The vaccine mafia and its jury of thugs: your rulers

I’ve written several articles on this subject . As vaccine supporters, enthusiasts, liars, and poisoners keep showing up, I’m sure I’ll write several more.
Here’s the drill. If a parent believes her child has developed autism as the result of a vaccine(s), she must enter the maze of the US government compensation system. Why? Because she can no longer go to court and sue the vaccine manufacturer directly. That’s out.
The manufacturers and the federal government have conspired to erect a wall against those lawsuits, to protect the manufacturers from high-priced judgments.
The government maze the parent enters and suffers through is called the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). It’s a nightmare.

The parent has to prove, to the satisfaction of government vaccine stooges, that her child indeed developed autism, and that the cause was a vaccine.
But you see, autism is a disorder that reads like a complicated menu in a restaurant, because there is no confirmed diagnostic test for it. The menu is a combination of behaviors.
So the parent has to convince a doctor that her child fits into that category, that autism category. If she can’t do it, she loses.
Here is an analogy. You buy a new car in a showroom. You drive it off the lot, and as soon you get it out on the highway, you notice that the brakes don’t work. You’re moving at 65mph and you can’t stop the car.
The traffic ahead of you slows down, and you crash into the back of a truck. You crack a few ribs, suffer a severe concussion, break a leg, and you have permanent nerve damage.
You sue the car manufacturer.
But in court (this is fiction), the manufacturer argues that car crashes lead, in some cases, to a disorder called Automobile Stress Reaction Syndrome (ASRS). In order to win your case, you have to prove you developed ASRS as a result of the crash.
ASRS is defined by a series of behavioral markers. A doctor has examined you and determined you are not a victim of ASRS. Therefore, your case is lost before it begins.
But in court, you say, “I broke my leg and cracked three ribs. I had a concussion. I have nerve damage.”
The judge shakes his head and says, “No dice. The manufacturer is only compelled to pay you compensation if you have ASRS. The suit is dismissed.”
That’s the way the autism compensation game is played. Autism and several other neurological disorders, if diagnosed in your child, could gain you a victory in the government VICP court. Maybe.
But simply pointing out that, after vaccination with substances that contained admitted poisons (mercury, formaldehyde, etc.), your child completely withdrew from the world…that general description means nothing.
If it turns out that what your child is exhibiting doesn’t quite fit into the complex menu of the disorder called autism, you didn’t navigate the maze successfully, so you’re kicked out.
The government says, “There is no proof that vaccines cause autism.” Translation: “not every child who suffers damage from vaccines fits our definition.”
The federal government wants to override the states, which still permit parents to refuse vaccinations for their children on religious, philosophical, and medical grounds.
If the federal government and compliant states win that battle, the circle will be closed. All parents, at the point of a gun, threatened with the potential loss of their children to Child Protective Services, will stand by and watch their children being injected with poisons.
And then when horrendous consequences follow, in the overwhelming number of cases there will be no compensation.
In my article, “Vaccine damage, hidden truth: not on the evening news,” I examine the probable numbers of significant adverse reactions to vaccines in the US. There are no official figures. Barbara Loe Fisher, head of the National Vaccine Information Center, a private group, makes a strong case for at least 120,000 a year, with the distinct possibility of as many as 1.2 million.
So we’re not talking about “a very few cases,” as the government claims.
We’re talking about the massive destruction of lives.
In the most litigious country in the world, you can’t sue a vaccine manufacturer for harm. You can sue everyone else from a garbage collector to a diamond merchant to a football league to an investment broker to a worm farmer to a plastic-bag company, but you can’t sue a vaccine manufacturer. The government won’t let you.
What is the government doing in the medical business, in the first place? They take your tax money and they fund the largest research facility in the world, the National Institutes of Health. The NIH decides what areas to explore and what areas to ignore.
If a lone doctor in Michigan comes up with a revolutionary treatment for cancer, NIH decides whether to look into it. They decide how to look into it. They decide whether it will threaten the trillion-dollar cancer treatment business. They decide whether to take on a study that, when twisted by their own minions, will discredit the lone doctor.
Government science, like everything else the government does, is political. It steals money from you to make political decisions.
So, when the pharmaceutical companies it favors are facing potential lawsuits from 120,000 or 1.2 million people who have been injured by vaccines, it rules against you. You can’t sue. You can only appeal to the government to compensate you.
Compensate you? The government? For a medical injury? In what universe does that make any sense?
Do you walk, hand in hand, into the office of an airline and ask them to pay you money because your son’s bicycle was defective and he crashed in to a tree?
Do you ask for money from a company that makes applesauce because faulty wiring caused your house to burn down?
Of course, some people say, “We ask the government to compensate us for a vaccine injury because the government’s job is to protect us and help us and make sure we’re all right.”
No, that was your Daddy and your Mommy, when you were young.
And even then…did you ask them for a raise in your allowance because the neighbor’s dog bit you?
Stripping away the “share and care” mask from the government and pharmaceutical companies, this is what we have: they know a tsunami is waiting for Pharma in courtrooms.
If private citizens are allowed to sue vaccine manufacturers for harm, juries of other private citizens will award billions and billions in damages.
That’s because juries are “stupid and sentimental and can’t understand science and are easily swayed and absolutely don’t deserve to have their voices heard.”
Instead, make people who want compensation appeal their cases before really intelligent medical experts. That’ll show them. Put those citizens into a labyrinth of lies and obfuscations and red tape and, while they and their children are suffering, run them through a psychological meat grinder. Spit them out with a pittance or with nothing.
Yes, that sounds like justice. Yes. That’s the answer.
Concealing the corrupt and failed and harmful and dangerous practice of vaccination, propagandists and media idiots and government spokespeople have drowned the American population, for more than a century, with assurances and demands about “public health.”
Now, at this late date, the illusion sets up this way: “No, it couldn’t be. They couldn’t have been deceiving us all this time. No. Absolutely not. Because if they have been deceiving us all this time with so many lies, what can we believe? Reality Itself would begin to crumble. And we can’t have that.”
Exactly. That’s the game they’re playing. They build it (reality), and you come. Because in their absence and the absence of what they have built, there would be nothing. Unless you…built something yourself. Unless we build something different.
Unless we fight and maintain the right to claim exemptions and opt out of vaccination. Unless millions of people wake up and opt out, and opt for health. Building health.
Not through poisons injected into the body.

I am grateful for this blog. I am surrounded by family and friends who are believers in and supporters of the dogma of the medical system and they all think I’m nuts. An extremist. Crazy and easily taken in by anti-vaccine propaganda.
What these higher-than-average-IQ friends and relatives can’t seem to accept is that I, also a reasonably intelligent person, have looked into this very thoroughly and open-mindedly, still to this day considering the possibility that I am incorrect and have been misled, and each critical thought I think, and each fact examined and questioned, leads me further and further away from believing in and supporting our existing medical system.
But no, they think I’ve lost my mind or maybe am not as intelligent as they once thought I was.
This is the only blog out there which delves into these aspects of how we delude ourselves, how we are so afraid of the truth that we have all these cognitive defense mechanisms in place.
Now that I see these mechanisms more clearly, it is I am afraid even more frustrating to try to engage in conversations about these topics, because they attempt to shut me down or off in very predictable ways, such as personal attacks or diversions. I just get tired of it. I call them out on it (the logical fallacies and that I recognize which tactics they are attempting to employ against me, rather than genuinely explore a topic on its merits alone), and can’t get through to them. So frustrating. Also emotionally difficult for me, as these are significant people in my life, many of them close family members. So I do care. But it is lonely and also now they think I’m a fool.
Dani – many of us know exactly where you’re coming from. Even those people who are intelligent and well educated are easy victims of the mis-information. Sometimes the most educated are just able to absorb the propaganda more quickly & easily. They may apply critical thinking skills in their jobs, but put a fence around anything they now consider a matter of deep belief, or faith. Theyre afraid to look deeper. They do all they can to preserve their view of the world. Point out logical fallacies (ad hominem attacks are common) and they have no effective response. The only people who know about these subjects, or care to know, – are on websites. They’re not our friends, family, or others who we are around each day. So you can feel lonely at times.
So what to do ? I don’t know about you, but I didn’t ‘wake up’ till 5 or 6 years ago. There were personal circumstances that motivated me to look at things with a clean slate. Who knows when something you’ve shared with others might strike a chord with them in the future. Unfortunately, people need to go through some pain before they will change.
Mind control and exploitation has gone on for thousands of years. Today, its very likely that more people are aware of whats happening than anytime in human history due to the web and other communications tools. Hopefully, there are enough awake people out there to make a difference. The possibility of this is greater than most past times in human history.
You might also consider talking to younger people. High school & college aged people have less dogma to defend. If you can get them off their iPhones and t.v. they might listen. I’d like to help just one person that I know personally, to wake up.
Thank you. Yes, this is hard, particularly from dear and close relatives. My awakening only came about 3 years ago, I suppose, so I have years and years of history with these folks where we were harmoniously entrained with one another. Now that I have broken free, I would like to take some of them with me, but they are not budging and I’m trying to nudge gently but it is increasingly clear to me that I am alienating them, simply by being true to myself and not “going along to get along” anymore. (it’s actually impossible for me to do that… I have tried….). It is hard to have conversations when they are not interested in anything I have to say, which differs from their worldview.
The mechanism is interesting to me, though. I see it now, as though it were the inner workings of a complex machine. The tactics employed to bring me back in line (which don’t work). Yes, the ad hominem. And when that doesn’t work, the “you are being boring. You need to stop now.” In other words, they are being kind of mean to me.
I would say that it is painful to be on the receiving end of this, but that is not all of it. It is also frustrating and interesting. I am quite certain I am not boring; I’m just not harmonizing anymore, and I think they don’t know what to do with the dissonance. At the same time, I also want someone to harmonize or resonate with, and for years we apparently did, so it is disconcerting not to be able to anymore, with one’s friends and relatives.
But I didn’t mean to hijack this. The vaccine info is what got me going. If I could do it all over again, I would not vaccinate my kids. Whereas it once made perfect sense to me, now, once I’ve actually thought about it and delved into it, it doesn’t make any sense at all.
I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this but I’m glad you shared your story. I’m sure there are thousands of people that could have wrote that, including me. It does get very lonely. Thanks you so much for sharing.

Hi Dani – for some reason there wasn’t a ‘reply button’ below your last post, so I thought I’d reply here instead. In regards to the vaccine issue, many in my family are no longer getting their ‘fall shots’. I’m accused with ‘you think you’re always right’ when I show them hard evidence and apply logical arguments. (They absolutely hate that.) But, the articles and videos I showed them have had their impact. Its amusing, – recently in a conversation with a relative I asked them if they still took the flu shot. They seemed angry and almost refused to reply, but admitted that they no longer did so even though their doctor recommended them. This is a big deal because this relative is an elderly lady who places great faith in what doctors say. For her to make such a decision despite face-to-face statements by an ‘authority figure’ like a doctor in his office during a medical appointment is quite an accomplishment for her. She didn’t want me to think I had ‘won’ though. (I don’t care about ‘winning, only what works.)
The point of my bringing this up is that you are likely making an impact on people that they and you may be unaware of. We can verify and present hard evidence. We can use logical arguments and point out (gently) when they’re being illogical or using logical fallacies. We can point to tools for them to learn critical thinking skills (gently, as fellow students). All these messages combine with all the similar messages out there and can do positive thing for those we care about. All the best, – – –
Well, Dani, I don’t think you’re lonely here at this website. People who follow this blog regularly have the ability — and desire — to think coherently, just like you, and surely some readers understand and appreciate your point of view.
As for trying to placate irritated friends and family, perhaps you should not bother. Remember the story about the “sower and the seed,” or the story of “casting pearls…” I have found that one of the effects of being an independent thinker is that I became free to not have to consider what “the others” think of my ideas — and ideals. I don’t need to please — or impress — or placate — anyone else in order to “be accepted.” I believe that is one of the messages of the website……..

Hey Dani, don’t sweat it. The high-IQ’s really don’t want to know anything that will stress them out. So just forget about them. You and your families bodies are your personal business and it is not for them to speculate on your choices.
BTW my daughter is a healthy 8 year old. Never vaccinated, we even took her around the world 19 countries and she was fine. For visa requirements she took a live a Typhoid oral for a few days, and I injected her myself with Hep A. That was the minimum we had to do.

The idea here is you must convince those who you are concerned off, firstly of what a vaccines do when they get inside of the body, the manufacturer designed it like so… in order for it to do this…and there is a purpose is that? And it took this many years, and scientific research and numbers of research dollars to get to here. And what is here… here is the completed vaccine in a syringe read for your arm. And its purported aims are to protect you from this invading virus, or bacteria. By placing another generic organism, a factory/Lab made organism into your body.
And if our bodies reject organs and transplants, and we seem to do this a lot, necessitating the need for anti-rejection drugs…then.
But wait a minute, a greater portion of the human body really is not human, it a confederation of organisms, viruses and bacterias, that have invaded the human body at one time, in a past, initially they made us sick, were repelled. But, the invader continued to infect us again. And after evolutionary forces, or processes became part of the struggle, a symbiosis was achieved. The invading organism did something worthwhile, for the body politic; even though it caused a loss of appetite, fever, and vomiting. It consumed toxins and in fact was a benefit to the human body. It was a benefit. So the body determined that the object of the immune system was not to irradiate the invader, but simply to come to terms with the symptoms of fever and vomiting. A symbiosis is achieved with the human part of you. Some of this confederation of organisms agree through the process of symbiosis to except the invader as a new part of the human being. Thus, evolution is achieved. The human becomes a more adapted thing, now it is better. So the human mind is really a spokesman for this confederation of organisms that already take care of invading bacteria, and virus like influenza, mumps, and measles. And that said organisms don’t always fight an invader entering the human body but simply learn how live with it, to adapt to it, come to common ground with the invader. That the fighting the invader is what causes the symptoms of vomiting, fever, diarrhea, and loss of appetite.
The human immune system is an extremely intelligent consciousness on this planet. It is not just chemistry; it is a library of knowledge that is drawn on. It was added to by the countless humans who have lived and died before you. It has over the periods of millions of years, and through its mediation, enabled millions if not billions of organisms to live in the peaceful state of symbiosis, and harmony. It has resolved the fight amongst so many small things that wish to “ride, especially in your transformer”.
Think of the vaccine as a scorched earth policy. A one size fits all. A blanket policy. Real life is not like that, you need a hammer to pound a three inch nail into wood, but you don’t need it to push a straight pin into a piece of cotton fabric. Why always use the hammer.
And if you suppress the power from an already ruling authority that has ruled and cared for the human body for a million of years or more, an authority that is responsible for you being here in the first place. Your own particular genetic type. Then you short circuit the whole system and its means to existence.
It is an undeniable fact more people, get sick from vaccines, through allergic reactions, to sudden deaths, to life changing syndromes, like Autism. Than are really helped by these vaccines. Vaccines are a program entering into your body and saying to that body “You are stupid and you do not know what you are doing, we will take over”.
They will have to answer for the ones they harm. They get away with nothing.
I would like to see an analogy of what happens if your child is injured or dies from a vaccine that falls under the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program such as the 2009 H1N1 vaccine. I fought that battle and of course, lost. My son passed away from Viral Myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart caused by a recent viral infection. The medical examiner said it would have been caused by the “flu”he had in Oct, it wasn’t the flu he had in Oct in was the Flumist vaccine. Their reason for denial states that although I proved a temporal relationship between the vaccine and his death I did not prove that it was a direct cause. I couldn’t find an attorney that was familiar with the laws regarding the filing, maybe it was because no laws were put in to place until Oct 2011, two years after the release of the vaccine, although a letter of intent had to be filed within one year of the date the vaccine was received and in my son’s case I had to have it filed by Oct 19th, 2010 which was one year after he received the vaccine.
Sandy . . . . so sorry about your loss of your son. That is so heartbreaking. I can’t imagine what you went through and are going through now.

Who in their right mind would let their children be vaccinated with toxins such as mercury, formaldehyde, aluminum, MSG, antibiotics, squalene, foreign viral GMO proteins, and a host of other horrific chemicals that have no place inside of any living thing? Don’t let anyone tell you they work and they’re safe… there is absolutely no proof whatsoever that either of those statements are true. Thirty years ago one in 20,000 kids were diagnosed as autistic, today it is one in 59. God help us. Well said. I am one who was vaccine-damaged, and ended up settling for a pittance. Thanks to the one doctor who was brave enough to stand up for me. My former primary care doctor Tommy Kuo (who also broke the law by not providing me with the mandated Vaccine Information Sheets) chickened out and wouldn’t testify. We paid a neurologist (Jonathan Katz) thousands of dollars to be an expert witness, and once he found out his buddy Vinay Chaudhray, who was paid by the “vaccine court” to testify against me, chickened out as well, but insisted on cashing that check. Chaudrhy is an employee of Johns Hopkins, and has taken millions of dollars in “research” money from vaccine manufacturers. He also earns a pretty penny alleging that people he has never seen or met have other diseases to explain away their symptoms.
These stories and this information must be told again and again – it’s too important to ignore.

But Jon! The Flu Division at CDC which gets about $150 million for flu related crap each year says that thimerosal doesn’t do that much damage. In fact, they say in one measure it improves health! Of course, I totally believe mercury helps with nerve related functions and this doesn’t bring into question whether the Flu Division went farming for their data to get a neutral conclusion in order to continue the highly lucrative flu cult. I totally believe them. It is odd why thimerosal is not used anywhere else but flu vaccines now and that we are told to get one every year. I wonder if someone at GSK could explain that one to me. (Hint: The above is heavily laced with sarcasm.)
Jon, thank you so much for explaining the big pharma business practice, and how they control everything from start to finish ever since their existence. When people try to collect for cancer research, and other medically induced diseases, I educate them that we will never have a cure since they are causing the disease, mainly with vaccines, you name it they are likely causing it from my experience!
As an ex nurse of 20 years who worked for the last 6 initiating & developing a vaccination (Hep A & B) & testing clinic in a community drug team, I was forced to question everything I thought I knew about vaccines, when my son was injured after a DPT vaccine & developed autism shortly afterwards.
In one way it was a hard process to unlearn the indoctrination process I had been subject to & complicit in, but in another way it was easy to go where the evidence, the science, took me because ONLY that would give me a chance to help my son.
The first hurdle I had to overcome was the resistance to even question with an open & critical mind & this was not a rational process.
That’s how propaganda & indoctrination works – it seeks to manipulate &/or obstruct your ability to think, observe & reason by constructing a set of beliefs, emotions & self censorship around the truth.
That is why being able to deconstruct it has nothing to do with traditional definitions of intelligence, but is much more about the desire to go wherever it takes you & should new information present itself which requires you to change or discard or reject an existing paradigm, then it takes integrity & courage to be able to be wrong, to acknowledge you were wrong & to change.
For me, the overwhelming desire to know what had happened to my son & more importantly, to help him, gave me a curiosity, courage & integrity I had never had before. It still does & I’m still questioning & learning about the deliberate lies that surround vaccines, medicine, & science…
I could no longer be a nurse when I learnt the harm, the human devastation being caused by the truly wicked & corrupt pharma-industrial complex.
But I managed to find help for my son with biomedical treatment using supplementation, chelation, nutrition, detox. Although we didn’t start treatment until he was 15, he is in recovery & learning things we never thought possible. He has huge deficits to overcome still but he is healing & growing everyday in profound ways.
I thank God for my son & his recovery.
I know I will live to see the day these fucking criminals are held responsible for these crimes against humanity that are called vaccines.
I take every opportunity I can to tell young people to never vaccinate their children, or if they choose to, to do so after looking at the evidence.
It’s not my job to convince anyone, but to make information available to them so they can make choices based on truth.
I pray to God that just one child accesses treatment or is not vaccinated because of something I played a part in.
I do everything I can to expose the online reputation operatives that serve as glove puppets, astro turfers & front groups for pharma. Their deceit & callousness sicken me. But truth doesn’t need armies of disinformation agents. It does need the courage to speak it though.

I’m a nobody here. I am not vaccine injured; nor were my children although I suspect someone ensured they didn’t receive them. I guess my beef is with injustice and the fact that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against wickedness in high places.

I couldn’t comment here without reading SUPREME COURT “BUYS” VACCINES, which caused me to feel totally sunk. And yet, isn’t President Elect Donald Trump of the same opinion as you? What steps have to happen to dismantle the diabolical hurdles that have been set up for the unwary population? Doesn’t Trey Gowdy have a mind like yours:
“Our doctors are the best in the world. But healthcare costs are growing & the threat of a national takeover is looming. Excessive government regulations have added to the cost of private insurance. A lack of transparency within our healthcare system make it easier to make an informed decision about a hotel room, than it does to make informed decisions about our health. Health insurance should be reasonable and affordable and our tax and regulatory structures must be changed to insure this.
