The fascist takeover of this and other countries has been accelerating—but this past week, major new cards have been pulled from the bottom of the deck and played.

I’m going to describe them and lay out the stunning implications.

Here is an immortal statement every independent thinking person should frame, hang on the wall, and re-read often—

Gerry Spence, American lawyer: “Everyone wants to argue. Everyone does. Everyone needs to.” “While birds can fly, only humans can argue. Argument is the affirmation of our being. It is the principal instrument of human intercourse. Without argument the species would perish. As a subtle suggestion, it is the means by which we aid another. As a warning, it steers us from danger. As exposition, it teaches. As an expression of creativity, it is the gift of ourselves. As a protest, it struggles for justice. As a reasoned dialogue, it resolves disputes. As an assertion of self, it engenders respect. As an entreaty of love, it expresses our devotion. As a plea, it generates mercy. As charismatic oration it moves multitudes and changes history. We must argue — to help, to warn, to lead, to love, to create, to learn, to enjoy justice — to be.”

VOTE FRAUD:

Contesting the election on the issue of vote fraud is not a violation of “playing fair” and “accepting results” and “remaining calm.” It is an argument being made. It is also a question of fact.

What is unhinged is demanding a smooth transition from one president to another, since it is the news networks who made the projection of a Biden victory, and it is those same networks who are featuring the need for that smooth transition “in a democracy.”

“We project Biden as the winner. Therefore it is a mathematical certainty. Therefore, do not resist. We are in charge.”

THAT’S the banana republic.

That’s the military busting in the door and taking over the radio station…except there is no need for the military, because the networks are the radio station.

Here are a few comments, based on my observation of a vote-count in the LA County Registrar building, when I ran for a seat in the US Congress in 1994.

EVERYTHING BECOMES ELECTRONIC.

Paper ballots, mail-in ballots, punch cards, touch-screen—it all goes into the hopper. It’s all translated into computer sub-totals and totals.

There are various stops along the way, where the numbers are transferred into other machines and systems.

Fraud can occur anywhere during this route.

As an observer standing there, in various rooms, staring at machines, you see nothing on that level of fraud. How could you?

Only real pros can tackle the job of discovering electronic/computer fraud, and I’m not even approaching the fraud that can occur earlier, inside touch-screens in voting booths.

I’m not trying to downgrade any of the discoveries people have made so far that point to vote fraud—which include software/electronic fiddling. Startling crimes have already come to light. And yes, as a close-up observer in a counting room, you can spot obvious felonies. But never ignore what you can’t see.

I don’t know how competent and skillful Trump’s lawyers are. I don’t know how determined they are. They need to be relentless. They need to be counting how many votes they’re trying to overturn. A few minor victories aren’t going to matter.

LAWYERS GROUP and COVID VACCINE:

Here is another group of lawyers; the New York Bar Association. On November 7, as the New York Law Journal reports: “The New York State Bar Association on Saturday passed a resolution urging the state to consider making it mandatory for all New Yorkers to undergo COVID-19 vaccination when a vaccine becomes available, even if people object to it for ‘religious, philosophical or personal reasons’.”

In case you think this resolution has anything to do with the law, think again. Yes, the Bar Association is criminally convinced the State has the Constitutional power to force a vaccine on the population, but their resolution is recommending the State should actually do it. That’s not law, that’s health policy, that’s medical policy, that’s “science.” That’s also Police State. What is a lawyers’ association doing recommending medical decisions?

It’s lining up with Joe Biden and his forthcoming “national plan to conquer the pandemic.” It’s signaling, “We’re on board with you, Joe. Don’t worry about us. We’re for sale, we’re for hire.” It’s old-fashioned partisan politics and deal-making masquerading as some sort of legal brief. It’s a message to card-carrying lawyers everywhere: Mandatory vaccination should be your bias in all cases.

The New York Bar Association is quite a bunch of bottom-feeders.

BIDEN PLAN:

Biden has already led with his first priority: appointing new people to the coronavirus task force. As I’ve warned, he and his handlers want to issue edicts from the federal level on testing, tracing, masks, distancing, lockdowns, and vaccination, in an effort to override any defections from state governments.

The devastating economic destruction which has already been forced on America is not enough. There must be more. Not only through enacting new COVID restrictions, but also through moving climate change back up to the top of the federal agenda. This means reducing overall energy-output from US industry.

That also translates into greater federal control of the economy. It’s even possible we could see price freezes on goods.

Dreamers will, of course, applaud all these actions, because dreamers believe jobs and money and security will come flowing magically from the White House. Joe is the great healer. Trump argued and insulted. Tsk, tsk. Joe placates. It’s nicer. It’s a sign of love.

Joe’s social justice agenda is an odds-on favorite to include defunding police departments and restructuring them as “community share-and-care projects.”

“We saw you rob that liquor store and shoot the manager. What do you think produced that level of anger in you? Let’s sit down and talk about it.”

COVID, as planned, accelerated tyrannical trends. COVID’s new preacher is Joe Biden.

Current revelations about his dealings with China and Ukraine aside, Biden is an old con artist from Delaware. In 1987, shortly after launching his campaign for the presidency, a few of his lies surfaced. He plagiarized a speech by a British politician. He plagiarized lines from a Robert Kennedy speech. He lied about his past academic record and law school student ranking.

Moreover, the mainstream press roasted him mercilessly for these lies. Some of the same big-time news people who excoriated him then as a fraud and a hustler, and drove him to withdraw from the presidential race, in 1987, took up a whole new position in 2020: Puff-o-fantastico; Joe was good, Joe was clean, Joe had no problems.

Perception may be reality, but when media perception is miraculously elastic, and can expand or contract at the drop of a hat or the drop of cash money, all bets are off.

POLICE POWERS, THE CONSTITUTION:

On the subject of lawyers, vaccines, police powers, the Constitution, and the elasticity of perception, get a load of this:

Guess what? There is now a BELIEF clause written into the Constitution. “If the right people THINK something is so, it IS so.”

Note: The full-on legal lunacy I’m going to cite is…

Defended by many lawyers and public health officials. They say the State’s police powers, during a pandemic…

Can’t be challenged.

Fortunately, lawyers like Tom Renz and Bob Kennedy disagree.

Buckle up.

In April of 2006, the AMA (American Medical Association) Journal of Ethics published an article, “Is Mandatory Vaccination Legal in Time of Epidemic?” by Sarah Fujiwara, MD.

Referencing prior US Supreme Court decisions, the article states: “The courts do not become involved in legislation formed under the state’s police power…”

If that sounds like the preface to a bad storm rising; if it sounds like courts abdicating their most basic duty to keep tyrants in check; it gets much, much worse:

“Furthermore, it is immaterial whether or not the vaccine is actually effective, so long as it is the belief of state authorities that the mandatory vaccine will promote common welfare and is a reasonable and proper exercise of the police power.”

WHAT?

It’s immaterial…?

It doesn’t matter whether the vaccine is effective?

It only matters whether politicians BELIEVE…?

Believe what?

That the vaccine will promote “general welfare?”

And also the politicians BELIEVE the mandatory vaccine is a proper exercise of their POLICE POWERS? That’s all that matters?

This is on the order of saying, “If public health officials believe the use of poisonous snake oil to treat the population is effective, mandated snake oil can be enforced by the police. The US Constitution was embedded with this meaning.”

Sure it was. Obviously, the Founders were struggling to create a new Republic based on random declarations of emergency, mass police raids by men holding needles and vials containing anything from aluminum to mercury, who would hold people down and inject them.

This is what the Revolutionary War was fought for. Anyone should be able to see that.

The basic meaning and spirit of the Constitution WAS ALL ABOUT forced medical treatment, wasn’t it? I seem to remember Ben Franklin and James Madison announcing that very thing as they strolled along the streets of Philadelphia and educated early Americans about the Law of the Land. Ben said, “Needles and vials, that’s what we’ve been fighting and dying for…”

And much later, a poem was engraved in a plaque on the Statue of Liberty: GIVE US YOUR HUDDLED MASSES, YEARNING TO BE VACCINATED.

“As long as it is the BELIEF of state authorities…” This opens the door to: “Well, the committee BELIEVES an army of underground porcupines holding shotguns has emerged from caves and is marching on New York. Therefore, the State must set fire to sixty million acres of land between Albany and NYC. Citizens should evacuate as soon as possible…”

“…it is immaterial whether or not the vaccine is actually effective, so long as it is the belief of state authorities…”

But listen, don’t worry, be happy, let’s cancel the Second Amendment, because we have nothing to fear from politicians and government. Back in the 18th century, the whole business about an armed citizenry was pushed, don’t you know, because of the dire threat of giant roaming Mastodons.

Or was it roaming lawyers and judges, who picked and nicked and scraped and sliced at the Constitution, developing all sorts of key cases that diverted freedom into dead-end alleys and gullies and landfills and empty lots surrounded by barbed wire?

—Let’s revert to sanity. When a State of Emergency is declared, public officials must justify it on the facts, and those facts are up for challenge.

“It’s Science” is not an acceptable generality for explaining why a population is put into house arrest or stuck with a mandatory needle and injected with a brew.

Millions upon millions of us have delved into the details of vaccination. We’ve come out with our conclusion.

NO.

And in our legal research on the Constitution, and the extent to which it favors wide-ranging police powers, based on BELIEF, we offer this highly technical ruling to government officials and their attorneys:

STOP BULLSHITTING.

And to the AMA Journal of Ethics, where such an illuminating confession was published, we say, “Thanks, boys and girls, for letting us know where you really stand. Now there can be no doubt. You’re out of your minds and your conception of ethics is straight out of the Soviet Union and China. You’re the Medical Police State. Message received.”

And listen, old Joe. You and Hunter can take the COVID vaccine first, and all the boosters. The real vaccine, not a saltwater placebo shot for the cameras. You know, the DNA vaccine that alters your genetic makeup permanently, or the RNA vaccine that starts a cascade of auto-immune reactions, as the body basically attacks itself. THOSE vaccines.

The Free Individual is greater than the State

In a sane society, the Bill of Rights would be studied in great detail, in every school and college.

The historical incursions on, and the crimes against, the Bill of Rights would be laid bare and excoriated.

“Grand juries” of students would be formed to investigate, in detail, these incursions and crimes, and wherever possible track them to their sources.

Reading the Bill of Rights, the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution, it is plain that the natural rights of the individual are confirmed—and also, the attempt to exercise any sort of excessive power over the individual is shackled.

Why?

Because the Founders saw the handwriting on the wall, engraved for centuries in totalitarian regimes and theocracies.

Here are the basics of the Bill of Rights:

Freedom of speech, religion, and the press.

The right to bear arms.

Housing of soldiers: “No soldier shall, in time of peace, be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war but in a manner to be prescribed by law.”

Protection from unreasonable search and seizure.

Protection of rights to life, liberty, and property.

“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor; and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.”

“In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States than according to the rules of the common law.”

Excessive bails, fines, and punishments are forbidden.

“The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”

What do these 10 Amendments say about the individual? They say he is of greater importance than the State.

They say the purpose of basic law is protection of the freedom of the individual.

They say that, no matter how many scurrilous critics and logic-choppers may come along and parse the Bill of Rights to their advantage and against the individual, these critics should be cast aside, at the very least.

They say that there is something potentially glorious in the individual.

They say today’s collectivists are deluded, and in many cases are consciously attempting to hijack the basic notion of freedom—and substitute instead, a plethora of free goods and services derived from the State, which collects overbearing taxes and invents money out of thin air, for the purpose of creating unfree and dependent individuals.

Most importantly, in today’s society, these 10 Amendments stand on their own, as robust and profound Ideas, no matter who first conceived them, no matter what those men’s motives may or may not have been at the time of conception.

The ideas are alive. Now.

Centers of education may promote the decimation of the Bill of Rights, may attack the primary sources, may try to wage war against these ideas, but their assault is transparent to those who can see and think.

Those little would-be dictators of the mind are themselves already slaves. And so they want to make other slaves.

Europe, whose great thinkers invented the cradle of liberty, is falling under the sway of collectivist vultures. As a group, those gnawing birds of prey are centered in the European Union, the “share and care” face of fascism.

During decades of unearthing what corrupt European and American fascists have been trying to achieve, I have seen individuals rise up from the swamp of sticky economic, political, and spiritual collectivism and reassert and regain their natural freedom.

It’s a sight to behold.

It embodies a dawn that reawakens the mind and spirit.

It’s a call to all of life.

It reestablishes the great adventure of living and making a future of one’s own choosing.

The education system blacks that out. Major media do, too.

The whole idea of public education, at the beginning, in America, was to educate children about what it meant to be a free and responsible citizen in the new Republic.

That mission was abandoned.

In the early 20th century, powerful foundations (Carnegie, at the forefront) completely derailed education by removing significant study of the founding documents of the nation. This was no accident. It was an effort to control society, to make it over in the image of worker-drones fitting into slots, for “the greatest good of the greatest number.”

From its inception, the Carnegie Foundation was consciously focused on the most effective way to control a population. Its first choice was war. In its absence, the number two method, it decided, was education.

The individual, nevertheless, still possesses his natural freedoms. These freedoms are prior to any laws enacted to confirm them.

But the individual has to find/assert those freedoms within himself, on his own.

His future rises and falls on that profound effort, which begins with recognizing he is separate from any and all forms of the collectivist “equality” glob…

William James, American philosopher (1902): “Probably a crab would be filled with a sense of personal outrage if it could hear us class it without ado or apology as a crustacean, and thus dispose of it. ‘I am no such thing,’ it would say; ‘I am myself, myself alone’.”

The club of liberals, transhumanism, depopulation

By liberals, I simply mean those people who accept big government as a given, regardless of their political affiliation.

And yes, at certain key levels, they are a club. They come from major media, large corporations, banks, the military, well-funded foundations, investment houses, do-good non-profits, legal and medical societies, academic factories, think tanks, and of course the huge pool of government employees.

For them, big, bigger, and biggest government is a rock-bottom assumption that requires no thought. The sun comes up every morning, and there is big government.

This assumption supersedes anything written in the US Constitution explicitly limiting the power of central authority.

Where there is conflict between that document and the actions of government, the Constitution automatically takes a back seat. It is looked upon as a primitive, ancient, and worn-out set of ideas.

In fact, the Club is surprised and shocked that anyone would try to impede government based on fanciful notions about powers reserved for the individual states, or readings of the 2nd Amendment.

Long ago, the Club decided that every statement made in the Constitution was subject to revision or outright dismissal, based on the arrogant concept that changing times require new measures and new solutions.

In their eyes, they are working with reality, whereas Constitutionalists have a quirky and disturbing obsession that clings to absolute Principle. If Principle isn’t a sign of a mental disorder, it at least indicates an unhealthy nostalgia about a fairy tale of days gone by.

The Club blithely assumes it has won its battle.

The Club is focused on what big government, in concert with its corporate allies, can do to further expand. This is where a disjunction of attitude occurs.

For some Club members, the mission of government is to do good, to give to those in need, no matter how many are in need or how much that need grows.

For other Club members, at higher levels, the massive giveaway and fulfilling of need is just a pose, a tactic to gain more adherents who will trade a great deal of their freedom for a little security.

But there is no debate within the Club about this matter. No one wants to rock the boat. Those at higher levels view the do-gooders within their ranks as useful and amusing dupes.

The do-gooders, if they glimpse the faces and intentions of the higher-ups, shrug it off, assuming that somehow, in the long run, the vision of “a shared and just world” will triumph, because the universe wants to make it so.

The Club has one major enemy.

Abundance.

The idea that there is enough for everyone who wants to work for it, the idea that individuals can pursue their deepest dreams and desires, and win…that is anathema.

Why? Because if that perception operated widely in the society, it would rule out the grasping need for invasive central government.

Therefore, creating artificial scarcities is at the top of the Club’s to-do list. Of course, this agenda must be masked behind false cover. The scarcities must seem to be inevitable, or at least caused by forces beyond our control.

Scarcity of money, health, prosperity, freedom, property, sanity, natural resources…they must appear to be naturally occurring crises, for which the only answer is parental control over populations.

When Buckminster Fuller offered his brilliant analysis of abundance and how we could achieve it on planet Earth, he was missing only one piece: who would implement it? Who would revolutionize life for all?

The obvious answer is: the people in charge. But that doesn’t work, for the simple reason that those people are dedicated to producing false scarcities.


To reject abundance, the elite Club of Rome published its famous study, “The Limits to Growth,” in 1972. It essentially used computer modeling to predict failure for civilization, and ushered in a tsunami of propaganda aimed at floating the planet’s only hope for survival: a recognition of global interdependence and the distribution of the world’s resources from a point of Central Planning.

This concept, in turn, was translated to mean “addressing needs.”

The conclusion? Big government was the addresser, the single most important institution for saving us all.

Hand in hand, elite planners and propagandists invented a loop that guaranteed the primacy of a bill of needs over a bill of rights.

Individual freedom stood accused in the dock as the criminal. It had led to the wealthy few and the poor many. A world out of balance.

Members of the Club, sitting in their massive London drawing rooms and their Park Avenue apartments, applauded this “progression of awareness.”

To say they were laughing up their sleeves would be a vast understatement.

From FDR to Truman, from Eisenhower to Kennedy, from LBJ to Nixon, from Ford to Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George Bush, Bill Clinton, Bush Jr., the Club watched their plans solidify. Regardless of what these presidents said or did, government expanded, and the official status of “fulfilling needs” was welded ever more securely to government’s mission.

Finally, in a considerable victory, to symbolically signify the emergence of the “lowest to the highest,” a man who represented former slaves on the American continent took up residence in the White House.

He, above previous presidents, would raise the sword to equalize all status in society. He would right past wrongs, square past debts, and fly the flag of humanity. Justice would be served.

No matter that the condition of “his own people” would worsen during his reign. No matter that the condition of all Americans would diminish. No matter that he was the agent of a operation designed to put the crown on government as the great provider.


From Buddha to Jesus to Karl Marx, the Club has borrowed sentiments of high hope and realization, in order to sell its program. The Club has cast its role as the messianic force. It has filled the pews of its church with followers, who have no clue as to the actual plan, but instead mouth the words and sing the songs and praise the gifts.

The marketing of these sentiments, their weave, fabric, tone, and flow are the substance of a trance induction.

And at the end of the line? America harmonized in its structure with other nations, and the subsuming of the USA under a regional and global arch of management.

As David Rockefeller, one of the designers of the plan, put it in his Memoirs (2003): “Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure — one world, if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”


There are millions of people who refuse to believe that a high humanitarian sentiment or ideal can be enrolled and deployed to defeat us. They automatically assume what stirs them is for the good.

They are crowded together in the middle of the trance. They clog the arteries of the body politic. They foment a disease of the public immune system attacking itself, and it is long past the time when they should wake up and cure their distorted perception.

But as far as the Club is concerned, they are useful. And useful they will stay, as long as they can be hypnotized into the future glory that lies just over the next hill.


And now we come to the technocrats.

The technocrats among Club leaders consider the overall mission in terms of a systems fix. There are flaws in the way humans have chosen to organize themselves, and these flaws need to be corrected.

With the important information entered into computers armed with algorithms, models can be obtained. These models will take into account vital resources, such as water, breathable air, earth minerals, fuel, food crops, transportation, housing, education, medical care, and so on. Planetary allocation quotas for all territories and regions can be arrived at.

Dispassionately, the human condition can be modified.

The technocrats consider this an interesting problem. It will take work, but it can be solved.

Certain factors, however, must be reduced or eliminated. Freedom, choice, personal decision-making have to be devalued in the new System, in order to avoid the introduction of random and unpredictable outcomes.

The very meaning of a technocratic system precludes freedom as an objective, because that quality of humans isn’t circumscribed and can’t be inserted as a pure passive object into calculations.

Technocrats value systems above all. They live to build self-referential closed structures. This fascination negates a whole range of emotions.

The technocrats aren’t admirers of emotion, which are unpredictable when it comes to the mathematics of a new planet.

Joy, for example. How would one enter joy into an equation? How could it be quantified?

Technocrats are, in a sense, a separate species. They are intensely cerebral. They view human beings as troublesome pieces of a puzzle. A system is erected on the basis of built-in controls. Humans tend not to fit.

This they find annoying. But there are ways to limit the trouble. Chemicals can be introduced into the brain. The chemicals will regulate behavior. This is another interesting problem awaiting a solution, a whole series of solutions. The drugs we now have are only a minor step in the right direction.

It’s all in the service of a better system, which is what technocrats must have. They would wither and die if they couldn’t have it. They would feel isolated and useless and rejected.

If you want to see a technocrat squirm and wriggle and scream, like a person being tortured, take away his access to systems.

The greatest acceleration of human organization took place in the century just past. The obsession for big, bigger, and biggest flowered as never before. Now, in this century, the push is for refinement. To the technocrat, that means much greater definition of roles for humans.

Specialization will take on new restrictions and regulations. Plugging people into a system is one thing; carefully ordering their limits and restraints is another.

Take the long view of this century. The overall aim is for a structure that will encompass the actions of every human on Earth; every person with a designated function rigorously placed in the correct slot.

This will be promoted as salvation. It will be floated as the genius of the species finally taking hold.

However, it’s clear that for such an enormous structure, machines will perform better as workers than people in most cases. As Bucky Fuller pointed out, automation is the wave of the future.

Then what is to be done with humans?

The obvious answer is massive depopulation.


The Matrix Revealed


This is on the drawing board. No doubt about it. It is being enacted in certain regions.

But there is a significant glitch. Among the most important Club members are heads and owners and financiers of mega-corporations.

Those corporations are already experiencing dead time in their operations. Their production lines are moving at half-mast, because the available consumer base is too small. Out of the world’s population, perhaps only a billion people have the means to participate in what is commonly understood as the consumer economy. Corporations can accommodate far greater numbers.

This is a genuine conflict. It has been brewing for some time.

If you have any knowledge about the men who run these companies, you know they will not go gently into the good night of major depopulation. That would reduce their consumer base to a much greater degree.

So far, all attempts to artificially create more consumers has failed. The overall picture hasn’t markedly changed, nor does it appear vast government giveaways will do the job in the future.

There is a thread of Globalist calculation that appears to be an answer to the problem. It’s based on the old Nazi presumption of a lost master race, a genetic strain certain Nazi leaders were dreaming and fantasizing about—and trying to recreate.

The new IG Farben (a vast chemical/pharmaceutical Nazi cartel) is a loose collection of corporations that now constitutes global leadership in pharmaceutical/genetic research. It certainly wants to invent “enhanced humans.” This is one of its prime goals. A laboratory-induced master race.

Here is my opinion on how the hideous project could proceed:

Over time, through food, drugs, and definitely vaccines, genetic factors would be inserted in human beings to render them infertile. The gradually ensuing decline in new births would be explained away by false cover stories. These stories, particularly when they come from “eminent researchers,” would be rather easy to sell.

As the global population decreases, a re-seeding and replacement operation would be launched.

This would certainly include genetically enhanced humans, but it would also consist of favored body profiles and races, because the overall program is most assuredly a racialist scheme.

In those regions where the population is made to fall, import the favored humans and genetically enhanced specimens.

This isn’t ultimately a depopulation program at all. In its later stages, it is quite the opposite. The objective is to reduce and then bring back a full ten or 20 billion people on the planet.

It’s all about replacement. It’s all about the assumption that “superior humans” will flourish. They will buy and consume the products of the mega-corporations. They will carry out, to a T, their assigned roles in the new civilization, along side the machines of the technocrats.

It’s a plan to: rewrite the future; and, when things are humming again, to forget the genocidal past entirely, in four or five generations.

This would solve the conflict within the Club, among the technocrats, the mega-corporations, and the Rockefeller-type Globalists.


And somewhere today, a young person, filled to the brim with vague ideals and hope, buying the promise that everyone’s needs will be met, that suffering and pain and injustice will be solved, has no clue that such pretty thoughts can be hijacked in the service of building a system to eradicate what it means to be alive.

This young person thinks freedom, liberty, and the intentions of the Constitution are frivolous obstructions to a better world.

Dispense with the Constitution. It isn’t part of the modern trend.

Instead, join the crowd. Shout with delight for the political salvation that is only a few more joined hands from realization.

Forget. Believe. Go along.

Reject as absurd the possibility that elite planners have a completely different version of the world in tow.

Yell for equality, whatever that may be shaped to mean.

Think about nothing. Just swim into the days with faith born from what our leaders are selling on the shore of the new shining city.

Believe. Trust.

Your job isn’t to imagine and invent your own reality. That is a meaningless proposition.

No, your job is to love the State because the State loves you.

NY Times: trashing the Constitution for fun and profit

re: NY Times op-ed, “Let’s Give Up on the Constitution,” December 30, by Louis Michael Seidman

It doesn’t surprise me that the NY Times has decided the Constitution is merely a reference document now. The paper’s loyal readership, what’s left of it, lives huddled on the upper east side of New York, behind their hundred-million-dollar front doors, where wealth must be protected through any and all means.

The Constitution might impede that. Much better to have a central government that knows what its business and obligations really are: guarding the fortunes of the rich.

The Times editorial, of course, doesn’t say that. It merely leaves the founding document to wave in the breeze, its every pronouncement up for grabs.

The editorial is a test run to gauge the reaction.

Cutting the ropes that tether the Constitution to the government and the people isn’t a call for new energized dialogue on our common foundations. Things don’t work that way. Instead, what you get is naked fascism; the stronger force wins all arguments.

History, if paid attention to, would teach us that. But history isn’t on the minds of the powers behind the Times. They, like every other special-interest group in America, want guarantees. Wherever the trough is located, they want to stand at the head of the line and feed from it.

They want assured survival in an era of bailouts and waivers. If trillions of dollars are being thrown around by the White House, if the corruption is so thick it’s creating the biggest junta and banana republic in the history of the planet, they want in.

And they want, of course, the government to have all the guns, which requires a new rendering of the 2nd Amendment.

Obama needs allies in his next four years, as he strives to shred as much of the Constitution as he possibly can, and the Times just sent him a signal that they’re with him.

For example, HUD is about to unleash a new housing program across America, a residential version of forced school busing. It will compel every local government that accepts federal-housing money to erect low-income housing and “desegregate its demographic.”

The Constitutional legality of this move is across the river and into the trees. Court battles will spring up like grass in the spring. The White House needs back-up. The Times will provide it. It will come out and say enormous wealth redistribution is right and just and real, and the hell with the Constitution.

It will also provide reasons aplenty to disarm the citizenry of this country.

The smoke-signal Times editorial is saying, “We don’t need to hide in the dark and snipe at this Constitutional provision and that provision. We can now come out in the open and paint a big X across the whole document, in favor of ‘what’s good for the people.’”

What remain unsaid is, in these gargantuan wealth transfers there are built-in mechanisms for theft. Not skim; outright wholesale robbery. Billions, tens of billions, hundreds of billions, trillions disappear down holes, never to be seen or remembered again.

The federal government’s accounting books are so complex they make Vatican law or the Kabbalah, by comparison, read like Jack and Jill Went Up the Hill. The opportunities for stealing announce themselves on every page.

Everybody wants in. The Times, which has re-financed its debt, which is floundering in deep water, is inclining its well-coiffed head at Washington and asking, “Isn’t there room for a few billion for us?”

Achtung, baby, there is room. You scratch their back and they’ll scratch yours. You trash the Constitution and they’ll hand you bags of cash. It’s democracy. Ain’t it grand?


The Matrix Revealed


Somewhere on the upper east of the New York, a hundred-million-dollar liberal is drinking his morning coffee and saying to his wife: “Honey, this whole country is turning into a giveaway game show. It’s deeply embarrassing. I can’t believe it. But you know, if they’re handing out prizes, I guess I should find out how to knock on the relevant office door.”

He blushes. Oh, the shame of it. The impropriety.

His wife, who is a lot smarter than he is, pats his hand. “Don’t think of a door, dear. Think of an alley. Talk to that man who deposited four dumpsters full of drug money in your bank last week. I think he’ll know something. And keep reading the Times every day. They’ll keep you informed about who’s who in the new economy.”

Yes,” he says. “That’s good. It’s all about redistribution now. It’s not a dirty word anymore.”

In a similar but more lavishly appointed breakfast room in the same part of town, a graying NY Times eminence is sipping his morning coffee. He’s saying to his wife, “You know, I once thought our newspaper was a pimp. But now I see it’s a whore.”

She smiles.

What took you so long to figure that out?” she says.
