Continuing my series on writers and writing…You can read about my collection, Power Outside The Matrix, here and also here. One of its aims is to help writers…

I’m talking about real writers, not parrots.

And the relentless pursuit of something new. Always. Because what he’s already done becomes old. He knows that. He covers ground and that’s that. Then he moves on.

He can’t wait for millions of people to catch up. He’s not in that business. He’s not selling the same hot dogs over and over.

The shift to the new is not just about content and subject matter. It’s about how he expresses himself. How he writes. He can’t go on and on with the same way of writing forever.

He’s an explorer. After he’s made the journey to one unmapped country, he sails to another.

This is how he keeps himself going.

If you made a list of great writers and then read them, you’d notice each one wrote differently. They weren’t great because they all adhered to one style.

There is no one style.

There is no single universal mind with one set of rhythms and one way of expression. That’s a fantasy entertained by people who aren’t artists.

Every real artist is unique. He stands out from and against The One Unity, which is a philosophic fiction invented for the purpose of control.

Knowing this, the writer turns that apple cart upside down.

The One Unity is a metaphysical glazed donut.

It’s hypnotic. The writer breaks the trance and the spell.

When he does, people who are under the spell say, “I don’t understand what he’s doing.” But somewhere down deep, they do understand. An explosion has detonated and it’s working its way to the surface.

We’re in an extreme technological age, which has its own hypnotic spells. The dome heads of technology are floating along on a platform that is supported by pillars they believe are firm and powerful. They’re wrong. The pillars are already cracking. The whole edifice is tilting. Because so much of the technology and the language surrounding it are dead.

Real writing exposes the lie of that language. It cuts it to ribbons.

The writer relentlessly pursues what hasn’t been done before, by and with his imagination.

He finds his way by inventing the way.

    A Fawn

As the mysterious mists of daybreak
    Caress the stout Carolina pines
Before the sun coyly peeks out
    From behind the Ridges Blue
And the orange and pastel pinks of morn
    Splash the retreating darkness
    Filling the heart with hope
As life’s miracle once again reborn,
    While at forests edge
I came face to face with a lone fawn
    Who seemed rather nonplussed
    By my imperial human presence
And as I gazed into her soft dark eyes
    A new world appeared!
    Each moment a miracle,
    Shadow-cast of eternity,
    Poetry of the present
    Inviting us to enter,
    To mingle our essence
    To share our fragrance
Letting go the hands of time
    Escaping our blood stained history
    Savoring our song without words
    Embracing the great Mystery
For eternity offers its kiss to us,
    Fairest of partners,
Cutting in on our mortal shadow dance
    In the awe and wonder
    Of each bittersweet moment,
For in the agony and ecstasy
    Of our escape from time
Our souls arise restless and free
    While deep in the woods
A rose blossoms above her thorns
Beauty the world will never see,
And as the crimes of history encased in amber
The beauty of our eternal dreams are reborn
No more past, no more future
    As we celebrate times demise
That I saw one fine morn
    Gazing into a fawn’s eyes.

‘Technology’ has become today’s substitute for God.

Somewhere along the line, misguided people who do not understand the whole conception and radical existential foundation of God got the idea that ‘Himself’ was no longer relevant anymore.

And so, in their oh-so-‘infinite’-wisdom… and instead of forging a god-made-of-gold as was the chosen practice in years-gone-by… we oh-so-smart-and-intelligent-and-evolved modern humans made up a new god. A god of ‘The Science’. A god of gadgets. A god of shiny things. A god of humankinds’ ‘rational mind’.

A substitute god. A poser god. A stand-in god. A counterfeit god. And one could just simply say… A FALSE GOD.

But humankind became so in love with itself and with its limited mind-set and fixed ‘approved’ ways of thinking that this counterfeit god was all They needed. Or so They think. And right there is the source of our problems.

One will never find the answers They seek when They reject the very place where those answers will be found.

And good luck putting lipstick on that pig of that false god ‘Technology!’ as Society and the entire World continue to devolve into oblivion. All that path being led by our modern god… TECHNOLOGY.

There is a place for technology in the World. But that place is NOT to make a god out of it.

  3. The greatest threat of Technology is Artificial Intelligence which is being developed to run everything.

There was an A.I. found in the lower astral capable of taking over everything including our minds. It proved invincible and had to be finally driven out of the solar system.

You can check this event in the Aetherius Society, “The Alien Mission” started May 23rd. 1965.

    M: Yeah I thought so.

    America.

  5. Paul says:

5:45:00am, tomorrow, seaside. Sunny moon. Picante or maybe pistachio. Difficult to say. Hey, how ya doin’? Ok. Reminds me ya know. Yeah, of what? Oh, no not that. I was just thinkin’. Go on. I meant to say ‘om’. Well I meant to say continue. That’s true. What is? What Felix said. Ramirez? No. Unger? No. Then hoo said the owl. He wasn’t a sittin’ bird. Then what? A cat. Oh that Felix. Yeah him. That’s the ticket. Goin’ where? Listen. I’m listenin’. Ya know. Know what. Why did he walk on 2 legs. Yeah, that’s right. What’s the deal. Ya mean Monty Hall? No not that cat. Felix? Yeah him. I dunno. 5:45:11am, the next day. I think.

“He finds his way by inventing the way.”

This is a key and it is one of the great joys of writing. One invents the way by using creative imagination and the many queues of inspiration that come from deep within the mystery that has no name for we are that mystery that surpasses all suffering and pain.
