To genuine black leaders: what works and what doesn’t work

There are some hard facts.

Your greatest victory would be ridding your inner city neighborhoods of major gangs.

They are holding back your communities from any hope of gaining a secure economic foothold in society.

To accomplish this awesome task, you need help. Think about how the New York mafia stranglehold was broken. It took the passage of a federal RICO law; and then the use of that law to prosecute and convict significant numbers of mafia members and leaders, for running “continuing criminal enterprises.”

If you want to stage meaningful efforts, there you have it. You want RICO applied to major gangs in American cities. And you want it now.

Of course, you’ll have to give up the strategy of blaming the police as an overall strategy for explaining your troubles.

Every ethnic and religious group in the history of the world has two common denominators. A story about oppression, and a desire to gain a firm economic foothold in society.

Every oppression story contains truth, and it’s also embellished, in the sense that it’s sold long after its most violent period is past. The story can be useful at times, but it doesn’t carry the necessary freight to accomplish economic goals. Far from it. It can have negative blowback. It can turn into widespread “blame the oppressor”* as a device to force economic progress. Which, at the root, is counter-productive. It doesn’t work.

You have more pressing problems. Gangs. Drugs. Black-on-black crime. Absent fathers. Too many people living on welfare—which was designed as a palliative to pacify and hold down the population. It has worked far too well.

Forget about tapping government money as a main source for boot-strapping your communities into long-term economic prosperity. Ditto for charity doled out by the rich. These sources don’t make a black economy succeed, long-term. In the end, they drain money and resources away from that struggling economy.

Here’s a recent report you should be interested in. During the COVID lockdowns, 440,000 black-owned American businesses have shut their doors, and most of them won’t come back. That’s a missile attack aimed at the heart of progress. Consider the blood, sweat, and tears the business owners have poured into keeping their enterprises alive for years and years. And it’s all going up in smoke now.

On a related note, those black groups who are dead set on promoting socialism (or outright anarchy) as an economic solution are not your friends. Find out where their funding is coming from. Take a deep dive into the background and activity and agenda of George Soros.

Do you really think Black Lives Matter and ANTIFA have a clue, or care, about black economic prosperity? They’re running your future into the ground.

If you don’t want widespread black economic prosperity—via free enterprise—you’re going against the history of how every ethnic and religious group has achieved stability.

Once an ethnic group gains a strong and permanent economic foothold, other benefits follow. For example, relations with police automatically improve. And where they don’t, you could exert the kind of effective pressure that deals from a position of strength.

Teaching the young to “stand up for their values” turns into an empty suit in about five minutes, unless there is a pathway to some kind of economic prosperity. It becomes “blame the oppressor,” which is ultimately a dead end.

Where pro athletes are going with their protests will not be productive. They kept their mouths shut when NBA relations with China suddenly wobbled. They protected their shoe contracts, and turned a blind eye to what are euphemistically called “human rights abuses” in the People’s Republic. And now, they want…what? They know they collectively have the power to destroy their leagues, but is that an advantage?

If these athletes re-routed the money they give to “black community improvement,” and instead, with competent advice, and with major discipline, invested in black-business start-ups, and existing black businesses that have a chance of success, the whole framework of progress would be shifted.

Face it, the athletes are getting incompetent advice. And, in the pomp and circumstance of “social justice,” they’re being enabled by white liberals, who don’t really care about authentic black progress at all. Malcom X figured this out 60 years ago. The forgetting that then set in was no accident. The so-called liberal establishment is morally bankrupt. The men behind the curtain who control the establishment are intent on using the black community to sow chaos and destruction across the landscape, and lead the nation into a new normal that no one in his right mind wants. That is its own story for another time.

I will say this. The current defamation campaign and assault against capitalism and free enterprise will have no greater negative impact anywhere than in the black community. It will undermine every effort launched toward finding a better life. So why are black groups leading that campaign? Obviously, somebody wants destruction.

Meanwhile, if you have an open channel to LeBron James, ask him when he’s going to demand immediate RICO prosecution of inner-city gangs…

Once he recovers from the shock of the question, tell him a winning RICO case would earn him the championship ring of a lifetime.

*Instead of “blame the oppressor,” first engage in “find the most serious oppressions.” Then find the oppressors, expose them, and demand change. I’m talking, for starters, about environmental toxicity in black (and Latino) communities. See, for example: Center for American Progress, “5 Things to Know About Communities of Color and Environmental Justice,” April 25, 2016.

  1. This is far easy for you! Are you still painting? I hope so…

  2. Dallas Riley says:

You sir are a brilliant man when discussing the Government coverup of the fake virus, but in race relations, you really seems to be naive. Gangs and drugs in the inner city are a put their by the same powers that have promoted the fake virus. It is total propaganda that Black people even have a community of their own here in America. Those places are called hoods, not neighborhoods and anyone with any sense and resources leave as soon as they are able. Those hoods have been purposely made by policies of the government and enforce with police as an occupying force. They also benefit from the the racial propaganda they have taught in Americans school and learning institutions for centuries now. The only way you can speak about the needs of Black poeple is to have a genuine conversation with them instead of continuing the same lies about gangs and drugs in the ghetto. It is the plan of the US government to destroy the Black power movement from the 60’s with agent provocateurs infiltration Black organizations and killing of jailing Black leaders without any protest from white liberals

    • atom says:

Are you suggesting that gangs are run by government agents? Are blacks not in reality committing the bulk of gang violence and drug dealing in American inner cities? You talk as if you are better informed than Jon on this issue, so what is the main problem blacks face today? Do you consider it government policies or perhaps their destructive, degenerate culture?

      • JJ says:

In a nutshell, these are the ideas of the shadow government enforced by their marrionettes in the govt. They use the destructive and degenerate culture of blacks to wipe the white race off the planet.

      • hayden says:

the war on drugs governments are tied up big time with Drug cartels.
yes governments the Clintons were involved in trafficking cocaine from south america they are involved also opium from Afghanistan CIA involvement etc

and yes governments are involved with gangs this is how they make big money through there lower minion gang leader affiliates to fund there black government operations, and to also keep natural drugs under evil banner while they also sell there Pharma drugs.

Not all gangs are though, some gangs have started up to fight back against governments.

divide and conquer and the biggest Gang of all is the Governments political class itself.

    • JJ says:

True. Now it’s time to ask a question who exacrly pays Antifa and BLM to wreak havoc in the US? Who owns the media that flames raging anti-white hatered in blacks? Who is behind a torrent of unchecked migration that turns cities into dumps?

      • Piksil says:

        JJ:

Foundations. I read an article probably a couple of months ago that listed the Ford Foundation and Soros’ Open Society Foundation as the largest $$ donors to the BLM parent organizations (among other foundations, including Kellogg and Ben and Jerry’s Foundations).

        Well funded.

    • BoogeymanSlayer says:

I think Jon addressed the issue regarding Soros, but I do agree that there has been a concerted effort to undermine the education system, the family unit, and much, much more. It’s time to abolish the Department of Education because it has no place in the Federal Government. They have been giving students more power than the teachers, setting up dangerous situations in some school systems to encourage academic failure and a lack of respect for themselves and the teachers. They have revised history, taught junk science, dumbed down mathematics, taught deviant sex, etc. Some school systems cannot retain teachers because of the dangerous classroom situations. And the school systems and the government have created this. This is not by accident.

The Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto has clearly laid out their plans to destroy societies, and the family, education, private property, religion, and much more are on their hit list. The MSM has worked overtime to spread disinformation to the public that encourages a breakdown in society AND it uses tax dollars to fund the destruction. Blacks seemingly have been targeted by the system to be encouraged to victimize the teachers. They lose out on education and the opportunity to have a more successful livelihood. But communism is merely a strategy to accomplish their end goal, which is total control by way of technology.

Lest you think that propaganda doesn’t work, look around and see the face diapers. Every time one enters a big box store they are innundated with repetitive messages about social distancing, visiting cash registers with plexiglass screens, encouraging the use of hand sanitizer, wearing of masks, etc. They do this because it works. Propaganda is applied to everyone. If you hear the MSM repeating the same messages over and over, it’s a certain red flag that they are deceiving and manipulating people into giving up their minds and their rights. A lie, repeated often enough, will be believed as the truth. And it is proven that to be more successful, deceive with a big lie rather than a small one. I believe the “virus” is a big lie. The invisible enemy. The deceived have absolutely no ability to prove that it exists. They have to accept the propaganda as fact, which is remarkably like how religions work.

    • BoogeymanSlayer says:

I wear a lanyard that holds a card saying I am mask exempt and I have been admitted to businesses that require everyone else to wear masks. I use my rights. Others choose to lose theirs. They diaper their faces and cringe from other humans. We need more people to stop believing in boogeymen and start using their inherent rights, or we will ALL lose that ability to choose. That “choice” is fast approaching. I have bought numerous lanyards to hand out to anyone who will use them. They can be acquired through https://www.citizensforfreespeech.org/donate4

George Soros, Bill Gates, and other globalists who intend to control who lives and dies, who can buy or sell, travel, leave their homes, etc. donate some of their money to foundations and fake “charities” that are fronts for their agendas. They get funded by taxpayers through manipulation and lies, and while it seems that they are spending their money, it is simply hidden how they receive government grants, donations, and other funds via their complex system of deceit. They know how to work the system and they have the technological capabilities to ruin us. Look up CrowdTangle. These people do NOT care about black people, or any one other than themselves. They will throw humanity under the bus for a buck in their own pockets. They will happily fund our demise in the form of injections marketed as “vaccines” that are “good for us” yet are intended to damage our DNA forever and take over our minds and bodies as if we somehow personally belonged to these tyrants to be their lifelong property and cash cows. They are nothing but parasites. Tapeworms.

I agree that there has been an concerted effort to destroy society, I am aware that it is done to create conflict between groups so that people can be become distrustful and fearful of others groups. Fear is the most valuable ingredient in a hostile takeover of any society. The Burn, Loot, and Murder movement is not a tax-exempt charity. They are businesses that have been set up to funnel money to the Democrats and thugs like Soros to fund the destruction of the entire country. The strategy is to balkanize the countries into fragments, and destroy the ability for local governments to fund any services they need to function normally. This black/white issue is part of a hostile takeover of our societies. While we bicker, the tyrants are working overtime to plunder our wealth and plan our demise. It’s a giant transference of wealth scheme from us to the tyrants, and while we are bickering and fighting, they are plundering.

All types of people are capable of being socially and financially successful. Black people are told they are victims and that message in drilled into society. They are made to seem like they are less capable than other groups to be successful without a lot of rescuing. It’s nonsense. The current propaganda that promotes victims is clearly dysfunctional. Victim-victimizer-rescuer/enabler are all parts of a dysfunctional system. By playing into the dysfunction, we are keeping those who play victim to look outside for saviors. The saviors will want a piece of the victim, becoming then the victimizer. We will do far better to encourage personal responsibility and STOP giving attention to victims and thereby enabling victims to then victimize the enable/rescuer. Slippery slope.

Jon has identified a solution that worked in the past. These tyrants are running a racket, and Jon’s identification of the RICO solution is laudable. It’s time to focus on solutions instead of cowering in fear over an imaginary virus and of the real possibility that thugs can burn down our businesses and homes. It certainly occurred to me that these tyrants are happy to see businesses burn because few of them will ever restart again, making us weaker and easier for a takeover. I hope that RICO laws or something else will prove to be a solution. Time is of the essence.

    • Max says:

I just had to comment today for the first time, and I completely agree with all that you wrote and I must say that I am rather disappointed at Mr. Rappaport’s take on this issue. It may be due to him being white; white privilege makes it difficult for most so-called white people, if not impossible, to be objective when it comes to such issues, I guess….

      • JJ says:

I don’t think Jon is White but Jewish. And what the so-called “White privilege” (made-up term what means anti-white hatered) has to do with any of that. I am White and I have no piviledges Blacks don’t have.

      • jjtech says:

Oh, actually it’s the other way around. I had a trouble to get a job in certain city because of the “affimative action”. Basically what it is are quotas. Doesn’t matter if I’m more qualified for the job, they HAD to hire a black man. So much about inequality. Against whom? Right now it’s me. And I’m the descendant of the slaves (slavs). It never crossed my mind to ask about the reparations. Never. Ever. Hard work and dedication is all I’ve got. Why can I do this and blacks can’t? Mytery to me. I’ve been working at the DHL warehouse for 8 years, and we’ve all been terrified when they hired a black dude. You know why? Becasue he was 9 times out of 10 completely useless and if the boss told him off, he would say “it’s because I’m black”. And the boss would do nothing out of fear of being called racists. So all I have to say, you have a 3 times better chance of getting a job. All you have to do is actually WORK. Something yhou propably can’t do. So don’t tal to me about the “white priviledge” because you are LYING. YOU ARE A LIER.

    • Victor Alan Pate says:

Thank you for your commentary. I have been very supportive of Jon because of his excellent investigative reporting on the HIV/AIDS Mythology and this fake global pandemic; however, this particular posting has really taken me aback and almost severed my relationship with his efforts. Reading your statement has let me know that I’m not alone in my frustration.
I feel that it’s my duty as a follower of his work to properly respond now that I read your response

  3. Siouxma says:

Interesting idea about using the success of the Feds going after the Italian Mafia using RICO as a legal tactic to deal with the “Big Gangs” warring for power in the cities. Was it an unintended consequence that the Ukraine/Russian Gangs then moved in to take over even more ruthlessly along with the Drug Cartels from South of the Unprotected Border? That’s why nothing changes except the visible Faces- the Status Quo is quite safe in the Permanent Protectors’hands. Free movement of human slaves, drugs, constant war is only going to only expand from the Cities into Suburbia because that is the Plan. Lebron is still somebody’s slave albeit a very rich one.

  4. bleak says:

The organized, funded “BLM” operation was organized before the staged killing of George Floyd. With decades of mind control work in place, the Floyd event complete, gangs of micro Manchurian Candidate “protestors” (black and white) were triggered. They are tranced robotic automatons unable to think for themselves. Much like the masked muffin social distancing robots. Just two of the hundreds of operations working in unison. Who are the organizations capable of this? The Agencies. They were left alone for decades and now we’re in the shit. Those are the gangs that need to be taken out and, yeah, good luck with that. Trump goes through CIA directors like bogus currency and the CIA is completely compartmentalized now. It all goes back to 11/22/1963.

  5. From Elsewhere says:

The fact that some do get away from the hoods is plain obvious, confirming it as a true situation. Rich or above average earning people can be a part of the solution by launching initiatives like Jon says – entrepreneurship, sustainable businesses, valuable individuals for the group – athletes, artists, trainers, teachers, scientists, medics, etc. Destruction is doom, going back 200 years…

  6. Amanda says:

Is BLM the Mask Behind Which the Oligarchs Operate??
    By Mike Whitney

    https://www.unz.com/mwhitney/is-blm-the-mask-behind-which-the-oligarchs-operate/

Here’s your BLM Pop Quiz for the day: What do “Critical Race Theory”, “The 1619 Project”, and Homeland Security’s “White Supremacist” warning tell us about what’s going on in America today?

They point to deeply-embedded racism that shapes the behavior of white people
They suggest that systemic racism cannot be overcome by merely changing attitudes and laws
They alert us to the fact that unresolved issues are pushing the country towards a destructive race war
They indicate that powerful agents — operating from within the state– are inciting racial violence to crush the emerging “populist” majority that elected Trump to office in 2016 and which now represents an existential threat to the globalist plan to transform America into a tyrannical third-world “shithole”.

Which of these four statements best explains what’s going on in America today?

If you chose Number 4, you are right. We are not experiencing a sudden and explosive outbreak of racial violence and mayhem. We are experiencing a thoroughly-planned, insurgency-type operation that involves myriad logistical components including vast, nationwide riots, looting and arson, as well as an extremely impressive ideological campaign. “Critical Race Theory”, “The 1619 Project”, and Homeland Security’s “White Supremacist” warning are as much a part of the Oligarchic war on America as are the burning of our cities and the toppling of our statues. All three, fall under the heading of “ideology”, and all three are being used to shape public attitudes on matters related to our collective identity as “Americans”.

  7. ken says:

    Malcolm X

“The white liberal is the worst enemy to America….”
The worst enemy that the Negro have is this white man that runs around here drooling at the mouth professing to love Negros, and calling himself a liberal, and it is following these white liberals that has perpetuated problems that Negros have. If the Negro wasn’t taken, tricked, or deceived by the white liberal then Negros would get together and solve our own problems.

The first line tell it all….

  8. Kwesi says:

I really wish that white people who have been the de facto and de jure beneficiaries of the system of white supremacy for generations in the USA would just stop giving their worthless, patronizing and useless opinion about what Black people “should” do while living in a system of direct oppression like the USA. If you really want to “help” then the only words that I want to hear come out of your mouths are, “Let’s just go ahead and give the Black descendants of American slavery the reparations that they are owed. Then, we don’t have to hear them complain anymore about the systemic oppression they receive from being the only non-immigrant class in the USA who DIDN’T choose to come to the USA for a better life, and can never be categorized as white or “honorary white” in a system of white supremacy in America. At least then, they can build their own communities and have their own laws, policing, businesses, schools, media, and culture, and won’t be subject to the tyrannical jurisdiction of white controlled institutions like the schools, police departments, courts, etc.”
That’s it. That’s all I want to hear. Because when white people purport to be “helping” Black Americans or offering advice, it is always self-serving to fit the needs and sensibilities of the dominant white society. The REAL needs, desires, and essential wealth and institutions that WE NEED TO OWN AND CONTROL AND PASS DOWN TO OUR CHILDREN are NEVER in the remedies from white people. Only useless criticisms that basically amount to diktats to “Follow our rules!” and “Act like white people with brown skin!” All of these prescriptions belie the fact that we have a totally different history, experience, and destiny than the descendants of whites and other groups who came to the USA to BENEFIT from the system of white supremacy, not to stand in solidarity with our plight. So in short, all of you white people who want to help Black Americans, do us a real favor and start advocating for tangible benefits from the US government in the form of cash reparations to the (fully) Black descendants of American slavery. Do you understand? Come on my dear white allies, LET’S USE OUR IMAGINATION.

    • atom says:

Bugger right off with that reparations bs. America sacrificed half a million men to end slavery. We gave your people trillions in welfare, affirmative action, special community investment funds, all manner of special programs. There’s your reparations, you’re welcome. It’s never enough and it hasn’t helped, only made things worse. If whites gave blacks all their money tomorrow, it would be wasted within a month, squandered on Jordans and Gucci and other hedonistic purchases. There would be very little if any resources to pass down to children.

Sounds like you’re tired of hearing it, but I’ll say it again – this is NOT Mommy Africa. If you want to be successful and be able to pass down resources to your children in America, you SHOULD “act white” (which is a ridiculous thing to say, but generally accurate). From reading your comment, it sounds like you’re doing a good job of acting white and I’d wager you are doing better than most in America. If you honestly think America is such an oppressive country, then, again, bugger right off back to wherever you think you’ll feel less oppressed.

Be honest, you simply resent white people because you are envious of us and you are insecure with who you are. You aren’t owed a damn thing from us. You didn’t suffer as a slave and no white person alive ever owned a slave. This is a shakedown and whites need to wake up to it.

    • HANNAH NYBERG says:

      Dear Kwesi,
Miss the forest for the trees?
      No one owes you anything.
      For historical perspective:
      United Negro College Fund

Affirmative Action: black applicants to EVERYTHING
go to the front of the line; no meritocracy there.

      Demand on all government-initiated documents/applications for “race”(‘human’ doesn’t count)

I leave you to “google” the mind-numbing number of government programs available only to you, the black descendant of black slaves in America.

If you chose not to avail yourself of the above-mentioned programs, that’s on you. If using the “race card” did not “pay enough” out of the vast field of welfare programs available to anyone who desires to exist on/as a victim of the government “plantation”, you didn’t play that very well, and you did not ask those office workers at the welfare office to help you, because that is their only job: to process as many willing victims into the system as possible.

Again, for historical perspective, I call you, and raise you, on the centuries of documented slavery that my ancestors have suffered. WE don’t need to play that silly game, though.

Every other racial/ethnic group that made it to this continent “got it” that the individual, now that he achieved his goal of voting with his feet, had unlimited opportunities to do whatever he wished for his own good, IF he was willing to exert himself. This notion, if you will, even festered in the minds of the Irish, Bohemian, Romani, Macedonian slaves sold into this particular country, because each one knew, in his heart, that the future was his to do with as he saw fit, when, not if, he escaped the slave-holder.

Some of my ancestors, from the above-mentioned ethnicities, did escape, first to the Dixie South (there were Irish and Romani slaves in the 19th century in the northern states of America); then to the then-republic of Texas; and then to the wild lands west of the Missouri River. Then, they sent for the families that were left behind in the Slavic countries of central Europe and the persecuted subjects of the English crown.

I guess the real question is: at what point will you take responsibility for your self and use YOUR IMAGINATION.

Good luck in your quest to own your personal power.

      Respectfully submitted,
      Hannah
