Herd immunity used for fear and guilt

Herd immunity, pop version, fraud

Hail to the herd! The herd is all!

The concept of herd immunity (protection for the population) is often used by vaccine addicts as a way to push guilt at people who don’t line up their children for shots.

“Your unvaccinated child is a danger to my vaccinated child!”

Excuse me?

Protecting children who are already vaccinated? Really?

Little Jimmy, whose parents have decided not to vaccinate him, will pass diseases on to kids who are already vaccinated? What? Oh, you mean those immunized kids aren’t really safe? Then why did you vaccinate them in the first place?

What actually protects people against disease, or enables them to recover from disease with no lasting ill-effects, is the strength of their immune systems.

If a person has a chronically weak immune system, he will get sick again and again, and it doesn’t matter how many people around him are vaccinated against how many diseases.

The health of populations has everything to do with good nutrition, adequate sanitation, and an absence of toxic elements in the environment.

There are many doctors who know this, but they refuse to speak out, because they know they’ll suffer consequences.

Vaccination, as a propaganda strategy, is used to medicalize the population—to assert that good health is fundamentally a medical matter.

It isn’t.

If tomorrow, two things happened, they would change the face of health in any industrialized country:

One, millions more people buying healthy food and/or growing their own food, in yards; and in inner cities, growing food in community gardens;

And two, the courts delivering justice in the form of billion-dollar fines and long, long prison sentences to corporate employees (including CEOs) for severe and real pollution.

Note: That justice would eliminate GMO crops which rely on toxic pesticide use.

I’m not spinning rainbows. I’m just pointing out that, with these two changes alone, hospitals and clinics and doctors’ offices would empty out, and the medical cartel would finally experience vast comeuppance.

Health and life are not medical functions.

Any science that claims they are medical functions is false science, and the people who make those claims are liars or morons or criminals, or some combination of all three.

“The combined death rate from scarlet fever, diphtheria, whooping cough and measles among children up to fifteen shows that nearly 90 percent of the total decline in mortality between 1860 and 1965 had occurred before the introduction of antibiotics and widespread immunization. In part, this recession may be attributed to improved housing and to a decrease in the virulence of micro-organisms, but by far the most important factor was a higher host-resistance due to better nutrition.” (Ivan Illich, Medical Nemesis, Bantam Books, 1977)

Host resistance=strong immune system.

Go to any poverty-stricken Third World country, and you will find: contaminated water supplies, starvation, lack of basic sanitation, over- crowded living conditions, stolen farm land—and large vaccine programs. The outcome? Chronic illness.

It doesn’t matter which disease labels are placed on this illness; it persists. And it will persist until these factors are remedied.

Take a wealthy community like Beverly Hills. How many doctors would dare tell a parent, “Look, your child needs fresh air, sunlight, exercise, and he needs to stop eating junk food and playing video games ten hours a day. Until that happens, there’s nothing anyone can do for him.”

A doctor insisting on non-medical solutions? Forget it.

The basic elements that promote a healthy and strong immune system undercut vaccination and other medical interventions. People can rail against that fact; they can attack it; but they can’t change it.

Naturally strong immune system=you don’t get sick, or if you do, you recover without lasting ill-effects.

Weak immune system=you get sick from many possible causes.

So, soccer moms, try applying a little common sense and intelligence to the situation. What should you be doing to strengthen your child’s immune system, and why are you so worried that unvaccinated kids are a danger to your vaccinated child, if he is protected? Face it, you’re acting as a dupe for the gigantic socialization strategy called vaccination.

THANK YOU, JON. In this mad world of disinformation, speaking the truth is often a dangerous venture. You are brave, you are sane, and I LOVE you.

I’ve tried having the “herd immunity” conversation with vaccine believers and it’s almost hopeless. Here’s the only story I’ve found that seems to make a dent in their shell. I say that it’s a well-known and sometimes required practice that Americans be given vaccines before traveling overseas. Some countries require proof of yellow fever vaccine and the other heavily suggested vaccines are typhoid, Hepatitis A & B and rabies.

These vaccines are expected to protect you, as one of the few vaccinated, when you travel among large populations of un-vaccinated people. They have never been expected to work on a “herd immunity” principle. So why do our American childhood vaccines not work if one kid brings measles into a classroom? Why do some vaccines supposedly stand up to an entire country of potentially infected people but other vaccines can’t withstand one sick kid out of an entire school?

This is what comes from being old enough to remember when vaccines first were available for measles, mumps, rubella and much later, chickenpox. Some kids got sick, some kids got vaccinated and didn’t get sick and with chickenpox, some got vaccinated and still got sick. Our vaccines, if they ever worked, certainly don’t anymore.

My old family doctor said it was a mistake to make the MMR vaccine because it was too many things to vaccinate against at once and he didn’t believe the science behind it. He continued, on request, to give those vaccines as separate until he could no longer get the product. But he would never give the MMR.

“These vaccines are expected to protect you, as one of the few vaccinated, when you travel among large populations of un-vaccinated people.”

Excellent angle. I will try out next time on a “herd immuner”.

    • jamescurtisking says:

Even though one may still get sick, doesn’t the vaccine lessen the severity of the sickness?

      • The story that a vaccinated person won’t get as sick dates from Edward Jenner and his smallpox vaccine. When his own, vaccinated, son got smallpox Jenner had a PR problem. So he quickly invented the story that “it was good that the boy had been vaccinated, for else it would have been a lot worse”. That wasn’t based on anything, but somehow the story stuck. It didn’t make sense then and it still doesn’t make any sense. Vaccines work or don’t work (they don’t). They cannot work a bit. Immunity doesn’t come in parts.

If a woman is taking the pill, and yet gets pregnant, does it make her less pregnant?

    • punter says:

skedaddle, your response is a good one but it is a little too strong in the detail.

A far more effective response to herd immunity is this:

“If babies and the immune compromised are jeopardised by perfectly healthy unvaccinated children then clearly they should never be allowed anywhere near *actual* sick people in hospitals and doctors’ offices”.

This works on several levels – most importantly it shows your opponent to be a hypocrite but it also undermines the authority of doctors.

      • Nobody says:

Very good point. Pharmaceutical companies are bought and doctors are sold. Did you know these sell-outs get a bonus check if they can administer the full vaccine schedule to their patient by the age of two; provided, 62% of their patients participate? They dont care about the welfare of your kids, they just want to send their own kid to private school at the expense of cooking the spirit of our childrens’ natural inbound immunity! Don’t sign the waiver! Don’t drink the Kool-ade…

  3. ThePoliticalPort says:

Herd immunity was only studied in non-vaccinated populations. So the claim the pro-vaccine community often claims that vaccinated are carrying the weight for the unvaccinated and “saving” them via “herd immunity” is absurd.

  4. Greg C. says:

Take vitamin D to prevent the flu. Lack of vitamin D in the darker winter months is why we have a flu season. Google it – I mean, alt-search engine it.

    • Sue says:

Yes, get enough D, and all the vitamins. Most people are not aware that in the proper doses, Vitamin C kills viruses AND bacteria. It has been used successfully in curing paralytic polio, and also, when administered to those who have been diagnosed with pertussis, when given early enough, wipes out the illness before that wretched “whooping” cough can even occur.

      http://www.doctoryourself.com/levy.html

      • Greg C. says:

Right, and did you know that:

The RDA of vitamin D is a uselessly low dose for most people?
Vitamin D is actually a hormone, and we have receptors throughout our body for it?
We make our own vitamin D through exposure to sunshine?

        • Sue says:

Yes, and yet I don’t get out in the sun nearly enough anymore. I supplement with extra D.

          • Laura says:

Me too, Sue. There’s a vegan D3 from lichen now, I get it, as D3 is supposed to be superior to D2. It might be placebo effect, but I feel even healthier now.

  5. Tim says:

Ace! Jon hits the bull’s eye. Direct hit.

Another cause of immune suppression is radiation. Including x-rays and CT scans. Just been reading a paper on increased use of medical imaging. => leading to chronic immune suppression. In other words, x-ray and CT scan induced AIDS. by the medical ‘health’ system. Orwellian.

    • Michael says:

Immune suppression is everywhere, did you know those fancy low wattage mercury vapor curly lightbulbs, suppress your immune system. An absence of full spectrum light, in the bulb. too much blue light…

Benadryl and Allegra; products used to give reliefs from allergies; itching, watery eyes, skin itch, sneezing running nose. Are immune suppressors.
Usually these and products like them are taken to relieve from pollen allergies and the like…what I have noticed is that allergies caused by pollens in early spring and summmer have become more prevalent since I was a child, because of such toxics that we spray on our gardens and farms. Genetically modifying flower and plants.

Pesticides, herbicides and all the myriad of toxic solutions used from bloom enhancing to spray feeding; here in farm country were Round-up is used as a crop dessicant. Yes a crop dessicant, an induced harvest. The dust at the harvst here were I live causes many to become sick. Respitory problems skyrocket her at that time. I have a friend who cannot go outside; the effect will put him in the hospital.

Benadryl and Allegra over the counter drugs used to suppress the immune system, specifically the histamine response of cells which sense injury, inflammatory reactions, and allergy.
A runny nose is a sign your nasal passages are effected, so….flush them.

Using a simply netti-pot to flush the nasal passages is much more effective, in the case of pollen allergies.

Chemicals, drugs will suppress the immune system to a greater sense and for a more prolonged period. Quite like killing a mosquito with a hand grenade.
While you suppress the histamine response other things are walking in through that open door.

Benadryl and Allegra interfer with the mast cells, and the contriction of blood vessals. They suppress histamine production.
To suppress the body’s immune system healing itself, as the cure for an allergy or invader is totally absurb.
I think people don’t realise what they put in themselves, things bought over the counter at a pharmacy.

  6. Rastafari says:

Thank you Jon for your hard work.
You’re making alot of us think.
    Bless you.

  7. The theory of herd immunity was once developed to predict when the next outbreak would happen. It was never meant to protect people from getting diseases. The theory didn’t work, because it was based on the wrong assumption. The assumption being that immunity exists, which is not true. Ask around and you will be surprised how many people had e.g. measles or chickenpox multiple times. I had whooping cough three times in 12 months last year. In the absence of immunity the whole vaccine story falls apart immediately.

And of course many people will insist everyone needs to get vaccinated to protect the few people with poor immune systems, who cannot be vaccinated. Another highly flawed theory. Doctors love to tell us that vaccines strenghten the immune system. Wouldn’t that mean that the immunocompromised should get twice as many vaccines? It would be good for them. You can’t have your cake and eat it, but the vaccine discussion has never bothered about facts. It’s all about creating fear and getting emotions involved. And that’s exactly the reason why you cannot explain the facts to those with very strong beliefs in vaccines. You cannot reason against emotions and beliefs.

Great addition to the VaxFraud library! Thanks.

  9. Excellent. Thank you, Jon.When I had my child I refused to have him vaccinated. Now it is much more difficult as the pressure is huge and there are financial consequences in Australia. Kudos to all those who have the courage to refuse them.

  10. desireerover says:

Today the expression ‘herd immunity is used/abused to mean vaccination coverage…
The term herd immunity was used by AW Hedrich in his study of measles (1933).

    http://www.vaccineriskawareness.com/The-Herd-Immunity-Theory-Treating-Our-Children-Like-Cattle
The herd immunity theory was originally coined in 1933 by a researcher called Hedrich. He had been studying measles patterns in the US between 1900-1931 (years before any vaccine was ever invented for measles) and he observed that epidemics of the illness only occurred when less than 68% of children had developed a natural immunity to it. This was based upon the principle that children build their own immunity after suffering with or being exposed to the disease. So the herd immunity theory was, in fact, about natural disease processes and nothing to do with vaccination. If 68% of the population were allowed to build their own natural defences, there would be no raging epidemic.

    • PJ London says:

      Fantastic science!
If more than 68% of a population is immune, then you do not have an epidemic.
Epidemic – where more than 33% of a population contracts a disease.
And they get paid for this.

  13. Nobody says:

Well stated! My unvaccinated son has never been seriously ill, just a runny nose or seasonal cold that didnt last more than a few days. He did have several ear infections which he recovered from via ten days of anti biotics. I see so many children today that are underweight and seem to have stunted growth because they are allergic to so many foods; and, they also become neurologically damaged from toxic adjuvants contained in vaccines ie -mercury and thimerosal. My unvaccinated three year old is practically four feet tall and 50lbs. He is as strong as a tank engine. Vaccines contradict the Nuremburg code and these drs who are sold out are breaking the Hippocratic oath they took to protect their patients. Talk about terrorism when third partying buys pharmaceutical in order to administrate a sick society. How much does it cost to cover one sick person over the course of his or her lifetime? I would reckon its more than a $250,000 settlement reward from a blind jury.

  14. Laura says:

Great article, and it took some courage; the venom and ridicule directed at anyone opposed to vaccines is unbelievable. I do believe you can handle it though, Jon.
People also like to ignore the virus mutations and worsening of these diseases due to vaccine “immunity.” It’s the vaccinated who are the real danger to the “herd,” as shown by recent measles, pertussis and mumps outbreaks being mostly spread by the vaccinated to the vaccinated. But then people come out with, “well, they were under-vaccinated,” and they call for MORE vaccine doses and boosters. Total insanity.
