An economic pattern anyone can grasp

This is a companion piece to my article running right now at substack. I suggest you read both.

Here we go:

You take a rundown city neighborhood; high crime rate, poverty, buildings boarded up, rats, roaches, broken streetlights; and you buy up the whole area at a bargain basement price.

You tear down everything and you put up new buildings and you clear out all the residents—and you bring in new renters and owners. Now you’ve got nice apartments and cafes and art galleries and bike paths.

This is called gentrification.

Then you enact bullshit claims about a pandemic, you lock that neighborhood down, businesses close, many renters and owners go broke and move away. Decay sets in. The crime rate rises. Illegal immigrants are bused in and placed in empty buildings.

I call this REVERSE GENTRIFICATION.

THEN you do exactly what you did the first time. You buy up the whole distressed neighborhood at rock-bottom prices AGAIN, and you rebuild.

I name this GENTRIFICATION 2.

It’s profitable economics as it’s practiced these days.

I’ll present you with a good example. NEW YORK CITY. Pretty much all of it.

Go out on the streets of New York and document all the changes. Hopefully, you’ll make a deal for a 10-page photo-spread in Vogue Magazine.

You’ll need a big glossy media outlet to give you lots of space every year for an annual update. The up and the down and up of the Lower East Side, the Upper West Side, Soho, the Village, etc.

Pump, dump, and pump again.

On and on.

Just like the stock market.

—Actually, this whole method of economics is based on the notion that you’re never going to find major paradigm-changing breakthroughs. You have to keep cycling through the tearing down and building up, because nothing new is really on the horizon.

And by new, I mean, for instance, a new source of energy. Such an abundant supply that it changes the game forever.

Which brings us to this question: has such a source already been discovered, and is it being hidden?

Is it in one or more of the several thousand patent applications which the US Patent Office has sequestered in limbo?

If so, and if such technology is real and valid, what economic model would best support it—assuming you could bring it to market.

Yes, bringing it to market is the rub. But I believe there are ways to accomplish it.

I hope to have more on these issues in the near future.

One thing I’ll say for now. The idea of abundant energy for everybody for free is misguided. There is no free lunch. Think, for example, of all the streets and roads and highways in America. People tend to take them for granted. Some people claim they’re there for everybody’s use—at no charge. Those people have never heard of taxes.

Stay tuned—and go to my substack page and read about JFK’s vision of abundant energy.

Quick hitter: UCLA and the War

by Jon Rappoport

During the last few years of the Vietnam War, I lived near the UCLA campus in Westwood. On some days, driving by it, I could see gaggles of police cars parked there.

That meant there were protests and riots on campus. UCLA was a hotbed for protests against the War.

Flash forward a dozen years or so. I was looking for a possible story to write for LA Weekly. I spoke to a Dean at UCLA about the War. This is what he told me (I’m paraphrasing):

“The day the military draft ended, all protests stopped. It was as if there had never been a war. Instead, students started going into campus counseling offices. They wanted to know about jobs that aligned with their majors. They wanted to know what their prospects were after graduation. These were the same ‘revolutionaries’ who had been railing against the inequities of society.”

“Not only that, conflicts broke out between black and white student groups on campus. During the War, they’d been united. But now they were at odds. Over money. Money that was allocated for student activities. Who was going to get the lion’s share of that money?”

There are a few lessons to be learned there, if one cares to think about it…

Podcast: Destroying the Tyranny

Today’s Rebels, Tomorrow’s Leaders

by Jon Rappoport

July 26, 2022

(To join our email list, click here.)

In this podcast, I continue to lay out my vision of REAL leadership, what it looks like, how it operates, and what it needs to overcome.

Subscribers who’ve been listening to my previous podcasts on The Real President know I’ve been presenting something DIFFERENT.

Those of you who haven’t yet subscribed: why not do it now? The cost is about one breakfast a month at a coffee shop, off the highway, in 1990. And for yearly subscribers—we’re about to roll out a host of new features beyond anything any substack writer is offering.

Jump in, the water’s fine.

I’m going to start off this week’s podcast by covering The Transgender War and The Opioid War. I’ll provide essential context that’s missing from other presentations of this material. The Tyranny in charge of running things considers these two attacks crucial to their goals.

Then I’ll follow up with a subject I title: WHAT IS THE FLU, REALLY? I’ve never done an audio presentation on this subject before.

I walk all the way down the rabbit hole and expose that fraud, because it’s a perfect illustration of the whole paradigm of modern disease. The Tyranny absolutely depends on selling this paradigm to the people.

Real Presidents and real leaders would take on these subjects in ruthless fashion—no holds barred—in order to liberate people from the paralyzing mind control which has been imposed by the State.

Finally, I’ll dive deep into The Race War, which is the cornerstone of the whole Woke Culture. Without that cornerstone, Woke collapses in a heap of garbage.

The issue of Race spreads out into the Welfare State, the government as mother and father, the destruction of the family, and—this is the big one—THE MIND CONTROLLERS GIVE A (FALSE) PURPOSE IN LIFE TO THOSE WHO HAVE NO PURPOSE.

That last item is a vital key. At moments, this country and other countries could have inspired themselves with great energizing and uplifting enterprises. Bolts of lightning. Because that never happened, whole societies were cast adrift.

People found no greatness. They abandoned great thoughts and great impulses. Instead, they looked around…and were offered forgeries and imitations of true impulses.

The imitations turned out to be traps.

I’ll explain that whole tragic detour—and what it has to do with Race—in the podcast.

Join me.

As I keep saying—actually reporting, because it’s an unalterable fact—the game is never over. The war for freedom goes on.

Nothing of value is permanently lost.

We’re alive here and now; so pursue a vision worth fighting for.

— Jon Rappoport

Podcast: The Real President, Part 2

This is bigger than you know. This is bigger than any of us knows

by Jon Rappoport

July 6, 2022

(To join our email list, click here.)

I’m doubling down.

This is bigger than you know. This is bigger than any of us knows.

I’m finding my way here, and in the process a whole new landscape is coming into view. What would a real President say and how would he say it? What would he do if he had balls of steel? That’s where it started with me—with those simple questions. But it’s become a lot more.

And people who think their favorite Presidential example is JFK or Trump or DeSantis or Reagan—what I’m talking about is WAY, WAY beyond any of that.

So I’m doubling down with the new podcast. I’m talking about a real revolution here. One that penetrates all the layers of phoniness and pretension and compromise that infect every aspect of national life, and digs down to the GOLD. The reality that people hope for and yearn for. A vision of what a real leader would be.

A hundred such leaders could change the course of history. Now. And guess what? Those leaders are among us. They just haven’t come forward with every ounce of courage and energy. Yet.

The delusion is: we’re stuck with a culture of insanity that surrounds us and is overwhelming us. WRONG.

In the podcast, I’m going to explain how and why that’s wrong.

In Part One, I laid out very specific approaches that would turn this culture around and put it on the right track. I’m going to amplify and expand that discussion in Part 2. But I’m not “presenting data.” No. I’m going past the data to the muscle and blood and bone and brains and heart and imagination of revolution at the core. The leaders. The real President. The man who, from word one, strikes a nerve and a chord with millions of people and MAKES GOOD on his words.

He doesn’t step back. He doesn’t retreat into narcissism and a cult of his own personality. He attacks and keeps attacking. He relentlessly moves forward.

He steps into, and occupies, the vacuum, the emptiness at the heart of this culture, and he shows people what they’ve been waiting for.

This isn’t just fiction. This is realer than real.

I hope you’ll listen to this podcast. If you haven’t subscribed yet, kick in a few bucks and support the work I’ve been doing for 20 years, at NoMoreFakeNews, OutsideTheRealityMachine, and now Substack. I’ve written thousands of free articles over those 20 years.

Podcast: The Real President

I’m taking off the gloves

by Jon Rappoport

June 28, 2022

(To join our email list, click here.)

ACTION! DRAMA! AN END TO THE PILE OF GARBAGE CALLED THE CORPORATE STATE! NO MORE CULTURE PRESIDED OVER BY WHINING VICTIMS!

This podcast is very different. Those of you who haven’t subscribed, throw in a few bucks and listen.

Ever since I ran for a seat in the US Congress in 1994, I’ve been making notes on the portrait of a REAL President of the United States. A man who would actually go to the wall for values and freedoms expressed in the Founding documents of this country.

And when I say “go to the wall,” I mean something far more than ANYTHING we’ve ever seen from a modern President.

For example, he would have to dismantle and crush whole sectors of the bloated federal apparatus that has been erected over the past 200-plus years. So he would have to be a very different KIND of man.

Perhaps a Teddy Roosevelt or an Andrew Jackson, minus a few of their insane character flaws.

This is my intent: paint a picture in words of a real President and describe exactly what he would do. In detail. BLOW FRESH CLEAN AIR INTO A LUNATIC CULTURE.

Why? Because we need, more than ever now, a new standard.

We need a new VISION. Because too many people believe we can never put things right; that too much power and too much corruption has invaded every sphere of human life. We need to offload that conception and burn it to the ground.

We CAN’T just settle, in our minds and hearts, for baby steps along a road that might liberate us a little more or preserve a status quo that is moderately comfortable for some and say this is the best we can hope for.

Trust me, I fully understand what we’re up against. I also understand that most people believe a REAL leader would be blocked, trapped, cut off, hamstrung, and weighed down in diabolical legal clap-trap until he is effectively castrated.

But you see, and I really hope you get this because it’s crucial, “what most sensible people believe” is exactly what keeps us from forming a vision of what we actually WANT. AND THAT VISION IS AN ESSENTIAL BEGINNING, without which everyone flounders and finally surrenders.

FIRST comes the big vision. Then comes the plan for implementing it. If you try to put the plan and the system first, you fail every time.

There are endless reasons under the sun for believing all is lost. There are endless reasons for being cynical to the point of running out of energy.

So what I’m doing in this podcast is reclaiming lost territory and lost energy and lost pictures of what I believe we really want to see happening in this country, from top to bottom…embodied in the vision of a real leader.

THROWING CAUTION TO WINDS in the process.

Because SOMEBODY has to.

Somebody has to, without being circumspect, without thinking a real revolution is “scientific,” without sounding like a tech head from Microsoft giving a TED talk.

A REAL President would attack. He would attack the enormous landfills of bullshit that have surrounded us.

Well, what would that attack look like, from Day One of his Presidency?

What would he do, in full possession of his senses, with a burning clarity of mind, to turn upside-down things right-side up?

How would he act, and what would he say—avoiding all the tightly measured and sphincter-clenched drivel of politicians?

What would he say if he was actually committed to MAKE A REVOLUTION HAPPEN?

How would he embark to irritate every oyster shell in which every comfortable person lives—forcing that shell to produce a pearl?

Oh yes—some people will immediately say that such a man would turn into a military dictator. But I say no. I’m showing a man who would elevate freedom-with-responsibility to heights that would impact the lowest worm of a defeatist cynic to his core.

This is the picture of a man I’m painting. A picture whose existence has long been forgotten.

THE REAL PRESIDENT.

The one millions of people have unconsciously been waiting for.

Not “a chosen one.” Not some automatic one from nowhere presented to the people on a silver platter. But a man who has worked his way up to the place where seeing and taking action are One.

It’s time to look at this man.

In the podcast, I’ll do my damnedest to show him to you. In a way that stops you dead in your tracks if you just want to shrug and say, SO WHAT? I’ll try to show him to you in a way that involves you in his great enterprise and war, because it’s your war, too.

It’s yours, mine, and everybody else’s’; this goddamn war has been going on for 50,000 years.

But here’s the bottom line on the podcast. You can look at this vision of a real president from any distance. Up close, far away. You can walk around him, view him from the side in profile. You can engage at different levels. You can experience your own feelings and thoughts as you watch him make his revolution. You can find out more about what you REALLY feel. That’s my goal in this podcast.

Listen.

Quiet apocalypse at the school board: when in the course of human events…

by Jon Rappoport

June 20, 2022

(To join our email list, click here.)

In OhMyGod, Ohio, on a slow Thursday afternoon, Dr. Helmet Von Suit, a career bureaucrat, the president of the school board, held a meeting to discuss budget allocations for the coming year. Sixty parents sat in the room.

Margo Smith stood up and said:

I have two young boys in elementary school. One of them brought me a book from the library which contains pictures and descriptions of oral sex and other sexual practices. I’m going to read a graphic passage from the book now—

That won’t be possible. To read it would be obscene, and we can’t have that at a public meeting.

Dr. Suit, as I said, this is a book from—

I don’t care where it’s from. I refuse to allow—

All right. I’ve copied pages from the book and sent them to a hundred parents in the District. I’m sure you’ll be hearing from them. Now, as to the matter of Critical Race Theory, I have a video taken in a sixth grade class two weeks ago. The teacher is telling nine-year olds that all white people are evil racists, and that would include children. I’ll play you the audio.

No you won’t. What goes on in our classrooms is private and privileged. Recording video is a crime.

I see. It’s all right for a teacher to tell nine-year olds that all white people are racists, but it’s not all right for anyone to document the teacher saying that. Good, Dr. Suit. We now have you on the record. So I’ll move on. Four teachers in the District are teaching very young children they can choose their gender. Not only that—and we have audio and video—but the teachers are telling the kids they can take puberty blocking drugs that will help them make a choice about gender. In this folder, I have eight published studies describing the VERY serious adverse effects of the drugs. I want to read a passage from one of the studies.

Out of order. We don’t permit casual reading of scientific literature. Our District public health people make all medical decisions—

Then I’ll say this. I have another folder here with studies documenting the ineffectiveness of masks, and the negative consequences of children wearing them. On top of that, I have 40 studies—

Not permitted—

—That conclude the COVID vaccines are unnecessary for children and carry considerable risks.

You don’t get to decide that.

Oh but I do. A month ago, I started a Zoom group of school parents in the District. We now have 85 parents attending our sessions. The number expands every week. You can either hold real discussions with us or you can suffer the consequences.

That sounds like a threat. It borders on terrorism.

We’re aware the US Attorney General has tasked the FBI with investigating parents like us, all across the country, who are rising up in rebellion against oppressive school boards. We don’t care. We’re willing to deal with whatever comes our way.

Even if it means being thrown in jail?

Especially if it means that. We want the vaccine mandate eradicated. We’re not sending our kids to school if they have to take the shot. We’ll pull our kids out. Actually, we’re in the process of starting our own home school. Free from people like you.

What do mean, people like me?

Bureaucrats who pick up a paycheck on our tax dime and harm our children. By the way, we know your teachers aren’t teaching our children how to read and write. Certainly not at their grade levels. Your teachers are faking grades to make it seem education is going on in the classrooms.

This is outrageous.

I agree. And we’ve had enough. This is a 1776 moment, Doctor.

Another threat of insurrection.

You bet. That’s exactly what it is. Without guns. Without a shot being fired. You’re a bureaucrat who does evil, who passes along evil, who permits evil. You think we serve you, but we don’t. You’re OURS.

I won’t stand for this.

You’ll stand for it or sit for it. Our numbers are growing every day. We won’t back down. No matter what.

Trump is behind all this!

Who? Oh, you mean the former President who keeps flogging his wondrous COVID vaccine that’s caused, by a VERY conservative estimate, more than 800,000 injuries in America? But listen, keep trying to sell that line. Sell anything you want to.

Who are you anyway? Who’s behind you? Who’s funding you? Everything you’re saying is just code for white racism.

Keep telling yourself that, as more and more black parents join our group.

We have hundreds of thousands of people on social media who will drown you out.

Do you seriously think we care about those bobble heads? We’re parents. PARENTS. We would do anything for our children. You’re fronting for an agenda of destruction. We see that clearly. You want to control our kids’ minds. We want to make them free and strong and independent. Those are the terms of the war. Now, seriously, who do you think is on the side of the angels?

Don’t give me that garbage. Children live under the protection of the State. They’re part of the State.

Glad to get that on the record, too, DOCTOR.

You don’t have final say over your children. We can intercede.

You’ve been interceding for a long time. We were asleep. Not anymore.

We’re a duly instituted public school board. You have no license to change what we do.

We’re raising our children. That’s duly instituted on levels you’re apparently unaware of.

The school system and the government behind it are stronger than you are.

We’ll see about that. Ever hear of the phrase, “consent of the governed?”

That consent was given to us a long time ago.

We’re in the process of taking it back. You’re a figurehead, Dr. Suit. As classrooms in your schools empty out, and more and more parents put their kids into home schooling, you’ll see that. When our Union of Concerned Parents starts picketing your—

Union of what?!

Did I forget to mention that? We’re forming a Union of the Dissenters.

You have no power to do that.

Of course we do. That’s what our lawyers tell us.

Your lawyers?

Yes. It turns out that some parents are also practicing attorneys.

Don’t get sarcastic with me.

This is just the beginning of your nightmare. We’re going to squeeze you in every possible way. We no longer recognize your authority. Nor do we accept your judgments.

I’ll have you thrown in jail.

You already said that. We’re ready. We have six local police officers in our parent group. If we’re arrested, they’ll be making video statements which, by the way, will mention you by name. Those videos will be spread all over the world.

That’s illegal.

By what law? Has the 1st Amendment been recently revoked? And how do you think jailing dozens of parents is going to play? Talk to your PR people. Ask them.

You pay us to babysit your children.

Thank you again, Doctor. Another nice statement for the record. Actually, no. We pay you to teach our children to think for themselves, to use their imaginations. To learn the basics. You’re failing on all counts.

I’m warning you.

Warning us about what?

You’ve gone too far.

We’re just getting started. Our theater group—

Your what?

—Will be putting on little sketches all over town. You’re the featured character. Doctor Suit Enforces Mask Mandates on Our Children, But He Doesn’t Wear a Mask in Public. That’s the first one. We’ll be reading passages describing raw sex acts from the book in the school library. That should provoke some interesting reactions. You know—“Here’s how your tax dollars are being spent.”

Sit down.

I am sitting down, Doctor. I’ve been sitting down for a few minutes. You’re the one standing up.

You’re a devil.

I refer you to the members of my church. I’m the head of the choir. On the other hand, your provenance is questionable.

You’re a…Republican.

My status is Independent. I cast my votes in elections on a case by case basis. You…not so much. We have your record during your term as city councilman. We know who donated to your campaign. For example, that “financier for the people,” who lobbied against the bill that would have ordered a clean-up of the lead and other heavy metals in the drinking water.

I’m calling the police now.

We already have, Doctor. We’ve informed them this is a legal and peaceful meeting, and we’re happy to answer any questions they may have. You see, Doctor, we’re prepared. We’re not bumpkins. We try to think things through and anticipate. We want to provide a workable template for other parent groups, so they can do the same. Of course, we’re outraged at what you’ve been doing to our children. But that doesn’t mean we’re flying by the seat of our pants. By the way, we have a request. Your brother-in-law owns a piece of empty land on the edge of the city. Some of our parents who live out there want to turn it into an urban farm. People in the community would grow food for themselves and sell the excess to local markets. We’d like you to help us get permission.

I can’t do that.

Why not?

There is an ongoing negotiation with the city to—

Turn it into a landfill for garbage. Yes, we’re aware. But which would you rather see? People living next door to a toxic dump, or those people growing clean, nutritious, free food for themselves and their families?

This is a PR stunt.

Since when is food a stunt?

I refuse to knuckle under to pressure.

Because you’re bent on control. In your mind, giving people an inch is letting them take a mile. You need basic re-education.

You’re lecturing me about education?

Your PhD is in social psychology. Aside from teaching one semester of plane geometry and algebra in a private junior high school, you’ve never dealt with students face to face. After the school let you go, you flew out to California and convinced a rich friend from college to cut you in on a winery he was launching. You’ve been serving as an administrative assistant in that operation for many years. As far as we can tell, your job involves studying in-house reports and liaising with a law firm. Recently, you spoke with your friend about bankrolling your run for mayor of our city. You have your eye on that office, as a stepping-stone to the governorship. We don’t think that’s going to happen for you. We think you’re dead in the water, Doctor.

You’re…you’re…

I’m what, Doctor? My name is Margo Smith, and I have two young children in public school in your District. Today, I pulled them out of school. They’re never going back. The perverse show you and your board members are running, which you call education, is a blight. It’s a disgrace and a crime. You’re a grifter with a degree next to your name, that’s all.

You’re making this personal. You’re digging into my private life. That’s out of bounds. It’s illegal.

Really? If you’re going to throw your hat in the political arena, Doctor, you’d better get used to it. It’s called opposition research. I’m trying to prepare you. You should be thanking me. For instance, remember the cute beagle your family used to have? Sonny? For some reason, you gave Sonny away. But not to another family. Not even to a shelter. You donated him to your old friend, Jim Murdock. Jim owns an animal testing lab. Sonny went into a cage. To test an experimental antibiotic, lab techs cut away pieces of Sonny’s body, leaving open wounds, to study “infection rate and treatment.” The experimental drug, used for bacterial infections, was redundant. There were a dozen antibiotics just like it on the market.

I never knew about that until it was too late!

We don’t think that’s true. We’ve been talking to Jim Murdock.

That son of a bitch!

A few years ago, you gave him advice about a biotech stock. You told him you had inside information. He bought shares, and it tanked. He wasn’t very happy about that. —I see the police are arriving. A bunch of us are leaving now, Doctor, to chat with them. Carry on. Discuss how you’re going to spend our tax dollars. We’ll see you around. Soon and often. We’ll pass along your regards to your ex-wife. A few of us are having tea with her later this afternoon. Should be an interesting conversation.

What about the good fathers?

by Jon Rappoport

June 6, 2022

(To join our email list, click here.)

A couple of months ago, I started to write a piece about all the celebration-and-recognition days, weeks, and months in America. Proud of this, hurray for that. Participation trophies for civic workers who are left-handed, and are missing a toe.

I gave up after an hour. There are too many of these Special Days. Far too many for any country that wants to call itself sane. I also stopped thinking about all the people who plan and stage the events; the ridiculous amount of time spent, the goofy work put in; the wall to wall mindless self-congratulation.

I did notice there was no Day set aside for fathers—I mean fathers who work hard and earn a living for their families and help raise their children and set an example. Don’t talk to me about the traditional once a year Father’s Day. It’s empty. Vapid.

I think there should be a whole month. FATHERS WHO EARN A LIVING FOR THEIR FAMILIES. Because it isn’t easy.

If men who gather together in the woods and beat drums and talk about their feelings rate books being written about them, then a Recognition Month for fathers who support their families should spawn its own stories about dedication, commitment, and hard work.

And if some synthetic group pushing who knows what can go to the White House and smile and shake hands with the President and pose for pictures, why can’t the good fathers earn an invitation and grab press coverage?

Because it would drive people crazy. That’s why. People who don’t know, and don’t want to know, what steady every day work is like would take to Twitter whining about the “crime” of exalting fathers and “desecrating society’s victims.”

I was probably moved to write this article an hour ago, when I read about a new documentary detailing the Canadian truckers’ journey across the country to protest Trudeau’s vaccine policy. And I realized that, in all the coverage of the convoy at the time, no one seemed to be mentioning the fact that these truckers actually work for a living, relentlessly doing something hard every day. They aren’t college students living off of loans, attending classes in which the professors instruct them on the latest woke causes.

The Good Fathers. We’re supposed to believe it’s an idea whose time came and went. We’re on the cusp of a New Age; robot machines are taking over from human hands and brains.

Therefore, we’ll all gain automatic status as citizens provided for by the State. And as the World Economic Forum proclaims, we’ll own nothing and we’ll be happy.

There’s the rub. Fathers who support their families actually own something. Something worth preserving; and when push comes to shove, something worth defending.

My God, we can’t celebrate THAT. Oh no. It would be counter-productive. Of course, the word “productive” itself has been redefined. It now means a free lunch.

Why? Because a free lunch is the precursor to free everything, and the small print on that government contract contains a clause which reads: “We give you survival, if and only if you behave.”

THE GOOD FATHERS AREN’T SIGNING THE CONTRACT.

In my dreams, I hear a mellifluous play by play man say exactly that on global television, with a thousand good fathers standing at the 50-yard line during the half-time show at the Super Bowl.

No music. No bands. Just 80,000 fans in the stands cheering.

Then we would really have something.

Then the shit would hit the fan and fly off into outer space.

And we would have even more.

Home schooling: here’s what our masters say

And you’d better pay attention

Daniel Greenfield, writing at Front Page Magazine, offers this gem:

“Elizabeth Bartholet, the director of Harvard Law’s Child Advocacy Program, described the ‘homeschooling phenomenon’ as a ‘threat’ to society, claiming that conservative parents ‘homeschool because they want to isolate their children from ideas and values central to our democracy’, ‘promote racial segregation and female subservience’, and ‘question science’.”

“Her paper called for a ‘presumptive ban on homeschooling, with the burden on parents to demonstrate justification for permission to homeschool.’ These views are not fringe.”

Of course, this elite Harvard titan, Bartholet, knows which ideas and values are central to our democracy; and the place to drill them into children’s heads is public school.

Which pretty much sums up what public schools are for.

She also has a complete grasp of science in all fields, and she can identify disruptive questions which would lead unsuspecting people down the wrong track.

Appoint her the head of Something Big immediately.

Like all of her super-educated colleagues, she manages to forget that the United States is a Republic, not a democracy. But a democracy is what she needs, because under that system the well-oiled systems of money determine which voices are heard and which are silenced.

The voices that are heard are called “the will of The People.” So says the press, which is basically a PR and marketing operation on behalf of Money. As a cover, the press pretends to be an advocate for the poor and the underserved.

Elizabeth Bartholet should be pumping gas and collecting tumbleweed at a station in Death Valley, where she can talk to herself and right all the wrongs of society.

It’s always this way with elites; they know what we need because we can’t know it. They labor to supply us with their values because ours are worthless.

Their bottom line, when it comes to education? Children don’t belong to their parents. They belong to the State. So you see, their territory of operation is far wider than schools. They’re werewolves, and parents are silver bullets.

In 2020, Bartholet was a co-organizer of a Harvard summit on homeschooling, along with law professor James Dwyer. The announcement for this summit included the following profile of Dwyer. Buckle up:

“James Dwyer, a law professor at the College of William and Mary. He is the professor famous for claiming that ‘The reason parent-child relationships exist is because the State confers legal parenthood …’ In his 1994 law review article ‘Parents’ Religion and Children’s Welfare: Debunking the Doctrine of Parents’ Rights’ (82 Calif. L. Rev. 1371), Dwyer argued that ‘the claim that parents should have child-rearing rights—rather than simply being permitted to perform parental duties and to make certain decisions on a child’s behalf in accordance with the child’s rights—is inconsistent with principles deeply embedded in our law and morality’.”

Yes. Democracy. Certainly.

Isn’t this what you’ve always wanted? Permission from the State to perform certain limited parental duties?

Dwyer’s deep understanding of the Constitution is evident here. He realizes that, contrary to popular belief, the founding document never intended to limit and constrain central government and guarantee wide freedom to the individual.

No. Instead, it embedded government EVERYWHERE, especially within the family. Parents, the Founders reasoned, were no better than British Kings. They had to be hamstrung and placed in homes as carefully watched and monitored agents of the State, to carry out instructions on how to raise children.

Aha. Yes. Of course. How could we have missed that?

And it’s only fitting that we should receive such wisdom from Harvard, where posing as guardians of the disenfranchised while sitting on a pile of endowment money that reaches to the moon has been raised to an art form.

At Harvard, the elites play in the fields of the Lord and stoop to offer us mandates about the basics of life itself.

Mother? Father? Son? Daughter? These are grave misnomers which arose owing to parental ignorance and overreach.

A vast course correction is needed, and our rulers will define the law and guide the way.

Bow the head, bend the knee, and give thanks.

Or you could build a moat around your home and fill it with crocodiles. While you home school your children.

You know, mothers—the children YOU GAVE BIRTH TO.

Unless you believe sex, conception, pregnancy, and birth are mere footnotes of State law.

Decreed by Harvard.

Associated Press, sign up for my 1st Amendment seminar, you idiots

by Jon Rappoport

May 13, 2022

(To join our email list, click here.)

This is a one-time offer to the Associated Press. My weekend seminar on free speech and the meaning of the 1st Amendment can be yours, for the low, low price of $10000000000000000000000000. Cash up front.

In a recent piece about Elon Musk, AP offers this stunner:

“Musk boasts that he’s acquiring Twitter to defend freedom of speech. But he has long used the platform to attack perceived foes who dare to disagree with him.”

Let’s see. If Musk really believed in free speech, he would refrain from responding to his critics, right? That’s what FREE and SPEECH mean, right?

Or Musk would write, “I differ from you in my assertions, but thanks for responding. Everything is relative.”

If Musk really believed in free speech, he would send each of his critics a check for $10,000, to prove how tolerant he is.

Musk: “Dear GruffDog2: I acknowledge your disagreement with my recent statement about space travel. If you sign an affidavit swearing that you’re a member of an underserved community, I’ll increase my check to $15,000.”

If Musk really believed in free speech, he would never ever attack (in print) someone who disagreed with him. Because THAT would be a clear violation of the 1st Amendment. This is what AP is declaring.

Perhaps this is what AP is saying: “Hey, man, this dude Musk is the richest dude in the world. So the whole thing is unfair. The deck is stacked against the poor victim who disagreed with him. See, when Musk tweets, the page automatically lights up and glows, but when the little victim dude tweets, the page is dark.”

I’ve reached out to AP with this interpretation, but their office of self-justification hasn’t gotten back to me.

However, some unknown person at AP did send me this: I dug up a 1795 statement penned by James Madison: “Our work launching a new nation means nothing unless we realize that FREE SPEECH really focuses on the comment a person makes when he disagrees with a prior person’s statement. If the prior person THEN disagrees with the first disagreement, he is taking things too far. His speech is not protected. He can be stripped of all his assets and sent to prison for the rest of his life. Or he can be shot at dawn.”

I relayed that response to the offices of Joe Biden and Barack Obama. Biden immediately returned a terse remark: “I approve of this message. Vote for me.”

Obama stated: “The 1st Amendment doesn’t cover misinformation. No one has the right to misinform. The Constitution is a living document, and I continue to interpret it for you. My cronies and I define misinformation in our weekly updates. No one has the right to be wrong. The world is too dangerous a place to permit wrongness. For example, the NSA informs me you’ve written a piece mocking my family for living in our beachfront mansion on Martha’s Vineyard, since we affirm the imminent threat of climate change and drowning of all coastlines. However, you’re wrong; because I say so. I hereby fine you $1000000000. My people will be in touch to provide you with account and routing numbers.”

Why I’ve been writing about Yellowstone at substack

Why millions of people are watching Yellowstone

by Jon Rappoport

May 12, 2022

(To join our email list, click here.)

15 million people watched Episode 1 of Season 4 of Paramount’s smash-hit cable series, Yellowstone.

This is populism television—a tidal wave out of nowhere.

There are several factors involved. The main one is:

A family is determined to keep its land—the biggest ranch in Montana—against all odds. Against all attempts to take the land by: the state government, a gigantic corporate land developer, an Indian tribe, a psychopathic killer and his hired guns.

The ranching Dutton family will go to any lengths to keep the land.

This suddenly resonates with millions of viewers.

No other television series in history, based on the premise of holding on to private property, has provoked such passion.

What’s going on?

Americans have come to a crossroad and they know it.

The government and its allies want to gobble up private property and end it. This is the inevitable outcome of the Parent State in action. This is also Globalism in action. This is, yes, one of the pillars of Socialism, Communism, and Marxist philosophy—the outlawing of all private property.

The tactics for achieving this goal are many. Outright seizure, crippling property taxes, a welter of regulations making private ownership far more risky and difficult.

Yellowstone pulls no punches. No episode goes by without the producers shoving the issue of private ownership in the faces of viewers.

And viewers respond. They see who the good guys and the bad guys are.

Of course, reviews in the press don’t hammer on this issue of private property incursion and destruction. They acknowledge the popularity of the series, but they don’t try to explain it. Well, they wouldn’t. Because the issue is too hot to handle. Much too hot.

At the end of Season 4, rancher-daughter Beth Dutton schools an idealistic environmentalist on the biggest threat to the Montana environment: the corporate developer, Market Equities, who intends to build a new ugly modern consumerist city for rich tourists on the beautiful landscape—an airport, highways, hotels, casinos, condo complexes, ski resorts, etc.

Market Equities’ notion of private property has no connection to basic family ownership of land. It’s impersonal. It’s a factory operation. It’s a partnership with the state government, a job creator, a tax collector. It’s a non-stop bulldozer. It’s Vegas, brutally injected into eternal hills and valleys.

And along with this “modernization,” Yellowstone also puts front and center the rise of the “modern citizen,” shallow, perky, politically correct, clueless, petty, nasty under the surface, completely cut off from the land and its moral values and traditions. Beth Dutton is the relentless exposer and slayer of this new citizen.

If ever a fictional television series could cross over into real life and spawn a greater resistance to foul, elite, giant destruction of private-ownership, Yellowstone is it.

I can only hope the upcoming Season 5 doesn’t back down an inch from the previous 4.

There’s another thing Yellowstone is doing. It’s highlighting a stark competition and war been one side and another, played out on the land of Montana. Yes, COMPETITION, yet another traditional American value that has been attacked, downplayed, befouled, and accused of being inherently UNFAIR.

Hence, trophies for children who merely participate in sports. “Here, Jimmy, you tried to kick the ball four times last season and missed three times, so accept this plastic statue and know we all love you, and don’t ever bother thinking about who the best athletes on the team are. There is no best.”

Sports put the lie to that. Sports, which more and more people are taught to hate, endure. They’re stark. They’re real. They’re built to decide who wins. The nightly news doesn’t turn sports into a mush of indeterminate he said he said. The scoreboard doesn’t turn 101-87 into a tie.

Even with all the corruption surrounding and infecting sports, they survive. On the field. Where it counts.

Kids learn to deal with it. They find out they can get better if they work harder. There is a ladder of attainment, and they can climb it. Or they can try to fake it and fail. Excuses don’t succeed. Complaining doesn’t succeed.

Parents can console their children after a loss, but if they try to rip the heart out of a sport in order to “save their kids,” the whole proposition backfires. Weakness takes over.

The world can’t be made fair by trying to strip away talent and effort and the desire to achieve and the commitment to work. The world can’t be made fair by trying to submerge these basics. It can only be made into an idiot’s circus and a government overseer-bureau and a peer-pressure reduction of language and a massive toleration of stupidity.

In a society where the Glob and the Group and the Know-Nothing and the Pussified and the Obedient Little Fascist are promoted as The Good, the ultimate resistance comes from The Individual.

That’s what I’m speaking of and writing to.
