Another devastating revelation on killer medical drugs is buried

Another devastating revelation on killer medical drugs is buried

by Jon Rappoport

March 5, 2017

Every once in a while, an analysis that explodes confidence in the medical system surfaces.

It might appear as a newspaper article, or a review published in a medical journal.

Its fate is always the same. It sinks like a stone in a dark lake. As if it never happened.

Months or years later, people who read the original article begin to doubt their own memory. “Did I really read that? If I had, surely other articles would have been written. There would have been uproar…”

No. It’s par for the press to bury uncomfortable stories and give them a quick death. It’s another form of censorship.

For example:

The citation is: BMJ June 7, 2012 (BMJ 2012;344:e3989) “Anticoagulants cause the most serious adverse events, finds US analysis.” Author, Jeanne Lenzer.

Lenzer refers to a report by the Institute for Safe Medication Practices: “It calculated that in 2011 prescription drugs were associated with two to four million people in the US experiencing ‘serious, disabling, or fatal injuries, including 128,000 deaths.’”

The report called this “one of the most significant perils to humans resulting from human activity.”

And here is the final dagger. The report was compiled by outside researchers who went into the FDA’s own database of “serious adverse [medical-drug] events.”

Therefore, to say the FDA isn’t aware of this finding would be absurd. The FDA knows. The FDA knows and it isn’t saying anything about it, because THE FDA CERTIFIES, AS SAFE AND EFFECTIVE, ALL THE DRUGS THAT ARE ROUTINELY MAIMING AND KILLING AMERICANS.

And here is another “stone that sank in the lake” I just came across. This one is from the June 27th, 2014, issue of the Harvard Safra Center for Ethics newsletter, by Donald Light, “New Prescription Drugs: A Major Health Risk With Few Offsetting Advantages”:

“Few know that systematic reviews of hospital charts found that even properly prescribed drugs (aside from misprescribing, overdosing, or self-prescribing) cause about 1.9 million hospitalizations a year. Another 840,000 hospitalized patients are given drugs that cause serious adverse reactions for a total of 2.74 million serious adverse drug reactions. About 128,000 people die [per year] from drugs prescribed to them. This makes prescription drugs a major health risk, ranking 4th with stroke as a leading cause of death. The European Commission estimates that adverse reactions from prescription drugs cause 200,000 deaths; so together, about 328,000 patients in the U.S. and Europe die from prescription drugs each year. The FDA does not acknowledge these facts and instead gathers a small fraction of the cases.”

Any sane person would expect a massive reaction to these stories. Congressional probes, court cases, arrests and prosecutions of FDA officials and pharmaceutical executives and researchers, mass firings of editors at medical journals who publish studies praising the killer drugs.

But no. It doesn’t happen.

Essentially, these criminals are left alone, and they continue in their work. They’re like war criminals who have let off the hook for their crimes against humanity.

And these days, the elite media outlets who are crowing about “fake news” are not put under the spotlight for their decades of inattention to medical murder.

In their silence, they enable medical murder.

I was prescribed lipitor for 5 years. I started at 10mg and ended at 80mg. I began getting migraines within weeks of taking it. My dr prescribed a migraine med and also had hypothyroidism from the lipitor and was prescribed another drug for that. One night I wound up in the ER with a headache so bad I kept vomiting and the ER dr thought I was having a stroke. Not long after that I just stopped all meds. About a month later I went in for my 6 month checkup and told the dr I had stopped the drugs and the headaches had subsided. She said ” I never would have guessed it was the lipitor” Needless to say that was the last time I went to her. It has been 7 years and I only get a headache now when there’s a significant pressure change in the weather.

    • voza0db says:

Why did you start taking that shit lipitor?

I would stop going to dentists who promote fluoride as well.

After having a complete workup by a Cardiologist he found that my cholesterol was a bit too high and tried to get me to take a RX for a statin drug which I refused. Then he came up to me while I was checking out and buddied up to me saying “what would it take for me to get you to take this drug?” I told him it was a myth and I refused on that basis. Then he said it was a myth that statins weren’t good for ppl. Hard for me to believe but I just thought of him as a drug pusher and no telling how much $$$ he would make of my RX…LOL

    • RealDealTruther says:

Good for you Mary for taking back your life. Hope you were able to taper off the meds – so dangerous to just do it cold turkey. I lost a nephew to suicide because of the horrors he experienced on meds – 2 of which were not meant for teens/young adults. He documented his horrors which the family only came across after his suicide.

Our medicine needs to come from healthy foods, great diet/exercise and continually detoxing from all the chemicals we are bombarded with. Love your success Mary.

Most people’s minds go numb whenever the discussion turns to health care, as if we were talking about the price of cabbage in Zanzibar. So we need some kind of comparison. How many people is 1.9 million? Per year? That’s over 5200 per day hospitalized because they properly took their medication. Wow! Did I mention per day? It’s like they ring up your prescription, and the clerk hands you your receipt, and says, “You’ve been selected to participate in our survey. Take your pills, and each day 5200 winners will be announced. The winners will become so ill that they will need to go the hospital.”

Hospitals are like refugee centers – both are part of a system that creates its own supply of desperate and helpless people.

      @ Greg C.

Don’t let the doctors off the hook on this either. Doctors are merely aggressive pill pushers for the pharmaceutical industry. And therein lies the problem; people are so trustworthy of the system, and doctors have become masters of manipulation by controlling the person’s decision making when it comes to medical drugs & vaccines.

The general atmosphere presented by doctors now is that we are not capable of making our own medical decisions because we don’t have the educational background that they have. We’re expected to be obedient and dare not question whether a drug or vaccine’s risks outweigh it’s benefit. Many doctors simply respond with “trust me…this is one of the safest medication (or vaccine) on the planet.” And yet many of these drugs are drowning in industry-funded safety studies, with some even buried during the clinical trials. And sadly, some doctors are becoming very imperious with the “my way or highway” attitude when it comes to patients declining to take a certain drug or refusing vaccines.

The whole healthcare (i.e., “sickcare”) system is a joke…how can we take M.D.s seriously when they work for a system that is now the 3rd leading cause of death in the U.S. ????.

After 2 days of sleeping around the clock and only able to drink 2 glasses of water that whole time I ended up taken by ambulance to the hosp. I had extremely high blood pressure. While in the ER of 8 hours I kept asking for water saying I felt like I was very dehydrated. They would bring me an 8 ounce cup of water.occasionally and started pumping me with pills and shots. I told them I felt like I was dehydrated and didn’t want any diuretics (per Dr F. Batmanghelidj, MD) “YOU’RE NOT SICK, YOU’RE THIRSTY” After giving me 2 Hydrothiazidechloride shots (sp?) And 4 days in the hosp begging for water I refused the next shot and all hell broke loose “you have to have this blah blah…still I refused. The whole time I was in the hosp I kept thinking about an article I read in Nexus magazine DEATH BY MEDICINE (Sept-Oct 2004) and another article “DEATH BY DOCTORING (Nov-Dec 2002) It’s my life not theirs and I need to stand up for Virginia right now no matter what. Well, they told me I could go home! Wow, alive. Guess what? My blood pressure in normal and it was well over 200 in the hosp even with their medications. I am so happy to be alive. Thanks for listening

So right! I like how Max Keiser described hospitals as “farms” for the medical and pharmaceutical mafias…..

Regarding sanity or insanity and Jon’s statement “Any sane person would expect a massive reaction to these stories.”

Years ago in a scholarly article on the vast medical harm the author asked, “What Does A Health-Oriented, Reasonable, Humane Culture Focus On Eliminating? – A Serial Killer Who Murders A Handful Of People A Year, Or A Serial Killer Who Kills Over A Hundred Thousand People A Year?” (you can find this article if you search for “Health Risks of Dietary Supplements – The Proper Perspective” by Rolf Hefti).

  5. Iatrogenic Illness (illness caused by drugs, doctors and hospitals) is the 3rd largest killer in America. Just think about it.

    • jacobite2015 says:

And with a statistic like that, you’d think people would be running away from the system instead of wanting to be a part of it. And why would any young person want to pursue a career in medicine these days only to become part of a system that is a complete joke. I guess the pay & benefits must be really good to be a pill pusher for the pharmaceutical industry.

And reference medical errors now the 3rd leading cause of death in the U.S., Dr. Makary of Johns Hopkins has new data pushing the number to over 250,000 annual deaths!!! ????

      https://hub.jhu.edu/2016/05/03/medical-errors-third-leading-cause-of-death/

The U.S. Healthcare system = Medical System Madness!

  6. Shocking. Thank you for reminding us. This is horrendous.

  7. Paul Fassa says:

The media complicity is amazing – they’ve gotta keep their careers with media outlets whose few owners have vested Big Pharma financial interests in more ways than one.

  8. IMNAHA says:

This program is such a cold blooded win win for our Corpgov. Both the Corpgov and institutions are heavily invested in the Pharma/a Medical system through pension funds and other vehicles and of course they also pay out on pensions and Social Security benefits.

If I can sell you a prescription (profit) that sends you to a hospital (profit) and it eventually kills you, removing you from the pension rolls, (profit). So by making you sick or dead the system profits. If you are kept healthy and live a long life and have a long retirement, the system loses. Most people seem to be are operating under the false premise that people (especially retired people)are worth more to the system alive than dead. Wrong premise…

  9. judgingjudi says:

Jon. I wrote the FDA, sent pictures of the lesion underneath my tongue that happened to me after I was forced to place OLanzapine underneath my tongue or be injected with it. I told the treating physicians, I had major sensitivities, but they paid no attention to me. My gums began to bleed they paid no attention… I have spent the last year being treated by oral surgeons, dentists, and dental surgeon to restore my tongue, teeth and gums. I have two more appointments left the middle of this month. I have not even had a reply from the FDA and the Human rights Commission, who I also filed a memorandum of misunderstanding. They closed the file. I am hoping to have a second edition of my book Judging Judi in print before the end of this year.

One of the dentists said “you have been through hell and back”, and I replied. “I don’t think I am back yet.”

Its been going on for years and increasing in intensity as we speak….

  11. skedaddle says:

Based on my experiences with doctors and hospitals, I’d say the numbers of adverse drug reactions and deaths are way, way under-counted. Every bad reaction I or a family member has had to a pharmaceutical drug has been denied by the prescribing doctor or hospital personnel. Every. Single. Time.

I haven’t met anyone yet who has had a doctor take them seriously when they complained about a bad drug reaction, at least not since the 1970s at the latest. When I was very young our family doctor took that stuff seriously and prescribed very limited amounts of any drugs. He also made house calls so that tells you how long ago that was.

I stay away from all that stuff now. It’s not worth the risk and I diagnose and prescribe better for myself than any doctor has in years.

I have chosen to eat better and stay active and at 63 take no medications and I suspect never will. I don’t expect to feel 25 at 63, aging does have it’s problems but I’ll deal with it without poisons.

  12. promotingtulsacom says:

All the medical murders have been covered up for so long. Now so many people are involved in the medical world. So much denial it’s mind bending.

  13. CPP says:

I recently saw Tavis Smiley interview Ralph Nader, and Nader actually mentioned that 250,000 Americans die every year at the hands of the medical system, and cited Johns Hopkins.

Also, in Trump’s address to congress he mentioned that barriers slowing the approval of drugs by the FDA should be taken down so that new drugs can be released more quickly…

    • Sue says:

I do know that Obama signed the 21st Century Act, just before leaving office, allowing the rapid release of drugs without “proper testing.” And what is “proper testing”? Certainly not on animals. Read “Slaughter of The Innocent” if you care to know the truth about that.

I am not a fan of either party. I think both are corrupt. But I had to make a choice, and I think that Trump is more open and revealing of his agenda than Hillary or Obama. The lies going on in that camp are rampant.

  14. RunProgram says:

I have actually talked to people who bragged about how many medications the were taking. It’s somehow become some sort of twisted, sick status symbol. I went the other direction… change my diet, lost lots of weight and now I am off all meds.

In the past, I have had doctors and medications cause serious health problems. Even had a doc tell me I would be on my old blood pressure med for the rest of my life. Needless too say, I don’t go to him anymore. Unless I need help with some sort of trauma, I don’t ever plan to go to a doctor ever again.

To borrow a phrase from Bill the Cat, Thppt, to you medical system!!!!!

  15. Andy from Oz says:

I’m a single 58 year old male. I’ve been drinking beer and smoking canabis (ilegally) habitually every day for nearly 40 of those years. I am addicted to nicotene. A few years ago, my doctor put me on 16mg Candasartin for hypertension which seemed to work. It’s a vessel dialator. It cost me a dollar a day. I stopped using it several months later when I ran out and the pharmacy was closed on a Sunday and then I forgot all about it. He also wanted to put me on a statin which I refused outright. I have osteoarthritis in one shoulder from a childhood injury. I refuse to take pain med’s (because it doesn’t hurt if I don’t use it much besides, opiates make me vomit) I have a BP monitor and took my BP recently. I recorded a reading of 160/100. I stopped using alcohol daily. My blood pressure returned to below 120/80 within ten days! I still smoke. Todays reading was 110/77. I take no pharmacutical medication whatsoever. I don’t use hydrogenated oils (margarine) I eat the crispy fat on lamb loin chops cooked with butter. I eat fruit and veg. I don’t stress. I might die tomorrow anyway but at least I’m not a party to the ‘cradle to grave’ concept of BigPharma and I’ve saved lots of money to buy more lamb loin chops (currently $26/Kg FFS)
A friend of mine takes 21 tablets a day and half of those are to counteract the effects of the other half!
    Just sayin’ 🙂

  16. Sue says:

Thank you, Jon, for always staying on top of the issues, and telling the truth. It is a brave thing to do.

  17. Wow, so many responses to this issue. I’m surprised but very glad. Who thinks after all this time its normal to take 15 prescriptions robbing you of your health and costly to boot. I have seen medication prescribed for depression on someone who drank heavily. That’s contraindicated-just read the labels. I’m a nurse and I do believe in a handful or so of great meds like digitalis, a heart savior, and diabetes meds. Why someone has to be on BP meds for 130 systolic is crazy. My grandfather’s systolic was 170 and he walked everyday, drank his 3 whiskeys a day, sometimes double shots, enjoyed his life and lived to be 93. Not bad. BTW he took care of my grandma too. Everyone needs to get out walking and moving, and quit buying into the pills that will cure everything.

Western medical science is a lying house of cards.
It was monetarily manipulated into position by the Rockefeller, Ford and Carnegie Foundations, starting with the Flexner Report in 1910. This “inventorisation of medical schools” was in reality aimed at eradicating all varieties of healing arts in exchange for the worldwide pharmaceutically based slow kill business model that we suffer from today…
In his book ‘The Drug Story’ Morris A. Bealle shows exactly how all this was done, and for exactly what amount of money which universities sold their souls to the devil…

  19. Deanna Clark says:

My Dad was on Lipitor and got a colon polyp removal. This almost cost his life. The ambulance had to go through a blizzard and get him just before he bled out.
I suspect many deaths are due to such oversights. He said the proctologist didn’t ask…
I’m also wondering about profiteering veterinarians…It’s wonderful when they can save your pet’s life. But be careful with unnecessary surgery. Would you want to be cut up and metal put in a simple sprained ankle when rest on the sofa would heal it? Doctors are great when they stick to what their good for…then shut up and let you alone.
