Scalia murdered? Did Texas Judge once ask God for a ruling?

Who is Texas Judge, Cinderela Guevara, who denied an autopsy?

by Jon Rappoport

(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, Power Outside The Matrix, click here.)

Chew on this quote for a minute. I’ll put it into context later:

“[In 2013], my sister and my daughter’s paternal aunt and I went to see Cinderela Guevara several times. [This is Judge Guevara, who just ruled Scalia died of natural causes and no autopsy was necessary.] I went to see her alone two times…

“When she was alone with me, Ms. Guevara asked about my religious beliefs several times. We spoke about the Catholic faith and on September 3, 2013, when I met with her, she told me that she had prayed to God for an answer as to whether it was suicide or not and asked God to give her an answer in the video. She said she did not receive an answer as to that, but she did receive an answer from God. She stated to me that God told her that, yes this was a tragedy, but the true tragedy was that Melaney had died without accepting Jesus Christ as her savior.

“This was the woman who was deciding the cause of death of my daughter. Was she willing to consider any investigation of a homicide if she believed I was being punished by God?”

A US Supreme Court Justice dies. The circumstances are unknown. Therefore, a Texas Judge rules: no autopsy is necessary. Talk about insanity—or worse.

NY Post, 2/15, “Detectives question lack of autopsy in Scalia death”:

“Bill Ritchie, a retired deputy chief and former head of criminal investigations for the DC police, said he was dumbstruck when he learned that no autopsy would be performed.

“’I took a look at the report and I almost fell out of my chair,’ Ritchie told The Post from his home in Maryland.

“’I used to be an instructor in the homicide school. Every death investigation you are handling, you consider it a homicide until the investigation proves otherwise,’ Ritchie said.”

Who is Judge Cinderela Guevara, the Texas official who decided she didn’t need to look at Scalia’s body to rule his death was from natural causes—therefore requiring no autopsy? (See “Scalia’s death to be ruled a heart attack” and “Urgent calls begin for Scalia autopsy: Rush to ‘natural causes’ conclusion criticized” and “Judge Cinderela Guevara: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know”)

Who is this judge who shut the door on an investigation?

Had this judge ever done anything like this before? Had she ever ruled against a homicide investigation in a case that cried out for an investigation?

Well, there was that case of a young woman found dead on the railroad tracks in Texas in 2013. Was an autopsy denied there as well? Did the Judge instead pray to God for a ruling in the case?

Daily Kos, March 28, 2014: “Like a dead dog on the tracks: Injustice in small town Texas…”:

“The nightmare began on the morning of Thursday, August 8, 2013. My daughter, Melaney Parker cashed out of her favorite bar at 12:01 a.m. after a night of dancing and flirting with her new husband, found him and kissed him on the lips, and said love you, see you at home. Her body was lying on the tracks when struck by a Union Pacific Railroad train at 12:23 a.m.

“After reviewing the video taken by the train, the Union Pacific Railroad claims representative told an attorney who volunteered to assist us, that she appeared to have been placed on the tracks and seemed to be unconscious or dead, not moving or flinching as the train approached….The claims representative said that he pleaded with the Justice of the Peace and the Sheriff to open this case as a homicide. They insisted it was a suicide.

“…My sister and I and other members of our family talked to the Justice of the Peace, Cinderela Guevara…When we asked if a rape kit had been ordered, she seemed surprised. She said she had only ordered a toxicology report. We did not understand until later that she meant she had only ordered a toxicology report and not an autopsy. She later tried to say that it was Dr. Contin’s suggestion because she thought the cause of death was obvious. My sister asked her at one meeting, ‘With all due respect, Judge, how do you know she wasn’t already dead when she was hit by the train?’ Ms. Guevara said nothing to that and just stared nervously at my sister. Had the possibility never entered her mind? What was called an autopsy report, so they could insist that an autopsy had been performed, were two pages signed by Dr. Contin on the evening of August 8, 2013, stating that ‘after investigation’ it was determined that Melaney ‘intentionally placed herself on the tracks’ and the cause of death was suicide. It appears that Dr. Contin only did a superficial visual examination and never took any samples or tissues, other than from the liver (approximately 8 hours after her death on a summer night) for the toxicology report. After researching the finding, we found that samples should not be taken from the liver, especially after physical trauma, because of the possibility of contamination.

“The Union Pacific Railroad claims representative told our attorney that if they had known an autopsy had not been ordered they would have paid for one…

“My sister and my daughter’s paternal aunt and I went to see [Judge] Cinderela Guevara several times. I went to see her alone two times…

“When she was alone with me, Ms. Guevara asked about my religious beliefs several times. We spoke about the Catholic faith and on September 3, 2013, when I met with her, she told me that she had prayed to God for an answer as to whether it was suicide or not and asked God to give her an answer in the video. But of course, there is no problem. No problem at all. Justice Scalia died of natural causes. Of course. No autopsy necessary. Judge Guevara didn’t need to see the body. Why bother?

No need for an investigation.

We absolutely know there is no cover-up in the case.

The Judge has ruled.

Politicians in Washington DC would be in an uproar if anything were wrong. But they’re silent.

That means all is well.

Yeah…I am sure everything is on the up and up, for sure. No worries. What say you?

  2. s_uni says:

That the judge has done similar things before makes it seem much less a case of cover-up and much more a case of just a flaky public official. But where’s the drama in that, right?

    • James Perry says:

Not murder, he committed SUICIDE but the family don’t want it known as Catholic who commit suicide can’t enter heaven.

  3. Greg C. says:

When a judge relies on divine promptings, intuition, or the mere appearance of the truth as the basis of decisions, then she has dispensed with due diligence. Whatever comes out of her mouth is supposed to be sufficient for us to accept. How delusional. Cinderela is living in a fairy tale.

  4. When you speak to the self-righteous, the catholic that has been a catholic their whole life.

They have been and forever will be the warrior for Christ.

They pay their tithe every year, year in and year out. They help the church raise money, volunteer to teach the little ones their catechism, and holy communion. And become the knights of Columbus, or the wives of them. The more educated ones in higher position in life are on the catholic boards. They go to confession on the friday and partake of the host on the following Sunday. The cycle of seven, and twelve and three and six condition them to be a vehicle, for something other than what they are. A vehicle to receive instruction. And strangely they all seem to have a communication line directly to their god.

They gain a blindness, all of them; the devoted ones. The blindness stops them from seeing in an objective way. Its their fatal flaw. There is no such thing as an objective catholic. The blindness when you see it is a signal, that this person is completely occulted. And will not be reasoned with or rationaled…ever. Forget your argument. God always comes into the conflict of debate and decides the outcome.

The tougher decisions they pass over to Christ, it is absolutely the most absurd thing one can witness. And an old catholic will not let go, ever…even as they lay dying, despite the evidence, or the strong suspicions from the wise, they will not budge an inch away from their Christ. They are the most brainwashed and obstinant of mankind. Walking Zombie for Christ.

It’s like you raise a child in Disneyland, and educate them at Disney University, and they read the Disney books as history, and they grow up and read the Disney Daily Times every day. They speak in a cartoon language, and become absolutely convicted and then you set them loose in the real world. They will always speak in a cartoon voice, they will always go back to Uncle mickey for the tougher decision. How is that person going to find or know any truth in the world.

    • I certainly agree with that. Just so you know.

    • Dawn says:

Don’t blame Catholics or the Catholic Church for the poor decisions of one person. Judge Guevara does not belong on the bench, but there is no basis for indicting all Catholics other than your own bigotry. Try to focus on the issues at hand without devolving into bigotry.

      • @Dawn

Really dawn, don’t pick on the catholics. Guevara can’t make a greater decision unless she talks to God.

I have no patience for this kind of bullshit anymore. This is 2016, not the fifteen century, Catholics are on the same line of text as radical muslims, zionist Jews, and any and all the other fanatics who have fucked up Planet Walmart.

Catholics and the catholic church have stole, murdered, burnt, raped, tortured, warred, buggered, beaten, bribed and march their way through history on the backs of the weak. The only good catholic is the one nailed up with their Christ. Catholics are Romans under a spiritual illusion.

ALL religion is violence, and it always has been. Religions are born of violence and feed on the misery, desperation and violence.

The Catholic church is a black cult…it is a haven for pedophiles, or sado-maschists. I know that personally.

Don’t give me this Catholics are nice people and your being a bigot Michael, if you are a catholic your an idiot, waiting for a grand illusion of a second coming to happen.

        • Dawn says:

I am Catholic and was taken aback by your hate. Of course I realize that your hate hurts you more than me or other Catholics. I truly pray that you will be able to over come your hate and find some peace of mind. The Catholic Church is made up of people and as such is subject to all the faults that people have. There are good and bad people everywhere you go. When a bad person seeks to hurt someone, a common tactic is to gain the trust of the intended victims by presenting themselves as a credible person who can be trusted and who is above reproach such as a member of the clergy. These sex offenders seek out positions in a church in order to perpetrate their crimes. They deceive and hurt the church at the same time they hurt their victims that are people. Yes, so many have congregated in the Catholic Church that they have come close to bringing it down from within. Society in general has had little success in dealing with sex offenders. The Catholic Church has had less success than society in general, for a number of reasons. The Catholic Church is slow to adapt to anything. It is an all male clergy and male homosexuals are attracted to all male societies like moths to a lamp at night. Homosexuals engage in gender role playing where one is “masculine” and one in “feminine” and for males, youth is a proxy for femininity. Practices of bullying and punishing by castration and execution employed in days gone by are no longer used with the result that homosexuals and pedophiles no longer have an incentive to avoid the church. The church’s theology is to teach people to be good and to get them to regulate their own conduct which does not work with sex offenders and many other criminals with high recidivism. What works is putting them in jail and away from vulnerable potential victims and having other people control them. Once a group of offenders congregated in the church they were able to help each other get away with it. I sincerely hope that the church gets its problem under control by turning offenders into the authorities and otherwise making it a less hospitable environment for such people. More importantly, I pray that you will be able to deal with what ever pain you have experienced.
As for religion being violence, remember that the highest death tolls in history by far were inflicted by the communist atheists Mao and Stalin, not any religion.

          • I have found peace of mind, it took me decades. I am not going to go over my life story to prove a point to you.
I was raised in Catholic Belfast in the 50’s and 60…I was raised by elderly subservientto the church grandmother. I am not going to get into my life story with someone such as yourself.
            the story is simple.
I was tortured and beaten with bamboo canes on a daily basis…one older priest took great delight in choosing me out of all the other boys that were abused at that time. He was a vicious sado-masochist and a paedephile.
I saw Belfast and Ireland torn apart because of Catholicism. I saw families torn apart by the church. I saw young girls and boys lives torn apart by a hating catholic church. I see the church in this little town I live in supercede the rule of law.
So fuck your church, fuck catholicism, nail the pope to a tree. And finally fuck you.
Catholicism is an evil black cult.

          • arcadia11 says:

i am concerned about catholics who continue to support a religion that is, according to plan and observably so, sinking deeper and deeper into the un’s newageoneworldreligion. the current, supposedly the last holiness, is willingly steering the ship of the faithful into the maelstrom. the demise of the roman catholic church is at hand. unfortunately, it is not cause for celebration (yet) as what is slowly replacing it is a psychopath’s wet dream. where moral relativism is just a stepping stone. it is being taught in our schools. the hive-mind core of common core.

it is my observation that the roman catholic church is not headed up by roman catholics, or christians, at all. i have no proof. the disproportionate majority of the very small group who owns all the institutions in the world of course owns the rcc as well. they have taken the motto – to control the opposition we must become the opposition – to a whole new level.
and they are not at all uncomfortable with acts of pedophilia, torture, poisoning, enslavement, death.

likely everyone here is familiar with michael ellner’s words “just look at us. everything is backwards….” re institutions. we have all been institutionalized.
the institutions are in the process of removing their masks. the world is finally becoming safe for psychopathic behavior. to de-institutionalize ourselves we stop supporting the institutions. government, law, medicine, education, religion, military, hollywood/entertainment/sports/the”arts”. the united nations. there it is. it’s all “one”. be careful of “oneness”.
be careful of normalizing the unthinkable.

michael – my heart breaks for you and everyone else who was touched by such depravity. the uncontainable enormity of the belfast/ireland atrocity is what finally blew the cover off organized crime in the catholic church and put it on the world stage. it is too sad that it went as far as it did before something was done. that should never happen.

i read everything i could find about belfast, and boston, where the abuse stories first broke in the u.s., at a time when i thought, like so many others, that i was the only one. i was amazed to find stories from hundreds of other abused children. including my own sister. so i too came foward. my sister and i filed a lawsuit against the archdiocese and archbishop of st louis. we had a good case, but we needed father’s personnel records. after several years we made it to the missouri supreme court,
where the judge ruled that releasing the records of this priest (who died twenty years earlier) would violate the first amendment rights of the catholic church. those ‘rights’ were weighed against the sexual and physical abuse of two small children. i had the breath crushed out of me. but only for a short time. my understanding of that “oneness”, a wrongness among institutions and the desire to free myself of them was stronger than ever, it’s ongoing, and i do not look back. i have never voted for a president. (or a pope)

i did not intend to go on and on here, so just this and then i’ll go – what kind of person seeks to control others, control vital information, or basic living requirements – sunlight, water, food, clean air, control choices about what you can and cannot put into your body, how your children are educated, takes your money from you whether by mandate, physical force, or persuasion for doing things that are already your right to do, holds himself above the law while holding you accountable to scores of laws that are unjust or require an interpreter, what kind of person needs to determine your truth for you, wants you to believe that you are real only through their indentification or official acceptance of you, claims the right to take your property, house, pets, children or your freedom?

i suggest the answer is: a psychopath. government. through any of its numerous tentacles, including but not limited to presidents and popes. who would knowingly and willingly support this kind of control? someone who has lost himself. has given self up to a bully, out of fear, who can no longer imagine what the sweetness of freedom feels like. tragic, but not incurable. most of the world is likely ptsd at this point. the urgency to separate yourself from the psychopath cannot be overstated.

          • @arcadia11

Intuitively written comment and I cannot fault it other than the hearsay, which may indeed be true but will remain “fantasy” until proven.

The Roman Catholic Church has changed over the years, but I think Columbus’ “discovery” in 1492, as incongruous as it might sound, sealed the fate for those that live and breathe in 2016.

    Dear Michael Burns:
Thank God for exposing Catholics for what they are. The damage this religion has done to the World is astronomical. We are losing the planet thanks to Catholic Global Warming because Catholics are so obstinate in adhering to the insane anti-birth control policy.
Worldwide anti-birth control policy of the R.C.C. = Worldwide Global Warming !!!
And the northern polar ice cap is already so melted that countries are fighting for the shipping lanes. Needless to say, when it gets hot enough, the lanes won’t matter. And Global Warming is only a fraction of the problems we are facing from Catholic overpopulation: Immigrants drowning around the World trying to find a new land; Europe and the USA in crisis over immigration; species hunted to extinction, oceans fished out and polluted etc.. Why does the USA tolerate this when we have the 1st Amendment freedom from religion, but no one will exercise it ?

I’m not ‘intolerant’ of catholics dawn. I don’t like them, period… I think their brain dead and the stupidest people walking the face of the earth.

I’m not explaining myself rightly, let me put it this way…
If a catholic fell down in front of me from a heart attack Dawn …I would roll em of the sidewalk and continue on…if a catholic burst into flames in front of me, whilst I was watering the lawn.
I would finish watering the lawn Dawn, then start rummaging around the closest garbage cans for wood and paper and flammables.

I live in convent Dawn next a catholic church. I have complained to the town roughly 300 times because of the catholic church’s godam bell ringing at at noon and six o’clock, and at 9:30 on a Sunday morning.
And their carol music playing through Christmas…Bah humbug, I say.

I phone the arch diocese with my complaints…I play Led Zeppelin at ten on my electric guitar, amped up and pointing at the church during mass on Sunday in the summer.
I fire rocks with my sling shot of the metal roof of the church during mass Dawn. They hate me, so the feeling is mutual.

        You think I’m a bigot…nah your wrong.
A new priest from India got to liking running and stretching in the church parking lot next to my bedroom early Sunday before mass…I called the police and told them there was a pervert masterbating outside my bedroom window.
I knocked on his rectory door and told him if I caught him masterbating or running in that parking lot at seven on a Sunday again…I would nail him to front door of the church. He would cross the street when I approached.

Catholic equals stupid to me; but not your run of mill, I can’t help it stupid. Catholics are self-imposed blind stupid…and “I’m not listening” fucking stupid. I live in Lala land stupid.

I am one hundred percent anti-catholic.
Catholics are zombies to me Dawn.

There should be law that you are allowed to hit a catholic on the head with shovel; I mean their zombies for Jesus arn’t they… and your supposed to hit zombies on the head with a shovel to stop them right?

  12. The problem, now you’ve changed focus, Jon, appears to be religious fundamentalism and prejudgement. This Cinderela Guevara is likely to have been hired BECAUSE of her novel approach. Returning to sensation, let us assume, Scalia was the million-to-one shot honest judge. Let’s say his “history” was relatively clean and the “shit file” comparatively thin. Hypothetically, could “they” have called on him to do something big and bad, used the “shit file” to influence to no effect and then opted for “Plan B” (Cinderela Guevara being an essential part aiding our murderers).

The commenter on your other post who suggested they put his “body on ice” may be correct and if, let’s say, they were not “waiting for a good time for press release” but, rather, trying to obscure what he was not prepared to do. This suggests, to me, the reason/intrigue is not going to be strikingly obvious.

My guess is Scalia is still alive under a modified witness-protection program. Cremation (of a Catholic?) and no open casket is consistent with how these false events are carried out. Scalia and family could have easily agreed to this sudden retirement considering the entire SCOTUS has been increasing corrupted in past decades. Follow the money and politics on gun control and a lost majority against climate change. It’s not the Scalia is gone at 79 YO It’s the TIMING if his disappearance that matters most. Poindexter gets off too, since he only participated in event fraud as opposed to murder

    • Pablo Rivera says:

I agree completely,.. we don’t even really know whether Scalia is actually dead. One thing that raised suspicion of this for me was that he agreed to go to the ranch on V-Day with zero security detail.. is he really that naive? The public is, apparently; we are taught that thinking like an investigator automatically makes you a tin-foil hat wearer, so just believe what you’re told. Apparently there was a casket ceremony in DC, but the casket as far as I could tell was CLOSED. Someone please inform me otherwise. I am anxious to see what happens at the funeral tomorrow, which BTW, Obumma will NOT be attending.

    • @hsaive

Good theory, but too many loose ends. What if Scalia had an epiphany like Ariel Sharon? I understand history has shown what happens to “born again” fearless leaders, but the powers are also absolute control freaks. No need to start a fire when you can put it out.

      • Pablo Rivera says:

@Ozzie Thinker, which “loose ends”? I am a tireless skeptic, especially when it comes to suspicious events. Has any **credible** witness seen Scalia’s dead body? Is there at least video footage of his body (or his double) to prove he is indeed dead? We have to remember there was ZERO autopsy or declaration of death BY A PHYSICIAN. Nearly everyone who was involved with this circus-act is suspect (including the mortician). I understand your point about the powers-that-be preferring a clean execution to transferring their little problem to a remote island in the South Pacific, but, someone please prove to me that we have proof Scalia actually died. Giving Scalia a choice between being “transferred” or killed in due time would explain his (and his family’s) willingness for him to travel to a remote ranch next to the Mexican border, on V-Day without his wife, and sign a waiver, refusing any type of security or medical personnel.

        • Dawn says:

What makes you think he signed a waiver refusing security or medical personnel?

          • Pablo Rivera says:

@Dawn, It’s well-known at this point that Scalia declined a U.S. Marshals escort, or any other government security when he attended a “hunting trip” on a remote Texas ranch without his wife on V-Day. Reportedly, the Cibolo Creek Ranch requires visitors to sign a waiver saying they understand that there is zero medical personnel at the ranch, and that medical help is several hours away, according to investigative journalists Wayne Madsen and Joe Biggs who recently visited the ranch. My point is that either Scalia was extremely naive and reckless with his visit, was duped into his own death by people he thought he could trust, or he knew exactly what was going on because there was some type of deal, and perhaps he’s not actually dead. Of course, now a fourth possibility has surfaced concerning his possible involvement in a secret society (article in Washington Post). LOL reality is stranger than fiction. That article may or may not be a disinformation campaign. In any case — something funny happened at the Cibolo Creek Ranch on Valentine’s Day and we will probably not know what really happened for a long time, if ever. Scalia’s death (or disappearance) is highly suspect and unprecedented, and it is outrageous for “progressives” (neo-socialists and anti-American traitors) to demand that Obama immediately appoint a replacement and for the Senate to just shut up and confirm them.

          • Dawn says:

I was trying to track down the statement by the US Marshals service that Scalia supposedly declined security and could not. I was hoping to get details from you.

We can not assume Scalia signed any waivers without seeing them. If he was lured to the ranch the request for a waiver may have been skipped in his case.

Multiple reporters visiting the ranch recently confirmed they were required to sign waivers. Scalia choosing to go the ranch with no security or medical personnel is then suspicious whether or not he was actually required to sign said waiver.

Unless the entire story is a farce 😉

seriously, a friend of mine just died unexpectedly at his home and guess what: autopsy, standard practice in unexpected death, was done; after that death of natural cause was determined. Here a “VIP” dies and nothing???? any movie star, sport star, pop star would get an autopsy, but if you die in Texas unqualified people can determine natural cause, case closed? To me that stinks to high heaven!

  15. Karen Keener says:

The funniest thing happened the other day. Some friend of a friend who shared your last post of Scalia was going on about how your whole article was some Republican agenda to stall putting in another judge during Obama’s term. I tried explaining what a libertarian was to no effect. But my theory and this story go together much better. Let’s say something is fishy in this death. Who could profit aside from Obama? There’s a very right wing answer. If the Republican establishment is running off the rails about to vote for Trump or the Democratic establishment about to vote for Sanders, it puts a kink in both parties’ agendas. One where a bunch of people are about to not vote, disenfranchised independents, if their guy doesn’t get the nod in the end. This nonscandal, if drug out (which it will be for obvious reasons, they never get someone vetted that quickly) can hem up both parties much more conveniently. Really interesting possibilities.

“They” are FLAUNTING THEIR POWER now, THAT is the message here. And of course, since they can do this to him, better believe they can do this to anybody…got that Trump?…hint, hint.

  17. Deanna Johnston Clark says:

How does this have anything to do with religion? That sounds like a lame excuse for letting God be the fall guy for her political bias.

Shouldn’t the question be the judge’s politics and friends?

If a criminal blames religion for extortion, murder, or rape does that make it OK? Who cares if she is a Catholic or pagan or atheist? She refused to do her job, the job she swore to do. God will hold her accountable…that’s reality, not pixie dust.

  18. David says:

When my sister and I were small children. our parents decided that ‘religion’ would be good for us- but they could not agree on which religion to expose us to. So they sent us to the Salvation Army. I liked the tubas and trombones. (I still admire these people- they are the only ones that I see, mixing on the street with the poor.
But I have always had a problem with their official hymn:
Onward Christian soldiers, marching as to war.
With the cross of Jesus. leading as before.
    We are come rejoicing………..etc.
All I can tell ya- is that the dumbest simpletons I have ever met- were the most devout. And Senator Packwood had it right::
“Sufficiently advanced stupidity. is indistinguishable from evil.”
And it is still debatable- whether patriotism or religion, is the last refuge of a scoundrel!

    • Pablo Rivera says:

@David, blablabla… I too lived the life of an “evangelical Christian” as a child, and although I left the church as early as high school, I don’t hate Christianity now. I can’t remember the last time I attended church, I believe there is a g*d but I can’t quite tell you who or what it is. Don’t let the hypocrites and posers that exist in the church make you hate the entire religion, that’s as devout as what you are proclaiming to have a problem with! Why don’t you harp on about the Extremists Muslims who like to behead people, force women to wear burqas, and blow buildings up for their religion, huh?

  19. Frans says:

Religion and politics is poison to the people under guise of salvation.

    • Dawn says:

A complaint should be filed with the Texas Bar against Judge Guevara for ethical violations of the attorney rules of ethics and the rules for judicial conduct. She should lose her license to practice law for her conduct in both the Scalia and the train case.

  20. James Perry says:

Everything I read on Scalia’s death points to suicide. The question is why no one has considered this possibility? The details are out there so no need to repeat in this blog.
