After 30 years as an independent reporter, I understand the machinations of the CDC.
As a result, I’ve been able to read their intentions for the future. I’ve been able to see where they’re heading.
Two parallel ops are going to intersect, unless they are stopped. And if they aren’t stopped, there is going to be BIG trouble.
OP ONE: the CDC’s imminent implementation of its new rules for controlling communicable diseases. I’ve covered these rules extensively. Here I’ll sum them up:
Americans traveling between states can be stopped, detained, and even quarantined, if they seem to have indications of an illness that could impact public health.
If this sounds vague, it is. The CDC has even coined a new absurd category: “precommunicable” illness. It means that with few or no symptoms—but merely the probability of having contacted someone who had or could have had an illness—a traveler in America can be picked up and held against his will.
The CDC asserts it has police powers to do this.
During the quarantine period, the person has no right to refuse medical treatment—which can include (toxic) vaccinations. After release, the person will be tracked electronically, and this surveillance can extend to an ankle bracelet.
OP TWO: The CDC and its state allies are expanding the promotion of mandatory vaccines. The state of California now has such a law (SB277) for all public and private school children. There is a move to extend the mandate to adults.
So…suppose you are spotted and detained as a person who may have a precommunicable disease. One of the first questions you’ll be asked is: “Are you up to date on your vaccinations?”
If not, you’ll get them. Forcibly.
Now suppose the disease you’re suspected of having has a vaccine—which you never got. You’re bad. You’re delinquent. You’re essentially a criminal. “Sir, if you had been vaccinated against the disease, you wouldn’t have the disease now, and you wouldn’t be in a position to infect others with it.”
But why stop there? At some point up the road, the CDC will say:
“Those people who have not gotten the full schedule of vaccinations are AUTOMATICALLY PRECOMMUNICABLE.”
That’s how the two ops will intersect.
That’s where the CDC is heading. That’s where they intend to go:
A person who isn’t fully vaccinated is by definition a threat to “the community,” and he can be arrested.
It’s the perfect storm.
That’s all the CDC will need to know—you’re not fully vaccinated. Therefore, you’ll fit the definition of a “precommunicable” health threat, and you can be held and shot with the full complement of vaccines.
“You see, Mr. Jones, we’ve detained you because we see you haven’t had any vaccinations for a long time. This makes you a danger, because vaccines are the ONLY way to guarantee immunity from diseases. You’re very vulnerable. You will get sick and spread that sickness to others. You’re precommunicable. You’re a spreader. We’re going to cut that off at the pass. In the next two days, we’re going to give you the basic ten vaccinations..”
The CDC is ALREADY asserting that any unvaccinated human is a danger to those around him. All that remains is to put bigger legal and police teeth into the assertion.
The mask and the cover story is: “We only want to detain people who could be spreading a highly dangerous disease like Ebola. We only want to stop the spread of pandemics.” That’s a lie.
The real op is eventual forced vaccination of everyone, carried out under police powers.
Universal forced vaccination IS the epidemic.
And the single antidote is freedom.
The freedom to refuse medication or vaccination of any kind.
That freedom is inherent.
But it must be taken.

It’s a brave new world
one of my elderly relatives (who has deliberately never received a flu vaccine, who avoids pharmaceuticals and doctors) was recently hospitalized. Every single day he was there, the nurses would bring around a prepared syringe to administer flu and pneumonia vaccines, and every day he refused. He was very angry that they kept “offering” them and pressuring him to take them. He began to feel vulnerable. Because he was a patient at the hospital, he feared that they might inject him against his will (or knowledge), while he was under the influence of some of the strong sedatives they were forcing upon him for various procedures. This was a frightening time. As far as we know, he was not injected, but we could not watch him 24/7, and the hospital also pressured his sons (who did not have medical power of attorney, and who are not “awake and aware”) to step in and authorize these injections. Be aware of what is going on! He had to get quite adamant in his refusal of these injections, and the persuasive techniques were very demeaning to him (implying he was not in his right mind, or talking down to him as though he is a child who does not understand, because he is elderly). He understands ‘quite well.”
I’ve heard a lot of similar stories
My 96-year-old mother was recently in the hospital for two weeks and no one bothered her about getting a flu or shingles vaccine. Her nursing home lets her refuse both without questions. She lives in Iowa.
This unfortunately is typical behaviour of those in geriatric care. Even those who are young and temporarily in the geriatric ward due to no space elsewhere, are treated the with the same condescension and force. I’ve witnessed far too much of this in the white walled institutional infirmaries called hospitals. Overworked calloused nurses with zero compassion who take their anger out on patients. I’ve only witnessed one person/nurse who had compassion and spoke to me with care. She had refused the vaccines and was fighting against mandatory injunction. She stated if it came to it, her job was less important than defending her rights. So, with the law of mandatory vaccines being enforced upon all nurses or they’re fired, the result is inevitable that the nursing care will become tyrannically worse. I do believe force of will on people procures aggression whether expressed or stuffed, leaving a sad state of affairs for medical institutions.
When in mid-May 2016, we were preparing for my sister in law’s impending death at a hospice which was attached within a hospital, their staff’s FIRST questions upon entering the facility, “Is your SIL up to date on her vaccinations?!” Mind you she had been hospitalized for much of her mid 60’s to her mid 70’s from two open heart surgeries, suffering with to MRSA and C Diff infections, carotid procedures, gall bladder removal, I nearly went ballistic speaking in between gritted teeth as much as I could stand…I told them in no uncertain terms if I caught anyone near her body with anything remotely resembling syringes, mists, sugar cubes or anything at all looking like a vaccine they were going to have to answer for it!
They even sent in the managing director to ask what the “fuss was about” So I let him have it within a normal tone of voice. I explained how I had been injured myself as an adult for Rubella and then Tetanus and Pneumonia vaccines co-administered together (never having penumonia as one of seven kids yet having it at least a dozen times since and I WOULD NEVER STAND for anyone I know and love to ever get dosed with ANY VACCINES as long as I have a say! Her daughter had a DNR and as her her Power of Attorney was in total agreement as were her my 92 yr old Mom in law and my husband (her brother) and her sister. I never had pneumonia as one of seven kids and after the pneumoniavaccine I suffered a dozen bouts there within 2012, one when I had thyroid cancer removed and they still insisted I go on with the surgery.
By the way, this occurred between the transfer from our local hospital during early afternoon hours until roughly 9:20 PM, when sensing my Mom in law’s fatigue I decided to take her home, as we could not be sure when my sister in law might pass. I got into my car and took Mom the less than mile drive home. Then I got tthe call she had passed and my husband’s other sister, who was sitting bedside , had wanted me to then just bring Mom back (after urging me to take her home due to her fatigue) and I decided against it, it was way too much for Mom dealing with this all day and Mom was now showing how she was more tired as the night went on. Besides, I was sheduled for my own surgery in the morning and had to get some much needed sleep (I had mytonsils out for second time, my tongue needed untying as the skin had fibrosed (the frenulum was tighter than a drum) and my uvula needed a biopsy (NEG for cancer thankgoodness) I have NO immune system from undiagnosed LYME of 22+ years duration and they regrew in response to repeated LYME, Babesia and b. Burgdorferi, staph, strep, Moraxella and Klebsiella oxytoca pneumonia)
I am suggesting to everyone anticipating EVER being hospitalized, whether planned or in any accidental ways, please get yourself a pre-printed or embossed/stamped bracelet and wear this bracelet as you would any allergy bracelet. Vaccines are a POISON and you do not NEED nor WANT them in your body. They do nothing more than to send you into the revolving door of hospitals as a money maker, from cradle to grave is so apropos and I have literally seen this in action!
BE safe, wear a bracelet and NEVER allow a loved one ot get injected with anything. BTW, I also have heavy metal toxicity forom having had nine MRIs wiht Gadolinium contrast, in pursuit of the undiagnosed Lyme! This drug, GADOLINIUM BASED CONTRAST AGENTS, which they say should leave the body in about 96 or so hours…is STILL IN MY BODY NEARLY SEVEN YEARS LATER! I am having such a hard time getting a diagnosis, finally resulting in one ffcalled “GADOLNIUM DEPOSITION DISEASE!” I am doing chelation to get it out of my body and it is coming out , along with other metals such as Barium, Cadmium, Cesium, Gadolinium+, Lead, Mercury, Nickel, Tin and Tungsten! I Wish I could say I feel better but with the Iraqibacter infection caught at the OR in May after my sister in law’s death is just another thing to fight! I will survive, but I want others to as well, I do not want anyone to suffer as those of us with Vaccine Injury # 2881 on The VAXXED BUS have, it is NOT RIGHT.

The CDC with Mayo Clinic, Yale Uni, and Smith-Kline conspired knowingly to unleash a bogus Lyme disease vaccine that crippled thousands before it was yanked despite fraudulent data showing that it was preventing the disease. This is NOT conspiracy theory, the facts were firmly established and should have brought criminal charges. Similar fraudulent tampering is still done with the Western Blot test to filter out 90% of legit positives and continue to deny that chronic Lyme disease exists. Why? True, considering that both the FDA and CDC have issued press releases citing their own research which confirms that numerous vaccines infect the vaccinated and makes them actively contagious. This simultaneous endorsement of two opposing views makes the people issuing these ‘rules’ certifiably insane. Or are they merely attempting to put into play a portion of the ‘updated’ UN agenda?

Agreed. The CDC even has the side effects pamphlet that comes with vaccines up on their website (at least used to don’t know if it’s still there but I saw it a year or 2 ago) stating that many vaccines shed virus for at least 28 days after innoculation, during which time they can and have infected others. All those that got measles at Disneyland – it was later determined that the vaccinated had shed virus to others, which is how so many contracted measles, which btw, doesn’t kill you unless you live in a third world country and have malnutrition.
Also, old people don’t need flu vaccines as there are only about 4 types of flu and by old age, you’ve probably had all of them and developed immunity so don’t need a flu vaccine.
It used to be common knowledge that you NEVER VACCINATE A CHILD UNDER 5 OR 6 YRS OLD AS THEIR IMMUNE SYSTEM ISN’T FULLY DEVELOPED AND THEY CAN’T HANDLE VACCINES. Now,they’re vaccinating fetuses in utero and this is horrifying.
I got all this from an immunologist of many years, who is horrified at what is happening with vaccinations.
His relatives should of suggested to the caring health care professionals that they could prove that these medical vaccines were safe by arranging themselves to be implemented repeatedly.

Illegal immigration will cause a surge in diseases that we haven’t seen in the US for decades….so the CDC should be advocating for a stop to mass importation of refugees and border control citing the health and safety of Americans! But, they won’t. At the same time, agencies, like the CDC or the Bureau of Land Management for that matter, have too much power ….they create their own rules and regulations because of the power Congress gave them…to implement the law. It is the Administrative Procedures Act that needs to be attacked and rewritten to include oversight by lawmakers…..not bureaucrats. The CDC should not have police powers…..but then I have not looked at the statutes that created the CDC, if it was an act of police power of the federal government….we might be screwed….if not, they have no lawful police power.
This is why it is imperative that we collectively say “No!” and make that one-word sentence heard as far and wide as possible, and imaginatively create a reality where such evil self-implodes on itself!

It turns out that all modern conspiracies are but the arms and legs of the same long-term Malthusian conspiracy. As an example, consider the recent oil spill disaster in the Gulf on April 20, 2010. Not only was it NOT an accident, it wasn’t even unprecedented in the amount of damage done to our country’s coastal marine ecosystems! As it turns out, the oil spill disaster of 2010 was an EXPEDITING of another disaster (a conspiracy) which has been ongoing since as far back as the 1870s. Yes, I know EXACTLY how you feel there about trying to educate people. For over 2 years I carpooled with a guy I worked for, and nearly every day I brought up the subject of what I call The Three Magic Questions. What is the EXACT AMOUNT of fraud that ANY man or woman has the right to commit? What is the EXACT AMOUNT of fraud that ANY man or woman has an actual obligation to endure? What is the BASIC PREMISE that is being operated off of, in the instant case? He finally admitted that he had begun to “warm up” to them. They were a threat to his paradigms, the brain washing that he got in the public fool system and from his church/parents. There was nothing from his opinion leaders (people who tell him what and how to think) that told him how to deal with real truth, so he had to put it aside.
I’m responding here to my own post in response to those who’ve responded to mine… Ladies, I don’t know quite what to say. Thanks so much for reading my paper! It’s not every day that I get to triple my readership. 😉 Please excuse my moment of despair and frustration. If I may, (because the two of you are as rare as a precious metal) I’d like to ask some questions of both of you. Considering that the paper provides much evidence that the BP disaster was actually a conspiracy and given that the paper places this conspiracy into historical context, does that help to convince you that other modern conspiracies (such as forced vaccination — the subject of Jon’s article) should also be considered in that same historical context? Does this suggest to you that all modern conspiracies might just be the “arms and legs” of a single, overall conspiracy to greatly reduce human populations? And lastly, does it help to prove to you that perhaps greed really isn’t the real motivation behind a conspiracy such as forced vaccinations? As you can see, the reason why I’ve been harping on this seemingly unrelated conspiracy for two years in relation to forced vaccinations is because, it really isn’t that unrelated after all. For two centuries, the conspirators have been slowly advancing their overall goal. Understand that my paper is part one of a two or three part series that was never completed. The follow-up to part one would have gone on to explain why exactly the EPA and NOAA failed in their mandates to protect both the American people and the environment. They did so because these were never their true mandates to begin with. Protecting the American people and the environment was only the *justification* given to Congress and the American people for why these organizations were created — not the *true* reason why they were created. The real reason emerges when we learn that the American eugenics movement was in fact born out of the earlier conservation movement (the foundation of our modern environmental movement). Now recall that the eugenics movement was really a Malthusian one and you start to realize that conserving natural resources was really just a cover for preventing the poor from having access to nature’s bounty. It turns out that — contrary to what historians would have us believe — the conservation movement not only began much earlier but it also wasn’t a grassroots movement. Instead, the conservation movement was actually a creation of the elite establishment. Among other things, this helps to explain how it is that the nation’s first federal agency involved with conservation — the Bureau of Fisheries — would, not once but twice become embroiled in controversy almost immediately following its creation. In both cases, the Bureau of Fisheries in collusion with other governmental bodies were found aiding and abetting the destruction of the environment. Not coincidentally, one such case involved accusations that they were causing (not preventing) the destruction of the menhaden populations along the coast of two Eastern seaboard states. Not long afterwards the Bureau was again at the center of controversy when it was found that Bureau officials and contractors (including the highly exalted David Starr Jordan) were encouraging the destruction of the fur seal herds on the Pribilov Islands (and thus once again, destroying a natural resource that human populations might subsist on — directly or indirectly). But the real kicker comes in our understanding *why* the Malthusian elite have been so hell bent on reducing human populations. The answer to that one simple question which is hinted at on page 422 of Anton Chaitkin’s monumental book, “Treason in America”, would have comprised part three of the story. I personally had the feeling that thimerosal was somehow connected with Skull and Bones, and this was before I knew about their connection with Eugenics.

If you examine its’ chemical properties you will know that it is actually a relatively ineffective preservative, since it decomposes in solution and bind to the sulfhydryl groups of proteins.
In effect, it makes for a shitty preservative irregardless of its’ terrible therapeutic index. I came to the conclusion that it must be a depopulation tool. Phenol and phenoxyalcohol are much better, safer, and cheaper preservatives.
I think that maybe you can link Morris Kharasch with Skull and Bones, or at least look into it. I don’t have a list of the members.

I wonder what the CDC’s time table is on this and if any organization will challenge this in the courts to assert their constitutional rights BEFORE something like this becomes a reality? Otherwise, IF this IS implemented, I can foresee many police stops becoming very dangerous perhaps fatal confrontations for one or both parties – like trying to arrest a second strike perp in a three strike state…

Though I may not be remembering this right, I believe that having everyone vaccinated by 2020 was indicated in the video as a goal (which to me seems unrealistic unless a certain kind of “false flag” event were to occur between now and then). In any event, given the developments in the past few years and also given what I’ve learned from investigating the aforementioned long-term Malthusian conspiracy, I give it no more than a decade before the “war on the remaining healthy” goes into full swing. Well, if they start enforcing this interstate restriction among the unvaccinated (They have already enforced internation restrictions to some countries. My sister had to get a rabies vaccine to go to India.), then someone very knowledgeable is going to challenge this and go to federal court. If this ever happens, then they need support from all of us.
If you look at the statistics, you can show that being vaccinated is no guarantee against harboring a pre-communicable disease. There are measles and mumps outbreaks among the vaccinated. I think that if the CDC has enough balls to starting enforcing these police actions, then they are going to get their ass handed to them in court as long as enough people band together.

it the child went to the pediatrician once every 2-months during this time, that’s 1.39 doses of vaccine per visit. But on the visit where its time for the MMR,… well, that’s 3 doses right there.
This is a sad state of affairs. I brought up the issue with my sister 2 years ago and she said she didn’t agree with vaccinating her children, but she was afraid to say no, so she did it anyway – because she was “afraid” to say NO. She was “afraid” to protect her children. How can any ‘good’ parent compliantly agree to bring their children to what I would consider to be the equivalent as slaughter? It is akin to child abuse. I was shocked as she stood there and told me she didn’t agree with vaccinating her kids, but she was going to do it anyway, because everyone’s ‘supposed’ to do it. And that makes the rules more important than the lives of her children. But then again, she’s deeply programmed to blindly follow her ‘church’ cult with whatever they tell her she ‘must’ do. She has 4 children all under the age of 6 with a newborn and they all have health issues and are underdeveloped for their age. The newborn has struggled from birth. It sickens me how compliant and complacent so many people are to ‘authority’ and how irresponsible of them to ‘willingly’ allow said ‘authority’ to govern their lives and tell them how to breathe, what to eat, what to say, how not to think but just do as is said by (other person/thing) to do do dodo, etc. It’s no wonder the nickname for these individuals, or rather vacant body suits has become puppet or ‘sleeper’ awaiting programmed instructions. That is a great point Sabell. Exactly, how can someone choose obedience over their own children? Humans are truly becoming more insane and zombie like every day. They have been programmed thru their own upbringing to conform and very few are able to grow up and think for themselves and then choose responsibility and freedom. I’m sure the NWO One Worlders are smarter than I am, but it seems to me that the culling of humanity to the 5% required to serve and protect the elites would be FAR easier, faster, and less destructive if an imaginary virus and mandatory vaccination were used instead of nuclear war. The UN (and CDC) need only declare that a new, deadly virus is spreading throughout the world that can and probably will kill all of humanity unless a vaccine can be developed. They will soon say a vaccine has been developed to stop the virus and that it is mandatory for everyone on earth to receive it. But the trick is that there are TWO vaccines … one is a placebo that may or may not make a person slightly ill for a short time … the other is a vaccine that kills over a range of a year at random (so as not to be obvious). Those to be saved get vaccine #1, etc. I think we truly may be headed in this direction.

I unfortunately have to agree with the conclusion that Mr. Rappaport came to with what the real endgame of the CDC police. They will forcibly vaccinate adults. And sadly because there are many ‘attenuated’ live viruses in vaccines that shed, many people who are in contact with said adults will definitely be in a precommunicable stage of an illness, because the CDC will be injecting them, and the injectees will be breathing and exposing everyone they come in contact with. (That means areas with people who have their health compromised, nursing homes, hospitals, etc, as well as places with poor ventilation (most office buildings) and places that a high density of people (stadiums, public transportation, etc) there will be a lot of viruses floating in the air, and so these acts will actually increase the amount of sicknesses for one, and as a second side effect, many people will become vaccine injured, and the autism rate will continue to soar), but hey the pharmaceutical companies and the CDC employees who head it up will make a lot of money from these new policies, and stock prices for the vaccine manufacturing companies will rise.

The CDC with Mayo Clinic, Yale Uni, and Smith-Kline conspired knowingly to unleash a bogus Lyme disease vaccine that crippled thousands before it was yanked despite fraudulent data showing that it was preventing the disease. This is NOT conspiracy theory, the facts were firmly established and should have brought criminal charges. Similar fraudulent tampering is still done with the Western Blot test to filter out 90% of legit positives and continue to deny that chronic Lyme disease exists. Why? Use your head, millions of congenital Lyme babies are born, many with autism which can only be the result of Lyme. How can I be so sure?
