Dear Mr. Trump: here’s something you can do to defend America’s heartland: attack Monsanto

by Jon Rappoport

November 10, 2017

Something is happening in America’s heartland, Mr. Trump, and you don’t know what it is. Or if you do know, apparently you don’t care.

Because Monsanto’s favorite killer pesticide, Roundup, isn’t destroying farmers’ weeds, as promised, the company has gone to a stronger and even more toxic solution: dicamba.

Zero Hedge has the story: “…[dicamba] spray drifts from those liberal herbicide applications began to wipe out the crops of neighboring farmers who didn’t plant Monsanto’s dicamba-resistant seeds.”

“Now, as the Wall Street Journal points out today, after allegedly wiping out millions of acres of farm ground across the Midwest. [With dicamba], Monsanto once again finds itself in a familiar spot: the courtroom.”

Wall St. Journal: “Arkansas has been a flashpoint in the dispute: About 900,000 acres of crops were reported damaged there, more than in any other state.”

Zero Hedge: “…the EPA has reported that farmers in 25 states submitted more than 2,700 claims to state agricultural agencies that neighbors’ dicamba spraying shriveled 3.6 million acres of soybeans. The herbicide is also blamed for damaging other crops, such as cantaloupe and pumpkins.”

MILLIONS OF ACRES OF US FARMLAND DAMAGED AND DESTROYED.

Bill Clinton was a Monsanto man. Obama was a Monsanto man. What about you, Mr. Trump?

During the presidential campaign, you gushed to audiences about making sure the land and soil and air in this country would be pure and beautiful.

Are your Goldman Sachs aides, who are propping up the stock market for you, too strong to resist? Is their mandate to float all corporate boats, no matter what the cost in destruction of the land, to say nothing of human health, too powerful to oppose?

Is your staff somehow keeping you from obtaining knowledge of the crimes of Monsanto?

Is “concern for the environment” the wrong message to send to your base?

Would your weak sister Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, recuse himself from a relentless probe and prosecution of Monsanto?

I suggest a simple tweet to test the waters: “Dear America, do you want me to go after Monsanto?” Watch the reaction.

I guarantee, it’ll be overwhelming.

We’ve known about this death’s head corporation for a long time.

What about you?

To be fair, I’m pretty sure both Bush presidents were Monsanto men too.

  2. Ron Hollis says:

Bill Clinton was a Monsanto man. Obama was a Monsanto man. What about George Bush? He opened the gates for GMOs.

Monsanto and ALL other corporations that make money on poisoning our food, water, soil, and air need to be held accountable for their attack upon the Earth and humanity.

  4. kamalagandt says:

If you go back to the first George H.W. Bush administration, Rumsfeld was a lobbyist for Monsanto I believe….

    • Michael says:

Mitt Romney was just out of Harvard, and joined Bain & Company; his first client was Monsanto.
He got them out PCB’s and industrial chemicals, which was turning into a nightmare for Monsanto.
He legitimized them by getting them into crop genetics and farm chemicals.
      And fucking nearly became president.
      Frat boys…what a world.

      Its friday, cheers

  5. Steve Peterson says:

Rather easy to suggest, Mr. R – but we don’t really want another of our Presidents assassinated, do we? I say no.

Jon, if you wish to advise our government ( and you are as capable in that sector as almost anybody) why not advise our milquetoast legislative and judicial branches to rally behind an executive branch whose mindset is at least pro-American – for the first time in 8 miserably long years. Without the support of the other two branches, it becomes just too easy for THEM to murder another “uncomfortable” president.

I agree with your spirit, but anyone “in the know” about the evil minions of satan which comprise the layer of scum at the top of society (of which david Rockefeller is fortuitously no longer a member) knows exactly what the result of such an attack would be.

Keep up your great work, please!

    Steve

In August of this year when we first read about RNA interference and that no one really knew exactly what other ingredients were in Roundup Ready, and about Dicambra, we wrote to Special Agent James Mercier of the US EPA Criminal Investigation Division in Salt Lake City and asked him why he wasn’t busy prosecuting the EPA for crimes against the people and God and Nature. God holds the men responsible for what happens in this nation, and if he, as a government agent, won’t stand against the crimes committed even of his own agency, then he had better get busy and do so or be held accountable. We asked him for the long-term testing of RNA interference in the letter and he e-mailed us and told us to file a FOIA.

Delamer Duverus wrote him back and explained that the commandment “Thou shall not commit adultery” was not understood in its entirely, because to commit adultery is to introduce something which weakens the whole, which is what Monsanto’s products and GMO seeds do. Of course, our country has adulterated many areas of the world now, like we did when we allowed Bush to drop 320 tonnes of Depleted Uranium on Iraq in Bush’s “Shock and Awe.” The DU has caused mutations of the newborn and cancer.

Delamer Duverus also told him that an advanced civilization lives with complete transparency so that nothing is hidden. Well, we are a long way from there, but this is how we should be living. We all know why everything is hidden from the public in our nation.

We cannot imagine any human allowing companies like Monsanto to shit in our bed, so we must think that Monsanto has the support of much which isn’t human.

We should decorporate that corporation and take away its charter.

This criminal activity must be stopped at all costs. Does anyone out there have the full scoop on Mr. Mike Pompeo’s connection to Monsanto?

  10. brusplace says:

    The depopulation plan in action.

  11. Michael says:

Halogens again..they always go back to the same poisons to cull us; Fluorine, Chlorine, Bromine, Iodine, Astatine. Let ban Halogens, they are all poisons really, except Iodine which must be used carefully and it has to be the right isotope.

And all these are used in soft drinks and water, household cleaning products, clothing, plastics and household needs, crop chemicals, foods and preservatives, pharmaceuticals like antidepressants and new lines of synthetic opiates. The synergy of these compounds and chemicals in everything; of its broad scope of poisoning, disesase, and cancers is unimaginable.

Interesting to note is the unlikelihood of going against the grain here for most farmers, as attempting to kill Goliath with a stone might end in your demise via ricochet; as the product increases growth of plants, so much so they (the plants) quickly outgrow their nutrients and base soil. You need a properly prepared ground for this monster system to work efficiently. You need the proper line of fertilizers. Unless you have their seed which has the specific gene correction for this end result. Your crop will wilt and die.

This chlorine based bastard is easily vaporized, and takes to the air like a fucking seagull; almost seems intentional. The drift is amazing, especially if sprayed by airplane. Well…I think it is intentional.

And then, when you take into regard that the Monsanto Act throws a blanket over any contender who believes in logical litigation; it is going to take some strong-arm methods to tame this government and corporate Frankenstein. The victims crops fail.
The legal loop holes one would find themselves jumping through, as it can’t really, completely, positively, absolutely be convincing all of it being define as a herbicide as it is more of a growth enhancer. Herbicide ‘IS” a specific term, legally. Tricky stuff when you start thinking about from that standpoint.

“Herbicides are classified/grouped in various ways e.g. according to the activity, timing of application, method of application, mechanism of action, chemical family. This gives rise to a considerable level of terminology related to herbicides and their use.” -Wikipedia

This is a designed product, a product of chemical warfare; weaponized Big Agriculture. Many rightly believe that it is there, to coerce farmers, force them into growing the resistant crops, which Monsanto owns the patent on, and, is more than happy to sell you at an inflated reasonable price. While it engages in wearing your down to use their other full line of seeds and chemicals. With the benefits of such Monsanto genetic wonders.

The farmer finds himself in a sort of, Stockholm syndrome.

It is a war of attrition against him. Resistance is futile.

  13. From Quebec says:

I do not think that governments can or should imposed labeling on GMOs products from private companies.

But I do believe that it is the privilege and the power of the private companies who do organic foods, to choose to label them as organics, This is how free markets works. Competition is the name of the game.

You do not want to eat GMOs, then just buy foods labeled Organic.

This problem is so easy to solve.

    • From Quebec says:

But, as far as the killer pesticide, Roundup, destroying farmers’ weeds, there should be a law banning this, because Monsanto it destroying the farms of private owners who want to grow a private company of organic foods.

    • greg says:

What about foods made from non GMO crops that are not organic – GMO free crops that have been sprayed with pesticides? Organic foods usually cost more and are not within a lot of peoples budgets. Organic foods have limited availability. People should be able to but the least bad food that they can, and labeling of GMO foods helps them do that.

      • Abe says:

Excellent point Greg. Round-Up is used as a desiccant (drying agent) on lots of crops including wheat and sugar cane. I also believed Round-Up is behind CWD (Chronic Wasting Disease) when I asked Dr. Don Huber about this and CWD in the upper Midwest several years ago.
He agreed with me, and told me why my suspicions were correct.. Sames true with the blind 5 legged frogs of Henderson MN.

  15. Larry says:

Catherine Austin Fitts (www.solari.com) revealed the template, vis-a-vis the putative “watchdog” role federal agencies are tasked with, when she told her boss at HUD that one of their prime contractors was overcharging them by 500%. Said Fitts to her boss, “We’ve gotta bring this guy in for questioning.”

Her boss – with a look of shock and dismay on her face – looked up at her and replied, “Oh no, we couldn’t do that to one of our CLIENTS!”

Remember now, we’re talking about our hard-earned tax $$$$.

Rather than being watchdogs for the public interest federal agencies are LAPDOGS to powerful corporate interests.

The Official Narrative that politicians have only our best interests at heart has grown embarrassingly threadbare – we have the best politicians that money can buy.

  16. willchester says:

    The correct name is “Soros”.

  17. Abe says:

Trump knows all about GMO’s. I sent his team about 2 solid days of reading research. In fact he even tweeted “to much GMO?” When he came in 2nd in Iowa. It was quickly scrubbed. And now it’s Dicamba ready. I’m sure farmers will switch to this, because it kills round up ready crops. Look for dicamba to be in the new vaccines! When weeds become resistant to Dicamba, Agent Orange (2,4-D) is right around the corner.

  18. brick says:

these “farmers” are factory farmers themselves. no good for biodiversity either.

  19. wkvanes says:

German longitudinal scientific research – a period of more than 30 years – shows that the number of insects has decreased by 75%. Here are not only the “bad” insects but also the good ones for the fertilisation of the plants, such as bees and bumblebees. Also, soil life has also become significantly worse, which again causes a poorer uptake of raw materials by the plants. Companies like Monsanto and Bayer go for short-term profits and forget that many generations of people and animals must live on this planet. In Europe, there is also increasing resistance to these companies.

    Take a look at
    https://phys.org/news/2017-10-three-quarters-total-insect-population-lost.html
    http://www.sciencemag.org/news/2017/10/germany-s-insects-are-disappearing

We are working – as humanity – to die out ourselves!

However, I fear that Mr Trump considered this a fake news.

I think that in the US the number of insects has fallen dramatically. Think about the number of bugs that used to be on your car’s windshield or license plate and how much now.

  20. H. K elly Taylor says:

Monsanto and Roundup are not primarily concerned with corporate power, but with population control,i.e., eugenics. Glysophate inhibits sperm effectiveness. See Killing Us Softly– Glysophate, Herbicide or Genocide? http://www.Journal-neo.org.

  21. Jon, I detect a turn in the tide here.

A positive thing I feel sure.

Trump’s good at organising prostitutes and the befouling of beds. That I guarantee. There are many question marks against other “capabilities” Medias occasionally puff about.

  23. josiepeterson22 says:

I’ve known what Monsanto was up to back in 2001. It’s just taken the public such a long, long time to get a handle on the seed issues. Canadian farmers were up in arms decades ago about how their business and their crops would be eroded to nothing with seed engineers. Sterile seeds and poisoned soil – why do they exist but for the politicians who protect them!

  24. Janna Chandler says:

I want to post this Monsanto email on fb! Is that allowed?

    Thanks
ps- FB removed my chart with the last two Parties/Presidents Department Heads.
12-16 former Monsanto Executives! Now running FDA…USDA…etc.
Following the dollar is eye opening….
