Who is Gary Hirshberg? And why is he a leader in the anti-GMO movement?

Who is Gary Hirshberg, and why is he bankrolling a losing anti-GMO campaign?

“Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev recently announced that Russia will no longer import GMO products, stating that the nation has enough space, and enough resources to produce organic food. ‘If the Americans like to eat GMO products, let them eat them. We don’t need to do that; we have enough space and opportunities to produce organic food.’” (Collective Evolution, April 15, 2014, “It’s Official—Russia completely bans GMOs.”)

Gary Hirshberg (twitter) is the Chairman of Stonyfield Organics (twitter). “Love me. Hold me. Spoon me.” Yogurt, smoothies, milk, butter.

He is a founding partner of the Just Label It group (twitter). You know, “consumers have a right to know what’s in their food yada yada yada…”

That was the exclusive mantra of the losing GMO-labeling campaigns in California, Washington, Oregon, and Colorado.

Of all the leaders in the labeling movement, Hirshberg is the most overtly political. Let’s look at his strange track record:

During the 2008 presidential campaign season, his home in New Hampshire was a mandatory stop for candidates. Hirshberg’s first choice for the Democratic nomination was the execrable Tom Vilsack until he dropped out of the race.

Hirshberg hosted gatherings for John Edwards and Barack Obama, and eventually decided to support Obama.

Obama, despite his nods and winks, was, from the beginning, Monsanto’s man in Washington, allowing a parade of new GMO crops to enter growing fields and the marketplace, and appointing staunch biotech allies to key posts in his administration.

Vilsack, Gary Hirshberg’s first choice for President, became the Secretary of Agriculture under Obama. Vilsack is an avid supporter of GMO food. During his term as governor of Iowa, Vilsack was given a Governor of the Year award by the Biotechnology Industry Organization.

Hirshberg serves as a co-chairman of an organization called AGree (twitter). Its objective is to “build consensus around solutions” to “critical issues facing the food and agriculture system.” As researcher Nick Brannigan (twitter) has pointed out, AGree includes, among its foundation partners: the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Ford Foundation, and the Rockefeller Foundation.

It would be hard to find foundations more friendly to, and supportive of, big corporate agriculture and GMOs.

With colleagues like this, why is Hirshberg a leader in the anti-GMO campaign? Good question.

Hirshberg is the author of Stirring It Up: How to Make Money and Save the World. He advocates revolution-by-the-consumer as an exceedingly powerful force.

It may be pretty to think so, but giving American consumers a clear choice about whether to buy GMO or non-GMO food, through labeling, isn’t going to push Monsanto up against the wall.

***It isn’t going to stop Monsanto gene drift into non-GMO crops. It isn’t going to stop the aerial attack of toxic Roundup all over the planet.

Instead, an all-out counter-assault is necessary. And it doesn’t take a genius to see where to start: TV ads. Web ads.

The objective? To make Monsanto’s threat to health and life and liberty very real and very personal. To make that threat as imminent as it was when millions of students, in the 1960s, saw the military draft as their ticket to going to Vietnam to die.

After you’ve aired a few thousand plays of such attack ads against Monsanto, then you can do polls. Then you’ll see what people believe and think and feel in a new light.

The labeling movement should be a ban-GMO movement. It should be enlisting artists of all kinds to make ads that move people, that attack the poisoners of the food supply, that hold up to ridicule the corporate agenda of monopolizing and degrading the food of this planet.

Gary Hirshberg isn’t the man for the job.

He’s the soft salesman, a businessman who tap dances with strange partners when he enters the political arena. He’s with the wrong people on the wrong side.

He’s calling shots in a campaign that’s designed to lose the war.

Why is that?

Well-intentioned political stupidity? New Age cheese-melt mind? Supreme confidence based on nothing? A desire to issue orders and have them followed?

Or something worse?

Coda: Suppose you ran a TV ad in which a salt-of-the-earth farmer was standing on a barren piece of land, the camera zoomed in on him, and he showed his callused and worn hands to the audience and said:

“I am an American farmer. I’ve been on this land forty years. My family has been on this land every day for a hundred and fifty years. I’m a human being just like you. My relationship with Monsanto and their genetically engineered food ruined my farm, my future, and my life…”

Or this: a mother and her little child stand on their lawn in front of the camera. The mother says, “See the rashes and lesions on my son’s body? Do you know where he got them? From the weed killer we sprayed out of a bottle. It’s called Roundup. It’s made by Monsanto. Do you want this for your child?”

Lawsuits from Monsanto? Bring them on.

The discovery and deposition would be a nightmare for Monsanto, as their lies came tumbling out.

TV stations and websites would refuse to run the ads? Terrific. That spawns a global online underground who post the ads anyway, along with: “Monsanto took legal action so you couldn’t see this ad…here are the outlets who refused to run the ads…”

Get the picture?

Gary Hirshberg doesn’t.

Or maybe he does but he isn’t on our side. Never was.

While his soft and weak “label-it” ballot initiatives suck up time, energy, money, and distract people from the real answer—banning GMOs—the clock keeps ticking:

More toxic Roundup invades the air, land, water, humans, and animals; Monsanto genes drift on the wind and infect plants and crops across America.

Which is exactly what Monsanto is hoping for: a fait accompli. Too little, too late.

The label-it ballot initiatives are enabling the goal of Monsanto.

Jerry (Ben & Jerry’s) lives in a fake world

The first time I realized the money and the leadership of the anti-GMO movement was guiding millions of people into ballot-labeling initiatives, I pictured a million people in the street calmly marching in orderly columns against the Vietnam War.

They all held pretty pink signs that said: “You have a right to know that war might be dangerous.”

Of course, there was a forced national draft at the time, so there was no legal right to choose staying at home vs. going to Vietnam.

As regards Monsanto, we are definitely in a “draft” situation. The genes inserted in food crops drift across the land and wind up in all sorts of plants.

Roundup, the highly toxic Monsanto herbicide used to kill weeds on farms, also blows in the wind across America. And the world.

And of course, weeds that are resistant to Roundup are growing tall and choking farms and ruining farmers’ lives.

“Just label it” and “the right to know what’s in your food” are diversions from an uncomfortable truth. Monsanto and other biotech giants are affecting everybody with their crazy technology and their poison.

If these facts had been the springboard, ten years ago, for money, time, and effort—triggering an all-out no-holds-barred attack against Monsanto, instead of soft ballot initiatives—we’d be in a much better place now.

Consider the November 6th Democracy Now! interview with Jerry Greenfield (of Ben and Jerry’s). When asked, “And, Jerry Greenfield, is Ben & Jerry’s opposed to GMOs, per se?,” Jerry answered:

“No, Ben & Jerry’s doesn’t really take a position on that. We always say we’re not scientists. You know, there really haven’t been independent studies. But our issue is simply about transparency, having a consumer have the right to know.”

Really, Jerry? There haven’t been independent studies? You don’t take a position? You know nothing about gene drift and Roundup? How convenient. How pleasant and liberating it is not to be a scientist.

Why don’t you reach out to Jeffrey Smith, author of Genetic Roulette, and ask him to send you links to those independent studies?

Better yet, just drop the know-nothing bullshit front.

Ben and Jerry’s is moving into all non-GMO ingredients by the end of 2014. Do I understand this correctly? You’re doing that just because you want to give consumers an alternative to something you know nothing about?

I see. You’re a kind of theoretician of the free market, an abstract thinker. As a general rule, ahem, it’s better to have more choices. As far as you know, there’s nothing right or wrong about GMO food. But why not expand alternatives anyway?

And while you’re at it, you could also offer several other lines of ice cream sweetened with: NutraSweet, Splenda, Corn Syrup, Glycerine, and the original classic, saccharine.

Because choice per se is good.

Monsanto is just another player in the marketplace. Ditto for Dow and Syngenta. You’re okay, they’re okay, we’re all okay.

Monsanto has its style. Ben and Jerry’s has its style.

Some people like pink, some like powder blue.

It’s all good, or if not, we’ll figure it out by trial and error. Because we aren’t scientists.

And since you’re completely ignorant, Jerry, why not offer a line of Chunky Funky sprayed with Roundup?

Here’s a rule for you. When businessmen bankroll a political movement, they cater to the consumer at the lowest common denominator: “what the consumer will pick off the shelf and buy.”

That’s the thrust. The weak soft approach.

Not an all-out attack against the evil—in this case, Monsanto—with powerful in-your-face ads and lawsuits and outrage and revelations about how government is a key partner in crime.

No, attacking evil is out of the question. It’s non-New Age. Bad Karma. The Universe doesn’t like it. Anger is unhealthy.

Instead, put a smile on your face and tell the world, “We don’t know, we’re not scientists.”

Ride that tune into the sunset.

It certainly won’t win a political war, but it’ll get you new customers.

Customers who wear a badge that says, “I’m proud I have the right to choose.”

Toot that horn, shuck and jive. It’s fun, isn’t it?

What’s coming out of your ears, Jerry, ain’t ice cream.

Over the last 50 years, tireless researchers have uncovered and revealed the existence of various elites that control governments and populations:

Banks, super-banks, the military-industrial complex, intelligence agencies, psyop propagandists, Wall Street, and so forth and so on.

For some reason, these researchers, many of them, have a blind spot when it comes to the ongoing operations of a shadow medical government.

Blind spot. And also fear. Fear of criticism and ridicule for exposing sacred sacraments of society—like vaccination.

Like psychiatry.

Like (phony) epidemics.

This tells you how strong and pervasive the pro-medical propagandists are. How much media power they wield. How much science they can fabricate. How thoroughly they can discredit and exile their critics, when those critics cut too close to the bone and expose too much truth.

Truth?

For example: by conservative assessment, the US medical system kills 225,000 people a year like clockwork. Which comes out to 2.25 million American killings per decade. (Barbara Starfield, JAMA, July 26, 2000, “Is US health really the best in the world?”)

For example: for the 300 official mental disorders, there is not a single definitive physical diagnostic test to confirm the disorder. There are only the highly toxic drugs used to treat patients.

For example, none of the heralded so-called epidemics of the past 15 years have panned out. They were all duds. But much fear (and compliance) was generated.

For example: contrary to assurances that vaccines are remarkably safe, the system for counting severe adverse reactions is irretrievably broken. Using rational guidelines for the US, an independent estimate of between 100,000 and 1.2 million severe reactions per year has been made. (Barbara Loe Fisher, National Vaccine Information Center)

The story that emerges from these and other factors has a distinct shape. It is a story of sustained war against the population.

It’s long past the time for the perpetrators to claim innocence or ignorance.

And when researchers rightly claim, for instance, that the real aim of the Surveillance State is control of the population, they should begin to understand that the medical shadow government has the same goal—except that it engages in direct and widespread killing and maiming.

Its agenda involves putting every person on the planet inside a cradle-to-grave system of medical compliance and highly toxic treatment.

This system has an additional effect: as a cover story, through disease invention, it obscures actual environmental causes of illness and death—corporate pollution, sustained generation-to-generation malnutrition and starvation, contaminated water supplies and a general lack of basic sanitation, to name a few.

And as for surveillance, universal medical ID packages and patient treatment records (including psychiatric) are fertile territory, to say the least.

Unpredictable effects. Unknown outcomes. Potential health consequences. Uncertain gene technology.

These aren’t phrases biotech giants like to hear.

They prefer:

“One gene produces one protein.”

“Each gene has a specific function.”

This is the basis for the modern biotech industry, and it applies most definitely to GMO crops.

And it is false.

So for example, when Monsanto says the genes they insert in plants only serve to protect the plants from the herbicide Roundup and have no other function, they’re making it up.

For a brief summary of the situation, see Denise Caruso’s NY Times piece, “A Challenge to Gene Theory, a Tougher Look at Biotech,” July 1, 2007.

Caruso reports on the findings of an “exhaustive four-year effort…organized by the United States National Human Genome Research Institute and carried out by 35 groups from 80 organizations around the world.”

“…genes appear to operate in a complex network, and interact and overlap with one another and with other components in ways not yet fully understood.”

“Evidence of a networked [interacting] genome shatters the scientific basis for virtually every official risk [safety] assessment of today’s commercial biotech products, from genetically engineered crops to pharmaceuticals.”

In other words, each gene inserted in GMO food crops cannot be said to have only one function. There is reason to believe the inserted genes interact with genes already in the plants, and produce unknown effects.

Therefore, bland assurances of safety are smoke blowing in the wind.

“Jack Heinemann, a professor of molecular biology in the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and director of its Center for Integrated Research in Biosafety”: ‘The real worry for us has always been that the commercial agenda for biotech may be premature, based on what we have long known was an incomplete understanding of genetics…’

Heinemann: “Because gene patents and the genetic engineering process itself are both defined in terms of genes acting independently, [government] regulators may be unaware of the potential impacts arising from these network [interacting] effects.”

Biotech companies like Monsanto are, to be sure, aware of this gaping hole in their “science” of gene-function. In fact, according to Heinemann, “Many biotech companies already conduct detailed genetic studies of their products that profile the expression of proteins and other elements. But they are not required to report most of this data to regulators, so they do not. Thus vast stores of important research information sit idle.”

This means that Monsanto or Dow can conceal what they’ve discovered about GMO hazards. They can hide findings that show unpredicted effects, when inserted genes meet and network with natural genes in the food crops.

If we were merely talking about studies done in labs and abstract articles in journals, that would be one thing. But of course, we are talking about millions of acres planted with GMO crops—and vast populations eating GMO food.

It’s all based on a simplistic and false notion about how genes function.

The biotech giants know this, government regulators know this, and many scientists know this.

But they hide what they know.

And all this dangerous fakery doesn’t even touch on the highly toxic effects of Roundup and other herbicides necessary to manage GMO crops.

The Matrix Revealed: the individual with power

In some of my recent articles, I’ve been dissecting levels of psy-ops in which an attempt is made to merge the individual with the group.

These psy-ops are low-level aspects of the Matrix. Politically, they recognize the threat of the free individual to plans for a controlled planet.

One subject few researchers want to tackle head-on is this: HOW POWERFUL CAN THE FREE INDIVIDUAL BE? AND WHAT IS THIS POWER?

When we say “free individual,” are we simply talking about someone who can exercise those rights enumerated in The Bill of Rights, who can pursue life, liberty and happiness without undue interference? Is this the whole story?

The answer is: no. There are many more dimensions to the story.

My work, for the past ten years, could be roughly divided into two areas:

understanding the layers and levels of deception, ops, and self-restriction imposed inside the Matrix;

and the potential for the individual to express and act on his own power to exit from the Matrix.

That second area of research has unexpectedly great depth and breadth.

When you read all the 40 interviews I do with Jack True in my collection, The Matrix Revealed, you see how far and deep individual power can go. And you see what some of the keys to that power are.

In my last conversations with Jack before we lost contact, we agreed that many people who were exploring what could superficially be called “human potential” were compromising their efforts. They were reluctant to push too far, because they had audiences to satisfy, they had careers to protect, they had, in some cases, financial backers to appease, and they sometimes had overriding agendas that were self-defeating.

We were aware that, in the “human potential” field, contractors from the military and the intelligence community were muddying the waters with their programs and objectives. Empowering the individual to the highest degree possible, in their paranormal experiments, was offset by their corrupted desire to “produce” servants of a new global order.

Jack had been approached several times by these contractors, or their agents, and he always refused to work with them. He was profoundly indifferent to their offers and their queries. Jack was an independent force, period. He had zero interest in hitching his wagon to someone else’s star.

In a nutshell, when you say free you have to mean Free. You can’t mean free to enlist in a cause or an organization that ultimately has a hierarchy. That doesn’t work. It always fails. It fails because individual power is twisted into power over people. That’s a huge twist, and it is perverse.

Jack and I also spoke about words that are used to describe individual power, words that cause emotional reaction and confusion.

Two such words are “paranormal” and “magic.” Numerous misunderstandings collect around these terms.

In the first case, “paranormal” suggests that a person can remain average and normal in most respects, while developing, like a new appendage, strange ability. It suggests there are tricks one can learn, like openings in chess or ways to pick locks with tools. It suggests that there may be machines which will alter brain activity and suddenly catapult a person into a new realm.

These are all misleading.

In the second case, the word “magic” has hundreds of associations. In the past, it was a favorite way of indicating that someone was opposed to religion and was trying to subvert it. “Magic” suggests that a person may be operating under an external spell, or he is engaged in bizarre rituals. He may be a member of secret society. Alternatively, the word is used to designate a person who is indulging in aimless and useless fantasies about escaping from the real world; he is living in a fuzzy dream state, futilely hoping to be rendered into a charmed state of mind.

Again, all these references and associations are off the mark. They don’t really begin to describe what can happen when individual power exceeds a limited ceiling.

With “magic” and “paranormal,” most people assume that if the words mean anything important at all, they certainly hold out hope that something extraordinary can happen INSTANTLY.

Well, that is the habit of our present society. Everything has to happen right now, right away, in six seconds, in two days, in a month at the most. Additionally, there must be a precise protocol of steps that explain how it will happen so quickly. If there is no protocol, there is nothing.

A car in a factory is made step by step, as the frame moves from one station to another. This is the Way. It must be the same when we come to the subject of individual power.

People tend to overlook the fact that, although things are done TO the skeleton of a machine to complete its structure, power is expressed FROM an individual. They are opposite situations.

As we peel this whole onion of misunderstanding, also keep in mind that, in our technological society, people want to believe that biological or chemical alterations—especially genetic ones—can allow an individual to become more than he was. He can be enhanced through physical means. This is further misrepresentation.

None of this strikes the right chord. None of it is relevant.

Back in the 1950s, all those science-fiction movies based on nuclear- radiation-mutation used that plot device to launch “new humans.” This idea was actually held as a research possibility by some scientists. It gained a bit of traction, because government officials wanted to downplay the destructive effects of A-bomb testing and cancer treatments.

Now, we have a more sophisticated scenario: machine-human hybrids. The research on this is being done. It’s another dead end. It’s a cover for external control of humans. But some people want to believe this is where the future of individual power exists.

Because I’m interested in increasing individual power for adults, and I don’t have any exclusionary interest in child-magic, I was never taken by the Harry Potter books. But I was intrigued, for about five minutes, by the social furor those novels caused. Apparently, JK Rowling was really a CIA agent working for Beelzebub trying to subvert our youth. If so, then the brothers Grimm and Hans Christian Andersen and the author of the 11th-century Song of Roland were also secret agents of ulterior forces bent on destruction.

The Harry Potter books need no analysis from me. I’ll simply point out, for purposes of this discussion, that a school that teaches magic in classes, utilizing ancient manuscripts and potions, enrolling children who have shown peculiar talents from an early age, plays into the notion that “paranormal” is primarily an accident of birth, and the classroom work suggests a viable protocol. Also, of course, there must be enemies who are using the same powers children learn, but for evil purposes.

The books may be great fun. But they don’t clarify adult individual power.

For that, after years of exploration, I found one tradition on planet Earth that was quite different from any system before or since. I have written about it. It existed in the early days of the society of Tibet. This was prior to the takeover by the local priests and their theocratic maneuvers to control the emerging civilization and bury the core of what was unique under tons of literature and ceremony.

Exhuming the essentials of what actually happened in early Tibet, and separating it from the sheer nonsense of priestly interpretation, is a fascinating undertaking. It reveals the lengths to which people will go to attribute power to everything under the sun, except themselves.

Well, in a significant way, that is the history of Earth. A history that combines corrosive cynicism with a yearning for what one has ALREADY surrendered on an altar of mindless sacrifice.

This is a person saying, “I’d rather sink into permanent unconsciousness than admit to my true potential. I’d rather blame anyone and everyone for my mindless sacrifice of Self. I’d rather undertake a campaign to deny the existence of individual power, or declare it a threat to the natural order.”

What do you think those fabulously rich elite environmentalists, behind the curtain, are pulling the strings for? They hate individual power and they want to bind up the whole planet in a sea of regressive stone-age suffering as an act of revenge. They want to take their own AUTHENTIC power, which they long ago gave up, because they were weak and without independent courage, and they want to reconstitute it as a boot that grinds everything under its heel. Frankly, there are many self-invented victims scattered around the planet who would do exactly the same thing, if they were suddenly outfitted with enormous bank accounts and social position. For every real Rockefeller, there are a thousand would-be’s hoping and lurking in the weeds.

Lord Acton famously wrote, “Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” But which power? The capacity that is innate in a person? No. What corrupts is the urge to exercise dominance over others.

And therefore the question became: what does the individual do with freedom? What POWER does he express? How much power does he actually have?

This has everything to do with what we call the Matrix. Because power, individual power is what can get you out of all—all—aspects of the Matrix.

I assembled volume one, The Matrix Revealed, because if you know enough about the nuts and bolts, about how the structure of Matrix was put together, you know something about A MODE OF INVENTION, and Matrix begins to look quite different. In basic terms, it looks more like a painting than an armored tank.

True individual power has no limit.

It is not dominance. It is a kind of joy. It is imagination. It is, in the broadest sense, art. It is the human being as creator without limits. “Dominoes of the collective begin to fall. The whole stinking structure collapses, a wing here and a wing there, and the robots open their eyes and turn off their cameras.”

Several years ago, after reading an article of mine, a producer approached me about writing a movie script. He wasn’t sure whether he wanted it to be a documentary or a feature. But he wanted it to be “heroic,” he said. And long. Five or six hours.

We had discussions. I sent him notes. The tentative title was, “Cartels of the Mind.”

He eventually wobbled, then disappeared.

Here are some of those preliminary notes. They’re not always sequential. And I’ve recently added one or two comments.

If you can’t see the background of a crime, you aren’t seeing the crime, you’re seeing the sensational effects, that’s all.

There are people who want their own minds to look exactly like the world. They want their minds to look like photographs of the world. This is what they strive for. The idea that they could invent something is so terrifying they opt instead for the world as it is.

This is what amused the surrealists. They started turning things upside down and inside out. They were reacting to humans who had made themselves into robots. Into robot cameras.

The Surveillance State is a robot camera. It captures everything, based on the premise that what isn’t Normal is dangerous.

The cartels of the world become the cartels of the mind.

At the outbreak of World War 2, the Council on Foreign Relations began making plans for the post-war world.

The question it posed was this: could America exist as a self-sufficient nation, or would it have to go outside its borders for vital resources?

Predictably, the answer was: imperial empire.

The US would not only need to obtain natural resources abroad, it would have to embark on endless conquest to assure continued access.

The CFR, of course, wasn’t just some think tank. It was connected to the highest levels of US government, through the State Department. A front for Rockefeller interests, it actually stood above the government.

Behind all its machinations was the presumption that planned societies were the future of the planet. Not open societies.

Through wars, clandestine operations, legislation, treaties, manipulation of nations’ debt, control of banks and money supplies, countries could be turned into “managed units.”

Increasingly, the populations of countries would be regulated and directed and held in thrall to the State.

And the individual? He would go the way of other extinct species.

For several decades, the pseudo-discipline called “social science” had been turning out reams of studies and reports on tribes, societal groupings, and so-called classes of people.

Deeply embedded in the social sciences were psychological warfare specialists who, after World War 2, emerged with a new academic status and new field of study: mass communications.

Their objective? The broadcasting of messages that would, in accordance with political goals, provoke hostility or pacified acceptance in the masses.

Hostility channeled into support of new wars; acceptance of greater domestic government control.

Nowhere in these formulas was the individual protected. He was considered a wild card, a loose cannon, and he needed to be demeaned, made an outsider, and characterized as a criminal who opposed the needs of the collective.

Collective=robot minds welded into one mind.

As the years and decades passed, this notion of the collective and its requirements, in a “humane civilization,” expanded. Never mind that out of view, the rich were getting richer and poor were getting poorer. That fact was downplayed, and the cover story–”share and care”—took center stage.

On every level of society, people were urged to think of themselves as part of a greater group. The individual and his hopes, his unique dreams, his desires and energies, his determination and will power…all these were portrayed as relics of an unworkable and deluded past.

In many cases, lone pioneers who were innovating in directions that could, in fact, benefit all of humanity, were absorbed into the one body of the collective, heralded as humane…and then dumped on the side of the road with their inventions and forgotten.

In the planned society, no one rises above the mass, except those men who run and operate and propagandize the mass.

In order to affect the illusion of individual success, as a kind of safety valve for the yearnings of millions of people, the cult of celebrity emerged. But even there, extraordinary tales of rise and then precipitous fall, glory and then humiliation, were and are presented as cautionary melodramas.

This could happen to you. You would be exposed. You would suffer the consequences. Let others take the fall. Keep your mind blank. Do nothing unusual. Shorten your attention span. Disable your own mental machinery. Then you’ll never be tempted to stand out from the mass.

The onrush of technocracy gears its wild promises to genetic manipulation, brain-machine interfaces, and other automatic downloads assuring “greater life.” No effort required. Plug in, and ascend to new heights.

Freedom? Independence? Old flickering dreams vicariously viewed on a screen.

Individual greatness, imagination, creative power? A sunken galleon loaded with treasure that, upon closer investigation, was never there to begin with.

The Plan is all that is important. The plan involves universal surveillance, in order to map the lives of billions of people, move by move, in order to design systems of control within which those billions live, day to day.

But the worst outcome of all is: the individual cannot even conceive of his own life and future in large terms. The individual responds to tighter and control with a shrug, as if to say, “What difference does it make?”

He has bought the collectivist package. His own uniqueness and inner resources are submerged under layers of passive acceptance of the consensus.

And make no mistake about it, this consensus reality, for all its exaltation of the group, is not heraldic in any sense. The propagandized veneer covers a cynical exploitation of every man, woman, and child.

Strapped by an amnesia about his own freedom and what it can truly mean, the individual opts for a place in the collective gloom. He may grumble and complain, but he fits in.

He can’t remember another possibility.

Every enterprise in which he finds himself turns out to be a pale copy of the real thing.

The deep energies and power and desire for freedom remain untapped.

Yet a struggle continues to live. It lives in the hidden places of every individual who wants out, who wants to come back to himself, who wants to stride out on a stage.

Freedom and power again. The shattering of amnesia.

In this stolen nation.

The extinct individual returns.

Petty little hungers and obsessions become great hungers.

Dominoes of the collective begin to fall. The whole stinking structure collapses, a wing here and a wing there, and the robots open their eyes and turn off their cameras.

The vast sticky web called “the people” begins to disintegrate in roaring cities and in the mind.

A new instructive message appears on billboards and screens: “normal=crazy.”

Gruber’s goobers: Obamacare deception

Everybody knows Jonathan Gruber now. He was a consultant who helped frame the Obamacare law.

He’s stated that that, yes, Obamacare has a tax in its provisions, and yes the public was deceived.

Gruber: “This bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scored the mandate as taxes, the bill dies… [I]f you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in – you made explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money, it would not have passed… Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really really critical for the thing to pass… Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”

Tax? Penalty? Tax? Penalty?

Either way, Obamacare is an order, a command, from on high.

The whole debate hides the real fact: people are being coerced into a system that kill and maims at a staggeringly high level.

No one in Congress or the White House brought that up during the process of promoting and passing the bill. Too hot to handle. Much too hot.

If you have a system that is already killing a huge number of people, and you make that system bigger and bring millions more people under the same umbrella, the death toll will accelerate.

The key journal paper on medical destruction is: Dr. Barbara Starfield, Journal of the American Medical Association, July 26, 2000, “Is US Health Really the Best in the World?”

Every year in the US, the medical system kills 225,000 people. 106,000 die as a result of FDA-approved medical drugs. The other 119,000 die as a result of mistreatment in hospitals.

I use the Starfield report because it is right down the middle of mainstream medicine. Before her death, Starfield was a widely respected public health expert. For many years, she worked at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. The Journal of the American Medical Association is as mainstream and prestigious as you can get.

I’m fully aware that independent researchers have pegged the death toll from the US medical system at a much higher number. But I wanted to show that, even in “The Club,” the statistics are known to be horrendous.

Think about it. The US medical system kills 225,000 Americans per year. That adds up to 2.25 MILLION deaths per decade.

Not long before her death, I interviewed Dr. Starfield. I asked her whether anyone from the federal government had ever asked her to consult, to help fix the medical system. Her answer was a stark No.

I asked her whether she was aware of any significant government program directed at fixing the system. Again, she answered: No.

Try this fictional analogy. You work for the government in auto safety. You know two things. Every tenth car in America contains a fatal flaw that will cause a crash at speeds in excess of 40mph. And, as a result of new legislation lowering the driving age, millions more Americans will be on the road. What would you do?

US politics lives and thrives on PR, and PR makes its money from empty generalizations and promises. In the medical arena, it’s all about “better care for all,” “humane concern for everyone,” “breakthroughs coming soon,” “money for more research,” etc.

This has nothing to do with the actual effects of the system. It has nothing to do with reality.

Well, here is the reality. By the most conservative estimate, the US medical system kills 2,250,000 people per decade.

That’s the system that’s heading for massive expansion under Obamacare.

You have a choice. You can go with the empty PR, or you can face the facts and realize what’s going to happen.

“Well,” some people have told me, “the politicians in charge don’t really understand what the medical system is doing to people. It’s just ignorance. Their hearts are in the right place.”

And that matters? That argument has nothing to do with ongoing death stemming from standard medical practice.

The death statistics I’m citing in this article aren’t a state secret.

Doctors chopping off women’s breasts for no reason. Medical drugs putting people into the grave. Vaccines causing neurological damage. Psychiatric drugs blasting brains and pushing people over into suicide and murder…no problem. The politicians’ hearts are in the right place.

Walk through a cemetery and try that defense.

Tax? Penalty? Tax? Penalty?

I just did the math. The US medical system killed 25 people while I was writing this article.

Hail to the group! The group is all!

The concept of herd immunity (protection for the population) is often used by vaccine addicts as a way to push guilt at people who don’t line up, with their children, like robots for their shots.

From the point of view of protecting people who are already vaccinated, herd immunity is flat-out absurd.

Little Jimmy, whose parents have decided not to vaccinate him, will pass diseases on to kids who are already vaccinated? Oh, you mean those immunized kids aren’t really safe? Then why did you vaccinate them in the first place?

From another point of view, herd immunity is the idea that people who “can’t be” vaccinated (for example, those who are obviously allergic to elements contained in vaccines) will gain a measure of protection, if larger and larger numbers of others are vaccinated.

The vaccinated protecting the unvaccinated.

This is foolish, because what actually protects people against disease is the strength of their immune systems, and that strength has nothing to do with vaccination.

If a person has a weak immune system, he will get dangerously sick, and it doesn’t matter how many people around him are vaccinated against how many diseases.

So even if one accepts the (false) premise that vaccines are effective and safe, the premise of herd immunity is ludicrous.

Vaccination is, in fact, a cover story used to conceal the fact that the health of populations has everything to do with good nutrition, adequate sanitation, and an absence of toxic elements in the environment.

There are many doctors who know this, but they refuse to speak out, because they know they’ll suffer consequences.

Vaccination, as a propaganda strategy, is used to medicalize the population—to assert that good health is fundamentally a medical matter.

It isn’t.

If tomorrow, two things happened, they would change the face of health in any industrialized country:

One, millions more people buying healthy food and/or growing their own food, in yards; and in inner cities, growing food in community gardens;

And two, the courts delivering justice in the form of billion-dollar fines and long, long prison sentences to corporate employees (including CEOs) for severe and real pollution.

Note: That justice would eliminate GMO crops which rely on toxic pesticide use.

I’m not spinning rainbows. I’m just pointing out that, with these two changes alone, hospitals and clinics and doctors’ offices would empty out, and the medical cartel would finally experience vast comeuppance.

Health and life are not medical functions.

Any science that claims they are is false science, and the people who make those claims are liars or morons or criminals, or some combination of all three.

Would they push a vaccine for a disease that doesn’t exist?

Would they try to force it on people? Fire health workers who wouldn’t take it?

Let me put the question in a slightly different way: Would they push a vaccine for a disease where the overwhelming number of diagnosed cases are false?

Here’s a citation: Peter Doshi, “Influenza: marketing vaccines by marketing disease” (BMJ 2013; 346:f3037):

“…few people realize that even the ideal influenza vaccine, matched perfectly to circulating strains of wild influenza and capable of stopping all influenza viruses, can only deal with a small part of the ‘flu’ problem…Every year, hundreds of thousands of respiratory specimens are tested across the US. Of those tested, on average 16% are found to be influenza positive….It’s no wonder so many people feel that ‘flu shots’ don’t work: for most flus, they can’t.”

Even if you believe that vaccines work, do what they’re supposed to do, create genuine immunity, the government is pushing a flu vaccine that, in at least 84% percent of “flu cases,” couldn’t work, because those people don’t have the flu.

This is called a clue.

It tells you that vaccines don’t need to be relevant to human disease. They’re products. The authorities buy them, promote them, help sell them.

In past articles on Ebola, I’ve pointed out that the standard diagnostic tests (antibody and PCR) fail to properly ID anyone as “Ebola.”

On top of that, you can bet that most “Ebola cases” in West Africa are diagnosed without tests, but instead by eyeball, when general symptoms are present—symptoms which can be caused by any number of factors.

So when the Ebola vaccine comes along, we’ll see a situation at least as ridiculous as the flu fiasco I described above.

And when you add in very real dangers—unknown genes inserted in the vaccines, a chimp or rabies virus carrying those genes and potentially reproducing and spreading in the body, toxic chemicals added to the vaccine as preservatives and “promoters of potency,” and who knows what else folded into the vaccine—you have a disaster waiting to happen.
