VOTE OR DON’T VOTE: ARSENIC OR CYANIDE?

Well, we must vote in the upcoming presidential election, right? How can we abdicate our right? How can we leave the battlefield to the robots? If we don’t vote, we can’t criticize what happens in the next four years.

On the other hand, if we’re standing in a room behind a table that holds two levers, and if we pull lever 1 a bullet is going to come out of the wall and kill us, and if we pull lever 2 a flame is going to shoot out of the wall and burn us down, it becomes a matter of idiosyncratic preference, doesn’t it?

Aren’t we entitled to consider that levers 1 and 2 conspire to produce a false dichotomy?

Or is that act of considering an indication that we’re too intelligent for the society we live in, and therefore we should sign up for “re-education?”

No matter how much passion we have for choosing a true leader who is independent of “the bullet and the fire,” suppose there is no lever 3?

Should we exercise our passion by pretending lever 1 or 2 is really the object of our desire?

You know, at first I thought Candidate A was a dangerous idiot and a puppet of larger sinister forces, but after brainwashing myself into oblivion, I realize he’s quite a patriot and has godlike attributes. How could I have missed that?”

(By the way, it turns out that, since 1960, the three highest-percentage turnouts among the voting-age population, in a presidential election year, were 1960, 1964, and 1968. And those three weren’t anything to write home about: 63.1, 61.9, and 60.8.)

We’re told that political change comes slowly, and working within the two-party system, we have to satisfy ourselves with the slightly better candidate, or the lesser of two evils. This is what responsible adults do. But suppose this system is terminally corrupt, and suppose that is precisely the reason for the “slow change?”

Of course, the media will try to whip(saw) us into a frenzy about Election 2012, with oh-so earnest reportage on the campaigns and the issues. We will be told (and I have heard this since 1956), the present election is, in rank of importance, the most vital of our lives. On its outcome hangs our future as a nation.

I’ve seen the nation hanging like a man with a rope around his neck since 1964. Before then, I was too unconscious to know what I was seeing.

I can assert with confidence that, in this election, I would prefer Donald Duck to Barack Romney.

The most important political issues are the unspoken ones. In particular, since 1945 at the very latest, and actually, much earlier, the biggest issue on the table has been what we now call Globalism. It sounds, on the surface, like a fairly interesting subject for debate among scholars and pundits and economists. Actually, Globalism is about suffering, poverty, slavery, and death. It’s about created crises whose resolution leads to an overarching planetary management system, under which the individual has only a vague lingering memory of freedom, and all goods and services are rigidly distributed from Central Planning, for “the benefit of everyone.”

And without exception, every modern president has been on board with the Globalist plan. In a few cases, the degree of presidential surrender to the agenda has been marked by passivity and stupidity. But surrender it was and is.

And this is, of course, what we are dealing with in 2012, as Mitt Obama runs for office.

Crown him or don’t crown him? The lemmings have already decided that question, but we don’t have to attend the coronation.

To offer what seems like a fairy tale, suppose enough of us expressed our political persuasion with a no-vote? What would happen if the turnout for Election 2012 was so low it was obviously a sign of no-confidence in The One Party With Two Heads?

Would never happen, you say. I agree. Not this year. But here is my thinking, which I expressed in a piece the other day. You have to calculate whether we are closer to putting truly independent president in the White House—a president who values individual freedom and drastically limited central government above all else—or are we, in fact, closer to putting a puppet in the White House who squeaks in with only, say, 25% of the eligible voters showing up at the polls? Because 25% could not be swept under the carpet. 25% would let the world and the solar system and the galaxy know we are not happy. We are not satisfied. We are not playing along with an oligarchy that is terminally corrupt. We are intensely desirous of offloading the whole stinking mess.

Yes, both of these alternatives are long shots. But we are living in a long-shot society.

I gladly don’t vote for president. I enjoy not voting for president. I haven’t yet reached the point where I revel in not voting. I don’t feel the ecstasy yet, but if enough of us were of the same mind and the same no-action, I’m quite sure I would begin to feel that Chris Matthews tingle run up my leg.

As an added bonus, I would eat much popcorn while watching beautifully coiffed network news anchors and analysts and pundits and Party hacks trying to spin and worm and feint their way out of that one.

Well, Jim, there was bad weather across the nation today. Gas prices have risen as well. The illiteracy rate is so high millions of people can’t read the punch cards and touch screens. If only we’d had twelve presidential debates instead of eight. Some states actually required ID before allowing people into the voting booths. The outbreak of cancer and heart disease from raw milk has been spreading across thirty-four states. The mid-air collision between eight drones over Chicago captured the attention of the nation today. We were forced to cover it, so in fact we may have contributed to the problem of the astonishing low turnout. Mea culpa. And you know, new polls show seventy-nine percent of the American people believe the world is ending on December twenty-first, 2012. So that could certainly be a factor. And here’s a breaking story out of the Harvard School of Psychological Assessment. Hmm. Never heard of that school before. A last-minute survey reveals a significant proportion of Americans are confused by the very similar spelling of ‘Obama’ and ‘Romney.’”

Yes, I would consume many tubs of popcorn watching that show.

The two candidates for president this year, as always, are in the Globalist club. They don’t talk about it, of course. They talk about everything else. Which is a clue.

I have a dream. Other people have theirs. Mine is watching some piece of Globalist dreck stumble into the Oval Office after 15% of eligible voters have shown up on election day.

And the crowds in the streets are composed of…us.

Cheering madly, wildly, waving our signs that read: NOPE. NO. WE ARE THE 85%. DID YOUR MOMMY AND HER THREE FRIENDS VOTE FOR YOU, MR. PRESIDENT? WHADDYAGONNADONOW? THE GREAT SERENE VOID HAS TRIUMPHED. RULE THIS. COULDN’T BUILD A BURGER THIS YEAR.

My sign would say, WE BLEW A HOLE IN THE CARTOON.

It’s called theater with a purpose. That happens to be what reality is.

THE VOTERS’ COALITION FOR NOT VOTING. A MAJORITY OF NONE. A COALITION OF THE UNWILLING.

THANK YOU, RON PAUL

WHY RAND PAUL ENDORSED ROMNEY

THE ILLUSION OF “WORKING WITHIN THE SYSTEM”

WHO’S BUYING THE FAIRY TALE

by Jon Rappoport

June 12, 2012

www.nomorefakenews.com

After my last article about Ron Paul, and after my conversation with Alex Jones two days ago, I’ve had a chance to reflect further on this whole fiasco, and I’ve seen a deeper operating level. So I’m writing a follow-up.

The Paul family and the Romney family are friendly, so it isn’t much of a stretch to imagine Romney telling Rand he agrees with Rand on many points, but that it will take time to introduce “real change we can believe in” to the current American political system.

This is a classic bait and switch. “Join us for the long haul. We need men like you. We’ll win the fight.” Then Rand joins, and lo and behold, the inside game isn’t what he thought it would be. It’s something else entirely.

Meanwhile, Rand is thinking that if Romney loses to Obama in the election, he, Rand, could strengthen his position within the GOP and launch a run for the presidency in 2016, while retaining his father Ron’s wide base of support all over America. Rand is thinking that maybe the Republican Party can’t win national elections without the liberty movement, and he is the liberty movement.

This is all a delusion. First of all, the Republican Party doesn’t need Rand Paul or his ideas. It needs the Democratic Party. And vice versa. That’s the game. As long as both Parties control the dialogue and the conflict between them, and as long as these Parties can exclude outsiders, they have things exactly as they want them. The last thing they want is a sudden demand for the Constitution.

And if Rand believes he can pick up the liberty movement again, like a coin lying in the street, after he’s joined the mainstream Republicans, he’s in for a surprise.

This was the year for an Independent candidate for president, and his name is Ron Paul. But Ron walked out on that notion. Ron should have bolted the Party and declared his candidacy as an Independent. Not as a Libertarian, not as a member of any party.

And to those who would have screamed that he was handing the election to Obama, Ron should have said the Romney doll and the Obama doll were made in the same globalist factory.

The takeaway lesson from this Ron/Rand fiasco is: don’t invest all your trust in anyone close to The One Political Party With Two Heads.

How many times, how many blowups, how many scandals does it take to convince us that the Republicans and the Democrats are chronic globalist racketeers?

To try to revolutionize the Republican/Democratic Party on a national level is a mission Don Quixote would have rejected out of hand.

The liberty movement, in all its forms, is far from finished, but it will remove itself from Republican/Democrat national politics, if common sense prevails.

When you try to reform an endemically corrupt system by working inside it, by cozying up to it, you find yourself receiving marching orders, and if you don’t march, they kick you to the side of the road.

The two major political parties in America are striving to place the nation under the control of a global management machine. That is their unspoken agenda, and it has been their agenda for a long time.

Rand Paul is working from a playbook others have studied. They have failed, and so will he. The playbook is called “reforming and enlightening career criminals.”

Note: I’m not talking about what can happen on a local political level, I’m talking about the national scene, and especially about presidential politics.

Frankly, many people in the liberty movement have opted for the easy way out. That’s right. They saw Ron Paul as a man who could utilize “the equipment” of the Republican Party to move into the presidency of the United States. The Republican Party was already there. The apparatus of the GOP was already there. There was no need to reinvent the wheel. No need to start from scratch with a truly Independent candidacy, which would have required the herculean task of waking voters up from the delusion that Republicans or Democrats are somehow legitimate agents of the American Republic.

The idea of Ron Paul “slipping into the presidency” via the Republican Party…that’s why many people in the liberty movement went along with Ron Paul as a Republican candidate. That’s why, against their better judgment, many people looked the other way and fed themselves a fairy tale about presidential politics.

I understand that fairy tale. I’m not blaming anybody. And you see, Ron and Rand told themselves the same tale. Apparently, they’re still telling it to themselves.

So you had an embrace-of-illusion between Ron, Rand, and a large number of their supporters. They were all in it together. That’s why the people who now feel betrayed and angry should stop for a minute and assess what really happened here. When you buy a false myth, you need to own up to it. You can’t go around being a betrayed martyr for the cause. That gets you nowhere.

Instead, you have face up to the reality that a person with the vision to run for the presidency of the United States, on behalf of liberty, in the face of the operating system called The One Party With Two Heads—and all that Party really stands for—a person who is going to take on that task as a true candidate IS going to have to start from scratch, as an Independent.

Ron Paul isn’t superman. Over the years, he’s bounced in and out of the Republican Party. He’s seen—and then not seen—that his real road was as a complete Independent.

When it comes to presidential politics, the Tea Party has expressed exactly the same in-and-out ambiguity.

So be it.

You live, you learn.

Some day, if he’s awake enough, Rand Paul will learn, too.

Where many people in the liberty movement have stopped short in their thinking is on the issue of what globalism really means, and how the leadership of the Democratic and Republican Parties are committed to it, day after day, year after year, presidency after presidency. Liberty advocates see it and then they don’t see it. They create a blur in their thought process. They avoid the fact that any presidential candidate who throws his hat in the ring, on the side of either major political party, is asking for a fall.

It’s as if a free and strong long-distance runner said to himself, “I’ll put myself in a wheelchair for a little while, and then I’ll stand up.”

The kind of limited central government that is needed to restore personal freedom is the nemesis of the core of the Republican and Democratic Parties.

For a long time, both Parties have been building out the federal government so that it locks hands with other governments, with international organizations, with financial controllers, with military establishments, in order to create empire. This, at times, has looked like an American empire, but as perverse as such an ambition is, that goal has been superseded.

Remember It Takes a Village (to raise a child)? Well at this point in time, the adage should be, It Takes a Village to Allow One Atom of Freedom for an Individual. That’s the blueprint. That’s the globalist goal. False flag operations, manufactured crises, whatever it takes, the plan is to derive the operation of planet Earth from Central Planning.

The real movers within the Democratic and Republican Parties are on board with this objective. They will stay on board.

Whether the Ron/Rand blow-up turns into a stew of lost opportunities, simmering with self-pity, anger, regret, and betrayal is simply a question about the second half of a fairy tale, about how a fairy tale ends, when the ring that was supposed to restore real justice and freedom is finally placed on the finger of the hero, and everyone sees that the ring was never the transformative object it was said to be.

Do the people become stronger, or were they never in it to become stronger?

Are they doomed to want to live in the first half of the fairy tale?

A year ago, Ron Paul could have stood up and given a speech that started out something like this: “My name is Ron Paul and I’m an Independent. I reject the central program of both political parties. I reject the idea that America is supposed to be part of some bigger scheme, because I assure you, that bigger scheme involves giving up your freedom. That’s why I’m running for president. I will never bow to the dictates of either party. I will not seek to belong to either party. And I think you understand why, and I think you are with me on this. You want individual freedom to prevail, and you want the kind of limited government our Founders created, to sustain that freedom. This is not an obsolete idea. It’s an independent idea, and that is precisely why I’m running as an Independent…”

But you see, he didn’t make that speech. You can blame him for not making it, but what good does it do to fashion him into someone he wasn’t? I’m not criticizing the man. I’m just saying people still have the choice of taking a scintillating vision of liberty and turning it into actuality. They don’t have to over-praise or attack Ron Paul. He walked his road, and he woke many people from their slumber. Nothing about that will ever change.

If the marathon for liberty develops the component of a relay race, we can crack open consensus reality that way, too. We can live with that. We can thrive. Ron Paul carried the relay-baton a long way. We don’t have to submit to the notion that his son now has the baton. We can take it.

I know some people are wondering whether Ron was really a “designer product” aimed at ultimately driving the liberty movement into a ditch, a dead-end. I know some people are wondering whether the Ron Paul movement was created as a safety valve, to blow off harmless steam from the tightening control operations of the federal government and the globalist elite. Unless hard evidence is brought forward to prove that, I say no. Ron Paul was a man who did what he could, within his own assessment of the political realities, to expose what has been happening to America and put it back on the correct path. He did this brilliantly. Not perfectly. Perfect is part of the fairy tale. Ron lived a lot of years inside the Dragon of Washington DC. Not many people with his ideas could have done that. He saw, up close, how the Dragon works, and if he came away believing that certain compromises are necessary, in order to win the day, so be it. We don’t have to eat our own to prove how pure our own vision is. The battle is not lost. The game is afoot. Freedom never dies. The free individual is forever. That’s not a fairy tale. It’s a fact that can sustain us through any crisis. And it will.

Another smoking gun: the FDA vs. the American people

Another smoking gun: the FDA vs. the American people!

By Jon Rappoport

June 12, 2012

Breaking News: Click here to access all the articles on this FDA Genocide Murder news story.

If you worked for a federal agency that was killing people at the rate of 100,000 a year, every year, like clockwork, and if you knew it, wouldn’t you feel compelled to say or do something about it?

At the FDA, which is, in fact, killing Americans at that rate, no one has ever felt the need to step forward and speak up.

Let’s shift the venue and ask the same question. If you were a medical reporter for a major media outlet in the US, and you knew the above fact, wouldn’t you make it a priority to say something, write something, do something?

I’m talking about people like Sanjay Gupta (CNN, CBS), Gina Kolata (NY Times), Tim Johnson (ABC News), and Thomas Maugh II (LA Times).

And with that, let’s get to the latest smoking gun. The citation is: BMJ June 7, 2012 (BMJ 2012:344:e3989). Author, Jeanne Lenzer. (See http://www.bmj.com/content/344/bmj.e3989).

Lenzer refers to a report by the Institute for Safe Medication Practices: “It calculated that in 2011 prescription drugs were associated with two to four million people in the US experiencing ‘serious, disabling, or fatal injuries, including 128,000 deaths.’”

The report called this “one of the most significant perils to humans resulting from human activity.”

And here is the final dagger. The report was compiled by outside researchers who went into the FDA’s own database of “serious adverse [medical-drug] events.”

Therefore, to say the FDA isn’t aware of this finding would be absurd. The FDA knows. The FDA knows and it isn’t saying anything about it, because THE FDA CERTIFIES, AS SAFE AND EFFECTIVE, ALL THE DRUGS THAT ARE ROUTINELY MAIMING AND KILLING AMERICANS.

Previously, I have documented that the FDA knows, because the FDA has a page on its own website that admits 100,000 people are killed every year by medical drugs, and two million more people are severely injured by the drugs. (Google “FDA Why Learn About Adverse Drug Reactions” or click here to be taken directly to the FDA page in question).

And for the past five years or so, I have been writing about and citing a published report by the late Dr. Barbara Starfield that indicates 106,000 people in the US are killed by medical drugs every year. Until her death last year, Dr. Starfield worked at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Her report, “Is US health really the best in the world?”, was published in the Journal of American Medical Association on July 26, 2000.

Since the Department of Homeland Security is working its way into every nook and corner of American life, hyper-extending its mandate to protect all of us from everything, why shouldn’t I go along with Janet Napolitano’s advice: SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING.

This is what I see and this is what I’m saying. Maybe DHS would like to investigate the FDA as a terrorist organization.

How many smoking guns do we need before a sitting president shuts down the FDA buildings, fumigates the place, and prosecutes very large numbers of FDA employees?

Do we need 100,000 smoking guns? Do we need relatives of the people who’ve all died, in the span of merely a year, from the poisonous effects of FDA-approved medical drugs, to bring their corpses to the doors of FDA headquarters?

And let me ask another question. If instead of drugs like warfarin, dabigatran, levofloxacin, carboplatin, and lisinopril (the five leading killers in the FDA database), the 100,000 deaths per year were led by gingko, ginseng, vitamin D, niacin, and raw milk, what do you think would happen?

I’ll tell you what would happen. SEALS, Delta Force, SWAT teams, snipers, predator drones, tanks, and infantry would be attacking every health-food store in America. The resulting fatalities would be written off as necessary collateral damage in the fight to keep America safe and healthy.

But you see, the routine deaths of 100,000 Americans a year, after the FDA has certified the drugs are SAFE, isn’t a recognized political issue. It doesn’t play in a debate between Romney and Obama. It isn’t perceived as a left-versus-right, liberal-versus-conservative topic.

Such is the power of the medical cartel. All those phony stories in the press, reported dutifully by so-called medical reporters? The stories about maybe-could-be-possible-miracle breakthroughs just over the horizon of state-of-the-art research? Those stories are there to obscure the very, very hard facts of medically-caused death on the ground.

The buck stops at the FDA.

Except in the real world, it doesn’t. Which tells you something about the so-called real world and how much of it is composed of propaganda.

Retired propaganda master, Ellis Medavoy, once said to me, “Find a truly explosive hidden fact and put it in front of a person’s eyes, hold it there, and see what happens. The person will go blank. He’ll go blank because on a barely conscious level, he’s rapidly calculating how many deceptions he’s swallowed about all sorts of related subjects. Then he’ll blink and tell you what you just showed him is impossible…”

I would add: after he says it’s impossible, he’ll actually make excuses for the perpetrator of the crime you’ve just exposed. He’ll give you a dozens reasons to let the perpetrator off the hook. He’ll really warm up to the perpetrator and say he’s a wonderful human being. He’ll spin gossamer and rainbows from here to the moon.

It’s quite something to behold. But here is the situation. No medical drug in the US can be released for public use unless and until the FDA says it is safe and effective. That’s the rule. Therefore, if the FDA is spitting out drug approvals month after month and year after year, and if the drugs are routinely killing 100,000 people a year and maiming two million more, which adds up to a million deaths per decade and 20 million maimings per decade, and if the FDA and the federal government are doing nothing about it, even though they know what’s going on, then you have a holocaust. Murder. Not accidental death. Murder.

IS RON PAUL FINISHED ON THE NATIONAL STAGE?

IS RON PAUL FINISHED ON THE NATIONAL STAGE?

by Jon Rappoport

June 11, 2012

www.nomorefakenews.com

Last week, Ron Paul announced he had lost his battle for the nomination. He urged his troops not to disrupt the Republican Party machinery in Tampa at the convention. In a coordinated declaration, his son, Senator Rand Paul, endorsed Obama’s twin, Romney, for president.

This has caused an explosion in the ranks of Ron’s supporters, Tea Parties, other Constitutionalists, and people who prize individual freedom and also vote. That’s a lot of people.

But was Ron ever intending to re-shape the Republican Party? Was that his proactive goal? Was he campaigning to win the nomination and become the titular head of the Republican Party and call the shots? Was he truly working to become the next president? Was he striving all-out to clean out corruption in Washington? Those are all heavy objectives.

Most importantly, when it surfaced there was the possibility he had actually won the Primaries in the first several states and had been robbed by his own Party; and when, much later, his campaign workers were going into states where delegates weren’t legally bound to vote for the announced Primary winner and grabbing off those delegates, did Ron come out and say, YES, LET’S DO IT, LET’S RECLAIM THE STATES THAT ARE OURS AND LET’S UPSET THE WHOLE APPLECART? DID HE? DID HE STAGE AN ALL-OUT REVOLT? DID HE SAY THE MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES ARE ONE BODY WITH TWO HEADS? DID HE LEAD THE CHARGE FOR A PALACE REVOLUTION?

Was that his goal?

We saw no real evidence of it.

[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GT0TQSZhwfM&w=415&h=241]

Unless Ron comes out now and makes a tremendously convincing speech that explains his current position and reaffirms his underlying values, his political career on the national stage is finished. And if he imagines his son, Rand, who has just sold out by endorsing Romney, can take up the sword of the father in the future, he’s delusional. In one day, Ron has ditched his own political career and his familial legacy.

By 2008, Ron Paul had enough cache to start a run at the presidency on his own terms as an Independent, but he didn’t do it. He would have blown apart his status as a (barely) mainstream voice, but so what? Was there ever a chance the GOP establishment and its media allies would have permitted him to gain the Party’s nomination for president?

Running as an Independent is a different game. You’re no longer “a lone voice in the wilderness” of the two-Party system, because you have stepped outside the system. Something more is required of you. In this day and age of Internet access, you need to reach out for every inch and minute of space and time you can get online. You are supposed to stand strong and establish your beachhead and state your claim to, yes, power. The power to make real, not phony change happen.

Is this Ron Paul? Or has Ron decided that he has to shape his son’s future within the framework of the Republican Party?

Is Ron ready, as an Independent, to take the slings and arrows that would be shot his way by those who claim he’d be handing the presidency over to Obama by splitting his own Party’s vote?

The Republicans now have their ducks in a row for the convention. There are no candidates who are holding out. (Ron’s supporters could make some serious noise at the convention on their own, of course.) But the GOP has taken out its last symbol of opposition.

Think about this. Ron and Rand could have kept their mouths shut between now and Romney’s nomination. They could thus have given the impression of being “beautiful losers” and retained their base. But something intervened. Was that something Rand’s political future? Were the Pauls, father and son, told by GOP operatives that Rand would be blackballed and shut out of the Party forever if he didn’t climb on board and prove that he was a good Party man? Was that it?

Is membership in the Club now the overriding factor for Rand? And, therefore, for his father?

Months ago, someone from the Ron Paul camp gave (and/or sold) the very valuable and large list of its supporters to the GOP, a list that is worth millions of dollars. Whether Ron knew it at the time, he certainly found out. Did he come forward and speak up and fire people? Did he publicly say this was a betrayal of his campaign? No.

If Ron Paul wants his voice to mean something from this point on, he would need to leave his Party and run as an Independent. So far, there is no inkling that is in the cards.

I know a little about electoral politics. In 1994, I ran for a seat in the US Congress, from the 29th District of California, which was overwhelmingly Democrat and had elected Henry Waxman to the seat for 20 years. I decided I had no chance as an Independent or a Republican. My only shot was to go up against Waxman in the Democratic Primary. As a Democrat.

That was a mistake. The true path would have been as an Independent.

It always is, in this landscape.

Aside from the obvious insanity of trying to convince Democrats that, for example, the 2nd Amendment is a key and vital fact of life, running within the two-Party framework allows voters to think, in their sleeping state, that you somehow represent interests and ideas that fall within the mainstream, you believe answers lie within the fundamentally corrupt framework of the One Party With Two Heads, you are in the same space and time Democrats and Republicans occupy.

Which is not true, if you are really an Independent.

By the end of my campaign in 1994, and about to lose to Waxman and witness what I would decide was vote-count fraud, my position had radicalized to the point where my main ambition—if I won—was to go to Washington and hire large trucks that would circulate the city every day all day. On the sides of these trucks we would place huge posters titled:

CORRUPT CONGRESSMAN OF THE WEEK.

Below the name and photo of the “winner” of the week, we would list his key conflicts of interest, his sources of funding and his votes magically aligned with those monies.

I’m sure we would have thought up even more enjoyable torpedo-efforts.

I had come to the conclusion that the whole political system of the country was terminally rotten, corrupt, deceptive, and sold out, and therefore the duty of any elected official, first and foremost, was to expose that corruption in specific detail.

I had become an Independent.

If you listen to mainstream voices, everything outside the mainstream is impossible. That’s the message. It’s sometimes calculated and sometimes reflexive, but the gist of the message is: stay in the system.

But a lie is lie. A con is a con. A piece of crap is a piece of crap. A delusion is a delusion. It doesn’t matter where it’s sold or who sells it.

In the political arena, one has the option of nurturing the disappointment that comes with watching an idol fall, of cultivating a despair that looks like innocence-lost, until it becomes a pool of ugly misery. There is that option.

Or one can find roads to walk where the fallen do not go.

A little history is instructive here. In 1976 and 1980, Ron Paul supported Ronald Reagan. But after seeing that Reagan’s budget was leaking a huge deficit, Paul criticized Reagan heavily and eventually resigned from the Republican Party and ran for president in 1988 on the Libertarian Party ticket. So he has, in fact, been willing to leave the Republican orbit.

In 2008, after ending his campaign for the Republican presidential nomination, Ron refused to endorse John McCain. He told his people to vote for any of the third-party candidates: Cynthia McKinney, Bob Barr, Chuck Baldwin, or Ralph Nader. Eventually, Ron decided to support Chuck Baldwin, the Constitution Party candidate. So Ron has been willing, after dropping out of the Republican presidential race, to withhold support for the eventual Republican nominee.

What about now? Because his senator son Rand has closed ranks with the Republican Party, will Ron refuse to endorse a third-party candidate? Will he simply remain mum on the subject of Romney?

This is 2012. The sheer volume of online communication is far greater than in 2008. There are many more people who are fed up with the perverted de facto political system America is operating under. It’s much harder to remain silent. Ron Paul needs to say something, and soon.

As hard as this may be to swallow, the best option for freedom may be to not vote at all. Every person who values freedom and knows what it is has to ask himself this practical question: are we closer to electing a president who is truly independent, who will go into the White House and lay waste to the criminal insanity that has become American politics, or are we closer to recording new drastic levels of non-participation in the vote for president? Of these two long shots, which is longer? I know my position. It has been the same since 1994. Don’t vote for president. Make the election a farce, if possible, by revealing that we refuse to condone business as usual.

I realize this goes against every impulse to take action for positive change. Abstention is not a strategy I employ in any other area. But when the presidency of the United States is so heavily controlled, vetted, and filtered, when every president who gets access to the Oval Office has had to agree to a philosophy of globalism, with all that it implies, we need to open our eyes and see the truth.

The people of the United States are, as usual, being whipsawed between two ridiculous alternatives. Every four years, this happens by design. Stir up the hatreds and the rancor, make it appear that a new face is the answer, pin hope on Hope, vote for a better day, pick a leader who will take us to the promised land.

This con game has been operating since the dawn of time, wherever and whenever the people have had a choice. Do we need to keep falling for it until the whole planet is structured under one roof, until we’ve sold freedom all the way to the end of the line, because we think we see a Daddy we can believe in?

The only answer to this eternal dilemma is decentralization of power along every possible front.

Update: Infowars is reporting that Jack Hunter has posted a video (entitled: “Why Rand Was Right to Endorse Romney”) on Ron Paul’s campaign site explaining why Rand Paul needs to endorse Romney: if Rand runs for president in 2016, he’ll have zero Republican support if he doesn’t get behind Romney now. This is more delusional thinking. It’s postponement of principle now on behalf of invoking principle later. And it works about as well as wearing a sign on your chest that says: I’M LYING.

“Well, yes, I’m endorsing Romney, even though I don’t support him. I don’t support him at all. I think he’s a miserable excuse for a presidential candidate. But I’m endorsing him, because I want to run for president myself later. I’m sure all you Republican stalwarts will support me later, after my completely disingenuous support of your man Romney now. Right?”

I don’t know whether Ron Paul’s people vetted this Jack Hunter video before posting it, or whether this is really Rand’s strategy, but are Ron and Rand’s operatives trying to commit political suicide? If so, they’re doing a pretty good job.

A Staged Bioterror Attack

Clues to look for when determining if a bioterror event has been staged or not

by Jon Rappoport

June 10, 2012

(To join our email list, click here.)

There are certain future scenarios which, with enough exposure BEFORE THEY HAPPEN, can be stopped, or at least analyzed correctly when they occur.

A staged bioterror event is one of those, and I want to spell out a scenario for you.

This goes along with what I’ve been discussing in my last few articles about germ theory (click here and here). First, the germ theory of disease is wrong. I don’t care what kind of germ you’re talking about or where it came from, releasing it intentionally does not create predictable results.

People whose immune systems are at different levels of strength are going to react differently.

The perpetrators may find that less than 2% of people exposed get sick and die.

Furthermore, spreading a germ poses the serious problem of containment.

How do biowar operatives confine the spread of a germ?

There is no easy answer.

BUT, there is another way. And this is something to look out for.

The use of a germ as a cover story for a chemical.

In other words, there is no germ attack. It’s called a germ attack, but that’s a lie. The perps bring in researchers, to the affected area, who go on to claim they have isolated a germ that is the cause of death and illness. It’s a sham. What really happened was the spread of a toxic chemical that is almost impossible to detect, unless you suspect it is there.

The chemical has severe and deadly effects for a week. Then it disperses and loses potency and the “epidemic” is done.

A chemical CAN be used in pinpoint fashion.

In some town, a fairly isolated community, the word goes out that people are suddenly falling ill and dying. The CDC and the Army are called in to cordon off the area and quarantine all citizens. A peremptory announcement is made, early on, that this is a biowar attack.

Major media are allowed outside the periphery. Network news anchors set up on-location and do all their nightly broadcasts “from the scene.”

The entire nation, the entire world is focused on the “event,” 24/7.

People inside the cordon fall ill and die. Reports come out from the town.

The networks report that “heroic doctors are taking samples of blood and the blood is being analyzed to find the germ that is causing the epidemic.” The DOD confirms this is, indeed, a biowar attack. A terrorist event.

Human interest stories pile up. This family lost three members, that family lost everybody. Tragedy, horror, and the desired empathic response from “the world community.”

It’s a soap opera, except real people are dying.

The medical cartel promotes FEAR OF THE GERM.

All controlling entities get to obtain their piece of the terrorist pie.

Finally, the doctors announce they have isolated the germ causing the death in the small town, and researchers are rushing to develop a vaccine (which they produce in record time).

Everyone everywhere must be vaccinated, now. No choice. Do it or be quarantined or jailed.

Now that the (phony non-existent) germ has been found, “relevant” (toxic) medical drugs can be shipped into the town for the residents.

In this declared martial law situation, the doctors are the heroes. The doctors and the Army. And the government and even the media.

Then, after a week, when the potency of the secret chemical has dispersed, it’s over.

When you think about it, this scenario is a cameo of what happens every day, all over the world, in doctor’s offices. The doctor has already diagnosed the patient with a germ-caused disease and prescribed a drug. The patient is coming back with new serious symptoms caused by the drug. The doctor says no, the symptoms are an escalation of the original germ-caused disease. So the doctor now prescribes a more toxic drug, and that will produce new effects, and at the next appointment the doctor will either continue to say the original disease has gotten worse or the the patient has a new disease. The chemicals (drugs) are the real culprits, but the doctor keeps saying it’s a germ(s). This is the template of much of modern medicine.

In other words, a chem-war attack is being leveled at people all over the world all the time.

A so-called bio-terror event in a small town is simply a repeat performance dressed up in a different way, to induce fear and compliance.

See Dr. Barbara Starfield (Johns Hopkins School of Public Health), July 26, 2000, Journal of the American Medical Association, “Is US health really the best in the world?” 106,000 people in America are killed every year by FDA-approved medical drugs. That’s a MILLION people per decade (click here for more info). Also Google “FDA Why Should You Learn About Adverse Drug Reactions.” the FDA admits 100,000 people in America die every year from the effects of medical drugs. Germ Theory and Depopulation

Germ Theory and Depopulation

by Jon Rappoport

June 8, 2012

www.nomorefakenews.com

I want to straighten out the thinking of many people who look at germs as the primary vehicle for reducing the global population. These are the people who continue to say, against all evidence, that the “pandemics” of the last few decades stemmed from deadly bio-engineered germs launched to kill massive numbers of people.

First and foremost, the “pandemics” were duds. West Nile, SARS, bird flu, swine flu. Even overblown estimates of swine flu deaths, worldwide, eventually settled in at about 20,000.

By comparison, according to the same organization that pegged the swine flu death total, the World Health Organization (WHO), annual deaths from ordinary non-pandemic seasonal flu range from 300,000 to 500,000.

Odd that swine flu is called a pandemic, while ordinary flu is ignored. Odd? Absurd.

In the spring of 2009, as documented by Peter Doshi in the BMJ, two very curious things happened at WHO: with only 20 confirmed cases of swine flu, that’s 20, WHO declared swine flu a level-6 pandemic, which is the highest threat level possible; and at the same time, in Orwellian fashion, WHO revised its definition of “level-6 pandemic,” so that it no longer required severe devastation and large numbers of deaths. WHO could declare a germ was a horrible global threat, regardless of whether it was causing any real harm.

If that doesn’t raise red flags, nothing will. Swine flu was a PROPAGANDA OPERATION, plain and simple, aimed at scaring populations and driving them to get vaccines. That was the op. And it failed. In fact, the op was exposed (by yours truly and others) as a sham and a con. Millions of people online caught on. It was a devastating defeat for WHO, the CDC, and the medical cartel.

Let’s go deeper. In general, so-called contagious diseases are caused, not by germs, but by IMMUNE SYSTEMS THAT ARE TOO WEAK TO FIGHT OFF THOSE GERMS.

When we put the cart and the horse in proper alignment, things become clear. I fully realize this isn’t as sexy as talking about bio-engineered gene sequences in viruses, but the cart and horse must be understood.

GERMS ARE A COVER STORY.

What do they cover up?

The fact that immune systems are the more basic target for depopulation and debilitation of populations.

In a recent piece, I went over this situation vis-a-vis Third World countries, where contaminated water supplies, lack of basic sanitation, overcrowding, severe malnutrition and starvation, stolen fertile land, and Western medicines and vaccines are the real vectors that attack and destroy the immune system on a chronic basis—thereby enabling MANY germs, OTHERWISE HARMLESS, to continually cause deadly infections.

But 30 years ago, it appeared that a new germ had come on the scene, a germ which was, in fact, attacking the immune system directly and lethally. HIV.

In my first book, AIDS Inc. (1988) (which is a bonus included as an e-book in my new collection THE MATRIX REVEALED), I explored the research behind HIV. The bogus, incompetent, ego-driven, misapplied, intentionally false research. The research that made HIV the most feared germ in human history.

I showed there was absolutely no reason to believe that HIV was mounting any attack on immune systems. I showed that the tests for the presence of HIV were completely unreliable and misleading, and the drugs to treat HIV were killers.

This was an important undertaking, because with HIV, the whole notion of the germ theory of disease had escalated to new heights. A single germ was being blamed for immune suppression, from New York to Kampala.

With more laypeople and researchers becoming aware of the centrality of the germ-conquering natural immune system, the medical cartel played a trump card:

IT SAID IT HAD DISCOVERED A NEW GERM THAT WOULD CRASH THE IMMUNE SYSTEM.

IT SAID: ALL YOUR IDEAS ABOUT THE IMMUNE SYSTEM ARE USELESS. THE IMMUNE SYSTEM CAN’T “REPLACE DOCTORS AND DRUGS” BY WARDING OFF GERMS IF IT IS BEING DESTROYED BY HIV. YOU SEE? A SINGLE GERM IS MORE POWERFUL THAN THE WHOLE IMMUNE SYSTEM. THE GERM IS THE REAL PROBLEM. WE WIN, YOU LOSE.

That was their play. That was their game. That was their LIE. Actually, HIV wasn’t destroying or harming a single immune system on the planet, lies work when you have a whole propaganda system at your disposal.

The cartel had to cut off other competing theories that could move to center stage. The most important of these theories would focus on the immune system and how to strengthen it NATURALLY. This is an area in which the medical cartel has zero answers.

THIS is why the medical cartel is at war with natural health, which does have answers for building immune systems. THIS is why the FDA, a rogue criminal agency, is relentlessly attacking nutritional supplements, which can improve immune function. THIS is why the Codex group is making war against natural health. THIS is why WHO and the CDC must continue to invent and promote fake pandemics “caused by germs.” THEY ARE DEFENDING THEIR TURF BY ALL MEANS AVAILABLE.

This turf is founded on the central lie of germ-caused disease. The lie must be presented as truth. It must be told over and over again, in larger terms, in more frightening terms.

We have this pandemic. We have that pandemic. We have anther pandemic. Germs, germs, germs. Their propaganda.

Some years ago, I was invited to speak at a conference about my medical investigations. I talked about bird flu and SARS as phony epidemics. I spoke about the need to focus on the immune system and how to strengthen it. I noticed a preponderance of very fat people in the crowd. On their desks, they had full spreads of McDonalds and giant containers of Coke.

When the Q&A period came, they began peppering me with questions about all sorts of exotic and covert bio-weapons that might be in use and aimed at the population. I readily acknowledged that a few of these were out there. But I also stressed the importance of building strong immune systems.

My message began to get through, but judging by the squeamish expressions on the faces of the attendees, it wasn’t happy smiley message.

Is it possible to design various weapons that can sneak in under the immune system’s radar? Yes. Does this mean there is no need to understand what the medical cartel is really doing, day after, year after year, as the bodies pile up? Does this mean one should forget about trying to create a stronger immune system, since it might not be useful against certain exotic strategies? No.

The Matrix Revealed

Do you want to know the primary medical weapon that can, in fact, sneak in under the radar of the immune system?

The weapon that is hidden in plain view?

It’s vaccines. I’m not talking about strange biowar-engineered vaccines planted with super-secret elements.

I’m talking about run-of-the-mill every-day vaccines that are used across the world.

Because they are injected directly into the body, they bypass a number of normal layers of the body’s immune-defense system. They get into the bloodstream. Some of them cross the blood-brain barrier.

Now you are talking about a whole different scenario. This isn’t germs floating in the air or inherently existing in the body. This is a medical artifact, based on completely false science, whose effects are considerable and powerful, precisely because the route is injection.

Germs are injected. Chemicals are injected. Contaminated debris is injected.

A conspiracy doesn’t have to be extraordinarily arcane, complex, and super-secret to be devastating.

It can be, but it doesn’t have to be.

Some people are so enamored of the arcane, complex, and super-secret that they don’t care about the truth that is staring at them from across the table.

I’ll tell you something arcane and complex: the psychology by which the bigger and bigger and bigger lies, told right out in the open, are swallowed or ignored. This is a VERY interesting field of study, and I’ve been studying it ever since I wrote AIDS INC. in 1988. I had to.

Speaking as a reporter, it’s fascinating when you absolutely have the goods and deliver mind-boggling stories and revelations, when you think THIS IS IT, when you know this will torpedo the corrupt system down to its core…it’s fascinating to watch the response of blank faces.

I wish this experience for all of you. It’s tremendously instructive. It tells you so much more about mind control than all the hidden information about CIA MKULTRA. It tells you much about the human mind.

It’s why I decided to devote a great deal of time to investigating what has come to be called The Matrix. Now THAT’S complex.

CNN GOES PSYCHOTIC ON BIN LADEN, VACCINES

CNN Goes Psychotic on Vaccines, Bin Laden

by Jon Rappoport

June 7, 2012

www.nomorefakenews.com

Maybe they’re dropping acid at CNN. But they’re running a story on how the killing of Bin Laden is tied to a recent “surge” in polio cases in Pakistan.

(CNN: “Bin Laden raid harms Pakistan polio fight”)

I’m not kidding. Here is the thread, such as it is. A Pakistani doctor, secretly working for the CIA, showed up at the bin Laden compound pretending he was promoting vaccinations against polio. He was really there to try to gain intel on the compound and who was living in it.

Since this has gone public, there is now a widespread fear of vaccination in Pakistan because, well, the whole effort to deliver shots to the population must be a CIA op.

This is why, medical authorities say, the people of Pakistan don’t want needles??

Actually, people everywhere are waking up to the fact that vaccines are toxic and ineffective.

The recent “incredible surge” in polio in Pakistan? 198 claimed cases.

Which proves that public health agencies will say ANYTHING to try to get people to take vaccines.

A little history helps here. In the US, in the early 1950s, as the first polio vaccine was being introduced, doctors were being paid $25 for every case of polio they diagnosed. In those days, that was a significant sum. So any patient who walked through the door of a doctor’s office with a slight limp or a fever or a sniffle risked the danger of a diagnosis. Naturally, these payoffs to physicians inflated the numbers of cases of polio being reported.

THEN, after the vaccine was put in play, health authorities changed the definition of polio. By the new standards, it was much harder to claim a person had polio, so case numbers dropped. Of course, the drop was attributed to the vaccine.

I explain all this in detail in my book, AIDS INC., which is a bonus included as an e-book, in my new collection, THE MATRIX REVEALED. During the writing of the book, I interviewed Dr. Herbert Ratner who, during the 1950s, was the public health officer for Oak Park, Illinois. Ratner documented these scams at the time.

The whole issue of whether polio is even related to a virus has been shoved under the carpet and kept there for a long time. Here you should consult the unique research of Jim West, who wrote a stunning analysis, Images of Poliomyelitis, in the Townsend Letter for Doctors (June, 2000). West connects paralytic polio to the DDT pesticide, and earlier, to lead and arsenic pesticides.

The Matrix Revealed

Coming up to the present, recent revelations about the Bill Gates- sponsored polio vaccine in India are quite staggering. 47,000 cases of paralysis from the vaccine. They’re calling these “non-polio paralysis,” but it’s clear the vaccine has been doing the damage. Don’t worry. Bill is still smiling.

Ever since the advent of the germ theory of disease, germs have been used as cover stories to conceal the actual causes of illness and death. In the Third World, contaminated water supplies, lack of basic sanitation, overcrowding, chronic malnutrition and starvation, stolen farm land, and Western medical intervention with toxic drugs and vaccines are the true causes. They are conveniently unsolved, because it is in the interests of those in charge to maintain debilitated and weak populations.

I pointed this out in AIDS INC., as the HIV hysteria spread. HIV was the latest attempt to deflect attention from the truth. In the course of writing the book, I interviewed a doctor who had set up a small AIDS clinic in Uganda. He decided it would do no good to treat the patients with AZT, because they were too weak from lack of food. (Of course, AZT, a failed chemo drug, is perhaps the most toxic medicine ever released for public consumption.) So this doctor tried something unprecedented. He created a small farm, where food was grown to feed his patients.

Eventually, he said, they grew stronger AND ALL THEIR SO-CALLED AIDS SYMPTOMS DISAPPEARED. At this point, because he was a mainstream doctor, he was baffled. He didn’t know what to do. His people were now healthy. They had been diagnosed with a lethal disease. They “needed drugs.” But why? They were doing well.

It turns out that, in Africa, in 1985, a researcher named Serwadda wrote a paper in which he essentially reinterpreted all the usual symptoms of starvation, contaminated water, lack of sanitation as “slim disease,” and he claimed this wasting away was the result of HIV. From that moment on, the medical cartel had its cover story. The death-dealing hoax was in full bloom.

HYPNOSIS FOR THE MASSES, AND MAGIC

HYPNOSIS FOR THE MASSES, AND MAGIC

(an excerpt, edited from The Magician Awakes)

By Jon Rappoport

June 5, 2012

This is not an easy subject to describe, because it is shot through with so many contradictions and subtle shades of deception. But if we’re to understand anything about magic in the true sense, we need to explore it from several angles.

Let’s start here: For many reasons, the window of history on The Individual is closing. One can view this with melancholy, or it can be the opportunity to stake out a new, stronger, uncompromising position on Self.

For centuries, humankind has been bombarded and caressed with the idea that everything good and important has a SOURCE somewhere ELSE.

This has attained truly hypnotic proportions.

I’m thinking of a group that currently preaches and teaches, perversely, that The Individual’s imagination and creative power emanate, like some steady-state hum, like some radio broadcast from The Universe. This balderdash sells very well, because people simply don’t have the confidence to declare what is already and inherently theirs. No, they need what is theirs to come from a mysterious and wonderful Otherness. They need that. They have to curl up in it like a cat in a blanket. Otherwise, they wouldn’t experience the hypnotic comfort they so desperately long for.

People refuse to believe they are strong enough or powerful enough or worthy enough to move through life without a Greater Principle feeding them metaphysical and spiritual chocolates every day in every way. This mindset is Hypnosis 101 personified.

I really don’t care what people believe. However, when I see so many people using their beliefs to submit to an Otherness so intensely and completely, I call it what it is: hypnosis.

A person, for example, can believe and surrender so fully to some Active and Dynamic Principle that he becomes passive! That’s right. It becomes a drug. And, of course, a complete contradiction.

Every deep belief has a symbolic component. In that sense, the substance and content of the belief matter less than the energy a person derives from it. So I’m not arguing here so much about content of belief, but only about the way a person uses it. And if we look around us, we see androids-of-belief, people who use their convictions to stay passive.

Earth changes.

It’s all going to happen TO us, not FROM us.

December 2012.

We’ll automatically enter a new age.

DNA changes.

Just wait a few minutes and your DNA will change and then everything will be better and different.

And so forth and so on.

Passivity.

Hypnosis.

MAGIC IS AN ACTIVE PRINCIPLE, NOT A PASSIVE ONE.

Of course, whatever is deemed passive AND good is far more popular than what is deemed active, because active means you actually have to DO something.

PEOPLE WILL ADOPT BELIEFS AND USE THEM ON THE BASIS OF HOW MUCH self-generated action VERSUS passivity THEY WANT.

Think about that one because it’s a key.

Jack True, the brilliant hypnotherapist I interview 43 times in my new collection, THE MATRIX REVEALED, eventually stopped using hypnosis altogether, because he realized the people coming to his office were already, “in a core part of their consciousness, hypnotized.”

Jack had many things to say about beliefs, based on his clinical experience. Here is a quote:

When I put people in a light trance, I would have them ‘travel’ to a place where they kept their beliefs, as if it were a landscape. When they arrived, I’d have them describe what they saw. The majority of my patients saw their own beliefs in one of two ways.

They saw dead energy, energy that had been used over and over until it had become like sludge. Or they saw their beliefs as engines of a kind, except the engines weren’t putting out energy, they were taking it in. Sucking it in. On closer examination, this ‘taking in’ proved to be un-dynamic. It was, in a real sense, sleep-inducing.”

Historically, we can see the evolution of a similar phenomenon. As the buttoned up era of the 1950s gave way to the turbulent 1960s, people all over the world began to believe that better times were coming. In fact, the future was here, and it was much happier. It was a New Age. Fueled by drugs and the fear of dying in a war in Vietnam, young people became active, quite active.

But once the war was over, there was a remarkable and sudden shift. Those very beliefs, as we entered the middle 1970s, developed a passive hue. They accumulated sludge. They took in energy, but not for dynamic use. Rather, the energy was “laid back.” Soporific. The New Age was still coming, but it was going to descend on us like an all-embracing rainbow delivered by a Disneyesque cosmos.

Magic isn’t sociological. It doesn’t depend on trendiness, on this era or that era. It isn’t an offshoot of a commonly held consensus. Therefore, real magic isn’t very popular. It has everything to do with stepping outside that consensus on many, many levels.

It has everything to do with the free individual, with dynamic self.

The dynamic and free individual, whether he is aware of it or not, begins to invent space and time. And energy.

And that is, for the individual, why magic surpasses history. Psychologically, history is over. The past is over. The serial cause-and-effect chain that is viewed as time begins to disintegrate. However, instead of leaving a passive vacuum in its place, what comes into play is creative and far-reaching inventing by the individual.

This is alchemical. The individual can tap into and use and transform energies, spaces, times, ideas, concepts, the past, the future as fuel for his creative fire.

I’ve told this story before, but I’ll tell it again here and place it in a slightly different context. Think of it as a living metaphor for what I’m discussing:

In the early 1980s, in the Lincoln Heights section of Los Angeles, an entrepreneur bought up a few acres of land and structures that had been a large facility of the Pabst corporation. Pabst had made beer there. There were small sheds and a few larger buildings.

One day, Pabst had shut the whole place down and walked away.

This entrepreneur came in and recast all the spaces as artists’ studios/living lofts. About 70 of them. All sizes and shapes. Old Pabst offices became studios. Tiny offices, large offices. Factory spaces with loading docks became studios. The corrugated sheds became studios. The place was now widely called The Brewery.

Artists moved in and quickly transformed those spaces in their highly individual ways.

And in an empty area between buildings, there was a chaotic mountain of disassembled metal parts from Pabst machines. Garbage.

Well, once the artists settled into their studios, they began to visit this mountain and look it over. They sifted through it. They took away pieces and used them in their work. They transformed them.

A year or so later, the mountain was almost gone. It was now part of hundreds of sculptures, assemblages.

The garbage bins on the property began to accumulate debris and leftovers, deposited by the artists—the useless aftermath of their production.

And they began to visit the bins and see what was there, and they found, in one another’s refuse, materials they could use again and transform in their new work again.

And so forth and so on.

I had a few friends who were living and working in one of the corrugated sheds. These spacious sheds had upper-floor lofts for sleeping. The ground floors were for work.

The day arrived when many of the artists opened their doors for a massive group show, for the public.

I put several of my paintings on display in my friends’ shed. So I was there, when about 1500 people showed up from all over the city and took The Brewery tour of 70 studios.

I took the tour, too.

On the basis of variety alone, it was absolutely staggering. Every living and working space was unique, to say nothing of the art. I called it an interplanetary excursion, because that’s what it felt like. By comparison, your normal gated apartment complex would be in the android-robot realm.

I remember two comments friends made to me that day.

One said, “I feel like I’ve been visiting science labs. It’s as if a company hired a bunch of maverick researchers and just set them loose in their own labs, to experiment, to push the frontiers in all directions…”

And the other comment: “If this kind of thing took hold and spread out over the whole city, if people just started creating art in spaces like this, everything would change. The way people think, what they do, what they say to one another, the way they relate, the way they see…”

Their beliefs, their energy, their imagination would change.

The artists at the Pabst nexus in Lincoln Heights weren’t waiting for a new reality to descend on them like a cloud. They weren’t passive. They weren’t relying on some Otherness. They weren’t stalling at the gate of a new life.

There is a line you cross with invention, with imagination, with creative power. And once you cross the line with enough intensity, you find yourself in a different world.

I know that world.

It’s actual magic. The real thing. Undiluted.

The vast organizing and controlling of society and its parts is, from that perspective, simply a postponement of a true Day One. It’s hypnotic absurdity.

EVERY human activity and endeavor can undergo this radical transformation. The potential exists. And once you see it and experience it and make it happen, you can look around and grasp what the term hypnosis really means.

We live in a number of spaces, and many of them are half-created possible-could-be futures. They came from people who started to innovate and then stopped. These spaces move. They float. They contain what might have been, but when seen head-on they are actually more real, even in their fragmentary form, than the consensus reality that passes for Reality.

Magic is invented. Paranormal phenomena are invented, created. Realities are imagined. The universe is one work of art out of a possible infinite number of works of art.

Loyalty to WHAT IS or even to a SUPER WHAT IS is misplaced. It’s a self-generated and self-induced trance.

Magic is its opposite.

How far can magic go? What is the limit on the ability of imagination to create new realities?

There is no limit. As Western history emerged from the Middle Ages, an unfolding of thought and action gradually took hold, and that unfolding, which was generated by individuals, was all about personal freedom from oppressive structures. Freedom from oppressive leaders who built those structures.

Then there was a counter-revolution. Its real leaders were and are secretive men who play with injecting chaos into the order they have championed. They build oppression and they then they tear it down. This whiplash effect is aimed at engendering the perceived need for a super-order, far more confining than what has gone before.

But, under the surface, what is this perverted game really all about? It’s about FEAR of what the free individual can CREATE. It’s about this inherent force in the free individual to imagine, invent, build, create, innovate ideas and realities that not only upset the established order, but reveal it for the stage-set it is.

Passively accepted reality ALWAYS amounts to a stage-set. Space is restricted, time is restricted, energy is restricted. These are all hallmarks of The Group, not the free individual.

When you live through and by imagination long enough and intensely enough, when you work to create new realities that reflect your most profound desires, on and on and on, you attain “escape velocity.” You move into a different state of mind. A state of mind that burns up hypnotic debris.

There are many pundits and ‘spiritual teachers’ who can’t abide this. And there are elites who are terrified of this, because they have tried to kill it in themselves, and they don’t want to be reminded that it still exists. When people say elites have gone over to “the dark side,” this is what it really means.

But magic is open and is infinitely wide and high and deep. It has no boundaries composed of programming. This is the space and the promise of the great journey. It has always existed and it will always will.

For those who want it, who want it ENOUGH.

THE UNIVERSE OF CHEATING, LYING, AND STEALING

WHAT MAKES A MARKET A MARKET?

THE ANSWER: CIGARETTE BUTTS!

“One of the primary missions of public relations is convincing people that very large organizations are absolutely essential to maintaining order. Without these gigantic structures, we would all perish. The obvious corollary? Everyone is small, the structures are big. What a fabulous ruse.” — Ellis Medavoy, retired propaganda operative

In THE MATRIX REVEALED, I interview a former financial insider, Richard Bell (pseudonym), who spent many years on Wall Street as an analyst and trader.

This article is based on our conversations, and on my own research into various kinds of political/economic manipulation.

The major term I want to introduce here is Richard’s Organizational Threshold (OT). It is his assessment of how growth brings on insider criminal activity. I’ll take you through it.

A major obsession of human beings—organizing anything that moves—accelerated to an enormous degree in the 20th century. This trend obviously employs three strategies: building strength through sheer numbers (of people); structuring those people in compartments, by function, by importance, with managers overseeing their efforts; and coordinating compartments/managers to produce a desired overall outcome.

The OT is reached when it becomes apparent to many people within an organization that there is, in fact, an overarching system. The system can be understood, it can be seen, it can be described.

This perception is compelling. It is often more compelling than perception of the actual products an organization is making and selling.

What do you know? I’m working in a system. I’m right here, in this spot, and I can view the whole structure around me, below me, above me. I can see it all. Fantastic. I may be a cog in the machine, but now I understand the machine.”

At this point, a certain significant percentage of people will turn their attention to gaming the system, the organization. It becomes their number-one goal. In their eyes, this is their best choice, their best option.

As Richard Bell put it to me: “Build any organization big enough, and you’ll exponentially increase lying and cheating and theft. It works every time. When people get a good look at the size and shape of the organization they’re in [or the market they’re trading in], ethics tend to go out the window. People feel trapped inside a giant structure, so they learn about that structure in order to take covert action against it and extract juice for themselves. Plot out this trend over time, and you get serious trouble. You get the decay, the end of whole empires.”

Of course, when it comes to highly organized trading markets, there are already powerful insiders who have been gaming the system since the beginning. They may have created aspects of the market for that very purpose. But now, many more people climb on board with the same motive.

Therefore, the original kernel of usefulness of that market or organization begins to turn sour and is lost. As more and more people try to game a system, a self-reflexive behavior emerges as the cardinal activity.

Now that I see the whole structure, I want to work it to my advantage. I don’t care about anything else.”

Consider commodity futures trading. It was once advertised as a way farmers could try to protect themselves against crop losses incurred through acts of Nature. Eventually, it was overwhelmed by speculators, who were simply trying to work the framework and loopholes of the system, the organization.

Interestingly, this speculative approach only sustains itself if various traders, large and small, develop competing strategies, because for each buy order there must be a sell order. If every person working the system had the same strategy, the market would collapse. Buy and sell orders would routinely hang out to dry with no takers. Therefore, whether you want to ascribe conscious intent or human nature as the cause, it benefits the survival of the system if many competing investing strategies are promoted as “the answer.” I’ll revisit this in a moment.

An intelligent investor has to ask himself, “Do I want to trade in a market where the vast majority of people are thinking about what I’m thinking, and I’m thinking about what they’re thinking?”

Here’s a related question: “Do I want to guess what enormous investors with very deep pockets are thinking?”

Because now that’s what the system requires. Everybody is trying to game it. That’s become the whole nature of the enterprise.

And once that’s the case, any item under the sun is tradable, because all that matters is what people are scheming about.

I have a theoretical tray full of cigarette butts, and people and groups from New York to Hong Kong are willing to buy and sell it, because it’s there and it’s in the system and it’s for sale—and all people care about is gaming the system. The system, the market has become nothing more than the game of gaming.

From a purely pragmatic viewpoint, this creates danger. First, you risk exposure through an emperor-has-no-clothes revelation about cigarette butts, sparking great hand-wringing about the butts themselves.

And second, you are now in constantly shifting seas. Buying and selling are determined through estimates of what other people are thinking about buying and selling. We take this for granted these days, but it’s a still a prime concern.

And then there is this high strangeness. You can walk into a market and buy cigarettes. Poverty-stricken people living in cardboard boxes can trade and sell cigarette butts with a bit of tobacco left in them. And millions of people can buy and sell derivatives of cigarette butts worth tens of billions of dollars every day. (For cigarette butts, substitute mortgage-backed derivatives, based on huge numbers of mortgages that never had a chance of being paid off.)

When a whole society crosses the Organizational Threshold by miles, the society changes. It is craftier. It is far less ethical. It is delusional, too, because you are competing against other people who are trying to do nothing more than game what you’re gaming. (Successive generations of children grow up taking this for granted. It’s SOP.)

The upside of all this is that people who see the whole system they’re in can leave the system. That’s the natural response. Intelligence should breed such a response. Make the system more sane or leave it.

To what degree did any of the Facebook IPO buyers care about Facebook itself? It was simply one more “vehicle” for making profit. Facebook could have been cigarette butts. It could have been a word representing nothing. It could have been a garble of incomprehensible symbols. But it was “in play.” And it was the subject of much PR.

Gordon Gekko, in Money Never Sleeps, offers this (probably apocryphal, but nevertheless highly significant) description of trading madness: “Back in the 1600s, the Dutch, they got speculation fever to the point that you could buy a beautiful house on a canal in Amsterdam for the price of one [tulip] bulb. They called it Tulip Mania. Then it collapsed. You could buy ten bulbs for two dollars. People got wiped out, but who remembers?”

In the case of Facebook, we could still see a hidden aspect of the game: the downturn after the opening was part of a shakeout, and the shocked buyers who sold their shares (to smarter insiders) will watch the stock price move up (taken up) to yield major profits. But not for them.

Perception of the shape of organization doesn’t always reveal the true nature of the game, but it does reveal how the game can be narrowly looked at, in order to try to gain an advantage, to win.

That is what the father of modern PR, Edward Bernays, saw when he looked at the whole of modern society. Not the true nature of civilization, but a way to manipulate it for gain, and in the process pervert commerce in all its forms.

We are governed,” Bernays wrote, “our minds are governed, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society.”

Apparently, “smooth function” was Bernay’s ultimate rationalization for his innovations in operant conditioning: if we don’t plant the same ideas and images in millions of minds, chaos will ensue.

It turns out that every fascist views the masses with the same disdain and horror, and envisions installing an overarching order of conformity, achieved in one way or another, as the only solution.

What is never calculated, however, is the response to such a program. People at large figure out the system and apparatus of mind control. They see how it is organized, and seeing it, a significant number of them decide to game what is being done to them.

They cheat; so I’ll cheat. That’s all work really is: a con.”

Now the society spirals to a new low.

Here is a far more important Bernays observation, the ultimate glimpse of danger for any manipulator. And it holds a key for us:

It is sometimes possible to change the attitude of millions but impossible to change the attitude of one man.”

In the end, it is the individual who counts; the resistant independent alive individual who sees a different set of meanings for himself. An individual who isn’t blinded by belonging to a group that promulgates one-mindset-fits-all.

That is where the buck stops.

Returning to something I touched on earlier, Richard Bell told me, “To understand markets, you need a starting point or a question that really leads you to a deeper level of analysis, as opposed to a maze that takes you around and around. One of those questions is: what would happen if every investor used the same precise system to rate stocks? Well, it’s obvious, isn’t it? The whole mechanism of gambling on the market would dissolve, because every order [to a broker] needs, somewhere, its opposite.

From this you can deduce that misinformation and misdirection are keynotes to maintaining the whole charade. It’s called ‘advice,’ but it’s really PR. It’s varieties of opposing PR, in which yes and no are declared about the very same item. Yes and no. Buy this. No, sell this. No, stand aside. Or, buy this because of X. No, buy this because of Y.

Confusion. That’s the sine qua non of markets. Churn the PR. Flood the field with contradictory nonsense. Can you imagine what would happen if wars were fought on the basis of battlefield intelligence like this? Armies would end up killing their own civilian populations in great numbers.

Sun Tzu wrote, ‘Engage people with what they expect; it is what they are able to discern and confirms their projections.’ Do you see? Float various strategies and advice, for investing, that will fit what investors are able to discern, given their state of mind. You’ll end up making the market, because from this come both buyers and sellers of the same item. And this is what you must have.

This is what makes a market. This is all that makes a market.”

The primary deception derives from keeping alive the basic goose that lays golden egg after golden egg. To do that, you must spread around enough PR (advice) that will appeal to investors who approach the table with different and conflicting mindsets and preconceptions. Having achieved that, the market will flourish.

As fewer individuals choose to invest in stocks and commodities, and as the field is dominated, more and more, by investing institutions and groups, it becomes obvious that these institutions must be convinced to approach buying and selling in opposing ways,

according to different outlooks and “philosophies.” So the PR reaches higher on the food chain. It targets these groups.

This must continue to happen, to allow every buy order to have a corresponding sell order, to keep the goose alive and healthy.

Of course, the definition of health, in this case, is entirely perverse.

Richard concluded our initial conversation with this: “All right, so now I’ve given you enough so you can see the basic underlying structure, the system, the organizing principle of trading markets. You can see it. Do you choose to walk away, or do you say, ‘Wow, now I can start figuring out a way to cheat the cheaters.’ That’s the fork in the road. Not just for markets, but for society. How do you respond?”

I told him I would interview him as many times as he would sit down with me.

At our next conversation, Richard laid out a formula for destruction: “Think about government debt. This is the hammer. Tremendous amounts of PR are being launched to convince everyone that the function of government is to ‘take care’ of populations, from cradle to grave. This is called humanitarianism. This is called social justice. The point is, it [the PR] has a covert motive: leading governments over the edge into bankruptcy. What I’m saying is, the PR is intentional. It’s a campaign to lead governments to ruin. That’s the real intent. But because so many people are already devoted to gaming the system, they support this PR and these government benefits. They look at the benefits as personal victories in a war to ‘cheat the cheaters.’ You can make a formula out of this. Step one: build organizations to such great size that people who work inside them decide their most important objective is cheating the system. Step two: Offer these cheaters more and more benefits. Step three: The cheaters will naturally accept the benefits because they’re already in a criminal mindset. Step four: Governments providing the benefits go off the cliff into deeper and deeper bankruptcy. Step five: Rescue the governments by putting them under a more severe globalist system of supra-control. Step six: Now, through globalism, the most important organizations are far larger than they ever were before. The people who work within them are further motivated to cheat, lie, and rob…”

PART 2, THE FOUNDATION OF MAGIC

PART 2, THE FOUNDATION OF MAGIC AND POWER

NOTES FROM THE MAGICIAN AWAKES
(unpublished)

by Jon Rappoport

How many times do we wish we had followed a glimpse, a dream?

How many times have we wished we could stop looking at reality through a set of categories that played out long ago and became useless?

How many times have we wished we could see reality anew, as if for the first time?

These wishes can’t be fulfilled by joining groups that appear to have our dreams engraved in their bylaws.

Magic begins with the independent individual.

Here is a quote from the brilliant hypnotherapist Jack True, whom I interview 43 times (320 pages) in THE MATRIX REVEALED:

“Why are dreams, when we sleep, episodic and nonlinear? Because we’re searching for something else, a different way of approaching reality. In these dreams, we KNOW the space-time complex is an illusion. We know we’re escaping from prison.

“All the major myths of humanity, since the beginning, have been ORGANIZED out of dreams. They’ve been tailored and reworked to have a cause-and-effect relationship among their parts. So we’re right back where we started, at zero. We’re trying to break through the linear quality, but we’re reconstructing these dreams to take the spontaneity out of them.

“Look at the ancient Greek apparatus of gods. As usual, there was a top persona. There was a hierarchy. This is nonsense. This is all a rearrangement of dreams. Each god is given various magic powers. It’s childish. It’s like doling out Christmas presents under the tree. This is your present, and this is your sister’s present. It’s a fool’s errand.

“Magic is fluid. Yes, it can be performed, but really it involves the whole being of a person. It comes out of the wellsprings of desire. Deep desire.

“We dream the way we do because it’s natural, and because something about the day is exhausting. The structure and organization of the day saps our energy, because when we live in a linear fashion, we don’t have that much available energy to begin with. We’re only tapping into a relatively small amount. So it drains away inside the structure. We have so much more energy deep-down, but it’s ‘nonlinear energy,’ it thrives on seeing and creating and living and knowing in a completely different way.

“Sure, there are a lot better ways to organize this world, but that doesn’t solve the most basic problem for anyone. Magic, as much as it’s been defamed, is the solution, and magic operates in simultaneously multiple and nonlinear ways.”

Here is Jack again:

“People sometimes think I’m advocating chaos. I’m not. But they think so because they can’t imagine the world [reality] could be fundamentally any different than it is now without descending into total confusion. Putting nonlinear thought into the world is doable, though. That’s the next stage of evolution. Imagination isn’t just coming up with a better screwdriver. It isn’t just solving what we can only see as a problem begging for an answer. Seeing problems everywhere isn’t a function of reality itself. It’s the way we approach and filter reality and organize it. That’s why we think civilization is the end result of solving a whole string of problems sitting on the back of prior problems. We think man discovered fire as the solution to the problem of being cold. On one level of perception, that’s true. But on another level, discovering fire had everything to do with imagining fire. Dreaming fire.”

Movies began as nonlinear excursions on the screen. Many of the early movies were very much like dreams, or like interruptions in the smooth flow of time. Movies were an escape hatch from linear organization. In that sense, they were a reflection of a different kind of consciousness.

When we talk about ruling elites, we’re really talking about men who are obsessed with organizing things. We think they want to organize society down to the last detail because that makes it possible for them to control us, but that’s only part of the story. These men are frightened of dreams and dreaming. They are frightened by their own deeper minds. They can’t face that. That’s why they have to organize everything they touch.

Over the years, I’ve had many questions from readers that boil down to one question: “If I were using my imagination to the fullest, what would I see that I don’t see now?”

That’s a very interesting question, because it puts the cart a few thousand miles ahead of the horse. I don’t know what you would see, because it’s your imagination. Not mine. That’s the whole point.

I’m not trying to organize anyone’s reality. I have no interest in that.

But I do know that if you were using the power of your imagination, your whole approach to consensus reality would change. That much I do know.

Consider two types of people. The first type firmly believes that all progress and all good things come from strengthening the consensus among larger and larger numbers of humans.

The second type believes this leads, inevitably, to a form of slavery. Even if the consensus started out with mass devotion to a high ideal, somewhere along the line the ideal would sink below the waves and something unpalatable would emerge in its place. Why? Because tighter and tighter consensus about reality, no matter what that reality is, always brings about a shrinking of individual power.

Consensus, beyond a point of common sense, is grossly inhibiting, is in fact self-induced mind control.

Imagination, which moves away from consensus, is an active force. It is woven with creating. You imagine and create. You aren’t passive. You’re the furthest thing from passive.

Mass education is, for the most part, an effort to convince students that they should use their imaginations to create greater consensus. If schooling doesn’t accomplish that job fully, then certainly on-the-job training finishes it.

The idea of “finding answers” that apply to everyone is a very limited operation from the start. Of course we share certain similarities, but the differences, in the long run, are far more important.

This idea is unsettling to most people. They don’t understand it and they don’t want to understand it. At best, they pay lip service to it.

Society is organized around the concept of organization. That’s what society is doing.

The liberated individual doesn’t live that way.

[For those people who find these ideas interesting, important, attractive, I would suggest ordering and working with the following, in this sequence: THE MATRIX REVEALED; THE SECRET BEHIND SECRET SOCIETIES; MIND CONTROL, MIND FREEDOM; THE TRANSFORMATIONS; THE MYSTERY AND MAGIC OF DIALOGUE. They are available at my site store at www.nomorefakenews.com]

The so-called “eternal questions” humanity has been grappling with since the dawn of time are offshoots of questions about imagination and magic. However, when the questions drop below the threshold of imagination, when the questions are asking for mechanical answers, then imagination is automatically excluded. This, obviously, becomes unworkable. Imagination is not mechanical; it isn’t a system.

It is free.

So we have here a wider meaning of freedom. A meaning that goes beyond systems.

Again, people want to know, “What would I see and know, if I could get beyond systems?” The whole point is, there is no pat answer to that question. Imagination, though, is the way to find out what the individual would see and find.

Imagination is the place in consciousness where we put those things, ideas, events that we consider impossible or incomprehensible. But when we live through and by imagination, the whole ball of consensus reality begins to come apart. Then we experience deeper energies and deeper power.
