Trump vs. the Globalists: gunfight at OK Corral

In his recent speech in Pennsylvania, Trump clarified and intensified his anti-Globalist position. The Associated Press reports:

“’This wave of globalization has wiped out totally, totally our middle class,’ said Trump.”

“Trump…criticized [Hillary Clinton’s] past support for the Trans-Pacific Partnership [TPP trade deal], which he described as ‘the deathblow for American manufacturing.’”

“He vowed to renegotiate North American Free Trade Agreement [NAFTA] to get a better deal ‘by a lot, not just a little,’ for American workers – and threatened to withdraw the U.S. from the deal if his proposals aren’t agreed [to].”

“Trump has vowed to bring back [US] manufacturing jobs, in part, by slapping tariffs on goods produced by [American] companies that move manufacturing jobs offshore.”

“He said the North American Free Trade Agreement, which was signed by Bill Clinton, was a ‘disaster’…”

Trump didn’t leave much room for doubt on his anti-Globalist stance.

There are many people who have yearned to hear this rhetoric from a major Presidential candidate…but absolutely don’t want to hear it (or anything else) from Trump.

To them, he’s a fast-talking cowboy, a hustler, a bullshitter of the first order, a rank egotist, a narcissist, a racist.

Fine.

Well, we had another candidate who was a mad dog for attacking Globalism, although he didn’t go quite as far. We had Bernie Sanders. He’s gone. He’s voting for Hillary.

Too little, too late, Bernie just wrote an editorial in the New York Times. His subject: Globalism. Here’s an excerpt:

“In the last 15 years, nearly 60,000 factories in this country have closed, and more than 4.8 million well-paid manufacturing jobs have disappeared. Much of this is related to disastrous [Globalist] trade agreements that encourage corporations to move to low-wage countries…”

“We need to fundamentally reject our ‘free trade’ policies and move to fair trade. Americans should not have to compete against workers in low-wage countries who earn pennies an hour. We must defeat the Trans-Pacific Partnership [TPP].”

Sounds pretty much like Trump.

Of course, Bernie points out that this new revolution must NOT be headed by Donald Trump. It must be led by Hillary Clinton. Bernie doesn’t actually mention Hillary by name. He uses the phrase, “a new Democratic President.”

That’s because, as he well knows, the idea that Hillary will overturn free trade treaties and slam back the force of Globalism is so absurd it’s laughable. Bernie knows Hillary is the last person in America who would try to torpedo these trade deals. So he just bites his lip and writes “a new Democratic president.”

But Bernie is a straight shooter. He’s not a bullshitter. Heavens, no.

I wonder which new Democratic President Bernie has in mind? Perhaps it’s Moses coming down from the mountain with ten strategies to create jobs in America.

In past months and years, we’ve had other candidates who’ve come out strongly against Globalism—Rand Paul (didn’t have the intensity); Ron Paul (lacked intensity of delivery, and the media/GOP cut him out of debates and withdrew coverage); Ralph Nader (never had a prayer).

So, for all those people who can admit Trump is saying the right things about Globalism and making all the right promises—but hate him for various reasons—we obviously need someone else who will say what Trump is saying, get it across, attract huge crowds, and garner widespread support. Who is that? Where is he? Where is she?

Nowhere.

Therefore, let’s all vote for Hillary, right? Because at least she isn’t a bullshitter or a wild cowboy, and she can maintain stability here at home while US forces launch a few dozen wars under her guidance. No? No good? Hillary’s a…what? A demented vulture? Really?

Hmm.

Is it possible to perform some kind of surgery on Trump’s brain, so he emerges saying the same things about Globalism, but actually means them, minus the ego and the narcissism? Could his brain be shifted over from that of a hustler to a man of the people? No? No such surgery exists?

Too bad, eh? Because this real estate gunslinger is actually talking about canceling NAFTA and refusing to ratify the TPP, two cornerstones of the Globalist agenda. He’s talking about punishing US companies who shift manufacturing jobs overseas, by laying on tariffs when they export their products back to US customers.

Maybe brain-dead indoctrinated college students don’t understand what all this means, but US workers who’ve been thrown out of their jobs sure as hell do.

Trump actually makes a distinction between Globalism and what’s good for America. He doesn’t pull back from doing that. Because, after all, if you bring the lost US jobs home from the clutches of Globalists, that is, in fact, good for the people of the US, right? And therefore, it’s good for America.

But of course Trump is completely insane and he’s a major league liar, so he’s out.

How about this? A mind-control experiment in which everything Trump has been saying about Globalism is automatically transferred into the brain of LeBron James. Then LeBron shows up at the Democratic National Convention, announces his candidacy, throws down a few thundering dunks, and steals the nomination from Hillary.

Can we pull that off?

No?

Oh well. It’s only 4.8 million lost US jobs (and more coming). It’s only 60,000 US factories closed down (and more coming).

So where are we? Let’s look at the leaderboard.

On one side, we have Hillary Clinton. She’s in the pocket of Big Pharma, she’s dedicated to the advance of Globalism on every possible front (“it takes a village”), she can’t sleep at night unless US planes are bombing some helpless population.

On the other side, we have Donald Trump, who’s saying all the right things about Globalism’s attack on America, but he just happened on this rhetoric by accident, he doesn’t mean any of it, he’s lying all day and all night, he wants to change the name of the White House to Trump Tower II. We know he’s lying because Bill Maher and John Oliver say so.

Exit From the Matrix

I have an idea. Finally. Let’s all pledge our allegiance to HUMANITY without describing what the word means. Let’s just go with the generality. Let’s feel good about it. We’re pledged to The Human Family and The Future. Just leave it hanging out there. No need to get specific. That’s how we’ll ID ourselves. “We’re for humanity, we’re for everybody else.” See, isn’t that better?

Then we can say, “Hillary is also devoted to Humanity. She says so every chance she gets, so it’s a perfect match. Let’s give the political leadership of the country to her. And then, whatever she does, we can assert it’s because she cares. And so do we. We all care. It makes us virtuous.

And that’s all that important: giving the appearance of being virtuous.

All those factories that have closed down and all those people who are out of jobs? Screw them. They’re impediments to a much higher cause.

What are they complaining about? The government will take care of them. Right?

The government will take of everybody. That’s what caring means. Right?

We and Hillary are on the same page.

I knew it would work out.

I knew it would.

It always does.

The Presidency is a character issue. Hillary pretends she has character. Trump doesn’t. That’s all we need to know or ever will need to know.

    Beautiful writing.

    • William B says:

I say Trump cannot conceivably do more damage that the last 16 years of hell brought on by bushco and o’bammy.

    • Grey says:

Yeah, it makes sense, a lot of sense. I’d rather give Trump a shot as President then that lying, murderous, bitch, Hillary Clinton. I can’t imagine why any sensible person would vote for such an obvious liar like her.

      • Terry Schiller says:

Right on, Grey! Here’s a piece I wrote earlier for Trump:

        Goodbye JFK
        Goodbye RFK
        After years of tears
        There’s Trump
        To deliver us from Evil.
        Please protect Him.

    • Roger R says:

What do you call someone who has ruthlessly sought power over other people her entire adult life? And how could you conceivably place any trust in such a person?

  2. Tomas rader says:

Not just fair trade will work. By 98, post NAFTA, we had achieved materials equality in the US. I installed shitty romex, new thin n aluminum H7 cans, substandard plugs n switches, laughably decorative fans n fixtures, thin plastic landscape lighting in beverly estates, Malibu, and the SFV ghettos. Finally the 1% and others achieved parity. It was more difficult explaining to the wealthy that I warranty nothing. It’s all junk and the chinks knew it…a game to see how gullible american rubes are. Very… since they paid the same price now as pre NAFTA. A pair of chink sox is $2 at kmart that used to be $4 when made by burlington in carolinas and sold at penneys. But that $2 pair has to be replaced four times in a year while the $4 pair lasts the entire year. WTF? So you rubes just paid double and burned the gas and stood in line with other fat n dumbass rubes. LOL
It’s the pink frying pan point. Grandmas pink frying pan to match her pink reefer is from 1951. Cloth cord with no ground … rheostat heat knob. Remember those right? Of course not since that pan is older than most of you and it actually still works. Don’t get me started on the toaster from 55. But it works just fine also. America must get back to making everything they touch with quality to last … fuk style. That’s another line someone can start out of west hollywood. QUAL.I.TY. ..QUAL.I.TY …QUAL.I.TY v. USA … USA … USA. Quality will make america great again. Let the world envy our know how n products and pay through the nose.
As for Trump … his ego won’t allow failure. By the way … a chapter 11 BK is called reorganization of debt versus a Chapter 7 BK personal … which is a complete and approved discharge of debt. I’m not suprised that HC doesn’t conveniently know that … the creditors got paid but just not on time or as much.

Thank you, I was born in 1973 to parents who grew up during the Great Depression, and I’ve also noticed everything is a piece of crap now.

Why doesn’t the free market take care of this problem? (Personally, I buy everything at thrift stores and on Craigslist, why do you ask?)

    • William B says:

Trump cannot conceivably do more damage than the past 16 years of practical hell on earth caused by Bushco and Obomba, and I’m not even an American for God sake!

    • Bunny says:

You got it. I inherited an over 50 year old Banlon knit shirt from my mom, still in pristine condition. My grandparents had a furnace that was 75 years old and still worked fine..can you imagine that today?
I have actually bought things that unbeknownst to me until i get home, are so poorly designed that they are unusable right out of the box, or fall apart.

    • Terri says:

As the rain man said, “KMart Sucks.” i totally agree. the quality of our materials will always reflect the quality of our souls and our integrity and depth of being. younger people do not even know what quality is anymore. most people expect crap and dont even realize what an affront to all of us it is. its an insult and a waste of resources. it shows no respect for life, for the people who make these things, the materials used, whether natural or man made, the environment and damage done with toxic practices and substances…

i watched a documentary a long time ago on what TV has done; in particular the “sitcom” where everything is resolved in a half hour, to our point of view, concentration and way of life… it is not good.

people justify not being able to afford quality, or things that are good for you, like organic, but how can you afford to not choose quality? if they removed all subsidies we would see very quickly which products were chosen and created. cheap goods are not cheap. they are weakening America, which was the plan.

    • FP says:

Great description Tomas of the current crap quality of materials & products. Here’s a drawing of how bad Romex wiring is:

      http://www.emfrelief.com/images/man-reading2.gif

“…the frequency used for [Smart Grid/Smart Meter] data cartage is within the range of brain waves, and since it is directly impressed on the power wiring, its conveyance is not only toward the electrical substation data collection point, but also toward the indoor living space. Considering that more than about 90% of North American homes use Romex wiring, a wire that allows the Voltage to produce Electric Fields indoors, and since the strongest signal level is at the user’s residence, allows the immediate conclusion that the AMR data frequencies are immediately available to the consumer as a whole-body exposure via Transformer Action, by way of the Electric (or Electrostatic) field, as highlighted [above].” — Info/drawing by Environmental Assay Inc. of New Jersey: emfrelief.com

Well written as always John! Thank you for your insight and wonderful sarcasm that hillary’s true believers will almost certainly ignore or just not understand.

  4. imacandle says:

I love Donald Trump – and – I love his slightly tamed hair do and color – ahahahahahah – GO DON! We need a straight guy in our white house – with family values!

  5. Rich Privacy says:

Right on Jon! I love trump because he represents what used to be called “a man”. Imagine the liberal machine going after John Wayne for example. They couldn’t do it because he wouldn’t have cared about their opinions, or if his coffee was fair trade approved. Let’s hope trump maintains his “manhood” right into the whitehouse. I would love to see his wrench in the gears of globalization. Handing clinton her hat in the process makes him a win win, wait for it, win!

  6. johnmarkmcguire says:

By accident, I happened to catch Trump’s speech last week, where he laid out the details of Benghazi, and what actually happened that is being covered up. Essentially, the information Trump conveyed shows that Hillary and several others could well be [prosecuted] for treason, were justice truly to be served.

In an indirect way, he also raised the questions of: ‘If an American citizen can dig up the details, why can’t one single person involved in the American Mainstream Press?’, and; ‘How far, exactly, is American Intelligence (FBI, CIA and Secret Service) willing to stoop to keep covering up her blatant criminality?’

It’s almost impossible to fathom that the Democratic Party could hitch their wagon to a candidate so shamelessly corrupt … everybody knows it. The CIA has been covering the Clinton’s asses for more than three decades; the Bill Clinton presidency was the payoff for the massive CIA cocaine and drug running he facilitated through Mena, Arkansas, in the ’80’s while Lt. Gov and Governor. (There was quite a body count left in the wake of that long, continued operation, and that was well documented — and squelched — also.)

No matter how many brilliant minds she appoints to her “spin team,” Hillary Clinton cannot squirm out from under the weight of more than thirty years of self-serving, shameless criminality. It’s almost inconceivable that a person with her dismal track record could have the gall to stay in the public limelight, much less run for the highest position in the land.

    • Eileen Kuch says:

You’re 100% correct, John; everything you said about Hillary the Hildabeast Clinton and her husband, Bill, is right on target .. So, I needn’t repeat it. You laid it right out in every little detail. Indeed, she cannot squirm out from under the weight of more than 30 years of self-serving, shameless criminality.
Brilliantly said, John; and, for that, here come a 21-gun salute, 3 cheers, and a dozen high-fives. You definitely deserve them.

    • Terri says:

this is why Obama is protecting her. he deserves to be tried for treason as well. its awful all the things they have done. the people in Benghazi begged for help and they let them die. they removed officers and had them arrested who were going to go in and help them. there used to be two websites Bush body count and Clinton body count. they probably still exist. its mind boggling all the people who have ended up dead who knew them and knew too much. a pretty high up guy just ended up dead last week, and its not being investigated, a week before he was supposed to testify….

its truly disgraceful the American people support criminals. in so doing, they are party to treason and traitors as well.

hillary and people like her feel entitled. they have gotten away with and been rewarded for their crimes against humanity so long they think they are right and have completely lost any sense of decency. they are a great example of the path of service to self.

  7. IMNAHA says:

Richard Nixon was “let go” because he went off the reservation and stopped toeing the Rockefeller line on global trade/globalism. So it concerns me when I read that Trump has a meeting with Kissinger who was Nixon’s “handler” (read controller) and a Rockefeller protege. Trump does NOT have more money or power than the Rothschilds or their US franchise AKA the Rockefellers. It seems all potential candidates are thus vetted and “selected”.

    • From Québec says:

I’m not worried about Trump meeting Kissinger. He has to meet everyone of them to know exactly what the ennemies intend to do.

I think it’s a smart move. He will outplay them all… just watch and see

    • Grey says:

Remember, John Kennedy was from an elite family, made promises to keep towing the line for people who made sure he was elected, then he became president and started doing some pretty interesting things. He created an executive order (11110 I believe) so we could print money backed by silver and eventually get rid of the Federal Reserve. He was going to get us out of Vietnam, vowed to smash the CIA into a thousand pieces, etc.

What’s my point? At some point Kennedy woke up. Maybe Trump already awake? Maybe he’s going flush them all down the toilet once he becomes our president. At this point we have to take the risk and make sure he’s our next President. If it doesn’t work out then Americans go to war against their government per the Declaration of Independence. It’s about time we’re the ones doing the fucking instead of our criminal government.

    • johnmarkmcguire says:

EVERY strong candidate for President has the infamous ‘meeting with Kissinger.’ Maybe he morphs into an even uglier demonic form, to intimidate them … who knows? 🙂

  8. Bunny says:

Instead of fighting the hydra,. I wish one candidate would stab it in the heart and talk about ending corporations. it ain’t going to happen.

Corporations are the vehicle used to garner maximum profits by any means necessary (murder, maiming poisoning pollution) while evading any responsibility.

I envision a society where business can flourish without corporate charter granting special protections privileges and entitlements under law.

    • Terri says:

all of the things you say corporations do are illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional. but the people are not making sure their reps enforce the law, so corporations are taking advantage. there is nothing wrong with corporations, they just must be made to follow the law. when the people do nothing, evil flourishes. the people are the power in a republic and must fulfill their lawful responsibilities and duties, or a republic is in name only.

  9. From Québec says:

I love and admire Donald Trump. He is a true straight shooter.

He is fearless, bold and has a big ego. These are the specifics to become a great and powerful leader.

He is very smart, generous, hard working, and he doesn’t have a grain of racism in his body.

Trump is a real patriot who doesn’t want to see his country going down the tube.

  10. Mark says:

Even if Trump is sincere he would not be allowed to do what he says he wants to. The globalization scheme is bigger than the White House. It’s the united oligarchs of the world – the biggest banks and companies headed by the ruling class families like Rockefeller.

    Here’s globalization in a nutshell:

“If the world operates as one big market, every employee will compete with every person anywhere in the world who is capable of doing the same job. There are lots of them and many of them are hungry.” – Andrew Grove, president of Intel Corp., in his book High Output Management

WHO ARE THE PEOPLE WHO HATE DONALD TRUMP?

    – The Establishment, the Globalists, the Elites, the MSM who know that they won’t be able to control him.

    – The intellectual snobs, who look down on folks who build things and deal with ordinary blue collar workers. They only respect people with multiple PHD in different fields of science or art.

    – The envious people who hate all rich people. They are not able to distinguish a George Soros from a hard honest working man.

    – The socialist and communist crowd who wants free lunches.

    – The progressives politically correct idiots who hate free speech.

    – The brain-dead morons who have no clue what planet they live in and thinks everything is just fine. Just watch a few of Marc Dice videos to convince yourself.

    – The racists who hate white people.

    – The trendies who criticize Trump”s hair and call it a Toupet… or call him Orange face.

    – The feminists and lesbians who hate all men.

    – The anti-guns group who are cowards and don’t give a damn about the Constitution.

    – The illlegal immigrants who are afraid to be kicked out of the country.

    – The idiots who just hate his tone. Like if you can win an election by playing nice, nice, nice against these corrupted bastards.

    – The uninformed crowd who only take their news from the MSM or from the Internet leftist alternative media who are even worse than the MSM. They have no clue how to search the Net intelligently.

    – The hard core Democrats who will always vote Democrat, no matter what.

Have been keeping an eye on your posts.

With retrospect, it was fairly obvious (given his lack of “teeth” and rather strange contradictions) Bernie was Hillary’s warm up act.

Trump, I believe, is going to be an absolute disaster but he is also going to be the best disaster the American people could hope for and, if I voted, I would vote for him for that reason alone.

    For what it’s worth…..!

Boobus Americanus is responsible, like Ross Perot once said, you will hear a giant sucking sound when NAFTA is passed. TTIP makes NAFTA look like child play.
Today Trump is the messenger, Clinton the Globalist ,who is attempting to deceive Americans into a back door deal that will eviscerate America.

After all, you can’t have a world govt until all of the people are on equal footing, since you can’t raise the third world hoard to the white man’s standing then the next best thing is to lower the white man’s standing to that of the third world.
Thus the transfer of jobs to the third world.

The Main stream media calling those who refuse to go along with globalization Xenophobic.

The bought and paid for media attack Donald Trump and Nigel Forage as well as those that
agree with them incessantly , the globalist plan is on the ropes, they are pulling out all the stops and will go to any length to assure the one world govt comes about.
