Exit From The Matrix: When the individual creates

Consider this notion: “Nothing new is really created. The person is remembering something, or he is building on prior knowledge by adding a next ‘logical’ step in a long historical process.”

Why make these assertions?

Because if a person were actually creating something new, where did it come from? It couldn’t come from “nowhere.” It must have already been “there,” in some sense.

That may be the majority opinion, but NO, that’s not the case. A PERSON CAN AND DOES CREATE SOMETHING NEW. IT COMES FROM HIM, FROM HIS IMAGINATION.

And imagination is not a thing. It isn’t a gland or an organ or a section of wiring in the brain. It’s not made of matter. It’s a quality, a non-material quality. So in that sense, yes, an individual DOES create from nothing.

Remembering and adding a step to established prior knowledge may well be part of the process of creating in some cases, but in EVERY case there is a NEWNESS that occurs, that is invented. It cannot be explained by claiming it was “already there.”

This irritates scientists and materialists to the nth degree. So they ignore it. They pretend they understand everything about imagination. They don’t have a clue.

In fact, the deeper you explore the concept of freedom, the more you realize that creating something new, and creating that occurs outside a tight chain of prior cause and effect, are very much a part of what freedom means. Understanding these factors should be liberating.

There are several other phenomena that are closely related to “creating from nothing.” They are spontaneous insight and spontaneous invention. They occur in a flash, in the moment. They can’t be reduced to “logical implications in a chain of cause and effect.” They can’t be reduced at all.

And then there is this—I’ll refer to it through an experience I had in 1963, when I was living and painting in a small studio in Los Angeles. One night I was sitting at my table staring at a blank sheet of paper. I had a pencil in my hand. Suddenly, my mind was empty and crystalline. I knew in my bones, as clearly as I knew I was sitting there, that I had unlimited choices. There was no boundary on what I could draw. I was ecstatic. I made a shape on the paper. The immediate novelty of it was overwhelmingly joyous. I kept making shapes on the paper. The emerging drawing held, for me, the core of what I needed to know about life: every moment could be marvelously unhindered and free. I was always on the cusp of being able to choose a future; and being in that position, in the moment, was an experience of unrivaled beauty. Never again would I think of freedom in a dry clinical way.

The Matrix Revealed: Cartels That Run The World

The following information comes from insider interviews with Ellis Medavoy and Richard Bell, two people I interview extensively in my collection, The Matrix Revealed. This is just a brief taste of what they have to say…

Major institutions on this planet that control Military, Money, Energy, Government, Medical, Corporate, Media, and Education are becoming, more and more, global cartels, horizontally integrated across national borders.

This is more than a top-down command process. It’s organically evolving. Three steps forward, two steps back. There is a great deal of competition among the components of a given cartel, but there is also cooperation. And in the long run, the see-saw is tipping in the direction of cooperation, as these entities realize they may well have more to gain that way.

I can’t stress too strongly this EVOLVING process. All attempts to merely assume twelve men in a room run the planet fall woefully short.

Instead, over time, people who lead a powerful institution (like Energy, for example) look out and recognize more major players, and in this recognition there is an impulse to compete and win and destroy, but there is also an impulse to build commonality and therefore monopolize the entire territory.

During one conversation with retired master propagandist Ellis Medavoy, I asked him about the extent of mutual cooperation in his given field, psychological warfare. He responded:

“Twenty years ago, I would have said we were all operating separately and jealously. Each of us was mining his own contacts and building his false pictures of reality for the masses. But then things began to change. Globally. First of all, more of us were pushing the same holograms. And because communication and travel were speeding up so rapidly, we were working a lot of the same venues. We would run into each other more often. We began to share information. I mean, it was cautious. We weren’t gushing with unbridled love, I assure you. The competitive factor was still strong. And we had fights. But through all that, we began to see through the fog, so to speak. We began to understand the effectiveness of cooperating. We would test each other with privileged information, to see if we could trust each other to keep it private. A tidbit here, a tidbit there.

“And you see, behind us, other groups were finding commonality, too. For example, in the area of medical propaganda, where I operated a lot of the time. And these groups saw they could join together for specific operations, on an international scale. They could push enormous lies globally, and everyone of their class would profit and gain wider control. So I would find myself working with a psy warfare guy from, say, France, or Germany in a joint venture. We would rub elbows. We’d be feeding from the same basic money trough.

“We’d both be briefed by a team of intelligence experts, and those experts would be of several nationalities. Slowly, I saw a new kind of umbrella structure emerging.

“See, suppose during the secret lead-up to a planned economic crisis [money cartel], you can distract everybody with a phony epidemic [medical cartel]. Do you see? Leaders perceive a reason to cooperate. Planners become more intelligent and clever. They reach across lines they never would have reached across before…

“You begin to see the outlines of a much more inclusive future structure. This is multi-front warfare.”

Richard Bell, another former insider, said to me: “People like to assume that money is everything. If you can limit the amount of money the public has, eventually they weaken and cave in and they’re easier to control. And this is certainly true. But on the other hand, as mega-corporations gain more power and range and markets, you have a clash, because those corporations, which are now cooperating in ways they never have, as a cartel in some respects, want customers for their products. They don’t want abject poverty across the board. People have to be able to buy their products.

“So there is a heavy conflict. It’s a conflict between elite bankers [money cartel] and mega-corporations [corporation cartel]. It needs to be resolved through advance planning, over the long term. So now you have these powerful men sitting down and talking in a new way. Other big-time players get involved, too [government, media, energy cartels, for example].”

The propaganda master comes to town

Note: This is a piece of fiction I wrote months ago, when there was some question about what Trump was going to do…which way he was going to jump…

What do most people say, if you raise questions about the reality of the “epidemic,” or even hint that the facts might be in doubt?

They say, “But people are dying.” And that’s the end of the conversation.

So, in this episode of virus fakery and apocalypse on rye with mustard, I present a tale I like to call: THE PROPAGANDA MASTER COMES TO TOWN.

This character is a wisdom figure and a teacher. He’s an old pro. He makes sure the lies are being told well and often. He reminds his troops of their mission. Pardon his language, but he has a very low opinion of humanity.

Here he is now, getting out of his limo and walking into a five-star hotel.

Conference room. A security team has checked the space for bugs and other electronic snooping. The shades are drawn. A dozen propaganda ops specialists are sitting at the long table.

The maestro walks into the room, stands at one end of the table, and without formalities, begins talking:

—I only have a few minutes. I’m on my way to Rome to brief the Pope. So here it is. We put messages into the heads of the great unwashed masses, so they’ll pass those messages to others. Get it? THAT’S the real contagion factor. Never forget it. We’re Info Central for the rubes and yokels and idiots, including high IQ idiots who think their college degree means they’re educated in science.

—We work with death. People all over the world are dying all the time, every day. The public doesn’t want to think about that. Good. That’s good for us. Our job is to convince the yokels that the “new” dying which is happening now comes from a special virus. We do that by equating DEATH and CORONAVIRUS. Get it? Never forget it. “People are dying, it must be the virus.” That’s our ticket.

—Our medical brethren in this great con have already done a terrific job carving up death into various categories. But now they can also make ordinary pneumonia into coronavirus pneumonia at the drop of a hat. They can make flu into corona. They can make a man falling down stairs a victim of the virus. A flying saucer crashes in a field? If that happened, a CDC official with a straight face could tell the yokels and idiots that the alien pilot of the craft was struck down by the virus and that’s why he lost control of the saucer.

—So we can’t let our medical friends down. We have to ramp up the intensity of the message. I want more predictions from Harvard and Yale big shots. You know, millions are going to die. Half the world’s population is going to be infected.

—Some of the idiots and loons we target are politicians. They “believe in science.” We want these pols to lock down MORE cities. Make people feel the sting. The sting and the crisis and the quarantine must equal THE VIRUS. We own the virus. It’s our psy-weapon. It’s an idea, a notion, a ghost, and the medical experts can contain it, if people follow all their orders. Keep pounding that message.

—Now, just between us, did they ever find a brand new virus in China to begin with? I see no convincing evidence they did. But who cares? Are the diagnostic tests for the virus inadequate and useless and worthless and deceiving? Of course. Is the “virus epidemic” a gold-plated fake? Sure. Are all sorts of people being diagnosed with corona who have no disease at all? You bet. Are people who are sick for all sorts of reasons being told they’re corona cases? Yeah. That’s our bread and butter. Some poor bastard gets off a plane and he has a slight fever from the bad air in the cabin and he’s whisked to a military base for quarantine. Play it up. “The virus can get you anytime, anywhere.” In a city, one ICU ward in a hospital is overflowing with sick people. Of course it is. People are sick all the time. But now, they’re all afraid, and they’re coming on foot, in cars, in wheelchairs, on crutches, and with the wave of a magic wand, they’re put in the ICU because they must be corona. Good. I want more pictures of that chaotic ICU. I want video on the news. More of it. Get busy. Don’t slack off. This is a circus. There are rules for a circus. The main rule is, people get bored quickly, so you need lots of acts and tricks and animals and side shows and candy to keep the audience occupied. An ICU here, an ICU there. A mother crying. Who cares why? It must be the virus. I don’t want to hear about all the other reasons people are sick. I just want to hear VIRUS.

—Never forget how easily you can fool the yokels. Yesterday, a guy living in an apartment house had the flu. No big deal. But today, same guy? Corona. Nothing changed except the news. All his neighbors in the building forget that yesterday this guy had ordinary flu. It’s a beautiful thing. Use it. I want to see more funerals on the news.

—Our holy grail, our perfect ideal, which is unattainable, would be: every death in the world for the next six months or a year is called coronavirus. But we can strive toward that ideal. We must.

—There are two echelons. There is WE. And there is THEY-THEM. WE keep THEM in their limited minds. We bolster those limited minds with our messages. Keep them yammering, “People are dying, it must be the virus!” It’s pure gold. Mine that gold.

Back in his limo, the maestro puts in a call to his contact at the CDC. “Listen up,” he says, “you people over there are wobbling. I’m talking about the diagnostic test for the virus. First, your test kits were bad, they didn’t work. Then you didn’t have enough of them to satisfy needs. Now the word is starting to leak out that the tests are inherently unreliable and no one should believe them. This crap must stop. Shore up your troops. Get them in line. I want healthy people and sick people and old people and young people and all people to be diagnosed with corona, and I don’t want any uncertainties. You and I know the test is a joke, it doesn’t work, but nobody else can find that out. Got it? People over there at the CDC can be replaced. They can find themselves out on the street. What’s in charge of this operation is propaganda, not science. YOU back US up. That’s the hierarchy. I want FEAR raging through the population. If you can’t hold up your end, you’re going to find all the quotes about the epidemic in the press are suddenly coming from the World Health Organization or Johns Hopkins, not the CDC. I’ll make sure you’re shoved into the background. The World Health people are professional. They know how to deliver a unified con job. Those two idiots, the governor of New York and the mayor of New York, are doing more to hype this fake epidemic than all the employees of the CDC put together. Get your house in order. Fast.”

He closes his phone and sticks it in his pocket. On the way to the airport, he hums a little tune. He looks out the window. He thinks to himself, if we can stretch this out far enough, we can even stage a presidential election in America on the Internet. No one votes in a booth. Can’t risk transmission of the virus. He chuckles. His phone vibrates. He takes it out.

“Yes, sir?” he says. He listens. Nods. “Yes, sir, I know you’re going to address the nation in a few minutes. Well, sir, this is a squeeze play. You’re in the middle. I know you understand that. If you go too far in minimizing the risk of the epidemic, you’re going to get hit hard from all sides. Mayors, governors, scientists, doctors, public health officials, members of Congress, big tech, the media—they’re all going to carve you into a grinning pumpkin. To say nothing of what’s been happening to the stock market. If you try to downplay corona, the whole economic picture is going to go upside down. Even Goldman Sachs won’t be able to protect you. Look around you. That schmuck mayor of New York is making noises about shutting down the whole Subway system. My advice is, let this operation run its course. Read the tea leaves of history. Many presidents have trouble at the end of a term. The coronavirus fakery is your trouble. Ride it out. If you can’t beat Joe Biden in November, you should go back to building golf courses. He’s hanging on by a thread. I don’t think the doctors can pump him up with enough drugs to keep his brain functioning during a debate. You might stagger into office on a low for your second term, but—don’t be angry, sir, your enemies have been looking for an Achilles heel since you started campaigning back in 2015. They tried this, they tried that, it didn’t really work. But this medical op works. Are you really going to say the medical experts are all liars and fake news? Are you contemplating that? Take it from me, it won’t fly. You know I’m right. The medical propaganda of the past hundred years is a winner. How can you buck it, especially in the middle of this current shit storm? If I cared about the truth, I’d be in a dither. Fortunately, I’m above the fray. Listen to your wise old uncle. Take the bitter with the sweet. You’re a pro in your field. The art of the deal. In this instance, the deal is live to fight another day. You painted your picture of “the grand economic recovery”, and now they’re spraying all over it with graffiti. That’s what enemies do. I have some interesting material on Biden and Bernie, if you’d like me to—“

The maestro looks at his phone. “He hung up,” he says to his driver.

“He’s a quick study,” the driver says.

They laugh.

“What are you going to say to the Pope?” the driver asks.

“I’m going to tell him to keep his big mouth shut. And if he can’t do that, and he wants to bring God into it, we’ll work on the statement. Change it to Nature. That’s softer. Nature has its ways and its viruses. It must be respected. God gave us the intelligence to work with Nature, and the means to develop medical science. Doctors are healers. Follow their recommendations. Something like that. On the way over in the plane, I’ll come up with some quotes. Stay by my side. You’re packing heat. They’ll ask for your weapon before they let us in the Vatican. Give it to them. Keep your eyes trained straight ahead. Don’t look past any open doors. Who knows what you’d see? I don’t want anyone to call us as witnesses in a future court case…”

“You’re careful as always,” the driver says.

“Careful in the details, absolutely reckless when it comes to the overall plan. Tell a lie so outrageous, no one can believe it’s a lie.”

At the White House, the president steps to the podium and looks at the camera. He thinks: I wonder what would happen if I went off script and said, you know, there must be ten thousand people in Washington who are aware there’s something weird about this coronavirus situation. There’s the whole flu thing. The CDC says thirty thousand people in the US die from ordinary flu every single year, like clockwork, and there are millions of flu cases every year—but nobody’s calling THAT an epidemic. The stock market isn’t crashing because of THAT. Nobody’s getting quarantined because of THAT. They aren’t canceling basketball because of THAT. What the hell’s going on?

The president starts to speak to the nation.

“Look, the bottom line is, I have to protect millions of lives. I need to sign bills authorizing two trillion dollars in aid to our businesses and workers. I have to listen to the experts. People are dying, it must be the virus. What else could it be?”

An unknown man in the back of the room says, in a very clear and loud voice: WELL, IT COULD BE COMPLETE HORSE—“

An alert special ops team member steps in front of the man and quickly sprays him in the face with a chemical. The unknown man is paralyzed, and like a log he pitches forward and bounces off the floor.

The special ops man shouts: IT’S THE VIRUS. HE’S DEAD.

People scream. The doors to the room are suddenly locked. Doctors in white coats appear.

Someone yells, THE WHITE HOUSE IS INFECTED. WASHINGTON DC IS INFECTED.

The president shrugs, looks at the camera and says, “I guess I’ll be speaking to you next from an undisclosed location. We WILL get through this, America—“

BLACKOUT.

People are dying, it must be the virus.

Does wearing a mask cause diagnostic tests to read false-positive for COVID?

Suppose one of the most intense “safety practices”—wearing a mask—actually inflates the number of COVID diagnoses?

Needless to say, it would be a bombshell. Suppose PCR and antibody tests turn out false positive results because people are wearing masks every day?

How is that possible?

Actually, it’s quite simple. A person wearing a mask is breathing in his own germs all day long. He breathes them out, as he should, but then he breathes them back in.

It seems evident that this unnatural process would increase the number and variety of germs circulating and replicating in his body; even creating active infection.

Along with this, a decrease in oxygen intake, which occurs when a mask is worn, would allow certain germs to multiply in the body—germs which would otherwise be routinely wiped out or diminished in the presence of an oxygen-rich environment.

Here’s the key: Both the PCR and antibody tests are known for registering false-positive results, since they cross-react with germs which have nothing to do with the reason for the test.

If wearing a mask increases the number and variety of germs replicating in the body, and also increases the chance of developing an active infection…then the likelihood of a false-positive PCR or antibody test is increased.

In other words, masks would promote the number of so-called COVID cases. This would, of course, have alarming consequences.

People labeled “COVID” face all sorts of negative consequences. I don’t have to spell them out.

In past articles, I’ve shown that both PCR and antibody tests DO register false-positives because they react with irrelevant germs.

For example, let’s consider the PCR: From the World Health Organization (WHO): “Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) technical guidance: Laboratory testing for 2019-nCoV in humans”:

“Several assays that detect the 2019-nCoV have been and are currently under development, both in-house and commercially. Some assays may detect only the novel virus [COVID] and some may also detect other strains (e.g. SARS-CoV) that are genetically similar.”

Translation: Some PCR tests register positive for types of coronavirus that have nothing to do with COVID—including plain old coronas that cause nothing more than a cold.

From a manufacturer of PCR test kit elements, Creative Diagnostics, “SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus Multiplex RT-qPCR Kit”:

“…non-specific interference of Influenza A Virus (H1N1), Influenza B Virus (Yamagata), Respiratory Syncytial Virus (type B), Respiratory Adenovirus (type 3, type 7), Parainfluenza Virus (type 2), Mycoplasma Pneumoniae, Chlamydia Pneumoniae, etc.”

Translation: Although this company states the test can detect COVID, it also states the test can read FALSELY positive if the patient has one of a number of other irrelevant viruses in his body. What is the test proving, then? Who knows? Flip a coin.

Now let’s consider the antibody test—

Business Insider, April 3, 202: “Some tests have demonstrated false positives, detecting antibodies to much more common coronaviruses.”

Science News, March 27: “Science News spoke with…Charles Cairns, dean of the Drexel University College of Medicine, about how antibody tests work and what are some of the challenges of developing the tests.”

“Cairns: ‘The big question is: Does a positive response for the antibodies mean that person is actively infected, or that they have been infected in the past? The tests need to be accurate, and avoid both false positives and false negatives. That’s the challenge’.”

That’s just a sprinkling of sources on both the PCR and antibody tests—revealing that both of these tests DO spit out false-positive results. Many of those false-positives are the result of cross reactions with irrelevant germs.

And as I stated at the top of this article, if wearing masks increases the number and variety of germs circulating and replicating in the body, then it’s quite likely that masks will, in fact, contribute to false diagnoses of COVID.

Now, we come to a different angle on this story. Everyone is aware that governors and other politicians are ramping up orders to wear masks to new insane levels. If indeed this order will result in more diagnosed COVID cases…

How can we avoid looking at the financial incentives?

It turns out that the states are receiving federal money for EVERY COVID case.

The reference here is Becker’s CFO Hospital Report, April 14, 2020, “State-by-state breakdown of federal aid per COVID-19 case”:

“HHS recently began distributing the first $30 billion of emergency funding designated for hospitals in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act…”

“Below is a breakdown of how much funding per COVID-19 case each state will receive from the first $30 billion in aid. Kaiser Health News used a state breakdown provided to the House Ways and Means Committee by HHS along with COVID-19 cases tabulated by The New York Times for its analysis.”

The article goes on to list every state and the money it will receive for EACH DIAGNOSED COVID CASE.

If mask wearing increases the likelihood of a COVID diagnosis, then: those states forcing new widespread mask dictates will be multiplying their federal $$$.

And if you really want to cover the bases, every method of fake case-counting will have the same ballooning $$$ effect for the states.

ALL the so-called containment measures—masks, quarantine, isolation, distancing, lockdowns, economic destruction—bring on fear, stress, loneliness…lowering immune-system function…leading to more infections…which means more germs replicating in the body…which means more false-positive COVID diagnostic tests…and more human destruction…and more $$$ for the states.

Why did mega-corporations accept the Covid lockdowns?

Airlines, hotel chains—you name it, they all folded when the lockdowns were imposed. They closed up shop, they took a knee, they opted for bailouts. Why?

The CEOs of these corporations are supposed to be hard chargers and ruthless operators. Why didn’t they rebel?

I could cite several reasons. Here I want to focus on a little-known and staggering story.

It starts with an analogy. Imagine an employee of a company who is motivated to speak out against the lockdowns and go public. Then he thinks about the owner of the company. That owner happens to sit on the board of a large hospital.

Uh oh. That owner is SOLIDLY WIRED into official medical reality. He isn’t going to appreciate a naysayer who says the lockdowns are a ridiculous and destructive overreach. Better to stay quiet. Better to fit in and go along.

Okay? Well, it so happens that three of the most powerful corporate bosses in America DO have deep connections to major hospitals, and these three men run corporations that OWN CORPORATE AMERICA.

What?

The three men are Larry Fink, Joseph Hooley, and Mortimer Buckley.

Buckley is the CEO of the Vanguard Group. Hooley is the CEO of State Street. Fink is the CEO of BlackRock.

These three companies are investment funds. Financial services companies.

Buckley is a board member of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. From 2011 to 2017, he was chairman of the hospital’s board of trustees. Hooley serves on the president’s council of the Massachusetts General Hospital. Fink is the co-chair of the NYU Langone Medical Center board of trustees.

Let’s look at their companies: State Street, BlackRock, and Vanguard—known as The Big Three. The reference is an article at theconversation.com, “These three firms own corporate America,” 5/19/17, by Jan Fichtner, Eelke Heemskerk, and Javier Garcia-Bernardo.

“Together, BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street have nearly US$11 trillion in assets under management.”

“We found that the Big Three, taken together, have become the largest shareholder in 40% of all publicly listed firms in the United States.”

“In 2015, these 1,600 American firms [the 40%] had combined revenues of about US$9.1 trillion, a market capitalisation of more than US$17 trillion, and employed more than 23.5 million people.”

“In the S&P 500 – the benchmark index of America’s largest corporations – the situation is even more extreme. Together, the Big Three are the largest single shareholder in almost 90% of S&P 500 firms, including Apple, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, General Electric and Coca-Cola.”

“What is undeniable is that the Big Three do exert the voting rights attached to these shares. Therefore, they have to be perceived as de facto owners by corporate executives.”

“Whether or not they sought to, the Big Three have accumulated extraordinary shareholder power, and they continue to do so…In many respects, the index fund boom is turning BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street into something resembling low-cost public utilities with a quasi-monopolistic position.”

If the CEO of a corporation whose main shareholder is The Big Three thinks about rebelling against the official medical consensus…

And he knows that The Big Three bosses are heavily wired into the US medical complex…

That CEO has one more reason, among others, to forget about being an old-time hard charger. He has one more reason to swallow his anger when he’s told to lock down and shut down. He has one more reason to knuckle under and play the game. He has one more reason to surrender to a story about a virus and Fauci and Bill Gates. He has one more reason to stand down and stand aside and watch economic devastation sweep over the land.

These ARE the times that try men’s souls.

I reach out to you two men because you have high-ranking credentials.

And because you know, and you’ve proven, that the COVID story is vastly overblown, and the containment measures are destructive.

You can stand firm with the realization that you’re right; you can also step forward and make a new bold move.

I hope you realize the extent of the economic wreckage America is enduring, and the human destruction which is mounting every day. I also hope you understand the partial reopening of the economy is far from a guarantee for our immediate future.

At the whim and behest of public health officials, who launch one lie after another, governors and mayors could order new lockdowns and new outrageous fines for breaking their rules of conduct.

And so I suggest you gather together distinguished colleagues and form a new coronavirus task force. Which is exactly what you would call it.

Yes, it would be unofficial, but apparently so are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness these days. We scrabble to get them where we can.

After setting up a website, you would launch a counter-offensive against Tony Fauci and his merry band of rabid falsifiers.

EVERY DAY, you would aggressively publish new findings and new criticisms of official positions and data.

I assure you, within weeks, the whole world would be paying attention. Including presidents, kings, and legislatures.

THE NEW CORONAVIRUS TASK FORCE.

The world of science was never actually divorced from the real world—and in these times, the connection is as vital as it has ever been.

Unlike that abysmal failure, Neil Ferguson, and his colleagues in the computer modeling game, who assert their findings are entirely separate from ensuing government decisions, true scientists are willing to come forward and bring fascist political leaders to heel, if they can.

And you can.

Your reach would be a sight to behold.

The country and the world are crashing. We are told 28 million US families have not yet paid their full rents for July, and are on the verge of eviction. And that is just the edge of the disaster.

It is all stemming from a concocted official story about a virus.

At the moment, the US federal government (and many other governments) is captive. A bloodless coup has occurred.

You two men, and the colleagues you assemble, could strike, strike hard, and often.

THE NEW CORONAVIRUS TASK FORCE.

Some of your strongest allies, if you reach out to them, would be county sheriffs. A sheriff is basically in charge of law enforcement in his territory. Some American sheriffs have refused to enforce lockdowns and other restraining measures.

They stand on the Constitution. You stand on science. The meeting of the two is a very potent force.

I know, and you know, scientists who wouldn’t want to “get their hands dirty” by forming such alliances. This is a tragic mistake, born out of disdain and fear.

These are perilous times. I know that within you live the courage and the desire to protect the freedom on which, of course, the very existence of your scientific work depends.

That freedom was born out of blood and sacrifice and intelligence, over the course of centuries. Standing on all those shoulders, you can make a brave move now.

People of science who can now use their reputations and insight to make their actions count, and try to save society from descending into overt fascism, are of great value.

I hope you understand.

I write all of the above in an effort to reach two men. Obviously, there are others, whose reputations also make them ideal candidates for THE NEW CORONAVIRUS TASK FORCE. They would have to be prepared to step out of their esteemed university chairs and research centers and waylay the interlopers who have stolen medical science and twisted it into weapons of war.

The days of the idyllically protected Ivory Tower are drawing to a close. Academics must come down and enter the fray—not to compromise their findings, but to make them count in the struggle.

THIS is the advantage Tony Fauci is pressing. He HAS come down. He understands weaponry.

The public battlefield cannot be left to him and his ilk.

One of my earliest published articles, in 1982, was an interview with Bill Perry, a bright PR man who had just quit the plumb job of his life at Lawrence Livermore Labs, where they do nuclear weapons research.

Those were the days of the Nuclear Freeze movement. Every morning, Bill watched silent protestors standing outside his building. As the weeks passed, Bill told me, he was surprised to see more people wearing business clothes showing up. The middle class. It was unnerving.

A decisive moment arrived when he passed the desk of a physicist who began complaining about lack of funding. Bill said, echoing the sentiments of the protestors, “Why do you need more money? You can already blow up the world four times.”

The physicist pointed to his desk and his papers. “You don’t understand,” he said. “These are MATHEMATICAL problems.”

Indeed.

They are, when the separation between scientists and the people is as wide as an ocean.

In case you think the comparison of nuclear weapons and the lockdowns is off the mark, what we have been seeing is the equivalent of a neutron bomb. It wipes out the people but leaves the buildings standing.

ONE: ALAN DERSHOWITZ

This is about what the State is permitted to do to citizens under a State of Emergency. For example, the Lockdown Emergency which has driven the national economy over a cliff. The economic ruination Trump refuses to face up to; refuses to talk directly to the American people about; refuses to address with a specific plan for recovery. If a president has any vital function at all, it is to lead in a time of crisis. As in: THIS IS WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE COUNTRY RIGHT NOW, AND THIS IS WHAT I’M GOING TO DO ABOUT IT. Striding down a hallway wearing a black mask for a photo op doesn’t cut it. Standing with corporate hot shots who are ready to go into production of breathing ventilators isn’t a recovery plan. Empowering the military to give COVID vaccinations isn’t a recovery plan. But I digress. This piece is about Alan Dershowitz, who famously said:

“Let me put it very clearly: you have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated…And if you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm.”

If that were true, every declared State of Emergency would be equal.

A president could say, “My favorite pagan goddess from Spokane came to me in a dream last night and told me to order every citizen to cut off a pinky finger to avert the danger of infection…”

Nothing in the Constitution forbids a court from judging a particular State of Emergency on its merits. In fact, the Constitution would demand such judgement. Otherwise, the entire basis of limited federal government would be undermined.

And once you open THAT door and argue a State of Emergency on the merits, evidence about vaccines can be presented. Are vaccines truly safe and effective? Are severe adverse effects rare or widespread?

What are the unvarnished facts?

Dershowitz blithely assumes he understands vaccination. He doesn’t. He’s clueless. He simply thinks vaccinations are a standard public safety measure, on the level of hand-washing.

Would he argue that orders to wear masks during a declared State of Emergency are constitutionally impossible to challenge? If non-government experts assert masks are useless?

The “merits of the case,” Mr. Dershowitz. That is the key.

Suppose a government task force reports that 1 out of every 1.5 Americans is developing cancer during his/her life? And then, a moronic president declares a national State of Emergency and orders universal prophylactic chemotherapy for all citizens?

That would be mandatory? That would be constitutionally ironclad?

No court could consider that order on its merits? No one could stand before a judge and argue that the devastating treatment is toxic in the extreme, or that the so-called War on Cancer has been a failure?

If the COVID-19 vaccine turns out to be based on new DNA technology, meaning every vaccine recipient’s genetic makeup would be permanently altered, a legal objection would be ruled out of bounds, because the vaccine is coming on board during a State of Emergency? Really?

To use a highly technical legal term, insisting a State of Emergency overrules the protection of life and the meaning of liberty is bullshit.

The blood and sacrifice of centuries, which led to the writing and ratification of the Constitution, were not made so lawyers or judges could undermine its entire spirit by defending States of Emergency, as if they came from higher and wiser heads protecting the Public Good.

In this case, a mandated vaccine would be a protection RACKET, launched by a remorseless pharmaceutical mafia.

Case closed, Mr. Dershowitz. Meaning the door is wide open to debate the facts and the principles and the truth.

You followed up your famous statement by remarking that you and your family could refuse a COVID vaccine through an act of civil disobedience; but then you would have to accept the penalty.

I wonder how you’d react if that penalty meant your family would be sent to a moldy room in a fleabag hotel in a dangerous neighborhood, to serve out your period of isolation; after which officials would approach you again to take the vaccine.

I think you might reformulate your constitutional opinion about States of Emergency. You might suddenly see a new legal option. You might decide that freedom and liberty are incontrovertible.

You might decide that arguing from past case precedents, when those cases distort the Constitution, is an academic exercise unworthy of an honest lawyer’s time and energy.

You might decide that whatever personal bias actually motivated you to issue your famous statement in the first place was irrelevant.

When trouble visits your own door, when your public pronouncements come around to bite you, you might find a reason to change your tune.

What is legally obvious on the mountain top is not always obvious in the foothills.

In the foothills, people are eating fruit of the poisonous tree, long ago planted in the middle of the Constitution. If you were down there, you would be put on that diet. I think you would then miraculously spot a new legal angle on States of Emergency.

TWO: FLORIDA HUSTLE

Breitbart, July 14: “A FOX 35 investigation released on Monday discovered an inflation of coronavirus cases by the Florida Department of Health. The Sunshine State’s health authorities misreported the number of persons testing positive for coronavirus in its aggregation and publication of test results from laboratories.”

“Twenty-two labs reported 100-percent positivity rates. Two labs reported 91.18-percent positivity rates.”

So…it was a massive coincidence that all 22 labs happened to make the same mistake at the same time.

—On the level of, say, two dozen planes landing five runways to the left of their designated lanes at two dozen different airports on the same day.

Sure.

Toss a coin. Heads, all the tests kits were rigged to read positive for COVID. Tails, all the labs lied.

In either event, the fake COVID monster is fed. It needs case numbers. Desperately. In order to present a false picture of danger.

Thus, justifying the lockdowns, the masks, the distancing, the economic destruction.

Dear Florida Health Department—you’ve done it. I thought real estate cons were the state’s most valuable product. But now I don’t know. You might have jumped to the top of the charts.

If you want to challenge for the national title, or the global gold medal, though, you might have to tap dance even harder.

Italy, as I reported months ago, was heading along a track of fakery at hundreds of miles an hour. The whole country was on lockdown.

But their National Institute of Health, working to uncover actual facts, dug into patient records of people who had died.

Their initial finding: the average age of so-called COVID deaths was 79.5. The vast majority of these elderly patients had serious prior medical conditions. In other words, there was no reason to suspect they died because of a new virus (which had never been isolated and discovered in the first place).

Then the Institute decided there were only three people under the age of 40 in the whole country who could be said to have died as a result of the virus (which had never been isolated and discovered in the first place).

Of course, since then, the Italian National Institute of Health has gone dark. Obviously, they’ve been censored and choked off.

So, Florida, you have a way to go, if you want to play in the big-time.

It appears the 22 labs in your state are going to play the number-mistake game to account for their fake reports. “We meant to say 5 percent positive, but our equipment spit out 99 percent. We’re checking to find out why.”

I would advise against that strategy. When 22 labs all chime in with the same basic explanation, they can’t sell the story. I think you, the Florida Public Health Department, are going to have to take the fall. You say, “All the labs were correct, but when their numbers reached us, we had a software glitch, and the numbers were scrambled. For a few days, before we caught the error, everything was coming up a hundred percent. COVID, meningitis, whooping cough, mumps, measles, leprosy. Even our paychecks were doubled.”

The only thing is, as far as I can tell, you didn’t catch the “error.” Neither did the labs. FOX did. Oops. In other words, you never would have reported a problem unless you’d been found out.

In the future, whenever a press outlet contacts your PR people with a damaging finding, have the PR flacks say, “We’re working on it.” Doesn’t matter what it is. Give some sort of impression you’re aware. Don’t say: WE’RE DOING WHAT? WE FAILED TO NOTICE WHAT?

Frankly, you’re idiots. You know how to work part of a con. You just don’t know how to work the most important part: deniability.

I take back what I said earlier. You’re not on the level of Florida real estate hustles. When a company sells suckers homes that, three years later, sink into marsh, that company is already gone. They’re operating under another name; or at the very least, their sales contracts have ironclad built-in protections in the small print.

You know what your real problem is? Basic media relations. Over the years, you people at the Florida Health Department haven’t been feeding FOX good news stories. You haven’t fostered a dependency at FOX. They don’t need you. So they don’t mind exposing you.

Big-time public health agencies make sure news networks are fed properly. That’s how the CDC, for example, has survived all these years. The CDC tells lies that would make this COVID screw-up of yours look like a spilled ice-cream cone at a sweet sixteen party.

The CDC lives on lies. So they cultivate reporters and editors at all the major news outlets. They pass reporters tons of stories. It’s a long-term operation. Therefore, they can tell CBS to shut down a piece about tens of thousands of fake flu test samples without even telling them. Get it? There’s an understanding.

There’s a culture of mutual respect among thieves. Both sides are basically in the same business, and they know it. You don’t know much of anything.

Where are your heavy pharmaceutical connections? They’re the number-one advertiser at all significant news networks. If they’d been clued in on your little problem, early on, they would have fixed it overnight for you. Before anyone knew about it.

The CDC is a front group for Pharma vaccine companies. The CDC is a whore and the relationship is perfectly clear.

I assume you people at the Florida Public Health Department want to be a whore, you just don’t know how to find a good pimp.

It’s all a matter of education.

Alert to citizens, governors, mayors, presidents, prime ministers, and public health officials—

You want science. You always state that. Well, here is your very own science.

The reference is: “Nonpharmaceutical Measures for Pandemic Influenza in Nonhealthcare Settings—Personal Protective and Environmental Measures.” Published in: “Emerging Infectious Diseases, Vol.26, No. 5, May 2020.” (That journal is published by the CDC.)

I quote from the abstract: “Here, we review the evidence base on the effectiveness of nonpharmaceutical personal protective measures and environmental hygiene measures in non-healthcare settings and discuss their potential inclusion in pandemic plans. Although mechanistic studies [*] support the potential effect of hand hygiene or face masks, evidence from 14 randomized controlled trials of these measures did not support a substantial effect on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza. We similarly found limited evidence on the effectiveness of improved hygiene and environmental cleaning.”

Here are quotes from pages 970-972 of the review: “In our systematic review, we identified 10 RCTs [randomized controlled trials] that reported estimates of the effectiveness of face masks in reducing laboratory-confirmed influenza virus infections in the community from literature published during 1946–July 27, 2018. In pooled analysis, we found no significant reduction in influenza transmission with the use of face masks…”

“Disposable medical masks (also known as surgical masks) are loose-fitting devices that were designed to be worn by medical personnel to protect accidental contamination of patient wounds, and to protect the wearer against splashes or sprays of bodily fluids… There is limited evidence for their effectiveness in preventing influenza virus transmission either when worn by the infected person for source control or when worn by uninfected persons to reduce exposure. Our systematic review found no significant effect of face masks on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza.”

“In this review, we did not find evidence to support a protective effect of personal protective measures or environmental measures in reducing influenza transmission.”

“We did not find evidence that surgical-type face masks are effective in reducing laboratory-confirmed influenza transmission, either when worn by infected persons (source control) or by persons in the general community to reduce their susceptibility…”

[*] In case you want to quibble about the value of what the authors refer to as “mechanistic studies,” the authors are correctly setting those studies off to the side, in favor of the material they preferred to examine: randomized controlled trials—which are widely considered to be more valuable, relevant, and meaningful.

So there you have it.

Your science.

Take off your masks. Governors and mayors and presidents and prime ministers, cancel the orders to wear masks. You’re non-scientific. In the extreme.

Exit From The Matrix: Your power in a decaying world

“Solutions to private problems and public problems require the ability to think things through, logically, and to reject what is unworkable or biased—but above and beyond that, a person needs to be able to imagine solutions that haven’t been tried before.”

First, there is the ability to apply logic to events and information; to think rationally from A to B to C; to analyze. And second, there is imagination, the capacity to conceive and then invent realities that would never otherwise exist in the world.”

“You exercise your creative power to fulfill what you deeply desire; and that process will, in fact, spill over and affect others in a positive way. It will lift them up. It will remind them that they, too, have power.”

“Logic and analysis keeps you from being sent down wrong roads, keeps you from buying official reality. Logic also reminds you that you have a mind. Logic is a road that can take you deeper and deeper into more basic fallacies that underpin organized society and its branches of knowledge. Logic tells you there are always more fundamental questions to ask and answer. There are levels of lies. The deeper you go, the more confident you become. The more powerful. Logic also lets you know when you’re projecting basic pre-judgments over a whole landscape and neglecting to look at the details.”

“Passivity is a disease. It spreads and takes over. It makes strong people weak, and weak people demented. The passive life is precisely and exactly a life without power. The cure is a life lived with power.”

“In case there is any misunderstanding, the ability to help others and defend them from oppression is part and parcel of your own power. How could you help them without your power? And most importantly, it is through imagination that you can devise new ways to expose and reduce oppression, ways that haven’t been thought of before.”

“As society continues to decay, more and people attack individual power and place their faith in a program that reduces every human to a lowest common denominator of dependence on some controlling entity. This article of faith is abject surrender.”

“Some people want to say that power is a neutral object that can be used for good or evil. That isn’t true. Your deepest power is alive. It’s personal. It’s stunningly energetic and dynamic. It connects with your deepest understanding of what is true and good and right. But it never sacrifices itself on the altar of what others insist is good and true and right. It never deserts you for an abstract ideology someone else has devised. That ideology was formulated, in fact, to separate you from your power.”

“It takes great energy for a person to bury his own strength. Why not use that energy to multiply your power?”

The creative power of the individual, which is the key to his future, his happiness, his freedom, flows from his imagination.

What has been called The Matrix is a series of layers. These layers compose what we call Reality. Reality is not merely the consensus people accept in their daily lives.
