The Normals vs. Conspiracy Theorists

In the wake of the recent mass shootings; and after the FBI concluded that conspiracy theories could fuel terror attacks; and after the major media and politicians hoisted the notion that free speech should be further eroded, in order to protect the citizenry; the obvious choice for persons who want to avoid blame for violence is: REMAIN NORMAL.

Eyes straight ahead. Don’t think. Obey official orders. Maintain a pleasant outward appearance. Don’t question authority. If you accidentally encounter information that points to crimes committed by those in power, don’t bother trying to figure out where on the political spectrum they reside. Instead, move along, forget what you experienced, keep your mouth shut. Play dumb. Better yet, become dumb.

Here’s an instructive and astonishing example, if you consider the implications.

Fake evidence used in the Oklahoma Bombing.

How official “science” was deployed to advance a political agenda.

On April 19, 1995, one-third of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City blew up, killing 169 people and wounding 680 others.

Three men were arrested and convicted: Tim McVeigh, Terry Nichols, and Michael Fortier. McVeigh was put to death on June 11, 2001, Nichols is currently serving multiple life sentences without the possibility of parole, and Fortier was sentenced to 12 years (he served that term and was released).

The official narrative of the bombing stated: A Ryder truck parked at the curb outside the Murrah Building contained barrels of ammonium nitrate plus fuel oil (ANFO bombs), and their coordinated explosion occurred shortly after 9AM on the morning of April 19th.

In addition to the deaths and the woundings, the explosion impacted 324 buildings and 86 cars in the area.

(In My 1995, book, “The Oklahoma City Bombing, the Suppressed Truth,” I laid to rest the claim that ANFO bombs could have caused that much damage; and more importantly, I showed that an explosion coming out of a Ryder truck at the curb could not have caused the particular profile of damage sustained by the Murrah Building.)

The vaunted FBI lab decided that, indeed, all the damage and death HAD been caused by ANFO bombs in the Ryder truck.

But two years after the bombing, on March 22, 1997, we had this from CNN: “The Justice Department inspector general’s office has determined that the FBI crime laboratory working on the Oklahoma City bombing case made ‘scientifically unsound’ conclusions that were ‘biased in favor of the prosecution,’ The Los Angeles Times reported Saturday.”

“…[FBI] supervisors approved lab reports that they ‘cannot support’ and…FBI lab officials may have erred about the size of the blast, the amount of explosives involved and the type of explosives used in the bombing[!].”

“…harshest criticism was of David Williams, a supervisory agent in the [FBI] explosives unit, the paper [LA Times] said. Those flaws reportedly include the basis of his determination that the main charge of the explosion was ammonium nitrate. The inspector general called such a determination ‘inappropriate,’ the Times said.”

“…FBI officials found a receipt for ammonium nitrate at defendant [Terry] Nichols’ home and, because of that discovery, Williams slanted his conclusion to match the evidence.”

And with those revelations, the case, the investigation, the court trials, and press probes should have taken a whole new direction. But they didn’t.

The fake science was allowed to stand.

Therefore, other paths of investigation were abandoned. If bombs did, in fact, explode in the Ryder truck, but didn’t cause the major damage, then those bombs were a cover for other explosions of separate origin—for example, charges wired inside the columns of the Murrah Building, triggered at the exact moment the Ryder Truck explosion occurred.

Now we would be talking about a very sophisticated operation, far beyond the technical skills of McVeigh, Nichols, and Fortier.

Who knows where an honest in-depth investigation would have led? The whole idea of anti-government militia terrorism in the OKC attack—symbolized by McVeigh—was used by President Bill Clinton to bring the frightened public “back to the federal government” as their ultimate protector and savior.

Instead, the public might have been treated to a true story about a false flag operation, in which case President Clinton’s massaged message would never have been delivered.

But the fake crooked science pushed by the FBI lab was permitted to stand—despite exposure as fraud.

If the federal government can egregiously lie about an event as huge as the Oklahoma Bombing, using fake science as a cover—what wouldn’t they lie about?

That’s a question which answers itself.

IN THIS CASE, THE FBI, CNN, THE LA TIMES, AND OTHER MAINSTRAM MEDIA OUTLETS WERE ALL GUILTY OF PUSHING “A CONSPIRACY THEORY,” BECAUSE, AS ANY FOOL CAN SEE, FOLLOWING UP ON THE FBI LAB’S CROOKED LIES AND TWISTED EVIDENCE WOULD HAVE LED TO A NEW THEORY AND A NEW INVESTIGATION OF THE CASE, IN WHICH THE BOMBER AND HIS TWO ACCOMPLICES WOULD MOST LIKELY HAVE BEEN OVERTHROWN AS A COMPLETE EXPLANATION.

Therefore, the free speech of these conspiracy theorists—CNN, the LA Times, and the FBI lab—should be limited, if not completely shut down.

After all, these conspiracists certainly provoked severe demoralization/cynicism about the honesty of government in the minds of many, many persons—and a few of those persons would have been motivated to pick up a gun and do harm to others.

You can’t have it both ways. You can’t say conspiracies are only sold by people outside the mainstream AND no matter what the mainstream publishes it never implies a conspiracy. And this is where the protests against free speech crash on the rocks. This is where the stew of accusations and pretenses of knowledge about how opinion and information cause violence crash on the rocks.

This is where people who can think begin to see how agents and players try to divide and conquer society.

And this is where a 230-year-old weapon still stands to block assaults on free speech: the 1st Amendment.

  1. Below is an option for the planet, we are (as a group ) not ready and when we are this is an option:

    ´´STAGES OF COMMUNITY BUILDING
    Pseudocommunity

For many groups or organizations the most common initial stage, pseudocommunity, is the only one. It is a stage of pretense. The group pretends it already is a community, that the participants have only superficial individual differences and no cause for conflict. The primary means it uses to maintain this pretense is through a set of unspoken common norms we call manners: you should try your best not to say anything that might antagonize or upset anyone else; if someone else says something that offends you or evokes a painful feeling or memory, you should pretend it hasn’t bothered you in the least; and if disagreement or other unpleasantness emerges, you should immediately change the subject. These are rules that any good hostess knows. They may create a smoothly functioning dinner party but nothing more significant. The communication in a pseudocommunity is filled with generalizations. It is polite, inauthentic, boring, sterile, and unproductive.

    Chaos

Over time profound individual differences may gradually emerge so that the group enters the stage of chaos and not infrequently self-destructs. The theme of pseudocommunity is the covering up of individual differences; the predominant theme of the stage of chaos is the attempt to obliterate such differences. This is done as the group members try to convert, heal, or fix each other or else argue for simplistic organizational norms. It is an irritable and irritating, thoughtless, rapid-fire, and often noisy win/lose type of process that gets nowhere.

    Emptiness

If the group can hang in together through this unpleasantness without self-destructing or retreating into pseudocommunity, then it begins to enter “emptiness.” This is a stage of hard, hard work, a time when the members work to empty themselves of everything that stands between them and community. And that is a lot. Many of the things that must be relinquished or sacrificed with integrity are virtual human universals: prejudices, snap judgments, fixed expectations, the desire to convert, heal, or fix, the urge to win, the fear of looking like a fool, the need to control. Other things may be exquisitely personal: hidden griefs, hatreds, or terrors that must be confessed, made public, before the individual can be fully “present” to the group. It is a time of risk and courage, and while it often feels relieving, it also often feels like dying.

The transition from chaos to emptiness is seldom dramatic and often agonizingly prolonged. One or two group members may risk baring their souls, only to have another, who cannot bear the pain, suddenly switch the subject to something inane. The group as a whole has still not become empty enough to truly listen. It bounces back into temporary chaos. Eventually, however, it becomes sufficiently empty for a kind of miracle to occur.

    Community

At this point a member will speak of something particularly poignant and authentic. Instead of retreating from it, the group now sits in silence, absorbing it. Then a second member will quietly say something equally authentic. She may not even respond to the first member, but one does not get the feeling he has been ignored; rather, it feels as if the second member has gone up and laid herself on the altar alongside the first. The silence returns, and out of it, a third member will speak with eloquent appropriateness. Community has been born.

The shift into community is often quite sudden and dramatic. The change is palpable. A spirit of peace pervades the room. There is “more silence, yet more of worth gets said. It is like music. The people work together with an exquisite sense of timing, as if they were a finely tuned orchestra under the direction of an invisible celestial conductor. Many actually sense the presence of God in the room. If the group is a public workshop of previous strangers who soon must part, then there is little for it to do beyond enjoying the gift. If it is an organization, however, now that it is a community it is ready to go to work-making decisions, planning, negotiating, and so on-often with phenomenal efficiency and effectiveness.”

An example had to be made out FBI, CNN and all the parties involved in this fraud. But no such thing happened and now it is only normal that 95% of what you see on TV is fake news. Nobody believes the media no more.

  3. AJ says:

Excellent article. Supported by CIA whistleblower Cody Snodgres who was offered $1m to blow up the Murrah building, but declined. It housed incriminating evidence of “Gulf war syndrome” where 480,000 soldiers were sick from Uranium poisoning from Warthog canons used in the war. And details of the Whitewater scandal involving the Clinton’s drug/arms running in Mena, Arkensaw in the 80s. Cody’s book available on http://www.lightonconspiracies.com
Thanks for your great work Jon.

    • David L. Pahlka says:

Cody Snodgres wasn’t the only person who was asked to blow
up the Murrah Federal building. Another man was approached
by someone from the Middle East but when he tried to tell
the FBI, he was ignored because he had a drug conviction.
He was an informant for the DEA but the FBII had no idea
who he was. I have the report somewhere in my notes.

I still remember my first entry in conspiracy theory when i asked someone….. “why’s the sky blue?”

“We lie to ourselves then we lie to each other. This is why the world is a compilation of dunderheads all in collective agreement of manufactured bull shit.”

  7. Bobo says:

Excellent. Keep it coming, Jon. The people of the USA and all other nations are benefited by your work,

  8. I may be wrong here, but if memory serves me, the engineers report (or part, or a version of it) concerning Oklahoma was “leaked”. The [apparent] opinion of the experts was the truck laden with explosives [false flag] could do little more than cosmetic damage to a building (i.e. take out a few windows). It was concluded the event was “A PROFESSIONAL DEMOLITION [JOB]”.

Rumour has it that Clinton came up with the template theme [to give the go-ahead] for [so-called] 9/11.

    FYI

  9. Greg C. says:

Let’s call them conspiracy deniers. I was one at one time. We had copies of “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” in the house, and I read it when I was young. Then I decided that such a world view was too difficult to live with. Many years later I grew up.

“Setec Astronomy” – what movie is that from, and what is it an anagram of? Interesting how everyone loves conspiracy fiction, but is afraid of it in everyday life.

great work…thank you…..the evil that runs this world ,will not rest until it can usher in it’s one world utopia for themselves ….i think 100% of msn new are lies…local news maybe a little better…..the evil ones own all media…when are the sheep going to figure this out?
