CA SB277 on vaccines moves toward disastrous passage

California Senate Bill 277 has passed through the Judiciary Committee, and needs another Committee’s rubber stamp before it arrives on the Senate floor for debate—and what looks like a ride into law.
Governor Brown will sign the Bill. Brown has become a standard fool. He’s worn out. Whatever interesting ideas he may have entertained in his former “moonbeam” incarnation are gone in the wind.
Bill SB277 eliminates the personal belief and religious exemptions from vaccination. It also states that children cannot attend public or private school unless they are vaccinated according to the State’s schedule.
Medical exemptions are still allowed, but these won’t be easy to come by, because physicians who grant them will be scrutinized and harassed.
In Committee, before the vote, the Bill was changed to offer two compromises. Personal belief exemptions will be permitted for all future vaccines, beyond the current 10 mandated shots. And children who are now in school will be allowed to forego vaccination (with some limitations).
Eventually, in years to come, you can expect these two “gifts” to be rescinded.
All in all, personal freedom and choice are gone.
Vaccine manufacturers are popping the champagne corks.
For those California parents who are looking for a way out, there is home-schooling. But you can be sure that, at some point up the road, those children will be falsely blamed for “an outbreak,” and pressure will build to force them to take shots.
This Bill is going to become law, unless there is huge uprising of parents between now and the final legislative vote.
Seen in a larger context, the Bill is one element in a thousand-element program that standardly proclaims: if you want security and protection, you must give up your freedom.
Of course, as I’ve pointed out before, this program always overstates the threat from which one needs protection. In fact, quite often, the same agents of the State who offer that protection manufactured the threat in the first place.
In the case of vaccines, the preposterous notion that vaccinated children (who are purported to be immune) need shielding from unvaccinated children is a contradiction on its face.
So is the idea that children who live in poverty, lack nutritious food, and consequently function on grossly weakened immune systems can gain substitute-protection via vaccines. The reverse is true: vaccinations attack their already-compromised level of health.
In any event, parents seeking their own information about vaccines becomes a useless fantasy under this new California Bill. Everything is decided for them by the State.
In case you want to place all the blame on Big Pharma and its undue influence, keep in mind that government is where the buck is supposed to stop. This is the place where officials can say no if they want to.
Letting them off the hook as helpless victims of corporate power is absurd. They aren’t helpless. They go to the slaughter willingly. Sometimes, with deeper pockets.
Vaccination=protection is the equation that has been shoved down the throats of the population. And to back it up, we have the ever-popular, “This is science. Only crazy people oppose science.”
Ever since 9/11, protection has risen as the most important government theme: “Let us protect you, let us do our jobs, keep your mouths shut and everything will turn out well.”
People buy it. Their minds are vacuums, and they need something to fill it. Might as well be “protection.” Seems important. Seems right.
Seems like the sort of thing a parent is supposed to provide.
“Yes, I remember as a child that Daddy told me (or I wish he had) that everything would be all right. When the government tells me that now, it feels good.”
So does an endless supply of tranquilizers. Until it doesn’t.
Until the brain turns to mush.

Hi Jon, I’ve been trying to get my step-daughter to recognize the danger of vaccines, she’s in health care, I’ve already gotten her to switch to organic food/cleaning products etc, tyring to get her to extrapolate same info to vaccines, sent her all the ingredients info–this is what she sent me instead…my question to you is who is Maria Konnikova, clearly a shell for the msm and big pharma and very dangerous psych manipulating…if you haven’t heard about her hopefully you can now know about her and share what you find…

But you can tell your daughter this: I’m married to a man who has been an immunologist for 40 yrs. It is common knowledge he says, that kids don’t have a fully developed immune system until AGE FIVE; therefore, givng them any vaccines before then is dangerous to them, as they don’t have a developed immune system with which to fight the disease in the vaccine. I have a TROVE of articles proving vaccines to be harmful in the extreme. […]

Dearest wolvenwood. I am a pediatric nurse practitioner and have worked in tertiary care: academic medical centers my entire life. I have cared for a few kids who have suffered from some of the diseases for which we have vaccines. I am not wholly opposed to vaccines, though in a world where we had good nutrition for all and less toxins, we would not need them.
I ADAMANTLY OPPOSE SB 277 and mandatory vaccinations.
There are some of us in the heath care/ medical/ research professions that know and understand the true medical data that and public health data and can articulate the facts and history as to how bad this bill will be for children and society. There is a very informative article and accompanying study in The Atlantic Magazine archives called, “Lies, Damned Lies and Medical Science”. This study confirms the issue of prestidy bias with regard to medical studies, stating that 90% of them are false. This was done by a mathematician/doctor and is highly regarded. This article and study should be sent to your step daughter as a conclusion as to why vaccines are NOT safe as they are currently researched and studied!

At some point, a significant number of California residents are going to say “ENOUGH!”. Drought, over-population, over-regulation, unemployment and Globalist insanity of every kind, will eventually prod a mass exodus out of there and many of them will undoubtedly end up in my home state. At which point, I will darken some other poor slob of a state’s door with my presence.
Can’t say Jon that this was an enlightening post to read. I live in another state with personal exemptions barely holding on. I’ve been following California SB277, because if it passes I’m sure all the other states with personal and religious exemptions will soon follow. Those legislators will be thinking if the “Country of California” can do it, we better follow suit.
This is really tragic, because once all the children have been compelled and forced to vaccinate, I’m sure “phase 2” will be implemented against us adults. I believe there is already a plan in place referred to as the “Adult Immunization Task Force?.” Sure, the government may not actually restrain and forcibly vaccinate us. However, I’m sure for those who refuse and decline vaccinations, you will pay higher health insurance costs, pay penalties, lose income tax benefits, etc., and ultimately be placed under a NSA surveillance program. And at the first sign of cold, sneeze, fever, etc., we’ll all be rounded up and quarantined at your local FEMA camp.
Very depressing – this is the beginning of the end. I think the battle is finally lost …you can’t fight corrupt politicians at any level.

I am curious. Pan said they did not know who “ground zero” in the measles scare was. Is this true? I find it hard to believe and wonder if it was a vaccinated person. Any knowledge?

The Pacific Justice institute warned parents of children in California schools that new legislation progressing through the California State Assembly will force schools to put a positive spin on the HIV and AIDS pandemic.
I am waiting for the gov’t science supporting pro-vaxxers to clamor their support for this action. Pro-vaxxers are very concerned about all the children, they know that state action against some children is best for all the children, and they often advocate requiring all HIV infected kids not be allowed to go to gov’t school. Many pro-vaxxers will come for you, either with violence or with a lawsuit, if their kid gets HIV from your kid.

I don’t know why you say he will definitely sign it??? He has expressed before he will not sign any bill that takes away religious rights. I don’t think he likes mandates like this. He may be worn out but he’s very smart, esp fiscally. Hopefully he will see the millions lost. Lawsuits against school districts will be inevitable. This will break the entire system…
Governor Brown is just another Zionist big corporate puppet. I wouldn’t be surprised if he were a member of one or more “secret” societies. It seems they are always affiliated with them one way or another. Look into who manufactures the vaccine and then hire an investigator to follow the paper trail. I bet Brown and his cronies received a lot of money to pass the bill. Also, do a search for Pfizer former VP Rost blows the whistle on the pharmaceutical industry, it’s a good read. Above all, US citizens need to stop paying taxes. Stop filing income tax. We must find cash paying jobs and then do not report the earnings. Starve the system, starve US congress of their paycheck. Home school, go off the grid. We must resist this tyrannical government and these corporations as much as we can until the system crashes. 2016 is going to be a rough year since it is as election year and many people are unhappy and waking up to the left vs right circus show of a corportacracy monarchy, or in short, fascism.
