COVID: Why did mega-corporations accept the lockdowns?

Over the past 38 years working as a reporter, I’ve spoken with many medical people. Doctors, researchers, public health bureaucrats, business executives whose companies supply products to the medical industry, professors, etc.

In every case, these people completely and utterly support conventional medical reality. They are unshakable. A man like Fauci says jump and they jump. To do otherwise would be unthinkable.

As you read on, you’ll see why this is important…

Airlines, hotel chains—you name it, they all folded when the lockdowns were imposed. They closed up shop, they took a knee, they opted for bailouts. Why?

The CEOs of these corporations are supposed to be hard chargers and ruthless operators. Why didn’t they rebel?

I could cite several reasons. Here I want to focus on a little-known and staggering story.

Imagine an employee of a company is motivated to speak out against the lockdowns and go public. Then he thinks about the owner of the company. That owner happens to sit on the board of a large hospital.

Uh oh. That owner is SOLIDLY WIRED into official medical reality. He isn’t going to appreciate a naysayer who says the lockdowns are a ridiculous and destructive overreach. Better to stay quiet. Better to fit in and go along.

Well, it so happens that three of the most powerful corporate bosses in America DO have deep connections to major hospitals, and these three men run corporations that OWN CORPORATE AMERICA.

The three men are Larry Fink, Joseph Hooley, and Mortimer Buckley.

Buckley is the CEO of the Vanguard Group. Hooley is the CEO of State Street. Fink is the CEO of BlackRock.

These three companies are titanic investment funds. Financial services companies.

Buckley is a board member of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. From 2011 to 2017, he was chairman of the hospital’s board of trustees.

Hooley serves on the president’s council of Massachusetts General Hospital.

Fink is the co-chair of the NYU Langone Medical Center board of trustees.

Let’s look at their investment funds: State Street, BlackRock, and Vanguard—known as The Big Three. The reference is an article at, “These three firms own corporate America,” 5/19/17, by Jan Fichtner, Eelke Heemskerk, and Javier Garcia-Bernardo.

“Together, BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street have nearly US$11 trillion in assets under management.”

“We found that the Big Three, taken together, have become the largest shareholder in 40% of all publicly listed firms in the United States.”

“In 2015, these 1,600 American firms [the 40%] had combined revenues of about US$9.1 trillion, a market capitalisation of more than US$17 trillion, and employed more than 23.5 million people.”

“In the S&P 500 – the benchmark index of America’s largest corporations – the situation is even more extreme. Together, the Big Three are the largest single shareholder in almost 90% of S&P 500 firms, including Apple, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, General Electric and Coca-Cola.”

“What is undeniable is that the Big Three do exert the voting rights attached to these shares. Therefore, they have to be perceived as de facto owners by corporate executives.” (emphasis mine)

“Whether or not they sought to, the Big Three have accumulated extraordinary shareholder power, and they continue to do so…In many respects, the index fund boom is turning BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street into something resembling low-cost public utilities with a quasi-monopolistic position.”

If the CEO of a corporation whose main shareholder is The Big Three thinks about rebelling against the official COVID medical consensus…

And he knows that The Big Three bosses are heavily wired into the US medical complex…

That CEO has a HUGE reason to forget about being an old-time hard charger.

He has a reason to swallow his anger when he’s told to lock down and shut down.

He has a reason to knuckle under and play the game.

He has a reason to surrender to a story about a virus and Fauci and Bill Gates.

He has a reason to stand down and stand aside and watch economic devastation sweep over the land.

It’s that stark.

I keep telling you we’re now living in a medical civilization.

From the financial side of things, you’ve just read how that is so.

The three men who own corporate America are also medical denizens.

Think it through.

    The Ghosts of War

What of this wonderland of withering dreams
Where freedom once ruled the day?
For our nation’s fate has now come due
As the ghouls of tyranny hoist
The tattered red white and blue,
While today the ghosts of war
    Torment this broken hearted land
    Where mankind courts oblivion
Making bloody castles in the sand,
    For the morrow never certain
As we tempt the dark angels of doom
Who may lower the final curtain
On this carbon phantasm of gloom
And with the blood of mortal strife
We now paint our destiny to be
    While conducting quixotic adventures
    Fighting windmills across the sea,
    What demons must torment us
    Demanding that others pay tribute
    Before the muzzle of blunderbuss
For when the ghosts of war come to play
The blood will run all the livelong day,
    Remember the glory of Greece
Challenged on the plains of Marathon?
    For did not the Persians
    Finally seize the sun-washed Parthenon,
Did not Rome seek to rule the world
With her banners of glory unfurled?
And who met her dismal fate
When Barbarians stormed her impenetrable gates,
    And who captured Europe’s heart?
None other than the mighty Bonaparte
Who ended up in exile’s queue
After his crushing defeat at Waterloo,
And what of the call to arms
    Along the lovely River Marne?
Where victory was not to be
For one great army chased to the sea,
What to make of mighty Britannia
    Who once ruled the waves?
How many of her great vessels
    Now rest in watery graves,
    What of America, America
Home of the brave and free?
Where a virus of fear now rules
    From sea to shining sea,
    Empires will rise and fall
Betrayed by their legacies of hubris
    Encased in amber eons
    Patrons of the goddess Nemesis,
Who will exact her appointed revenge
    On those rogue nations
Who refuse to their better angels tend
And now as the winds of war are rising
    With broken heart I stand
    Before the tragic wreckage
    Of freedoms’ hopes and dreams,
I pray the good angels will do their best
    And answer our midnight screams
laying us peacefully down to rest
    Now that day is done,
    Where behind the ridges blue
    We kiss the setting sun,
    Goodbye America, my America
Such bitter tears I cry for thee
    And for freedoms ebbing tide
    Fair land between the seas
    Land of the pilgrims pride
    Please never forget
    I truly loved thee!

I took a college course on religion way back in the early 70s. One statement by the professor has always stuck with me. You can tell what is important to a society by the temples it builds. For centuries western cultures built huge cathedrals at great labor and expense. After the Age of Enlightenment the largest most ornate buildings were most often governmental—court houses in small towns, legislative buildings in larger towns. Beginning in the 60s the largest most magnificent buildings became hospitals. We continue to worship at the altar of Medicine and Fauci is the current Prophet.

    • Eluard says:

Very telling. Hospitals. We’re all patients. Potential patients. Put on that mask. Which insurance do you have? Get in line for the test.

I remember coming across a line in Jim Morrison’s book of aphorisms and epigrams, “The Lords,” :

      Look where we worship.

I didn’t get that until one day I was wandering in the Wall Street area and I looked up at the massive new glassy-steel structures recently put up. Then I got it.

    • miker says:

Great observations of the various cults’ edifices…(edi-face?)

    • Tae Ling says:

With the scale of the current level of deceit growing ever more exponential, consider the possibility that the earlier churches and governments were only the inheritors of the huge cathedrals, and thousands of other (so called) Greeko-Roman style architectural (antiquetech) wonders found everywhere on the planet.

A small sample of some of the cathedrals to ponder.

    • Laurie says:

Interesting comment. Let me add this from revelation 9 – 20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.”

The word sorceries is from the root word pharmakeus, it’s where we get the English word pharmacy. Strongs defines it,’from from φάρμακον phármakon (a drug, i.e. spell-giving potion); a druggist (“pharmacist”) or poisoner, i.e. (by extension) a magician:—sorcerer’. Health care (or lack of) is its own religious cult.

  3. Courageous Lion says:

So what it boils down to is that we are not a Constitutional Republic in the least bit. We are a FASCIST country run by THREE dictators that hide behind the screen. Thank you Toto for exposing the truth like you do. I especially like the all cap paragraph. These three men need to be tried and at the very least locked up for the rest of their remaining years.

    • Sandman says:

I saw that creepFink on video at some conference, can’t recall where. He stated, “Democracy is messy. We need to have a totalitarian society.” Paraphrasing. That’s how these scum think. There’s no punishment that suits their depravity.

    • Brian Fraser says:

Communists can use any kind of mayhem to further their goals. Democratic or constitutional republics are fragile. Making them work is like walking a tightrope. Any deviation to the right or left is to communism’s advantage. To make matters worse, there is a guy (a communist) at one end of the rope moving it back and forth trying to keep us all off balance.

Communism does not intend to take over the neighborhood drug business. These guys are after governments and entire nations. Unlike dictatorships, communism NEEDS enemies and mayhem and will manufacture more if it does not have enough.

How do you know if you are the target audience of a Psychological Operation? Look for these signs:

      1. The presence of fear, confusion, anxiety, urgency.
      2. Use of division, anger, blame, isolation.
      3. The use of ridicule and unfounded accusations.
      4. The widespread use of censorship, suppression of contrary viewpoints and information.
      5. The use of bribes, coercion, mandates, and threats of violence.
      6. The government breaking its own rules in the interest of “national security”, “safety”, etc.
      7. Attempts to break up a sense of community.

  4. Rick in Phoenix says:

I tried to get ownership in various stocks cited above but through the process of “shake outs”, they manage to scare the “weak hands” into selling before they launch their run-up. If it doesn’t work the first time, they do it again… over a period of decades. My time horizon is 3 months. There should have been a rule against monopolies in corporate stock ownership. Anti-trust laws ought to apply to stock ownership.

Guitar Center is still a billion in debt due to hedge fund buyouts. It didn’t have to be that way. The hedge fund bought GC with borrowed funds then saddled GC with the debt that was used to buy it out. Now GC only stumbles around trying to pay interest on that debt while paying employees low wages. That should have been and was illegal too before the 1980s.

Unbridled corporatism and vulture capitalism ruined well-regulated corporatism. Little by little the rules that made corporations great were eliminated. Warnings were issued by popular business books at each stage. Nobody heeded them. Congress and Senate allowed rules to be thwarted– through bribes perhaps? Campaign financing?

Who was it that said “the buck stops here”? Truman? I’ll have to review the context of that– but I think everyone has to decide where they will draw the line and stop taking money for evil deeds. Here again we see the love of money is the root of all evil– not just some evil or a lot of evil… but– apparently– allll evil! That was a quote in the Bible– I think in Mathew somewhere– by the famous J.C.

    • Rick, great comments!

I didn’t know about the Guitar Center debt, but I know that their customer service and general “vibe” were never as good as at Sam Ash, although theirs has declined over the last 5-7 years, too. Sad.

Almost every “elected” official and appointee is souled out. Bribes and coercion; Money, drugs, and p*dophlia.

The quote “love of money is the root of all evil” makes sense when we consider that anyone who sells out for a paycheck and other cushy perks (fame, prestige, position) is willing to do whatever they must in order to maintain and grow that “wealth,” which means they become psychotic/possessed by their attachments. And those of us with eyes to see certainly CAN SEE the insane amount of psychopathy in the world.

    • Phredd says:

      It’s 1 Timothy 6:10a…

“For the love of money is the root of all evil…”

Written by Paul in his epistle to Timothy.

    Same story with ESGs

  6. bluebird says:

Just a question. Are these three men so powerful that they scared the entire world into lockdowns, masks and vaccines???? Out of eight billion people, not one stood up to them, now that is more than scary.

    • AMR says:

Well, of course, many stood up. Many people have not locked themselves down, worn the mask, nor let the state shoot them up with needles. And many are willing to take the consequences, whatever they are.

The entire world hasn’t been scared into compliance.

The problem is players in key positions not standing up to them.

    • Jimmy says:

No, these men are powerful enough to do what they did in America. They answer to much bigger demons, the same demons who scared the entire world governments into lockdowns, masks and vaccines.

8 Billion people are not afraid. The devil(s) behind the curtain just want you to believe everyone is afraid. The majority are not afraid, which is why the entire narrative is falling apart.

      Hold the line.

    • bluebird, It’s the hierarchy of enslavement. Those three at the top control the corporations who then impose their tyranny on their managers on down to the mail room and the front desk. Anyone who has stood up has been threatened, de-platformed, defunded, derailed, or at the very least, marginalized as a “spreader of disinformation.” Then you add in all the brainwashed people “following their masters” and we’re looking at a mass formation psychosis. All because the vast majority of people have lost their spines and souled out for money to pay for false-reality projections.

      • bluebird says:

Thank You AMR, Jimmy and Sharine. I also have never worn a mask. If a store did not let me in without a mask, I left. Also I would never get the vaccine. There are many of Us that would not play their game. It is so hard to believe, people like these three men can be so evil. Also Fauci and many others, just evil.

  7. Tim says:

    Pink Floyd–Animals(1977)

“You got to be crazy, gotta have a real need
Gotta sleep on your toes, and when you’re on the street
You got to be able to pick out the easy meat with your eyes closed
And then moving in silently, down wind and out of sight
You got to strike when the moment is right without thinking.

And after a while, you can work on points for style
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake
A certain look in the eye, and an easy smile

You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to
So that when they turn their backs on you
You’ll get the chance to put the knife in.

You gotta keep one eye looking over your shoulder
You know it’s going to get harder, and harder, and harder as you get older
Yeah, and in the end you’ll pack up, fly down south
Hide your head in the sand
    Just another sad old man
All alone and dying of cancer.

And when you lose control, you’ll reap the harvest you have sown
And as the fear grows, the bad blood slows and turns to stone
And it’s too late to lose the weight you used to need to throw around
So have a good drown, as you go down, all alone
    Dragged down by the stone.

I gotta admit that I’m a little bit confused
Sometimes it seems to me as if I’m just being used
Gotta stay awake, gotta try and shake off this creeping malaise
If I don’t stand my own ground, how can I find my way out of this maze?
Deaf, dumb, and blind, you just keep on pretending
That everyone’s expendable and no-one has a real friend
And it seems to you the thing to do would be to isolate the winner
And everything’s done under the sun
And you believe at heart, everyone’s a killer.

Who was born in a house full of pain
Who was trained not to spit in the fan
Who was told what to do by the man
Who was broken by trained personnel
Who was fitted with collar and chain
Who was given a pat on the back
Who was breaking away from the pack
Who was only a stranger at home
Who was ground down in the end
Who was found dead on the phone
Who was dragged down by the stone.”.

In an inverted world organized crime isn’t a crime…it’s the natural order of things.
“Sympathy for the Devil” communicates who and what rules this world…it’s the opposite of The Real. The answer is ego. EgoMatrix.
Illusion-fraudulent “self”, repressing/suppressing The Real, so as to have the virtual experience of degradation(less-than) and insanity.
We collectively is “Lucifer”((virtually)detached from GOD consciousness), the ego has hijacked/co-opted the self as a means of “self-preservation”…it’s like a cancer…except it’s benign externally(Greater Infinite consciousness surrounding this finite dream) is impervious and unharmable), but is malignant within…

    The Truth Sets Us Free

    • Tim, indeed. People must fix their broken psychology and reclaim their true COURAGE first . . . before the false-reality-projectionists no longer have a paying audience. Most people are still looking to corrupt, souled out “leaders” to make their decisions for them.

  8. Michael burns says:

That’s a pittance compared to the global market of roughly 130 trillion. And remember that 22 % of that 130 trillion — globally — is pension funds in action.

The average worker in a 30 year sentence of wage slavery saving for his/her retirement.

And no one wants to on the loosing end of that, right…imagine, the average pension fund was investing in the vaccines and the medical industry which topped all investment in the last two years.

Your pension fund of some 30 trillion worldwide invested into Covid, so all that government Covid money and vaccine billions paid to hospitals for Covid dead or dying went to increasing your pension fund value.

You are all in it up to your necks.

Asset management worldwide is about generating wealth, not just for big players alone. 22% of that top three’s asset management, is, pension funds.

“If your in for penny, your in for a pound.”

    • Siouxma says:

That’s why this massive Culling is essential to solvency.

    • Jim S Smith says:

“Asset-management” does NOT generate wealth, though.

“Asset-management”, just like the various “markets” actually transfer wealth FROM the People, to the hands of the few.

      • Tim says:

Bingo!….the great con…they’re just so “clever”! Parasites and predators who know the game and strive fulltime to keep the prey and hosts ignorant of it…feeding them lies upon lies…they’re just so “smart”…fixing the game…

The sad irony is that they are using and abusing parts of their own self…literally…but they remain in denial and therefore detached from Truth.

Something LARGER is AWARE, and this game will not go on indefinitely…it’s shrinking…

  9. Siouxma says:

Thank you, Jon – that is the missing link for this highly orchestrated pre-Planned Scandemic. The massive number of CEOs who all of a sudden “retired” in 2018 & 2019 obviously had a “heads up” and didn’t want to participate for whatever reason. The Rockefeller Medical Mafia Cartel is solidly linked to Govt Medicare/Medicaid payments, hence the Club over the heads of those CEOs. I only know of one hospital CEO who retired in 2019 in SW Michigulag. My eye surgeon “retired” precipitously in early Jan.2020. He’s in his early 60s. Two other doctors closed their practice the summer of 2019 after a ransomware attack. Forewarning was essential to No Pushback. If you as a physician bitched publicly, say goodbye to $$$$$$ and maybe even your license. The Swine Flu Scamdemic in 2010 was the Dress Rehearsal for Employee Jab compliance tied to Medicare reimbursement. Administrators were lockstep then, too. Protests went nowhere back. We didn’t know it was never about the Magic Cootie, but about $$$$$$$$$.

Once the Chaos settles down now, and the Bamboozlement becomes obvious even to most of the Duped, then what? Citizen Tribunals? The real problem now is how to prevail over the demands from the Karens and Kevins for a complete Nanny State… which is of course just what Klaus have planned all along.

    • Michael burns says:

Have you paying attention to the “Great Narrative”?

      It’s a thriller!
2022 should be interesting with more of the same and collapse of the Internet and every major pension fund in the world — they’ve be raiding them for some time now…

      Amazon Description:

“The Great Narrative is a guide for anyone seeking to better understand how the world has evolved since the pandemic started and what solutions can make us more resilient, equitable and sustainable.
The book recognizes that the problems for which we [collectively] must find solutions are both major and manifold. [Vital issues abound: economic, environmental, geopolitical, societal and technological.] But solutions do exist and are within our grasp. The Great Narrative proposes some hopeful and inspiring narratives around them. In that sense, it is an optimistic book that categorically rejects the negativity that permeates too many doomsday narratives ready to consign us to a future of oblivion. It asserts that human creativity, ingenuity and innate sociality will prevail, and it offers a comprehensive framework to explain why…”

      *my emphasis*

“We the WEF, gods and rulers over all you MF’ers genuinely fucked up the planet, we don’t care, but we need to limit/irradicate competition. Make a power grab for what we claim is finite resources, after reducing population through a continuing series of pandemics from now on in — we will execute a technological solution to all this clusterfuck, and eliminate wealth and private property, and create no-go zones — off limits to the average Joe Meatsuit. You will live in a MetaVerse and eat virtual Big Macs, and basically “shut da fuck up”… more to come.”

    • striketheroot says:

Ain’t gonna happen as long as pensions are in potential jeopardy…

      • Michael burns says:

You have a point! But since 2008, pension funds have been underfunded by some 20%, and that number is climbing.

And that not Qants and corporate raiders, skimming or taking a nickel of the top, that’s the employers not paying their full premium, or in 100’s of cases; not at all…there’s a shit storm coming when that comes due.

    • Michael burns says:

Eisenhower was one of them… what you state was a limited hangout.
There have always been cartels, with secret hand shakes, they simply have become global now.

Global dictatorship has been coming for the last 10,000 years. At least since Solomon…Have you been paying attention…you didn’t study did you?

This is the ending to the Great Game, the great plan for humanity, or should I say the beginning for them. “May the fleas of a thousand camels infest their underpants…”

1984/Brave New World?, Vaccinated/unvaccinated…your ether with us or against us, there is no in-between. Which side are you on bucko?

The 1984-dians gets shit for breakfast, and the Brave New World lot, get the Metaverse and a cartoon Mark Zuckerberg selling beach front virtual property. And you’ll pay dearly with your NFT’s of your choice.

So, buck up bucko, it going to be a long ride, Didya bring Gravol? We’ll need it, I’ll drive, you can handle the map, Kay…onward and upward…no surrender. With our boots on…are you Irish? We need lots of those guys…

        • Michael burns says:

No, not these gay transgendered autists, ya fuckwad, those old Fuckers who formed the IRA, the fire in belly Belfast Street fighters of long ago who would cave your head in for what you say…YOU PICKIN A FIGHT, shit for brains.
Why don’t I come over to your house and we can talk and have coffee about this…address?

Northern Ireland has the highest rates of Autism in the world 1 in 17 — all those confused little autists unstable in their gender, it’s the British, they’ve been injecting us for decades with mercury and whatnot. Poisoning us where we live…the culprit s are people with names like Martin, cocksuckers on the highest level.

  11. Jim S Smith says:

N.M. Rothschilds and Sons of “City of London” – is one of the largest principal controllers of the “Big Three”. It is through their own inter-locking “directorships” and cross-investments that they wield almost god-like power in most commercial markets.

The “Big Three” are NOT the top of the global economic pyramid, even though they have so much influence.

And YES – they were deliberately founded to accrue this kind of political clout! – There is NOTHING “accidental” about this happening.

Money and Politics – are the main avenues to power.

All of this also falls under the umbrella of “Environmental-Social-Governance investments” (“ESG”). They are also the reasons for the big push towards “green economies” and “social justice” programs!

    This is ALL deliberate!

Listen to Turfseer’s “Church of the Pandemic Mind” on Soundcloud.

Verse 1: In the mirror I can see
    Everything I want to be
This lonely world it must suffice
We’ve all been called to sacrifice

No longer should we ever pout
The demon’s back, he’s all about
Who knows how long, that this will last
You must obey, just wear the mask

Chorus: I submit for I’m redeemed
I’m sanctified, or so it seems
I’ll be good and so divine
Praying in the Church of the Pandemic Mind

Verse 2: I’ll shout aloud to all my peers
No shame at all to live in fear
Those condemned, yes they’re the fools
Just be good—play by the rules

The demon’s here to fill the void
    Leaving me quite paranoid
But I will never lose my faith
The men in white, will keep me safe

Chorus: I submit for I’m redeemed
I’m sanctified, or so it seems
I’ll be good and so divine
Praying in the Church of the Pandemic Mind

Bridge (1): No more darkness, no more sin
    Eternal life, it now begins
My savior’s here, I’m now fulfilled
With my vaccines and my little pills
They’ll keep me right, and will sustain
All my beliefs, that keep me sane
No more doubt and endless pain
    Within the herd’s—where I’ll remain

Instrumental verse and part of chorus

I’ll be good and so divine
Praying in the Church of the Pandemic Mind

Bridge (2) : I’ll report you, an easy feat
If you don’t comply and start to cheat
They’ll be no place for us to meet
You’ll now be walking down that lonely street
    If you don’t believe, you’re a snake
We’ll burn you now, at the stake
The danger’s clear, it’s all around
The demon’s here, he’ll strike you down

(coda) yes the demon’s here, you can pass him on
If you’re not careful, we’ll all be gone
Now make your mark, and sign in blood
Or else your name—will be dashed in the mud

Verse 3: Now it’s time for me to fold
I’ll do whatever I am told
This is how I feel within
    Satisfied with all the spin

Across the street I see the hearse
The numbers now keep getting worse
Science saves me from the gloom
While I stay inside my lonely room

Chorus: I submit for I’m redeemed
I’m sanctified, or so it seems
I’ll be good and so divine
Praying in the Church of the Pandemic Mind

  13. Eloi says:

May I suggest an excellent compliment to this post – C.S. Lewis “Willing Slaves of the Welfare State.” It presciently articulates the coming medical tyranny in the 1950s. I have read John’s blog for many years, and I have never seen this work referenced, but it certainly supports many of his arguments (70 years ago!).

  14. ATarese says:

I don’t think there’s the slightest chance Fink, Hooley and Buckley got surprised and had to ‘accept’ anything or not. How could they not have been at the planning table all along?

It seems clear to me that they were given the red carpet for decades to acquire vast control of all crucial influential entities specifically for the purpose of being able TO exert mass acquiescence ‘cooperation’ when it was time to push the button. They methodically bought up all media beginning in the 80’s when ownership limits got deregulated and their combined medias are now working as a single tunnel visioned entity reading the script, the primary hoax weapon. There’s not a chance some ‘other’ globalists who planned this hoax/massive upheaval pulled some rug out from under these guys. They eat babies together.

One big smoking gun of this cooperative long pre-planning seems to have been forgotten – the billions of floor stickers, exact fitting plexiglass panels for millions of different applications, pre-printed window mask demand notices and sidewalk signs that all take a LONG time and cost to comprehensively pre-plan, pre-design, pre-approve and pre-manufacture – that were long sitting in warehouses pre-addressed to millions of big and small business with pre-written ‘orders to use’ letters that appeared within virtual minutes of the worldwide lockdown orders mid to late March 2020.

And don’t think the genocidal and/or implant loaded jabs weren’t long in development and waiting for the button push too of course. Nothing ‘started’ accidentally in Wuhan at all, but especially to these guys.

  15. Ed says:

I think these men are mere custodians of wealth.

Think the Vatican Queen of England Rothschilds and the rest of the generational families of the world. And probably people we have never heard of as well

  16. Larry C says:

  17. Roundball Shaman says:

“Why did mega-corporations accept the lockdowns?”

Drive out the little-guy businesses. Consolidate profits and power. Lay off employees to increase their bottom-line and bonuses for CEOs. Get people used to being dis-spirited and learning to always Follow Orders.

“I keep telling you we’re now living in a medical civilization.”

The whole World has been turned into a Prison Hospital fully owned and operated by the Corporate State. And we all are the inmates.

And the warden is Doctor ‘I-Am-The-Science-Dammit!-Worship-Me-Worship-Me!’ Fraud-chee. Otherwise known as Doc ‘OUCH!’-eeee.

The thing is… the purpose of this ‘Hospital’ is NOT to make you well but to bankrupt you and make you sick. And ultimately, to dispatch you fully out to the nearest undertaker.

‘Want to join a fast-growing career with loads of career guarantees? Become an undertaker!’ Surely, someone must be offering such a course on-line, right?

‘Become an undertaker in the comfort and safety of your own home! It’s fun and easy!
And you’ll have customers beating down your door (or should we say just DYING to use your services) from the very first day! Get Undertaker certified NOW! Call right NOW!’

‘And FAMILY RATES are now available!’ Classes are filling up fast so DON’T WAIT!’

  18. Serious Lee says:

Military, industrial, financial and intelligence ( CIA, Mossad, etc., etc.) complex. The enforcers of satanic NWO.

  19. Tim says:

The only thing to do or be in this world is a renegade.

  20. margery riviers says:

Thank for this piece. The facts are amazing of course (I am only a bystander, but still not independently wealthy more like independently impoverished,) I went to school, and worked a few score decades as a clerk for some international & domestic publishers. Consequently I read a bit. Several of those multinationals had invited seats on ‘the’ panel at the live session at the Pierre, NY, October of ’19. Now it makes so much sense eh.

  21. Rita B says:

Excellent article, another major piece of the puzzle we all need to know.

Here is some other information to add to this article: Buckley is a board member of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia “At the center of every decision is a commitment to advancing healthcare for children through the integration of safe, high-quality, family-centered care with innovative research and professional education. Today, patients around the world benefit from our major research advances in a variety of areas including cardiac, genetics, cancer, fetal surgery, neonatology and automobile safety. Our scientists have also pioneered several vaccines against childhood illness and continue to investigate new vaccines to fight deadly diseases.”

Hooley serves on the president’s council of Massachusetts General Hospital. “Massachusetts General Hospital is affiliated with Harvard Medical School and is its original teaching hospital. Together they form an academic health science center. In February 2009, the Phillip T. and Susan M. Ragon Institute of immunology was founded to bolster research into creating vaccines and other therapies for acquired immune system conditions, chiefly AIDS. It was made possible by a $100 million gift over ten years, and represents the largest single donation made to MGH.”

Fink is the co-chair of the NYU Langone Medical Center board of trustees “With a tradition of responding to urgent public health issues, the faculty and alumni of NYU Grossman School of Medicine have contributed to the control of tuberculosis, diphtheria, yellow fever, and venereal disease, the development of vaccines for hepatitis B,… and epidemiologists, were among the first to identify an alarming increase in Kaposi’s sarcoma,[10] opportunistic infections, and immune system failure among young gay men, and alert health authorities to an imminent health catastrophe, soon to be known as HIV/AIDS.”

All of these entities are invested in vaccines and the Big 3 probably have financial ties with these “nonprofits” John more information, please.

  22. Doug says:

Perhaps now it makes sense beginning in the 1990s – employers “promoting” 401k mutual funds encouraging and incentivizing employees take control of their retirement investment portfolio with the limited choices offered to choose from. I am sure one will find a correlation to the “stock ownership” and 401k offerings….

  23. J.Barlow says:

Fisk, a very frequent guest of the Rockefellers. Blackrock and Vanguard own Microsoft, Gates is a minor player like A.J.P. Morgan was to the Rothschilds.

  24. Sean says:

More reason to learn how to operate in the private. PMAs.

  25. David M Pelly says:

Would you call this a conflict of interest?

  26. David M Pelly says:

There are a couple of vs in the Old Testament, that go something like this:

If you eat of the tree of knowledge, surely you will die.

    …Genesis 2: 17

but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; for in the day that you eat of it, you will surely die.”

It came to me that was a prophecy that has come true now.

    The information age.

    Everybody knows too much.

    Everyone has an opinion.

    Everyone has a belief.

But no one knows the difference between a belief and a fact.

This will cause the self annihilation of society in only a matter of time.

    Another one is similar:

When you eat of the tree of good and evil (right and wrong), surely you will die.

Everyone wants to be right by making everyone and everything  wrong.

This will cause the self annihilation of society in only a matter of time.

This is the end times mentioned in the bible.

  27. Phredd says:

This is why I started using the term epidemiocracy back in early- to mid-2020 to describe that is going on.

Anyone intelligent enough to read Jon’s blogs can discern its meaning.

Feel free to use it widely, and eventually it might make it into the dictionary…

  28. Bubba says:

Elsewhere I made an invitation to read:

I ought to give the gist of the work:

City of London has been in control of the world for centuries. There is no spot in the world where they haven’t done their deeds, and they are continuing it – including this “virus” step.

This step is only preparation for the complete takeover, whence they hope to not have any more interruptions and delays.

I don’t think anything they write and document is refutable.

    Their seven-year research is impressive.

  29. Paul says:

Health, or Wellness, seems to be derived, from a myriad of Sources.

I remember as a little kid, asking my mom why they put iodine in the salt. She wasn’t a doctor, but knew enough to know that iodine dietary deficiency might result in thyroid gland dysfunction.

Iodine (I) is a constituent of thyroid hormones (T3/T4).
If you don’t consume enough (I), the gland then lacks (I), & this “hypo” state causes the gland to “over work,” to maintain (T3/T4) levels. This overworking, causes the gland to hypertrophy (-trophy = growth), resulting in gland enlargement, known as goiter.

It’s interesting, that the English “diet,” is derived from the Latin “diaeta,” meaning “prescribed WAY of life.”

So…good, clean, healthy, nutrient-rich, diet, is essential.

    “That’s elementary…”

Most are familiar with George Winston’s beautiful music.

I saw him perform Live. It was novel, to see him take the stage, walking to his grand keys, “barefoot.”

That is, socked but sans shoes. He’s a tallish man, with great presence & bearing.

During the end half of one song, he was hitting the far-est right keys, very hard with his right hand, in a repeating fashion & TEMPO.

The right hand keys, produce the brightest notes, those fast-whirling, high-pitched tones.

He then reached into the body, or corpus, of the piano, through its opened top, with his left hand.

I had no idea what he was doing, but it sounded like, he was “heightening,” the brightness, of the sound.

Perhaps he was mechanically, & temporarily… (because said “heightening” had an alternating quaver to it)…shortening, bending, tautening the strings.

I don’t know how he was doing it, but it sounded quite novel.

Jon remarks repeatedly, that VITALITY, is a constituent, of overall health.

  30. Smallbizguy says:

I don’t buy this theory. Corporate CEOs bowed to the lockdown because the guys with guns (i.e. the governors of their state) said they had to. Also (in my case) because they were worried about lawsuits (all I need is to be sued by employees and customers who were put at risk and caught Covid). THOSE are the 2 main reasons I shut my businesses down for a few days (the employee lawsuits were what I was most worried about). After I got letters from the government confirming my businesses were “critical to the community” I was less worried and opened them up.

The small hospital boards the “big 3” sit on are probably more about philanthropy. I doubt a board seat of a children’s hospital represents significant income for them and so I’d hardly call it being wired into medical America

Lastly, I don’t believe these 3 guys represent the kind of “quake in your boots” type of power in America that’s being attributed to them. Imagine Buckley of Vanguard wanted to “punish” Exxon’s stock by selling all Vanguards holdings. It’s not vanguard’s money it’s their clients. Can you imagine him trying to explain to all his brokers and clients that they need to sell one particular stock held inside ETFs, mutual funds, index funds? How would he do that when you have index funds whose very design (and filing with the SEC) is to hold one of every stock on the S&P? I think it’s silly to think he would (or could) do that. I have no doubt he is influential by virtue of some voting rights but he ain’t THAT influential. As a Vanguard client who owns Exxon stock I am the one who votes on Exxon’s board of directors NOT Buckley. I don’t know what voting rights he has that the author is referencing…. Maybe he can for an index fund but I’m not sure that’s even true.

  31. Greg says:

Please write an article and answer why Law Enforcement, Military, and Religious leaders accepted the lock downs and went all in on the Covid hoax?

I’m sure it still ties in with the big three owners.
