CDC announces test kits for coronavirus don’t work

NY Times, Miami Herald, NBC, and other outlets are reporting the story.

The Herald: “The CDC sent novel coronavirus testing kits to Florida. They might not work.” (Feb 12., 2020):

“The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Wednesday morning said issues [problems] with the tests the agency has developed for the respiratory illness spreading rapidly through China surfaced after they were sent out to state labs…Nancy Messonnier, director of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, said federal officials believe the issue [problem] stems from one substance used in the test that ‘wasn’t performing consistently.’ She said the federal agency was remanufacturing that agent to try to correct the problem.”

I have news. Correcting those flaws in the test won’t make any difference. The test, as I reported days ago (and, see also here), CAN’T WORK.

Why? Because, as the CDC mentions on its website, the test is a version of the PCR. Technicians take a small specimen from a patient that might contain a virus. If it does, the virus particle(s) would be much too small to observe or analyze. The test then amplifies the specimen many times—as you would blow up a photograph—until a virus, if present, can be observed and—supposedly—identified.

There is just one flaw, and it’s fatal. The test says nothing reliable about HOW MUCH virus is in the patient’s body. Why is this important? Because millions and millions of virus, actively replicating in the body, are necessary to even begin talking about the virus causing disease. A few vague viral particles floating around in the body are irrelevant.

BUT the test takers and the doctors and the researchers and the companies that sell the test avoid an open frank debate with highly qualified INDEPENDENT researchers. It’s much easier to say, “The amount of virus in the body isn’t a problem, we can measure that, case closed.”

Patients who only have a non-important tiny amount of what might be a coronavirus are going to be labeled with the “epidemic illness.” They’re going to be quarantined and hospitalized and scared and treated with toxic anti-viral medicines.

Most people wouldn’t care about “those misdiagnosed patients.” They would only care about robotically believing the CDC, who tells them the present manufacturing flaws in the test kits will be fixed, and then everything will be all right.

The doctor says, “Take two ‘I MUST BELIEVE THE AUTHORITIES’ with a glass of water before bedtime, and don’t call me in the morning.”

With the advent of the “corona virus”, Hong Kong protests have been curtailed. Over the past year there has been growing political dissent inside China. Will “corona virus” provide the Chinese government the cover required to finally bring Hong Kong under their boot-heel and facilitate the opportunity for an internal Cultural Revolution 2.0? … Taiwan?

  2. John Barlicorn says:

Does this mean that there is no scientific way at the moment to prove the existence of the Corona virus? If so, do the Chinese know if they really have a case of Corona virus?

    • wrusssr says:

Bill Gates holds the patent for the Corona virus.

I have given this mathematical proof before but here it is again.

There is, and can be no such thing, as a self-replicating pathogen.

Let’s say you have equilibrium with a healthy patient. Let’s say there are 100 pathogens and 100 immune cells in this state. Well what happens when you have a perturbation?

Well the number of pathogens increases to, say, 105. This means that the 100 immune cells are now fighting off more pathogens. So in the next period, you will have less immune cells fighting more pathogens. This is a positive feedback.

There are no negative feedbacks in the system.

Any dynamic system without negative feedbacks requires a discontinuity otherwise it must always end up in zero or infinity.

This means that a self-replicating pathogen would infer that no organism could possibly exist (yes, that is what it means).

Making sense in a wacko insane world.

Would the test find be positive for the virus if there were not a large amount of viruses in the body?

Thank you for getting out the truth. I really appreciate you for that and read all your articles

Their tests don’t work because there isn’t a corona virus. It’s a pollution contaminate sickening the people of China.

The Chinese government knows this and they are using it to suppress dissent, brutally suppress dissent.

You are right Jon, 2014 no Ebola — water pollution. 2009 no swine flu — just some asshole made a vaccine to sell. Earlier, no polio — it was the “new” arsenic and lead based pesticides sprayed on every piece of food people, including FDR, put in their mouths.

I am a retired RN and you are correct.

    • JohnQPublic says:

Linda, you are correct. And you can add DDT as one of the causes of “polio”. Read Dissolving Illusions by Dr. Suzanne Humphries and Roman Bystrianyk.

PCR and anti-body tests … same validity as using fortune tellers and ouija boards. Cheaper versions of virus testing would involve dice or spinners … just a lot less potential for someone to make a lot of money. Maybe someone could come up with the corona virus diagnostic magic 8 ball.

Jon your a good reference for logic based deduction, but even you cannot know for certainty what the heck is truly unfolding.
Personally I’m not all that fearful because at any time there could be multiple events occurring and its completely out of yours and my control. I’m still standing in the middle observing. Regardless change is coming and our Kentucky fried chicken nation is likely not going to fair well.

  9. Tim says:

Politically controlled labs, politically controlled results.

    => going to state labs.

    Any independent research, confirmation????

  10. Robert Clark says:

Love it Jon, a few nights ago came the question, what are they testing for?!

  11. David Crowe says:

My take on the coronavirus: http://theinfectiousmyth.com/book/CoronavirusPanic.pdf

It’s existence is not proven. Even if the test could detect the virus, there’s no proof the test doesn’t register false positives. As I point out, a 99% accurate test would produce 100,000 false positives in Wuhan (10 million people).
