For 30 years, the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) broke the law regarding vaccine safety, and no one noticed or cared.
Then two men came along and discovered the scandal: Robert F Kennedy, Jr. (twitter), head of the World Mercury Project, and Del Bigtree (twitter 1, twitter 2, FB, web), the producer of the film Vaxxed. They filed papers in court, and they won their case.
Here is the issue in a nutshell: In 1986, a law, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, was passed. It insanely excused vaccine makers from legal liability stemming from unsafe vaccines and the injuries they cause. Buried in the law was a provision ordering the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to update Congress, every two years, on its efforts to improve vaccine safety.
Kennedy and Bigtree thought it would be very interesting to read these HHS reports—all 16 of them. So they filed a Freedom of Information Act request, and then…nothing. No replies.
Kennedy and Bigtree then went to court to obtain the information—and after wrangling and stonewalling, HHS admitted it has NO such reports in its archives.
IN OTHER WORDS, SINCE 1988, HHS HAS FAILED TO UPDATE CONGRESS ON ITS EFFORTS TO IMPROVE VACCINE SAFETY.
And the further implication is: there are no reports, because HHS has done nothing to improve vaccine safety in all these years.
The original 1986 law removed all liability from vaccine makers BECAUSE THERE WAS A PROBLEM, AND THAT PROBLEM WAS VACCINE SAFETY.
Congress protected billions of dollars that could never be sought in court from vaccine manufacturers. Those law suits, filed by parents of vaccine-injured children, would henceforth be illegal. That was the substance of the law.
So, did Congress recognize there was a serious vaccine safety problem? You bet your life they did, and to make it seem they cared, they charged HHS with doing something about it, and reporting to them (Congress) every two years.
WHICH NEVER HAPPENED.
And thanks to the efforts of Kennedy and Bigtree, all this is now exposed.

In 1986, vaccine makers went to the federal government and said they were going to get out of the vaccine business, because juries were awarding too much money in court, to parents of vaccine-injured children. The feds basically said, “We’ll ram through a law eliminating those law suits,” and they did. EVERYBODY AND HIS BROTHER KNEW VACCINE SAFETY WAS A MAJOR PROBLEM…
Including the US Department of Health and Human Services, which was tasked with doing something about it. Back in 1986.
And now it’s discovered there is no evidence they lifted a finger these last 32 years.
Instead, they’ve lurched forward, introducing more and more vaccines into the childhood schedule—and never running studies to gauge the toxic effects of the increased load.
To any person with open eyes, these are the actions of criminals pretending to be scientists.

What is the next step for Kennedy and Deltree? I would so much like to see their progress posted far and wide – step by step by step full of information, people, places, and dates as they continue to navigate through these waters. Certainly the makings of a massive global class action law suit.
This was their first legal attack. They said that more legal attacks are forthcoming.
I pray the truth will win out but Congress still has not called on Dr. William Thompson a whistleblower at the CDC who has admitted fraud and cover up involving the MMR vaccine. If that’s not happening will anything come from this?

Thanks, Jon for reporting on an aspect of that law I’d never heard of before. This whole scam just keeps getting worse and worse. Wish Reagan had never signed it, and I’ve heard he had doubts and had to be convinced.

Though I don’t specifically mention vaccines, I do refer to viruses:

Hindsight is a wonderful attribute. In many instances only those in the know (or, rather, with “connections”) have inside information as to which skills to acquire for guaranteed success. Thus, just about all “good jobs” are snapped up by exclusive circles privy to their occurrences. Propaganda permeates a much wider circle of influence which, in part, is designed to operationally program the masses. I can but assume the Clintons were firmly behind the cruel and childish media attacks on Chelsea as a young adult. The design (aided by unflattering images), in this case, was to chide ignorant people into “believing” she was “ugly” so as to ward off any potential for successful unsuitable suitors’ advances. Media tactics of this kind are regularly analysed by Jon Rappoport. I strongly recommend investigation of his writings.
Few seem to be able to come to terms with the extent of the complexity of propagandas. Perhaps this is because everyone attempts to deny their own relative indoctrination or, worse still, it is the summary evidence of their root systemisation. Propagandas are everywhere. They are not merely limited to the mainstream and institutionalised “sciences’ (sic). Much deceptive information has been generated about computer viruses, for instance. One of the great lies that seems as though it will stand the test of time forever is Pasteur’s germ theory. Germs, according to Pasteur, can invade and infect any body and this is completely untrue. On the back of the lie, scientists concoct legions of “organised germs” that conveniently follow the program. They label these mysteriously unidentified legions’ “viruses”. Of course, if medical evidence free of Pasteur’s contaminated propaganda was given the opportunity to incubate reasoned appraisal, results would radically dishonour current standard opinions in the same manner Bruce Lipton somehow defeated all biological cells.
As Pasteur was nothing short of an appendage of “corporate science” which had been set up by the Rothschild family in Paris in the late eighteenth century (just after the “revolution” – sic), any marketing device aiding the manufacture of arbitrary confusion to help everyone “believe” would be regarded as a godsend by those that presume they own the world. Their godsend in specific relation to the case I highlight is “computer viruses”. Computer viruses are not even remotely comparable to any medical counterpart, but propaganda agents don’t care. In fact origins of all computer viruses can be traced back to sponsored hackers testing security effectiveness of networked equipment, but that muddies the objective of paradigm synthesis. To the propagandist it only successfully sells the “concept” germs can and will invade and infect with impunity whether via the internet or other routes. The idea that anyone connected to humans is potentially “networked” with dangerously contaminated aliens is the perfect genre extension. Because, in this specific case, “viruses” (as labelled) do invade and infect technologies, the propaganda message would go a long way towards convincing shallow minds. I will leave the associated complex good/bad bacteria and strengthened/weakened immune systems’ discussion for another entry.”

Based on its failure to comply with a Congressional mandate to issue a biennial report on vaccine safety during the last 30 years, HHS may be more concerned about enhancing the financial health and well-being of pharmaceutical companies.
Coincidentally, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in April released its biennial update of autism’s estimated prevalence among the nation’s children. The new estimate represents a 150 percent increase among 8 year olds, from 1 in 150 in 2000 to 1 in 59 children in 2014.

Upshot- federal government breaks its own laws all the time.
This is not an isolated case.
The federal government is not “ruled by law”…so neither should you be ruyled by THEIR laws.
It is a joke folks, and the joke is on us.
There will never ever be a safe vaccine, for the basis on which the idea/theory/hypothesis/consensus of vaccination rests, is in no way conform to Nature…
So in my view this whole brouhaha is aimed at the leaves of this scandalous tree, and not at its roots!
Very well said. That is also my conclusion as to why vaccination is just harming the body.
As to the various ways to make various individuals aware of the vampires outside of Dracula’s at night, to get them into the funnel to the conclusion of avoiding vaccines for themselves and their children altogether, that’s where the fun begins, as it were.

Wake up, sheep!! It was just a STUNT! Del didn’t win anything. And in the end, nothing the changes. RFK is a half-assed lawyer who didn’t think to ask the judge to compel the govt to start doing the safety studies. Nothing changes.
Perhaps it would also be relevant to talk to mothers who have to live with children paralysed for life with Polio, brain damaged after a bout of diphtheria, or measles encephalitis , etc , etc. Families ravaged by dengue, Ebola and other lethal diseases throughout the world may not have the luxury of your smugness. They pray that so-called Big Pharma will put their lives back together, in their own communities, so often ignored by this elite group of people who can perhaps afford that choice. There is risk in everything in life, but we really need to address the greater good. Can we make vaccines safer? Perhaps. But when the need is immediate and urgent and my child’s life is at stake, would I take the risk? Hell, YES!

It could be argued we are still suffering the fallout from getting the polio story wrong in the first place.
Every morning I watch the birds, squirrels, and the wild swamp rabbit out enjoying my yard. The thing that crosses my mind frequently is how they aren’t afraid of each other and that none of them have a doctor. What are humans missing? What do these wild animals have that humans don’t? They have a working immune system but for some reason humans are riddled with disease. Did humans evolve with all the contamination for as long as we had stood upright in order to survive this planet or did we not? Maybe humans are a failed experiment of nature and that’s why this species needs to have vaccines? Or is it because certain humans don’t like certain foods that could help them combat any illnesses that they currently have? Our palate has been failing us with manufactured goods and the manufacturing of said products have lain barren our fields of those certain nutrients that are required to have a highly functioning immune system. I do believe that we are in dark times in medical history yet again for they want to eliminate any sort of product of nature from being used or shall I say, Homeopathy. Nature always had the answer despite what humanity claims. The claim is that we are living longer than ever, I am skeptical of this statement as I have watched friends and family succumb to cancer, multiple sclerosis, and heart disease. Native American Geronimo survived to be 79years old without all of those vaccines that we have today and if the greedy U.S.Government haven’t had sent their military out and killed the native people there would have been many more. They had the answers to long life, it seems. Today’s humanity is full of fear, food that no longer sustains the human microbiome, contaminated water, filthy air, and no regard to what others see as health on their individual level. Do you see what Geronimo and his ancestors ha r that we don’t? You probably won’t think of it and don’t care. You probably will think of me as a fool, but I don’t care about what you think either. I just wanted to give my thoughts on the matter.

One wonders about the terrible lack of ethics in government and medicine and its ancillary industries (Big Pharma). Profit – financial gain – is placed ahead of patients’ health and safety. Parents and concerned citizens need to demand both reform and accountability in this area of childhood vaccines, especially given the coercive measures adopted in recent years by many state governments to force children to be vaccinated.
