The election vote: the deeper you look, the worse it gets

In this article, I’m going to discuss two companies, Dominion, and ES&S. I would advise investigators not to go to sleep on ES&S.

I’m not going to repeat all charges that have been leveled at Dominion Voting Systems. But look at what happened in Texas, when the Secretary of State had an analysis done in the fall of 2019.

The report was titled, “Voting System Examination Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite 5.5-A.” [1] It was prepared by James Sneeringer, Ph.D. Designee of the Attorney General of Texas.

The devil is in the details, so here they are:

“Adjudication results can be lost. In the [prior] January exam, during adjudication of the ballots in the test election, one of the Dominion representatives made a series of mistakes that caused the entire batch of adjudication results to be lost. We did not see this problem again during this exam, but the adjudication system is unchanged, so this vulnerability is still present. Recommendation: Certification [approval of the Dominion system] should be denied.”

“Installation is complex, error prone, and tedious. I counted 184 steps in their installation manual before deciding to estimate the remaining steps. I estimate a total of about 500 steps are required to install the software. I did not count steps that merely said something like ‘Click OK’ or ‘Click Next.’ This installation manual is 412 pages long with an additional 23 pages of front matter — contents, lists of figures, and the like…Recommendation: Certification should be denied.”

“Test Voting. During our voting test, we discovered that some party names and proposition text were not displayed, and one scanner was not accepting some ballots. These all turned out to be errors Dominion made in setting up the standard test election used by the Secretary of State. In the case of the scanner, it had accidently been configured not to accept machine-marked ballots. The other problems were caused by leaving some fields empty during election setup, something that the EMS software should not allow, or at least highlight. Recommendation: Certification should be denied.”

“Misleading Message. The ballot-marking devices incorrectly informed voters that they were casting their ballots, when in fact they were only printing them. The ballots are not be counted until they were scanned on a different device. Recommendation: Certification should be denied.”

“USB Port Vulnerability. The ICX ballot-marking device has an indicator light on top to show poll workers when the station is in use. That light is connected by a USB port. When Brian Mechler’s phone was attached to the USB port, the ICX scanned the files on his phone and did not complain, although Dominion later showed that the event was logged. When a USB drive with files was inserted, the ICX sometimes complained and sometimes did not, apparently according to the content of the USB drive and whether it was present when the ICX was first powered up or inserted later.”

The examiner’s final conclusion: “I cannot recommend certification. Computer systems should be designed to prevent or detect human error whenever possible and minimize the consequences of both human mistakes and equipment failure. Instead the Democracy Suite 5.5-A is fragile and error prone. In my opinion it should not be certified for use in Texas.”

If that doesn’t give pause for thought, nothing will.

Now we turn to ES&S, another voting machine company in use in the US. It has a long track record. The source here is a PROPUBLICA article, “The Market for Voting Machines Is Broken. This Company Has Thrived in It,” [2] dated October 28, 2019, by Jessica Huseman. Key excerpts:

“In Georgia, where the race for governor had drawn national interest amid concerns about election integrity, ES&S-owned technology was in use when more than 150,000 voters inexplicably did not cast a vote for lieutenant governor. In part because the aged ES&S-managed machines did not produce paper backups, it wasn’t clear whether mechanical or human errors were to blame. Litigation surrounding the vote endures to this day.”

“In Indiana, ES&S’ systems were plagued by mishaps at the local level. In Johnson County, for instance, the company’s brand-new machines faltered in ways that made it difficult to know whether some people had voted more than once.”

“The vote in 2006 in Sarasota, Florida…There, ES&S machines lost around 18,000 votes; it is still unclear why. The loss was far more than the margin of victory, and a lawsuit followed that ultimately resolved little. The company said in a statement that a variety of testing done on its machines supports its claim that the devices were not at fault, but the county wound up canceling its dealings with the firm shortly afterward.”

“Despite such stumbles, ES&S — based in Omaha, Nebraska, and employing roughly 500 people — controls around 50% of the country’s election system market, the company says, meaning that some 70 million Americans vote using the company’s equipment.”

“A ProPublica examination of ES&S shows it has fought hard to keep its dominance in the face of repeated controversies. The company has a reputation among both its competitors and election officials for routinely going to court when it fails to win contracts or has them taken away, suing voting jurisdictions, rivals, advocates for greater election security and others.”

“ES&S files many such suits. In May 2016, for instance, ES&S unsuccessfully sued Colorado over its decision to buy statewide uniform voting equipment after the state moved to a vote-by-mail system. The company also sued Colorado county over the issue, and it lost these cases as well.”

“In Wisconsin, after the 2016 national elections, ES&S sued to prevent Jill Stein, a Green Party candidate for president, from obtaining information about its machines that might have assisted her in her bid for a recount. A judge rejected ES&S’ argument that submitting to Stein’s request would compromise its proprietary technology.”

“ES&S has also threatened lawsuits against voting rights activists. In 2018, it warned it would sue Audit USA — a small nonprofit that advocates for election security — for posting the company’s manuals for scanners online (it hasn’t done so). The same year, the company repeatedly said it would initiate litigation against security researchers who bought old ES&S machines and attempted to hack them at a conference on cybersecurity. The company also sent letters to its own customers, saying it would sue them if they participated in such conferences or provided ES&S equipment to the events.”

I’ll close for now with excerpts from an American Thinker article by Jay Valentine, “Big Data to the Rescue: The Electoral College Meets Data Pattern,” [3] November 13, 2020:

“Here’s the summary: For the election returns in many precincts to happen the way they did, Biden would have to flip a coin 1,000 times and get heads every time. We aren’t done here.”

“He would also have to do it over and over again, in scores, perhaps hundreds of precincts.”

“Welcome to big data analysis.”

“Industrial fraud is always discovered with statistical analysis… Industrial fraud is pretty cool because from the outside, it is invisible…”

“When subject to statistical analysis against known patterns, industrial fraud stands out like a dinosaur walking through a field of peanut butter. It is unmistakable.”

“Is such analysis proof?”

“Yes, it is proof that there is an anomaly of such proportions that it must be investigated. And this isn’t hard. Remember, all the data you need to do the analysis is after-the-fact voting data. You do not need to see a single ballot.”

“…you just need to know that in precinct after precinct, there is an unmistakable pattern that the more people vote for Trump over Biden the greater the number of Trump votes the counting machines scoop from Trump to Biden.”

“The pattern [of vote-flipping] is one that can only be done by machines, like a computer. There are too many transactions, with too straight a line, across too many precincts, to be the guys with the ballot boxes arriving in the middle of the night. They are extra fraud.”

    Excellent news!

I hope Trump’s side prevail in the courts.

    Sidney Powell’s a real force.

I believe husband/wife team Digenova/Toensing have joined the ranks.

What if other side stalls with releasing their computer/paper info to investigators?

Can they stall, simply to reach Jan. 20?

Is there a Constitutional or Congressional remedy?

    Anyone know?

    • Marc Bryant says:

It is my understanding that any delay beyond Dec 14, 2020 will send the election to the house of representatives. At that point each state gets one vote. There are more red states than blue states right now. I would love to see Nancy Pelosi have to stand up and read the vote tally and say that President Trump is our duly elected President. That would be a very good thing to watch.

  2. Arthur Danu says:

And of course, all of this misses the LARGER ISSUES surrounding election fraud:

DemoCROOKS and RepubliCONS offer no VALID DIFFERENCE between one another in policy choices or implementation, just in individual personality, turning each election into a mere popularity contest.

Americans are so POORLY EDUCATED on most political issues that the idea we live in an INFORMED DEMOCRACY is utterly laughable.

A super majority of Americans don’t know HOW their GOVERNMENT ACTUALLY WORKS, let alone even have an understanding of their BASIC RIGHTS (and how to protect them).

ELECTRONIC and PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE, carried out by the MASS MEDIA, FINANCIAL, RELIGIOUS, and PHARMACEUTICAL forces, not to mention “our OWN GOVERNMENT”, ensures that the status quo will remain in place until a great calamity, or series of them, upsets the entire planet’s “apple cart” and FORCES EVERYONE to start over from scratch…much like the sinking of Atlantis around 12,000 years ago.

Obviously, there is much more to LIFE than paying attention to these time-wasting, emotionally draining, and intellectually-frustrating situations, which Jon would appropriately call “THE MATRIX”.

Instead of getting MORE ENTANGLED in this mess, I urge each of you to rely on your power and join the worthy, TIMELESS ELECTION, of choosing to be FREE of it, as best you can.

HAPPINESS beyond description is sure to follow, regardless of what your fellow humans decide to do for themselves.

Yes, it’s good versus evil. We can’t deny it, although we pretend that by ignoring it, we’ll get through the tough times. Yeah, blindfolded, on the walk to the wall.

Don’t say, “…poorly educated…” while AT THE SAME TIME giving (the sheeple) misinformation.

“If I’m good, and stay positive, all the time, everything will be just fine.”

“Yes, thank you, Arthur, be a GOOD SHEEPLE, and I promise you won’t get slaughtered.”

I used to be idealistic like you but then I found out that every situation I’m in has its own elements that can be dealt with– no choice but to deal with them. In this case, you’d be better off looking at computerized vs. manual voting systems for example. Start with that and get your feet on the ground, young man. Happiness comes to those who achieve ‘flow’ … where we have enough challange so we’re not bored but not so much as to be overwhelmed. (source: Chicksentmahalya- in “Flow”)

    • Lyn P says:

What’s frightening is that even this warfare-level of analysis looks unimpressive compared to arguments made by the highest-dwelling conspiratorians that POTUS and similar elections are not that at all. They are SELECTIONS anointed by a global cabal, since at least JFK.

Takes some deep digging into secret societies and their histories to consider.

Perhaps this notion only more greatly emphasizes Jon’s emphasis on the INDIVIDUAL acting in and for his world.

    • Jim S Smith says:

      Well “Arthur”,

Perhaps you may appreciate this gem of an article (that is, if you haven’t already seen it):

Some of us who have been watching and listening to the “lead-ups” to these events for a number of years, already had a clue as to what to expect. – Just that this year has been an astonishing success (so far) of the globalists’ “program”.

PLUS – Still remember the somber warnings of Dr. Robert Epstein during a Senate hearing on Google’s ability to invisibly-manipulate elections.

    • Blackeyes says:

There are fifty states of The United States of America.
Every state has its own government.
I think an outsider might sometimes put on the wrong leg so to say.

There is also a federal government. The US INC. This federal government company is a private company.
Everything in the District of Criminals is a private company or incorporation.

The Federal Government’s only task is to carry out its Service Contracts it have with the states of The United States of America unincorporated. But thru the years (more than onehundredandfifty years) the US INC. runned by the Crown which is The City of London (queen and the Banks), The Vatican (Pope, Spiritual) and US INC. (Military).

Through the years the US INC., controlled and runned by the Crown, took more and more unauthorised power from the fifty states away and started to run the stolen assets, lands, properties, politics, etc. They even installed an income tax which is not allowed according The Constitution. They should only taking care for Territorial and Municipalital tasks.

Congress is a corporation they are serving the Crown and zio-Israel and taking care of their stocks and bonds everyday. Money, money and more money.
They have been bought or sold themselves out to the highest bidder and serv them. Only a small percentage in Congress is really working for We the People.

While the US Military is servicing a private company so they are at that moment actually Mercenaries without knowing it or realizing. Also the US Navy on the high seas as an example, is under command of the queen of England. Only about six miles from the coast and then inwards it becomes the navy of We the People. Nice to know.

They are US Citizens and most of them born and bred in The USA unincorporation anyhow. Born in one of the fifty states. At birth they are American national born in one of the organic states of The USA.

By servicing the US Military, which is situated in D.C. they become automatically US Citizens and become a vessel because they are then under Maritime Law also known as the Law of the Sea.

The fifty states have the Law of the Land which is correct and is the American Republic.

The people served in one of the corporations like War Department of others and become pensioners are mostly moving back to their organic state. At that critical moment they forget to chance back to American Nationality to return under The Law of the Land.
As long as they are not changing their status they remain US Citizenand remain for DC a vessel, which remains under the Law of the Sea. Bad!

      Back to Mr Trump.
He is working hard to get the country back for We the People.
It is theoretically possible to stop the Service Contract with the fifty states of The United States of America. No problem for every state has its own government. As it always has been. They can trade directly with the world as they please. No more wars, wars are cancelled then there is no Federal Service Contract anymore. The moneys the states had to pay their DC services remain in their state for their own profit and developments. Wow!

for excellent information (more than treethousand articles, per article reading time 3-4 minutes) about the organisation then and now of The USA and the status of the struggle for liberation and freedom for We the People, as said in The real Constitution.

God bless Mr Trump and Team Trump to end the World Tyrannies for thousand of years carried out by the money and power demons and its followers.
Americans, wake up and support your president. He is yer man.

      Peace and Freedom for all.

Thank you for staying on top of this story. This is why we need independent honest journalism. The situation looks grim even if Trump manages to hold on to power. Why bother
    To create the stars above?
    And the tortured
    Hell of the mind?
    Fiery kiln
    Of a captive imagination
    Yearning for true freedom,
    Why create the shadow
    Of eternal beauty
That tortures us with her love?
    Our dear universal mother
    Cries her pearl teardrops
    Of lonely consciousness
    Creating life’s adventure

    Never sacrifice
    Your joy in living
    Or life will no longer
    Be worth
    The blood, sweat and tears
    That torment us,
    Nourishing our chrysalis dreams
Remember, It is YOUR life story
    Sprout your mottled wings
    And fly over the horizon
    Beyond the setting sun
    Savoring its secret meaning

  5. Rick Potvin in Phoenix AZ says:

The best argument against the computerized voting company results was made by Larouche in 2004…

In 2004, Lyndon LaRouche Warned Computer-Controlled Voting Devices Are Designed for Fraud

Nov. 14, 2020 (EIRNS)—Executive Intelligence Review, March 12, 2004, carried a call by Lyndon H. LaRouche to ban the use of computer-controlled voting machines. Headlined, “LaRouche: For Fair Elections, Ban Computer Voting Now!” LaRouche said what’s crucial is “ ‘to eliminate the use of computer-controlled voting devices—absolutely!’ This is necessary because computerized voting machines, by their nature, cannot be audited, LaRouche said.

‘You have no protection against massive fraud. And computer-based voting is the simplest way to carry out fraud. Diebold machines, and similar kinds of machines, are inherently fraudulent. They’re designed for fraud. They’ve been tested: Hackers can get into these machines, and change the vote! Change the total vote, in a machine, by going into the relevant computer.’ ” (Emphasis in original.)

The article continued: “Therefore, LaRouche is calling for a return to a universal paper ballot, which is hand-counted. If that requires more people to count the votes than computers, all the better. The more people involved, the more impediments to carrying out vote fraud. And secondly, LaRouche says, each voter should get a copy of their vote; this is the best deterrence to vote fraud.

“To those who would object that this would be a slow, inefficient system of counting votes, LaRouche responds that a slow, ponderous vote-counting system, where people can watch what is going on, is the best way to prevent vote fraud and election-rigging.”

    • Amanda says:

Yes, the Larouche people are good on some issues and completely wrong on others. They recently had a post praising the vaccine and telling people to ignore the disinformation campaign that it’s dangerous. I was going to send them information, but I just didn’t have the energy. They apparently believe the MSM BS that this is a killer virus.

The idea to react is good if you want to be sure.

  6. says:

    @Jim S

    > So your blanket assertion that WE ALL are just as responsible for ALL of the world’s troubles lacks a total perspective and completely misses the whole point that there is indeed “resistance”, albeit small in number, but still striving to be free – that you so conveniently lump everyone together as the “fault”.

Your point is perfectly correct. We are all INDIVIDUALS, and our level of responsibility varies greatly. A tiny fraction of humanity is generating most of the evil out of the delusional belief that controlling the Earth will make them happy. The vast majority are resonating with them out of laziness and ignorance. And a small number are trying to wake people up to some degree.

However, Arthur’s point is that we are also all ONE. My actions impact you, and your actions impact me. Collectively, WE as human beings have been making poor choices, especially our passive choices, and WE will pay the price. Globally, the distribution of responsibility across individuals simply doesn’t matter. Because we are ONE.

I have gradually accepted that tyranny is the natural state of human beings at our current stage of development. The Dunning Kruger principle and the Bridgman Point Paradox rule the world. And this is ultimately why I believe in reincarnation: I don’t think the Universe can create itself, and I don’t think God would create something so miserable unless it was a necessary stage in our evolution. Because WE need to understand: not just you and me and Jon and Arthur, but Bob the Banker, and Susie the Schoolteacher, and yes even the satanists who are causing all of this. WE. And I have faith that we will eventually get there.

    • Arthur Danu says:

I concur with your thoughts, qq. One of the great lessons I learned from my papal predecessor, Robert Anton Wilson, is that THE TRUTH IS NOT APPREHENDED SIMULTANEOUSLY.

Each of us will get there, via the benevolent highway of reincarnation, at our own time, and at our own pace. Once I realized this truth, I was able to relax about life on Earth, be grateful for it, and continue to do my work of showing the way out of Plato’s Cave, but without the angst, or the lust, for RESULTS.

In the best of times, large groups of people come to appreciate and protect the highest truths and principles of society, and goodness seems to flourish. But even in the worst of times, there are those who wake up and serve the Truth, partake of its glory, and out of sheer gratitude and trust,PAY IT FORWARD (so to speak), knowing that their good deeds, like good seeds, will bear fruit.

Remember, Jon has said this is a struggle(WAR) over THOUSANDS of years. EMBRACE your ETERNAL NATURE!

So make sure that each of you takes time to appreciate the good in this world, and not get stuck in the quagmire and shitshow that our current political and economic systems are sinking into.

Every culture on Earth has a story of a Garden of Eden or a Golden Age. We certainly aren’t there now (collectively), but we will be there again. This Kali Yuga has some delicious parts to it, too!

    • Jim S Smith says:

      Huh really?!?!?

And with a moniker like: “”, we couldn’t even be original.

You have me mixed up with dear ol’ Arthur here, who wants to paint everyone who “pays his taxes” as cause to the problems?

The BOTH of you need serious help!

“Ignorance” is not the crime of the People, it’s the willing acceptance to the BS – even in the face of convincing evidence to the contrary.

      Get a grip, folks!

This mantra “we are ONE” is BS, and you know it! We are as One Nation, but made up of many individuals.

BTW: Noticed you even stated, “and yes even the satanists who are causing all of this.” – care to elaborate on your evidence for this? ? ? – And I DON’T mean some rusty “bible” that seems to go through edits and reprints every so many years to what ever the “World Council of . . .” decides is appropriate either.

      Nice try, but no fly!

so as history show they play hand in hand the majority follow the minority all the time. sometimes it can take a while to assimilate like how it took Christianity around 1000 years to convert all pagan Europe. Then went to Americas and tried it on the native americans. The religions that white man brought was sick in the first place.

Where is the freedom which you all fight for and sacrifice your children for?

Is it only the Indian people who have lost, or are all Americans losing the

very thing which you originally came here to find? We don’t share the freedom

of the press because what gets into the papers is what the government wants
people to believe, not what is really happening. We have no freedom of speech, because we are persecuted by our own people for speaking our beliefs.

It a long war and seems to never stop but metamorphose into some other tyranny once
seems like some strange Karma now that all white European ancestry Americans are now in lockdown just like how Native americans were put on reservations lockdowns lol history repeating.

Are these the sort of people you would entrust and hire to present an image of your country to the world, to make life decisions for you at any level, to dictate to YOU how to live? Let me remind you… They don’t want you here. They are working very hard at destroying everything natural about you. That is a tremendous amount of hate.

Maybe the real reason for the breakdown of everything, if we are looking through a proper lens with clarity, is because Consciousness doesn’t want this fictional system here on Earth or anywhere anymore. Never did. Life has its own cycle and laws and they are benevolent and generous towards all life. It was intended that we would come for a lifetime visit to enjoy this beautiful manifestation of creation. None of us came to stay. We’re here for a visit, then we’re off and gone to elsewhere.

Dr. Eric Coomer admitted in 2016 that votes could be manipulated via his software:

It’s a sad day when one begins to think it may be safer to store assets in China rather than the US, particularly with The Great Reset coming, brought to you by Bidet and Hillary.

  16. Phil says:

Counting votes with machines is already a HUGE RED FLAG in and of itself.
The golden standard for election security is hand counting – with one observer from each side on every table.

  17. Larry C says:

I recall a photograph taken in a French voting precinct several years ago. Two tables of ballot counters were arranged in the foreground. Directly in back of these tables were three sets of bleachers. Standing on the bleachers were perhaps as many as 25-30 ‘poll watchers’. Each PAPER ballot was counted, starting at one end and passed down the row of tables, so that ALL of the watchers would see EVERY single ballot. (No doubt every party with representation on the ballot, had at least one representative on the bleachers.)

The simplicity of such an arrangement, was sheer genius.

    • Jim S Smith says:

Not so sure if that is still in “today’s” France.

    • Rick Potvin in Phoenix AZ says:

Low tech works! Trump kept reminding us that wheels and walls still work too! I’m reminded of the Rube Goldberg devices and it appears that the attempt to computerize voting is much like those.

  18. William Haught says:

51 comments and of a search for Bush, Gore, 2000, and 2004, only 2004 yields three results, and that was about the late Lyndon LaRouche.

Until Trump 2020 at least — and maybe even then — wholesale election fraud overwhelmingly favored the Repugnant Party. Even worse, Trump and his chumps are mostly concerned about retail voter fraud and maybe at most election fraud where the process is the same as massive voter fraud, but even easier to detect and harder to get away with. Then when his team goes to court all they present is speculation and conjecture and get thinly veiled warnings from judges along the lines of “as an officer of the court.” Jonathan Simon is undoubtedly right; It is definitely a mistake for election integrity to hitch a ride to Trump.

If the current population over 18 is 209,128,094 And the record for registered voter turnout was 2008 58 percent. So you mean to tell me that 153,109,737 people voted in 2020 for President. I’ll let someone better with numbers and probabilities run with that, it’s kinda in your face, we’ll believe anything.
