Court OKs puberty blockers: medical con for the ages

I’ll expose the con.

First, the story:

Information Liberation: “Judge Rules Parents Have ‘Fundamental Right’ to Drug Kids With Puberty Blockers And Cross-Sex Hormones.”

The National Review: “U.S. District Judge Liles Burke… granted a temporary injunction to block the sections of the law banning prescription of puberty blockers and hormone medication, in response to a lawsuit.”

“Parents ‘have a fundamental right to direct the medical care of their children,’ Burke wrote in his opinion. ‘This right includes the more specific right to treat their children with transitioning medications subject to medically accepted standards’.”

“Burke explained that ‘the uncontradicted record [of] evidence is that at least twenty-two major medical associations in the United States endorse transitioning medications as well-established, evidence-based treatments for gender dysphoria in minors’.”

Can you see where this is going?

First of all, the Judge accepts the notion that there is a medical condition called gender dysphoria.

The DSM-5, the bible of the psychiatric profession, lists gender dysphoria as a “clinically significant distress or impairment related to a strong desire to be of another gender, which may include desire to change primary and/or secondary sex characteristics.”

Once you assume “gender dysphoria” is a medical-psychiatric condition, then the medical treatments—e.g., public blockers—naturally follow. Therefore, parents can OK these treatments for their children.

But is gender dysphoria a real condition?

If it is, then there must be a test for it. A physical test. Blood, urine, hair, genetic assay, brain scan. But there is no defining test. None.

Second, labeling something a disorder or a disease or a medical condition and giving it a name means nothing, unless you can point to a cause. A cause you can prove.

If you have no cause, you just have a list of symptoms, or thoughts or ideas or feelings going on in the mind and body of the patient. Gathering up these symptoms or thoughts and claiming they add up to a singular CONDITION is arbitrary.

No matter how many medical societies and drug companies want to claim otherwise.

There is no defining cause of “gender dysphoria.”

No defining test, no defining cause.

It’s all smoke.

The authorities say: “We have a singular condition called gender dysphoria. We have drugs to treat it (puberty blockers, hormones). Therefore, as with any other medical condition, parents can OK the treatments for their children.”

Wrong. Wrong on all counts.

It’s all smoke.

It’s a devious strategy, applying a fake veneer of medical legitimacy to a situation that has no proven medical basis.

If you had a vast social/political movement behind you; backed by elite medical groups and federal agencies; supported by schoolteachers and gullible idealistic blind insane parents; you could sell a judge the idea that a condition called PROTEIN DYSPHORIA is at the heart of many of society’s problems.

You could say, “Many adults, and especially children, are experiencing this condition. They want to stop consuming protein altogether, but traditional destructive habit patterns are being forced on them. This medical-psychiatric condition, PROTEIN DYSPHORIA, can be treated with drugs that block the desire to consume protein. There is no reason to stop parents from permitting their children to undergo this recognized and certified treatment.”

And the judge would buy it. Idiot that he is, he would cite medical authorities in his ruling.

The battleground for “gender dysphoria,” and all the implications that follow, has been marked out: IT IS MEDICAL.

You need to understand that.

That’s what’s going on here.

We’ve just had two years of the MEDICAL crossing over into political. It’s called COVID.

And that war (which is not over) was launched by predatory agencies and politicians and elites who claimed to be taking the medical high ground.

The strategy is not new.

As I’ve been writing and saying for 35 years, the medical cartel is the most dangerous cartel in the world.

Your strategy as a parent, as an interested party, as a citizen, as a human, on the issue of gender change and gender drugs, has to include:

“You claim gender dysphoria is a real condition, a real medical psychiatric condition. Prove it. Where is the defining test for it? Where is the proven cause? Don’t tell me what doctors SAY. Show me what they can PROVE.”

While I agree with most of what you say, and that psychiatry is not very good, not having a physical test to define a mental illness doesn’t mean that there is no problem. A family member of mine sometimes has psychotic breaks with reality with very paranoid delusions. There is no test but there is a big big problem that needs resolution.

Parents have the right to give their kids puberty blockers, but NOT to choose not to give them vaccines.

Courts will also rule that a child must take toxic chemotherapy that the parent doesn’t want for that child preferring a less harmful treatment protocol.

    Well,

I remember when there was an ideological battle between the so-called “gay-rights groups” and the “medical establishment” (more specifically, the bio-geneticists”) in determining what causes some people to be “gay”. At first, the “gay-rights groups” were averse to the idea of it being labeled a genetic cause because they felt that this could be translated into “being gay” as a “genetic defect”.

    A funny thing happened:

All of a sudden, the “gar-rights groups” changed their tune, and decided: “YES! Being ‘born gay’ was possible.” Therefore, Biology 101 was turned on its head – with the introduction of the idea that there WAS a “gay-gene” involved!

    NOW,

Politics and “medicine”, being as they “evolved” in to, are even trying to push the nonsensical “theory” that: “Genetics determines whether someone will choose to be what sex or sexual-orientation or have you!”

Anyone who truly understood Biology, as opposed to what is passed off as “biology” – would have ferreted out this nonsense a long time ago.

This entire charade has been well-scripted and rehearsed for a long time, starting with the politically-motivated rewrites of our basic understanding of “science”. ANY system of medicine which grows out from the “new sciences”, will be equally debased and corrupted beyond repair!

You make a great case. Bottom line, prove it with complete transparency like in the case of virus lab work, that doesn’t sound like it is ever done with transparency.

Therefor if you can’t prove your claim, you must therefor be up to something else.

Looks like a lose lose situation anyway you slice it.
Are the drug makers the only ones to benefit from these nightmare circumstances?
I’ll bet the military has a hand in this mess.
Even white supremacy doesn’t hold a match to the hatred the LBGTQ community has for mankind. Gay and transgender soldiers probably make the best killers because they wouldn’t hesitate to murder women and children if ordered.
People in the LBGTQ community don’t care that their life choice has destroyed their family, why should they care about other families? Disregard for human life comes easy to them.

“Court OKs puberty blockers: medical con for the ages”

The Court System was set up as a legal last resort and refuge for the social and political wrongs of the day to be set right. A place for the Public to have confidence that ‘someone’ has Their backs in this system of government and social contract.

But what happens when The Court itself becomes part of the abuse? Part of the con? Part of the Predator Class?

“We’ve just had two years of the MEDICAL crossing over into political… And that war (which is not over) was launched by predatory agencies and politicians and elites who claimed to be taking the medical high ground.”

One can couch their bad ideas and bad intent in high language and seductive memes but it doesn’t change the fact that bad ideas are being packaged like a plate of garbage upon a bed of rice and sitting on a nice fancy plate. It’s still garbage. It still stinks and it still isn’t good for you.

So… Their first offence upon the Public is a bad ruling of some kind. The second offence is trying to present that bad ruling in a deceptive and harmful way. The third offence is in the underlying disrespect of We the People that drives this process of manipulation.

And the fourth offence is in believing that We the People won’t notice or will just smile and accept such a twisted process.

So many levels of ‘wrong’ going on today with the continuing assault on our humanity and dignity from all directions.

When the Court System becomes a marketing department for the Medical Industrial Mafia… the medical thugs will have fully purchased all branches of government.

We don’t live for ourselves any more. We don’t have rights any more. We live solely for the benefit of The Great Medical Industrial Mafia.

Just wondering… where exactly was that destiny for us spelled out in our Nation’s founding documents?

Oh sorry. Those documents were just purchased, too. And Cancelled.

And yes, checks are in the mail…

You’re right Jon, that article shows you have deep understanding of the subject; naming a thing doesn’t mean that this is something real, scientific. Sabine Hossenfelder points to the same in the theoretical physics https://backreaction.blogspot.com/

However you break it down or try to justify it, giving
puberty blockers to a child is child abuse.
Of course parents should have the right to bring up their
children as they see fit but there have to be limits on what
ANYONE including parents, guardians and teachers are allowed
    to do to children.
All compulsory vaccinations are also child abuse.

    Just a possibility…

“In The Virgin and the Girl-Fixer, the battle concerned some of the great, deep, and mysterious “givens” of our very nature and our society—in this case, gender and human love.

The priest in this case said to me a few months before he died, in one of the most profound conversations of my life:
“A bird doesn’t fly because it has wings. It has wings because it flies.”

We will ignore that mysterious truth in its applications to our sexuality and our gender only at our great peril, I believe.”

Malachi Martin has deceived millions of people with his “limited hangout” books and interviews. The dark side of the notorious womanizer (even before he got laicized) and double agent for the occult Talmudic deep state is revealed in these segments from an important series of interviews with a man who had personal dealing with him.

      On Malachi Martin:
Part 1 from about 46 to 52 min,
Part 2 from about 47 to 52 min and from about 56 to 58 min,
Part 3 from about 56 min.

Martin turned “white as a ghost” when he unexpectedly heard Gary Giuffre in 1989 tell him in person how he knew about the overthrow of a validly elected pope on Oct. 26, 1958, when there was the officially unexplained “mistake” of 5 minutes of white smoke and the Vatican Radio announcement, “There can be no doubt – a pope has been elected!” (it was Cardinal Giuseppe Siri) Soon after that martin sent Giuffre a thinly veiled death threat. Siri was dead a couple days later.

Just like everything else, if a judge rules on it then it gets the go ahead for taxpayer funds to be used for Pube blockers and hormone therapy.

  13. darrell says:

“And the judge would buy it. Idiot that he is…”

No, not an idiot, but someone who has sold his soul to the devil in order to be able to climb the secret society ladder in the first place to the point of being made a judge.

Transgenderism is the stepping stone to Transhumanism, the former being an assault on nature and nature’s God, the latter being the destruction of the human being. Both are being promoted by willing servants of “Lucifer” (Satan’s name before his rebellion and fall).

Unless we recognize that we are in a spiritual war against the powers of darkness and their human agents (like the judge and others who promote evil), we will only lose battle after battle. We must do everything we can on the temporal and political level, but we must also take up spiritual weapons, and the weapon Our Lady of Fatima asked us to take up in 1917, just months before the Bolshevik Revolution, is the prayer of the Rosary.

  15. Steve says:

I read this blog and I usually agree with Jon, but I think this article is confusing.

First, I think there are no tests for psychological problems. The diagnostic, if there is any, is made after an interview or various interviews with a psychologist. A diagnostic is made if it helps identifying the problem to then offer a solution or a treatment (if a certain treatment or therapy is a effective or not, that is another topic). There could also be some questionnaires or psychological tests or other techniques for diagnosing.

But there are no physical tests for psychological issues, generally.

Yes, I know that for psychiatrists, depression or chronic anxiety can be caused by disbalances of the brain chemistry. But they usually consider this as another possible cause, a lot of psychiatrists don’t think this is true, or don’t think that an SSRI is really making available more serotonin and thus fighting depression, and they just prescribe antidepressants to try to stimulate the patient, or as a placebo maybe. They usually also recommend working with a psychologist too.

Also, classical psychologists are not very fond of the DSM, they take it with a grain of salt. They usually look at more general problems.

Then, I don’t know the Court resolution. If a kid is having “gender dysphoria”, this seems like a psychological issue, not a physical one which must be tested physically. Are psychiatrists indicating hormone blockers for this problem? I mean, one path would be to make the kid understand that he is not old enough, and he should wait longer to see if he really wants to transform his body and life, or even to try to see if there is a psychological cause of this desire.

I know that the article is criticizing this. But it is not clear if nowadays psychiatrists and psychologists just indicate fulfilling the kid’s desires. Typically, a classical psychologist could indicate therapy. And a brute psychiatrist could indicate antipsychotics or something like that.

What about the old fashioned idea of ‘growing out’
of strange obsessions like wanting to be a member of
the opposite sex. This being rationalized by the ludicrous
notion of being in the wrong body.
Even if you believe in re-incarnation and you were the
other sex in your previous existence, so what, it was
your destiny to be who you are; so make the most of it.
So to justify ‘treatment’ invent a disease called
      ‘gender dysphoria’.
According to Steve’s rather rambling contribution above
it is not clear that he wouldn’t allow the administering
      of puberty blockers to pre-adolescents.
Should we leave to ‘EXPERTS’ in the field, as we have for vaccines? I think not.

There is a certain vogue at present for the teaching of so-called critical thinking, the most likely practical effect of which will be to increase people’s powers of rationalization; which is, to adapt slightly F.H. Bradley’s dictum about metaphysics, the finding of bad reasons for what they want to believe for reasons other than the truth of the belief.”

This is way more important than people are assuming. In fact it’s equal to anything else on the list of vile going on.

Has anyone given thought that some of these ‘lawsuits’ are setups, as in people who are part of a scheme, who ‘bring a lawsuit’, and they make sure the only whoever that opposes it, does a crappy job. ?

That goes on in most lawsuits actually. How do you know if a lawyer is dragging out a case or making mistakes on purpose -until it’s too late.

Courts aren’t what most people assume.

People need to pay a lot more attention as ‘they’ scribble whatever ‘laws’ they want.
