Breaking: the fake plan to “investigate Monsanto”

As my readers know, I’ve been doing extensive coverage of the lawsuit filed by Monsanto and Dow against the voters of Maui.
Last November, the voters passed a ballot resolution calling for a temporary block on Monsanto/Dow GMO experimentation in Maui County.
During this moratorium-period, an independent investigation would be undertaken, to discover details of these secret experiments and their effects on the land and people.
But Monsanto and Dow, by filing suit in federal court, have egregiously managed to suspend the vote and keep it in limbo.
Now, something else appears to be happening.
I’m basing this report on a witness statement from Maui. The witness has proved to be reliable in the past.
In its current budget hearings, the County Council of Maui is considering funding, along with the Hawaii Dept. of Agriculture, its own “independent study of Monsanto and Dow.”
I’m told that a private company is waiting in the wings to assist in carrying out the study. The company is Accord3.0.
A look at its website is revealing:
“Accord3.0 provides strategic consulting services to engage in complex, multi-party problem-solving. We call it 21st century problem-solving.”
“We help communities and organizations tackle difficult problems through training, facilitation, strategic planning, partnership development, and conflict assessment and management strategies.”
On “The Team” page, Peter Sadler, PhD, is listed in the number-one position:
“He has worked extensively on water management and resource planning problems and mediates, writes, trains, and teaches in diverse areas of conflict management…He served as…President of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution. He…was a consultant to the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution…”
Adler’s “additional training and certifications” include:
“Inter-Cultural Communication (Stanford University, 1976). Principles & Practices of Mediation (Neighborhood Justice Center of Atlanta, 1979). Natural Resources Conflict Management (ROMCOE Associates and Minerals Management Service, 1981).”
Getting the picture?
This outfit is a conflict resolution company. But the investigation legally called for by the Maui voters has nothing to do with compromise, mediation, arbitration. It has to do with a deep, unobstructed scientific investigation of Monsanto/Dow’s secret experiments. It has to do with taking water, soil, and air samples. It has to do with gaining access to documents that describe, in full, everything those corporations have been doing.
Conflict resolution would be a way of short-circuiting all that, eliminating it, faking a resolution.
“Well, ladies and gentlemen, we’re here at the table, which is a big step in itself, and I want to congratulate both sides for their willingness and sensitivity toward each other. Now, where do we begin? Mr. Monsanto, what are you willing to provide to the people of Maui?”
“Well, let’s see. After careful consideration, my bosses have agreed to pass over our customer 800 number.”
“I see. Good. That’s a start. What say you, people of Maui?”
Last Election Day, the voters of Maui didn’t request mediation and conflict resolution. They didn’t ask for a sit-down to iron out their differences with Monsanto and Dow. They didn’t ask for a fake study that was no study. They demanded, for their own survival, an independent investigation.
They’re still not getting it.

If the people of Hawa’ii/SHAKA Movement want to have a good investigation done of Maui’s water, they should hire Kristen Meghan. She is a whistleblower re: chemtrails, et al, worked in the military taking soil samples and performing other environmental impact tasks. She in my view would give an honest evaluation of what kinds of chemicals are present in the environment, and this might help the case and to bring more attention/support to bring about meaningful change.

For instance I had to spin stories in order to coagulate a consensus on the problem of 15,000…yes that’s 15, thousand feral cats. So I am familiar to the little wild things, thee love of nature. Thee wanting the garden to remain the same…but folks. Those are childish things, and we, all of us, all of us here…yes the adults. Yes all of us that are in this together…must come to at least a common ground. Adults do that.
Now this little problem with our gracious benefactor Monsanto and all of you wonderful Mauinians. Mauiniinians, Mauinese. (asks audience “What do call yourselves?’)…You are all so brown, and rosy, and healthy.
This particualr situation is not unlike our feral cat situation. Feral cats pooh in peoples gardens ya know. And… being a gardener myself…I raise miracle grow petunias. And being that gardener. That can be a problem. We have to address it…folks. The problem.
Now this little problem here that we have come together to talk about, is not as contentious. As our Kitty problem, problem.
We at Accord 3.0, a super professionalism. A super duper knowledge of communication break down. We have agreed to come at this in a throng prong..(Voice offstage, “Two prong”) Two prong…(Voice offstage, “Sorry, three prong”) throng prong attack, on this little conundrum.
Now being a spinner from way back, a old and rather illustrious spinner, if I may toot my own horn.
We at Accord will first dazzle you with phony environmental studies, then have you gagging with more boring science on population and the fictitious growing need to feed people. We further process more phony studies financed by the Monsanto Foundation, not these pesky conspiratorial conumbtions. We produce actual documentation from the science working under the umbrella of the Monsanto Foundation of conterpose and counterpoint. Also more documents and speakers from the foundation, on why we and I mean all us in this…together, t-o-g-e-t-t-h-e-r , one beside the other will walk into the sunset of togetherness, and consensusationalism.
We here will try to corral, cojole and coerce…that all the c’s. We implement, induce and confabulate. But…and I say that again, but, we do not conspiracy think, or tell a lie. We produce facts, and, cats are facts.
In the end no one will understand what the all the big fuss was about…sillies. We will in the words of one my favourite speakers, who also was a doctor; Doctor King, Doctor Malcolm…king, who said…who said hummm…he said ah. He said oh, he said wahhh….

People over at Maui will not get what they want.
The construction is the very same as here in the Netherlands.
They call it “polderen”, it leads to nothing.
It is working around the issue.
They will have to swallow the outcome.
Only thing they can do is get rid of the devil mordsanto.
Amongst the “thinking classes” I am finding serious accord over Monsanto. No one, great or small, seems to like the beast. The powers will struggle to put this fire out without some serious “fall out”.

I HAVE LYMPHOMA. I HAVE WENT TO AN INDEPENDENT DOCTOR TO FIND OUT ABOUT MY BLOOD PROBLEM. IT SHOWED THAT 1-8 , I HAD 7 OF THE CARCINOGENS IN MY SYSTEM THAT WAS CAUSE BY THE CHEMICALS THAT THESES 2 COMPANIES PUT ON OUR FOOD, AND INTO THE AIR.
