Medical destruction: It’s not just a conspiracy theory

We’re now living in a time of accusations. A public official or mainstream press outlet doesn’t like what they’re hearing, and they say, “Well, that’s just another conspiracy theory.”

And then know-nothing people breathe a sigh of relief and move on. “Thank goodness THAT’S NOT REAL.”

If enough authorities repeat “conspiracy theory,” the truth goes begging.

In this case, the facts have arrived. What’s missing is widespread knowledge of those facts. The mainstream press is a cover-up operation

Some people are just waking up to medical destruction, by way of news on the opioid epidemic (my article archive on Opioids is here).

They’re late to the party, but that’s all right. They can catch up.

Here are a few horrific “catch-up” quotes. I’ll discuss the source afterwards:

“…appropriately prescribed prescription drugs are the fourth leading cause of death…About 330,000 patients die each year from prescription drugs in the US and Europe.”

“They [the drugs] cause an epidemic of about 20 times more [6.6 million per year] hospitalizations, as well as falls, road accidents, and about 80 million [per year] medically minor problems such as pains, discomforts, and dysfunctions that hobble productivity or the ability to care for others.”

“Deaths from over medication, errors, and self-medication would increase these figures.”

In other words, the 330,000 deaths per year, the 6.6 million hospitalizations per year, and the 80 million “medically minor” problems per year…all of this stems from CORRECTLY PRESCRIBED medicines.

The quotes come from the ASA [American Sociological Association] publication called Footnotes, in its November 2014 issue. The article is “The Epidemic of Sickness and Death from Prescription Drugs.” The author of the article is Donald W Light.

Donald W Light is a professor of medical and economic sociology. He is a founding fellow of the Center for Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2013, he was a fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard. He is a Lokey Visiting Professor at Stanford University and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.

It’s been my policy to quote medical analysts who have mainstream credentials, when it comes to adding up the results of medical-drug destruction.

I do this to show that, in refusing to fix the holocaust, the federal government, medical schools, and pharmaceutical companies can’t claim their critics and detractors are “fringe researchers.”

Believe me, the officials who should have been fixing the enormous tragedy for at least the past 15 years are intent on hiding it.

When you stop and think about the meaning of these medical numbers, one of the things you realize is: this massive destruction of life envelops whole countries.

It not only maims and kills, it brings emotional turmoil and loss to the families, friends, co-workers, and colleagues of those who are killed and maimed: the 330,000 who are killed and the 6.6 million who are hospitalized and the 80 million whose productivity is hobbled or whose ability to care for others is significantly diminished.

If you consciously set out to bring a nation to its knees, to kill it, to disable it, to make it unable to function at any reasonable level, you would be hard pressed to find a more effective long-term method than exposing the population to the US/European medical-drug cartel.

Donald Light is the editor of a book that ought to be studied at every college and medical school in the world: The Risks of Prescription Drugs (Columbia University Press). The basic research that led to his conclusions, cited above, come from that book. His website is PharmaMyths.net.

Is it possible to share these articles on LinkedIn please? Would be nice…

Correctly prescribed medicines, particularly pain medications, need to be left where they belong–in the capable hands of medical doctors who have the ability to correctly assess their patients. What patients decide to do with those meds, is on them, the patients. If they are used incorrectly, then doctors have the right to assess and never prescribe those type meds for anyone whom they assess as a med abuser. This has gotten way out of hand as we have allowed the federal government to involve itself in drug trafficking and now we are going to allow them to tell our medical doctors how to care for the so-called and/or truly addicted patients??? This problem is not just one of medical doctors prescriptions; it is way deeper…like there is no integrity within the general population anymore…no admission of personal responsibility for anything!

Medical schools who train said doctors are widely funded by the same individuals who profit from drug sales…..who train doctors the necessity of profitable drugs while ignoring diet and natural unprofitable solutions. For example, Palmitoylethanolamide is researched by the NIH and DOD. Since it is natural, though it is a major solution for those lucky enough to find out about it. Why aren’t doctors taught about better Lyme testing? About other solutions? It seems a Fox is in the hen house.

Ive suffered with kidney stones for 23 yrs. We started drinking reverse osmosis water 5 yrs before the first stone. After 7 operations, I, not my doctor, figured out that without magnesium and zinc, the body can’t use calcium, which is heavily laden in our American diet…cheese, milk, ice cream, even leafy veggies. My last stone was inoperable (2016-10mm in diverticulli). After using Braggs vinegar 2xday with magCalzinc supplements, the stone was gone by 3/19!! But the damage from dozens of stones is permanent. Imagine all this from water absent of any elements.

Good for you, solving your own medical issues with common sense and a little research. Most of the population is deficient in essential minerals, including iodine, magnesium, selenium, and zinc – not calcium, as you pointed out. Yet calcium was the one most touted by the medical industry in the last few decades. For strong bones, take Vitamin D, but not in tiny doses the federal govt recommends.

Prevent kidney stones with more citric acid containing fruit juice in diet:

      “2. Citric acid

Consuming fruit juice prevents stone formation not only because it increases urine volume but also because it is high in potassium and citric acid. Citrate prevents stone formation by two mechanisms. First, it binds with urinary calcium, thereby reducing the supersaturation of urine. In addition, it binds calcium oxalate crystals and prevents crystal growth [6]. Hypocitraturia is one of the most common metabolic disturbances in patients with calcium stones and affects about 60% of these patients. Patients with low urinary citrate should be encouraged to increase their consumption of foods high in citric acid, such as lemon and lime juice. Consuming just 4 oz of lemon juice per day has been shown to significantly increase urine citrate levels without increasing oxalate levels [7]. Alternatives include melon juice and orange juice, both of which are rich sources of citrate [8].”

The numbers are astounding. Astounding — let it sink in, what does this mean for you and me, today? Think about how to avoid being the next victim.

Jon, I wonder if there is any study that compares the mortality rate of people who visit the doctor regularly vs. those who don’t. I’m sure I’ve seen such studies before. The doctor visit ritual is not complete unless he gives you an Rx.

Imagine warning signs at doctor’s offices, similar to warnings on cigarette packages. Or a sign outside, like the one for the number of hamburgers served at McDonalds. We’ve been trained to pay attention to offical warnings so well, we’ve lost the ability to create them in our own minds. No, we haven’t lost the ability – we have lost the experience of confronting the world firsthand.

The first study about medical care being the 3rd cause of death in the US came out in 2001? It is 2019 now and nobody gives 2 cents.

  7. J Dempsey says:

    Excellent!

If I walk into a doctor’s office and he thinks “God” is spelled “M.D.” I’ve been known to walk out and never return. Just because a doctor says, “You need this medication,” doesn’t mean you have to take it. I look around at the advertisements in the waiting areas and, if ones of the medications advertised is what I’m prescribed, I’m talking to a drug dealer and not a doctor.

    Excellent commentary, thank you!

Dr. Ray Peat, scientist and medical historian, has written many articles that touch on the problems in the medical industry. Here’s a quote from one:

Physiology texts and the real world
    ======================================
Hospital accidents kill more people than highway accidents. But when people die while they are receiving standard, but irrational and antiscientific treatments and “support,” the deaths aren’t counted as accidents. The numbers are large.
Medical training and medical textbooks bear great responsibility for those unnecessary deaths. Most medical research is done under the influence of mistaken assumptions, and so fails to correct the myths of medical training. If the “consumers” or victims of medicine are willing to demand concrete justifications before accepting “standard procedures,” they will create an atmosphere in which medical mythology will be a little harder to sustain.

The problem is bigger than Big Pharma and that part of the problem is massive.

  10. Alexis says:

And you didn’t even mention the vaccine holocaust! Taking that into account would make the numbers of people killed and maimed by pharmaceutical medicine into the stratosphere.
