Psychiatrists say Trump mentally ill

Psychiatrists say Trump mentally ill

by Jon Rappoport

January 10, 2018

—After investigating psychiatry for two decades, I’m confident that, if we could go back and rewrite history, deleting all psychiatrists on the planet, so they’d never exist—deleting their diagnoses and their drugs—this would have resulted in a massive upsurge in mental health, moving forward—

The Daily Mail: “A group of leading psychiatrists told a conference that Donald Trump has clear hallmarks of mental illness that compromise his role as president. Twenty-five researchers made a drastic break away from ethical standards by meeting at Yale University on Thursday to discuss evidence questioning the commander-in-chief’s mental health.”

Psychiatrist Allen Frances, who has played a central role in defining mental disorders, disagrees. He wrote in the NY Times: “Most amateur diagnosticians have mislabeled [Mr. Trump as having] narcissistic personality disorder. He may be a world-class narcissist, but this doesn’t make him mentally ill.”

Dr. Frances makes an interesting point. He distinguishes between behavior and earning a badge for having a particular mental disorder.

For example, a person can be sad, but that alone doesn’t make him a candidate for the label, “clinical depression.” A person can take aggressive actions against authority, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he is suffering from Oppositional Defiance Disorder.

Consider the accusation that Trump has Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). What does that mean? What is the official definition of NPD? Here is an excerpt from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), the official bible of the American Psychiatric Association. Go ahead, plow through it, it’ll only take a minute:

“The definition of NPD states that it comprises of a persistent manner of grandiosity, a continuous desire for admiration, along with a lack of empathy. It starts by early adulthood and occurs in a range of situations, as signified by the existence of any 5 of the next 9 standards (American Psychiatric Association, 2013):

• A grandiose logic of self-importance
• A fixation with fantasies of infinite success, control, brilliance, beauty, or idyllic love
• A credence that he or she is extraordinary and exceptional and can only be understood by, or should connect with, other extraordinary or important people or institutions
• A desire for unwarranted admiration
• A sense of entitlement
• Interpersonally oppressive behavior
• No form of empathy
• Resentment of others or a conviction that others are resentful of him or her
• A display of egotistical and conceited behaviors or attitudes”

“…No actual physical characteristics are seen with NPD, but patients may have concurrent substance abuse, which may be seen in the clinical examination.”

Got it? Now, think about this: NOWHERE IN THE DEFINITION IS THERE ANY DEFINING DIAGNOSTIC TEST.

No blood test, urine test, saliva test, brain scan, genetic assay. Nothing.

What you’ve just read is a collection of behaviors. This collection was assembled by a committee of psychiatrists, who decided that, taken together, they added up to a mental disorder.

There is no defining diagnostic test for NPD.

We’re talking about psychiatrists sitting in a room and arbitrarily deciding that a cluster of behaviors adds up to an official mental disorder.

These psychiatrists are playing word games. They’re inventing so-called mental disorders.

Underneath this story about Trump and the shrinks, there is a far more important truth. Psychiatrists are world-class purveyors of fake news. They always have been. Because you see…

None of the roughly 300 officially certified and labeled mental disorders has a defining diagnostic test. None.

If you have the tenacity, read through the whole psychiatric DSM bible and you will see for yourself.

Or read this brief exchange. In a PBS Frontline episode, “Does ADHD Exist?” Dr. Russell Barkley, an eminent professor of psychiatry and neurology at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, spelled out the fraud clearly.

Here it is.

PBS FRONTLINE INTERVIEWER: Skeptics say that there’s no biological marker—that it [ADHD] is the one condition out there where there is no blood test, and that no one knows what causes it.

BARKLEY: That’s tremendously naïve, and it shows a great deal of illiteracy about science and about the mental health professions. A disorder doesn’t have to have a blood test to be valid. If that were the case, all mental disorders would be invalid…There is no lab test for any mental disorder right now in our science. That doesn’t make them invalid.

Oh, indeed, that does make them invalid. Utterly and completely. All 300 mental disorders. Because there are no defining tests of any kind to back up the diagnosis.

Psychiatrists can sway and tap dance all they like and they won’t escape the noose around their necks. We are looking at a science that isn’t a science.

That’s called fraud. Rank fraud.

Imagine this. You walk into a doctor’s office, you talk with him for a few minutes, and then he says: “You have cancer. You need to start chemo at once.”

After you recover, you say, “You didn’t give me a test.”

And he says, “Well, we don’t need a test. We know what the symptoms are because we convened a high-level meeting of oncologists last year, and we listed the answers to the questions I just asked you. You gave those telltale answers. So we start chemo tomorrow. We may also need to surgically remove an organ or two before we’re done.”

That’s psychiatry. That’s the way it works.

Those boys have quite a con going. And now, from a few hundred miles away, they’ve diagnosed a sitting president.

Well, why wouldn’t they? They’ve been shucking and jiving all the way to the bank for the entirety of their professional lives.

Do you like Trump? Do you hate him? Do you think he’s nuts? Sane? Whatever you believe, it has nothing to do with the official pronouncements of psychiatry.

Psychiatry has become an arm of technocracy—an attempt to organize society according to a list of so-called mental disorders parading as science.

Psychiatry is fake science that can be used to discredit, minimize, accuse, deride, treat (with alarmingly toxic drugs), and eliminate any individual for any reason.

Now that is a good example of insanity. Of the criminal variety.

    he’s a politician, right?

    • Thorby Baslim says:

12 cans of diet coke and the resulting breakdown products from the nutrasweet, wood alcohol and formaldehyde aren’t doing him any good, along with the nutritionless food the man eats.

The diet coke is why he slurs his words from time to time. Melania get him off that stuff and on some nutritious food.

      • werder says:

It’s not diet Coke, it’s the Gorilla channel.
According to CNN’s research, based on sources familiar with this matter, looking at the Gorilla channel for more than 16 hours a day turns you into a racist homophobic sexual predator nazi hitler, makes you slur your words and get two scoops of ice cream while others have only one.
        Impeach now!

      • Peter Meissnitzer (Gladiatoro) says:

I would agree , he needs some nutrition .

    • Kenneth T. says:

my point being, one must be mentally ill to run for office.

  2. Eliza Ayres says:

Reblogged this on Blue Dragon Journal and commented:
Given that the psychiatrists hail from Yale, the home of Skull and Bones, give rise to the suspicion that this is just another ploy on behalf of the globalist elites (who incidentally hate and fear Trump) to utilize the 25th Amendment against POTUS.

    • the postman says:

Thank God someone else is awake! Yes, Yale is home to the nation’s most powerful secret society, Skull & Bones which both funded and controlled the (Malthusian) American Eugenics movement. As such, Yale was effectively the operational epicenter of this movement which not only oversaw the sterilization of thousands of Americans but the *deaths* of thousands more. Americans as a whole are yet to understand just how deep this rabbit hole goes but my research hopes to change that. In summary, Skull & Bones happens to be very near the center of a massive conspiracy that spans well over two centuries, the goal of which is to radically reduce human populations (and You’d never guess why). For an introduction, check out my two articles, “Two Coastal Marine Disasters and the Fingerprint of Malthus” and “The ‘Masonati’ Origin of Skull and Bones”. Both can be found either here: https://www.bitchute.com/channel/island-earth/ or here: truthbetold.strangled.net. Yep, the truth really was out there. 😉 — the Postman

    • Sue says:

Thanks. I was going to state this if no one else had, but you DID, and it is the obvious truth, to me. They’re trying everything they can to get him out.

      • Eliza Ayres says:

Yes. The Democrats and globalists… the same thing… are foaming at the mouth to get Trump out of office as he and other white hats are ripping apart all their precious plans to destroy our country from inside.

    • Peter Meissnitzer (Gladiatoro) says:

      Sounds about right.

  3. Abe says:

I think the shrink is a bought and paid for whore that Shummer, Pelosi, and Mad Maxine bought. Maybe Johnny “Wet Start” McCain, and Lindsey low hand the squealing queer might of had there fingers in this pie too!!

I remember Mad Max screaming about Putin invading Korea. Which one? If it was the north, go get little Kim, If it was the South, I’m sure we’d of heard about it! Just who needs the shrinks any ways? That idiot Pelosi thinks Bush is still president!

As a professional shrink myself, Pelosi is nuts, Mad Max is insane, and Chucky boy likes little boys!

  4. SasjaL says:

This is the same tactics that has been used to describe the opposition of the bogus climate scare. It is used by extreme leftists, who are scared of being exposed as con artists.

  5. Alexis Keiser says:

You are so right about this. I have been diagnosed with some really horrific “mental disorders” and at one time took multiple psychotropic drugs. In honesty, there was a time when I wanted the medicines because they numbed my emotions and quelled anxiety. However, they also shut down some of my “psychotic” thinking which is also the most creative, freeing part of my identity. I realized that a big factor in all of this is the desire of the individual. If the symptoms of the “disorder” don’t distress the “sufferer” then medication is unwarranted. If the person is homicidal or behaving criminally we have law enforcement and prosecution for that. The creation of many of these disorders allows the forced medication of people under the guise of their “incapacity”.

  6. truth1 says:

Well, what we have with psychiatry is a bunch of good ole boys gathering around, deciding what excuses they need to call someone crazy and lock them up . . . for their own good, of course, though no mental patient would see it that way. Psychiatry is a political tool and a means for a government to not look overly hostile and intolerant by executing “enemies” of the state. So they lock them up out “kindness and consideration.” Gee, what sweethearts! Why butter wouldn’t melt in their mouths.

And of course, these tools can be used on anyone for anything, as long as those tools are employed by licensed (approved) psychiatrists.

  7. And yet when it comes to full-on psychopathy, all the psychiatrists are mute. Take George HW Bush for example. Has anyone called him insane? I’d call a war pig nazi pedophile insane, wouldn’t you?

Trump is insane though. I agree with all you’ve said about the diagnostic process and psychiatry in general but he is insane. Hillary is as well. See above paragraph.

So what’s Trump’s mental illness? Grandiose Delusional Disorder (GDD; that’s right, you heard it here first). 95% of the world suffer from that so what’s the big deal? Only that he’s POTUS that’s what.

Now someone please call for me a nurse. And Trumptards back away. You are insane as well.

    • Greg C. says:

Hilarious parody, bleak. Yes, isn’t it great how we can make up mental disorders on the spur of the moment? And just stick them onto whoever we dislike?

  8. silverpen123 says:

A wise, trustworthy friend is better than psychiatry for most of us. That field is just another system that tells us what to think and do, removing our confidence in discerning for ourselves, and replacing what elders did for family members’ growth.

More importantly, “Psychiatrists say Trump mentally ill” is a media method to quell the dumbed down emotionally undeveloped masses that fear and hate Trump. A distraction and false sympathy rhetoric.

  9. paschnn1 says:

“—After investigating psychiatry for two decades, I’m confident that, if we could go back and rewrite history, deleting all psychiatrists on the planet, so they’d never exist—deleting their diagnoses and their drugs—this would have resulted in a massive upsurge in mental health, moving forward—”

I’d have to agree with that assessment. One name = “icing on the cake”

    Sigmund Freud.

It’s pretty damn scary, how an otherwise lucid public will embrace any pervert/snake as a “genius” based solely on the kosher media’s horse-shit.

I think the National Socialist, Joseph Goebbels’s statement regarding- repeating lies often enough and they become truth- has been twisted by same media to be a boast. Looking at the myriad of evil acts, culminating in this global chaos and collapse of empires, I think it was more a WARNING than a boast.

    Oklahoma City
    9/11
    USS Liberty
    “rare” diamonds
    petroleum as “fossil fuel”
Lee harvey Oswald – “lone gunman”
    U.S. culture- “exceptional”

Of course, the list could run on ad infinitum….

  10. elantoh says:

    You are crazy Jon :-)))

Yeah, the the American Psychological Association and the American Economics Association also trace back to The Order (Skull&Bones,) scripting what are legitimate behavior and beliefs and what are not, in just about every aspect of American life they can reach.

It is so difficult for the busy busy minds of most Americans to understand what occurred in our history to create the monster of the United States.

    • the postman says:

Nice. Somebody read Sutton… 😉 And to hide their tracks they created the American Historical Association (AHA) in 1884 — the umbrella organization under which all American history is/was vetted. What a shock considering that today we find the same elite perpetually attempting to control the news narrative and considering that news is really just… *history* in the making. Check out my timeline and articles. The two-century long conspiracy has been fully discovered (and partly revealed in great detail). All that awaits is a critical mass of people who are still capable of reading. Are you one? — the Postman ( truthbetold.strangled.net )

  11. I wonder why they decided to have this meeting. What is the use of this? It’s almost as if these people are scared of the president. Maybe they fear that their lucrative fake jobs will be taken away?

  12. Greg C. says:

Yes, psychiatry is just one arm of technocracy. Putting labels on people, grading them – they do that in schools (“gifted and talented”, “mainstream”, “special-ed”, as well as the traditional grades K-12). That’s another arm of the same technocracy. The cogs in the machine have to go through quality assurance to make sure the machine runs smoothly.

  13. From Quebec says:

I declare that these Psychiatrists are suffering from TDS: ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’

Too bad for them, since there is no cure yet for these idiots. They will have to suffer for another seven years.

Some will kill themselves and some will go to jail. I predict a great future for mankind.

  14. Andrew Manche says:

i see a hole in your “lack of test” theory Jon – perhaps you can address it

there is no biological ‘test’ for murderers either, thus there are no murderers?
no test for thieves, so no theft occurs?

by your logic, because there is no biological “test” for homosexuality, it doesn’t exist – on the contrary, these things exist despite the fact there is no biological test to confirm the diagnosis

i think while your heart is in the right place, your ‘logic’ is heavily biased and with good reason – but you should be able to do better when managing your bias.

    • From Quebec says:

there is no biological ‘test’ for murderers either, thus there are no murderers?
no test for thieves, so no theft occurs?(Andrew Manche )

What are you talking about? There are fingerprints, and DNA tests. And there is also, sometimes witnesses and videos to prove it.

      • Susan Home says:

And there is no evidence left by the psychopathic / sociopathic / narcissist gaslighter whose psychological manipulations can be more devastating than the damage left by physical abuse. So it must be fake.

  15. thedoctorisin says:

Here is the broader problem with these hacks. They are diagnosing him based largely on Tweets and news reports. So, the real diagnosis is: based on what people say about him (non biased of course) and Tweets that may or may not be done to provoke for either effect or fun, we determined that a man we have never met and will never meet is crazy.

Consider that, forget about the fraud that they exist in, made up problems that only THEY or their pharma counter parts can solve through expensive treatments, but they have diagnosed a man publicly based on hearsay. 100 percent of the stories about trump are negative, more the any other person who ever lived, it is clear the “press” hates him and each story goes through that filter, and yet, that sliver of biased information is MORE THEN ENOUGH for a few people I have never heard of and will never meet to declare him sick in the head. What the hell???

Consider the hate thrown in his direction from all avenues, could you withstand it? Could you deal with 1000’s of negative stories a day, 100’s of people a day demanding your time? Could you stand people spying on you, demanding your impeachment before you were elected? What defense mechanisms would you develop if that were you?

    Immoral? Yes. Criminal? Sadly no.

    • From Quebec says:

You are so right, It is amazing. Considering all the negative stories thrown to him,, that Trump was still able to accomplish so much, so far in such a small time i office.

      This guy is absolutely fearless.

  16. Terry Edmond says:

I could see where President Trump might be a little paranoid thinking so many are out to get him – being a Kennedy redo! His timing is right, the public is joining in to take up the slack by the lying propaganda media and his enemies (and ours) are being exposed. When Hillary lost, satan slipped on a banana peel! And now, so is each of his minion as they step up to doublecross.

    • Peter Meissnitzer (Gladiatoro) says:

Well what did Bill Gates say …. and I quote ” another JFK ” all presidents must be protected , Trump is exposing the truth on vaccines , HIV , Hep c , all the lies and people don’t like it , trump says NO MORE FAKE NEWS , did I mention POLIO , climate change it just goes on and on …… if you believe in any of these things there is no hope for you .

  17. Sunshine2 says:

Those psychiatrists are so wrong. Our president is actually a very stable genius. Scott Adams explains it well: https://www.pscp.tv/w/1YqJDLENMgoJV

  18. Robert Klinck says:

In a world whose financial principles make the acquisition of money a predominant concern, there is no end to the rackets being invented for this purpose. Psychiatry and many other “medical” practices are often more about raking in money than about ethical behaviour.

  19. From Quebec says:

I agree 100% with Scot Adams

  20. angus says:

I demand mental screening of every member of CONGRESS.
I also demand mental screening of every psychiatrist.
    Good for the goose ………….

  21. D3F1ANT says:

You’ll find just as many psychiatrists on the Right who say he’s fine. That’s politics. No different than the “scientists” still blaming Man for Global Warming.

  22. Wanda Rivera says:

A narcissist ilness is dangerous cause the most important characteristic is he is no care of the others pls do something until is not late to do it

    • Sunshine2 says:

If our president was truly a narcissist (if there was even a real test for it), his children would no longer have anything to do with him. Instead they are quite close to him. He is not a true narcissist.

Like the doctorisin commented above, how would you deal with being attacked from all sides day in and day out from before you even took office? I wouldn’t last five minutes before deciding to hide in my bed, despite my silly belief that I do not care what other people think about me. My tweets would read “Is not, is not, is not” and “GFYS” or something else of that nature. Instead President Trump gets up every day resolute to carry out his obligations, and does so. His tweets are relatively (compared to what I would tweet) restrained. POTUSVSG

      • Susan Home says:

My former husband is a narcissist who raped me, stalked me, and narcissistically manipulated me, who I left within a year of marriage. He has been married to his second wife for 25 years with three children and 100% of our former friends still hanging about. Why? He’s a billionaire. I met his children at our son’s wedding last year and they suffer from varying stages of mental illness (17 year old son hissing threats to mother AT THE PARENT’S table at the wedding he either assumed I couldn’t hear, or simply, narcissistically, did not care,) 21 year old daughter strung out on so many drugs she’s unable to speak, the wife 100% in Stepford shock. We are at a pivotal time when pretending Cluster Bs don’t exist, much less rule us, is downright dangerous, and NOW is the time to call it out. And for the record, both Trump and Hillary are blights and humanity so sadly brainwashed to clamor for a ‘leader’ that they, suffering from abuse syndrome, dutifully ‘voted’ for one or the other and now are in cognitive dissonance blaming ‘Russia’ or ‘Trump voters’ for their own sad needs to authoritarian follow. The only thing (and I do mean ‘thing’) worse than Trump, was Hillary. It’s in the collective consciousness to follow psychopaths who have ginned up hatred for ‘other’ and had their slaves rape pillage plunder and slaughter and lay the booty at masters’ feet for millennia, and it’s time it stopped. By calling out psychopathy. And breaking humanity’s leader worship mesmerization.

    • You are so right. I’ve known a few narcissists in my days and they were all repulsive and delusional to the point of severe paranoia and I don’t mean seeing circumstances for what they really are but believing their first reaction to something is the right one without any logical thought. They do not care whether they are right or wrong; only that theirs is the correct and prevailing way.

  23. Harold Smith says:

If a broken clock can be correct twice per day, a broken psychiatric establishment can be right once in a while too. If Teflon Don Trump is not a nut case, there are no nut cases.

    • Thank you.

      Characteristics of Psychopathy:
      1. Completely conscienceless and totally devoid of empathy.
      2. Strongly immoral, aggressive, callous and cunning.
      3. Very adept at manipulating others.
      4. Willing to engage in criminal conduct to get their way.
      5. Deceptive ability to appear benevolent and feign emotion.
      6. Complete absence of guilt or remorse for the harm they cause others.
      7. Denial / Rationalization / Transference of blame.
      8. Contempt toward others’ feelings.
      9. Pathological lying.
      10. Refusal to accept responsibility for the consequences of their own actions.
      11. Believe they will never be brought to justice.

Does that not describe every POTUS since JFK, all of congress, senate, CIA etc etc? Does that not describe Donald Trump? And Trumptards, see number 3. Suckers.

      • Sunshine2 says:

Lol. Eleven points to describe the media.

        • The “media” do what they’re told for a paycheck or they’re fired. Their corporate owners are Zionists who are the psychopaths. But “the media” can’t send more troops to Afghanistan to protect poppy fields. They can’t try to make Jerusalem the official home of the US Embassy knowing full well that that will incite protests and rioting by the indigenous people of Palestine (and rightfully so). They can’t try to ban all Muslims in the US despite what the Bill of Rights says in the First Amendment. And on and on and on. They can only sell it to the dupes, the iignorant and naive, and the idol believers who keep thinking that someone is going to come along and save them. Despite what HISTORY tells them. But keep on believin’ Sunshine. And a huge “LOL” to that. LOL.

The homosexual Mafia took over the APA. There was a drastic difference in the dsm-3 and dsm-4 which reflected this. What was once abnormal became ‘a spectrum’ of normal behaviors.

  26. JB says:

    Karl Kraus (1874-1936):

“Psychoanalysis is the disease of which it claims to be the cure.”
“The psychoanalyst is a confessor who lusts after hearing about the sins of the fathers.”
“Psychoanalysis is like the poor man’s explanation of wealth. Because he lacks it, the others must have gained it by force or fraud.”
“Psychologists: unmaskers of the insignificant, swindlers of the significant.”
“Psychology is as useful as are directions for how to take poison.”
“Modern psychologists have greatly enlarged the frontiers of irresponsibility: they needed more space in this territory.”
“One of the most widespread diseases is diagnosis.”“The Jews control the press, they control the stock market, and now they also control the unconscious.”
“Psychoanalysis is not a science but a religion—the faith of a generation incapable of any other.”
“With the exception of a few scientists who are not taken seriously, psychiatrists are of two kinds: knaves and fools.”

  30. mentalhealth says:

I don’t know President Trump personally so I have no idea if he’s mentally ill. He’s not a very nice person but he is president so we have no choice but to accept him. I’ve delt with mental illness almost all my life and didn’t even know until 4 years ago. I was diagnosed with about a dozen all at once. And it only took the physiatrist 4 days with a maximum of 5 minutes each day to decide that I should be on 7 different meds of all sorts for life. I’ve done my own research the last four years and now realize what I have exactly has never been mentioned to me by my doc. I’ve been seeing him 4 years now and he has no idea who I am or where I came from. So I agree 100 about these lousy physiatrists.
