What? The government admits vaccines cause autism?

The extensive article is at childhealthsafety.wordpress.com.

Title: “Vaccines Did Not Save Us.” It’s well worth studying.

Halfway through the piece, we’re linked to a May 5, 2008, email, from Tina Cheatham at the US Health Resources Services Administration, to CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson.

The email concerns the conditions under which the federal government will pay out compensation to parents whose children have been damaged by vaccines.

Here is the key quote. Follow the circuitous language:

“The government has never compensated, nor has it ever been
ordered to compensate, any case based on a determination that autism was actually caused by vaccines. We have compensated cases in which children exhibited an encephalopathy, or general brain disease. Encephalopathy may be accompanied by a medical progression of an array of symptoms including autistic behavior, autism, or seizures.”

Official word-play at work.

Compensation for vaccine-induced autism? No. Compensation for vaccine-induced encephalopathy—“accompanied by” symptoms including autistic behavior and autism? Yes.

The government is paying compensation for a vaccine-induced “something” that just happens to progress to an array of symptoms which include, well, autistic behavior, and yes, autism.

You want to know a secret? Just switch labels. If, in America, there was a hue and cry about vaccines causing “encephalopathy,” if there were large groups of vocal mothers who were outraged because their children had vaccine-caused “encephalopathy,” the US government would never, ever pay out a dollar for a child with encephalopathy. Never.

Instead, the government would pay out compensation for children with something else no one had heard of, like, oh, autism.

Get it?

This is all a game to the government. A game of switching disease-labels. A game of avoidance. A game of denial. A game of protecting the reputation of vaccines.

Shuffle the words. Shuffle the disease-labels. Protect the vaccines.

But any sane person can see the government has, in fact, admitted that vaccines cause autism.

Which, translated means: vaccines damage brains, regardless of what you call that tragedy and that crime.

In fact, here is how that email from Tina Cheatham to Sharyl Attkisson begins:

“Hi Sharyl,
Here are the numbers of compensable cases [where the government has paid out $$ compensation] for encephalitis/
encephalopathy and seizures in our
database from October 1, 1988 to March 4, 2008.
Encephalitis/Encephalopathy 611”

Translation: This vaccine-caused “thing,” which we’re calling encephalopathy? We have paid out $$ to parents of children who have it. And, well, yes, this “thing” does involve “autistic behavior” and “autism.”

Government at work.

The CDC whistleblower, William Thompson, understands this label-switching game. Researchers at the CDC understand it. CDC executives understand it. Other federal officials understand it. Vaccine manufacturers definitely understand it. All sorts of lawyers understand it. Major media reporters and editors understand it. Parents of vaccine-damaged children understand it.

It’s an open secret— with the exception of the uninformed public.

If someone told you…

a public relations agency promoting the benefits of refined sugar was also doing scientific studies on the effects of sugar…

you’d laugh.

You’d naturally know the studies were worthless. You’d understand the “researchers” were slanting data, cooking data, burying data—whatever was necessary to support their prime directive: hype sugar as a wonderful product.

These “scientists” would never say, “Well, we found that refined sugar is quite unhealthy.”

This is precisely the state of affairs at the Centers for Disease Control. The agency is, first and foremost, a PR machine. It promotes products. For example: vaccines.

So when CDC whistleblower William Thompson emerged from the shadows on August 27 and admitted he’d participated in research fraud, thereby giving the dangerous MMR vaccine a free pass by claiming it had no causal connection to autism…

he was illustrating a primary mission of his employer, the CDC: spread propaganda assuring the public that vaccines are safe.

Science? Are you kidding? The “research” effort of the CDC is just another way to do PR.

The rest of the CDC’s PR message? Vaccines are effective, and everyone must get them.

How does the CDC convince millions of people they’d better take the needle?

Through invoking fear.

In March 2006, Harper’s published a stunning article by Peter Doshi: “Viral Marketing; The Selling of the Flu Vaccine.”

In the Harper’s piece, author Doshi discussed a key presentation at the 2004 National Influenza Vaccine Summit, where speaker and CDC flack, Glen Nowak, outlined a recipe for promoting vaccines to the public.

Using slides, Nowak made key points. As you read them, one by one, picture a huge lab where researchers do studies (“we’re all about finding the truth”)—and picture that lab one open door away from the real bosses at the facility, who are all vaccine hustlers and hype artists and two-bit scammers.

Everything in quotes is from the CDC PR recipe. (See also this article by Brooke Lounsbury: “Part Two – A Look at the Influenza Vaccine,” February 13, 2014)

One: Sell the idea that the flu can “occur among people for
whom influenza is not generally perceived to cause serious complications (e.g., children, healthy adults, healthy seniors).”

Translation: expand the target market for the flu vaccine—pretend that the people who would never need protection from the flu do need it.

Two: “Foster the demand for flu vaccinations” by bringing on board “medical experts and public health authorities publicly (e.g., via media) [to] state concern and alarm (and predict dire [flu] outcomes)—and urge influenza vaccination.”

Three: Make sure we are “framing…the flu season in terms that motivate behavior (e.g., as [flu is] ‘very severe,’ ‘more severe than last or past years,’ ‘deadly’).”

Four: Release continuing updates “from health officials and media” to emphasize that “influenza is causing severe illness and/or affecting lots of people–—helping foster the perception that many people are susceptible to a bad case of influenza.”

Five: Present “visible/tangible examples of the seriousness of
the illness (e.g., pictures of children, families of those affected coming forward) and people getting vaccinated (the first to motivate, the latter to reinforce).”

CDC PR flack Nowak, on National Public Radio, explained the real crisis at the CDC by referring to the CDC’s client—every PR firm has a client for whom they work: “… the manufacturers were telling us that they weren’t receiving a lot of orders for vaccine for use in November or even December … It really did look like we needed to do something to encourage people to get a flu shot.”

Well, sure. That’s the job. That’s what PR firms do.

And when the CDC has billions of dollars to promote their messages and “do research” that confirms those messages, they’re in the driver’s seat.

Just in case you think the CDC is engaging in good work by promoting flu-fear, because the flu really is a highly dangerous disease in the US…and “PR hype is a necessary strategy in this modern age”…

The CDC employs straight PR lies when it counts the number of flu deaths every year in the US. That’s right. Even in its statistical tables, the CDC is carrying out sheer hype.

Nowak didn’t mention that during his dog and pony show at the Vaccine Summit. It would have exposed the whole game.

Some years ago, when I was writing about the flu at nomorefakenews, I received emails from Peter Doshi and Martin Maloney. They fed me data from the CDC’s own charts detailing flu deaths in the US. And they pointed out the lies.

Doshi went on to write an analysis for the journal BMJ Online (December 2005). Here is a key quote from his report:

“[According to CDC statistics], ‘influenza and pneumonia’ took 62,034 lives in 2001—61,777 of which were attributable to pneumonia and 257 to flu, and in only 18 cases was the flu virus positively identified.”

You might want to chew on that sentence for a while.

You see, the CDC has created one overall category that combines both flu and pneumonia deaths. Why do they do this? Because they disingenuously assume that the pneumonia deaths are complications stemming from the flu.

This is an absurd assumption. Pneumonia has a number of causes.

But even worse, in all the 2001 flu and pneumonia deaths, only 18 revealed the presence of an influenza virus.

Therefore, the CDC couldn’t truthfully say that more than 18 people died of influenza in 2001. Not 36,000 deaths, the usual PR statistic. 18 deaths.

Doshi continued his assessment of published CDC flu-death statistics: “Between 1979 and 2001, [CDC] data show an average of 1348 [flu] deaths per year (range 257 to 3006).” These figures refer to flu separated out from pneumonia.

This death toll is obviously far lower than the parroted 36,000 figure. But it would drop much lower, if you added the need to confirm the presence of a flu virus in those cases.

People say, “But how could this be? How could this be?”

The CDC is a PR agency.

That’s how.

The measure of their success is the shock people feel upon reading the true statistics.

Reality is built. A great deal of the time, the people who build it want to conceal their “art.” They want to make their art so air-tight, so encompassing, that raising questions against it appears absurd.

But when the reality-egg cracks (hear it?), a very satisfying sensation begins to spread, and the hypnotic trance recedes.

Bombshell: CDC whistleblower goes further: mercury causes autism

The brief explosive video is posted at autismmediachannel.com on the home page: “CDC Whistleblower William Thompson on Thimerosal.”

Beyond admitting to fraud in a 2004 CDC study that exonerated the MMR vaccine, Dr. William Thompson, a CDC scientist, asserts there is a connection between mercury (thimerosal) in vaccines and autism.

Thompson states that giving a vaccine containing mercury to a pregnant woman is something he would never do.

Couched in science-speak, Thompson winds up his remarks with this: “There is biologic plausibility right now to say thimerosal causes autism-like features.”

For a scientist at the CDC to make this admission, after millions and millions of dollars have been spent by that agency and the US government to conclude mercury has no connection to autism…it’s extraordinary, to say the least.

The PR mantra declaring thimerosal safe has been repeated thousands of times by major media outlets—and now a researcher on the inside has repudiated it.

Experts and other con artists will try to parse Thompson’s words, but the meaning is clear.

Only a mindless idiot or an overt killer would inject a vaccine containing mercury into a human being.

Meanwhile, the major media blackout on Thompson’s revelations continues. The collusion in a vast crime is their mission.

Time Magazine accidentally reveals greater autism fraud

Time Magazine (8/28) is covering the ongoing CDC whistleblower scandal. (“Whistleblower Claims CDC Covered Up Data Showing Vaccine-Autism Link,” by Alice Park)

In one piece of one sentence, without meaning to, the article blows another hole in the 2004 study that whistleblower William Thompson exposed as a fraud.

A hole beyond what Thompson has admitted to in his public mea culpa statement of August 27th.

What Time Magazine revealed demonstrates that the entire study is based on a lie.

Here is the sentence-fragment from the Time article:

“Now one of the authors of a 2004 study that found similar vaccination rates among children with and without autism…”

There it is. For people who can see it.

According to conventional medical researchers, demonstrating that children with and without autism have similar vaccine rates means: vaccines couldn’t cause autism. Because many children who were vaccinated didn’t develop autism.

But suppose you proved that a virus in the bodies of 1000 children caused actual illness in only 160. Would you then say the virus couldn’t be the cause of illness, because some children didn’t get sick?

Not if you were a conventional researcher. You would say, “Well, of course, most children didn’t fall ill. But for those that did, the virus was the cause.”

Applying this line of thinking to vaccines, you could say, “Well, many children who get the MMR vaccine remain healthy. But for those who fall ill and are diagnosed with autism, the vaccine was the cause.”

Naturally, vaccine researchers don’t say that. If they did, they’d never work again.

“So, Dr. X, you’re saying that 1000 children were vaccinated. They all had ‘similar rates’ of vaccination.”

“Yes, correct.”

“And some of these children developed autism, and some didn’t.”

“That’s right.”

“Therefore, vaccination couldn’t be the cause of autism.”

“Correct.”

Let’s consider this situation: A thousand children have a particular virus in their bodies.”

“Sure. All right.”

“Some of those children go on to develop the flu, and some don’t.”

“Yes, that would be a standard situation.”

“Therefore, you’d say the virus couldn’t have caused the flu, because some children didn’t get the flu.”

“No, I wouldn’t say that at all.”

“What would you say?”

“The children who did get the flu—the virus was the cause.”

“But in the case of the vaccine, you didn’t say that.”

“A virus isn’t the same thing as a vaccine. In the case of the virus, we already know it causes the flu.”

“No, Dr. X, you don’t know that. Not by the standard you’re applying to vaccines. Let’s review. If 1000 children are vaccinated, and only some of them develop autism, you say the vaccine couldn’t cause autism, but—“

“I have to go now. I’m late for a meeting at the CDC, where we’re writing up our millionth press release claiming vaccines are perfectly safe.”

It gets much, much worse. Here is the crux:

Researchers conveniently assume that autism is one condition with one and only one cause in all cases.

But there is no conclusive evidence, after all these years, that autism is a single condition. If such evidence existed, you would see it presented, front and center, in the definition of autism, contained the in the psychiatric bible of mental disorders, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM).

The evidence would appear in the form of a physical diagnostic test for autism. A blood test, or a brain scan, or a genetic assay.

There is no such definitive test. It isn’t there.

Instead, autism is entirely defined by a cluster of behaviors.

There is a reason for that.

There is no defining diagnostic test.

Therefore, saying autism is a single physical condition is belief and opinion and surmise and “could-be” and “everybody knows”, fabricated as fact.

Therefore, saying “autism” has one cause is also an opinion fabricated as fact.

Therefore, saying that vaccines don’t cause “autism” is meaningless—because the label “autism” doesn’t refer to a specific defined condition.

However, saying vaccines cause damage is true.

Use this label or that label to name the grave damage—the labels don’t matter.

Except to the devious game players who invent the labels and thereby exonerate vaccines.

The 2004 study that CDC whistleblower William Thompson confessed to falsifying—and thousands of other such studies—are all based on the same fundamental fraud.

In a sane world, as opposed to the lunatic world of disease research, you would only declare you’ve found a single condition if you could put forward an accurate physical test for it.

That test would, for every patient examined, show whether he had the condition. Yes or no.

Assuming you could do these things, you could then and only then try to rule out vaccines as the cause of the condition.

Until then, you would remain silent. You wouldn’t construct devious vaccine studies. You wouldn’t lie every day of your research career. You wouldn’t pretend to knowledge you didn’t have. You wouldn’t work hand in glove with paid propagandists to assure the public, and in particular, parents of vaccine-damaged children, that injecting germs and toxic chemicals is safe and effective.

You would remain silent and you would do no harm.

What CDC whistleblower William Thompson needs to do now

I’m putting this together from bits and pieces of information I’m getting from various sources.

William Thompson, the CDC whistleblower, who apparently can torpedo the CDC with his inside information about a falsified vaccine study, is cut off from outside help—except for his lawyer.

I hope that lawyer knows the kind of danger his client is in.

If the CDC’s position that the MMR vaccine has no connection to autism is shredded, the whole corrupt vaccine empire experiences an earthquake.

And purportedly, that is exactly what Thompson can cause.

And the CDC knows this.

The people who have gradually brought Thompson out of the shadows (*), trying to help him see he needs to blow the whistle—those people are out of the equation at the moment.

The situation has escalated beyond their ability to control it. This is no longer an orderly process.

So Thompson quite possibly feels he has no allies, unless he retracts everything he’s been implying about CDC corruption. Unless, perhaps, he makes some sort of statement about “personal problems,” “pressure at work,” and so on, and claims that people have taken his criticisms of the CDC in the wrong way and have misunderstood him.

If he tries, in this fashion, to rebuild his connections to the CDC and re-enlist as a good soldier, he might—if permitted—enter a realm of silence, retire soon, and hope the promise of a pension is to be trusted.

He would essentially disappear off the map of controversy about autism, vaccines, falsified studies, and CDC corruption.

On the other hand, he actually has thousands of people out there who would like to help him speak the truth and do what they can to protect him.

He should know this.

He also needs to know that suspicions will remain about him, about his motives, about his prior anonymous confessions of guilt, about his making contact with people from the truth-telling vaccine community at large.

Did he initiate this contact with the intention of trapping them and working some kind of operation?

As bizarre as this sounds, it can’t be dismissed entirely unless and until he comes clean.

His mistake was standing in half-light and half-shadow, and coming out half-way. That’s a bad, bad place to occupy.

He’ll never have a responsible job with a government agency or corporation again. All that is over. But so what? Given his specific revelations about CDC corruption, why would he want any of that?

Assuming he still has the freedom to contact people who are on the correct side of this monumental issue and scandal…do it. Do it now.

He’ll find a portal into many more people and much help.

Yes, the fantasy of an orderly process of revelation may be gone, but that doesn’t mean the battle is lost.

William Thompson is in a tough spot—but how does it compare with the position of children who have suffered the terrible brain-damaging effects of vaccines?

And if, as he has said, he contributed to that tragedy by intentionally falsifying a study that should have shown the damage the MMR vaccine has done…how much introspecting does he need to engage in, in order to know what is right?

I hope he is not yet under some form of house arrest. I hope he can do what is right.

Whether he can gain whistleblower status and subsequent protection from legal attacks is, from my understanding, a complex question. The laws are vague on certain points.

He can be sure that, when it comes to medical whistleblowing, the feds will do everything they possibly can to block him from legal sanctuary.

As I’ve already pointed out in prior articles, ops can be mounted against him that have nothing to do with the law. “He’s mentally ill. He’s in treatment.” “He committed suicide.” All the more reason for him to stand up and reach out.

As I’ve documented a number of times in these pages, Thompson’s employer, the CDC, is a group of terminally foul liars who have been deceiving the American public and causing great harm, since their inception.

They need to suffer—not simply as payback—but because they continue their criminal ways.

There are still many people who blithely believe the medical establishment is making great progress in curing the brain damage labeled “autism.” For such people, it’s all about “finding genetic factors” and “chemical imbalances.”

They discount entirely the idea that vaccine-caused trauma/damage is one major and direct cause, among others.

They believe the spoon-fed propaganda they receive on the news. They believe the outraged experts who bray about the “anti-vaccine forces.”

What about a vaccine manufacturer who admits his own product has significant dangers?

Let’s take one. Sanofi Pasteur, of Swiftwater, Pennsylvania.

The vaccine is Tripedia. It’s a combo vaccine for Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis. Generic name: DTaP.

I’m quoting from the company’s own product information sheet, dated December 2005. (Upper case caps are copied exactly from the product sheet.)

Page 6: “SAFETY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF TRIPEDIA VACCINE IN INFANTS BELOW SIX WEEKS OF AGE HAVE NOT BEEN ESTABLISHED…THIS VACCINE IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PERSONS 7 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER…Tripedia vaccine is NOT indicated for adults.”

Something could go terribly wrong in all these age groups, but magically, if you’re between the age of six weeks and seven years, you’re fine. Just fine.

Page 11: “Adverse events reported during post-[FDA] approval use of Tripedia vaccine include idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura [bleeding disorder], SIDS, anaphylactic reaction, cellulitis [potentially serious bacterial skin infection], autism, convulsion/grandmal convulsion, encephalopathy [‘global brain dysfunction’], hypotonia [decreased muscle tone—‘rag-doll’ infants], neuropathy [peripheral nerve damage], somnolence and apnea.”

SIDS. Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Grandmal convulsion. Nerve damage. Bleeding disorder.

And autism.

Autism.

Here is a very interesting quote from Harris Coulter, the co-author of A Shot in the Dark: Why the P in the DPT vaccination may be hazardous to your child’s health (see also this book list):

“Vaccination programs were instituted in the late 1930s… In the 1940s a new mental syndrome, which Dr. Leo Kanner called autism, was noted. It appeared in the wake of the U.S. pertussis vaccine schemes. [Pertussis is one component of the DPT vaccine.]

“When vaccination programs were expanded after the war, the number of autistic children increased greatly… (When) the U.S. occupied Japan and forcibly vaccinated the children: their first case of autism was diagnosed in 1945.

“In England the [pertussis] shot was subject to large scale promotion in the late fifties: a society for autistic children was founded in 1962.

“In the U.S. at first the malady [autism] was noticed in higher income families. This was before the free or forced pertussis vaccine programmes; only the better-off parents could afford the ‘latest medical advance’…later parents from across the socio-economic spectrum gained equal access… Thus, autistic children were now being discovered within every kind of family and in dreadfully greater numbers than ever before imagined.”

Breaking: CDC whistleblower Thompson in grave danger now

William W Thompson, PhD…the CDC whistleblower…was escorted off the premises of the CDC campus yesterday afternoon. This is what a source has just told me.

Therefore, the CDC knows Thompson is the whistleblower.

He’s in danger.

I’ve also been told that the Autism Media Channel (autismmediachannel.com), which had posted the video revealing Thompson’s name and outing him, is gone. The site is suddenly gone. (AMC’s documentary video is here on vimeo.com — entitled “CDC Whistleblower revealed”).

Threats of various kinds, at the very least, will now be applied to Thompson. Legal action, perhaps arrest, perhaps worse.

When it comes to vaccines and protecting that empire, the games are very serious. Deadly serious. The gloves come off.

People have to understand this, if Thompson disappears or shows up dead “as a suicide.”

Since Thompson isn’t, as of this moment, stepping forward himself to provide full disclosure on his past actions, and since his name is already out there….the best protection he has is other people.

Other people making his name and his dangerous situation known. That has to happen now.

Prior to this morning, Thompson had been standing in the shadows as an anonymous source, admitting that he cooked data to hide a connection between autism and the MMR vaccine.

Now other things are known. In 2007, he published a study on the effects of mercury (thimerosal) on babies and very young children—and he concluded that there were both positive and negative effects, but the effects on both sides were very small.

The study was used by the press and the government to trumpet the idea (the lie) that everybody could rest easy; vaccines containing mercury weren’t harming anyone.

Now, this, too, comes under scrutiny. If Thompson was lying about the MMR vaccine, did he also lie about mercury and its toxic effects? Did he intentionally underplay those effects? Did he cook the data in that study, too?

Thompson has been working at NCIR, the CDC’s National Center for Immunizations and Respiratory Diseases—until yesterday.

NCIR includes, in its mission statement, the following: “prevention of disease, disability, and death through immunization…” In other words, it’s a PR agency that promotes vaccines. Actual science about vaccine dangers would be cut off at the pass.

Thompson is looked at as a threat to this agenda.

His unwillingness to come all the way forward, speak his name, tell the whole truth has boomeranged on him. Predictable.

Psychiatric detention and drugging, threats of lawsuits for violating “confidentiality agreements,” arrest, “you’ll never get a job again,” and “sudden suicide” are all possibilities.

Shining a very bright light on Thompson and his situation is his best hope now.
