The individual and the reality machine

Technocratic mystics believe (or pretend to believe) that hooking up brains to a super-computer Cloud will bring on a miracle:
Humans will have instantaneous access to truth, facts, and bottom lines on any subject under the sun. The connection will be automatic.
Putting aside the vast neurological problems in achieving this fantastical state, the whole assumption is cockeyed, because censorship is actually the guiding principle.
“We will tell you everything you need to know and exclude everything we decide you shouldn’t think about.”
In other words, the brain-Cloud hookup is major media to the nth degree. Piles of nonsense, deception, omission, lies, and official stories. Mind control.
No need for tech giants like Google and Facebook to de-list, hide, and warn about “dangerous information.” It will be erased.
If that’s a miracle, it’s diabolical.
The brain-Cloud connection would constitute a Reality Machine in action, turning out reams of fabricated falsities, thereby building a landscape of perception which is a self-referential bubble.
You would see the shapes of a society that has been created for you.
Estimates of the approaching power of computers are based on their capacity to process information; nothing more. It’s absurd to infer a computer that can process faster than the human brain will be possessed of greater truth. Is a plane whose payload is bombs more truthful than a Piper Cub?
No, something else is going on here. The preposterous “utopia” of brain-computer merge is a front and a cover for the agenda of turning humans into machines. In that regard, the brain would be the Holy Grail. Make it into a slave that produces a chosen reality of perception and thought…
At that point, the individual would go the way of the dinosaur. Which is the whole point of technocracy.
As I keep saying, in any plan that seeks to encompass the whole human race, the individual is the wild card. He has the capacity to see through false realities; and more than that, he can, on his own, invent new unforeseen realities of startling dimensions. This power may be latent, but it is there.

This is a sham.
Computers can offer us many things; but deeper perception of the truth by automatic reflex, and increased creative power via stimulus-response, are not on the list.
The rejection of that future is a cardinal necessity.

I much prefer the idea of “power within” with the capacity to tap into infinite potential. It’s at least within my control as opposed to the dystopian vision of Nightmare on Techno Street. Thanks Jon for bringing this idea to my attention. You’re a true artist in my view.
Jon, it goes so much deeper than the article states: I have discovered intentional brainwashing with early television “programs” that used plots and themes to alter real history and implant falsehoods. Example: there never was a place called “Sumeria” that is a label invented by western “academia.” It’s real name was Kalam. And a search for it’s religious culture turned up the fact they were “Buddhists” or as the academics hide it in Egypt: “Ptah.” An image of one of the “Buddhas” revealed he is the long-legged “vizier” of Egypt called Yuya. Ready? Buddy Ebsen the actor had a very long neck too. So what do we find here? Ptah Kalam is “Clampett.” And how was Yuya actually labeled in Egypt? Djet. Djet Kalam Ptah= Jed Clampett. Wait…there is more. This Yuya is actually a person known in Macedonian history as Antigonas I. A eunuch aka Bagoas. Where was this person born? In a place called Elemais. ELY MAE. Wait…there is more: these are the infamous incestuous royals known as Igigi. Uncle/Niece and Aunt/Nephew pairings. Uncle Jed. And “granny” actress also had a very long neck: that is Meryt-Neith, the actual mother of Djet. Even down to the hairdo. There are many other early TV programs I could expose. Remember the manly “Miss Hathaway?” That is the Hathawei yoga this Yuya founded. A Shiva cult. Yuya was a famous transsexual… the alleged homosexuality lover of Alexander the Great. Except Alexander didn’t exist. That is Alu Sandhu…a famous eunuch that revolted against his Han dynasty masters. Yuya… A Hilltribe king of the Akha. The long-term wandering tribes… Hillbillies.
Yuya is the “mes Iah.” A mes was what a smithie was called in Egypt. Iah/Ya. The actual origin of Messiah. He forged the meteoric steel sword found on Tut’s chest. “Pulled it from a stone”: the Nantan meteorite. He is depicted in those Chinese statues found in 2013, wearing a mask. Some with spikes in his eyes, but one holding the tools used to forge metals. That is Yuya: go look at the pale skin around his mummy’s eyes. Look at the scar where a spike was driven into his right eye. He is an Akha blacksmith. They were famous for blacksmithing. And for something else: weaving clothes dyed with indigo. And how is Vishnu depicted, the God that forged a celestial weapon for Shiva depicted? With blue skin, as is Shiva. Yuya is the AkhaNantan. AKHENATON.

A classical education, where Sophocles and Jefferson are the reading material, not Batman and the Simpsons. Where lessons are debates and discussions, not memorisation and mindless repetition, and if the whole day or week is devoted to contemplating why Caesar was prohibited from crossing the Rubicon, and why he did it anyway, then perhaps we will maintain a society where civility and good manners rule, rather than fear and greed.
It is a dream, but a worthwhile dream.”

You review this from “bottom up”, Jon and reveal a farcical objective in your masterpiece of banality.
However, from “top down” things become clearer to those that “understand what is”.
The problem is understanding “what is” contradicts all fundamental understandings.
In other realms [presently] adrift of our (the group) own reality plane (or, as is generally assumed by the “world view”) it is possible to “hook up” minds via adaptable technologies. The “powers” have never been able to figure out “how” to do it.

The technology may differ but the concept is hardly new.
“In 1958, Dr. Patrick Flanagan invented the Neurophone in Bellaire, Texas when he was 14 years old. This electronic device transmits sound through the skin, by-passing normal hearing.
The patent examiners thought that this was just sound transfer through bone conduction and refused to issue a patent for 12 years. In a rare meeting in 1970, the patent office agreed to examine the Neurophone for themselves and meet Patrick and his attorney. They both encountered a surprise. The examiner had a deaf employee attend the meeting to test the device. The man was totally nerve deaf in one ear and almost totally deaf in the other. Patrick showed him how to use the Neurophone and played a record of the famous Maria Callas singing an opera. As he was able to hear the undistorted beauty of her voice, the tears of joy streamed down his face.
For the first time in history the Patent Office reopened a file after it was officially closed and Patrick Flanagan received United States Patent Number 3,393,279. Prior to this, scientists thought that sound could only be perceived by the inner ear to the brain.
How the genie was lost
In an agonizing infringement, a Defense Intelligence Agency sealed the patent and a national security order forbade Patrick from working on, or even talking about this invention. After many years and nearly 300 inventions later, Patrick received the Neurophone for public use. In a triumphant court case, the secrecy and the seizure of the device, by the Government Agency, was overruled and the genie was out of the bottle!
Electronic hearing and telepathy
To quote Patrick’s Neurophone article in Nexus Magazine-Feb/March 1994, “All hearing aids stimulate tiny bones in the ear. In order for bone conduction to work, the cochlea or inner ear that connects to the 8th cranial nerve must function. People who are nerve deaf cannot hear through bone conduction because the nerves in the inner ear are not functional. A number of nerve deaf people who have had the entire inner ear removed by surgery have been able to hear with the Neurophone.
The Neurophone is really an electronic telepathy machine. Several tests prove that it bypasses the 8th cranial nerve or hearing nerve and transmits sound directly to the brain. This means that the Neurophone stimulates perception through a 7th or Alternate Sense!”
His brilliance was that electrical current variations created vibration in a speaker and then to the air – which was picked up by the ear which created electrical current to the hearing nerve – if he converted the electrical current to the speaker directly to the electrical current carried by the cranial nerve, then the speaker and ear were bypassed. Much more efficient.
Similar machines transfer visual imagery.
It doesn’t require implants. I had the misfortune to live in Brussels and in London. I had very poor sleep and could ‘hear’ subliminal words and sounds from about 1am to 4am. Often accompanied by ‘sweats and tremors’. If I was awake and alert, then the sounds were still perceptible.
The only thing that has changed is my location and I am 250 miles from any major city. I do not have any disturbances even when I stay alert.
It is not paranoia when they really are out to get you.
