Old life, new life: entrances and exits

Dreams come and go. Some are forgotten, others remain. The practical side says, “You must do this, you must do that,” but the dreams that hold on say something else:

You can leave an old life and begin a new one.

This is more than hope. It’s a kind of vision composed of past moments in which the cup of joy is filled to the brim.

Nothing in this universe can wipe out those memories forever.

They come back.

And when they do, they bring energy, belief, and confidence.

A person can refuse to see the suggestions and the implications, he can pretend he’s merely floating in a brief reverie, and he can then trample on through the garden and continue his way to a bleak outpost. But still he doesn’t entirely forget.

Because he doesn’t want to.

The memories are distillations of the best of the past, and they point to a new future.

The shape of that future may be vague, but the emotions and sensations are vivid.

These feelings can rise again, if one can discover what actions will recover them. Actions, which taken together, create the substance of the years ahead.

For a baby learning what this world is, there is no tangible past. His entire thrust is discovering delight. Which reminds us that the psyche, the spirit, wants joy, naturally—and if unimpeded, will find it. Hour by hour, day by day.

Only much later, when the baby has “grown up,” does he realize he has left something behind.

Then, unfortunately, he comes to believe he can’t go back. He comes to believe that some rigid set of principles should be his North Star: through this compass setting, the best of what is possible will be his, given that limits are more important than possibilities.

But every human knows, in a part of himself that is often shielded from sight, that possibilities ring more true than limits.

When a small child paints a picture, no matter what it looks like, he can tell you a story about it. And he invests this story with a vision that is more powerful, in some mysterious way, than all of society.

Centuries from now, when historians look back on this time, no matter what they find, they will still need this lesson. They will need to know that in the soul of every person, there are colors of visions which, when acted upon, make new lives, new delight, joy, ecstasy. And the alternative is always less.

The simple compounding of these lessers, without the need for mathematical sophistication, explains the root cause of the decline of civilizations.

The Matrix Revealed: the collective experiment on planet Earth

When all obsessive group-consciousness on Earth is finished, exhausted, when it admits defeat, then a different era will emerge. But for now, we are in the middle of the collective experiment.

High-flying cloying sentiment, profound dependence on others, covert repression—these are the order of the day.

How long until the collective age is over? A hundred years? A thousand years? The answer is, as long as it takes for every human to realize that the experiment has failed, and why.

The why is clear—the individual has been overlooked. He has been demeaned. He has been grabbed up and drafted into groups. His creative power has been compromised in order to fit in.

The majority of the world still believes in this approach, as if from good groups will flow the ultimate and final solutions we have all been seeking.

This is sheer mind control, because good groups morph into evil, and vice versa, in the ongoing stage play called reality.

Ideals are twisted, infiltrators subvert plans, lessons are ignored, and the whole sorry mess repeats itself again.

What constituted a triumph of good over evil at one moment is guided into yet another collective, whose aims are “a better kind of control.”

The most deluded among us believe we are always on the cusp of a final breakthrough.

But there is no “we” to make the breakthrough.

It comes to every person on his own. And it does not arrive as the thrust of an external force, but from one’s own struggle, accompanied by insights for which there is no outside agency to lend confirmation.

If indeed it will take a thousand years to bring this collective illusion to a close, that is no cause for despondent reaction.

On the contrary, it is simply an understanding that all experiments come to an end, as does the method of thought on which they are based.

One or ten or a hundred collapses of civilization, and the resultant rebuilding, are not enough.

The pattern endures.

It can only dissolve when overwhelming numbers of individuals, each in his own way, absent self-deception, sees its bankruptcy.

The “we” and the “us” are merely postponements and cover stories splashed on the front pages of the mind.

Fighting for what is right, here and now, is vital. But it does not preclude the knowledge that, as long as people are fixated on groups as the Answer, the underlying problem will persist.

Therefore, as part of my research over the last several decades, I have explored what is now commonly called the Matrix, from the point of view of freeing the individual from it.

The first step is understanding Matrix as an ongoing perverse “work of art” and viewing the nuts and bolts of it.

‘Safe’ Zika pesticide nukes millions of bees

Millions of bees have just died in South Carolina, because Dorchester County officials decided to attack Zika mosquitoes from the air, from planes, with a pesticide called Naled.

The Washington Post reports, in an article headlined: “‘Like it’s been nuked’: Millions of bees dead after South Carolina sprays for Zika mosquitoes.”

“The county acknowledged the bee deaths Tuesday. ‘Dorchester County is aware that some beekeepers in the area that was sprayed on Sunday lost their beehives,’ Jason Ward, county administrator, said in a news release. He added, according to the Charleston Post and Courier, ‘I am not pleased that so many bees were killed.’

That’s the highest degree of outrage County Administrator Ward can muster? He’s not pleased?

Who said this Naled pesticide was safe? None other than the CDC. Sort of.

On the agency’s web page titled “Zika Virus: Information on aerial spraying,” we have several remarkable and inconsistent statements, obviously designed to straddle the fence and cover the agency and pesticide companies:

“Spraying Naled can kill bees outside of their hives at the time of spraying; therefore, spraying is limited to dawn or dusk when bees are inside their hives…”

“Because Naled breaks down quickly, it does not pose a risk to the honey bee populations…”

“Studies show that honey production between hives in treated and untreated sites did not show significantly different quantities of honey over the course of a season…” [But suppose millions of bees are killed and their colonies are destroyed?]

“For additional protection, urban bee keepers inside the spray zone can cover their hives when spraying occurs…”

A masterpiece of slippery contradiction. Naled is safe, but it isn’t, but it is.

Regardless, Dorchester County, in South Carolina, just learned a lesson about pesticide safety.

And for what? To kill mosquitoes purportedly carrying the Zika virus.

This is the virus that hasn’t been proved to cause anything. Zika. I have covered this hoax extensively in past articles. In a nutshell, no researchers anywhere in the world have been able to demonstrate a strong correlation between the presence of Zika and cases of the birth defect called microcephaly. The correlation isn’t there.

This failure is actually a refutation of the notion that Zika causes microcephaly. It’s a mandatory reason for saying, “Well, that Zika idea doesn’t work, now we have to go back to the drawing board to find out what’s causing this birth defect.”

But that’s not what the CDC and the World Health Organization are doing. They’re promoting Zika day and night; and the payoff will be a Zika vaccine.

These are the global health agencies tasked with guarding your health.

If you want to dig further, you can discover that, despite assurances to the contrary, Naled, like other toxic organophosphate pesticides, harms humans as well. Organophosphates are neurotoxins. The original research was done in Germany, in the hunt for nerve-agent weapons.

Here is a note from nospray.org: “Naled’s breakdown product DICHLORVOS (another organophosphate insecticide) interferes with prenatal brain development. In laboratory animals, exposure for just 3 days during pregnancy when the brain is growing quickly reduced brain size 15 percent.”

In other words, to kill mosquitoes carrying a virus that causes nothing…but is claimed to cause fetal brain damage…they spray a compound that CAN cause fetal brain damage.

Your health agencies at work.

Medscape, in its presentation on organophosphate pesticides, states: “Children are at a significantly increased risk worldwide…Childhood deaths and reported poisonings in the United States have declined over the last few decades, partly because of educational efforts and improved regulation and packaging.”

Maybe so, maybe not. But spraying an organophosphate pesticide from planes in South Carolina doesn’t qualify as “improved regulation.”

Analyzing disinformation, projecting new realities

“When a researcher or an investigator suspects he is looking at an artificial narrative, a storyline that is floated to achieve a hidden agenda, he has to deal with one overriding question: How deep does he want to go, in order to root out the potential lies and false material? Into how basic a level of the narrative does he want to cut, to see what leaks out?” (The Underground, Jon Rappoport)

Making individual power into a negative idea has taken a considerable amount of time, effort, and money.

All sorts of political, social, and psychological bundles have been sold to the population.

Understanding these facts is one thing. Expanding one’s own power is quite another thing.

It involves the conscious projection of new realities.

Previously, the notion of “projection” has been the property of the pseudoscience called psychology. The concept has been twisted to mean the blind projection of one’s own “negative images and feelings” on to other people.

Beyond this blip on the radar of human existence, there emerges a far greater kind of projection: conscious and imaginative invention of new futures. That is where liberated individual power travels and operates and works.

The objective of my third and most recent collection, Power Outside The Matrix, is the launching (and stabilizing) of this breakthrough.

This collection contains a long section called, Analyzing Disinformation in the Age of Information.

It explains the buying and selling of false realities—a major occupation in the Matrix.

The key is having the tools to analyze realities, take them apart, and apply logic and other critical methods to these structures.

This goes beyond formal logic. It involves the assessment of probabilities, for example, where vital information is being hidden from us.

I’ve been at this for 30 years. In this section of Power Outside The Matrix, I offer key examples from my own extensive investigations.

The cults in charge of selling false realities try to bypass the rational mind and instead covertly appeal to automatic reflex functions.

The most important of these reflex functions is: investing emotions in presented images. This is the primary strategy of informational mind control on the planet.

During my 30 years as a reporter covering “the news behind the news,” I’ve seen countless instances in which the Matrix shows up, swims into view.

The Matrix, the central image, is a lie. But not just any lie.

It is very deep, shared, hypnotic picture of reality.

People need more power—more individual power, so they can both stand and operate outside the Matrix.

Limited concepts of space, time, and energy—these, too, are “given” to human beings as the be-all and end-all of a story. A story that ultimately short-circuits and short-changes what the individual is really capable of.

The entire mural of imposed Reality is aimed at radically diminishing the individual’s power.

So in addition to my work as an investigative reporter, I’ve been researching the individual’s ability to go beyond this mural of reality.

In the late 1980s, in concert with the brilliant hypnotherapist Jack True (who gave up doing hypnosis with his patients), I developed many exercises and techniques for expanding the creative power of the individual. Both Jack and I were continuing a tradition that goes all the way back to early Tibet.

Some of those exercises are included in Power Outside The Matrix. These techniques are aimed at accessing more energy, more imagination, more stability and intelligence “beyond the mural of reality.”

Power Outside The Matrix is all about being able to think, act, and create both outside and inside The Matrix. Because that’s the goal: to be able to function in both places.

People are consciously or unconsciously fixated on boundaries and systems. They are hoping for whatever can be delivered through a system.

That fixation is a form of mind control.

Freedom isn’t a system.

But freedom needs creative power, otherwise it just sits there and becomes a lonely statue gathering dust in an abandoned park.

At one time or another, every human being who has ever lived on this planet has abandoned his creative power. The question is: does he want to get it back?

It never really goes away. It is always there. It is the basis of a life that can be lived. A life that can be chosen. People instead choose roles that don’t require that power. They think this is a winning strategy.

It isn’t.

The section of my mega-collection, titled Power Outside The Matrix and The Invention of New Reality, features creative exercises you do on a daily basis that will help a committed individual move toward the goal of power outside The Matrix. The exercises are all about increasing your energy and stability—and about the invention of new spaces.

Access to your internal energy, in huge amounts, is necessary for a life outside The Matrix—rather than relying on the illusory energy that The Matrix seems to provide.

I’ve developed the exercises for exactly that purpose: your energy, your dynamism.

Analyzing Information in the Age of Disinformation is filled with specific examples of my past investigations. Based on 25 years of experience, it shows you how to take apart and put together data that lead to valid conclusions.

It is far more than a logic course.

It’s an advanced approach to analysis.

Establishing power outside The Matrix requires that a person be able to deal with today’s flood of information, misinformation, and disinformation. I’ve left no stone unturned in bringing you a workable approach to analysis.

“I’m triggered, I’m triggered, I need a safe space”

Everyone needs a victim-story these days. Don’t leave home without one. Or two or three.

Colleges are institutionalizing victimhood.

HeatStreet reports on an innovation: “Brown University last year turned a room on campus into a safe space by outfitting it with cookies, coloring books, soft music, pillows and a video of frolicking puppies, along with trauma counselors, after students complained that a speaker invited to campus would be too upsetting.”

My, my.

Reason.com explains: “At Brown University last fall, for instance, the prospect of a debate between leftist-feminist Jessica Valenti and libertarian-feminist (and Reason contributor) Wendy McElroy was so horrifying to some students…that the creation of a ‘safe space’ was necessary.”

Sure it was necessary. These college kiddies are fragile. They can crack like eggs at the slightest provocation. A word here, a word there, and they require a vacation.

The whole notion of classes is obsolete. No teacher can avoid triggering students now and then. So send your child to Ooey-Gooey College, where he can lounge in a marshmallow annex for four years. Protect him. Keep him safe.

What’s the most prestigious college in America? Harvard, hands down. Let’s take a peek at what’s going on at the Harvard Law School, where the best and brightest college graduates in the land matriculate:

The New Yorker (12/15/14 and 12/11/15): “Individual [Harvard law] students often ask teachers not to include the law of rape on exams for fear that the material would cause them to perform less well. One teacher I know was recently asked by a student not to use the word ‘violate’ in class—as in ‘Does this conduct violate the law?’—because the word was triggering. Some students have even suggested that rape law should not be taught because of its potential to cause distress.”

Here’s what I envision:

One of these newly minted lawyers lands a job with a New York firm. The firm decides to take on a rape case, pro bono, and defend a suspect they believe has been wrongly accused. At a meeting, the CEO of the firm announces: “And we’re going to have one of our new attorneys, the very brilliant Harvard grad, Corky Muffy Zwicker-Landsman-Feldstein-Ho-Fernandez-Washington in the second chair.”

Corky replies: “Sorry, I can’t take this one. When they were teaching rape law at Harvard, I was wearing ear plugs.”

CEO: “What? Why?”

Corky: “Because the words ‘rape’ and ‘violate’ trigger me.”

CEO: “Trigger? What do you mean?”

Corky: “I experience a deep, deep emotional disturbance. So I know nothing about rape cases.”

CEO: “But what if all young law students followed your example? How would we defend people accused of rape in this country?”

Corky: “I’ve given the question a great deal of thought. I think a properly programmed computer could act as defense attorney. There would be no jury, of course, because they could be triggered, too. Ditto for the judge. The judge, the prosecutor, and the defense attorney would all be computers. They would decide the case. Besides, if a man is on trial for rape, he’s guilty. He’s a man.”

CEO: “You’re fired.”

Corky: “You can’t fire me. I would be triggered by that.”

CEO: “You ARE fired.”

Corky: “Then I AM triggered. I’m suing you and the firm for damage.”

CEO: “If that’s where you’re going with this, then I’m triggered by you being triggered.”

Corky: “Let’s take it to a jury and see what they think.”

Another young lawyer in the room pipes up: “This whole conversation is triggering me. Do we have a safe space in the building? I need to go there right now.”

CEO: “A what? A safe space?”

Young lawyer: “Yes. A room with soft music, beds, cookies, videos of kitty cats, trauma counselors, and surrogate mommies.”

CEO: “You’re fired, too.”

Young lawyer: “I’m double triggered.”

Corky: “And I’ll represent him when he sues this firm. His wife and son and parents and cousins will be triggered when he tells them what happened to him here today. They deserve compensation, too.”

On a more serious note, how did such an absurd social trend take hold at Harvard Law School, one of the most prestigious educational institutions in America?

There are many conspiring factors, but one that should be understood clearly is the promotion of victimhood. This is key.

The young are taught that “being oppressed” is an absolutely essential element in gaining any sort of legitimacy. Only those groups who lay claim to such a title are worthy.

Against that background, people who don’t have a victim-story readily available are going to have to cook one up.

And so they do.

It becomes fashionable and trendy to insist on being weak and vulnerable.

This “search for identity” implies that oppressors will be found and blamed—beyond any rational basis for doing so.

That deranged strategy fits in quite nicely with the proposition that no nation should be strong and independent. No nation, God forbid, should strive for a greater degree of self-sufficiency.

Instead, we should all see ourselves as living in a terminally interdependent world, a great soup of humanity, in which every “inequality” must be remedied—and the method for doing so involves the “higher people” becoming, somehow, the “lower people.”

Only through a universal embrace of psychological and spiritual victimhood can we hope to evolve to the next stage of moral behavior.

In other words, twist the whole notion of generosity and kindness into a perverted sense of abject helplessness.

Two statements from HG Wells’ 1895 novel, The Time Machine, suggest how eerie, inverted, and hopeless the search for a utopia based on victimhood is: “…even when mind and strength had gone, gratitude and a mutual tenderness still lived on in the heart of man.” “…security sets a premium on feebleness.”

That is where the victim theme leads us.

Back down the road along which we came, in reverse, with our hands in the air, surrendering to fear, pretending it is love.

She could be the next US President.

He already was the President.

They’re married.

Cue the dawn sunrise and violins for the beautiful first couple of American politics.

But what about the uranium scandal?

The what?

Before I quote a NY Times piece on this, consider—-suppose, just suppose the beautiful first couple, Bill and Hillary, have been running a parallel operation to the government, in the form of a Foundation that is taking in major chunks of cash from people who want (and get) serious political favors.

Well, current news stories confirm that. We already know that.

But uranium?

Consider this plot line. Follow the bouncing ball.

Putin wants 20% of uranium on US soil. That 20% is owned by a Canadian mining company.

The Canadian executives want to sell it to Putin.

But because uranium is a US “national security” product, various US federal agencies have to OK the deal. One of those agencies is the US State Department.

The State Department is headed up by Hillary Clinton. Her Department says yes to the uranium deal.

The kicker? Those Canadian mining executives, who wanted the sale to Putin to go through, donated millions to the Clinton Foundation.

Getting the picture?

Memory is short. On April 23, 2015, the NY Times ran a story under the headline: Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal.

The bare bones of the story: a Canadian company called Uranium One controlled a great deal of uranium production in the US. It was sold to Russia (meaning Putin and his minions). So Putin now controls 20% of US uranium production.

From the Times: “…the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States.”

From the Times: “The [Pravda] article, in January 2013, detailed how the Russian atomic energy agency, Rosatom, had taken over a Canadian company [Uranium One] with uranium-mining stakes stretching from Central Asia to the American West. The deal made Rosatom one of the world’s largest uranium producers and brought Mr. Putin closer to his goal of controlling much of the global uranium supply chain.

“But the untold story behind that story is one that involves not just the Russian president, but also a former American president and a woman who would like to be the next one.

“At the heart of the tale are several men, leaders of the Canadian mining industry, who have been major donors to the charitable endeavors of former President Bill Clinton and his family. Members of that group built, financed and eventually sold off to the Russians a company that would become known as Uranium One.

“Frank Giustra…a mining financier, has donated $31.3 million to the foundation run by former President Bill Clinton…”

“Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal [to sell Uranium One to Putin] had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

“As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

“And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.”

If you’re Putin and you’re sitting in Moscow, and the uranium deal has just dropped this bonanza into your lap, what’s your reaction—after you stop laughing and popping champagne corks? Or maybe you never really stop laughing. Maybe this is a joke that keeps on giving. You wake up in the middle of the night with a big grin plastered on your face, and you can’t figure out why…and then you remember, oh yeah, the uranium deal. The US uranium. Who’s running the show in America? Ha-ha-ha. Some egregious dolt? Maybe he’s a sleeper agent we forgot about and he reactivated himself. And this Clinton Foundation—how can the beautiful couple get away with that? And she’s going to be the next President? Can we give her a medal? Can we put up a statue of her in a park? Does Bill need any more hookers?

You shake your head and go back to sleep. You see a parade of little boats carrying uranium from the US to Russia. A pretty line of putt-putt boats. You chuckle. Row, row, row your boat…merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily…life is but a dream.

Good times.

Final note: there is a great deal of difference between a major outlet like the NY Times running their Clinton/uranium piece for one day—and pounding on it for weeks and months. In the latter case, they would let loose the hounds, who would probe and push and interview relevant people and get confessions and parlay those confessions up the food chain—blowing the story into an enormous scandal—which it is.

The Times had its hands on a volcanic piece…and they let it drop. Because the ceiling and the limit had been reached. The Times basically executed what’s called a limited hangout, a partial exposure of a story that was getting too hot to suppress entirely.

The limited hangout allows the venting of steam—and then nothing more. In this case, the Clinton camp denies there was any quid pro quo, they assert Hillary had nothing to do with the uranium deal, and the curtain falls.

Thus you have the reality which the major media did expose, vs. the reality they could have exposed. The “could have” part would have changed current history—but it was squelched, and put under wraps.

Tossed on the junk heap.

Every wonder why and how major media can cover up enormous scandals about vaccines, Benghazi, the creation and funding of ISIS, the complicity of the federal government in drug trafficking, the failure of the $2 trillion war on poverty, the private Federal Reserve banking cartel?

33 years ago, 50 companies owned 90% of US media.

Now, 6 companies own 90% of US media.

They are: Comcast; The Walt Disney Company; 21st Century Fox; Time Warner; Viacom; CBS.

Here are their 2014 revenues. Comcast, $69 billion. Disney, $48.8 billion. 21st Century Fox, $40.5 billion. Time Warner, $22.8 billion. CBS, $13.8 billion. Viacom, $13.7 billion.

Note: Viacom and CBS are part-owned by National Amusements, under Sumner Redstone. 21st Century Fox is owned by the Murdoch Family Trust.

Here is a partial list of media outlets owned by the big six companies: Universal Pictures, NBC Universal, USA Network, Bravo, CNBC, The Weather Channel, MSNBC, Syfy, ABC Television, ESPN, A&E, Lifetime, Lucasfilm, Pixar, Walt Disney Pictures, Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox News, Fox Business, Fox Sports, National Geographic, Wall St. Journal, NY Post, HarperCollins, CNN, CW, HBO, TBS, TNT, DC Comics, MTV, BET, Comedy Central, Paramount Pictures, CBS Television Network.

Identical parrot-like reporting, on so many major news stories, across the board, now requires the cooperation of only six companies.

To put it another way, there is ironclad agreement to cover up the truth.

There are two dominating wire services which feed all these news outlets: Associated Press and Reuters. The Associated Press is a non-profit owned by TV, radio, and newspaper outlets in America, many of which outlets, of course, are in turn owned by the big six companies.

But…the six companies controlling US media have a monumental problem. They’re a clumsy, slow-moving, complacent giant. Time and time again, they fail to perceive their own preposterous flaws. Even with CIA assets on board, tailoring stories, and shrinking down points of view, this giant has become exceedingly vulnerable to so-called alternative media.

Ordinarily, when faced with such alternatives, a giant invents controlled opposition and portrays it as “the rebel,” when in fact it’s simply a watered-down version of the mainstream. But in this case, there are too many independent media outlets and reporters to control.

The big six shapers of mass reality are becoming prisoners of their own game. Increasingly they’re being recognized as fabricators of information-bubbles that often bear little or no resemblance to what is actually going on in the world.

Perceptions are changing. What was once a hugely convincing mural painted on a wall a hundred miles long, avidly watched by populations and accepted as Reality, is now seen as a series of self-referring interlocking data packets, disconnected from true news about the men who are literally stealing the planet.

Indeed, these big six companies are allies of the thieves. They are in the Club.

Once this is understood, the decline of big six credibility is unstoppable.

The big six create caricatures of political leaders (who are already caricatures), handpick experts who will confirm a story’s pre-selected bias, telescope events into a few details that misdirect the public, pretend a consensus exists when it doesn’t, slide by with generalities and worn out homilies, and even at this late date expect to be believed.

As these strategies are more widely understood, the decline of big six credibility accelerates.

The big six do everything in their power to give the audience a theatrical presentation of the news, while trying to make it appear there is nothing theatrical about it.

As this is seen, their credibility becomes a joke.

“And now, for our top story tonight, we go to (field reporter) in (distant city).”

The field reporter knows nothing of consequence about the city he’s in, nor has he searched out a single item about the story himself. He may as well be speaking from a network studio in New York. And, by the way, his information is actually centered in New York. It consists of incoming wire service reports, phone conversations with government PR people, updates from biased law-enforcement officials…

Lights, camera, action.

Let the farce begin.

But the show is closing.

Judge Sabraw: here’s something you didn’t know about the DPT shot…

I’ll repeat myself a bit here, in case you missed my last article. Then I’ll get into something else, something dangerous that a Federal Judge knows nothing about…

Federal Judge Dana Sabraw is overseeing a lawsuit against mandatory vaccination in California.

So far, Sabraw has denied a petition to suspend mandatory vaccination for school children while the case moves forward.

He believes tradition and history are on the side of forced vaccinations. That’s because he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Or he’s just making it up out of thin air.

As the LA Times reports: “U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw in San Diego wrote that state Legislatures have ‘a long history of requiring children to be vaccinated as a condition to school enrollment, and for as many years, both state and federal courts have upheld those requirements against constitutional challenge’.”

I don’t see how Judge Sabraw’s opinion could be more ridiculous.

Why? Because ‘the long history’ he refers to is quite different.

The states have always upheld exemptions from vaccination on several grounds: medical waiver, religious objection, philosophical objection. Hello? THAT’S the tradition.

SB277, the new CA law, goes against the tradition, to say the very least. SB277 breaks new ground in allowing the state to operate as a medical fascist in the area of vaccinations.

So…let’s look at one of the mandatory vaccines that’ll be injected into children in California, whether their parents agree or not. I’m talking about the DTP shot—diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough). Let’s give Judge Sabraw a history lesson. You know: actual history.

Buckle up.

“Assistant Secretary of Health Edward Brandt, Jr., MD, testifying before the U.S. Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources, rounded… figures off to 9,000 cases of convulsions, 9,000 cases of collapse, and 17,000 cases of high-pitched screaming for a total of 35,000 acute neurological reactions occurring within forty-eight hours of a DPT shot among America’s children every year.” (DPT: A Shot in the Dark, by Harris L. Coulter and Barbara Loe Fischer, Harcourt Brace Jovanovich)

“… Based on the only U.S. findings on adverse DPT reactions, an FDA-financed study at the University of California, Los Angeles, one out of every 350 children will have a convulsion; one in 180 children will experience high-pitched screaming; and one in 66 will have a fever of 105 degrees or more [all signs of acute and very serious neurological reaction].” (Jennifer Hyman, Democrat and Chronicle, Rochester, New York, special supplement on DPT, dated April, 1987)

“A study undertaken in 1979 at the University of California, Los Angeles, under the sponsorship of the Food and Drug Administration, and which has been confirmed by other studies, indicates that in the U.S.A. approximately 1,000 infants die annually as a direct result of DPT vaccinations, and these are classified as SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) deaths. These represent about 10 to 15% of the total number of SIDS deaths occurring annually in the U.S.A. (between 8,000 and 10,000 depending on which statistics are used).” (Leon Chaitow, Vaccination and Immunization, CW Daniel Company Limited, Saffron Walden, Essex, England, 1987)

“…in 1970/71, there were more than 33,000 cases of pertussis with 41 fatal cases among the very well immunized British child population; whereas in 1974/75, with a declining rate of vaccination, a pertussis epidemic caused only 25,000 cases with 25 fatalities.” (Wolfgang Ehrengut, Lancet, Feb. 18, 1978, p. 370)

“… Barker and Pichichero, in a prospective study of 1232 children in Denver, Colorado, found after DTP that only 7% of those vaccinated were free from untoward reactions, which included pyrexia (53%), acute behavioral changes (82%), prolonged screaming (13%), and listlessness, anorexia and vomiting. 71% of those receiving second injections of DTP experienced two or more of the reactions monitored.” (Lancet, May 28, 1983, p. 1217)

“Publications by the World Health Organization show that diphtheria is steadily declining in most European countries, including those in which there has been no immunization. The decline began long before vaccination was developed. There is certainly no guarantee that vaccination will protect a child against the disease; in fact, over 30,000 cases of diphtheria have been recorded in the United Kingdom in fully immunized children.” (Leon Chaitow, Vaccination and Immunization, p. 58)

“Pertussis (whooping cough) immunization is controversial, as the side effects have received a great deal of publicity. The counter claim is that the effectiveness and protection offered by the procedure far outweigh the possible ill effects… annual deaths, per million children, from this disease over the period from 1900 to the mid-nineteen seventies, shows that from a high point of just under 900 deaths per million children (under age 15) in 1905, the decline has been consistent and dramatic. There had been a lowering of mortality rates of approximately 80% by the time immunization was introduced on a mass scale, in the mid-nineteen fifties. The decline has continued, albeit at a slower rate, ever since. No credit can be given to vaccination for the major part of the decline since it was not in use.” (Chaitow, Vaccination and Immunization, p. 63)

Again, the DPT shot will be required and mandatory in California for school children.

It helps to know history, especially since major media refuse to touch the truth with a ten-foot pole.

Grotesquely incompetent judge won’t suspend mandatory vaccination

I’ll keep this as simple as I can.

The infamous SB277, passed into CA law in 2015, made vaccines mandatory for school children in the state.

Last month, a lawsuit was filed, with the purpose of overturning the law. The lawyers asked Federal Judge Dana Sabraw to keep the law from going into effect while the case moves forward.

Sabraw just said no.

Among the reasons he cited for his decision (LA Times, 8/26): “U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw in San Diego wrote that state Legislatures have ‘a long history of requiring children to be vaccinated as a condition to school enrollment, and for as many years, both state and federal courts have upheld those requirements against constitutional challenge’.”

I don’t see how Judge Sabraw’s opinion could be more ridiculous. Or ludicrous. Or incompetent. Or wrong.

Why? Because ‘the long history’ he refers to is quite different.

Under SB277, a parent’s only option, aside from a hard-to-obtain medical exemption, is to home school her child. And obviously, not all parents can afford to exercise that option, because they have to work to pay the bills.

From what source is Judge Sabraw getting his information about “long history” and tradition? From a CDC PR pamphlet? From a drug company? From aliens on the moon?

His considered opinion in this case is on the order of saying, “Look, all states have always had strict rules about crossing the street on Thursdays. You can’t do it or you’re breaking the law.”

Maybe the Judge just decided to make up his version of history out of thin air.

Actually, it appears he did that in a prior case. The issue there centered on what lawyers can and can’t say during their closing arguments. They can’t go off and say anything. They definitely can’t refer to “facts” that were never presented during the trial. They can’t just make stuff up.

The website, abovethelaw.com, has the story. Joe Patrice colorfully writes:

“The case arose in 2010, when a guy was stopped by border agents and Skippy the Wonder Dog managed to uncover 112 sealed packages weighing 321.33 pounds (or 146.06 kilograms if you’re Canadian or otherwise a Communist) of marijuana. The defendant claimed he was set up. In the government’s rebuttal closing, the prosecutor, Steve Miller, pulled some Hocus Pocus and started telling the jury about a number of reasons why the defendant’s story couldn’t be believed. That would be par for the course, except none of these ‘facts’ were brought out during the trial itself.

“When defense counsel objected, Judge Dana M. Sabraw responded ‘with the admonition that this is counsel’s argument, it is up to the jury to determine the facts.’ Stellar judging. I wish I’d known about the “you can assert whatever you want in closing because it’s ‘up to the jury to determine facts’” rule.”

Yes, let’s just invent the law as we go along. Make up the law out of thin air. Make up tradition and history out of thin air. Make up whatever you need to make up, in order to deny the people of California a fair hearing on a fascist law that forces them to vaccinate their children with the full CDC load of toxic chemicals and germs.

Well, the rabid pro-vaccine forces have their Judge. He’s perfect.

His bias, even before the lawsuit has gotten off the ground, is sufficient reason for him to recuse himself.

“I’m stepping away. I was making up history out of nothing. Let another Judge take over who actually knows a little about the past.”

Get Sabraw out of there. He’s doing fiction.
