This is the largest corporate cash buyout in history.

Mega-giant Bayer put $66 billion on the table, and mega-giant Monsanto said yes.

Think GMOs, crop seeds, pesticides, medical drugs.

Keep in mind that one of the consultants on the European side of this deal is the Rothschild Group.

But that’s not all. Dow and DuPont are planning to merge. Recently, another biotech giant, Syngenta, was swallowed up by the state-owned ChemChina. And this just in: two major Canadian fertilizer manufacturers, Potash Corp of Saskatchewan Inc. and Agrium Inc. are merging.

Consolidation, monopoly. The Empire strikes back.

The global rebellion against GMOs and pesticides, particularly Monsanto’s Roundup, is one of the reasons for these deals. But lurking in the background is another factor, exemplified by the pending Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) treaty.

If the TPP passes, corporate tribunals will take over the adjudication of disputes in which a nation rejects importing toxic pesticides, medical drugs, or GMOs. These tribunals will decide whether that nation is permitted to refuse importation.

Of course, the tribunals will favor mega-corporate interests. But now, with the mergers involving Bayer, Monsanto, Dow, DuPont, Syngenta, and ChemChina, the devastating clout of the tribunals will be that much more powerful.

The ability to shove toxic products down the throats of populations will elevate.

The Matrix Revealed

This is the corporate face of Globalism.

This is a giant step in the direction of controlling the world’s food supply.

You can draw another arrow connecting these corporations to Bill Gates, whose foundation avidly supports their efforts.

If Gates and George Soros still own the Monsanto stock they bought in 2010— 900,000 and 500,000 shares, respectively—they just received a nice chunk of pocket change from the Bayer buyout. As part of the deal, every Monsanto share will suddenly be worth $22 more than yesterday’s price.

Thank you for using your keen analytical ability to warn the public about tyrannical darkness engulfing the globe. I sent confirmation to: https://jonrappoport.wordpress.com/2016/09/16/a-world-hangs-in-the-balance/

It seems that this Chapter 11 issue, with the corporate tribunals, is the worst part of these trade deals. Where does any government get the right to allow this to happen?

  3. Monsanto has been loosing cash, serious cash…stocks values have been down in recent times…dun dun dunn.

As Monsanto is the most hated corporation on the planet. The negative feedback must be awesome, thanks to the good people of the world…every little rebel thinking negative thoughts toward Queeny’s baby helps. Keep thinking those bad thoughts about those MF’s. It’s a good thing to hate Santa and thing bad thoughts of him…sorry Satan… Mon-Satan. “I get those guys mixed up all the time. Santa..Satan.”.

    Stockholders in general were loosing big time. I G Farben, sorry….Bayer owed Monsanto big time, as they (Bayer) were not allowed to do business in the USA after World War Too;

Nuremberg decisions after the break-up of Farben. Yah see, Bayer was run and is still run by Nazis…old Nazis. Old crinkly, dried up, spoon-faced, placenta eating, New World Order speaking Nazis.
So Bayer has a shit load of polyurethanes that need marketing and selling here in North America. So many new products to make from polyuranthanes. Fabulous amounts of money to be made, along with other little goodies Bayer has yet too unveil from their extensive R&D in the death camps…

So Monsanto does Bayer a biggie, a big favor, and legitimizes the old Nazi; but also profits greatly from the exchange and gains a world of chemical knowledge from none other than the boys that taught the SS how to dance.

We are talking Bayer research gained from sticking cattle prods up the asses of Nazi death camp slaves; men, women and children. Instead of bunny rabbits, chimps and lab rats. Not that you should do that to little bunnies.

Everything from freezing and boiling twins in vats of chemicals to…well…you got to run with this one reader. Imagination does not come close to what these boys experimented with in those camps.

So now it is time to call in the favor, and since Bayer is swimming in billion dollar bills gained from drug dealing their pharmaceuticals, ya know, from feeding two year old children brain bending chemicals for their ill diagnosed manic depression, and gender dysfunction.

Nows the time to absorb the little buddy who did us a big, big favor way back.
In a sense Monsanto are post-Nazi collaborators, when no other repectable *cough* American corporation would do business with ‘old Bayer Nazis’.
Monsanto and Bayer have been having an intimate sexual affair for a long, long time.

Monsanto was made from Nazi science…Bayer science. In a sense you could say Monsanto was Bayer little boner buddy. Well…even ugly people need love too, right!
So this is no real surprise to me, to hear this little bit of news. Everytime I here the word Monsanto, I think..”Swastika”.
I have come to understand that Monsanto was Bayer’s American little brother.

Actung baby!…this cost Bayer nothing. They are paying the 66 billion to themselves. They propping up the Monsanto stock from this rain of whop-ass Monsanto have been getting from the public, countries throwing them out, thousands of lawsuites, etc etc.
This merger/acquisition already happened way back in the year of my birth 1954. And they called the new corporation MOBAY. Has it taken this long for Bayer to legitimizes themselves here, and not to be seen in Public as NAZIS that they are?…. Which they are…
    Wonder, and keep wondering.

Interesting points: Monsanto GMO Soybee’n is self-pollinating…’Soybee’n technology’ soon to be in a whole slew of new vegetables and grains.

“We don need no stinking bees.”-Monsanto

      • Well what a good idea…and then we could surgically attach little teeny weeny itsy bitsy baskets to there back legs.
Ants are stronger, we could put bigger baskets on them. I brainstorming now
        …cut out the middle man.
No combines; have those little bastards brings seeds back to the grain silos at harvest. They could perform multiple tasks. My God they could plant new seeds in the spring.

Or cross genetics with the bee, and now we have a BANT, or a beent, or course I think if you put wings on ants they will take over the world. They have been plotting for a long time.

But I think in end the Internet is going to influence, and we will have little tiny bee drones…imagine billions of little bee drones running on sunlight. Now there’s an investment opportunity with a great return.

Also, just in case readers didn’t get your subliminal connections: Bayer (Bayern-Bavaria) > Bauer > Rothschild (red shield “banner” of a Bavarian butcher’s shop)….!

Tens of thousands protest in Europe against managed crony trade deals…

    (TTIP and CETA)

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/tens-thousands-protest-europe-against-atlantic-free-trade-144156387.html

As a curious, to me, side-bar, I wonder how many of these protestors are against sharia law?

    • Well, interesting you ask that Theodore, given my opinions in this article:

      https://ozziethinker.wordpress.com/2016/07/25/israel-zionist-ambition-isis-and-us-affiliated-connections-part-four/

I think sharia law could become a rather bigger problem than dumbed down, oh hell, strike that, DUMB and LAZY “first worlders” might imagine.

I have been living with Iranians for some time now (and yes, they hate me too). It turns out that the people there were never into hard line Islam after all and the whole Islamic State thing seems like a big pharisaic idea. The Ayatollah coming from “exile in France” (Rothschild heartland) to create hell on Earth….could it be a Zionist psy-op crafting reality? The Iranian secret police is diabolical.

You hear nothing about it (even in the alternative [sic] medias), but the people of Iran are convinced there are two nuclear sites: one at the mountain location checked out by the UN gestapo, but the other is “in a mountain, a complex bigger than Tehran, to the north”. According to popular legend it holds the largest stash of operational explosives ON THE PLANET!!! Who “owns” it?

Finally, in case Jon doesn’t believe I have a “soft side”:

      • Theodore says:

also, i should have reversed the wording in the original question:

        FROM:

I wonder how many of these protestors are against sharia law?

        TO:

I wonder how many of these protestors (protesting the crony trade deals) are OK with those in their communities practicing sharia law?

Aristotle thought that all matter was made of different combinations of fire, water, earth, and air. For almost two thousand years this was the established truth. Slowly, people found a better explanation for how the world works. The periodic table was created. Later, the atomic model was created (protons, neutrons, and electrons). Then protons were smashed together to see that there are things smaller than protons, neutrons, and electrons. I see that we are on a similar voyage on determining how the world is ruled.

We know some of the players: Rothschild, Rockefeller, ,,, but we, or at least, I, do not see how these people interact with other agents and owners. The global government and many of the global corporations are owned/controlled by a small group of gangsters. Does anyone have an organization chart with names and dates that describe the inner workings of the control freaks?

I believe that they are at war with those who see them self as human rather than as animals. But, we cannot overthrow the overlords until we know who they are. In chess, the only thing that matters is capturing the king. We cannot win until we determine who the king is. This why they keep beating us: We don’t know the rules.

In a bull fight, the bull is powerful but the matador is smart. The matador knows what stimulus will trick the bull and tire it so that the small weak matador can defeat the bull. Every once and a while, the bull does something unexpected and the matador is injured or killed. Until we learn that the red cape is not what we should be focused on, we can never beat the matador.

The owners have agents that will probably read the responses to this post. Is there a method to gather intelligence on the gangsters without them noticing? This is a dangerous game. If they deem you to be a threat they can ridicule you, imprison you, try to bribe you or kill you. They control information. I’m not sure how to learn their game well enough to beat them. I only know that I do not have the option of doing nothing.
