Exclusive interview: documenting illegal-immigrant pedophile crimes

“[North Carolina]: In 10 months, 170 separate confirmed illegal aliens were charged with 592 separate incidences of child rape/child sexual assault/indecent liberties with a minor.”

by Jon Rappoport

March 20, 2017

The organization is North Carolinians For Immigration Reform and Enforcement (NCFIRE) (ncfire.info, facebook, twitter, gab).

Click here — the home page of NCFIRE — and scroll down to see — for each month since November 2013 — the number of illegal aliens arrested in NC for child rape/child sexual assault (with accompanying documentation for each arrest).

For several years, James Johnson, its head, has been researching very serious crimes committed by illegal immigrants in North Carolina.

Some people will view his effort as partisan and political from the get-go, and therefore they will automatically reject what Johnson has discovered.

But the point is, what are the facts? Regardless of political allegiance, the facts ought to be known.

I interviewed Mr. Johnson about his findings and methods of research.

Q (Rappoport): Your organization has been compiling statistics on crime in North Carolina. Can you give me an overview of what you’ve found?

A (Johnson): We have found many hundreds of crimes committed by illegal aliens every month. They run the full gamut ie: Failure to appear for previous arrests, DWI, assault on females, drug trafficking, child rape, breaking and entering, receiving stolen goods, illegal possession of firearms, urinating in public, etc… every conceivable crime you could name.

Q: What sources did you use to come up with these numbers?

A: We use actual NC Sheriff, NC Police and NC Highway Patrol arrest records which are public information in NC. I personally scan several thousand arrest records every day to compile our information. In a month’s time, I literally scan 10’s of thousands of arrest records. (These are total arrest records, not simply illegal alien arrest records)

Q: Have mainstream news outlets been covering this story?

A: NO. (However, there are a couple of independent NC news websites that have recently started carrying our Monthly Child Rape Reports)

Q: Have you attempted to contact mainstream newspapers and television news networks with your findings? What’s been the result of that attempt?

A: I have a list of 350 different media outlets in NC and have, on numerous occasions in the past, sent them our monthly crime reports. I have not received one single response from any of them. In fact, I have been blocked by a number of them from sending them any further emails.

Q: Have you received much response from people who live in North Carolina?

A: Yes. NCFIRE has been active in the effort against illegal aliens in NC since 2007. Over the years we have had numerous rallies with crowds ranging from a couple of dozen, to a couple of thousand. Through our email contact list and our social media outlets, we are able to reach 50-60 thousand NC citizens at any given time. We have taken an active roll [sic] at the NC Legislature and worked in an effort to get many illegal immigration enforcement bills through the General Assembly. We have called for the citizens to show up at the committee hearings for these bills and the citizens have responded in large numbers. We also have the support of numerous County Sheriffs and Law enforcement agencies through-out the state.

Q: In reading through crime reports, how do you know you’re compiling statistics of illegal immigrants committing those crimes, as opposed to, say, people with Hispanic last names? How do you dig into the crime reports?

A: In the beginning, we were posting any and every crime we could find being committed by an illegal alien in NC. During the past couple of years, we have focused specifically on the crime of child rape/child sexual assault. In many of the posts [articles in the press], the illegal immigration status is mentioned in the article, others we verify by calling the arresting authority and confirm the citizenship or illegal immigration status of the arrested individual. Obviously we don’t publish crimes being committed by citizens. In 10 years of doing this, we have had to retract fewer than 10 postings where we got the citizenship status wrong, (by posting the info on initial confirmation, only to find with further investigation, that the individual was in fact, a citizen).

While a majority of those in our reports do have Hispanic surnames, the surname of the arrested individual has no bearing as to whether or not we post it. Quite frankly, any name that is not “white, Anglo-Saxon, Protestant” or that would not normally have been found in a 1960’s N.C. phone book, we check. It doesn’t matter if it is Asian, Indian, Sudanese, Italian, Greek, Russian, etc… The fact is, we just don’t find very many that are “other than Hispanic” (child rapes in particular). We post what we find and do not single out or “cherry pick” any particular surname.

[I check the immigration status of a person who is arrested] through the [arresting] law enforcement agencies themselves. Unless the initial arrest is part of an ongoing investigation, the immigration status of an arrested individual is public information…if I inquire too soon after an arrest (before they [the arresting agencies] have gotten the info [on immigration status] back from ICE or DHS) [a]ll I have to do then, is simply call back at a later time (a few days generally).

Q: Can you give me the numbers of crimes committed by illegal immigrants you’ve found for the last five years, year by year? And specifically, what crimes do these numbers cover?

A: No, we don’t have the information broken down that far. Please feel free to research our info to do an analysis that would provide you that info.

Q: Does your organization receive funding? If so, from whom? Are you registered as a non-profit?

A: We receive no funding from anyone. I fund this organization out of my back pocket. Until a couple of years ago, we were a registered non-profit in N.C. and received minimal donations from our subscribers ($5,000 or less in any given year). As we became larger and more effective at putting pressure on our legislators, we were exceeding the limitations of the 501(c)(3) as it pertains to issue agenda politics and lobbying. Complaints were filed against us and we were forced to dissolve the 501(c)(3) non-profit status or register as a 501(c)(4). At the time, the Obama Administration and the IRS were targeting conservative 501(c)(4)’s and I didn’t want any part of that. I dissolved the 501(c)(3) and removed any reference to donations from our website and all of our social media outlets.

Q: Why do you believe you’ve received the cold shoulder from so many media outlets?

A: Illegal aliens committing crimes against citizens doesn’t fit their socialist, open borders agenda. You have to remember, “they’re only here to make a better life for themselves and do the jobs American’s won’t do.”

Q: What about North Carolina politicians and bureaucrats? Have you approached many of them? If so, what responses have you gotten?

A: Yes, we have worked closely with numerous NC House members, in crafting language of a number of immigration enforcement bills. Some have passed, some have not. We are actually making some gains in last session of the NCGA [North Carolina General Assembly] (2015-2016), we were able to pass HB318 – Protect NC Workers Act, that had a number of measures designed to crack down on the illegal alien population in NC and those who may hire or harbor them, as well as prevent them from receiving any type of State level social service (ie: sanctuary city policies, acceptable forms of valid ID, etc..).

As you are no doubt aware, all of this was taking place during the Obama Presidency when they were refusing to enforce many aspects of immigration laws and going so far as to offer temporary protected status to millions of illegals in the US. (DACA, DAPA, etc…)

This session, they’re [sic] are 6 bills introduced in the NC House and 2 in the NC Senate that create new laws, add to or further enforce the existing laws already in place that deal with illegal aliens in NC. We have them all listed with links on our website.

Q: You seem to be talking about a crime wave that most people in North Carolina are unaware of. Is that the case?

A: I think a majority of NC residents are aware of crimes being committed by illegal aliens, just not the extent of it. Each year, as we grow our membership, we are making more and more of the citizenry aware of the magnitude of the problem. Certainly more are aware if it now than when we started in 2007. Enough of them are aware of it now that we’re making a difference at the NC General Assembly level in getting immigration enforcement bills passed and signed into law.

In the response to your 1st question, I should have clarified WHY we have focused on one particular crime. As I said, in the beginning, we were posting any and all crimes by illegals that we could find, however, the number of crimes we were finding, being committed by illegals, became too much for us to keep up with, as far as verifying and posting all we could find in a month’s time. I made the decision to focus on the child rapes that we were finding, as those are the most heinous in my humble opinion.

Q: I need a total number for this specific crime—child rape/child sexual assault—you’ve verified as being committed by illegal immigrants over the past 2 years. Otherwise, I’m dealing with a generality.

A: As you can see from our website, we went through a 17 month period of tracking this particular crime (Nov. 2013 – March 2015). The methodology I used at the time was to list every crime report we could find through law enforcement arrest reports AND every scheduled court case we could find for the month. All of the court case data is available online trough [sic] the NC Courts System website. Those monthly reports showed a total of arrests AND court dates (for previously arrested illegal aliens) that occurred in any particular month. Needless to say, it was an enormous amount of work and research.

I discontinued that particular assignment after March of 2015. I resumed the effort in May of 2016 using only the illegal aliens ARRESTED during one month’s time frame. So two separate methodologies were used for two separate blocks of time. All that being said, it would be a tremendous amount of work to go back through each and every report to total up the confirmed illegal aliens arrested (not including the court cases) for 17 months to come up with a 2 year total. Some of those reports are 40 – 50 pages long and it is not a task which I care to do.

The latest 10 month period of reporting (May 2016 – February 2017) only include confirmed illegal aliens ARRESTED for these crimes in any particular month. So let’s use the previous 10 months time-frame data.

Every individual, listed in each of the last 10 months of the “NCFIRE Monthly Child Rape Reports” (May of 2016 – February of 2017), is a confirmed illegal alien. Those totals are: In 10 months, 170 separate confirmed illegal aliens, were charged with 592 separate incidences of child rape/child sexual assault/indecent liberties with a minor. (The current month’s report, March 2017 already has 8 confirmed illegal aliens that have amassed 22 separate charges of child rape/sexual assault/indecent liberties with a child, which I have NOT included in those numbers. I will publish that report sometime in early April 2017. Obviously they lag one month behind for compiling and publishing purposes). I have personally confirmed each and every one of them through one or more of the aforementioned sources and or methods.

Just using the raw numbers associated with each monthly report (arrests and court cases), every illegal alien arrested for these particular sexual acts against children in NC, averages 4.6 charges per individual. That’s not to say that every illegal alien in NC rapes 4.6 different children, only that each one, on average, commits 4.6 sexual acts per arrest.

Q: Finally, I assume since you’re dealing with arrests data, you’re not tracking convictions. Correct?

A: Correct. We are not tracking convictions.

—end of interview—

My comments: Mr. Johnson was forthcoming about his methods of research and analysis. One could criticize his focus on arrests rather than convictions. On the other hand, focusing on convictions could be misleading, if defendants are being released without trial or pled out on lesser charges, owing to political correctness.

But the question is, has Mr. Johnson’s extensive investigation turned up enough evidence to indicate there is a very serious problem; a problem that has been ignored and overlooked and even suppressed from public view?

I believe the answer is yes. From his account, he carried out the investigation on his own, as one man. Who knows what a determined team would discover?

Again, there will be those who reject Mr. Johnson’s findings out of hand, because they don’t want to deal with them, and because they are “politically incorrect.”

This is not a valid reason to turn away.

Hideous – to the very point of having no words that adequately describe how mind breaking this is.

This has been an acutely brave undertaking of Mr. Johnson’s and I hope it somehow can have a positive impact for Trump’s reform proposals.

All the Demoleftlibs and many RINOs & Repubs are accountable for all of these criminals; illegal or legal. They’ve nurtured these acts through their own approval of such acts & worse.

And this is the report from North Carolina. ONLY North Carolina – doesn’t take a math genius to extrapolate the figures for ALL the states; and it could probably be trippled for California.

    Good info Jon, but terrible.

  2. It seems upon researching, that Mexico and central America have a low age of consent compared to the United States and Cananda,

“In Mexico, criminal legislation is shared between the federal and state governments. The federal law establishes the age of 12 as the minimum age of consent, while the age at which there are no restrictions for consensual sexual activities is 18 (sex with someone 12-18 is not illegal per se, but can still be open to prosecution under certain circumstances). Local state laws may override the federal law. In practice, the decision as to whether or not to prosecute is left to state authorities regardless of the younger person’s age. At state level, the minimum ages of consent vary between 12 (and puberty in a few states) and 15, while the age at which there are no restrictions for consensual sexual activities vary from 16 to 18 (most common 18).” -Wikipedia

This type of crime by illegals seems encultured, with such a low age of consent.

With so many refugees coming in from Muslim countries, that age of consent is dropping even more. To a lower age
In Saudi Arabia it is legal to have sex with a child…Sharia law allows for child brides and sex with children.

With so many following the path of the prophet Mohammed who married a girl six years old and consummated the marriage at nine.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_North_America

It is terrible to find out that this kind of crime is taking place.

    • Greg C. says:

Good comments, Michael, you speak truth. We must look at cultural norms, and give much greater preference to people from cultures that share our understanding of what is normal. Even though the erosion of normalcy is accelerating over here, we still condemn pedophilia and rape. If a foreign country does not prosecute or even recognize these crimes as we do, we should use “extreme vetting” for legal immigrants coming from there, and immediately deport their illegals.

  3. David Crowe says:

Jon, I’m ashamed of you. You have gone full bore racist. First of all, publicizing crimes by illegal immigrants while not saying anything about crimes by citizens creates a false picture. Secondly, data indicates that immigrants perform less crimes. Thirdly, I believe this guy you quote, without validating his data to the least extent, is a racist sack of shit.

    • Sunshine says:

      David,
Setting aside your 3 unsubstantiated objections, the fact remains that lamestream media is not willing to report this ongoing issue, and this lack of reporting is the point of this article (and many other articles Jon covers on a wide range of ongoing, under covered crimes).

    • CPP says:

The obsession with not appearing ‘racist’ is what allowed the Pakistanis in Rotherham to do what they did for so long.

“data indicates that immigrants perform less crimes”…You just say “immigrants” here. Legal or illegal? Think there might be a difference?

    • Terri says:

David you are un american and a traitor and shill and a liar. racism has nothing to do with protecting our most vulnerable precious people. You are also an idiot and a sick individual.

you are probably a paid troll from the pizza crowd who supports pedophiles by whining. you should leave america and take the rest of the filth to the mid east or venezuela where you will be alot more comfortable.

have you ever been to el paso or juarez? its a s*** hole and white people did not make it that way. mexico is an extremely corrupt country and the women and children and many of the men are treated despicably by the gangs that are infiltrating america thanks to o bomb a.
if it was up to me i would take all pedophilia deniers and perpetrators and ship them off immediately to a muslim country because that is where you all belong.
these are henious crimes against humanity and this is the bottom line of filth that all these criminals going after trump are protecting.

the u s had no business bombing and invading countries that they have and destabilizing governments. that said, many cultures choose to be violent and disgusting despite billions of dollars thrown at them in aid.

Mr Johnson deserves our support, accolades, donations and help.
we all need to do our part to remove this evil from our world. write your reps, sheriffs, anyone you can. demand adherence to our constitution circa 1791.

  4. Jon, you know my thoughts on these “statistics”

I wrote an article on it:

    https://ozziethinker.wordpress.com/2017/01/15/callous-abuses-of-the-word-abuse/

Paedophilia is the sensational heart of humanity. With that comes smudge, fudge the detail and certainly no debate on ethical motives. It is the greatest torsion field of socio-political corruption. Did you know a mere allegation is enough to convict someone?

For instance President Trump has a woman in the wings that claims he had sexual intercourse with her when she was thirteen (which is like “three years old” to sensationalists). Is she a liar or is he guilty? That’s only part of the problem. In the old days, you must remember them, there was an expression called “jail bait”.

These were “legal minors” that wanted to have sex with “adults” “by hook or by crook”. In its psychotic determination to be “righteous”, the Law (note the capital L), decided what it dictated (as in behaving like a dictator) was going to be followed by all or there would be hell to pay. No exceptions. Well, Presidents and the Clintons and a few others, but mostly no exceptions.

So “jail bait” was cynically devalued. It now means “of legal sexual age, but ‘looks younger’ (whatever that means)”.

Therefore your article, I believe, relies on “loaded data” (I haven’t discussed the witch hunt against those of “Middle Eastern appearance”) which is evidence of systemic socio-political corruption as I can only conclude that most (if not all) 170 persons charged were up against evidence lacking HEARSAY.

Show us the detail with concrete evidence, Jon!

    Best
    OT

    • Greg C. says:

Your comment is absolutely moronic, full of assumptions, anecdotal innuendo, and spin, while having no real train of thought. You say things that make absolutely no sense – “up against evidence lacking HEARSAY” – of course, evidence should lack hearsay! Then you perpetuate the meme that the arrests were probably based on things such as “middle eastern appearance”, or the horrible, horrible idea that the underage person (yes, a child) “wanted to have sex with ‘adults’ ‘by hook or by crook’.. Then you whine that there is no concrete evidence! Remember, each illegal alien in this study had an average of 4.6 charges against them! That’s a lot of smoke to not have any fire. So you really think all those charges were made up by white supremacists, or sex-crazed teenagers?

      • CPP says:

I think it’s pretty clear he means “evidence-lacking hearsay” (I know OT’s comments can be a tad opaque). Also, your conviction that someone “underage” is “a child” and that it be horrible that such a “child” cross the magical Legal-age boundary just shows your social indoctrination. If the world of “Legal” decided to change their magic age to, say, 21, would you then consider those under 21 to be “children” with the same righteous conviction?

        • Greg C. says:

I never considered a missing hyphen in that phrase because “evidence-lacking hearsay” is a very awkward construction. Anyway, the onus is on the writer to communicate effectively, not the reader to figure out what he must have really meant. I’m sure he can speak for himself.

Do you think a 29-year-old should be able to pick up a 13-year-old and take her to a motel if she is willing? The law says no, and I see nothing arbitrary about it. I live in the real world, not a hypothetical one.

          • arcadia11 says:

            greg –

if i may, i would like to add that ‘willingness’ cannot be taken seriously between a 13 year old and an adult, who is in the power position. that same child may be just as willing to try cocaine or heroin offered by an adult. the lesson here is: adults are dangerous and cannot be trusted. a very bad sign. a society is judged by the way it treats its weakest and most vulnerable members.

when it becomes culturally normal to bring non-adults into the gross sexual arena for the momentary gratification of jaded adults, even if the non-adult appears willing, that culture is on its way out. and should be.

natural law is self-evident truth. that’s why it is called natural. we All possess that innate knowing. it does not require explanation or defense. when political correctness and planned degeneracy demand debate over that which should not be debated it invalidates and diminishes self-evident truth. and that’s really all we have. once that is compromised it’s a rapid dwindling spiral to the bottom.

especially when it becomes an unpopular position we must continue to protect the vulnerable from those who would see them, thus our future, undone.

            thanks –

            a

          • Greg C. says:

Very clearly expressed, Arcadia. Thank you for bringing the focus back to the center. Self-evident truths cannot be rationalized, and therefore they are sometimes (in another thread) cast as “arbitrary” or “social constructs,” at least around the edges. We get people arguing about age of consent, or what constitutes a pedophile. They try to get clever in their analysis. I say, Damn it, were not just making up rules for a better society, we are protecting something that cannot be analyzed or rationalized – that precious developing human consciousness..

          • arcadia11 says:

your last sentence says it clearly.

fortunately we all have the capacity to know when that line has been
crossed. there is that sick, repulsed feeling in the solar plexus area
and the small voice that warns ‘don’t engage’.

          • CPP says:

I appreciate the concern with analyzing away natural moral sense. But a black and white legal and social system in which one either is or is not a dreaded “child sex offender” has little concern for anyone’s “innate knowing”. See my other reply to Greg for more on this.

    • arcadia11 says:

“In the old days, you must remember them, there was an expression called “jail bait”.
These were “legal minors” that wanted to have sex with “adults” “by hook or by crook”.

ozzie – are you sure that is how you want to define ‘jail bait’?

  5. Dani says:

And this just happened in Maryland: http://wtop.com/montgomery-county/2017/03/2-charged-rape-rockville-high-school-bathroom-assault/

The media here omits details of legal/illegal because it is politically incorrect. The female victim was initially reported to be much younger, 14 or 15, but this detail was omitted from later reports and I can no longer find it. This was top news when it broke a few days ago, then quickly buried.

We now have a developing rape culture that never existed before. I’m not saying rapes didn’t exist before, but they were rare and loudly condemned; not buried. The community was previously able to express outrage and horror, but now we are kept in the dark. It’s nowhere near as safe as it used to be, but the real dangers are still largely unrecognized by the larger community, because the facts are not being reported truthfully. How can we protect our daughters/children if we do not fully understand the dangers?

    • Greg C. says:

Exactly right, Dani. Just look at Sweden and Germany – the massive wave of rape, and the ensuing coverups by police. And now we see it repeated here. There was a case of a 4-year-old girl being raped by refugee boys in Twin Falls, Idaho, where the prosecutor harassed the victim’s family who were forced to continue to live in the same apartment complex as the refugee family. The anti-white sentiment loaded up in universities has emerged full-bore, blinding the sensibilities of the very people (usually also white) who are charged with protecting everyone. The rape statistics tell the story, not just of crime, but the ongoing intentional ignorance by authorities. Thank God, Trump has given the DHS the responsibility of tracking crimes by illegal immigrants, and is already stopping the illegal traffic across our borders. Just as each parent protects their children – they don’t just casually let strangers into their home – we must protect our citizens.

      • Terri says:

Greg, i read about that case of that poor little girl.it made me furious, the mother is suffering from medical issues, and they had no money to move. the cops never arrested anyone, as far as i know. those horrible muslim kids who gang raped her and video taped this on their phones, and their mothers could only say dont call the police, totally condoning the actions of these filth. i have heard idaho has quite alot of anarchists, why dont they permanently remove these p o s?

i wouldn’t call these creatures refugees, they are criminals and are plotting the destruction of others and they do not belong here.

        • Greg C. says:

Indeed, unimaginable degradation, first by those refugees, then by the authorities, who did everything they could to cover it up, then stonewall, then threaten lawsuits against people exposing them. With juvenile perps, there is a lot of leeway, but for God’s sake, these refugess are guests in our country, and these particular ones should be treated like a houseguest who takes a dump in your livingroom, and kicked out permanently.

          • So immigrants are not quality & moral people and they are degenerates? You wrote that the Elite is manipulating us all. To effectively solve a problem focus on the source of the problem instead of shifting the attention elsewhere, Ron Paul said it beautifully:

            […]

Building a wall among neighbors? You do not call that racism and bigotry? don’t you know the shameful result of all walls built through history? has any of those wall have ever benefited the host country? The Chinese wall? The Berlin Wall? The Gaza Wall? are we in the medieval times or in the 21st century? are we so blinded to recognized that the enemy is within our borders and not outside? you just don’t get it, do you?

  6. marlene says:

I’ve got a folder with over 1,500 cases of sexual abuse of children by muslims, and under 1,000 cases by non-muslims, mostly Americans and British and to a lesser extent, Europeans. Walid Shoebat made and posted a list from his research which found thousands more child sex abuse cases in EVERY muslim country However, the number of child victims of pedophile RINGS, would bring the number of cases up by a substantial amount, I wasn’t able to calculate. Cases of sexual abuse against children by illegal aliens in America is hard to find as the MSM doesn’t report them and the real news doesn’t produce much, but did find about 500. FYI.

  7. wyn1 says:

The missing information is what’s the rate of the same crime(s) among people here legally.

Without that baseline we don’t know if he’s recording the normal human rate of abuse as it shown in a subset population or if it’s actually a higher rate.

My former wife did a one woman show related to sexual abuse. There were statistics from studies alleging that 1 in 3 women had been abused at least once in their lives (a majority more than once), and that 1 in 12 men had been perpetrators of sexual abuse.

If those numbers are approximately accurate, his numbers would not seem to be abnormal.

My experience in 12-step meetings where women share about abuse, most of it occurs or begins when they are minors. A much smaller number are abused for the first time in adulthood.

    • Greg C. says:

“Numbers would not seem to be abnormal.” What a cold assessment of rape due in large part to government negligence. Who the f*** cares if the statistics are within a certain range. We can stop these rapes – and Trump is doing just that as he drastically cuts illegal immigration. He’s a hero, a crime fighter, not a bookkeeper.

    • Sunshine says:

I don’t see how “the normal rate of human abuse” is relevant, nor how it might be determined. This isn’t science. We don’t need a control group for comparison. Does it make it less of a crime if just as many legal residents are committing it? Does it make the crimes any less news worthy?

      • David Crowe says:

So if 1/1000 of illegal immigrants were criminals and 2/1000 of citizens … you’d still be more concerned with illegal immigrant crime. Got it.

        • Sunshine says:

No, I am against any crimes committed, David, by anyone, whether in the country legally or illegally. The fact remains, rape is a crime. If more rapes are committed by legal residents than illegal residents, that still doesn’t lessen or negate the crime.

    • Terri says:

we dont need to compare these numbers to anything. they are illegal, therefore they are criminals, they need to be deported or executed. i say executed. one case is one too many.
its important to get these numbers since there is such a major cover up against them.
cathy o brien, david icke, alex jones and others have been ridiculed for 20 years for sounding the alarm about the evil pedophilia networks. many of these perps are probably part of the world wide trafficking and need to be stopped permanently.

  8. Maurice chadwick says:

Just an issue with the logistics of the compilation of the daily information by mr. Johnson.
He cites ‘several thousand’ as being the number of posted felonies that he goes through per day. This is such a huge number that it must be questionable even on the most fundamental level.
Even one thousand at 30sec per view would take 8 hours, and he is citing ‘several thousand’ this is excluding all the collating, phone calls and other administration obligations he must have.
The article is rendered very suspicious by this rather obvious blunder.
Am I wrong or did I miss something?

Easy problem to solve: Let the stupid leftists win on the illegal immigration, and soon enough, rapes will be the norm in the USA. No more a crime to rape little kids.

  10. floridaborne says:

If you look at what happened to South Florida in the 1970’s after Castro emptied out his jail cells and asylums, it’s not hard to see why we’re having such a problem. Mexico doesn’t care if their problems cross over our border. I’ve wondered before if Mexico copied Castro.

  11. CPP says:

I agree with Ozzie that this is “loaded data” in a sense, but not so much because of the “hearsay” angle. It is unclear whether there is any separation here between statutory rape and forced/coerced sexual assault. Notice the inclusion of “indecent liberties with a minor”. Many of the charges here might be for actions far from “heinous”, and yet it’s all lumped together as though 170 illegals kidnapped and raped prepubescent children in 10 months.

The article’s sensationalist title doesn’t help matters. Your use of the word “pedophile” represents a lexical implosion into non-meaning. Unfortunately, such gross misuse of the term is not uncommon, especially in the alt-media. It is highly likely that most of the offenders in question are not “pedophiles” according to the actual definition of the word (and whether or not they are, the question that matters is whether they are predators). But when it comes to “pedophile”, all bets are off. Who cares what words mean, right?

An important question, however, is whether any (or how much) of this is linked to organized gangs and human trafficking.

    • Greg C. says:

Yes, it is true that many of the crimes were not heinous in most people’s minds. But what about the victims? Does a 13-year-old girl suffer less in being sexually exploited than a 10-year-old? Who are we to make that judgment call? All minors deserve to be protected from sexual predators. I define a sexual predator as an adult who targets minors for sex. It doesn’t bother me if someone labels a predator as a pedophile. It’s a different shade of gray, that’s all.

      • CPP says:

I’m not sure what the hang up with age 13 is here and in your other reply. It’s because of Ozzie’s example, I suppose? You could replace 13 with 16 (or 18 for that matter) and as long as you keep the words “sexually exploited” the rhetorical question is vacuous and might as well be answered as “no” or “who knows?” or “it depends”. Again, you could say “all persons deserve to be protected from sexual predators,” minor or not. Obviously not all sexual predators target minors. So why should the labeling be any different? Why, in the case of legal minors, should an erroneously associated paraphilic term be applied?

The problem with labeling some predators pedophiles is that pedophilia refers to a predominant attraction to prepubescent children, and as far as I understand, the great majority who fit this bill were themselves sexually abused as children. It doesn’t describe an action towards a child, and isn’t a “shade of gray” unless it becomes such an action. The issue is the reverse: pedophilia is being associated with predation when it shouldn’t be. Consider that using “pedophilia” as a term of revilement and equating it with predation might well be adding insult to injury for many of those victimized as children.

The term is further distorted when it is extended to include older legal minors who are called children, and sex with (and by extension attraction to) them is in turn linked with pedophilia (and predation) in those of majority age. This false association of “minor” (generally under 18) = “child” = “pedo” reinforces the idea that an age set by the State somehow equates to a meaningful divide between the innocents and the mature. Instead of biology and nature and intrinsic morality holding sway, the State becomes the predominant arbiter of sexuality. When this patriarch is given too much weight and too strongly opposes nature, the unbalance it creates is evident in the confusion of terms and distortion of concepts.

When everyone who is charged with “statutory rape” is labeled a child sex offender and therefore pedophile (where this is equated with “predator”), these terms are turned into implements of fear and shame and thus control, rather than simply being terms with meaningful definitions approximating actual usage. The end result is, at least in the U.S., a bloated sex offender registry heavily populated with persons who had an intimate relationship across the State’s minority/majority age barrier (and usually not across large age gaps).

Later in life, these registrants (usually men) can’t even take their own children to places where there are other children or live too near schools etc. Never mind that they were never convicted of, nor had any history of, preying on children (or anyone else). In fact, these bloated sex offender registries serve to obscure those who are actually a danger. But therein you see what happens when the concepts of ‘sex with a minor’ and ‘sex offender’ and ‘child sex offender’ and ‘predator’ and ‘pedophile’ are all mashed together.

The patterns of insanity inherent in all this were most clearly crystallized when a disturbed young man from Eastern Canada traveled to the U.S., targeted and murdered a man whose name/identity and address he randomly picked from a sex offender registry. The victim was one of those charged and registered for having had an under-18 girlfriend when he was a young man. This is the real world you live in. Confusing and muddling meanings is a basis for mind control, which, in this case, allows warped legal systems and moral panics to run amok.

        • David Crowe says:

It is true that the definition of sex crimes is too broad (public urination for example), and the lifetime entry in a sex registry states that redemption is not possible. Listen to my interview with lawyer Heather Ellis Cucolo: http://infectiousmyth.podbean.com/e/infectious-myth-–-episode-100-heather-ellis-cucolo-on-sex-crimes-–-050316/

        • Greg C. says:

CPP: Yes, I could pick different ages. We could play this game of hypotheticals and try to argue every possible angle. Every possible counter-example of justice gone bad. But that just leads to the paralysis of analysis.

I agree, the sex-offender registry is abused and overused. It shouldn’t even exist. It plays into the superstition that deviant sexual behavior cannot be changed.

But really, this article is more about immigration control. There is no need to have these men on a registry when they could be deported. And let’s profile everyone who wants to live here and keep out the ones who are more likely to commit serious crimes. And deport anyone who sneaks past our safeguards.

Yes, you can always find illegals, or sex offenders who were unjustly treated by the legal system. That’s a given for any group, with any type of crime. Demanding that we reform the system while ignoring the present problem is unrealistic. Why should we wait, when it is so simple a thing to treat illegal aliens and immigration the way we used to, and to have comparable restrictions to, let’s say Mexico for instance, where the penalty for breaking immigration law is severe? And, it has the added advantage of helping to lighten the load of the legal system and our police. Just think of all these arrests that would be unnecessary if we controlled our borders sensibly!

          • arcadia11 says:

            can’t argue with that.

          • CPP says:

I’m not playing any game and was not asking you to do so. If anything I was stepping away from that to show the problem of posing hypotheticals framed in certain language. And my issue here was more with language in general, and how its misapplication can fuel hysteria and obscure real distinctions. The leap from the charges laid here, which, because of statutory law, could potentially include anything and everything between persons over and under 18, to ‘pedophile crimes’ is enormous and makes it easier to dismiss the research as ideologically driven. The word ‘pedophile’ is provocative in this society and garners clicks, but does it garner credibility?

I like your point about superstition re the registry. I think it highlights the problem with equating particular sexual orientations or paraphilias with malevolent behavior. Referring to pedophilia willy-nilly in relation to charges of sex crimes involving minors serves to couple it with these alleged crimes in people’s minds. People don’t think pedophiles stop being attracted to children, any more than they think homosexuals stop being gay (well, except maybe Mike Pence). So if the concept is equated to criminality, then they must be irredeemable deviants.

As for the immigration control measures, that sounds basically reasonable. I tend to think there’s been a covert program going on for some time to facilitate a continued flood of illegal immigration over the southern border; even while, on the other hand, Obama was called (rightly, I believe) “the deporter in chief” — a very two-faced operation it would seem. Of course the other side of it is what the US gov. and its corporations have been up to for decades in Latin America and overseas — which has only facilitated any agenda to bring on illegal immigration.

          • Theodore says:

            Hi CPP:

In the following sentence, don’t you technically mean to say…

“Referring to pedophilia willy-nilly in relation to charges of sex crimes involving [an adult and a minor] serves to couple it with these alleged crimes in people’s minds.”

Party-A to the crime (the accused): adult
Party-B to the crime (victim): minor

minor1 = between the ages of 14 and 16 inclusive
minor2 = age 13 (i believe recognized by most US courts and most US psychs as “pedophilia”)
minor3 = age 12 or lower (i believe recognized by all US courts and all US psychs as “pedophilia”)

          • CPP says:

            @Theodore

            Holy nitpickery, Batman.

Yes, in general what I’m referring to are alleged sex crimes committed by legal adults against minors, which I thought was clear enough in context. Applying your substitution wouldn’t be sufficient to precisely express that however, as some sex crimes between an adult and a minor involve the minor assaulting the adult (I’ve heard of a case of a 13-year-old boy overpowering and raping an adult woman — an extreme example of that).

But I think the generality of the way ‘pedophilia’ is associated with such alleged crimes makes the generality of “involving minors” appropriate (again in context). Alleged crimes involving ONLY minors could easily get thrown into the mix (some of which could actually be pedophilic in nature, in contrast to others between legal adults and minors that aren’t). Child sex assault crime stats could include minors assaulting other minors (or allegations thereof), even of similar age, yet these might get included in stats used in speaking of pedophilia.

About those categories of minors, most definitions of pedophilia refer to prepubescent children, so those that do so and also include ages 12 and 13 are self-contradictory. These are typically pubescent ages and there can be a wide range of difference within them. This is why I view “prepubescent” as more correct: it refers to an actual level of development rather than a calendar age. It appears that the DSM refers to “prepubescent child or children (generally age 13 years or younger)”…who would have thought the DSM would fail in applying basic biological definitions?

    Not hatin, just sayin.

    • Terri says:

I dont have a problem with those who work hard in the construction business, they are the only ones who will work. the millennials are weak and stupid and wont work and businesses cant find enough good workers to fill the positions. those who work hard are not wetbacks, they just need to get their paperwork together and become legal.

i do have a problem with illegal criminals who are not working, but committing myriad crimes and making our cities less safe ever day.
these statistics are important, because a lot of money is being wasted on crimes related to illegals that could be used more productively if they were not allowed to be here to begin with.

there are a lot of honorable illegals who have been here a long time and the laws should have been more clear, and it should have been enforced like it is in other countries.

no other country in the world allows anyone to overstay their visas or come in illegally. Mexico enforces severe laws against foreigners. most countries demand back ground checks, and proof of income before you can stay and eventually become a citizen.

  13. Jon Rappoport, until today I haver read many truthful & balanced reports and articles from you but this is a racist article and I am extremely disappointed on you. How could you have wrote “Exit the matrix” when you are sending your readers right back into it with this bigotry?

It is sad to read all the hate & racist comments created by this article. Let’s take steps forward not backwards. We all know that by far, the biggest community of rapist & pedophiles are the Elite and there are hardly any “illegal Immigrants’ within those circles. Can you see you are aiding the adversary by promoting hate?

    • David Crowe says:

Edward, I totally agree with you. It is sad to see Jon descend to this.

    • Greg C. says:

Right, we must direct all of our hate towards the elite, because only they are bad. You just don’t get it, do you? Unvetted immigration is a weapon that the elites use against us, to destroy our self-made culture so they can impose their own.

Edward, it’s not bigotry to show that immigration is out of control. We need to let in quality people, moral people, not degenerates, and build the WALL so we can control the process. We are reclaiming our sovereignty and our self-determination.

    • TrishWriter says:

I don’t think that Jon is at all producing hate. He is, instead, relating the story of an interesting phenomenon that has been completely ignored by MSM. I grew up in North Carolina and even though it is no longer my legal abode, I have been spending a lot of time there recently. I am finding that the tale of “white people/Americans don’t want to work” to indeed be a fiction. The small town close to where I grew up has lost a factory that supplied this town with over 3,000 jobs. Teenagers used to develop a sense of responsibility by working in tobacco, but that has been demonized by the government (when, more likely, pesticides in the tobacco caused the cancer). Teenagers no longer earn money and develop work experience in tobacco, but now, Mexicans do all the tobacco work. It’s easy to call me racist because of that remark, but let’s look deeper. A job crisis in Mexico caused many people to go out of the country to look for work about the same time that the U.S. was passing NAFTA and driving out manufacturing. As a result, my hometown and the surrounding rural areas have lost a sense of cohesion and community that can never be regained. I’m almost as likely to hear Spanish in a store in N.C. as I am in Los Angeles. This social engineering has been achieved by the power elite and the whites that I grew up with are suffering greatly because of it. Am I supposed to be thrilled by this loss? Okay with it?
Thank you, Jon, for reporting some honest work on a man who has taken the trouble to document some interesting info. I admire the courage of both of you.
