Welcome to the Church of Fear and Blindness

It’s always so wonderful to see so many of you again on these Sundays, when we gather and worship. As your minister, I try to guide you on the path to salvation.

As you know, in our Church we come from fear.

That is our watchword. When we experience the impulse to step out on the stage of deep commitment, we pull back. We sense the danger. This we all understand.

When the lockdowns were ordered last year, we closed our doors. We avoided risk. We prayed online. Not long ago, when the mandates were announced, we complied.

Out in public, we obey the rules.

We are a branch of the State. We respect things of this world.

We will never challenge Earthly authority on behalf of God.

Religion is dead.

I’m not talking about God or the independent individual. I’m talking about organized religion.

Over the past year, there have been many occasions…after gargantuan rulings from the State, during this false pandemic…when you would HAVE THOUGHT religious leaders and their congregations would come forward, in great numbers, to TAKE A STAND.

Declare their allegiance to God. Refuse to obey the restrictions against life, against work, against freedom, against worshipping together.

But except for a few scattered cases, no. Nothing happened.

Silence. Meek silence.

Well, I have a new religion. The old religion.

It’s called FAITH.

Faith that leads you to do SOMETHING.

Religion is dead because the leaders are dead. They let people in the doors of the churches and then pacify them and isolate them and put them in a bubble. If the leaders preached RESISTANCE, the people coming in the door would be more RELIGIOUS. The air would clear. There would be FIRE in the room.

Trying to reform modern Churches would be like trying to turn a banker into a pilgrim journeying long and far to a sacred shrine.

I’ve never been satisfied with the phrase, THY WILL BE DONE. If he’s God, His will is already being done. And if it isn’t, then the faithful themselves need to be doing something. So why are they presenting the phrase in the passive voice? Why aren’t they saying, WE WILL DO YOUR WILL?

And the answer is, they would rather sit in Church.

Now we have parents across America going into school board meetings to protest, among other oppressions, the vaccine mandate.

I’m sure many of these parents are religious. If they’ve gotten part of that religion from their churches, they’ve taken it outside and made something out of it.

And the Attorney General of the United States has declared war on them, calling them potential terrorists. Now this I understand. The State is baring its teeth. The State is revealing its true character.

And the parents are standing up against that.

The Churches should have been doing this all along.

But they’ve sold themselves.

Try to imagine what the Pope, with all his influence over a billion worshippers, could have said when the lockdowns and mandates were declared.

Imagine a Pope with youth, vitality, passion, an outgoing man, stirring the ashes, finding hot coals, and building them into a conflagration, setting his Church against the Earthly State.

This is why the Cardinals pick old men to be their leader.

Is there a Church anywhere, in which people of the flock have risen up and thrown out their pastor, because he is of insufficient moral strength?

I’m not talking about mundane scandals. I’m referring to POWER. The power to set things right. To re-establish the mandatory chasm between Faith and the Secular.

Has any congregation dismissed its leader for failing to do THAT?

This is called a clue. The accountability finally falls on the congregation.

As I write this, I’ve been told 4500 police officers in Chicago have refused to log in and report their vaccination status, violating the deadline set by the fascist mayor of the city.

Now this sounds like the sort of thing church congregations should be doing.

Resisting. Drawing a line in the sand.

“And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money changers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.”

When the leaders of a congregation are the money changers and the merchants and the assets and the partners of the secular state, it falls to the congregation to throw them out.

—As an act of renewing faith, and directing faith where it should go.

Otherwise, the congregation is a collective of fear and blindness.

“As you know, in our Church we come from fear. That is our watchword.”

Yes, the Church was built upon fear. Fear of death. Fear of hell. Fear of God. Fear of Missing Out. Fear…fear…fear…

Sure, they talk about ‘Salvation’ then. But first you must install all the fear. That’s what drives the whole engine.

“We are a branch of the State. We respect things of this world.”

Sort of violates the First Commandment right off the bat, doesn’t it? Sure, we’ll get around to that ‘God’ stuff… but let’s satisfy Daddy Gov first. We know our place!

“… you would HAVE THOUGHT religious leaders and their congregations would come forward, in great numbers, to TAKE A STAND.”

People must understand that almost without exception, any person of real strength and leadership qualities has been carefully WEEDED OUT of the church structure. They will railroad you out of Seminary before you ever get near a church or its people. The Church is left with empty human vessels who take their orders from church bureaucrats who live in paneled offices with nice furniture and steady paychecks paid for by donations from the faithful.

“I’ve never been satisfied with the phrase, THY WILL BE DONE. If he’s God, His will is already being done.”

Yes, the Will of God does not need our assent. In its best intent it is said as a way to humble ourselves and intend more of… ‘MAY we rejoice in Your Will being done… even when we don’t like what it is.’

“Now we have parents across America going into school board meetings to protest, among other oppressions, the vaccine mandate.”

You won’t find many pastors or priests going to those school boards to protest. If they do go, they’ll be there to try to intimidate the parents with that “Render under Caesar” nonsense that been misinterpreted ever since those word were written.

“When the leaders of a congregation are the money changers and the merchants and the assets and the partners of the secular state, it falls to the congregation to throw them out.”

The dynamics of most all churches are the same: A few wealthy donors pay the bills and run the church and the man-of-the-cloth. The man (or woman) of the cloth knows their place and takes orders from the wealthy donors. All the rest of the congregation suffers.

Does this remind anyone of SOMETHING ELSE?

    • Deanna Johnston Clark says:

St. Timothy was pastor at Ephesus after Paul went off to Rome. Timothy saw what you described evolving, yes he did. He got so frustrated and bored, he went to smash the temple of Diana and got himself martyred….suicide by cop. He never did fit in.

Timothy is the patron saint of all frustrated, counter cultural saints…

After WWII the delinquents and rascals who became heroes didn’t know what to do anymore…

And to quote LeCarre in Russia House, “These days you have to think like a hero just to be an ordinary decent human being.”

  3. Right on, again. I’m sure many readers here have heard of Peggy Hall of The Healthy American and her husband, Pastor Dave. They have been working tirelessly since the boots came crashing down, offering recommendations and tools for anyone wanting to RESIST the tyranny. They are a beacon of True Light in the religious and secular community.

I just think that most people are so deeply traumatized that they can’t find COURAGE enough to say “no” to the lying thugs and their sick, cushy-job-holding puppets. The case with churches, businesses, schools, and entire industries like the medical industry in full compliance is because they receive government money to push the CovAin’t narrative. They’re run by Satanists and Luciferians who care nothing but for their comfort, and they know that most people are seeking comfort, security, and convenience, so their coercion works.

My husband and I visited the Navajo Nation Museum in August 2021. We were genuinely excited to see the museum and meet members of the tribe. Outside the building, all was fine; my husband chatted bare-faced with the Director. But inside, it was another story. First, most of the exhibits were about the Navajo Code Talkers, and very little was about the art and ancient history of this amazing nation of peoples. We made it through the entire museum, having crossed paths with several employees, and were walking toward the exit, when the Director, now in a black face mask, told us that we were required to wear them. We said, “We don’t wear face masks.” He said, “It doesn’t matter because the whole Navajo Nation is complying with all the mandates.” We just looked at him, deadpan, and said, “Okay, thanks but no thanks, we were on our way out anyway. Have a nice day.”

I tell that story to exemplify how my husband and I clearly have more faith in The One Creator of Eternal Life to be able to stand in our Sovereignty than the ENTIRE NAVAJO NATION. Why? Because we think government is slavery, and they LOVE their government-sponsored cushy museums, casinos, and other perks. It’s sickening and truly sad.

    • Sean says:

I’m a registered Cherokee, (Hint) I see the same. However, due to being on the losing side of the civil war they lost their sovereignty. But I can tell from looking at their constitutions that they rewrite, that they are trying to regain that status. But for now, it is pure disgust and I don’t have anything to do with it. Oh I’d love to stand for them but I just can’t, to much bootlicking.

  4. Low Voltage says:

Whether it’s the Bible, Greek theater, or Shakespeare, the human experience never changes. It’s all cowardice, intrigue, and betrayal occasionally interrupted by an artist or hero.

If the devil were destined to rule this world, he would already lord over it. If Jesus were coming back, he would have come back by now.

This COVID story won’t have a denouement any more than did the “War on Terror.” It will just morph into something else seemingly more horrific.

The Eastern religions understand this. There’s no happy ending, no ending at all…

    • Deanna Johnston Clark says:

      First, JESUS NEVER LEFT.

But if he were to return as the Good Hitler of modern prophecies, He would have come in 1944.

Since He did not, maybe we should revamp our narrative.

  5. Lisa Franklin says:

Religion was set up by the elites to brain wash and pacify the masses. They are taught ALL world leaders were put there by God.I live in UK and here the twits have bought the official narrative, needless to say. One church in my town declares JESUS IS ALIVE on a huge banner-gives me a laugh. A bit hard to make a big come back when you weren’t here in the first place.

    • Bhaleri says:

Lisa Franklin, it’s purely your opinion that religion was set up to brainwash and pacify the masses.

      It’s not true at all.

You’re free to be an atheist, and you can give your opinion.

Just don’t word it as though it was fact. That’s erroneous.

      • Fins McGee says:

        Stupid is as stupid does
PS I’m a theist, but not a religionists.

        • Saeger says:

Erroneous or otherwise stupid is someone dictating ‘just don’t word it as fact’ while claiming a belief icon as fact while claim of fact as ‘erroneous’, then another backing the nonsense. That would be to both of you.

You know, I object to every comment pushing monotheism yet for the most part don’t say anything, until it gets into dictating, ‘don’t judge’ or similar, such as also your post ‘bahleri’ as dictatorial. It is not your place to dictate what someone is free to say or not, or dictate how someone words their post. That is why it’s their post, not yours. And you cannot double back and claim I am doing that, as I am in response to your false claim of position.

Further, smarting off isn’t ‘christian’, or are you one of the left over brands from the ‘inquistions’. Some of us remember the scum who made ugly words such as ‘heretic’ -to murder people because they didn’t want to be forced to a slave religion and fraud ‘obedience’ and by the way what is ‘tax’ doing in your feinted book. The earth is missing millions of people that would have been alive but for that.
The brilliants who would have gone on to create, and respect earth, and reproduce intelligence and bravery instead of the scum bucket the earth has been turned to. It is the one question people have failed to ask themselves, how is that religion yet in existence. The pounders are the ‘deep state’ along with lawyers.

At base there is no point in either of your posts. It’s waste and time ticks away.

      • Jay Warren Clark says:

“You’re free to voice your opinion; but don’t word it they way you see it.”

Excuse me. Is that what you just said?

Didn’t Jesus tell you to look in your own mirror and “take the plank out of your own eye before worrying about the mote of dust in the eye of your neighbor?”

Please edit your comments for some semblance of consistency as measured by actual Christian Teachings.

After all, an old Principle is that “consistency is the measure of truth.”

        JWC

        • To All: Please try to make a distinction between what is done by what is called “Pulpit Christianity” and the genuine Teachings that have their origins in an ancient Wisdom School of which there were many–the traces of which have been eradicated no doubt by good “Christians.”

The amount of spilled blood that this required we can only guess, but it is a defensible guess that it was a great deal.

Furthermore, any intelligent child can see that what the Master said and what the churches are making of it are not one and the same–not “One,” as the Master demanded: “Be ye one with me as I am one with the Father!”

          JWC

          • Deanna Johnston Clark says:

Christians repeat ad nausaeum, “God so loved the world that…” but follow up by judging and criticizing the world and the weakness of the common people.

Some hate the Catholic religion, but it’s the church that loves, forgives, and welcomes the worst of the worst at life’s end….just as Jesus of Nazareth did.

Look for the best Christians among the forgiven sinners, not the boy scouts.

    • stephen langley says:

While much myth, hokum, distortion and evil has come from all organized religions, they are all based on the life of a real, divine, God-realized personality. Religion unsuccessfully attempts to codify Divine Life as experienced and exemplified by each of God’s incarnations as the “perfect man” (within His historical context). This is not part of the myth-making; they are all historically real human beings who were/are manifestations of God. These advents and manifestions are cyclical; an ongoing series that is culminating in the current “end and beginning of a cycle of cycles.” as we are told by the latest universal Divine Personality who has already come, done His Universal Work, and departed… Jesus said, “I will come like a thief in the night.” And when does one discover this universal master “thief” ? …and what does He “steal” ? We “discover” Him after He is gone (we were spiritually asleep !) We realize that He has taken our illusions and stolen our hearts. Illusions that have been preventing us from experiencing the “fullness of Existence”, i.e. our own Divine Essence, or equally detrimentally puts “planks in our eyes” preventing us from perceiving truths. But who is this latest Christ-Avatar ? That is for each one to discover for themselves… or not. Nevertheless, the Spiritual Hierarchy is always at work for EVERYONE’s ultimate benefit. If we all rail that the cabal has been around for thousands of years does it not follow that the Powers of Light have also ? Truth in Human Form, i.e Jesus, Mohammed, Lord Buddah et al were all Real… it’s religions that have given Them a bad name ! Cheers & Godspeed.

Go to Vatican’s own official website and read the original 10th commandment. It makes crime of thought for barefoot nomads to covet what was dear for oligarchs of the day. List even breaks down to slave male and slave female, beside of personal property called wife.

Decade or so ago, they changed “slave” to “servant”. Still, very telling.

    • Geo Martin says:

The UK is one of the most godless countries, ruled by a corrupt elite for centuries since the reformation and Henry VIII.

It’s no wonder it’s on at the vanguard of the war against the common people. The most vicious governments are the ones with a highest percent of atheists. And that is a fact.

    • Shazaad Bacchus says:

You are correct in your post. Spot on! What else is religion but mind control? Islam, Christianity with all their thousands of sects, et al., et al., are all about mind control. Controlling the masses through fear, exactly what is happening with Covid which I have considered as a new religion (with scientific/medical garb – they come in all colors and disguises), controlling the world through fear. Of course, all religions transfer power from We The People, to “them”, the creators of the lies and their minions. All religions suck! They are not “organs” of the Creator of our universe. Never were!

  6. K Smith says:

Jon- this is exactly how I have felt since the beginning- you put it into beautiful words. We can always find ways to criticize the Church – but this is the most glaring act I have witnessed. What are we as a faithful people gathering for if not for power outside of the world?? I couldn’t express it correctly but you did it for me. So thank you !

  7. Nora Marginean says:

One of the reasons the church is dead is they have a 501(c)(3) tax exemption… they are now a government church… it sickens me to see these churches comply with mandates (mandates are not laws).

    • Rachel says:

Yes. Also they are too obsessed with being hip and popular like secular celebrities.
I noticed the mega churches were the worst offenders.

    • Siouxma says:

Amen, Nora- that’s a huge reason why churches are just clubhouses now. Not that “good deeds” don’t get done, but pretty much just for the members.

As far as why church leaders were complying with the State Edicts, they were in on the Fix from the get-go. No way did all this happen on the local level with the doctors, hospitals, veterinarians, grocery stores, AND churches and synagogues (mosques, I do not know about) without a big Heads Up in 2019. Some retired for no apparent reason in 2019, early 2020… they were all bribed and/threatened to keep their mouths shut.

  8. +Donald Connell says:

I love what you have said. It is the truth. I am not backing down. We never stopped having Church.

  9. Stacey-Anne Bistak says:

I agree wholeheartedly, Jon, with all that you say.

From the start of all the illogical restrictions that were imposed on us, my husband and I echoed your very thoughts — and communicated them to supposed leaders of the flock, who should have stood up and not have been kowtowing to the danglers of monetary baits.

We can still pray for those that remain submissive to the sinister plans.

  10. Tom S. says:

Time has long past to depose the last 6 Antipopes and the Vatican Bank of Rothschild. All true Catholics have returned to the Catacombs and taken the Traditional Faith with them!

    • Bhaleri says:

As a traditional Catholic I’m certainly disgusted with the recent leader who sits in the Chair of Peter, and who decidedly is not my Pope. But as for the previous Popes, I make no judgment on them. I don’t know enough about their merits or defects.

But I do know that in years gone by when plagues have occurred in cities, Catholic bishops and others have taken to the streets, praying, in an effort to stamp it out, and they have succeeded. One reader wrote that what they have lost is FAITH. Yes, I would welcome any group of Catholic clergy to come out on to the streets declaring the churches are OPEN and there is no need to book a seat as if going to the theatre, nor is there any need for a mask in the House of God, our Creator.

  11. darrell says:

The mayor of Chicago is the opposite of Fascist. She’s a Marxist. Fascism has been unjustly smeared and slandered for too long.

Ironically, the greatest endorsement for Fascism comes from the amoral and insane Marxist vermin themselves. You see, the mere fact that both the Red Devils of “Antifa” (Anti-Fascism) “in the streets” —  as well as the snobby New World Order Globalist predator string-pullers “in the suites” — all HATE pro-people Fascism so much — is all the evidence one needs of its positive value as the ultimate anti-septic treatment for the plague of Marxism/Libtardism.

Marxist/Trotskyites invariably promote Atheism, the destruction of the traditional family, sexual promiscuity, homosexuality, cross-dressing, sexualization of children, degenerate “modern art,” corrupting and sexualized music, leftist politicized literature, disrespect toward tradition, patriotism, & elders, and all conceivable forms of vulgarity, stupidity, Fake News falsehood, ugliness and moral depravity. The confused, alienated, dumbed-down and demoralized masses thus become putty in the hands of the Marxist master who fills the void left behind by the destruction of the God-centered sane culture which is no more.

    Samuel Adams, once warned:

“It is in the interest of tyrants to reduce the people to ignorance and vice. For they cannot live in any country where virtue and knowledge prevail. The religion and public liberty of a people are intimately connected; their interests are interwoven, they cannot subsist separately; and therefore they rise and fall together. For this reason, it is always observable, that those who are combined to destroy the people’s liberties, practice every art to poison their morals.”

And this is what atheistic Marxism, in whatever form it may be morphed into, always does.

    • It seems like you fail to take the final step. It matters little what you name them if in the end they all–even Capitalism–end up as the same old Authoritarianism!

These infinite division into schemes of complex categories and names is an academic game. And these academics (who I spent my life in association with) don’t have the wit of the average baseball player who after looking at all the possible pitches remembers to say, “But watch out for one in the ear!”

When simple and complex meet, the simple always rules the complex. Otherwise there would be no understanding at all. And academics secure their salaries by making everything complex. And this only confuses (harms) the citizenry who deserve better. Take care to distinguish your own words from this harmful game.

    • Faith without self doubt is a fake. It is not a Faith–which has a million believers, but a faith wherein one is all alone that might become real faith.

PS Few know, and even fewer will admit, that Confucius also taught the Golden Rule–except that he put it in the negative, “Do not do….” which incidentally is philosophically and theologically more correct, since the Way since Plato’s Mentor has been what the Medievals called the Via Negativa, the negative way of negating what is false. And Jesus would of course agree. JWC

Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano has arguably been the most prominent voice among religious leaders against the scamdemic psy-op and tyranny, and also against antipope Francis’s complete betrayal of human rights by promoting the NWO Globalist agenda, including the medical tyranny of the whole covid/vax agenda. For this Vigano is a marked man, fearing for his life, and doesn’t appear in public. I only hope he comes to realize that same Cabal behind this omni-destructive and murderous psy-op also took over the visible structures of the Church after many years of infiltration, culminating in the takeover of the papacy at the 1958 papal conclave.

Here are 2 sources of Vigano’s words on the subject:

    • Arby says:

The Catholic religion was deviant from the start.

The Christian Bible (Revelation chapter 18) includes a message for all of those within global false religion, all denominations (depicted as a harlot, or a woman who is faithless to her husband, aka Babylon The Great): “And I heard another voice out of heaven say: “Get out of her, my people, if you do not want to share with her in her sins, and if you do not want to receive part of her plagues.” Her plagues = denunciations of, and judgments on, her.

I find it interesting the way doctors, just now, are in the same sort of position as those sheep trapped in Babylon The Great (which the WHO will soon be responsible for destroying completely, which is something that perhaps happens both figuratively and literally). Doctors need to abandon false Rockefeller medical dogma and start acting like doctors who truly want to do no harm, first and foremost. They need to be honest. And if they don’t know the medical Truth, then they need to make a good faith effort to learn that Truth. Leaving the established medical church of Rockefeller won’t be good enough, if they continue to know and repeat falsehoods.

That speaks to something I talk about all of the time. There is a separation of the sheep from the goats underway, but there will be a further separation of sheep from sheep. The meek ‘who uphold God’s standards, which include honesty’ will inherit the earth.

      • michael burns says:

“The Christian Bible (Revelation chapter 18) includes a message for all of those within global false religion […]”

        WRONG!

You misunderstand both the Revelations and “What God wants”; God’s standards…What? No one and I mean no one knows what God wants — God is, God is the ‘I am’.

The Apocalypse of St. John is not what you think it is, and you are not alone, in that misunderstanding of a great book of the Bible.

An Apocalypse is an unveiling through an initiation. And that does not mean what you think it is!

Clearly 99% who read it(Revelations) are confused and despaired by what it says, much of this has been done by the lying done by Hollywood bible thumpers and people like yourself…but it is about initiation. And if you have not been initiated then you cannot understand it. To say it is a Revelation of the future as a prediction seen by John is a misnomer. John was not predicting the future, no one can, he was going through a process of gnosis.

It is about the opening of one to the inner most workings of the spiritual man, who in the modern sense is blind, dumb and deaf to the evolution of the spirit within himself.

Humanity has lost touch with the spirit long, long ago…

The physical senses are only perceiving the material world, as they should, but that is what they are designed for, in order to see and hear and speak in the other one also must have senses, a different kind of sense, a different set of senses — mastered and made by the individual himself. That is his initiation to construct through meditation and knowledge of himself (gnosis) — senses to understand the world that is always occulted, veiled from physical reality to the majority…

I can clearly hear how much you despise Christians, it is not fire and brimstone and it was not deviant from the start, the Catholic church and its organizations was usurped by those who misinterpret what it is, and who saw how great the power was that it accumulated through is history of malfeasance.

It is a false power…a false pope since roughly the 3rd century.

Most Catholics, true Catholics don’t listen to Franny or that fucking church, as has been stated.

They have, gone underground long ago.

“It is a false power…a false pope since roughly the 3rd century.”

No, Christ’s promise to send the Holy Spirit to guide His apostles (and their successors when in union with the successor of St Peter, the “Rock” upon which Jesus said He would build his church and be given the power to bind and to loose- Mt 16.18-19) – that promise was fulfilled even with sinful popes – not one of them ever changed doctrine or the Mass or sacraments – i.e., until the 1958 takeover of the papacy, apparently by means of a nuclear threat against the Vatican – see “Grave Reasons of State” at http://www.whitesmoke1958.com

The New Testament is a product of the Catholic Church, and the Bible itself proves the teachings of the Catholic Church: […]

There are 2 major obstacles to seeing this:

          1) the Church since the election of the obese Freemason John XXII in 1958 (2 days after another cardinal was validly elected and threatened into invalid abdication) is a different church than the one before him

          2) there have been many lies told about the Church, like everything else in history.

Listen to Bishop Donald Sanborn on youtube and you’ll see what true Catholicism is like. And learn about the apparitions and message of Our Lady of Fatima in 1917, foretelling what the world has experienced since then, and what is still to come.

Thank you for your words. That sounds pretty interesting to me.

Arby, you sound exactly like the pagans who sit at the top of UN agencies. They too hate Christianity, especially the Catholic church, though not Pope Francis who does NOT represent true catholicism as he is one of them.

But you should either look instrospectively into your own bias, fear and earthly desires, repent and follow Jesus. Or join up with the pagans like Extinction Rebelion for world govt tyranny.

  15. Arby says:

I might quote Bible passages in archaic English if I wanted to turn people off of the Christian religion. There’s no need to quote the Christian Bible in archaic English.

I made the point myself, somewhere, that you’ve got these fake Christians who sit in church and get preached at and just accept what they are told, because they are also infantilized. The predators who own and rule the world want us to be infantilized. They want us to be bovine. The bovine: “Let the State think for me. Let tv reporters think for me. Let my pastor tell me what God wants. Let the doctor tell me all about what endangers me. They are the authorities and they know. I don’t.”

  16. Lena says:

    Hi Jon,

    Thank you!!

    You’re absolutely right!

Perhaps we wouldn’t have ended up with this medical tyranny and totalitarianism (I’m an Aussie) if the collective churches had stood up against the mandates!

I’ve just walked away from my church because as an unvaxxed person the leadership team had decided I’m not to work with children. I am considered to be a “threat to the safety and wellbeing of the children.”

The churches, with a few exceptions, have simply submitted to their governments. I’m hoping that home churches will now spring up all over the world!

Thank you for your excellent articles. I vey much appreciate your work.

Please see news release 7-30-21 from CDC saying there is NO difference in transmission rates between V and NO- V for the current virus . None.

CDC says the delta Vacc does nothing to halt the spread. People with the Vacc are exactly as dangerous to anyone as are NO-Vacc people, according to CDC itself.

I suppose we can draw our own conclusions about the purposes of the mandates.

  17. Martin Cailes says:

I am currently studying Philippians 3 in order to find the keys that will enable us to stand firm, and uploading my efforts to YouTube for my mostly Filipino subscribers. Philippians 4:1 in my 1984 NIV says:
Therefore my brothers, you whom I love and long for, my joy and my crown, that is how you should stand firm in the Lord, dear friends!

I hope you won’t mind me posting a section of script for the study posted Oct 23rd as I look at the subject of putting ‘no confidence in the flesh.’

    Here it is:
I am going to start today by being deliberately provocative. I don’t say this to offend or judge or condemn anyone, and it is a personal opinion only. In fact, I say it out of a heart of love and concern for where the church is possibly heading. Here we go… Apart from a few individual pastors and church leaders in the world, I believe that the church’s response to the last 19 months of Covid restrictions has been catastrophic, and I think that you can put that down to one thing and one thing only…. A lack of confidence in God. When the people of the world were looking for a safe place of refuge in order to find the answers to life in some difficult circumstances, the church succumbed to governmental pressure and happily closed the physical door in their faces. I know you might throw Romans 13 back at me in response to that statement. But, in return I give you the family of Moses, who defied the order to kill their son; I give you Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego who defied the order to bow down to the Babylonian idol; I give you Daniel, who continued to pray as was his routine, despite the threat of the lions den; And I give you the disciples, who continued to preach in the Name of Jesus even though it went against the orders of the rulers.

When Christian believers desperately needed the close physical proximity of fellowship with each other, we were handed a link to a Zoom meeting or a YouTube channel or a Facebook page instead. Those things might have sufficed for a couple of weeks, and I reluctantly agreed it was the ‘safe’ thing to do, but it here in the UK restrictions on normal church activities like singing remained until this July. As a result, churches have barely survived when they could have used those same circumstances to thrive. Indeed, some congregations have lost people simply because the church couldn’t provide close and intimate fellowship. And we need to talk about that.

Yes, those internet links have been useful in maintaining a semblance of fellowship with one another. But, imagine what things could have been like if the church doors had remained open. How many people would have come to Christ because they saw believers faith toward God, and a fearlessness and defiance in the face of a virus being hyped up by the world? I suppose we’ll never know the answer to that question.

What I do know is the fact that we as a church put our confidence in scientists, clinicians and governments, rather than in the living God. In other words, our confidence was in flesh. We believed the naysayers and dooms-sayers and conveniently forgot all the things we’ve been taught about God by studying His Word. We have forgotten the words of Asaph who said in Psalm 73:26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Oh, we’ve talked a good fight, but the words of king Ahab in 1 Kings 20:11 ring true when he rebuked the king of Aram saying: ‘One who puts on his armour should not boast like one who takes it off.’ There is a need for repentance here, because we HAVE boasted to each other about the strength of God’s armour available to us (how many studies have we done ourselves or listened to about Ephesians 6?), yet we have failed to utilise these lessons in the face of a pandemic which could have been used by God to revive the church, if only our confidence was in Him and not fleshly institutions….

As I’ve said, this is only a brief portion of the study, and I hope that it brings you some encouragement that there are other’s out here that fully agree with your position.

Every Blessing in Christ to you all.

A “historical” Jesus remains unproven! Records of the time (Roman or otherwise) never mentioned him. He is fiction.

  18. Carol says:

Heaven is the original ultimate Reality, while the Earth is made as a preliminary Virtual Reality. We are put into a virtual reality to experience our shortcomings which prevents us to become inhabitants of the ultimate reality. The question is how can an individual overcome his shortcomings. The virtual world is a snare that keeps anyone from trying to overcome themselves, by making them think that this world is really real. We can oppose it and fight against it, or love it and fight for it, but it will never free us from ourselves. We, ourselves are the only enemy we have. Paradoxically, the better the world is for everyone, the less chance we have to see our own limitations that could lead us to Heaven. The Bible says that we will just say, “we are rich and are not in need of anything”. But of course if we want to stay in the world forever, the world should be good enough for it. However, it will be a trap lasting into eternity. Thus, the powers’ goal is to make it better for those who comply, but all will comply after a while.

“Jesus saw children who were being suckled. He said to his disciples: These children who are being suckled are like those who enter the Kingdom [heaven]. They said to Him: Shall we then, being children, enter the Kingdom? Jesus said to them: When you make the two one, and when you make the inner as the outer and the outer as the inner and the above as the below, and when you make the male and the female into a single one, so that the male will not be male and the female not be female, when you make eyes in the place of an eye, and a hand in the place of a hand, and a foot in the place of a foot, and an image in the place of an image then shall you enter the Kingdom.”

    “I saw that my life
    was a vast glowing
    empty page
    and I could do anything

    ~ Jack Kerouac

This quote from Jack Kerouac’s 1958 novel “The Dharma Bums.”

    It summarizes the energy

    of the Beat Generation —

a group of artists, authors, & poets

    who saw with wide eyes

    the boundless opportunities

    that were opening up

    during the cultural revolution

    of the 1950s & ‘60s.

To Kerouac, a blank page represented the exciting

    infinitude of the new age,

    & a life lived outside

    the boundaries

    of conventional society.

  22. Greg C. says:

Churches are all about unity and acceptance of unexamined authority. Realizing this 20 years ago, I stopped going. Since then my fathe in Jesus Christ has grown stronger. I misspelled faith purposefully, because the original spelling is a loaded word that means belief in a creed. I believe in a man, the man who exemplifies what it means to live. He commanded all his supernatural powers and bids us to do the same. He spoke against evil and hypocrisy and cowardice and said anyone who is unable to do the same is worthless. He didn’t get his identity from the stuff he owned or the woman he never married. He identified himself with unfiltered existence – the great “I am.”

Churches are the opposite. They carefully craft dogmas to be filters for their followers. They offer substitute fake worship experiences driven by music in a communal setting. They put a lot of stock in symbols. Jesus didn’t need a logo, because he realized he is the logos.

  23. 22sojourner says:

I had hopes that Christians would stand united against (what they call) The Mark of the Beast.

In quiet times I’ve heard preachers boasting their righteous indignation to this Beast, fist pounding, fire & brimstone swagger, so strong, so devout, to never submit, yeah, so many folded like sissy weaklings to lying news, obeying sold out pastors, overwhelmed with fear, & pressure from all others.

    Ye of little faith.

There are good Christians, those who have stood their ground, I’m so very proud of them, I’m glad to know them, they walked the talk.

As for those 1/2 Christians, you’ve already lost your soul & gone to Hell.

    • Rachel says:

A lot of the pre trib “rapture” crowd assumed they’d never have to face persecution. Especially at the global level. But several careful readings of Revelation, Daniel 9, and Isaiah, as well as Matthew 24 do not give me any hint of that. (“The one taken” refers to meeting Jesus in the air at the Second Coming while He descends. Not years before.)

But this false sense of security has caught the majority of Protestants off guard. Like the Chinese churches when the CCP took over. Many fell away when no rapture occurred like they’d been promised by teachers and preachers.

  24. Carol kuhn says:

Thank you. Finally someone speaks up about the hypocrisy of the churches. COVID has shown their true colors and also everyone`S. Their motto is they do not practice what they preach. I refer to my spiritual center who I’ve learned many spiritual sound principles and try to apply them always. They’ve helped me tremendously to live a happier life. I’m very grateful. So that’s their true purpose I suppose. Spread God’s word hoping some of us will apply what’s heard but don’t look to them to be a role model.

  25. Tim Goeke says:

    Thanks, Jon, very thought-provoking.

I humbly suggest that Romans 13 is only in the context of a just and good government, and it was written to the infant church which could be easily crushed.

There is another submission command which is controversial: wives submit to their husbands. But, if you ask, what if the husband is evil or dangerous? What if he is an out-and-out Satanist?

All sincere believers are taught that the wife is not to submit in these cases, certainly not to submit and participate in Satanic practices.

Therefore, the Church is not called to submit to the Satanic World Government. Rather we are called to EXPOSE, OPPOSE, RESIST, and STAND against the devil, his works, and his hierarchy.

  26. Joe Stuerzl says:

The Doors of churches will open again.2000yerss of Christ’s teaching will never disappear

  27. Rachel says:

The reason it took so long for churches to catch on is the medical experts assured us that not only would we run the risk of dying by exposing ourselves to potential carriers but might infect someone else. Many who would gladly risk their own lives stayed home to “save grandma.” Meanwhile the same scumbags telling hairdressers to go bankrupt and denying us all the comfort of human contact were stuffing infected people into the nursing homes they ran!

The issue is not just cowardice, but a lack of discernment. As a Christian artist I have often felt like an oddball. Occasionally there has been talk about a need for artists and dreamers. But they prefer another type. Teachers, doctors, nurses, lawyers, real estate brokers. The kind with money, spouses, and offspring in tow.

They are okay, but prone to extreme normalcy bias. They love to appease. Not just the state, but people screaming, “Your unmasked face is gonna kill me!” Also, while usually ignorant themselves, they defer to the experts in science even more than preachers in religious matters. Can’t be called “science deniers.” See, we Christians can also obey the orders from medical experts like Fauci. We’re nice and scientific too. Please like us.

Christianity used to be a counter culture in ancient Rome. Early Christians said, “Bring on the lions!” when persecuted. When forbidden to meet, they worshipped in catacombs.

Nowadays, they automatically look to Caesar Nero to stop the alleged plague and quit assembling when told.

Lack of discernment, cowardice, and trying too hard.

Glad some churches–like mine–figured out what’s up. We will never close our doors again or segregate the unvaxxed.

  28. Tom Bernard says:

AMEN !!! I’ve been screaming about this since before the election… I wrote to, ‘many’ churches, and only one contacted me… Where were all the Christians, I asked? Why weren’t they uniting? (Of course the answer was obvious.) They were afraid; trained seals of the rule of man… Millions of Christians who no longer knew who God was, considered who God was, or cared who God was… The very people who could have stood up and made certain the election was honest … The same people who could have demanded real scientific verification to masks, social distancing, and lock downs… The children of God who were suppose to stand behind the holiness of God in defense of righteousness… but of course, never did… because they were afraid of death… Cowards of faith… and useless examples of God’s Glory… And now, in the most obscene act of blasphemy against God; they are going to line up their children for the covid vaccine… unless, maybe, the rest of us bow before God, and never stop screaming the truth.

  29. elizabeth says:

My dear fellow commenters….In Jon’s opening line, it was no coincidence his pointing out “Sunday” ” as the day of worship of the compliant flocks of today. This day is NOT the day of worship in accordance with God’s Law,. Therein lies the falsity of the Sunday keeping Protestant churches. This alone reveals their betrayal to the Bible and their allegiance instead to the Vatican and office of the papacy.

The Sabbath was plainly stated at the beginning of Genesis, long before there was Israel, and kept all throughout the Bible, both in the OT and NT. History tells us it was Constantine, in a political move, who invoked the first Sunday Law in the year 331 AD. Rome later fell in 476 AD. Then…. in 538 AD, Roman Catholic bishops having moved in, the Roman Catholic – or Universal – Church was officially granted its political power as “Corrector of Heretics’. This is history’s example of church and state as one. Think about the consequence of that maneuver. For 1260 years hence 40-70 million free thinkers were tortured and put to excruciating death by the office of the pope.

Why is it so many are deceived as to who God’s imposter truly is? It is so plain and in front of our eyes if we would only open them! The office of the papacy is alive and well today. All the kings, leaders, merchants, medical industrial complex, bow down to him, as he declares himself to be God, in fact infallible, requiring all to address Satan’s agent as Father’. Be reminded back in 1798 Berthier, a general of Napoleon, took out the political arm of the Vatican when he kidnapped the then pope…but only for a time. During this respite we had the Great Awakening.

Then, in 1929 Mussolini, the father of Totalitarianism, returned to the Vatican its sovereignty. The unmistakable goal of the papacy is to regain its supremacy of the past but on a grander scale, this time over the entire world. Roman Catholics of today think this is a ‘bad’ pope, when really, this pope is brazenly showing its true infallible colours…… Watch for when the Vatican – #Beast 1, and the USA – #Beast 2, from across the ocean shake hands, and the USA OPENLY restores the pope’s political power with the enforcement Sunday Law. all hell will break loose. Then there will be the Abomination of Desolation as spoken of by Daniel, the prophet that Jesus reminded us of.

Today, those free thinkers who practice liberty of conscience are not called heretics, but rather… ‘conspiracy theorists’. Make no mistake, it is one and the same, with everything is falling into place, according to Biblical Prophecy. Protestant leaders of today teach a Roman Catholic version concocted version of prophecy to pacify their flocks and lull them into complacency, thereby complying with the pope. They should be calling out the anti-christ but instead worship him. These are the false prophets and so here is my humble attempt to call out the true villain and his accomplices. 30. Lauran says:

Jon…, absolutely outstanding! You are telling the truth. Our governor in Oklahoma just signed a bill saying that no church will close again here due to any proclamation from the government. I cannot believe that at this late date, there are some churches here that are still having areas for the masked and the unmasked; and are continuing to talk about Covid constantly. We are known as the Bible Belt out here, but some pastors are even having services outside for the congregations that are afraid of germs. Shameful! They believe in God, heaven, Christ…but are seemingly afraid to go there!…Passive pastors…better to watch services on the TV than buy in to this fear and political garbage!

    • Larry C says:

“…but some pastors are even having services outside for the congregations that are afraid of germs.”

Christ routinely spoke to the multitudes, out-of-doors.

We’ve allowed ourselves to become way too comfortable with our modern way of life. (You call this *living*?)

More than ever, people need to gather together OUTDOORS as frequently as the weather allows…in every venue….especially after being locked down over and over again.

  31. Larry C says:

They say that the kingdom of heaven is within.

I would add, why not the kingdom of hell?

Our unique, personal powers have been sublimated for far too long.

  32. James Cook says:

I agree with your sentiment about the church in America broadly speaking. Indeed, this is part of the reason I think most of them will fall on the ash heap of history. In contrast, there is a remnant which stands for truth without apology. Look up Doug Wilson, his hundreds of videos on You Tube and numerous books represent a vision for Christianity which is neither dead nor irrelevant.

    • Alan Kwan says:

There is also the Sanctuary church (Pastor Sean Moon) of Newfoundland Pennsylvania. I am a member. Sean is overall quite good, but I have been writing reports to him to point out his erroneous beliefs (such as on COVID and germ theory, and WW2 “holocaust” fake history), which he mostly ignored, and some other members condemned me for it.

  33. Jim S Smith says:

one of the biggest problems I have ever had with “established religion”:

This idea that we are all born “broken” and somehow, need fixing! The very concept of feeling shame for being what we happen to have been born as (OR – even the thought of being born) – has me thinking directly on how “Critical Race Theory” is pushed now: “Self-shaming for some perceived evil that you MAY represent – even though, through NO cognitive fault of your own“.

What ever happened to taking responsibility for what YOU consciously do now, instead of evils that were done well BEFORE you came into existence? ? ?

  34. Alan Kwan says:

    > I’ve never been satisfied with the phrase, THY WILL BE DONE. If he’s God, His will is already being done. And if it isn’t, then the faithful themselves need to be doing something. So why are they presenting the phrase in the passive voice? Why aren’t they saying, WE WILL DO YOUR WILL?

When Jesus said that prayer, that was exactly what he had in mind – Jesus had a conviction to do God’s will, and he intended to lead God’s chosen people in doing so, but the latter refused to listen and turned against him.

(Organized) “religious” people have misinterpreted the Bible out of context, including about the primary purpose of Jesus’s coming. Jesus came to realize God’s kingdom on earth, then and there. That attempt failed because the chosen people failed to receive him properly. The mainstream line that “one must believe in Jesus to be saved” was, in the correct context, primarily directed against the Jews – who are still mostly denying Jesus even today.

The mainstream “Christian” doctrine of salvation through “believing” in Jesus – while saying little against Judaism and even supporting the Israeli state – is incredibly hypocritical.

  35. LLL says:

I’m a WELS Lutheran. I suddenly realized Jon is right. Ours 501 (c) (3) tax exemption status renders us submissive, compliant, and silent to the evils of a satanic world gov’t. Our pastors defend this position with the argument that 1. the church’s role is to spread the Gospel, not become politically entangled within a materialistic world-view 2. that God created government for our well-being and that rebellion creates chaos and disfunction and 3. God wants us to obey those in authority over us (St. Paul). However, when a pastor preaches against churches suing the Super Bowl for their satanic half-time demonstrations and you’re sitting there thinking, “But Pastor, the Super Bowl is one of the largest single-event venues for child-sex Trafficking in the world and they are trying to normalize this behavior, should the churches remain silent? This leads me to a final point: Most Christians that I know don’t know what’s really going on in the world and dont want to know. Is this why they’re allowing themselves to be injected with synthetic, patented gene modification technology or fetal cell lines developed from live murdered babies? Is this why when I warned my pastor 10 months ago about the vax and mentioned “trans humanism,” he gave me a blank stare as if to say, “What are you talking about?”
