Leaked memo: Clinton Foundation broke the law

Breaking: leaked 2008 memo from attorney Kumiki Gibson to Clinton Foundation chairman Bruce Lindsay. Gibson had been hired to do an independent assessment of the Foundation’s practices.
Below are key quotes from Gibson’s findings. Keep in mind that the Clinton Foundation’s very existence depends on it being legally certified as a non-profit entity, in compliance with laws governing non-profits. Break those laws and its non-profit status would be revoked, and the whole operation would go down the drain.
Gibson: “Important responsibilities regarding corporate filings are delegated to the [Foundation] CFO, who appears to delegate them to an outside organization, with very little oversight by the legal department. As a result, the Foundation is not in compliance with the filings rules, including in New York, which requires the Foundation to be certified to do business in the State.” [Apparently, the Clinton Foundation was not legally registered as a non-profit in New York.]
Gibson: “No matter what the leadership decides about the larger, over-arching question, it must act immediately to bring the Foundation into compliance with the law and standards that govern not-for-profits, and must create strong legal and HR offices so to prevent any lapses in the future.”
Gibson: “The Foundation does not have a record retention policy[!], and the procedures currently utilized in Harlem [headquarters] may violate the law.”
Zero Hedge writes: “Furthermore, and more troubling, the [Gibson] review pointed to a high-ranking but unnamed foundation executive who was ‘being paid by [President Clinton], the government and the foundation’ who ‘allowed the foundation to host what may have been (or may have been viewed as) a political event, apparently without official pre-approval from the foundation’s legal department and without regard, before the fact, to the impact of that decision on the foundation’s tax exempt status.’”
This memo was written in 2008. It would have taken then, and it would now take, about a month of investigation by New York State and US Dept. of Justice officials to nail down the particulars and sink the Clinton Foundation.
That didn’t happen then. Will it happen now? Not if the Dept. of Justice has anything to say about it. The Clintons are protected.
But evidence of the Foundation corruption is spreading like wildfire. Some fires are impossible to contain.

I find myself not spending much time reflecting on these types of stories, because the outrage they demand just becomes exhausting. It is hard to believe that so many voters have no idea what Hillary actually has done, because they are only concerned with what she represents. Ah, yes, the matrix again. A representation for the masses.
It truly is exhausting and disgusting. The Clinton Foundation Should be renamed Clinton Crime Inc. & the Clintons should be sitting in prison. Very little research necessary to conclude they are dirty.
They do not WANT to know. It is deliberate denial. They are protecting a fragile world view. Just like religions do……
I think you need to find a better system for feeling and expressing outrage. We need to stay outraged. I think you can find a way to be outraged while becoming stronger rather than wiped out.

“It is better to light one candle than to curse the darkness.” We need a better response than outrage. Why let them continue to play your emotions? We need to use the imagination to find things we can do everyday to help sabotage the societal control system.
I agree with you entirely, Greg! Personally, I can no longer afford to waste creative energy on outrage and incredulity, for we are far beyond that now. Imagination and creating new realities is the only answer moving forward! As in the biblical allegory of Sodom and Gomorrah, I will not be turned into a useless pillar of salt by turning around to gawk at what is happening behind us as it all goes up flames.
I was sure that America was over. But, when it seemed like the FBI was in its right course to take down the DOJ, I said to my children that “If that happened, America is the only nation in the world that is under the law.” And America is not over.
It seems that my previous thought was in fact truth about America.
I love America as Donald J Trump does. I believe every thing he says, especially when Hillary put the new judges in the DOJ – we won’t have a country no more in the next 60 years.
Revolution is the only way to truly slay the dragons of Washington. If Hillary is elected, and Trump does not concede, the power behind him could reach critical mass, especially if Wikileaks releases her worst nightmare revelations. It could be a peaceful revolution, like the sudden implosion of the USSR. Government power dissolves when it loses the confidence and dependency of its constituents. The states could then form a new federation. That’s the beauty of a federated system – power can be reassembled peacefully. We could turn Washington D.C. into an amusement park. Imagine the possibilities: base jumping off the Washington Monument, skateboarding in the halls of Congress!

I’m tired of hearing about Crooked Hilary’s downfall! Until Trump is president there will be no justice for patriot Americans. Obama is a Muslim…not born on the USA and he’s currupt up to his eyeballs…..,so is the Justice Dept currupt to the core….and Comey at the FBI is a disgrace to the FBI Bureau. Donald Trump is the only person to give us true justice against the Clinton mafia….he’s the only one with the guts and wisdom to totally and completely “DRAIN the currupt Swamp”!!!
Oh sure…Trump the aristocrat is going to save the day. The tough guy, bully…who brings a “pro-wrestling” type attitude to politics. He wants to put a wall on the boarder to keep those “dreaded” Mexicans out. The same wall that could keep us locked-in if the government ever went full trottle tyranny on us (nah…that couldn’t happen. Lol).
IMO, both of these two candidates are worthless for the hard-working middle class American. Both are so out of tune with the average American it’s ludicrous. They’re both so arrogant and want to sooth their egos by holding the highest office in the land. All I see is the House of Clinton vs the House of Trump (he was probably a mean, cruel Duke in another life time. Lol). Both are so grandiose and pride themselves on the constant, ad nuseum personal attacks on each other instead of focusing on solutions to help the middle class.
When I see these two characters bashing each other it reassures me why I’m a political atheist!
