The US government colludes in Mass Deaths by Opioids

Get the truth out and spread it

The major pipeline for trafficking opioid drugs starts with pharmaceutical manufacturers, who are intentionally distributing opioids far beyond any legitimate need.

2 MILLION OPIOID ADDICTS IN THE US.

300,000 DEATHS SINCE THE YEAR 2000 IN THE US.

A significant percentage of this human carnage results from illegal distribution of opioids.

Here is the open secret:

A 2016 LAW SIGNED BY OBAMA SHACKLED THE DEA (DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION) IN ITS EFFORTS TO CRACK DOWN ON BIG PHARMA TRAFFICKERS.

That law is the Ensuring Patient Access and Effective Drug Enforcement Act of 2016, passed by Congress and signed by President Obama on 4/9/16.

And that is the federal government’s role in perpetuating and expanding the opioid crisis.

Honest agents inside the complacent DEA want to have the right to march into a pharmaceutical company headquarters and say, “We know you’re shipping millions of opioid pills to little pharmacies and clinics that, in turn, are selling the pills to street dealers. We’re going to freeze those shipments now, and we’re going to arrest key executives.”

But that 2016 law raises the bar so high on what the DEA can do, the whole law-enforcement effort is hamstrung, throttled, and loaded down with legal complications.

In essence, the US Congress gave drug companies a free pass.

And no one in the Congress is admitting it or talking about it.

The Washington Post, October 15, 2017, “The Drug Industry’s Triumph Over the DEA”: “In April 2016, at the height of the deadliest drug epidemic in U.S. history, Congress effectively stripped the Drug Enforcement Administration of its most potent weapon against large drug companies suspected of spilling prescription [opioid] narcotics onto the nation’s streets.”

“A handful of members of Congress, allied with the nation’s major drug distributors, prevailed upon the DEA and the Justice Department to agree to a more industry-friendly law, undermining efforts to stanch the flow of pain pills, according to an investigation by The Washington Post and ‘60 Minutes’…”

“The law was the crowning achievement of a multifaceted campaign by the drug industry to weaken aggressive DEA enforcement efforts against drug distribution companies that were supplying corrupt doctors and pharmacists who peddled [opioid] narcotics to the black market. The industry worked behind the scenes with lobbyists and key members of Congress [to pass the 2016 law], pouring more than a million dollars into their election campaigns.”

“For years, some drug distributors were fined for repeatedly ignoring warnings from the DEA to shut down suspicious sales of hundreds of millions of pills, while they racked up billions of dollars in sales.”

“The new [2016] law makes it virtually impossible for the DEA to freeze suspicious narcotic shipments from the companies, according to internal agency and Justice Department documents and an independent assessment by the DEA’s chief administrative law judge in a soon-to-be-published law review article. That powerful tool [freezing opioid shipments] had allowed the agency to immediately prevent drugs from reaching the street.”

“Besides the sponsors and co-sponsors of the bill, few lawmakers knew the true impact the law would have. It sailed through Congress and was passed by unanimous consent, a parliamentary procedure reserved for bills considered to be noncontroversial. The White House was equally unaware of the bill’s import when President Barack Obama signed it into law, according to interviews with former senior administration officials.”

“Michael Botticelli, who led the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy at the time, said neither [the Department of] Justice nor the DEA objected to the bill, removing a major obstacle to the president’s approval.”

BUT SINCE EVERYONE IS NOW AWARE OF THE LAW’S HORRENDOUS IMPACT, WHY DOESN’T THE CONGRESS REPEAL IT?

The fact that no one is stepping up to the plate with a fast repeal is proof that multiple parts of the federal government are, in fact, tacitly supporting the opioid crisis and its devastating impacts on human life.

“We didn’t know what we were voting on” is, at best, a temporary excuse, until the truth comes to light.

After that, failure to act swiftly amounts to collusion in Death by Opioids.

Former President Obama, the Congress, and officials within the Justice Department and the DEA are all guilty.

Only those who write the laws are allowed to be ignorant of the law. Yeah, that makes sense. Tell me again why I should pay any attention to these slab dab crazy slugs.

Pharmalitarism – is a political concept where the pharma industry recognizes no limits to its authority and strives to regulate every aspect of public and private life wherever feasible.

What does this link have to do with the opiod crisis?? I think you posted to the wrong article.

      • futuret says:

NO I HAVE NOT POSTED WRONG. IT HAS TO DO WITH LIFE AND DEATH MATTERS, IN WHICH SOME ARE ELECTED TO LIVE AND SOME ARE NOT. THE GLOBAL ELITE CABAL HAS CREATED THE OPIOID EPIDEMIC FOR THE MASSES, LIKE THEY HAVE CREATED OTHERS.

        • sundancer55 says:

Well, you probably could have put at least a one sentence explanation in the same post as the link so that myself and others would have at least had a clue. I guess I just didn’t see the connection between safety underground bunkers and the opioid crisis. Silly me.

          • futuret says:

TRUE I SHOULD HAVE PUT A SENTENCE OR TWO, THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTION. NO NOT SILLY YOU, ALL OF US ARE SILLY AT TIMES TOO, THERE ARE TIMES WHEN YOU HAVE PLENTY COMPANY. ALL OF US HAVE SILLY MOMENTS. HAVE A GOOD DAY AND STAY CONSPIRACY, THAT IS THE ONLY REALISTIC WAY TO BE. FROM A STAUNCH CONSPIRACY FREAK, REGARDLESS WHAT ANYONE SAYS.

Vale.

  4. Robert Dotson says:

The USG remains the major illegal drug runner on the planet to this day (one of the reasons we are in Afghanistan, for instance). Nothing changes. The politicized DEA is irrelevant in the “Drug War”. Their main purpose is to prevent the adoption of cannabis as a medicine, enforce the monopoly of Big Pharma, and insure the revenue streams to the Deep State and the corrupt Corporatocracy that runs this insane asylum. “They” do not care about the opioid problem, but simply use it as another excuse for more expansion of the Amerikan Sekurity Staat. The corruption is beyond fixing at this point…

  5. sundancer55 says:

“President Obama, the Congress, and officials within the Justice Department and the DEA are all guilty.”

And no one, then or now, has any intention of stopping it or even slowing it down. They are, in fact, encouraging bigPhRMa to continue doing their worst to the people of america. The lies about vaccines, statins, cholesterol, etc., are only going to be more propagandized than ever so get ready for the onslaught.

  6. Reblogged this on amnesiaclinic and commented:
    Despicable.
Lobby for it to be repealed as fast as possible.

The corruption in the governments knows no bounds.

Amazing what they can get away with. It is time for the people to take back their power and defeat these scumbags.

Here’s something else to think about. I’m a former heroin addict. Black tar was my poison, and I’ve been sober from that since 12/01/99. I was placed on legally prescribed 115 milligrams of methadone which I took for six months, long enough to get, literally off the streets and across the country. Then I went ama off of that. NOW, from first hand experience, the difference between the two, black tar v. methadone, from the daily effects, to long term effects, and kicking, are night and day. One, would’ve taken me 7-10 DAYS to get right/ kick (black tar). Methadone on the other hand TOOK YEARS!!! and had I not gone ama, even longer!!

Cut to when the autopsy report came out for Anna Nicole Smith’s son. It was reported that he died of an accidental methadone overdose. Two stories down from that, on Yahoo! News, was the headline, “Methadone is THE most prescribed PAIN RELIEVER by US MD’s.”. !!!!!!

I’d rant and rave all about it, for years, to no avail. Some elderly folks heard me (that it was a contrived terrorist attack on USA citizens).

Now my current point; druggies like I was, 99.8% of us (those I met in rehabs in my teens, half way houses, $100g a yr behavioral modification schools, the street/gutter), they were all vics of some form of childhood sexual abuse. Which is why I firmly believe childhood sexual abuse is the true gateway to a life of destruction. BUT NOW, NOW with this current synthetic opioid destruction, most of the people I am meeting got hooked BECAUSE THEY TRUSTED THEIR DOCTORS! So, not only are the effects of the drugs different, the ROOT CAUSE of the addiction is different too.

I’m a wellness coach now, aiming to help people get well, as I did, but how do you help people get well, when they will also have to come to the realization that, all their beliefs, what they believed in (the establishment) were a lie?

    It’s crazy.
I’m sorry for the long rant.
    Godbless US all.

    • redneckdavinci says:

Not long at all. I’ve noticed this as well. Any system that uses a more addictive substance to get you off of another is an obvious scam. Yet, people’s eyes just glaze over when you poke them with this little factoid. Ah government, is there no stone left unturned in your quest to screw us over for your profit?

  9. Cj says:

Interesting article. Yes, common sense drug laws need to be created/enforced/etc.
And to one of the commenters above, (solejahway), I too trusted my doctor at one time when he prescribed me 12 high dose Percocet a day and did so for 9 months, then decided one day that I did not need them anymore. The following 4 months were a hell I do not wish to revisit.

Now years later, I find myself afflicted with disease and the results of years of injuries.
What would you (website author) have me do?
I have known pain in the past, but this every minute of every day agony is unlike anything I have ever endured before.
If not opiates then what? Meditation? Bio-feedback? Yoga? Wishful thinking? Insurance does not cover medical marijuana and being on disability I cannot afford it. Although I am not really sure I could afford it anyway at an estimated $600+ dollars a month.
Again, common sense laws/enforcement/etc. do need to be in place and enforced, but in your steamrolling don’t forget people such as myself.

    • Robert Dotson says:

      Thanks, Solejah… Appreciate your post.

    • solejahway says:

I realize it sounds silly, but yes, meditation, or pure/ital laughter, along w cbd would be my suggestion. Try to focus on something other than the pain, the negative.

My husband was diagnosed w ALS (well, all the symptoms of, but, it just doesn’t register on the needle test), in Feb 2013. After a brief period of mourning for himself aka depression (we had just had our baby), this guy is still here, still going strong, with his symptoms totally arrested.

Now, I am not an MD., however, neither he nor I have ever adhered to western med. He ended up going to a neurologist bc he got tired of the cops thinking he was drunk, if he got in or out of a car. So feb ’13 was his last western med app. Now, imo, HAD he gone the western med route, guaranteed he would’ve been given opioids from the get go, had monthly appointments, most likely been given a body wheel chair, and very likely, he wouldn’t have been here annoying the fudge out of me five years later!

His medicine; we laugh, constantly, and, he just gets on, “w it,” does his work (he makes candy), and it’s something he just does not focus on.

Can he walk well? No. He cannot walk unassisted and uses either a cane for the house, or a motorized scooter. It’s difficult for some people to understand him when he speaks, but he’s here. And, I chalk it up to energy. His, mine, the kids. We all just, get on w it. No pity party.

Now, my point on energy. Last week we had a visitor, who had never seen him before. A friend, we’d only known on the phone, and who is around both of our ages – 40’s. I know, without malicious intent, our friend felt bad for my husband. He pitied him, for sure. As his condition was probably far worse than he had expected to find and see, and I know my husband felt it, the sad/pity energy.

The husband, who would never, ever tell me if things are bad with him, had trouble the next couple of days, and said to me, “I’m not feeling too well.” I worried, bc he would never say anything like that, told our 16 yr old, who immediately jumped into teasing him about how, “he’s not sick, just being dramatic, etc.,” which of course made him laugh and he snapped out of it (we know we sound like AH’s to outsiders, bc outsiders/newcomers pity him, but he’s the happiest he’s ever been in his life, and it’s just something those who know and love him get to see and understand, again that’s the energy).

Honestly, maybe you need to be around people who make you laugh. We are all dying, from the second our egg hit that sperm. Or vice versa. IDK, I guess I’m trying to say, the mind plays a huge role. Everything is energy. And how we use it, open up ourselves to it, all play such a huge role in how we feel.

I really don’t feel I’m explaining this well. Certainly not as well as I would like.

    • Robert Dotson says:

Cj… I have hesitated responding to you for a couple of days, as space here is limited and this is not the best venue to begin long discussions, but I am empathetic and sympathetic to your plight and beg you to take control of your own health as much as possible. Get away from mainstream medicine (MSM)! If you suffer a gun shot wound or are hit by a car – go to the emergency room! We are good at battlefield medicine (the only positive benefit from decades of Wars of Empire).
I am an allopathically trained MD of more than 40 years (Bd cert’d Ophthalmologist) and long ago discovered that Western medicine is mainly about disease creation and maintenance. Reductionist and mechanistic, it is centered on Big Pharma “solutions” to “health” that ignore the holistic picture. This is changing somewhat, but I am not sure things will improve in our lifetimes.
95+% (maybe more) of the diseases/conditions that affect us can be improved with proper nutrition and good water, rest, avoiding toxic substances, etc. All of this was finally brought home to me when I worked for several years in cannabis medical clinics in the PNW (sadly, WA State re-criminalized most of the medical area in 2015 to drive people into “recreational” shops where more taxes could be gleaned).
Anyway, at the risk of being tracked down by the medical mafia, I would be glad to send along a handout I used with my patients in the cannabis clinics that has many links that you can use to educate yourself and heal. The body is an amazing organism and can overcome much if properly fed and nourished – and, yes, that includes such things as meditation and “energy”medicine.
BYW, I saws amazing things with addiction and cannabis… It is a “cure” for opioid and even meth addictions… Saw many folks that were able to beat their devils with this plant. It should be available to anyone that wants to grow it (and, was for ten thousand years before the rise of the Amerikan Police State). Period. See if the moderator here will send you my address and I will help where I can. Peace and Hope!

These are both real eye-openers (especially for newbies to this idea) and both are quite long, so if nothing else just watch 1/2 hour here and there when you get time, until you’ve finished watching both. You will be amazed – – – and appalled beyond belief. I can’t urge strongly enough how important it is to watch these and then pass on the links to others you think might benefit from seeing the naked truth and all its horror.
