We start here—from the NY Post, “Scalia could have been poisoned: forensic pathologist”:
“Lethal poisoning could have left Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s body in virtually the same condition in which it was found, a top forensic pathologist told The Post on Wednesday.
“’It would look like he’s asleep. It [poisoning] doesn’t show anything on the body,’ said Dr. Michael Baden, who spent 25 years in the city’s chief Medical Examiner’s Office.
“Still, Baden stressed that natural causes was a plausible explanation.”
However, the official pronouncement of natural causes carries a burden with it. The burden of some semblance of proof. In this case, there was none.
And if you think “none” should be SOP in the case of a US Supreme Court Justice, you need to think again.
Judge Cinderela Guevara, miles away from Scalia’s body, sitting on the phone, rendered the judgment of natural causes after talking with marshals, none of whom had forensic training; and after talking with Scalia’s doctor, who was a few thousand miles from the Texas ranch where Scalia died.
Apparently, Scalia’s doctor told Judge Guevara that Scalia had a heart condition. Yes? And? This is proof a US Supreme Court Justice died of a heart attack?
Guevara, like a true bumbling amateur (or was something more ominous going on here?), decided no autopsy of the body was necessary. She decided she was too busy (doing what?) to climb in her car and drive to the ranch, to oversee the situation and talk to people at the scene.
So she said, on the phone, “Natural causes. No autopsy.”
For a US Supreme Court Justice. In the biggest moment of her professional life.
And the Department of Justice, the FBI, the President, and all the members of US Congress immediately bought it.
No objections. No questions. No outrage.
Just the silence of the lambs.
In a city where blabbermouths never stop talking, suddenly—silence.
Paralysis.
And thereafter: no chain of custody for bodily evidence.
The body of a US Supreme Court Justice wasn’t put on a plane, from the mile-long airstrip at Cibolo Ranch, under supervision, and flown back immediately to Washington DC for analysis. No.
Instead, it was driven to the Sunset Funeral Home in El Paso, 230 miles from the Ranch. It could have been driven 65 miles to the Alpine Memorial Funeral Home in Alpine, but it wasn’t.
At the Sunset Funeral Home in El Paso, it was promptly embalmed—ruling out the possibility of a conventional autopsy. Even then, forensic pathologist Michael Baden states, toxicology tests could be done by sophisticated analysis. According to Wayne Madsen, reporting for Infowars, no bodily fluids were collected at the funeral home for later analysis.
Roughly 10 hours after the embalming, Scalia’s body was loaded on a plane and flown to Virginia, where Scalia’s family lives.
But “most people think Scalia died of natural causes.” That argument, for impaired minds, carries the day. Nothing more to see, nothing more to know.
“Old man, in ill-health, heart condition. He dies. What else could it possibly be? Natural causes.”
As reported by Eric Mink at the Huffington Post (2/17), in an excellent piece titled “17 Questions About Scalia’s Death,” there were 35-40 guests at the Cibolo Ranch on the weekend Scalia died. Who were they? Was this merely a quail-hunting outing? Or was it another kind of get-together?
No word. Silence. Why haven’t any of those guests spoken to the press? Do they know something that would shed a different light on the official story? Are they afraid? Did someone at the federal level throw a blanket over them?
Judge Cinderela Guevara spoke to a lawyer representing the Scalia family. He said the family didn’t want an autopsy. Who is he? Why hasn’t his name surfaced? Since when is a client’s lawyer’s name a secret?
Scalia traveled to the ranch with a friend. No one is saying who the friend is. That’s also a state secret?
Does the Cibolo Ranch have medical personnel on staff? If so, were any of them called when Scalia was discovered dead in his room?
The official narrative is: old man, long-time public servant, dies peacefully in his sleep of natural causes. This is the thin gloss that prevents any Washington politician with clout from demanding an investigation? This quiets and paralyzes the entire federal establishment, including eight Justices of the Supreme Court?
Cowards and lambs.
Not an ounce of conscience among them.
Neutered.
In the wake of this titanic silence, the narrative is quickly and expertly shifted to the question of who will replace Scalia on the bench. That’s the certified subject of chatter. Should Obama appoint a nominee, or should nomination wait for the next President? What is the rule? The Republicans cross swords with the Democrats. Precedents are cited. The man isn’t in his grave, and the hangars-on and petty power players are arguing over his successor. It’s a B movie. Pundits prepare talking points, clean their suits, see their hair stylists, and sidle into their minutes of face time on news shows. The shows deliver filler between commercials.
This is the wet concrete that sets over the death of a US Supreme Court Justice.
The man who could have swept aside all objections, and ordered an investigation, visits the flag-covered casket in the Great Hall of the Supreme Court, stands before it for 30 seconds, moves to a painted portrait of the deceased Justice, lingers there for one minute, and then goes home to vet nominees, a herculean task that will unfortunately prevent him from attending the funeral.

I have no doubt in my mind that they killed him.
As always, the real key question to answer isn’t WHAT HAPPENED to WHO, but WHY?
Especially when it is someone “on the inside”……
Murder, covered up, ruled to be a natural death (or a suicide, or an accident, take your pick)–nothing new under the sun there. The shadow government has a business to run, after all.
But no need to shed any tears for Scalia. He played with the devil, and Scalia would have agreed that if he was properly sentenced to execution under the devil’s rules, his death would be a fair one. After all, it was he who infamously wrote in his concurring opinion in Herrera v. Collins that actual innocence is no defense to execution after a procedurally sound conviction.
Our world is spinning out of control. We have the daily steady diet of the elections, a killing of a man in Oregon trying to speak for Ranchers and government over-reach, a swat team in Huston Texas arresting a man for default on a student loan, with warrants for 1500 more arrests, groups of people gathering to protest. The president and congress have made things much worse than I have seen in my lifetime. Government agencies going nuts, gathering ammunition and guns to use against citizens. When will all this madness end? Seems the one constant we could count on to follow the Constitution, Justice Scalia has left us in turmoil. Sad. RIP judge Scalia.

The Truth About Scalia’s Murder- and Yes- He Was Murdered

As everyone knows, there are many questions surrounding Scalia’s death, but none of them- in my opinion- are the right ones. I DO believe that Scalia was murdered, but it wasn’t an assassination like many people are assuming. Scalia was brought down by his own behavior- and he is definitely not going to be the only one.
Why did Scalia leave his detail of protection, fly to Texas, and go to a place that was an hour from the rest of civilization? No police, no media- and the only people who stay at the 600 dollar a night dump are rich people. I have seen pictures of the rooms, and they don’t look any better than your local Super 8 motel rooms- so why are the rich flocking to this place? And why this rush to not have an autopsy and declare that he died of natural causes? Most everyone has seen a problem with this- but they don’t understand what is happening.
Scalia liked to rape little boys. I know this from personal experience- as he was one of my primary abusers as a child and was one of the HEADS of the cult that abused me. He was a vile man who was such an extreme sadist that I find it hard to give words to his voracious appetites. I hated this man in ways that I can’t begin to explain and he rivaled Aquino in my abuse as a child. That is why Heaven reached out and claimed him- and I can assure you- he isn’t going to be the only one.
Doing what Scalia did is exactly what OTHER pedophiles do when they drive two or three states over to have sex with children. Who goes that far- an hour away from everyone- just to stay ONE NIGHT? He wasn’t having meetings at this dump- in fact the official story is that he had dinner with people and then retired early. Why? Because he went there to rape a 13 year old boy who, in turn, slit his throat. That is why there has been so much secrecy surrounding this situation- why the family was SO EAGER to not have an autopsy done. They don’t want anyone to know the details surrounding this pedophiles last moments- and they are doing everything they can to keep anyone from finding out- and for good reason.
This ranch- far away from everyone and everything- that only caters to the rich- is a pedophile brothel I believe. The rich are able to go rape little children here- and because it is so remote- and so far away from police and everything else- that it has been able to remain secret. Until now that is. Scalia’s actions directly mirror every other pedophile that travels long distances just for an illicit sexual encounter with children. He figured he could go- have a night of sex with a child- and return back to his life with no one being the wiser. Obviously he was wrong. And the reason why no one around him wants an autopsy to be done is because when people discover that his throat was slit- everyone is going to want to know how and why. That is why they are so anxious to bury him and ignore his death, and that is why so much effort is going into feeding outrageous stories that keep the public ignorant and discombobulated.
The fact is- Heaven is reaching out and claiming these cult leaders and Scalia is far from the only one who is about to be claimed. In fact, I predict that in the coming days- we all are going to see Warren Buffet and George Bush Sr. claimed in horrible ways as well, as well as Michael Aquino. All of them are going to be claimed- and very soon no one is going to question why. They stood in direct opposition with Heaven- and now they are getting their just rewards. And NO ONE is going to be able to stop this.
What I was trained to do as a child is REAL and it WORKS. Unlike their little poster child Doug Mesner/ Satanist Lucien Greaves- I don’t have to wear stupid horned hats, or do ridiculous little rituals, and I certainly don’t have to publicly expose my privates- I just have to focus. And I have- FOR YEARS. The result of my efforts is that this group is going to be blessed with the very separation from God that they have demanded all of their pathetic lives. The darkness is getting ready to claim them. And they are all going to die with the same overwhelming fear that Scalia experienced right before he was claimed. I have told Aquino repeatedly that they taught the wrong person their secrets – and now they are beginning to realize the truth of what I have been stating. And no little ritual, no incantation, no sacrifice- is going to stop what is coming for them.
Whether the public ever finds out the truth about Scalia’s death is totally inconsequential. Those who have been involved with this KNOW the truth concerning what I am saying. And rest assured- the darkness has them in mind and they are going to be claimed- regardless of what anyone thinks or believes. And they are WELL AWARE OF THIS. I have said this before and I will say it again- it isn’t a good day to be a devil worshiper because what is about to claim them is worse than any hell anyone can imagine. They have invoked the WRATH of Heaven- and now they are all about to get their just rewards, and Scalia is just one example of the devastation that awaits them.
But again- don’t take my word for it. Just sit back and watch. Soon all of us will see the truth in what I am saying. Even now they are having a hard time understanding how Scalia could have been murdered. How did the knife get into the 13 year old boys hand- how was he able to slit Scalia’s throat? Because it was DIRECTED by Heaven and was a result of divine intervention- and it stands symbolically as what is about to happen in mass. He was murdered because Heaven WILLED it, and Scalia is not going to be the only one. Not by a LONG SHOT.
As long as I can still get GMO Cheetos and watch Dancing With The Stars, I don’t care.

The AP filed a records request with the judge last week, but she did not provide the letter or respond to a reporter’s phone message Tuesday. The Texas Department of State Health Services has declined to release a copy of the death certificate….

Antonin Scalia suffered from coronary artery disease, obesity and diabetes, among other ailments that probably contributed to the justice’s sudden death, according to a letter from the Supreme Court’s doctor.
Presidio County District Attorney Rod Ponton cited the letter Tuesday when he told The Associated Press there was nothing suspicious about the Feb. 13 death of the 79-year-old jurist. He said the long list of health problems made an autopsy unnecessary.
Ponton had a copy of a letter from Rear Adm. Brian P. Monahan, the attending physician for members of Congress and the Supreme Court. The letter was to county Judge Cinderela Guevara, who conducted a death inquiry by phone and certified Scalia’s death.
The letter dated Feb. 16 said Scalia’s many “significant medical conditions led to his death,” Ponton said…..
Ponton declined to provide a copy of the letter, saying an open-records request must be made to Guevara…..

Cibolo Creek Ranch owner John Poindexter and C. Allen Foster, a prominent Washington lawyer who traveled to the ranch with Scalia by private plane, hold leadership positions within the Order. It is unclear what, if any, official association Scalia had with the group…..
For the hunting weekend earlier this month, Poindexter told The Washington Post that Scalia traveled to Houston with his friend and U.S. marshals, who provide security for Supreme Court justices. The Post obtained a Presidio County Sheriff’s Office report that named Foster as Scalia’s close friend on the trip.
Sheriff Danny Dominguez confirmed that a photograph of Washington lawyer C. Allen Foster is the same man he interviewed at the ranch the day of Scalia’s death.
From Houston, Scalia and Foster chartered a plane without the marshals to the Cibolo Creek Ranch airstrip….
Planes owned by Wallace “Happy” Rogers III and the company of A.J. Lewis III left from San Antonio and arrived at the ranch just after noon Feb. 12. The planes departed the ranch about 30 minutes apart Feb. 14, according to flight records provided to The Post by FlightAware.
Rogers owns the Buckhorn Saloon and Museum in San Antonio. He has donated $65,000 to Republican candidates since 2008. Lewis is the owner of a restaurant supplier company, also based in San Antonio. He has given $3,500 to GOP candidates since 2007…..
The (law enforcement) officials said the FBI had declined to investigate Scalia’s death when they were told by the marshals that he died from natural causes.

Ha! You beat me to it! I was just about to post a comment to Jon about the “hunting group” Scalia, Poindexter and others who were at the ranch belonged to.
Jon, if you’re reading this, perhaps Scalia was involved in after hours entertainment that wasn’t so “conservative.” The same Texas ranch has been frequented by Mick Jagger and Charlie Sheen, from what I dug up. And they were not there to hunt quail. Poindexter bothered me from the second I saw his face. He looks….well….like a lizard. When you see that, you follow the breadcrumbs until you find the real reason Scalia was hanging out in Texas. Then it makes sense why the judge refused to order an autopsy. It also makes sense why his wife agreed. If she knew of his secret life, she also knew it couldn’t get out. So the cover up began.
Was he sacrificed or was he taking part in something that went a little too far and the cover stories had to be created in that two hour window between when they claim they knocked on his door and actually entered??
