SHOOTING IN SIKH TEMPLE: WHO BENEFITS BIG-TIME?

SHOOTING AT SIKH TEMPLE: WHO BENEFITS BIG-TIME?

The official and repeating scenario (“we believe there was only one shooter”) has already been contradicted.

Two witnesses (one who was apparently inside the temple and one outside who obtained information from his father) state there were multiple shooters.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYCurbSAsd4

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ecdSKi9_fs

The second witness says four white males unleashed a coordinated attack inside the temple. The first witness says gas was released.

The FBI is calling this an act of domestic terrorism. Why? No reason given. Domestic terrorism would indicate the intent to attack America itself. Even if this is called a hate crime, that doesn’t automatically equate with “domestic terrorism.” The authorities are going to work with this idea of domestic terrorism and make some hay out of it for themselves.

Coming on the heels of the Batman murders, this attack is sure to spur efforts to enact tighter gun control.

As with the two witnesses in Aurora who contradicted the official scenario, these two in Wisconsin are remarkably calm.

Neither Wisconsin man is wearing the ubiquitous Sikh turban. One man has a beard (traditional for Sikhs). The other man is clean shaven. Unusual. They both cut their hair—not traditional for Sikhs. I’m bringing this up because sometimes witnesses are planted, for various reasons, to offer misleading accounts.

The term “hate crime” is employed for a political agenda. For example, Major Nidal Hassan’s massacre of soldiers at Fort Hood was not called a hate crime or an act of domestic terrorism.

In the wake of the Aurora shootings and this one, the memory of Operation Fast&Furious is being pushed further out of the public memory. Keep that in mind. Fast&Furious obviously contained the agenda to enact tighter gun control.

Then we had Aurora, and now Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Both massacres will be used to push the gun control agenda, minus the obvious government crime associated with Fast&Furious.

It’s worth noting that new gun legislation in Wisconsin was enacted on November 1 of 2011. Concealed carry with a permit was made legal. Between November 1 and December 28, a stunning 64,832 applications for permits were received. And now we have today’s shooting, which will surely motivate some legislators to rethink the recent law and come out in favor of more control.

The furor in the press urging more gun control after Aurora will escalate to new heights now.

There is another more oblique formula at work here as well. The Wisconsin governor and public employees of the state have been at each other’s throats over cuts in public-employee benefits. Those who oppose the governor will try to set the temple killings as an illustration of “private citizens” as crazies, whereas government is “sane and dependable.” Propaganda is all about manipulation of images and vague generalities mixed in a potent stew to bring forth desired emotions. This formula was worked to perfection by Bill Clinton after the Oklahoma bombing in 1995. Faced with rampant anti-federal sentiment in the country, Clinton said, “Come home to the government.” And people did.

SELLING THE PSYCHIATRIC PARADIGM

Selling the psychiatric paradigm

by Jon Rappoport

August 4, 2012

www.nomorefakenews.com

The culture of psychiatry goes beyond the brain-scrambling effects of the drugs.

It begins with the idea that there are distinct and definable mental disorders shared by many people. This is a false premise the most hinky grifter and con man would never dare to peddle.

It’s technical voodoo made to appear like science: the science of The Mental Disorder.

https://blog.nomorefakenews.com/2011/06/30/biggest-bullshitter-in-america/

For every disorder, a drug. For every diagnosis, a prescription. For every false claim to scientific legitimacy, a denial of the uniqueness of the patient.

Psychiatry is covert collectivism: “we all have mental disorders of one kind or another and we need to acknowledge that and help each other limp down the road of life.”

https://blog.nomorefakenews.com/2012/08/02/the-batman-op-expands-you-shot-those-people/

The notion that you can “cure a mental condition” and thereby set a person free is an illusion. There are no mental conditions. The 297 disorders listed in the current bible of the psychiatric profession are merely pharmaceutical marketing ploys and guidelines for insurance billing.

As I stated in a recent article, the history of the human race is the record of the struggle to bring, from WE, the idea of I, the individual. From many cultures based on the collective WE, a tremendous revolution overthrew the manufactured consensus, and the singular I emerged out of the swamp. Now we are witnessing a reversal, a falling back into the primitive WE, and this absurd journey is festooned with slogans and assurances that some sort of paradise awaits us if we will only give in and melt down.

The goo is All!

That is the true underlying slogan, and it should be engraved across the front facade of the White House and the headquarters of the American Psychiatric Association.

The psychiatric adhesive that promotes collectivism is “mental disorders that are shared by millions of people.”

But who owns your mind? Who is the expert? Who is the court of last resort? Who ultimately can take those energies and direct them toward the discovery and fulfillment of a vision? Who decides what the vision is? Who has that freedom and that choice?

A group? A collective? A professional who makes diagnoses and dispenses drugs?

Who finally makes meaning out of your existence and charts a course?

Are you prepared to give that away?

Read the words of a man who was once the most widely praised psychiatrist in the world, the president of Canadian Psychiatric Association, the president of the American Psychiatric Association, the president of the World Psychiatric Association, the president of the American Psychopathological Association, the president of the Society of Biological Psychiatry:

In the electro-shock procedure, we have means of producing graduated amnesia, and it is of interest to note that there is a proportional relationship between the number of electroshocks given within a period of time and the extent of the amnesias. It is quite possible, for instance, to produce a long-lasting, probably permanent, amnesia by setting the number of electroshock treatments to be given within a predetermined period.”

(1963, “The Processes of Remembering,” British Journal of Psychology, 109: 325-340)

Donald Ewen Cameron, once the king of psychiatry, wrote those words and administered many, many high-intensity shock treatments to patients, with the goal of erasing their memories and installing, in the second phase of his monstrous treatment-torture, entirely new personalities of his own choosing.

That was his view of the inviolable nature of the Individual.

If you think electroshock is the only psychiatric treatment capable of rendering such great harm, read Dr. Peter Breggin’s landmark book, Toxic Psychiatry. For example, how does, at minimum, 400,000 cases of motor brain damage from just one class of psychiatric drug strike you?

And read Dr. Gary Kohls’ excellent article on the role of psychiatric drugs in homicides:

FACT OR FICTION: HOLMES’ FATHER TO TESTIFY; JAMES HOLMES PHOTOS DON’T MATCH

FACT OR FICTION: HOLMES FATHER TO TESTIFY ON LIBOR; JAMES HOLMES PHOTOS DON’T MATCH

by Jon Rappoport

August 4, 2012

www.nomorefakenews.com

Two issues in the Aurora shootings are red hot at the moment, and are being presented and discussed all over the Internet.

The first is the claim that Robert Holmes, James Holmes’ father, was or is to testify before a senate panel on the Libor scandal.

In looking, I was able to trace the story back as far as Christopher King, who has several blogs. Using the email address and phone number on one of the blogs, I tried to contact Mr. King. My email was kicked back to me as undeliverable, and the phone number was disconnected.

Mr. King may have the goods on this story. I don’t know. But I see no evidence that Robert Holmes was or is to testify. I see assertions. I see no evidence.

If that changes, I will report on it.

I understand that many people view Robert Holmes’ testimony as a major factor that ties the Aurora shootings to a deeper motive. The shootings could have forced Holmes, the father, into seclusion and driven him away from testifying and exposing major banking criminals. Yes.

But at this time, I find no evidence that he was or is to testify. The claim is lacking verification of any kind.

Let’s move on to the photos of James Holmes.

It’s been asserted that various photos, laid side by side, reveal that the man who was arrested and is in custody couldn’t be James Holmes. Therefore, the man who is in custody is a stand-in, possibly a patsy set up to take the fall. Or he could be the real shooter, but he isn’t Holmes.

Below is a “photo array.”

ONE: The first photo is actually the video Holmes made when he was 18, six years ago.

TWO: If you compare it to the video of Holmes in court after his arrest, you’ll see that the facial structure in both images is consistent. They could very well be the same person.

THREE The third photo is the one that was released soon after the shootings. It was passed to the press by the University of Colorado. This is the “round-faced” Holmes with the “thicker nose.” Well aware that the camera and the conditions can play all sorts of tricks, I can nevertheless see how that photo doesn’t look like any of the other Holmes’ photos. I can see that, if any photo is “the odd man out,” that one is.

But still, the video of Holmes at 18 and the video of Holmes in court are consistent. Therefore, I find good reason to assume that the man under arrest is Holmes.

FOUR: The fourth and last photo of Holmes is from the sex site. I discount it altogether because it’s obvious the closeness of Holmes to the camera is creating a bending distortion of features.

Here are the links to the photos. Have a look for yourself:

Speculation and scenario-building during an investigation are valuable. They push you along and they give at least temporary meaning to facts.

In the Holmes case, we have already seen facts that significantly contradict the official narrative. We’re in mid-stream right now.

But when ANY speculation or hypothesis, from any source, assumes facts that can be shown to be unreliable, missing, or false, the hypothesis has to back up and regroup.

To the degree that a scenario depends on a) Robert Holmes testifying before the senate or b) the man in custody not being James Holmes, a regroup is necessary.

In prior articles, I’ve been tracking along three lines: Holmes is an MK-ULTRA assassin; Holmes is a patsy who didn’t kill anybody; Holmes is a psychiatric casualty who was driven to kill by the well-known effects of meds he was prescribed. Those are still on my radar and I’ll continue following them. If another possibility emerges, I’ll follow that one, too.

THE BATMAN OP EXPANDS: YOU SHOT THOSE PEOPLE

THE BATMAN OP EXPANDS: YOU SHOT THOSE PEOPLE

by Jon Rappoport

August 2, 2012

www.nomorefakenews.com

The Batman-murder psy-op is expanding.

It aims to blow up one horrible crime into a vicious general lie.

Now we’re told that a U of Colorado “threat assessment team” was aware of “problems with James Holmes” in June, a month before he committed murder and mayhem in the Aurora theater.

http://www.ydr.com/nation-world/ci_21213539/?source=hot_topics

The covert op is unfolding. “Threat assessment team” is a way of claiming that problems Holmes was having are not unique to him; in fact, this is a society-wide problem. Otherwise, why would a threat assessment team exist in the first place?

And what is the supposed problem? Mental illness. It’s a chronic epidemic.

The subliminal psyop asserts that derangement is in the nature of the human condition; more specifically, it’s in the nature of the brain.

Threat assessment team” becomes a symbol that lets the public know the Batman murders are a symptom of a wider situation. According to the promoted story line, we the people need threat assessment teams, and not just at the U of Colorado.

The op called the Aurora Massacre isn’t just about taking people’s guns away. It’s about inventing a pressing need for controlling mental illness before it manifests as violence.

And once that fallacious concept is planted, the psyop pros can not only suggest we have to snitch on “suspicious behavior,” they can demand the government expand threat assessment throughout society in order to make predictions and grab people and “treat” them before they spin out of control and do something horrible.

Who assesses and predicts threat? Who develops algorithms that can identify potential murderers among us? Psychiatrists.

In 1988, in my book, AIDS INC., I warned that fascism would stand the best chance of spreading across the world through medical operations, because “medical science” flies no partisan political banners, seems to take no side, appears to be all about objective research and healing.

So YOU are reinvented as a potential Batman murderer. You could go off. You could snap. You could fall victim to a brain malfunction. You could give way to your darker impulses. No one is immune.

Therefore, I have to be protected from you, and you have to be protected from me.

That’s the lie and that’s the op.

What is the op hiding? The fact that the psychiatric drugs cause violence. It’s not mental illness. It’s the drugs used to treat invented and concocted and fabricated “mental disorders.”

https://blog.nomorefakenews.com/2012/02/11/the-school-shooting-white-paper/

http://www.nimh.nih.gov/statistics/SMI_AASR.shtml

http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/bb/neuro/neuro99/web1/Murphy.html

http://www.breggin.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=43&Itemid=66

In other words, we’re looking at a self-fulfilling prophecy.

In the widest terms, the op involves randomly seeding society with the violence-causing psychiatric drugs, and then, when inexplicable murders and suicides occur, step in behind that and call it “mental illness” and implement far-reaching threat-assessment strategies to put the whole society in a straitjacket.

When I say “concoct and invent mental illnesses,” I mean that literally.

https://blog.nomorefakenews.com/2012/02/27/the-liars-liar/

These so-called disorders are put in place by committees of psychiatrists, who slice and dice and chop human suffering, pain, and confusion into fancy categories, for which there are no diagnostic tests.

So it may look like Dr. Lynne Fenton, James Holmes’ psychiatrist, and her threat assessment team missed the boat on Holmes and should come in for heavy criticism, but the truth is: the Aurora massacre will only serve to strengthen psychiatry’s position as the preeminent authority on violence prevention.

Here are two examples of how this bogus “prevention” will be achieved. Soon, we will see drugs planted with tiny transmitters that remotely let “health providers” know whether people are complying with their prescribed medication schedules.

http://blogs.nature.com/news/2012/07/digital-pills-make-their-way-to-market.html

What better way to pretend that patients with mental disorders are being kept in line, before they can commit egregious crimes?

The other example is far-reaching to the extreme. It is Obamacare itself. Under the new law, the US Dept. of Health and Human Services is tasked with compiling, yes, a comprehensive list of all diseases and disorders. Step two is listing the approved treatments for these conditions.

At some point, we will see both the diagnoses and the drugs for: prevention of those (fictional) mental disorders that “could lead to violence.” The assumption that you or I or anyone could be the next Batman killer will be built into the system. So will the drug “cure.”

On that day, the Brave New World will reveal more of its ugly countenance.

The basic and strongest argument against what is coming is the freedom to choose or refuse medication. Universally, people still recognize this principle. They understand it. They support it, intellectually and viscerally. This is a freedom anyone can grasp. It must be pursued without compromise.

Otherwise, it could be you who are said to be potentially dangerous.

It could be you who are sedated into being harmless and therefore a Safe Citizen.

They might even give you an ID package which designates your preferred status. And in your addled condition, you might wear the ID as a badge of honor.

What we are witnessing here is Clockwork Orange reconfigured. The jumping off point is James Holmes. But unlike the key figure in Stanley Kubrick’s film, Holmes doesn’t have to be the actual killer. He could merely be a designated patsy left holding the bag. He is, either way, the occasion for implementing medical strategies to condition people into androidal “inner peace.”

Which means passivity, and the acceptance of the Psychiatric Society.

Martial law shakes hands with the US vaccine program

by Jon Rappoport

August 1, 2012

(To join our email list, click here.)

Who knew the Pentagon had muscled into the US vaccine program?

DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) has been doing research on vaccine production. They’ve found a way to produce flu vaccines a lot faster than Big Pharma.

DARPA Effort Speeds Biothreat Response (Nov. 2, 2010, by Cheryl Pellerin, American Forces Press Service)

http://www.defense.gov/news/newsarticle.aspx?id=61520

DARPA’s Blue Angel – Pentagon prepares millions of vaccines against future global flu (28 July, 2012, RT.com)

http://rt.com/usa/news/future-vaccine-darpa-research-255/

Utilizing vaccines grown on tobacco cells, instead of the traditional chicken eggs, DARPA has turned out a staggering 10 million doses of flu vaccine in just one month.

This “Blue Angel” project, as it’s called, suddenly puts the Pentagon in the forefront of the vaccine business. The big question is: why is the Army involved in vaccines at all? And the answer is no surprise. According to DARPA, it’s all about readiness in containing bio-threats. Translated, that means terrorist attacks that could use flu viruses.

This is a sinister development. It creates a potential scenario in which the military can invent the “bio-threat” and then step in and provide the solution. It doesn’t really matter whether the bio-threat is real or imaginary.

The threat would offer the chance to initiate a martial-law scenario, after which the military vaccine would be made mandatory, destroying the right of each state in the union to permit, as is now the case, people to opt out of vaccination on religious, medical, or ethical grounds.

The Pentagon is famous for developing weapons and then lobbying for battlefield opportunities to use them. This is part and parcel of their “war is forever” mentality. Well, in this case, the vaccine becomes the defensive weapon, and you can be sure the Pentagon will strive to deploy it in a situation that “demands it”—a chilling prospect.

Several medical issues arise as well. First, what safety tests have been done to ensure that tobacco viruses don’t enter these DARPA vaccines through lab contamination, thereby finding their way into the human bloodstream, via injection, and causing uncharted health problems? No word about that, just as there was no word, historically, about various Pentagon weapons systems that later proved to be dangerous to the soldiers using them (e.g, the Bradley Fighting Vehicle).

Hidden in the story about the new means of vaccine production: the employment of a synthetic construction that is supposed to mimic the human immune system. To test the ability of the tobacco-vaccines to induce a “robust immune response,” this new chemical lab-version of an immune system becomes the guinea pig. But there is no proof that such an artifact works or is translatable to actual processes of the human body.

Finally, DARPA states that the vaccine it just produced contains aluminum. Toxicity for humans is thus guaranteed.

In the hands of the Pentagon, what could possibly go wrong with this Blue Angel program? Everything.

In case we need to review the most recent “epidemic” advertised by the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), it killed, by the most generous estimates, 20,000 people worldwide. Despite being labeled a catastrophic level-6 pandemic, the H1N1 Swine Flu turned out to be a comparative dud. WHO states that, every year, seasonal non-pandemic flu kills between 250,000 and 500,000 people.

The CDC and WHO relentlessly promoted Swine Flu as a monster menace that could invade and decimate the planet. Therefore, everyone needed to step up and take the vaccine. These civilian agencies are mere pikers compared to the Pentagon. Can you imagine what the Dept. of Defense would promote and launch to guarantee their vaccine finds a place in your bloodstream? The DOD regularly makes conflict of interest into an art form.

Martial law? No problem.

Ritalin is not a soft psychiatric drug

Ritalin is not a soft psychiatric drug

by Jon Rappoport

July 31, 2012

NoMoreFakeNews.com

In the wake of the Aurora shootings, we are seeing another round of questions about the psychiatric drugs that can cause harm and impel violence.

Here is an excerpt from my 1999 white paper, WHY DID THEY DO IT? AN INQUIRY INTO THE SCHOOL SHOOTINGS IN AMERICA. All the data in it are from that time period. Since then, several million more children have been put on Ritalin in the US.

Ritalin, manufactured by Novartis, is the close cousin to speed which is given to perhaps two million American schoolchildren for a condition called Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), or ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).

ADD and ADHD, for which no organic causes have ever been found, are touted as disease-conditions that afflict the young, causing hyperactivity, unmanageability, and learning problems. Of course, when you name a disorder or a syndrome and yet can find no single provable organic cause for it, you have nothing more than a loose collection of behaviors with an arbitrary title.

Correction: you also have a pharmaceutical bonanza.

Dr. Peter Breggin, referring to an official directory of psychiatric disorders, the DSM-III-R, writes that withdrawal from amphetamine-type drugs, including Ritalin, can cause “depression, anxiety, and irritability as well as sleep problems, fatigue, and agitation.” Breggin then remarks, “The individual may become suicidal in response to the depression.”

The well-known Goodman and Gilman’s The Pharmacological Basis of Therapeutics reveals a strange fact. It states that Ritalin is “structurally related to amphetamines… Its pharmacological properties are essentially the same as those of the amphetamines.” In other words, the only clear difference is legality. And the effects, in layman’s terms, are obvious. You take speed and after awhile, sooner or later, you start crashing. You become agitated, irritable, paranoid, delusional, aggressive.

A firm and objective medical review needs to be done in all of the school shootings, to determine how many of the shooters were on, or had at one time been on, Ritalin.

In his landmark classic, Toxic Psychiatry: Why Therapy, Empathy and Love Must Replace the Drugs, Electroshock, and Biochemical Theories of the ‘New Psychiatry’ (St. Martin’s Press, 1991), Dr. Breggin discusses the subject of drug combinations: “Combining antidepressants [e.g., Prozac, Luvox] and psychostimulants [e.g., Ritalin] increases the risk of cardiovascular catastrophe, seizures, sedation, euphoria, and psychosis. Withdrawal from the combination can cause a severe reaction that includes confusion, emotional instability, agitation, and aggression.”

Children are frequently medicated with this combination, and when we highlight such effects as aggression, psychosis, and emotional instability, it is obvious that the result is pointing toward the very real possibility of violence.

In 1986, The International Journal of the Addictions published a most important literature review by Richard Scarnati. It was called “An Outline of Hazardous Side Effects of Ritalin (Methylphenidate)” [v.21(7), pp. 837-841].

Scarnati listed over a hundred adverse affects of Ritalin and indexed published journal articles for each of these symptoms.

For every one of the following (selected and quoted verbatim) Ritalin effects then, there is at least one confirming source in the medical literature:

• Paranoid delusions
• Paranoid psychosis
• Hypomanic and manic symptoms, amphetamine-like psychosis
• Activation of psychotic symptoms
• Toxic psychosis
• Visual hallucinations
• Auditory hallucinations
• Can surpass LSD in producing bizarre experiences
• Effects pathological thought processes
• Extreme withdrawal
• Terrified affect
• Started screaming
• Aggressiveness
• Insomnia
• Since Ritalin is considered an amphetamine-type drug, expect amphatamine-like effects
• psychic dependence
• High-abuse potential DEA Schedule II Drug
• Decreased REM sleep
• When used with antidepressants one may see dangerous reactions including hypertension, seizures and hypothermia
• Convulsions
• Brain damage may be seen with amphetamine abuse.

Many parents around the country have discovered that Ritalin has become a condition for their children continuing in school. There are even reports, by parents, of threats from social agencies: “If you don’t allow us to prescribe Ritalin for your ADD child, we may decide that you are an unfit parent. We may decide to take your child away.”

This mind-boggling state of affairs is fueled by teachers, principals, and school counselors, none of whom have medical training.

Yet the very definition of the “illness” for which Ritalin would be prescribed is in doubt, especially at the highest levels of the medical profession. This doubt, however, has not filtered down to most public schools.

In commenting on Dr. Lawrence Diller’s book, Running on Ritalin, Dr. William Carey, Director of Behavioral Pediatrics, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, has written, “Dr. Diller has correctly described… the disturbing trend of blaming children’s social, behavioral, and academic performance problems entirely on an unproven brain deficit…”

On November 16-18, 1998, the National Institute of Mental Health held the prestigious “NIH Consensus Development Conference on Diagnosis and Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder [ADHD].” The conference was explicitly aimed at ending all debate about the diagnoses of ADD, ADHD, and about the prescription of Ritalin. It was hoped that at the highest levels of medical research and bureaucracy, a clear position would be taken: this is what ADHD is, this is where it comes from, and these are the drugs it should be treated with.

That didn’t happen, amazingly. Instead, the official panel responsible for drawing conclusions from the conference threw cold water on the whole attempt to reach a comfortable consensus.

Panel member Mark Vonnegut, a Massachusetts pediatrician, said, “The diagnosis [of ADHD] is a mess.”

The panel essentially said it was not sure ADHD was even a “valid” diagnosis. In other words, ADD and ADHD might be nothing more than attempts to categorize certain children’s behaviors-with no organic cause, no clear-cut biological basis, no provable reason for even using the ADD or ADHD labels.

The panel found “no data to indicate that ADHD is due to a brain malfunction [which malfunction had been the whole psychiatric assumption].”

The panel found that Ritalin has not been shown to have long-term benefits. In fact, the panel stated that Ritalin has resulted in “little improvement on academic achievement or social skills.”

Panel chairman, David Kupfer, professor of psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh, said, “There is no current validated diagnostic test [for ADHD].”

Yet at every level of public education in America, there remains what can only be called a voracious desire to give children Ritalin (or other similar drugs) for ADD or ADHD.

Nullifying the assurances and prescriptions doctors routinely give to parents of children who have been diagnosed ADD or ADHD should be a national goal.

The following pronouncement makes a number of things clear: The 1994 Textbook of Psychiatry, published by the American Psychiatric Press, contains this review (Popper and Steingard): “Stimulants [such as Ritalin] do not produce lasting improvements in aggressivity, conduct disorder, criminality, education achievement, job functioning, marital relationships, or long-term adjustment.”

Parents should also wake up to the fact that, in the aftermath of the Littleton, Colorado, tragedy, pundits and doctors are urging more extensive “mental health” services for children. Fine, except whether you have noticed it or not, this no longer means, for the most part, therapy with a caring professional. It means drugs. It means the drugs I am discussing in this inquiry.

In December 1996, the US Drug Enforcement Agency held a conference on ADHD and Ritalin — “Stimulant Use in the Treatment of ADHD.” Surprisingly, it issued a sensible statement about drugs being a bad substitute for the presence of caring parents:

“[T]he use of stimulants [such as Ritalin] for the short-term improvement of behavior and underachievement may be thwarting efforts to address the children’s real issues, both on an individual and societal level. The lack of long-term positive results with the use of stimulants and the specter of previous and potential stimulant abuse epidemics, give cause to worry about the future. The dramatic increase in the use of methylphenidate [Ritalin] in the 1990s should be viewed as a marker or warning to society about the problems children are having and how we view and address them.”

The Brookhaven National Laboratory has studied Ritalin through PET scans. Lab researchers have found that the drug decreased the flow of blood to all parts of the brain by 20-30%.[emphasis added]

That is of course a very negative finding. It is a signal of danger.

But parents, teachers, counselors, principals, school psychologists know nothing about this. Nor do they know that cocaine produces the same blood-flow effect.

In his book, Talking Back to Ritalin, Peter Breggin expands on the drug’s effects: “Stimulants such as Ritalin and amphetamine… have grossly harmful impacts on the brain — reducing overall blood flow, disturbing glucose metabolism, and possibly causing permanent shrinkage or atrophy of the brain.” [emphasis added]

In the wake of the Littleton shootings, we find that “the American people” and lawyers and pundits and child psychologists are pointing the finger at Hollywood, at video games like Doom, at inattentive parents, and at the availability of guns. We have to wonder why almost no one is calling out these drugs.

Is it possible that the work of PR people is shaping the national response?

The Matrix Revealed

The PBS television series, The Merrow Report, produced in 1996 a program called “Attention Deficit Disorder: A Dubious Diagnosis?” The Educational Writer’s Association awarded the program first prize for investigative reporting in that year. I can recall no other piece of television journalism since the Vietnam war which has managed to capture on film government officials in the act of realizing that they have made serious mistakes.

[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMNhdvg8kgA&w=480&h=360]

John Merrow, the series’ host, explains that, unknown to the public, there has been “a long-term, unpublicized financial relationship between the company that makes the most widely known ADD medication [Ritalin] and the nation’s largest ADD support group.”

The group is CHADD, based in Florida. CHADD stands for Children and Adults with ADD. Its 650 local chapters sponsor regional conferences and monthly meetings, often held at schools. It educates thousands of families about ADD and ADHD and gives out free medical advice. This advice features the drug Ritalin.

Since 1988, when CHADD and Ciba-Geigy (now Novartis), the manufacturer of Ritalin, began their financial relationship, Ciba has given almost a million dollars to CHADD, helping it to expand its membership from 800 to 35,000 people.

Merrow interviews several parents whose children are on Ritalin, parents who have been relying on CHADD for information. They are clearly taken aback when they learn that CHADD obtains a significant amount of its funding from the drug company that makes Ritalin.

CHADD has used Ciba money to promote its pharmaceutical message through a public service announcement produced for television. Nineteen million people have seen this PSA. As Merrow says, “CHADD’s name is on it, but Ciba Geigy paid for it.”

It turns out that in all of CHADD’s considerable literature written for the public, there is rare mention of Ciba. In fact, the only instance of the connection Merrow could find on the record was a small-print citation on an announcement of a single CHADD conference.

In recounting CHADD’s promotion of drug “therapy” for ADD, Merrow says, “CHADD’s literature also says psychostimulant medications [like Ritalin] are not addictive.”

Merrow brings this up to Gene Haslip, a Drug Enforcement Agency official in Washington. Haslip is visibly annoyed. “Well,” he says, “I think that’s very misleading. It’s [Ritalin’s] certainly a drug that can cause a very high degree of dependency, like all of the very potent stimulants.”

Merrow reveals that CHADD received a $750,000 grant from the US Dept. of Education, in 1996, to produce a video, Facing the Challenge of ADD. The video doesn’t just mention the generic name methylphenidate, it announces the drug by its brand name, Ritalin. This, at government (taxpayer) expense.

We see a press conference announcing the release of the video. The CHADD president presents an award to Dr. Thomas Hehir, Director of Special Education Programs at the US Dept. of Education.

This sets the stage for a conversation between Merrow and Dr. Hehir, providing a rare moment when discovery of the truth is recorded on camera, when PR is swept aside.

MERROW: “Are you aware that most of the people in the film [the video, Facing the Challenge of ADD—referring to people who are giving testimonials about how their ADD children have been helped by treatment] are not just members of CHADD … but in the CHADD leadership, including the former national president? They’re all board members of CHADD in Chicago. Are you aware of that? They’re not identified in the film.”

HEHIR: “I’m not aware of that.”

MERROW: “Do you know about the financial connection between CHADD and Ciba Geigy, the company that makes Ritalin?”

HEHIR: “I do not.”

MERROW: “In the last six years, CHADD has received $818,000 in grants from Ciba Geigy.”

HEHIR: “I did not know that.”

MERROW: “Does that strike you as a potential conflict of interest?”

HEHIR: “That strikes me as a potential conflict of interest. Yes it does.”

MERROW: “Now, that’s not disclosed either. Even though the film talks about Ritalin as a—one way, and it’s the first way presented—of taking care of treating Attention Deficit Disorder. That’s not disclosed either. Does that trouble you?”

HEHIR: “Um, it concerns me.”

MERROW: “Are you going to look into this, when you go back to your office?”

HEHIR: “I certainly will look into some of the things you’ve brought up.”

MERROW: “Should they have told you that all those people in that film are CHADD leadership? Should they have told you that CHADD gets twenty percent of its money from the people who make Ritalin?”

HEHIR: “I should have known that.”

MERROW: “They should have told you.”

HEHIR: “Yes.”

This funded video, in which CHADD devotes all of twenty seconds to mentioning Ritalin’s adverse effects, is no longer distributed by the US Department of Education.

CHADD has now told its members that it receives funding from Ciba. It says it will continue to take money from Ciba.

This is an example of how a corporation can, behind the scenes, bend and shape the way the public sees reality.

In the case of the school shootings, has an attempt been made to mold media response? To highlight various causes and omit others?

Real action is going to have to come from the public. Mothers in Littleton and Springfield and West Paducah and Jonesboro [where school shootings occurred] are going to have to ask the hard questions and become relentless about getting real answers. They are going to have to learn about these drugs. They’ll have to learn which violent children in the school shootings were on these drugs. They are going to have to throw off robotic obedience to authorities in white coats. And they are going to have to join together.

If they do, many people will end up standing with them.

COMPARING PHOTOS OF JAMES HOLMES

The latest trend in the Batman murder case is placing two photos of James Holmes side by side and comparing nose width, size of ears, and eye color.

One photo shows a wider nose and a rounder face. The eye color in each photo is different.

http://benandmatt.iheart.com/pages/bm-blog.html?feed=324902&article=10295464

I find this interesting…but take a look at the video Holmes made when he was eighteen.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5oVUqFF_mU

Holmes’ facial structure, in the video, looks much more like the photo of Holmes taken after he was arrested, with orange/red hair.

So the odd man out is the round-faced Holmes photo.

http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2012/07/20/157100627/shooting-suspect-described-as-recluse

It was released to the press by the University of Colorado/Denver, where Holmes was pursuing his PhD.

AP reports a man separated from his wife shot their two children and then committed suicide.

http://apnews.myway.com/article/20120729/DA0AL9RG0.html

Is this another instance of the psychiatric drug plague that has been spreading across America for decades?  Was the killer’s brain scrambled in a storm induced by Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil?

Daryl Benway, 41, shot his two children, killing his 7-year-old daughter, Abigail, in their Oxford, Massachusetts, home.  His 9-year-old sin, Owen, is in serious condition at a local hospital.

Benway’s wife, Kelleen, came to the house to see it surrounded by police and media, unaware of what had happened.

Husband and wife had been separated.  There was no restraining order on the husband.  He had no criminal record.

For background on the violence-causing effects of psychiatric drugs, see:

https://blog.nomorefakenews.com/2012/02/11/the-school-shooting-white-paper/

The connections between the drugs and suicide and homicide are firmly established.

As long as the police and prosecutors are reluctant to pursue the psychiatric-drug angle, many crimes will remain inexplicable.  A large sector of the public will refuse to believe these drugs are potentially deadly, and will consider any inquiry into the subject irrelevant.  This is because the pharmaceutical industry, with its advertising money, holds the press captive, and therefore the press doesn’t do its own investigations into murder/suicides like this one.

Family, friends, and co-workers of the Benways go into shock and grief, wring their hands, and try to put their lives back together.

Yes, there may be a non-drug explanation for the killings in Oxford.

But I’m saying that every bizarre violent crime must, in the aftermath, be subjected to a probe about the psychiatric drugs.  This should be as standard as fingerprinting, blood and DNA analysis, weapons forensics, and document searches.

Ever since the introduction of Ritalin into psychiatric treatment, 50 years ago, the profession of psychiatry, hand in glove with its pharmaceutical partners, has been randomly seeding the population with dangerous drugs that can and do induce violence.

The archons of psychiatry are well aware of the drugs’ effects.  Their refusal to do anything about it signals their ongoing crime of chemical warfare against humanity.

From 2008, here is another example of a murder no one could put together.

http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=26915.80

At Northern Illinois University, student Stephen Kazmierczak, whom everyone seemed to like, stepped into his geology class one day with several weapons and opened fire.  AP reported he had stopped taking his medication shortly before his killing spree.  No drug was named at the time.

Psychiatrist Peter Breggin has a new and important book coming out in August: Psychiatric Drug Withdrawal.  (www.breggin.com)  Breggin states that drugs such as the SSRI antidepressants can cause violence while being taken and also during withdrawal.  For years, Breggin has warned people about the withdrawal period and how it should be managed by a professional who knows what he’s doing.  Unfortunately, the number of those doctors is small.

If James Holmes was indeed on psychiatric medications, even if he had stopped taking the drugs prior to July 20th, he still could have been under their influence.

HOLMES: MKULTRA ASSASSIN? PATSY? PSYCHIATRIC CASUALTY?

HOLMES: MKULTRA ASSASSIN? PATSY? PSYCHIATRIC CASUALTY?

By Jon Rappoport

July 29, 2012

There is evidence for each of these possibilities. That’s why each one has to be followed down. People have their intuitive preferences, but that doesn’t make them automatically right.

The evidence for a staged event in Aurora at the theater is significant. Holmes’ particular role in that scenario is still an open question.

Whether he was programmed to kill; or didn’t kill and was just left holding the bag at the end of the horrific night; or was set off to commit murder by the action of a prescribed psychiatric drug that induces violence…all of these need to be explored. This is exactly what I’ve been doing in a number of articles.

Two points:

There is a video of Holmes’ early “mentor,” John Jacobson, asserting that a psycho-physicist can alter and reverse a person’s perception of time sequence. This statement matches Holmes’ claim, made when he was 18 years old, that he was studying temporal illusion, the idea that one can change the past. Does this mean that Holmes, at some point, was subjected to a form of mind-and-time-scrambling control? It certainly doesn’t nail it down. It’s perhaps a clue.

The fact that Holmes’ father, Robert, who comes out of a military family, works for a company that was partnering with DARPA, the house of illusion for the Pentagon, makes one wonder how Robert fits into the total story.

There is a claim that Robert is due to testify in front of a senate panel on the Libor banking scandal, and the massacre in Aurora might convince him to go into seclusion and forget about blowing the lid off Libor and implicating all sorts of power players.

I have been following down that claim, and so far I see no credible citation confirming that Robert is, in fact, on the senate panel’s list of witnesses. I would very much like to see such a citation, if it exists. The fact that this claim has been picked up and repeated by a few hundred thousand sites and blogs doesn’t make it true.

I don’t know where this story started. I traced it, as far as I could, to Christopher King, who has several blogs. I sent him an email. It was kicked back to me as undeliverable. I tried to call his office number. The number was disconnected. I am not criticizing Mr. King. He may hold the key to this part of the story. He may have the goods. I can’t find him so far.

During the past 20 years or so, I’ve done a large amount of research into the CIA’s MKULTRA mind-control program. When I interviewed John Marks, author of The Search for the “Manchurian Candidate”: The CIA and Mind Control: The Secret History of the Behavioral Sciences, he told me he obtained his initial information, from the CIA, in 10 boxes of material released on a FOIA request.

Thee boxes were records of accounting and funding for various CIA subprojects. They were offered to Marks as a coal in his Christmas sock, of no importance or interest to anyone. But Marks triumphed. He was able to use the files and piece together a skeleton of MKULTRA subprojects and expand his knowledge base from there.

Marks also told me those 10 boxes formed the foundation for three classic books on MKULTRA: his own, Walter Bowart’s Operation Mind Control, and Alan Scheflin’s The Mind Manipulators. I recommend all three books.

Marks told me that the official CIA MKULTRA program ended in 1962. From that point on, the work was quietly shifted to another CIA department, its Office of Research and Development. In trying to obtain some of those files, Marks was told by a CIA employee that there were a hundred more boxes of material and he would never, ever get his hands on those.

The original MKULTRA program (1952-62) was crude. It employed drugs, hypnosis, duress, torture, and disorientation to program its human subjects. All in all, from what I can glean, it was a failure in its efforts to reliably erase memory or program assassins. It’s my opinion that the operation since 1962 has mounted far more sophisticated methods.

In this regard, one can find patents filed on mind-control methods. For example, the use of electromagnetic transmissions to record brain activity and impose brain activity. Keep in mind, however, that the mere filing and granting of a patent doesn’t mean the ensuing experiments on humans were successful.

Nevertheless, it’s my conclusion that, with absolutely criminal and callous disregard for human life, as with the Auschwitz medical experiments, the mind manipulators have achieved successes. Not one for one. But successes among the failures.

In 1995, the White House decided to hold Congressional hearings to expose, and apologize for, past government radiation experiments on unwitting volunteers. These experiments, many of them carried out on cancer patients, were designed to gauge (or lie about) harmful versus non-harmful radiation levels. The whole point was to “prove” that atomic-bomb testing didn’t pose a health risk.

Somehow, through gross oversight on the 1995 committee’s part, a New Orleans therapist, Valerie Wolf, and two of her patients, Claudia Mullin and Chris De Nicola, were permitted to testify.

Claudia and Chris acknowledged that, indeed, they had received radiation…but this, they said, was part of a CIA/military torture program that was actually all about mind control.

Additionally, Valerie filed about 80 pages of material with the committee, which pages were accepted and placed into the official record. They were statements from therapy patients and therapists—some made anonymously—explaining first-hand MKULTRA experiences, or experiences in treating patients who had MKULTRA histories.

After speaking with Valerie Wolf several times and interviewing her two patients, I spoke with XXX, who seemed to be a quite sane individual, who told me of personal experiences as a subject in MKULTRA. Essentially, this person said that some of the original and more crude experiments done on children used kids from Latin American countries—and these children were considered expendable, in the service of developing better MK methods and strategies.

Then later, more refined methods were employed “on the best and brightest” American children, who were not considered expendable.

I speculated that these latter children were used to program future leaders in American society.

You can read the transcript of a talk I gave on aspects of MKULTRA in the mid-1990s, in Santa Monica, at the Deep River bookstore.

http://www.whale.to/b/rappoport_i.html

And here is an article I wrote on the subject in 1995, for Perceptions Magazine.

http://theunjustmedia.com/Propaganda/Mind%20Control%20Experiments%20on%20Children.htm

Was James Holmes a bona fide mind-control pawn? There is more to learn.

Speaking of altering time and the past, as Holmes once did, here is an excerpt from Glenn Krawczyk’s article, Mind Control and New World Order, published in March, 1993, in Nexus. The excerpt cites the work of Santa Clara University Law Professor Alan Scheflin, whom I’ve found to be exceptionally reliable in his painstaking research. The article also refers to researcher Harlan Girard. Some of Girard’s statements seem to cast doubt on his objectivity, but I interviewed him twice in the 1990s and found his document-based findings extremely precise.

You can read the whole article at:

http://www.whale.to/b/krawczyk.html#MISSING%20TIME

“One series of CIA experiments searching for a method to induce amnesia found that pulsed microwaves could be used to over stimulate the production of acetycoline in the brain, a neurotransmitter associated with the storage of memory. This process is known as EDOM or Electronic Dissolution of Memory. Whilst a person is subjected to the signal they literally cannot store any memories, and are left instead with a period of amnesia or ‘missing time.’ They can even be influenced to have amnesia about their amnesia. According to the book, The Mind Manipulators, by Alan W. Scheflin and Edward M. Opton Jr, published in 1978, ‘The E.D.O.M. alters time senses by emitting radiowaves and ultra-sonic signal tones, which in turn act upon memory storage chemicals in the brain.’ It has been claimed that this process is used to ‘wipe’ specific memories from the minds of individuals who have been exposed to highly classified information and are leaving the employ of government agencies who deal with sensitive information.”

Glenn Krawczyk’s article mentions several other EM techniques of mind control.

Here is an excerpt from a talk by Alan Scheflin, in which he links MKULTRA experiments to “temporal illusion and changing the past,” through actually regressing people into the past, into an infantile state:

http://ce399.wordpress.com/2011/04/13/dr-alan-scheflin-mk-ultra-age-regression-and-infantilism-mind-control-forums/

A frank word of advice: in those years when I pursued MK research much more intensely, I ran across many people who, basically, USED the whole subject to explain their “lot in life.” In other words, they denied the possibility that their own freedom, their own vision, their own imagination, energy, and commitment could carry them, with work, to a future they wanted. They were, in effect, mind-control victims by proxy. They had never been experimented on, but they behaved as if they had been made destitute and disabled by “the power of the mind controllers.”

I reject this formulation completely.

Granting it any assistance is antithetical to the core of my work, which is about the free individual and his power.

TAKE AWAY ALL GUNS ALL THE TIME

Take away all the guns all the time

by Jon Rappoport

July 28, 2012

www.nomorefakenews.com

He paced the floor and scratched his chin. He went to his desk and made a few notes on a legal pad.

Obama thought about it and finally came up with a really good reason to own a gun: “hunting and shooting are part of a cherished national heritage.”

Glad he cleared that one up.

Expecting the president of the United States to say the 2nd Amendment is there to protect citizens against an oppressive government is like expecting Dick Cheney to put himself in jail for shooting his friend in the face with a shotgun.

The president of the United States perfectly represents the oppressive government that the Constitution was shaped to avoid.

If you want to know why the Constitution is no longer studied in school, look no further than the previous sentence.

A twelve-year old reads the Constitution, stands up in class and says, “It seems like this document was written to prevent the kind of government we have now.”

Careful, kid, that could be interpreted as a terrorist remark. Let me call DHS and check on it.”

Let’s review. The right to own a gun stems from the idea of property. Property means you own something absolutely. A piece of land, a house, your own body. Something to defend. The right to own a gun stems from the idea of family, too. You have a family. You can protect them.

So, for example, and I know this is a ridiculous example, because it would never happen, but if you were sitting in a movie theater and three people came in with guns and started shooting up the place, you could protect your body by removing your gun from your holster and shooting back.

If someone from the government came to your house and told you you had to have your children vaccinated, or you had to allow your daughter to have chemotherapy with a drug that could burn the paint off a car, you could show that person your gun. Your neighbors, hearing of this problem, could arrive with their guns, too, just to remind the government representative what the term “limited powers” means.

While holding your gun, you could explain that “we are not in this all together,” that every citizen has the right to choose what to do with his property.

In a similar situation, and again this would never happen, suppose you were collecting rainwater in big barrels on your property, and a brain-damaged government employee dropped by and told you this was an illegal act. Suppose your rational explanation didn’t work, didn’t penetrate at all. You could remove your gun from your holster and display it, to emphasize your point.

Or suppose you were growing lots of food on your front lawn, or your child was selling lemonade on that same lawn, or, God forbid, you were smoking, or smoking marijuana, on your porch, or you were studying the Bible with friends in your house, or you were building a second house on your land, or you were baking cookies and selling them to your neighbors, or you were putting up a windmill, or your 11-year-old son was driving your car up and down the driveway, or you were administering herbs to a friend with cancer by mutual agreement and with informed consent, or you were digging a well, or you were flying a large American flag from a pole, or you were burying your dead dog, or your daughter was jumping on a trampoline without a helmet, or you were standing on your front walk filming the police as they were taking to your next-door neighbor…

And suppose you received a visit from a government employee telling you you couldn’t do these things, and the employee told you you could be arrested. You might display your weapon and your neighbors might suddenly show up with their weapons, just to educate the employee about the meaning of the 2nd Amendment.

This is just a fantasy, and it would never happen, but suppose the president of the United States declared war on a nation without the consent of Congress, or the power to create money was shifted from Congress to a group of private banks posing as government agents, and then suppose a few million Americans showed up in Washington with their guns and pointed out that these acts explicitly violated the Constitution.

This next one is so far out it could be called a nightmare, and of course it could never happen. But suppose there was a federal agency that was responsible for certifying all medicines as safe and effective before they were released for public use, and suppose that every year, like clockwork, these medicines were killing 100,000 Americans, and suppose the government agency responsible for arresting the government employees who were allowing the killer drugs to be foisted on the public wasn’t arresting them. Then, too, I suppose some waving of guns would be in order, as a prompt to fix the problem.

And suppose the government wasn’t just the government, but regularly colluded with giant corporations to steal from, trample on, and roll over millions of citizens on an ongoing basis. There, too, some education would be in order, especially, for example, if the government and a few corporations were cooperating to ensure nutritionally-deficient genetically modified food monopolized the nation’s food supply. The display of many weapons could restrain this cartel.

If government were using billions of dollars to watch, record, and analyze all citizen movements and communications with each other, this, too, would call for citizens to educate government.

There are people who agree with many of these charges against government, and yet, at the same time, they love government enough to want it to hold—along with thugs and criminals—all the guns in the country. That’s a lot of love.

We know you’re basically evil, Daddy Government, but we love and trust you enough to give you all our guns.”

And in return, the government says, “We appreciate your confidence, but just in case you have a scintilla of doubt or hesitation, we’re going to sell weapons to heinous murderers south of our border and then blame gun shops for the resultant killings, to prove that all private citizens should be weaponless.”

Now you might think I’m offering a solution (guns in private hands) that can’t offset or diminish the problems this bloated government is causing us, because those problems and the sheer force of government are too great to be moved aside by people who own weapons.

If this is what you think, then (a) isn’t that proof the intent of the Constitution has really gone to hell in a handbasket, and b) is that a reason to just lie down and hand over your right to self-defense?

Actually, when all the guns are taken, there will be no private citizens. “Private” implies the ability to protect life, property, and person from the government and other criminals.

On that weaponless day, we’ll all be sitting in a theater when the masked agents of the state come through the doors with their armament.
