Elite American support for Russia: a tradition

In 1971, Gary Allen published his book, None Dare Call it Conspiracy. It quickly became an unofficial best seller.

Over the years, several million copies have been sold.

Allen’s thesis was stark: super-rich American capitalists were financing socialism. This bizarre paradox was resolved when socialism was properly understood—not as “power to the people”—but as elite power over the people. In other words, as a hoax.

These days, the socialist hoax is still unknown to most of the population.

Cloak a global power grab as progress for all of humanity.

Here, from chapter six of None Dare Call it Conspiracy, “The Rockefellers and the Reds,” is a passage commenting on the period just after the Russian Revolution of 1917:

“The Rockefellers assigned their public relations agent, Ivy Lee, to sell the American public the idea that the Bolsheviks were merely misunderstood idealists who were actually kind benefactors of mankind.”

“After the Bolshevik Revolution, Standard Oil of New Jersey [Rockefeller] bought 50 per cent of the Nobel’s huge Caucasus oil fields even though the property had theoretically been nationalized [by Russia]. (O’Connor, Harvey, The Empire Of Oil, Monthly Review Press, New York, 1955, p.270.)”

“In 1927, Standard Oil of New York [Rockefeller] built a refinery in Russia, thereby helping the Bolsheviks put their economy back on its feet. Professor [Antony] Sutton states: ‘This was the first United States investment in Russia since the Revolution.’ (Ibid, Vol.1, p.38)”

“Shortly thereafter Standard Oil of New York and its subsidiary, Vacuum Oil Company [Rockefeller], concluded a deal to market Soviet oil in European countries and it was reported that a loan of $75,009,000 to the Bolsheviks was arranged. (National Republic, Sept.1927.)”

“…Wherever Standard Oil would go, Chase National Bank was sure to follow. (The Rockefeller’s Chase Bank was later merged with the Warburg’s Manhattan Bank to form the present Chase Manhattan Bank.) In order to rescue the Bolsheviks, who were supposedly an archenemy, the Chase National Bank was instrumental in establishing the American-Russian Chamber of Commerce in 1922. President of the Chamber was Reeve Schley, a vice-president of Chase National Bank. (Ibid, Vol.11, p.288) According to Professor Sutton: ‘In 1925, negotiations between Chase and [Russian] Prombank extended beyond the finance of raw materials and mapped out a complete program for financing Soviet raw material exports to the U. S. and imports of U. S. cotton and machinery.’ (Ibid, Vol.11, p.226) Sutton also reports that ‘Chase National Bank and the Equitable Trust Company were leaders in the Soviet credit business.’ (Ibid, p.277)”

“The Rockefeller’s Chase National Bank also was involved in selling Bolshevik bonds in the United States in 1928. Patriotic organizations denounced the Chase as an ‘international fence.’ Chase was called ‘a disgrace to America… They will go to any lengths for a few dollars profits.’ (Ibid, Vol.11, p.291) Congressman Louis McFadden, chairman of the House Banking Committee, maintained in a speech to his fellow Congressmen:”

“’The Soviet government has been given United States Treasury funds by the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks acting through the Chase Bank and the Guaranty Trust Company and other banks in New York City.”

“’Open up the books of Amtorg, the trading organization of the Soviet government in New York, and of Gostorg, the general office of the Soviet Trade Organization, and of the State Bank of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and you will be staggered to see how much American money has been taken from the United States’ Treasury for the benefit of Russia. Find out what business has been transacted for the State Bank of Soviet Russia by its correspondent, the Chase Bank of New York’. (Congressional Record, June 15, 1933.)”

“But the Rockefellers apparently were not alone in financing the Communist arm of the Insiders’ conspiracy. According to Professor Sutton ‘… there is a report in the State Department files that names Kuhn, Loeb & Co. (the long established and important financial house in New York) as the financier of the [Russians’] First Five Year Plan. See U. S. State Dept. Decimal File, 811.51/3711 and 861.50 FIVE YEAR PLAN/236.’ (Sutton, op. cit., Vol. II, p. 340n.)”

“Professor Sutton proves conclusively in his three volume history of Soviet technological development that the Soviet Union was almost literally manufactured by the U.S.A…”

“…Sutton shows that there is hardly a segment of the Soviet economy which is not a result of the transference of Western, particularly American, technology.”

“This cannot be wholly the result of accident. For fifty years the Federal Reserve-CFR-Rockefeller-lnsider crowd has advocated and carried out policies aimed at increasing the power of their satellite, the Soviet Union. Meanwhile, America spends $75 billion a year on defense to protect itself from the enemy the Insiders are building up.”

Getting the picture? I hope so.

Regarding this issue and the current “war” and so on, this interview is largely nonsense. There are no “two sides” and no “good guys” in this.

It’s one cabal, one conspiracy, one agenda, and one divide and rule strategy. And the (so-called “common”/”ordinary”) people are the ones suffering and being exploited everywhere.

This guy also appears to not know what he’s talking about, or, even worse, to be trying to present lies.

He talks about the “state” and “citizens” as if it were a good thing and a panacea even, as if it were the “only way”, and as if it hadn’t been seen already what the “state” is (and this is also the “nationalism” vs “communism” scam, division, and false binary choice trap).

He then says “the “Chinese system” is not about control”. That is total nonsense. It is completely about control, and it’s the first full deployment of technocracy (and people there – the ones that are not clueless – know it well).

He also claims “knowledge” of the East, “by familiarity living there”, which means nothing, and which is a common argument put forth by people that think, and/or that want to convince you, that they know, when they don’t.

And then he says it is about “harmony”… He should read some Jon Rappoport maybe, and then ask himself what that “harmony” is exactly, and through which way it is “achieved”…

Then he talks about public and private, seemingly unaware of what the “private sector” is (currently, and in effect), and about how part of the agenda is for (and through) the so-called “public-private partnerships” (= all private interests in effect = “you will own nothing and be happy”)…

He also seems to be, as are many (including Jon a bit perhaps), unaware of the lies about the “history” of WWII, as well as of the constant manipulation and lies that there are in general.

And he also appears to be clueless about how the EU came to be, and what it actually is.

There are some good points made. And Catherine makes most of them.

Most of the interview however, is quite misleading.

And sadly I have seen Catherine is still talking about the “virus” and a “covid” illness (which is astonishing really).
I recommend that everyone do your own research, and do a lot of it as well, as much as you can.

    Getting the Picture?

This information has been publicly available in increasingly clear doses since the early 1970s. 50 years later, not a thing has changed, except for the Rockefeller’s plan to advance and implement their New World Order without resistance, despite the increasingly severe costs to the USA and the world as a whole.

I don’t think people are ever going to get the picture….there’s too many good shows on Netflix for this to be important!

  9. Jack says:

Excellent article as always Jon. It’s such an important topic, and I’ve lost count of the number of people who I have tried to explain this too over the years.

I wrote an article about four years ago entitled “”KILL, DIVIDE & DESTROY FOR A BETTER WORLD.” – New World Order Inc.”, which essentially deals with the same issue: the psychopathic elites on the so-called ‘right’ manufactured the entire communist and socialist movement, in order to undermine any genuine peaceful rising of the people.

The wonderful thing about what has happened over the last two years is that for every person that was looking for ‘real’ information three years ago, there are now 100s more.

We are certainly heading into some tough times for humanity, but that’s all part of the necessary awakening that is required to shake people into realising that the society they thought they lived in is actually just a manufactured movie set designed to deceive and brainwash the majority.

What we all need to remember is that it only takes a very small percentage of the population to radically change the world for the better. History proves that the vast majority will always simply go along to get along. We simply don’t need them to make the difference that we wish to see in the world.

  10. Nobody says:

Did you ever get a copy of the book called “Philip Dru; Administrator” by colonel house? It pretty much spells out their antics back in 1920-1940ish. They find a guy, alot like zelensky, and prop him up as their piece in the locale targetted. They get that guy who claims to just to be trying to find a middle way to do what they, the hidden hand, can’t. He eventually regionalizes the nation, after which point he leaves the nation, gets paid off and lives out his life wealthy and never having to do anything else.

Its worth a read if you’ve not read it. The same antics line both sides of the aisle in the fed and state govs it seems.

c’mon Jon! “GIVE me control of a nation’s money supply, and I care not who makes its laws.” So said Mayer Amschel Rothschild, founder of the Rothschild banking dynasty.
those folks don’t give a ratzass about politics other than if it increases profit. there was a book about how the Rockefellers sent missionaries to South America to bring Christianity to the savages, and then they sent in the oil exploitation folks. the Rockers and Gates families hated peasants in general and cooked up how to exterminate the rest of us whilst making a profit from petroleum-based pharma and “virus labs” it has taken a hundred-year period to get to where we are now. the elites’ will win: corpses, fat rats and roaches, and derelict buildings in the cities and “back to nature” for the rest of the world. but wait–who is going to clean their gold toilets? think of Homer’s Mr. Burns running the world.

  12. Vakzine Machst Frei says:

Megalith builders used a measuring system based on the sun. The measuring system used is similar with imperial system. The circle was split in 366 degrees. They used yard for length and pound for weight.

Babylonians used a measuring system based on the moon. The circle was split in 360. Unit for length was 1m. 1kg for weight.

This is just another way to trace the babylonians trough time and space. Officially the metric system was invented in France after socialist revolution. But it was just a confirmation that socialists took control.

  13. george says:

In 1832, a Frenchman named Alexis de Tocqueville was sent to America by his government to discover why Americaas a nation had constructed only a few prisons to house its criminals while his native France could not build them fast enough to house their growing prison population. He wrote back to his nation that he had discovered the answer. There was a reason that America did not need prisons.America was basically good. He wrote:

“I sought for the greatness and genius of America in her commodious harbors and her ample rivers, and it was not there. I sought for the greatness and genius of America in her fertile fields and boundless forests, and it was not there.I sought for the genius and greatness of American her rich mines and her vast world commerce, and it was not there. I sought for the greatness and genius of America in her public school system and her institutions of learning, and it was not there. I sought for the greatness and genius of America in her democratic congress and her matchless constitution, and it was not there. Not until I went into the churches of America and heard her pulpits flame with righteousness did I understand the secret of her genius and power. America is great because America is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, America will cease to be great.”

    • Michael Burns says:

      That’s a steaming pile…

      Simple search:

“According to political scientist Joshua Kaplan, one purpose of writing Democracy in America was to help the people of France get a better understanding of their position between a fading aristocratic order and an emerging democratic order and to help them sort out the confusion.[23] Tocqueville saw democracy as an equation that balanced liberty and equality, concern for the individual as well as for the community.

But being a zealot he couldn’t help spreading on some creamery butter. It was propaganda aimed at the French people.
      He admitted that…

“Before finishing Democracy in America, Tocqueville believed that Beaumont’s study of the United States would prove more comprehensive and penetrating.”

That’s the whole goal of the left to penetrate the other system. He also wrote one about slavery in America that belongs in the outhouse right inside, beside the hole in the wood so you rip a page off when needed. He was in favour of gathering all blacks in America and exiling them to Liberia. He was racist and he was propagandist.

  14. Siouxma says:

It was never just about the money with Rockefeller. Hatred for the unsubmissive American Deplorables loving freedom and our Constitution was a driving force to build up more compliant “appreciative” countries where the Greater Good ideas would sell due to the horrific desperation. Rockefeller et.al., sold their souls to Satan himself to be their own mini-gods. Sound familiar?

    • Opie Poik says:

Even the U.S. Constitution was a scam:
      https://www.lewrockwell.com/2004/08/gary-north/conspiracy-in-philadelphia/

“On May 25th, 1787, a group of 55 men gathered for a closed meeting in Philadelphia. Officially, it was being convened to discuss alterations to the then constitution of the United States of America: the Articles of Confederation. Some state legislatures had authorized their representatives to attend the meeting only on this basis, explicitly prohibiting them from considering a new constitution. To make certain that the general public did not find out about the nature of this conspiracy, the convention members swore an oath not to discuss any proceedings with the public…for the rest of their lives. The only first-hand accounts of the proceedings were published several years later after the death of the last survivor, James Madison, in 1836. The press was forbidden to attend. The meetings were held on the second floor of the building, so that would-be eavesdroppers could not hear anything. The new constitution would become the law of the land whenever nine state conventions ratified it. This was in explicit violation of the Articles, which required a unanimous vote for amendments. Thus did a group of men launch a coup-d’etat. This coup established a new national covenant in 1788, a covenant stripped of the Articles’ invocation of God, “The Great Governor of the World,” with only the old country’s name transferred for public relations’ sake: the United States of America. Today, we would call this a trademark violation. But it worked.”

Everything’s a scam except self-determination. There’s only one form of .gov: men with guns and badges and cages. Own yourself.

Elitists and the Rich and Corporate Structures will never, ever promote power to the People. As totally selfish predators, there is nothing to be gained by letting anyone other than Themselves have power and influence. As simple, one-dimensional creatures of habit, this is the one and only way They view the World and all events. There is no depth or integrity to Their thinking. It’s ‘Me-ism’ to the max.

These Predators are always best thought of as kindergarten or early Elementary school kids who never grew up. They grab and take all the toys for themselves.

  16. Mika says:

Good stuff Jon. Eustace Mullins talks about the partnership between the US and Soviet Union in several of his books. He mentions not only that the Reds received MOST of their annual income from US Federal Reserve notes, but also that they were given official Treasury $20 & $100 printing plates to utilize as they pleased.

There’s decent intel out there as well that since around 2000, China has also been given FedBux printing plates.

All of this to say, the amount of FedBux afloat is so far unimaginably higher than anybody can even guess at…

It worked so well the first time, they pulled the same trick with China. If i hear one more time how smart the chinese are and wow, all those engineers, I’m going to throw up.

  18. Michael Burns says:

“[…] increasing the power of their satellite, the Soviet Union. Meanwhile, America spends $75 billion a year on defense to protect itself from the enemy the Insiders are building up.”

All said and done, I do not contest that at all. It is, ancient history in the making of a world. Granted the players have changed but they still play the same game. But that an old game amongst themselves and who they control.

Except, the USSR (1922-1991); the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics [ceased to exist] on December 26, 1991. Boxing day, that is when all the after Christmas sales happen. That’s an inside joke.
It took some 3 years, 1 month and 10 days to accomplish it…from the beginning in November of 1988, actually is started about four years before, but let’s not be too pedantic, overly driven by the details.
At the cost to the American taxpayer of 5 trillion dollars in fighting it and who knows how much creating it, it was dissolved “totally”.

One has to go back even earlier to say ‘Peter the Great’ to get a real hold on the malfeasances of the west in this story.

After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, it didn’t owe a fucking cent that was the agreement, that was the legality, it was a bankrupted nation.
And the U.S. tried to do to Russia what it had done to Germany in the first world war. That was what the Reagan/Gorbachev talks in a nutshell were about. Reagan wanted the wall down and Gorbachev needed concessions.

The New Republic was allowed under the agreement to flourish and become a new democratic nation which was ratified on December 25th, Christmas day, there’s a joke there as well.

In that process some 14 newly arising nations, once satellites of the USSR starting bickering amongst themselves for nationhood and control, Ukraine at the top of that list. Ukraine was always part of Russia; it was gift by Lenin to turn it into a satellite. The Ukrainian Soviet Social Republic (USSR) as compared to Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. (RSFSR)

And so, in the New Russia, Putin has spoken openly about it, he was there and remains it leader, until it gains it sea legs as the Russian Federation.
He regretted the end to the Soviet Union, not for what you would think he would regret it for — but so did 60% of the Soviet population regret it including those in the Ukraine and other places, under persecution and slow genocide.

This had been a war by a thousand cuts and the U.S. financial hitmen made off with not less that 50% of Russia assets after the fall in 1991.
And that’s a low-ball number as much has gone without record, informed and intelligent estimate, puts it closer to 70%.
The Browders and the CIA hatchet men and insiders, the rape from within from greedy oligarchs that made their fortunes of the carcass of their old country. Ask Mikhail Khodorkovsky what’s it like…Those who fled Switzerland after being spanked. The numerous others who tried and failed. The Golden boys took control and were there from before he onset.

Now with emphasis, Antony Sutton was correct but not after the fall. The fall changed the whole game, and Mister Putin was pissed and sick and tired of this fucking Anglo-American endgame that continues with the latest, he has tried to go his own way, he has tried détente, he has tried diplomacy and even treating the adversary with a modicum of patience and concern and understanding that it suffers from a soul sickness and a mass psychosis. And that its people are troubled and unsure of themselves after some 200 years of fucking blowhards. And the constant brain wash.

You can say, Ukraine is a kind of blowback and the U.S and Wall Street and their banks having deflated their own product to such a point that is of no value to the public and them either. So, they need more resource in this New Normal. And trying the usual game they have always played with Putin they find; he would prefer to go it alone. They don’t like that; he is sitting on the Heartland and will not share and so they push Ukraine as a proxy…

Why do think Russia spent so much, in fact the BRICS Nations as a whole spent so much money on GOLD and slow and secure growth? Tons and tons and tons of gold…because it is the only wealth. Because they knew what the west was up to. While the west prints 100 billion dollars or more in fiat currency a night, he remains the same. The fast need for CBDC, because the system about to explode.
What is the use being paid in Yankee dollars if they keep deflating it every night?

The Inflation is greater here than there they have a system supported by gold. Do not believe what the markets say here, there is loads of money in the bank. And we will break before they do, wait till oil reaches $300 a barrel and then watch the tides turn.

They are hoping he makes a mistake, and he won’t he and others have been thinking about this, since before the fall. They are well ahead of this game.

Once you realize that you have been dealing with a thief and liar, with no moral values at all — I mean you’ve had enough, gone to the wall and know there is no changing them no matter what you do. Then you play a different kind of game, one that is suited primarily for psychopaths. Putin plays a zero-sum game, matched with mind that can undue any American neocon.

Even if you hate Mister Putin, you have to admire him.

Sorry dont agree Jon, there is one central banking cabal its global not national.

There is no real war Russia vs Ukraine except what action comes from the media war propaganda( fear and hate).

The concept of “nationalization” of human beings was tribal, another way to control the debt slaves. For if they ever started understanding the dysfunctional central banksters govt system an uprising ( like the freedom protests)well there is nothing like a war… the ultimate red herring. And they have a war machine to profit off this also while the ignorant mercenaries fight and kill each other.

Nationalization (your self identity as a nation) is a concept that is used for control, creating enemies, i.e. divide and conquer.

    “Pick a side ignorant proles”.

Don’t argue the war, just argue sides who is right and who is to blame.

Let’s NOT forget to mention the infamous “Gold Train” which secretly sent over $25 million dollars in American’s Gold to financially prop up the flailing Bolshevik economy. This was under the Rockefeller’s “International Red Cross”, BTW.

There are far more layers to peel away from this “onion”!

Bernard Baruch was also a legal “heavy-hitter” in support of Soviet Bolshevism. He sent much in funding and “expertise” to the fledgling Bolshevik government at that time.

    Uh,

Starting to see a trend here, Jon? ? ?

Starting to see just WHAT kind of people have been behind all of this intrigue?

Starting to see which group-demographic was largely responsible for the beginnings of the problems – we are now suffering under today? ? ?

  22. petergrfstrm says:

What made Sutton fall out of favour happened in 1973 when he was even more alarmed by some of the transactions within the US-USSR Trade and Economic Council. Where Armand Hammer was an important mediator.

Later the JBS, where Gary Allen was a member, published Nixons approval of ‘all products and services’ that the USSR desired. That approval was signed in 1972 I think. It was published in JBS publications around 1984-85 sometime and on the web later. I dont remember exactly because recently the documents were removed from archive.org

Allen protested against the inaction of the JBS at that time and I believe he left the JBS. He died from livercancer in 1985.

    Aged fifty.

Behind the inaction of the establishment lay in addition to previously existing circumstances a further motive: the things the USSR knew about the US manned space program. In exchange for silence the USSR was richly rewarded.

But simultaneously they probably lost faith in the Soviet system and this may have contributed to the peaceful dissolution of that system.

Seing how far ahead the west was in high tech must have made an impression on the tech experts among the soviets. And since the US didnt use that in a threatening manner but actually acted quite generously this may have been an unanticipated and yet brilliant way of winning the cold war.
