“Long ago, I interviewed John Marks, author of Search for the Manchurian Candidate, the book that exposed the CIA’s MKULTRA mind-control program. He told me that in 1962, when MKULTRA supposedly ended, the CIA actually transferred the program to its Office of Research and Development, where it went completely dark. Drugs to transform individuals…and even, by implication, society.
Drug research going far beyond the usual brief descriptions of MKULTRA.
The intention is there, in the record.
A CIA document was included in the transcript of the 1977 US Senate Hearings on MKULTRA, the CIA’s mind-control program.
The document is found in Appendix C, starting on page 166. It’s simply labeled “Draft,” dated 5 May 1955.
It begins: “A portion of the Research and Development Program of [CIA’s] TSS/Chemical Division is devoted to the discovery of the following materials and methods:”
What followed was a list of hoped-for drugs and their uses.
I’m printing, below, the list of the 1955 intentions of the CIA regarding their own drug research. The range of those intentions is stunning. All statements are direct quotes from the “Draft” document.
Some of my comments gleaned from studying the list:
The CIA wanted to find substances which would “promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness.” Serious consideration should be given to the idea that psychiatric medications, food additives, pesticides, and industrial chemicals (like fluorides) would eventually satisfy that requirement.
The CIA wanted to find chemicals that “would produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way.” This suggests many possibilities—among them the use of drugs to fabricate diseases and thereby give the false impression of germ-caused epidemics.
The CIA wanted to find drugs that would “produce amnesia.” Ideal for discrediting whistleblowers, dissidents, certain political candidates, and other investigators. (Scopolamine, for example.)
The CIA wanted to discover drugs which would produce “paralysis of the legs, acute anemia, etc.” A way to make people decline in health as if from diseases.
The CIA wanted to develop drugs that would “alter personality structure” and thus induce a person’s dependence on another person. How about dependence in general? For instance, dependence on institutions, governments?
The CIA wanted to discover chemicals that would “lower the ambition and general working efficiency of men.” Sounds like a general description of the devolution of society.
As you read the list yourself, you’ll see more implications/possibilities.
Here, from 1955, quoted verbatim from the Agency document, are the types of drugs the MKULTRA men at the CIA were looking for:
* Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public.
* Substances which increase the efficiency of mentation and perception.
* Materials which will prevent or counteract the intoxicating effect of alcohol.
* Materials which will promote the intoxicating effect of alcohol.
* Materials which will produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way so that they may be used for malingering, etc.
* Materials which will render the induction of hypnosis easier or otherwise enhance its usefulness.
* Substances which will enhance the ability of individuals to withstand privation, torture and coercion during interrogation and so-called “brain-washing”.
* Materials and physical methods which will produce amnesia for events preceding and during their use.
* Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.
* Substances which produce physical disablement such as paralysis of the legs, acute anemia, etc.
* Substances which will produce “pure” euphoria with no subsequent let-down.
* Substances which alter personality structure in such a way that the tendency of the recipient to become dependent upon another person is enhanced.
* A material which will cause mental confusion of such a type that the individual under its influence will find it difficult to maintain a fabrication under questioning.
* Substances which will lower the ambition and general working efficiency of men when administered in undetectable amounts.
* Substances which promote weakness or distortion of the eyesight or hearing faculties, preferably without permanent effects.
* A knockout pill which can surreptitiously be administered in drinks, food, cigarettes, as an aerosol, etc., which will be safe to use, provide a maximum of amnesia, and be suitable for use by agent types on an ad hoc basis.
* A material which can be surreptitiously administered by the above routes and which in very small amounts will make it impossible for a man to perform any physical activity whatsoever.
That’s the list.
At the end of this 1955 CIA document, the author [unnamed] makes these remarks:
“In practice, it has been possible to use outside cleared contractors for the preliminary phases of this [research] work. However, that part which involves human testing at effective dose levels presents security problems which cannot be handled by the ordinary contactors.
“The proposed [human testing] facility [deletion] offers a unique opportunity for the secure handling of such clinical testing in addition to the many advantages outlined in the project proposal. The security problems mentioned above are eliminated by the fact that the responsibility for the testing will rest completely upon the physician and the hospital. [one line deleted] will allow [CIA] TSS/CD personnel to supervise the work very closely to make sure that all tests are conducted according to the recognized practices and embody adequate safeguards.”
In other words, this was to be ultra-secret. No outside contractors at universities for the core of the experiments, which by the way could be carried forward for decades.
A secret in-house facility.
Over the years, more facilities could be created.
If you examine the full range of psychiatric drugs developed since 1955, you’ll see that a number of them fit the CIA’s agenda. Speed-type chemicals, which addle the brain over the long term, to treat so-called ADHD. Anti-psychotic drugs, to render patients more and more dependent on others (and government) as they sink into profound disability and incur motor brain damage. And of course, the SSRI antidepressants, like Prozac and Paxil and Zoloft, which produce extreme and debilitating highs and lows—and also push people over the edge into committing violence.
These drugs drag the whole society down into lower and lower levels of consciousness and action.
If that’s the goal of a very powerful and clandestine government agency…it’s succeeding.

Recently, they have made mandatory Smart Meter installations almost all over the world. Great tool for them, since it takes a while before it screws up your brain and body without you being aware of it. Just like the fluoride did in our water and the GMOs in our food. And no one could detect them. They worked like the frog in the boiling pot.
Now that we know about their previous criminal tools, we can chose to drink clean water, eat organic and say no to their WI-Fi gadgets.
But, how can we protect ourselves from the mandatory Smart Meter’s radiation, it is everywhere you go, it’s impossible to avoid.
I think this is their greatest and most deadliest tool ever . Who can afford living with no electricity? Not many people. Unless you are a billionaire or

And when you want to warn people about Smart Meters, they think you are a paranoid conspiracy theorist idiot. I had one person tell me that there were 28 Smart Meters in the building he lives in and that he feels just fine.
Yeah, sure, for now. But I would like to see what he looks like in 5 years from now.
I’m so fed up with these criminal bastards ruling our world. I’m not a violent person, but sometimes I think it’s time to fight them with more than just an info war. Info war is good, but it has to end up in the Courts. Since most of the judges, these days, are corrupt to the bone… what’s the point of the info war?

I think we are progressing because anyone can opt out regardless of how much money we have or education – its a personal decision.
I think we could attract more to the back to eden plus using tech respectful of human nature if we just went out way and one day people started asking – where did what’s her face go off to?
We’ll be there either in an urban or rural environment being self sustainable and interconnected eating pure food and playing music and letting our children learn form playing in the woods.
I’m thankful that I’m not worried about all this stuff anymore – its too much to process so the old way of shouting about the invasion of the body snatchers won’t work.
What can we get each other to do is the question – we should do simple things like grow some flowers to help bees pollinate then collect a symbol of our work on a website so people can see that little daily acts turn into big action.
We are going to see a separation of those who become the androids and those who protect human nature – I would just accept that.

When I feel frustrated I run. Or run into the woods till my heart explodes then just scream, do stupid shit like climbing on a tree.
Yeah they own the courts, carry judges in their pockets, own entire countries, drug people, kill people, poison people, read everything we write here etc.. BUT, these people don’t hold any real power. So take your power back somehow into yourself. Like what I’ve described, that works for me. Then frustration goes away. Nature always there to help.

You make a good point here Jon, I would say that as of 1955 the CIA would have had to look to this as their long-range agenda for an increasing world population. And as a way of greater control, and in the wet dream of the elite globalist, a perfect solution rather than the ways of their robber baron ancestors.
With greater freedoms and the need for creating greater spaces, open space, opening after the useless destruction and chaos of the second world war; it would become necessary to quell that newly found battle hardened courage that arrived back home from fighting tyrants. The great trauma that undid previous mind control. A side affect of their world war.

I was trying to brew an old recipe from old Turkic shamans of Anatolia. Some plants strictly and only grow here. The chemicals inside the plants are the same, lets say with ayahusca from peruvian shamanistic traditions but plants are completely different and every culture on the planet had these recipes. I had to do some research to find which plants contain these chemicals and I found their exact copies. Lets say, chemical A contained in some plant’s root in peru, that chemical A is contained in a plant growing near lakes here in anatolia which also used at crafting a traditional musical instrument also called “saz”. surprise surprise..
I was doing that experiment in my apartment building, middle of an industrial town where cancer rates are up there because of the weather pollution alone. In short, not a best place to have any kind of shamanic experience. Or tearing away all the limitations of perception. Anyway, I spent 5 hours preparing It. Then decided to drink a little and see whats up.
for 40 minutes I was sitting there, observing, writing my experiment. I lost the sense of time and found myself writing some strange stuff. Decided to get some fresh air, headed to balcony. This is a third world industrial town, apartment buildings everywhere now Imagine all those satellite dishes or cell phone towers. It was middle of the night, 3 or 4 A.m.–everyones at sleep. I could literally sense-hear the low frequency buzzing from every satellite dish out there on the balconies of the apartments, on roofs, every power cable out in the open, every cell phone ‘buzz’, all the artificial electricity and frequencies that surrounds the neighborhood and on top of that like a gooey sauce of WiFi.
Conclusion: these things, call It whatever EMF or vibrations, we can’t hear them or sense them In ordinary perception but they are there and they are completely unnatural, completely horrific. It is like a blanket of horror that covers everything. In other words, nothing is fine or normal or anything close to natural while all this EMF pollution is being dumped on. I had a first hand experience, It is quite scary. They are saying “oh cell phone towers destroying bees’ way of pathfinding” and all that but these creatures connected straight to the natural matrix, they don’t have complex brains like we do. All this technology Is there just to target human population, and limit, mingle, break, pollute the minds.

WiFi, microwave and EMF technologies are Tesla’s invention. Of course I don’t think he understood their terrible effects on the human body and brain. And the chakra system. His Intent was true, and the science in modern times has been manipulated. The US government has weaponized the tech.
We as human are connected to vibration, the Schumann resonance of 7.83 is a very important frequency. It is the lower earth frequency with the highest intensity. Its whats called the grounding frequency. When you take your shoes and socks off and stand on bare ground you are harmonizing or grounding and retuning to that base frequency. Quite like tuning a musical instrument. It resets all the internal gauges. Studies have shown before and after Biorhythms, re-adjust, reset if they are in a dysfunctional state. These rhythms relate to stamina ,energy, emotional stability…and the beat goes on.
So if interfered with over a prolonged period, sickness is the most likely result.
For instance someone living near high power Hydro lines are being constantly affected by 50 to 60 Hz ELF radiation. Prolonged exposure to this will produce Leukemia in weaker, immune compromised individual. All cancers are greater along power corridors.
It is in the ELF (extremely Low Frequency) range 3 to 300 Hz, that has a very long wave length, 10,000 to 100,000 Kilometers. It can penetrate deep into salt water, roughly 120 feet and having very low attenuation of 3 decibels over a 1000 kilometer. Moving in a zig-zag from 10 to 60 Kilometers high bouncing of the an ionized ionosphere back to earth. . It is a very stable medium of communication. It has a hissing sound.
It is in the VLF range that information can be carried on 3000 Hz to 30000 Hz.
ULF (Ultra Low Frequency) is 0.3 to 3 HZ
VLF (Very Low Frequency) is 3 kHz to kHz
All these can be related to disease.
Microwave is in extremely in the high range of frequencies…megahertzs, and the wave (micro) will fit inside a human cell.
I sometimes go for a walk around my little town here late at night. I too have listened as the frequencies are amped up.
I live close to a Gwen Tower (Ground Wave Emergency Network). We get very powerful Northern lights (Aurora Borealis) here in Saskatchewan. I have seen GWEN draw Aurora down almost to the ground and let it go when it is pulsing. I have also saw many times it effect on chem-trails. Gathering an rippling the resultant cloud bank like sand on a beach. Sometimes they are fractal shaped clouds. Different frequencies make different shaped clouds. Haarp micro-waved ionosphere creates high or lower pressure to move it.
The government says that they no longer use GWEN; it was initially a cold war communication system because of its stability and ability to go around or through objects. ELF can penetrate granite.

Both of your postings were super interesting, enlightening and very inspiring While reading them, an idea popped up in my mind.
I’m going to create an invisible shield energy around myself to be permanently protected from the WI-Fi radiations that are everywhere. These deadly radiations will hit a wall so strong, they won’t believe it. They will be stunned and will have no other choice, than to change the direction were they where heading to.
I’m determined to make this happen. This invisible shield will be a SMART Shield and will be able to discern good radiations from the bad ones. In other words, it will stll let the sun come in.
It will work, I’m sure of that. I’ll be working on this idea as soon as I finish packing my stuff to move to my new place in ten days, and give myself some time to rearrange the new place.
When all this is done, watch out! Here I come. I will borrow an EMF radiation detector from a friend and test it out. I’ll test it before I created the invisible Smart Shield and will test it after its creation . I’ll let you know by then.
Maybe someone will want to try this idea before I do it. Go ahead and let us know.

Putting up a mental shield is the best way, learn to hear the frequencies first and listen to peoples cell when they are near learn to recognize the high pitched sound. Sometimes you can hear a ringing, a buzzing, like bees… that sound that use to come over the TV after the test pattern and the Indian chief at midnight when transmission shut down for the evening long ago…remember!

It puts out a magnetic field around your chest. If you can balance everything in yourself, that field can get larger which is something like you call smart invisible shield. But you see, Its already there.

I was sure it would work. About the heart being a magnetic pulse generating a magnetic field around your chest, that could be the part of the SMART Shield who could recognize the good radiation from the bad ones.
If I can also create a Mental Shield, like Michael says, it would be like a powerful aura around my head. I think that both combined (Heart ans Mind) would be 100% bullet proof…lol.
Then I can test it with a bio-electrography (Kirlian effect). plus an EMF radiation detector. The Elites can go to hell!

Much like the state medical boards are responsible for legalized genocide.
The first line of defense against preventable medical errors in the United States is the state medical boards. Their responsibility and obligation to the public is to protect patients by ensuring all physicians in the state are properly licensed and comply with the laws and state regulations pertaining to the practice of medicine.
The media reports preventable medical errors are the third leading cause of deaths in the USA. The figures reflect 1,000,000, and some even 1.5 million deaths per year, making deaths by the medical community number one in the USA which includes long term care, deaths by pharmaceuticals, mistakes and/or negligence by doctors and nurses. This is unacceptable and horrific considering the total amount of deaths exceeded in a 10 year period is more than all the wars the United States has participated in since 1775. The state medical boards are responsible for these deaths and can be compared to legalized genocide.
How does this happen? How can 1,000,000 people die each year without accountability? The Texas Medical Board is a strong example of how this happens nationally. Mark Bello, a retired trial attorney with over thirty three years of experience stated:
“The Texas Medical Board (TMB) is not required to disclose cases of medical malpractice when a doctor moves from another state. In fact, they are not required to look into cases. You read that correctly, the Texas Medical Board does not check to see if a doctor moving from another state has a track record of seriously injuring or killing patients. The responsibility to disclose malpractice cases rests solely on the doctor. If the doctor does not report his/her own medical negligence, patients are left in the dark. And, it gets better. Thanks to Governor Perry, if you are injured, or worse, it is nearly impossible to seek justice because the state tort reform severely reduces a doctor’s accountability for negligence. Feel safe now?
According to the TMB, all state medical boards have full access to the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB), which lists malpractice cases and disciplinary actions taken against doctors, but because the NPDB charges for queries it is rarely, if ever done. Why? Because it would cost the state an estimated $160,000 a year to check on every doctor licensed in the state. There you have it; in Texas, your life is not worth $160,000. Sadly, Texas has become a safe haven for dangerous doctors. They can erase previous harm done in another state, then avoid accountability for harm caused in the future. If you were a doctor with a history of committing malpractice, wouldn’t you move to Texas? Unfortunately for Texas, until anti-justice tort reformers are legislatively reversed these stories won’t stop”.
State medical boards for the most part, are appointed by governors. Members are volunteer physicians and members of the public, for example, real estate brokers, individuals who own insurance companies, geologists, head hunters, attorneys and other members who do not have medical backgrounds or experience. The reason these people are appointed board members is simple. These positions are used as political favors by the governors and these positions are used to reward them for assisting the governors to win the elections. This is a way the governor repays them for their favors.
Examples of how the Texas Medical Board communicates with the public when concerns are directed to the board for deaths caused by doctors and the public demanding justice and accountability is shown in the correspondence spokeswoman Leigh Hopper sent to family members or verbally communicated via phone.
“We judge a doctor’s guilt by their demeanor.” This response is a blatant display of arrogance towards the public, which was given to Anna Mae Rooks and myself. We were told we would be able to attend the hearing, and the medical board lied to us because neither one of us received notice to attend.
Ms. Elizabeth LaBozetta also received a similar response from the Ohio Medical Board.
“I confronted them about my concrete evidence and asked why they still refused to take action against my surgeon. Their reply: “We don’t have to take action. We do not owe any duty to any individual.” Later she found out why the medical board did not owe any duty with a case she found, Warren v District of Columbia. Warren v. District of Columbia is an oft-quoted District of Columbia Court of Appeals case that held that the police did not owe a specific duty to provide police services to the plaintiffs based on the public duty doctrine.
Ms. LaBozetta also stated ,” A top-level staff member at the Ohio State Medical Board tried to steal my best evidence after inviting me to bring it in for show-and-tell. After looking at each page she asked to take the stack to another room “to copy for their files” and carefully picked out and stole ALL the most incriminating pages, the ones she had taken the most interest in. I did not find out about the theft until I got home and was refiling my papers. Thankfully, I knew enough about how crooked these so-called protection agencies can be and had taken in only COPIES of my evidence–so that thief didn’t get what she thought she did. And I phoned her to make sure she knew it”.
There is a momentum of patient safety advocates and patient safety sites growing in our country. Many people believe that by passing more laws will decrease the collateral damage left behind the medical cartel. The first line of defense is not being addressed because the medical cartel made it impossible to penetrate the medical boards and hold them accountable for failing to do their job. When the first line of defense is not accountable for their actions any law passed to decrease injuries and deaths will not make a difference because the figures and deaths each year is increasing, not decreasing.
This is why state medical boards are responsible for legalized genocide in the USA
