The CDC medical police state: the right to detain anyone

Arbitrary apprehension of citizens, detainment, forced medical treatment, vaccination.
Let me paint a scenario:
You live in a polluted city, so you have a low-level cough. On your flight to another state, the cough becomes worse because the air in the plane cabin is foul. Unknown to you, a passenger complains to a flight attendant. The passenger is a typical meddler. When you arrive at your destination, a health-agency employee is waiting at the gate for you. He apprehends you and takes you to a room, to decide whether you have a communicable disease. His first standard question—are you up to date on your vaccinations? And things go downhill from there…
It can get worse: the same story as above, except when the detained passenger is injected with a load of vaccines, he then becomes very ill, or even dies. Using plane passenger lists, health authorities search out and detain everyone who was on the flight, claiming the deceased passenger died as a result of a disease—not the vaccinations—and now all the passengers will be detained and “treated,” because they are “infected.”
The CDC is doubling down.
The agency is on the verge of expanding its power to detain and force medical treatment on anyone.
The new proposed CDC regulations are contained in the Federal Register dated August 15, 2016, under the heading, “Control of Communicable Diseases—Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.”
Reading between the lines, the stark message is: any person in the US suspected of carrying a serious communicable disease, even if his disease is in an “invisible” stage, can be detained, isolated, quarantined, and medically treated (e.g., forcibly vaccinated). Upon conditional release, the person can be monitored, and this can involve wearing electronic tracking devices.
Those are the broad strokes of the new policy, and, obviously, they’re broad enough to cover anyone.
Tortured linguistic gibberish from the CDC guarantees that any American can be assessed with a disease, justifying arrest. Force yourself to wade through the next paragraph, and you’ll get a feel for the lunatic bureaucratic doublespeak, and the loopholes through which the government can drive a truck:
“…to authorize the quarantine, isolation, or conditional release of an individual traveling interstate, CDC must reasonably believe that the individual is infected with a communicable disease in a qualifying stage…As defined by the statute, a ‘qualifying stage’ means that the communicable disease is in ‘a precommunicable stage, if the disease would be likely to cause a public health emergency if transmitted to other individuals’ or ‘a communicable stage’…it is necessary to define the precommunicable stage of a communicable disease to adequately inform the public of when quarantine, isolation, or conditional release may be authorized. HHS/CDC defines precommunicable stage to mean the stage beginning upon an individual’s earliest opportunity for exposure to an infectious agent and ending upon the individual entering or reentering the communicable stage of the disease or, if the individual does not enter the communicable stage, the latest date at which the individual could reasonably be expected to have the potential to enter or reenter the communicable stage…”
Is that clear as mud? The “qualifying stage” of a disease? Translation: “we can arrest you whenever we want to, and we can say you have a disease.”
Here’s more garble from the CDC. Notice the absurd Orwellian definition of “agreement”:
“…HHS/CDC believes that it is important to define for the public what is meant by the term ‘apprehension.’ Apprehension means the temporary taking into custody of an individual or group for purposes of determining whether quarantine, isolation, or conditional release is warranted…When an apprehension occurs, the individual is not free to leave or discontinue his/her discussion with an HHS/CDC public health or quarantine officer….In certain circumstances, the individual may remain apprehended pending confirmation that he or she is not infected or not reasonably believed to be infected with a quarantinable communicable disease…Generally, however, HHS/CDC does not expect that the typical public health apprehension will last longer than 72 hours…HHS/CDC is proposing a definition for ‘agreement’ which refers to an agreement entered into between the CDC and an individual expressing agreement between the parties that the individual will observe public health measures authorized under this part, as the CDC considers reasonably necessary to protect the public’s health, including quarantine, isolation, conditional release, medical examination, hospitalization, vaccination, and treatment.”
Translation: Any person can be arrested, held, and vaccinated, without his consent. That’s what “agreement” means.
And finally: “HHS/CDC has proposed a definition for ‘electronic or internet-based monitoring’ that defines this term as referring to mechanisms or technologies allowing for the temporary public health supervision of an individual under conditional release, including electronic mail, SMS texts, video conference or webcam technologies, integrated voice-response systems, entry of information into a web-based forum, wearable tracking technologies, and other mechanisms or technologies as determined by the Director or supervising health authority.”
Translation: Once released from custody, an individual can be monitored electronically, including by the attachment of tracking devices.
To prepare the public for this version of fascism, the CDC has been promoting a whole series of phony epidemics over decades, using scare tactics. SARS, MERS, bird flu, Swine Flu, West Nile, Ebola, Zika—they’ve all been duds. The CDC has only cared about one thing in this campaign: softening up the public to accept a medical police state.
And as this new document indicates, the CDC is turning the screw several times in that direction.
In 1987, I began warning the public that medical ops are the most dangerous, because they appear to have no political partisan bias. They’re promoted on the basis of “we’re the healers and we only want to protect you.”
Well, what I’ve discussed above is ultimately the kind of protection they’re talking about at the CDC.
And you can bet that a detained adult who hasn’t taken his recommended slew of vaccines would be looked upon as an outlier, a person whose “medical condition” could be leveraged into multiple shots in the arm, before being dumped back out into the street.
If you think I’m exaggerating what the CDC would actually do to you or anyone else, keep two things in mind. One, this is a step-by-step long-term op. A nibble on your freedom today, another nibble tomorrow. And then, a few years from now, you’ll look back and see how far they’ve come.
And two, as an illustration, how many people believed, ten years ago, that the state of California would push through a bill (SB277) mandating the full CDC toxic load of vaccines for every child attending public or private school? How many people believed the state would wipe out the religious and personal-belief exemptions, or relegate the concept of informed consent to the dustbin of history?
The enemies of freedom are writing the future at this moment and erasing the past.

This is not only about individuals. They can designate an entire group, any group, as ‘precommunicable’. So, any local commuity, where they discover a kid with a suspicious rash or cough can be quarantined and force vaccinated. Or they could declare all unvaccinated people in the country as a defined ‘precommunicable’ group and go door to door with a battering ram.
If the vaccines were treated as a product of capitalism then outbreaks would increase use and failures would decrease use. The market would be best served by a vaccine producer who is incentivized by making a truly safe and effective product to meet a market that wants it, subject to liability and regulation just like every-freaking-other producer. If they have to bend and contort so far to get you to take a vaccine then something is seriously amiss.
There can be no such thing as a “safe vaccine,” based on what the definition of a vaccination is. Vaccines are made from disease grown in a “medium”, usually animal based, and occasionally aborted fetus cells. The animal ingredients contain dangerous and deadly components (foreign RNA, DNA, animal viruses, for instance SV40), as do the toxic chemicals which are introduced to preserve and “enhance” them. The end product is not natural, and therefore may be patented, which is all the perpetrators are concerned with, as profits are the goal. If they switched to something really safe, it would involve natural organic properties, could not be patented, and therefore would not be a vaccine. Seems to me like this maybe just another reason that our Dear Leaders are forcing so many invaders — oops I mean immigrants — upon us. We know that they are bringing in diseases that we have not heard of in the Western world for hundreds of years. Having learned that state by state implementation of draconian rules is a long, messy and costly task, the Corpgov has decided to short circuit all local controls in one felled swoop.This is also a windfall for munitions corporations as all these bureaucrats will need to be armed to deal with the medical miscreants.

And just how is that going to happen? If Trump is elected is he’s really going to be able to take on the supremely powerful CDC? I doubt he would even try…once he realizes what he’s up against. People are afraid of the CDC: Doctors are afraid. Research scientists are afraid. Politicians are afraid. And don’t forget the CDC has the full support of the colossal Big Pharma machine.
And the whistleblowers? Where are they? A brave man known as “William Thompson” came out and spoke against his employer. But look what happen – he was quickly suppressed. No testimony before Congress. No appearances in mainstream media. No interviews to investigative reporters. Nothing but dead silence. And since Jon hasn’t had any follow-up reports on him, we can only assume he’s nowhere to be found…nor does he want to be found (does he still even still work at the CDC?).
The disastrous passage of SB277 occurred, IMO, because the Republicans were not aggresive enough in the floor debates. They were passive and let the Democrats walk all over them. The same Republicans that preach limited Government & individual freedoms. I guess manditory medical treatment in the form of vaccines for school-aged children doesn’t qualify as individual freedom from Government oppression in their view. Perhaps, on the inside they really support manditory vaccination and were relieved that it passed. IMO, SB277, is the impetus of what is to come nationwide.
And if you’re curious to see what Trump or any politician for that fact is up against – check a medical site such as “Science Based Medicine.” Read their many posts specifically on vaccines. You’ll see their M.O. in action: Their statistics, the CDC protocols, the fearmongering for those who decline vaccines. Their oppression and ostracizing of those who would dare question or challenge the safety of vaccines. The total mind control implementation on steriods.
And frankly speaking, as long as the American people have their material items, reality TV and the NFL, I don’t think many of them really care about mandatory vaccines. Just look at Terry Bradshaw fearmongering the Seniors on that Shingles vaccine advertisement usually shown during football games. Hey Terry…how much did pharma pay you for that? Lol.
I think that Trump has the guts to face them. So far he seems fearless.

The facts are plain to see (for individuals with the eyes to see this). I intend to add additional light on the core problem of expansionism under “color of law” so we can cut to the root (rather than hack at the branches). Thanks to your presentation here Jon for I now have the additional insight in reading “an individual traveling interstate”! The “commerce clause”! “… the clause is often paired with the Necessary and Proper Clause, the combination used to take a broad, expansive perspective of these powers.”[1] I’m blogging about this whole subject matter as well.[2]
Although there are additional writers on this issue here I don’t know many that realize the magnitude of “this version of fascism” and the systemic nature – hence “the matrix”!

The CDC operates under the executive authority of the Secretary of HHR. The arbitrary promulgation of rules by such authority is known as “administrative law”. Such rules attach to subject people by way of “adhesion contract” (i.e. no consent necessary on your part). Cattle are routinely innoculated for product control purposes. Human chattel viewed as “human resources” are subject to similar treatment, as befits their status as a simple Bio-resource of US Inc. The appointed Secretaries of the Federal Executive Departments are charged with “human resource management” (domestically and internationally e.g. Ukraine etc.) These Secretaries are selected by the management of US Inc. (Goldman Sachs / Fed Res Bank of N.Y. / CIA etc.). for their capacity to obediently execute the orders of this supreme planetary banking directorate. Rusty: I have never let them stick my dogs with needles, although I have rescued dogs who had already been stuck, and had to do my best to detox them. I don’t think they expect (let alone care whether) your dog’s immune system ‘overcomes it.’ The demonic bastards behind the vaccine machine don’t care about you, me, or our companion animals. Dr. John Fudens wrote an article, which can be read online, about how the rabies vaccine mandate law is a scam.

I took a bunch of the info to state and federal politicians. One was a trained monkey that just does what he is told by the party and didn’t have much to say except “Well, that’s your opinion”. Like the government’s own statistics were my opinion! The other was very interested and said he “never trusted the pharmaceutical industry” and also that “no one has ever brought this kind of information to me before”. I call that a small victory. We will need a lot more.

That in mind here is a scenario for you.
Your 4 year old son recently came inside saying he had been bitten by a bat. The circumstances were strange but he wouldn’t change his story and he had some faint parallel scratches on his hand.
Not far north another boy had recently been attacked by a rabid bat and it could be strongly argued that the rabies immunoglobulin and vaccine save his life.
Your son has never had any vaccines despite significant pressure from government and brainwashed health workers but rabies is almost always fatal.
What would do you do?
Well, since behind all the profiteering propaganda, the rabies vaccine has not been proven effective, but has been proven harmful, and even deadly, I believe I would opt for cleaning out the wound thoroughly, and adding extra Vitamin C, which HAS been proven to kill rabies virus (plus many other viruses, and bacteria), many times over.
I can give you a recent real life dilemma involving tetanus. My brother had a copy of a book I wrote about vaccines, and it was the information in that book which caused him to tell his wife “no more vaccinations” for his daughter, after she developed arthritis as a toddler (and now has the life-threatening food allergies that so many massively vaccinated young people have, and carries an Epi-pen).
He apparently missed the part in the book from the British Medical Journal describing how several types of vaccinations, plus tetanus shots and gamma globulin shots, have been causing auto-immune diseases. We both suffered puncture wounds around the same period of time. I stepped on a very nasty, dirty, rusty, old roofing nail, which went all the way into the bottom of my foot. Now, I am aware that tetanus comes from punctures associated usually with farm animal droppings, but I would not have gotten a tetanus shot if that were the case, knowing what I’ve learned. I made certain the wound was as clean as I could get it, and put drawing salve on it, and took lots of extra Vitamin C. I was fine.
My brother went to the doctor to get a tetanus shot. This was in 2009, and by that time the tetanus shot was no longer just a tetanus shot, but given in a TDap. Shortly after receiving the shot, he started developing weakness that there was no explanation for, until it progressed to the point that he was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease: ALS. He continued to deteriorate over the next 2 1/2 years, and died (suffocated to death from ALS) in 2012.

If your doctor says that tetanus bacterium is ‘created’ by rust + metal + blood, you need to send that guy / gal back to medical school. OR, maybe a vet school would be more appropriate in this case.
Tetanus bacterium (outside a lab) can ONLY be manufactured in the intestines of small cattle (goats, sheep…). Tetanus is a ‘cattle’ disease. The rusty nail non-sense, came from ranch hands working around cattle (particularly ‘small’ cattle) and getting cut by barbed wire that also came in contact with the tetanus carrying cattle. Unless the object that cut you came in contact with goats or sheep… you can NOT get tetanus from it.
If you are worried about ‘real’ tetanus bacterium, it is ‘easily’ destroyed by hydrogen peroxide.

I don’t know what type of injury my brother sustained, although I am very sure it had nothing to do with farm animals, even though he lived in a rural area. And, the doctor either just injected him without knowing what causes tetanus, or just didn’t care. The bottom line is that the vaccine caused him a slow, horrible death.
