Georgia governor orders: no mandatory masks

A glint of light.

ABC News, July 16, reports: “Georgia’s Gov. Brian Kemp is explicitly banning Georgia’s cities and counties from ordering people to wear masks in public places. He voided orders on Wednesday that at least 15 local governments across the state had adopted…”

And then, because Atlanta is resisting his order— ATLANTA (AP) —July 16, “Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp is suing Atlanta’s mayor and city council to block the city from enforcing its mandate to wear a mask in public and other rules related to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The governor favors masks and recommends them; he just refuses to make them mandatory.

You might recall the governor, several months ago, started to reopen the state’s economy, but Trump (aka Fauci) warned him it was “too early.”

The strategy to defeat the governor, and any other politician who dares to buck the artificial COVID consensus? Report bigger case numbers.

It’s easy. Do more useless tests that register false positives. Do more eyeball diagnoses. Arbitrarily write “COVID” on more patient files. Summarily assume any flulike illness or lung infection is COVID.

Make it seem as if any version of freedom is dangerous.

“In the wake of lifting restrictions…case numbers climbed…” That tactic.

Second wave. Tenth wave. The sky is falling.

Germophobes everywhere, unite, you have nothing to lose but your courage.

Dictionary.com: “A germophobe…is a person who is afraid of germs or preoccupied with cleanliness. Specifically, it can refer to a person who has an obsessive compulsion toward cleanliness to the point that their life is impacted by an urge to constantly clean their hands and living spaces.”

The press and public health officials are determined to create more germophobes. The phobes become soldiers in armies of politically correct “influencers.”

LOOK AT ALL THESE PEOPLE WEARING MASKS. THE VIRUS MUST BE DANGEROUS.

AND IF I DON’T WEAR A MASK, I’LL BE EXCOMMUNICATED.

Of course, now, it’s worse than that. People living in places where masks are mandated can face stiff fines for exposing their faces.

Governor Kemp deserves credit for breaking ranks. Apparently he’s stitched together business owners in his state who want to stay afloat and think masks are counter-productive. What a radical idea—business people who want to do business.

Now, if Kemp will lift orders limiting the number of people who can gather in one place, he might really get somewhere.

There is just one spot in Georgia where he should maintain that limit—CDC headquarters in Atlanta. Some very dangerous medical criminals inhabit the premises. When I call them the medical CIA, I’m not making an off-hand remark. Right now, they’re inventing the fake consensus about “COVID” that is driving the nation into economic ruin. I suggest no more than 10 people should be permitted in the headquarters: The White House Coronavirus Task Force.

Quarantined. Cut off from all communication.

    Exactly what they’re doing.

Just like 2009, only bigger and more effective.

I hope they don’t have an air conditioning system at CDC like a grocery store or school…

“Nearly everyone will have some condition which the wearing of face masks will make worse.” https://off-guardian.org/2020/07/15/defying-the-mask-dictate/ #Maskaphobia

I listened to Patrick Wood’s interview with Dr. Russell Blaylock (Neurosurgeon) about what happens when we wear masks if we are obese, diabetic, healthy, PG, heart issues etc……when it was over I was convinced the mask mandates are really to make us sick and do us in.

It’s great to see a politician with some courage! Hopefully, more will follow.

A governor that isn’t into mandatory because he/she sees the commercial light dimming away and maybe worse. Its a huge start. Maybe it will catch on soon. Obey my lords that could destroy my most important gig and me or wise up try something else.

In Kentucky at Whole Foods, they swarmed me like angry bees, it was traumatic…I have a disability. I told them I had a disability and they were interfering with the ADA Act. The employees said they didn’t care and they can do whatever they want because they’re a private business.

They clearly were operating on a script. the first one told me they had two people in the hospital with covid, and one of them was dying. What a coincidence.

Today ANYBODY ill or dying is due to people NOT wearing a mask.

I left the store and spent that day and the next suffering severe anxiety from what I feel was an ASSUALT.

    • Amanda says:

Sorry for what you went through. Sadly, our own citizens are facilitating the agenda of the elite to enslave humanity.

  6. Sunshine says:

It’s clear this is some type of world wide psychological warfare since not all decisions being made are based on evidence or facts. UK’s death rates have gone way down but they’re being required to wear face diapers next week, as well as many other EU states. In the US, major grocery stores are requiring customers wear them starting starting next week. Could this be a coincidence? I don’t think so.

    • Piksil says:

      Sunshine:

      Yeah, why “next week”?
If some sort of important scientific info has come to light, why not do it now, instead of ‘next week’, or even “beginning tomorrow”? Is it so that the media has time to blast the propaganda to the masses and put it in fear part of their brains? Is it in order to get enforcement personnel trained and in lock step? Both?

Funny that a regular business cycle starts on a Monday here in the US, and that’s how they’ve structured all the restraints that are the “new normal”: lockdowns, drive through testing, mask mandates, etc etc.

I guess it’s because the ‘virus’ IS a business. It gets weekends off (unless you try to open a church, or go to a sporting event, or a concert).

      • Sunshine says:

Ah! Couldn’t agree more. If it’s so life threatening, act now, not at some future date. Everyone has a t-shirt they can wrap around their face. Why weren’t we wrapping t-shirts around our faces at the start of all of this? Everyone’s got a Tshirt. Wouldn’t have caused a run on medical masks. Big tech and some govs we’re doing that for us already. Our neighbors would have kept us in line surely. Of course now you can find all sorts of masks online and in stores. They’re all made in China.

  7. GenaT says:

Same crap going on in Texas where they were adding “probable” cases to confirmed cases. Over 3000 in just the county I live in. Gov Abbott has ordered the probable cases dropped from the official count. Lots of hype about morgues running out of room for bodies, which is pure BS.

  8. MrLiberty says:

The governor’s law suit is not just about masks as the media wants to pretend (for obvious reasons). It is also because the useless mayor decided to step back to “phase 1” of her re-opening plan and shut down tens of thousands of businesses that were in full compliance with changes, major purchases, PPE, etc. so they could stay open. Now of course the racist charges are flying because she is black, and because she is on a potential VP list for Uncle Joe Dementia. Our local mayor in an Atlanta suburb (yeah, we’ve got to get the hell out of Dodge/Modor)refused to pass a mask ordinance because he said he doesn’t want limited police resources to be wasted on arresting people, and doesn’t want to have to waste court time adjudicating the cases (it doesn’t help that the city has lost tons of money from lost sales tax revenue, etc.). Good for some bit of common sense from the otherwise tyrants.

  9. Rachel says:

It is worse in the state I am in than facing fines-starting 7/20, businesses can refuse you service. And as of 7/17 we have only even had 251 deaths with some 13000 cases. Even the reports, if you read through the articles, say it is because there is more testing. Oh, don’t forget the orders that they must now be worn outside!

I have officially gotten sick from the masks, but other than get a prescription to treat it, what can I do? I can’t do anything or go anywhere without complying. And even if I carried around an official document saying I don’t have to comply, I don’t feel like being ABUSED by people. (I have already been abused by wannabe do-gooders because I have no legal authority to force other people to do anything.)

I want to wake up from this nightmare. And we’re still only in the beginning.

  10. jan says:

Of course this mandated mask policy is now more or less worldwide. Here in Belgium there are huge fines on not wearing them, and you can’t even chose to take the risk because the stores can get huge fines as well for customers that are not following the rules. So it is not very polite/nice to not wear them (i dont want to bring my fellow civilians in trouble)…got us by the balls. The ‘cases’ are rising ‘terribly’ here…100 cases/day in 11 million country…4 dead, probably 95 year olds…what is this? i cannot take this much longer. Not a soul is fighting this. It feels lonely out here.
Thanks for your articles Jon, it’s a little light in these dark days.

  11. Jim says:

You’ll love this – Nebraska’s governor not only won’t issue a muzzle order, but he’s fixing to withhold federal funds (CARES act) from cities that do! Sometimes I wish I still lived in Nebraska.

    • Piksil says:

“Sometimes I wish I still lived in Nebraska.”

It was THE place to be on 9/11 apparently. W was flown to the Offutt AFB underground bunker there. Lots of CEOs were at Warren Buffet’s charity golf tournament instead of being in the WTC towers that day.

Not sure how it would be for the average Joe today. Is there a lot of fracking going on? I’d imagine there’s glyphosate contamination just about everywhere as well as other ag chemical toxins. Maybe some rural areas away from 5g, for now.

And I’m assuming Gates’ handler is still living there. (I meant to type ‘mentor’ instead of handler, but for some reason my backspace key stopped working.) I doubt if the snowflakes and ‘virus’ worshippers will allow no masks to go on for long.

Unless there is is an awakening reckoning, and revolution.
      Soon.

  12. Donna says:

Governors can’t make laws. Wearing a mask is not a law in any state. Every state has a book of codes. To make a law requires the legislative process and the code for that law is recorded in the state’s code book. Many state governors have issued proclamations, mandates, orders that involve masks. But, if there is no code on the books then it is not a law. My governor recently issued a state wide order that requires all businesses to bar entrance to any person who does not comply with the mask order. If a business manager or owner insists that you can’t come in without a mask on then you run the risk of having trespassing charges filed against you. Most, if not all, states do have some kind of codes against trespassing and that is where they will get you.

So far, I can still do my grocery shopping at two stores here in town. But, there is another grocery store that has employees guarding the entrance with a big sign that reads: Masks Required. No Exceptions.

If there is a store you like to shop at, go to the stores corporate web site and look up what its policy on discrimination is. Then if you a barred entrance to a store because you are not wearing a mask for health reasons, religious reasons, or other reasons that may be protected categories, then file a complaint with the corporate office; but, let the store manager know that is what you will do. You can try reminding the manager what the company discrimination policy is; but, sometimes that doesn’t help.

I got hired on at at 3M Plant in South Dakota where I was told they were adding 2 new buildings which I was there to help plumb them. Im a plumber. By lunchtime I learned that the buildings were DoD and the reason we were to work 84 hours a week until the buildings where complete is because they were for no ther reason but for manufacturing of covid 19 masked. I quit that day.

I told my job recruiter that I was told it was a 3M job and although the new build is on 3M property it was DoD for manufacturing covid 19 masks. That I can understand why much of the world believes in fake pandemics, but I do not and have no intention on directly helping that criminal cause. Thanks but no thanks. However, a fellow, supposedly freedom lover, that hired on the same day that I met, felt the need to stay to earn that $4500.00 a week. I thought I had met a best friend for at least 2 lifetimes. That was the biggest disappoint of all.

    • Amanda says:

Sean- Thanks for speaking out and taking a stand against this criminal fraud against humanity!! If only everyone was like you, we wouldn’t be in the mess we are in!!

      • trishwriter says:

This is true! You are a hero, and you inspire others by telling your story. Thank you, Sean!

    • MaidinAmerica says:

Sean, have you thought about contacting the governor on this? She has been freedom loving from what I can tell, and is not mandating masks. If she is for freedom hopefully she would be against this happening in her state. Just a thought. Thanks for your stance in not participating and promoting evil.

A healthy microbiome requires good nutrition, contact with the environment and with each other. The Microbiome consists of all the microorganisms that live in our gut and on our body. These good microbes and bacteria support a healthy immune system. Those advocating separation and super cleanliness are actually causing more harm than good. Natural immunity is the way to go. Our immune systems need to be challenged and then they develop the necessary defenses to protect us. Sweden went this route and though they saw higher infection rates the deaths were mainly in the senior centers. They did not shut down their economy and they did not implement draconian separation measures. They approached it in a civil and sensible way.

  15. Sue says:

Further proof of power wielded by the media. They’ve twisted this transaction to make it look like the Governor is endangering people’s lives, and, of course, the majority of mask wearing lemmings BELIEVE it.

Imagine, with all the other garbage being thrown at Trump by the media ( & the Dems, the deep state, etc.) how they could easily accomplish their coup if the President took such overt action at this time.

It’s a good thing to give suggestions to our President, but not to undermine him (and thereby help facilitate his overthrow) just prior to the election. I think this plannedemic was implemented during an election year, at least in part for the purpose of defeating the President.

After the election is the time to start calling Trump out, if he doesn’t start doing what is right, in spite of the fact that the majority of citizens think “right” is wrong.

    • Laura says:

Sue; it’s so important what you said; now is not the time to be criticizing Trump. After the election when he’s safely in office again, that’s when we can lay on the public criticisms for his covid cooperation. Helping Biden and AOC, Ilhan Omar (or whatever the hell her name is), Antifa, et al into power, even in some small way? Why? Insane!

  16. JGirl says:

Hot off the press this afternoon. My elderly MIL just went to the hospital. The ER gave her a COVID test. While they awaited the result, they stuck her up in the 10th floor COVID section. So if her test comes back negative, they can still claim she has COVID now. BTW that particular floor allows no visitors (doctors/nurses in and out sure but no visitors) – the rest of the hospital allows one family visitor. Seems the hospitals are still up to old antics with COVID handling, or mishandling. May God prevent the doctors from writing intubation (ventilators) on her chart. This in in NJ.

Speaking of no masks, or masks, looney tunes Gov. Northam strikes again in his latest letter… from July 16th.

Stores in Georgia have retaliated with mask mandates starting next week. Walmart, Aldi, Publix, Kroger, and others. God, I hate this world of idiots! Compared to the 1950’s this planet is an insane asylum now. What do you want to bet Kemp eventually turns coward?

  19. Rtp says:

It’s clear that politicians have let this all run away from them. Not the Democrats – who absolutely love the power trip – but the likes of Trump and most Republican governors (DeWine excluded).

The thing is it would be a walk in the park for them to fix it all.

They all have dictatorial powers (apparently) so they should use them. Shut down all media outlets that promote the hysteria and shut down all health bureaucracies that promote the testing fraud. Just say they’re all “non-essential”. Tell them that you will be happy to reconsider the ability of journalists to work again when you’re absolutely sure that the worldwide hysteria is over – after all, the hysteria is itself a medical emergency.

Of course, the medical emergency will last until every single pro-lockdown media outlet is bankrupt.

It’s a win/win. Not only does it instantaneously end the covid hysteria but, as 90% of media outlets are anti-Republican propaganda outlets, Republicans finally have an excuse to destroy them.

Too late. The Major corporations are already mandating masks next week.
Two that are not on the list but are also mandating masks next week are Home Depot and Lowes.

The corporations are becoming as dangerous as government.

The National Retail Federation is the organizer of this and are calling for a national mask standard.
