering to show out-of-town visitors how to operate similar businesses in their own towns and cities.

Local media will jump at the chance to cover this positive project.

Meet with town council members, and paint a picture for them—educate them on how they can cooperate to make the project a smashing success, and rightly enhance their own standing and reputation. “We want you to be the best town council in America.” Why not?

Again—coordinate all these actions, and make them the opening salvo in the PR campaign.

If serious opponents of your plan are there, they’ll soon show up, and you’ll see who they are, and you can take action to neutralize their efforts.

There is much more to PR campaigns than I’m sketching here, but you get the idea.

There is nothing wrong with PR, if it’s done for the right reasons.

Here is a basic underlying principle for you: “not the one, the many.” There are always people who want a good outcome for a project or enterprise or campaign, but they are married to the notion that one big tactic will win the day. That’s how they think.

Your response: let them do what they’re doing. It will have some publicity value.

But you are a proponent of the many. You don’t believe that one answer is the key. This isn’t a high-school math class, in which a word-problem has only a single bottom-line solution.

This is a multi-dimensional world.

Your opponent has a tank the size of the Empire State Building. Are you going to drive your little tank and meet his in the middle of Times Square? Is that a winning plan?

People who believe it might be are laboring under a delusion fostered by the very people who own the giant tank.

But you’re smarter.

You have imagination.

You can operate outside that matrix.

power outside the matrix

Since your principles are righteous and honorable, why not support them with strategies that stand a chance of winning?

Yes, in any campaign there is always the risk of losing, but that doesn’t mean you should adopt the attitude that you’re a heroic loser who “at least tried his best, against titanic odds.”

Adopting that attitude seals your fate from the get-go.

Actually increasing your chances of winning is much, much better.

The game is afoot. The stakes are high.

The game is never over.

The closer you come to winning, the more you realize you’re engaged in more than a game.

Much more.

You’re moving life up to another level.

Your imagination, your goals in life

Your imagination, your goals in life

by Jon Rappoport

October 29, 2015

(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, Exit From The Matrix, click here.)

Imagination can play two central roles in your goals:

It can help you discover what they are.

And once discovered, imagination can help you expand and enhance those goals—making them larger, more exciting, more inclusive.

Imagination has everything to do with reality, not as it is, but as it could be.

Therefore, it is the most important “secret” on the planet.

Whatever your desires, whatever your plans, hopes, or enterprises, imagination walks in the door and says: “Here is what you can do. Here is how thrilling it can be. Here is what it could look like and feel like. Here is how big it could become.”

All of this was very much on my mind as I designed my second collection, Exit From The Matrix.

For many years, I had been developing exercises and techniques for expanding the range and power of imagination.

So, finally, in Exit From The Matrix, I made a home for these exercises, and I described a simple way you can practice them.

People want to be inspired. They want to feel their deep desires can be fulfilled. They want more energy. They want to wake up in the morning with enthusiasm, knowing they are on the right track.

I believe in the individual. I believe in him when he is making his dreams into fact in the world.

In this journey, imagination is his greatest ally.

What has been called The Matrix is a series of layers. These layers compose what we call Reality. Reality is not merely the consensus people accept in their daily lives. It is also a personal and individual conception of limits. It is a perception that these limits are somehow built into existence. But this is not true.

What I’ve done here is remove the lid on those perceived limits. This isn’t an intellectual undertaking. It’s a way to open up space and step on to a new road.

Your vision, your voice

Your vision, your voice

by Jon Rappoport

October 28, 2015

(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, Exit From The Matrix, click here.)

“What will you do tomorrow with your life that is different from what you’re doing today? Suppose you’re a revolutionary in terms of your own life? What would that mean?” (Notes for Exit From The Matrix, Jon Rappoport)

In the wake of my last several articles (see here and here), I’ve received interesting correspondence from readers who are launching, or planning to launch, exciting and adventurous enterprises.

I always favor individuals and their creative and original efforts, projected with great energy.

The inspired individual has electricity in his hands. He’s a dynamo. He has a new idea. He isn’t primarily seeking balance. He’s achieving a new level of action and insight.

When you wake up in the middle of the night with a galvanizing idea ringing in your head, you’ve dissolved a pattern that was holding energy in place, keeping it in check.

The new adventure, the new enterprise that inspires—these happenings take you out on to a higher plateau, from which you see a larger vista.

Which is your vision.

And then there is the matter of expressing the vision, giving voice to it. This is projected energy, coming from you. You’re the center.

This is how it’s meant to be. How would anyone else except you be the center?

When you’re a creator, your whole action is to make your vision into fact in the world.

What voice do you give to your vision? How do you express it?

With a few “well-chosen words?” Why? The stage is open, the stage is yours. Why hold back?

There is power in a voice.

A voice can change reality.

When your voice becomes your VOICE, you connect with something oceanic that rips away false separations and false systems and false ideas.

We pretend to be small. We pretend to be whispering. We pretend to have such limited power.

We pretend.

We pretend that some overriding system or structure supersedes our own voices.

As you expand your own voice, and as you express what you truly want to express, you are cutting away layers of stagnant consciousness.

Your voice:

An open door to greater power, greater aliveness, greater empathy, greater self, greater engagement, greater connection, greater wholeness.

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost.” —Martha Graham

“I am among those who are preached to, and who listen…But sometimes a listener speaks out, and listens to his own voice.” —Haniel Long

“No man is great enough or wise enough for any of us to surrender our destiny to. The only way in which anyone can lead us is to restore to us the belief in our own guidance.” —Henry Miller

Waiting in silence for a voice to show up will lead to more waiting. Why postpone the dawn?

As natural as it is to breathe, to walk, to look around, it is that natural to have a vision and express it. We may live in an unnatural society, but that doesn’t mean we have to succumb to it. This is not about meeting standards. It’s about crossing the line.

All children know that to make a line with chalk on the sidewalk means you’re going jump over it.

This is what the world is for.

All work is Art

All work is Art

by Jon Rappoport

October 28, 2015

(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, Exit From The Matrix, click here.)

“Why does the world have to be the way it is? It doesn’t. There is no rule about that. Nor is there is a rule that says a person’s life has to be what it already is. Daring to shoot for the stars is more real than anything around you. The dedicated artists who went all out, who were more reckless by far than their contemporaries—they are more important than all the prophets who ever lived.” (The Magician Awakes, Jon Rappoport)

It may be petty work. It may be boring work, repetitive work. In that case, it is petty, boring, repetitive Art.

All work, even when assigned to the letter by a boss, is invented by the person doing it, whether he knows it or not, whether he admits it or not.

All invention is some kind of Art.

It rises up and causes a conflagration, or it sits there like a dead afternoon in a cellar, but it’s Art.

There are endless reasons for exercising great caution in what one invents, but they are all a robot’s reasons. They infuse a sense of monotony. They are reasons for enlisting as a card-carrying member of Society. Sooner or later, the member’s hopeful expectations are broken.

He can spend the rest of his life picking up the pieces and trying to put them back together, or he can move on with a new idea that has fire in it.

If he does the latter, he enters a new territory, a new world. It has no mandatory language, no tired meanings. He becomes a different kind of soul. He becomes more of what he actually is. He flies, he crashes and burns, he flies again, and so on, because he is learning a species of knowledge that has no standard text.

If just one person does this, the world is not completely lost. If enough people do this, the planetary egg cracks, and something new emerges.

There is no cosmic rescue operation descending from the outside. That is a dud floated by persons who are too lazy and incurious to discover a flame within themselves.

Yes, I’m talking metaphysics here, in a way, but not the kind that has a structure and an organized tradition and a renowned reputation and a “perfect master.” This metaphysics is the moment that can be taken by anyone; seized, held, felt, expressed, projected, flown-with as an instrument of navigation into spaces unknown and uncharted—but always on the cusp of recognition and always longed-for.

This is not normal or average perception. This is not a matter of translating something realer than real into “citizen-language” for the masses. This is not a laboratory exercise. This is not a subject for those who cling to a brand of fully intentional ignorance and wear it like a badge, while drowning, bit by bit, in their own boredom.

exit from the matrix

This is not the pretense of knowing only what everyone else knows and balking at something that carries the air of mystery with it. This is not agreeing with the extraordinary possibilities of life and then sitting back and watching the days pass.

This is not a treatment, a drug, a prescription, a solution to a specific problem. This is not mechanical.

This is not a staged effort to point the finger of blame at someone, in order to remain quiescent and passive and gray.

This is jumping into space with the idea of creating something and creating it with great intensity.

This is Art.

This isn’t the mind reacting to established patterns or recognizing familiar patterns. A machine can do that work far better than the human mind.

Making your work known in the world

Making your work known in the world

by Jon Rappoport

October 27, 2015

(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, Exit From The Matrix, click here.)

What I’m talking about here are your most profound desires and goals. And often you have to search for what those are, because they don’t just pop up.

That’s the kind of work I’m referring to—the work that comes when you launch projects and enterprises that directly reflect those desires.

Why expend enormous amounts of energy if the work is superficial? Why spend years if the work is automatic and dead?

Making your work known in the world begins with knowing something about the work. It begins with knowing you have unlimited energy to give to it. That energy comes from discovering/inventing your deepest possible goals, and their many dimensions and implications.

Then, the energy shows up in abundance.

But it can all go to waste without commitment. Commitment is not something that happens naturally. It doesn’t float in on a breeze. It doesn’t show up as a gift under the Xmas tree. It’s a choice. Yes or no. Every day.

Some people have doubts about whether their work is worth being known and visible in the world. Those doubts are spurious. They’re based on not having found a profound objective and purpose.

Skills and strategies can be learned. But their basis and root are in you.

Excuses for not doing what I’m alluding to here are endless. People make them up by the ton. Postponement Inc. and Distraction Inc. are flourishing as never before.

It’s even fashionable to be confused, and then parlay that into a solid story of irreversible victimhood. But,…

“Inspiration is outside state control.” —Kenneth Clark

“The practice of a profession entails discipline, which for me meant the production of two thousand words of fair copy every day, weekends included. I discovered that, if I started early enough, I could complete the day’s stint before the pubs opened.” —Anthony Burgess

“They who lack talent expect things to happen without effort. They ascribe failure to a lack of inspiration or ability, or to misfortune, rather than to insufficient application. At the core of every true talent there is an awareness of the difficulties inherent in any achievement, and the confidence that by persistence and patience something worthwhile will be realized. Thus talent is a species of vigor.” —Eric Hoffer

“Don’t loaf and invite inspiration; light out after it with a club, and if you don’t get it you will nonetheless get something that looks remarkably like it.” —Jack London

exit from the matrix

As you can see, what I’m discussing in this piece moves light years past the notion that, by simply thinking “positive thoughts,” the universe will magnetically deliver success.

“There are some people who hear the word CREATE and wake up, as if a new flashing music has begun. This lone word makes them see something majestic and untamed and astonishing. They feel the sound of a Niagara approaching. CREATE is a word that should be oceanic. It should shake and blow apart the pillars of the smug boredom of the soul. CREATE is about what the individual does when he is on fire and doesn’t care about concealing it. It’s about what the individual invents when he has thrown off the false front that is slowly strangling him. CREATE is about the end of mindless postponement. It’s about what happens when you burn up the pretty and petty little obsessions. It’s about emerging from the empty suit and empty machine of society that goes around and around and sucks away the vital bloodstream.” —The Creative Center, Jon Rappoport
