The London police now have a firm definition of thought-crime

And they’re going to use it

“Whether he went on with the diary, or whether he did not go on with it, made no difference. The Thought Police would get him just the same. He had committed—would still have committed, even if he had never set pen to paper—the essential crime that contained all others in itself. Thoughtcrime, they called it. Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for a while, even for years, but sooner or later they were bound to get you.” (George Orwell, “1984”)

Welcome back, George. Things are playing out as you predicted.

From the UK Met Police website, here is the latest official attempt to censor speech. It’s actually more than that. Read carefully while pointing a fan at the screen to disperse the noxious fumes:

“If someone does something that isn’t a criminal offence but the victim, or anyone else, believes it was motivated by prejudice or hate, we would class this as a ‘hate incident’. Though what the perpetrator has done may not be against the law, their reasons for doing it are. This means it may be possible to charge them with an offence.”

Really.

It—an action or statement—isn’t a crime, but the perpetrator’s reasons for “doing it” may spring from hatred—and then it turns into a crime. Magic.

You speak or write publicly, and somebody/anybody believes what you uttered was MOTIVATED by hate. If the police decide that’s true, they can prosecute you.

They have read your intent. They have read your inner thoughts and feelings.

“Mr. Jones wrote a paragraph that, in and of itself, did not constitute a criminal offense, but the thinking behind what he wrote contained hatred and was instigated by hatred. Guilty.”

Imagine something like this happening in the near-future: “A report by the National Crime Prevention Service indicated that a disproportionate number of rapes in British towns were committed by MusXXXX (censored). The report, which was scheduled to be released today, was stopped, when a room-service attendant in a London hotel pronounced that the report was motivated by hate. The police are investigating.”

Or this future absurdity: “After a local journalist reported several killings at a homeless shelter, when a dispute broke out over serving pork for dinner, the journalist was taken into custody by the police. The journalist was charged with a hate offense for using the word ‘pork.’ A co-worker at the town newspaper stated that ‘pork’ was incendiary and motivated by hate. ‘That’s why I called the police,’ he said.”

Imagine a court case like this:

PROSECUTOR: Sir, isn’t it true that you called your brother-in-law a danger to his family?

DEFENDANT: Yes, because he threatened to hurt his wife, my sister.

PROSECUTOR: And your brother-in-law’s religion is MusXXXX (censored)?

DEFENDANT: Yes, but that has nothing to do with my statement to him.

PROSECUTOR: Your next-door neighbor heard the argument you two were having and adjudicated your thoughts were “of hatred.”

DEFENDANT: She read my thoughts?

PROSECUTOR: Exactly. And the State agrees with her assessment.

For those people who claim that paranormal events are a scientific fraud, here is your comeuppance. The UK Met Police have just written these events into law.

Telepathic insight is real enough to warrant an arrest and prosecution.

We interrupt our regular blog postings to bring you something extraordinary. What is it? London and England is now a “thought-crime” state. Thanks, George Orwell!

    • Freespirit says:

The SOLUTION is SIMPLE, so simple that no one including Jon will believe it. or if he does know it, he is not talking !.

The solution is knowing that there is only ONE true LAW – COMMON Law, a sub of Natural Law BUT we are being deceived into believing, that STATUTORY(Corporate) REGULATIONS are Laws, because the Governments, Courts and Police call them Laws. They are NOT.

Even the Constitution FOR the Republic is based on COMMON LAW but you don’t know that because the TRUE Constitution has been replaced by a Corporate set of Rules ( in 1871) and that is not taught anywhere today.

WE, further, by our NATURAL RIGHTS do NOT have to obey those Statutory rules and the SYSTEM knows that, but pretends it doesn’t! The Un-Justice System MUST get your agreement to their Rules,in one way or another.

The following will require COURAGE on your part as we have been BRAINWASHED to FEAR AUTHORITY. Authority does NOT work because it is RIGHT. It works because we FEAR to RESIST because we know that such resistance, can result in our still going to Prison. They have the BIGGEST and MOST Guns and that is why they seem to succeed.

1.) Do not willingly go with the Police .

State ; “I do not consent” and REQUIRE them and other authoritarian officials ( where applicable) to CHARGE or arrest you and later to SUMMONS you, if applicable. You can state such as:” I fear for my life, and only go with you because of that FEAR for said life or other bodily harm to me,by you” -THAT is MOST important, and TRUE when you realize what is happening today via the Police. Do not discuss ANYTHING ,even the Weather, with Police and especially do not argue. Be very COOL and business like.

2.) If ANY questions are asked of you state: ” I do not Consent” and if they ask you IF you UNDERSTAND, The ONLY answer you should give is “No”. That is because in “Legalese” they are asking you if you are willingly submitting to their authority. It is a TRICK, they and the Courts use.

3.) When you appear in court you must FIRST state. ” I am here PRESENTING ( do not say REPRESENTING) myself AGAINST my WILL as I feared for my life if I did co-operate with the POLICE and the “LEGAL” system, which I do not recognize”.

4.) SECONDLY you must immediately, after that, state I REQUEST COMMON LAW JURISDICTION, to which the so -called Judge, will possibly ignore what you say and ask ” How do you Plead”. You simply state “I do not Consent”. He will then more than likely try to scare you with Statutory nonsense and then ask:” Do you Understand”. As I stated, your ONLY answer should be “NO”

Remember all of this is being RECORDED by the Court Steno, so that is part of your evidence.

At his point, because he has the Guns, he will either put you in Jail, and not because YOU are wrong but because he IS but has the Power of those Guns to violate you, by STATUTES, not LAW, or SUBMIT to your demand for Common Law Jurisdiction. By Common Law he is supposed to submit to you.

Like I said ,IT TAKES COURAGE to do that, but if it is any CONSOLATION you have Common Law on your side, and if you can get the media or a REAL Constitutional Lawyer, to rep. you, all the better.

I for one am not afraid to go to Prison fighting for my Natural Common Law RIGHTS, and the Authorities know that

Maybe that is why I am still FREE, in spite of the Comments and Emails I make and send to thousands of people exposing and condemning Zionists and their “useful idiots” ?

Fascinating info, FreeSpirit. But I do think that sooner or later, in not much more time, they will come to take whoever it is that they want to silence and put them in camps. They will come to us. We will not have to come or go to them. I speak and writet without concern. I am willing to suffer for my actions. Not that I want to, but as I would see it, what do I have to lose? They plan on killing off the world anyway, and if they imprison me or terminate me early, what have I really lost at that point? A few months maybe? But I will not be silent as long as I am “relatively free.”

It was only a matter of time that the MET took up Rumsfeld’s famous insight into everything.

“There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don’t know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don’t know we don’t know.”

    Donald Rumsfeld

    • GunnyHiway1960 says:

That was a very old “E.S.T.” and “Landmark Forum” saying from the 70’s and early 80’s.
It actually went “We know what we know, we know what we don’t know.
What we don’t know is what we don’t know”.

Donald Rumsfeld may have said it, but it was not “his saying”.
      Peace,
      Gunny

Reminds me of the college that offered two choices to students seeking a major: (1) a collection of survey courses resulting in knowing less and less about more and more until s/he knows practically nothing about everything; or (2) become a professional who knows more and more about less and less until s/he knows practically everything about very little.

Don’t think they won’t use this to restrict your ‘right to travel’ as the ‘penalty’? Think again.

The greatest haters and criminals, of course, are those behind “hate crime” laws. They are barbarians of the worst sort. If their influence and rule are not checked, there will be no more civilization. The solution is freedom of speech limited only by libel laws, and getting the government 100% out of the race business.

  6. truth1 says:

Well, I am surprised that anyone is surprised by this. for at least 20 years, any white on black crime, is by default, a hate crime. And at no time can any black on white crime called a hate crime or prejudiced. As well, nearly every state in the US now has a law on its books called “Visual sexual aggression. Mind you, there is no definition to most of these, but they are there. Stare if you dare but if “caught looking” more than 3 seconds and your guilty of something. Why do we even tolerate such laws? Isn’t it obvious what their intent is? The whole nature of hate crimes are implied thought crimes. That is to say, its not what you do, say murder, but why you do it that matters. I wish I was lying but I am not. for at least 20 years now, we the public have been obsessed with what people might be thinking when pointing a camera or watching a crowd.

For too long, we as a society have been tolerating many thinly veiled accusations or suspicions without any good reason. We are a fearful people who indulge any excuse it point a finger or insinuate. If you want my opinion, I think we deserve a surveillance society. We asked for it and we should be indulged. This is called accepting responsibility for our choices and actions.

Lets face it! Humans are too damned stupid to get out of their own way. It should be a crime and sin to be stupid. Life in prison! Too dumb? then you are danger to society. You should be removed for the sake of the rest. Give them an IQ test and if the fail? they go to concentration camps under quarantine for the disease of stupidity. And its a deadly disease, too. make no mistake about that!!!!!!!! this is why we are, where we are, right now!

Surely you don’t believe that the people who are contriving the destruction of civilization are of low intelligence? There is such brilliant connivance behind the push for “change” of all steadying norms (Trotskyite Continous Revolution) that one is smitten by awe. Of course the wrecking program also benefits from having the backing of the financial powers.

      • truth1 says:

I guess we would have to define IQ. I’m going to settle for acting in ones own best long-term interests; that is, that living is a good thing and to be preserved as long as possible. so my answer would have to be that Yes, they have low IQ or even no IQ. Perhaps their minds are not even really their own. There could be other forces controlling those minds 😉

      • Freespirit says:

It is EASIER and CHEAPER to Slaughter and Destroy that it is to Create and Build

Would you therefore call slaughter and destruction, requiring Intelligence?

  7. PJ London says:

“To stand up for truth is nothing. For truth, you must sit in jail.”
    ― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

‘I want to live in a society where a chicken can cross the road without having its’ motives questioned.’
    – Unknown

Am I saying this out of ‘Hate’ or mere ‘Disgust’?

‘Over the course of war from 1965 1973, eight million tons of bombs were dropped, threefold WW II tonnage, around 300 tons for every Vietnamese man, woman, and child.

Cambodia was bombed with over 500,000 tons of ordnance until August 1973.
About 600,000 deaths followed, mostly civilians, helping Khmer Rouge elements gain power in 1975.

A 1962 Geneva Accord recognized Laos as a neutral state, banning foreign military personnel from its territory.
Reality was much different. From 1965 1973, America flew around 580,000 sorties, dropping over two million tons of ordinance, the equivalent of a planeload of bombs every eight minutes round-the-clock for nine years.’

    What does ‘Abhorrence’ count as?

  8. Kirwan says:

Since there has never been anything as devoid of ‘evidence’,among the laws that have governed civilization, we need to track this obscenity, all the way back to who-exactly first put this blasphemy on paper and “we must out those persons”. no doubt that will prove to have come from someone from the Franklin School in Germany in the 1930’s – The originators of “Political Correctness”.

If this heresy is allowed to take hold – this would mean that every person on the planet could be charged at some future date for whatever he or she may have ‘thought” without any need to ever act upon that “thought” at all..And these crimes could be acted on – even decades after they were thought about.”

All of this came from the now totally discredited world of Freud, and the shrinks that are nothing but impostors, who prey upon the weak throughout societies across the world – these are the same professionals that supervise the torture, of the prisoners in Gitmo,.and other black sites around the world.

It has taken hold already and hardening. This was inevitable. It is designed for people like me. Ironically, though FEMA camps are no fun, it will be God’s salvation, for while I and others like me, will be in these camps. Those outside will be dying on a scale you can not imagine. They have long been planning the great kill-off. If you are in one of the camps, you will be spared.

      • Robert Klinck says:

To Truth 1: Have you actually persuaded yourself that you aren’t going to die? I mean, ever?

        • truth1 says:

I can not say I will not die, but I feel confident that I can at least come back after the smoke clears. But this does not mean that I will not be executed. Who knows for whom the bell tolls. I’d like to see it thru alive and skip the dying, and the Bible says many will, but there is no guarantee with my name on it. At the least, I’ll have free room and board at the Hotel FEMA. I hear the service is pretty lousy but its better than dying . . .maybe 😉 I don’t picture me giving them a 5 star rating.

          • Robert Klinck says:

I don’t understand how you can contend that something is “better than dying” if you haven’t had the experience of dying.

          • truth1 says:

Its wanting to see it all go up in smoke and see the aftermath, too. Why would I want to miss out on the most historic event in mankind’s history.

          • truth1 says:

I have not had the experience of torture, either. Now why would I want that experience. Nor have I experienced homelessness. Again, what would be the appeal of that? Its does not take a whole lot of brains to see that some things are just not desirable or beneficial. What is your real point?

I had another thought. This one about the UK. If there were ever a nation in contention for the worst and most abusive system and horrific treatment of its own people, My vote, without the slightest hesitation, would be for the UK. I would prefer N. Korea to them. Not sure about S. Africa. Perhaps we have a tie. I would prefer Sweden while wearing a dress. The moon without an atmosphere. Hell without AC. Really, even though freemasonry arranged the rebellion and over throw of the UK, I would have to say it was a good move. I would prefer the Freemasons to the UK, although I am not sure there is any difference there.
