Cure disease or alter humans?

“Researchers say they’re well on the way to curing thousands of diseases by tinkering with human genes. But is that true? Or is their effort really part of a long-range agenda to keep experimenting in the dark, through grotesque trial and error, to alter humans and make them into a new species?” (The Underground, Jon Rappoport)
With the onrush of new gene-editing techniques, the medical research establishment is beating an old drum: they will cure many human diseases by making genetic changes.
First of all, the new editing techniques have unknown consequences. A simple snip of a gene can bring on ripples in the patient’s overall genetic structure. This fact spells danger.
Second, and here is the old drum: there are a number of diseases caused by a problem with a single gene—one gene, one disease. Therefore, a precise edit of the offending gene will cure the disease.
But is this one-gene one-disease hypothesis actually true?
If so, we should already have seen these cures. But we haven’t.
I’m not talking about the occasional claim of a single cure in a single patient. I’m talking about curing a specific disease across the board in many, many patients.
It hasn’t happened.
Here is a very interesting quote from the book, “Understanding Genetics: A District of Columbia Guide for Patients and Health Professionals,” published by the District of Columbia Department of Health:
“Some of the more common single-gene disorders include cystic fibrosis, hemochromatosis, Tay-Sachs, and sickle cell anemia…However, despite advancements in the understanding of genetic etiology and improved diagnostic capabilities, no treatments are available to prevent disease onset or slow disease progression for a number of these disorders.”
Is it “a number of these disorders,” or “all these disorders?”
Let’s see the evidence that single-gene therapy has cured ANY disease across the board.
It isn’t forthcoming.
And since it isn’t, the hypothesis that there are single-gene disorders is at best unproven. Speculative.
Let’s say that for Disease X, researchers have found that, in every case, there is a particular gene that is malfunctioning. The researchers claim, “Well, that’s it, we’ve found the cause of X.” But have they? HOW DO THEY KNOW THERE AREN’T OTHER ESSENTIAL CAUSATIVE FACTORS INVOLVED?
There is a simple test. Correct the malfunctioning gene and watch thousands of cures for X.
Until that occurs, the hypothesis is up in the air. It’s interesting, it’s suggestive, but it isn’t verified. Not by a long shot.
Consider this typically absurd claim from medicine.net: “There are more than 6,000 known single-gene disorders, which occur in about 1 out of every 200 births. These disorders are known as monogenetic disorders (disorders of a single gene).”
Again, how would the authors show that even one of these supposedly 6000 disorders is caused by the malfunctioning of a single gene?
Cure the disease by correcting the gene.
“Well, ahem, we don’t have the technology to do that yet, because we aren’t sure our therapy would be entirely safe. We might bring about dangerous unintended consequences in the patient…”
Fine. Then don’t make the claim that you know a single gene is the cause.
Ah, but you see, the medical research establishment wants to jump the gun. Making bold claims makes them look good. It brings them a great deal of funding.
And it also deflects and stops research that would discover other causes of disease—for example, environmental causes connected to gross corporate pollution. Chemical pollution. The harmful effects of pesticides. And the harmful effects of toxic medical drugs. And vaccines.
“No, no, no. Let’s just say disease is, at bottom, genetic. It doesn’t matter what else is happening.”
The Holy Grail for genetic research would be: “We can cure any harmful impact brought on by environmental toxicity. It’s all in the genes. Major corporations can do whatever they want to, and there will be no danger. There never was any danger. We just needed to advance to the stage where we could correct damage to the genes. And now we’re there.”
They’re not there. They’re not even close. Whether they will ever get close is a matter of sheer speculation.
Here is an extreme but instructive analogy: Imagine that when it rains, an acutely toxic compound falls to Earth. A man stands out in the rain as the poison descends. Researchers assert that the rain isn’t the problem. It’s the man’s body. His body is built to “react negatively” to the poison. Rebuilding his body will make him immune to the poison. Who knows how much sheer trial-and-error rebuilding is necessary? Perhaps he will need to become non-human to survive. So be it.
This approach is part and parcel of the trans-human agenda. Don’t stop the poison. Make the human impervious.
If, in the process, he loses everything that makes him unique and free, that is just collateral damage.
But no matter how many changes are wrought in the human, the poison is still poison. Until, finally, the human is a machine—and then the poison has no effect.
Neither does life. Life has no effect. The machine is adjusted. It survives. It is no longer alive, and that is called victory.
If you think I’m exaggerating transhumanism beyond all possibility, contemplate this statement made by Gregory Stock, former director of the prestigious program in Medicine, Technology, and Society at the UCLA School of Medicine:
“Even if half the world’s species were lost [during genetic experiments], enormous diversity would still remain. When those in the distant future look back on this period of history, they will likely see it not as the era when the natural environment was impoverished, but as the age when a plethora of new forms—some biological, some technological, some a combination of the two—burst onto the scene. We best serve ourselves, as well as future generations, by focusing on the short-term consequences of our actions rather than our vague notions about the needs of the distant future.”
The basis for such lunacy is the presumption that The Individual isn’t important, and never was.
Whereas, The Individual is all-important.
A sane society would exist and operate on behalf of The Individual.
It isn’t the other way around.

When I think of true science, I think of Marcus Aurelius. He wrote to understand a thing, one must look at it from all angles. The modern scientific approach is to take just on angle and twist it for either political/economic profit. Scientism: Just another religion.
Gene therapy is a COMPLETE fraud , your sister had breast cancer so you are at risk we will test for it $%^& off , just in case we will cut of a breast . Think Angela Jouline another paid pharma shill , I bet they paid her MILLIONS for the pink ribbon campaign .
Great exposure of umpteen number of Genies playing god.
There is a big point being left out by the establishment, on purpose. It is the fact that various essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals, do not have established recommended optimum allowances. Least amounts required to prevent deficiency diseases, and upper toxic levels have been established, but not the optimum suitable levels. This makes a huge problem for the population, and makes it impossible to distinguish problems that could be solved by proper nutrition, from ‘diseases’. That is, people are suffering from dys-trophic nutrition.
Purina established minimums for pets and other animals, but no such research is established for humans that the FDA recognizes or our food would be a whole lot healthier and we would be suffering a whole lot less. Disease is induced by tweaking which to deletes from the diet to induce specific illnesses. Nestles is now doing that to our pet food so they, too, suffer likewise. Their Luciferian goal is to turn us into slaves for a short time, then liquidate our fortune with expensive treatments for the illnesses they induced, that kill us off soon after our work life is expired. Old age is to be eliminated. If you follow the obituaries, you can see that.
“Their Luciferian goal is to turn us into slaves for a short time, then liquidate our fortune with expensive treatments for the illnesses they induced, that kill us off soon after our work life is expired. . .”
Have you noticed that this model is a more sophisticated version of the way people were exploited in earlier times? They were serfs who were not allowed to own their own land, who were not allowed to read or write, who lived in hovels but went to services in beautiful churches full of stained glass windows reinforcing the concept that you work hard without reward now for a heavenly reward.
We have the illusion of property ownership, but our rights have been eroded to the point that we only have the illusion of ownership so long as we pay taxes, until someone legally takes it for their own purpose.
We can read and write but are not allowed to know many things that are hidden from us, and censorship to reinforce that is happening more and more.
The current religion is the mainstream enforced version of “science,” which is a perversion but we aren’t supposed to know that. Instead of stained glass windows we have all manner of news programs, including fancy commercials, that reinforce the narrative. Because most people cannot afford the high costs of this version of medical care, we are given the illusion that the government in all their compassion for us, provides that care for free while all the time stealing from us via taxes and inflated money.
Someone once said that the best slave was one who didn’t know that they were slaves.
Sounds about right.
Reblogged this on amnesiaclinic and commented:
Many young people will welcome any merging with technology and especially if there is a possibility the rising rate of diseases might be cured. Excellent analogy of the rain poisoning the man but it is the man’s body that is the problem.
Yes, pointing at genetic problems is misdirection, particularly with the new revelations from epigenetics.
It is as stupid as a False Flag in a Gun-Free School Zone
The solution is to ban the second amendment… yeah, that makes a lot of sense..lol.
But, what is even more scary, is the fact that half of the country believes it.
Another brick in the wall…

Different story, same methods.
What’s really sad is that story didn’t surprise me at all. Just another day in the theology of scientism.
Dr. Stefan Lanka: The history of the infection theory. (English transcript)

1.08 [time markers of the video] My name is Stefan Lanka, I am a biologist and virologist. I discovered the first virus, which was in the ocean. That’s how I became involved in this matter. First, I recognized that this virus doesn’t cause any harm. Secondly, the Austrian professor Fritz Pol alerted me to the fact, that something was wrong with the entire AIDS affair and the virus might not even exist at all. I checked this and realized, that was indeed the case. I thought this couldn’t be and I remained silent for half a year, for I assumed, I misunderstand something. I couldn’t imagine that the entire world would go along with this.
2:00 Then I started researching and became involved in the infection theory. I realized that everything was wrong, it initially started with an error, that then turned into fraud, political fraud already under Otto von Bismarck, this can easily be proven and reconstructed. This fraudulent concept was abandoned after World War II, then reestablished by the Americans in order to provoke fear and to conduct population control.
2:45 Further, I recognized, as I will demonstrate here, how the infection theory gave rise to the gene theory and the so-called molecular technology and gene manipulation and -technology. Today’s model of the infection theory is used in the form of vaccines, of fear from material contagion, in the form of pandemics, just as in the current one, which is predicted to erupt any moment, or it will erupt in the second phase or even later and that it will then be encountered with the drug called Tamiflu. Incidentally, Tamiflu stands for toxic amiflue, there was an apparent glitch in the naming process of this chemo-therapeutic drug.
03:32 I’m going to tell the story, how everything developed, in order for you to comprehend, how an error turned into a fraud, a fraud turned into a crime, and how through the industrialization of this crime, the madness developed, a kind of madness that endangers all of us, the entire human race.
04:03 We begin at a point in history of ancient Greece there this concept infection developed. It is the basis of today’s system of medicine that is ruled by systematic fighting and poisoning. It is also why we are supposed to swallow Tamiflu even preemptively and, after the pandemic is declared, it should be take in large quantities.
04:55 Before we delve into ancient Greece: Goethe tried to warn of the 2006 influence pandemic, and also of AIDS and of the swallowing of Tamiflu. He did this in Faust I, not in the first edition, that went through censorship, not in the second, but in the third or fourth edition he included this essential passage, in which he describes how even back then a single doctor killed thousands of people:
First he describes in alchemist’s language, how the Tamiflu and chemotherapy of his time was produced: organic mercury compounds, mixed with sirup, Latwergen stands for sirup mixtures, and these will be the hellish Latwergen in alchemistic language and how they were produced.
[Ed note: truncated]
There are many problems with thinking we know enough about genes, DNA. So many genes we can’t even identify yet, and who is to say the ones already identified have been identified correctly? Any they can’t say one single gene does one single thing and it not dependent on other factors. You can have genes for blue eyes and blond hair, but not have either. Why? You can change how your genes behave with diet. Why? You can have a gene or several genes that suggest you have a high risk for xyz, but you never get xyz. Why? They really do not know enough about genes to even begin to think about altering genes to cure any disease.
And, Jon, like you illustrated in your story about the poisoned rain, disease can be manufactured. So now we have manufactured diseases with genes identified for those diseases (because there are so many genes yet to be identified, they can take their pick.).
I can see the researchers hard at work:
“Hey Bob, 60 percent of the study participants with xyz have this gene. Do you think that’s what this gene does?”
“Yeah, Charley, nice catch. Let’s call it the xyz gene and include that in our next research paper.”
It’s highly unlikely that genes have anything to do with disease. Nothing at all. Even if genetic findings would be consistent, then it’s more likely that the disease causes the gene mutation than the other way around. For who says that genes are stable? Maybe your genome changes all the time. But once you have been “tested positive” for a certain disease nobody ever checks again if maybe at once you might be negative.
Genetics is chockful fantasies, assumptions and wishful thinking. I’m still waiting for the first piece of science in there.
“For who says that genes are stable?”
#StableGene-ius
😀 Sorry, I couldn’t resist.
As for the post, thanks for the warning. Just another reason to not let the “vampires” take your blood so they can enter it into the “Sorcerers of Science” database. It may come back to bite you when they want someone on which to “experiment.”
Jon
You know my thoughts about the whole genetics scam (i.e. until you can see and influence the quantum layer, you do not “control” genes and only when you “control genes” do you realise, ultimately, “God” – if you will, controls genes), but you make some excellent points here.
What is dis-ease?
Why are any placebos effective “cures”?
It’s all about causes, triggers and mind.
Best
OT
Why would you want to “cure” sickle cell when being heterozygous confers an advantage if you live in a region with malaria? so many unintended consequences for gene edting.
The way I see it, the purpose of genetic engineering has less to do with improving people’s lives and more to do with accommodating the human body to the planet’s ongoing present and future environmental toxins which are mostly man made by purpose or neglect.
There is little to no evidence that the planet’s water, earth, or air is being improved for human tolerance but rather is being manipulated as is the human body and the plants it feeds on. The human body is only being improved upon through genetic research in order to make it tolerant for its future descendants in the same way the plants it feeds upon are being made resistant to man made toxins while eliminating the need for natural pollination altogether.
We’re working merely to bring the ever more toxic environment into alignment with the resulting toxic human body so that the old way of life (blue sky, real nutrition, and clean water) is replaced with a pale imitation. We’ve reached the point where the body has been allowed to become the problem by no longer being able to resist its environment’s increasing toxicity.
So rather than trying to eliminate the planet’s toxicity the aim is to manipulate the body to accommodate its new and toxic climate/environment. The goal of optimizing present day human health and longevity (lying somewhere between deficiency and toxicity) has been replaced by the cultivation of a whole new species or transhuman. Animals and plants are being allowed to go extinct as mad scientists devoid of conscience and ruled and manipulated by a small group of powerful elites are the order of the day.
